थकाली खाना पछिल्लो समयमा निकै लोकप्रिय हुँदै आएको छ। थकाली जाति व्यापार व्यवसायमा निकै आगाडि छन्। थकाली जातिमा गौचन, शेरचन, कुलोचन,भट्टचन आदि थर रहेका छन्।थकाली जातिको मुख्य बसोबास मुस्ताङको थाकखोला हो। हाल सात सय भन्ने गाउँमा बसोबास गर्ने तामाङ नै थकाली नामले प्रचलित छन्। सम्पन्न र पहुँचवाला थकालीले ठुलाठुला ठेक्कापट्टा गरे भने आर्थिक स्थिति कमजोर भएकाले पनि बाटाघाटामा होटल र अन्य यस्तै अस्थायी प्रकृतिका व्यापार गरी अर्थोपार्जनमा तल्लीन भए । यसरी व्यापारबाट निकै उन्नति गरेका थकालीको आर्थिक उन्नतिकाे कारक भने उनीहरूको संस्कृतिमा रहेको ढिकुर प्रथा हो ।
ढिकुर प्रथा विभिन्न नामले चीनको तिब्बत प्रान्त लगायतका दक्षिणपूर्वी एसियामासमेत प्रचलित छ। ढिकुर प्रथा थकाली जातिलाई उन्नत बनाउने प्रथा हो । यसै प्रथाको कारण उनीहरूमा आर्थिक आदानप्रदान मात्र होइन समूहकार्य,अनुभव र विभिन्न उपायको आदानप्रदान हुने गरेको छ। नेपाल सरकाले पनि सहकारीलाई उच्च महत्त्व दिँदै “गाउँगाउँमा सहकारी, घरघरमा भकारी”को नारा अघि सारेकाे छ। जुन ढिकुर प्रथाको विकसित रूप हो।सहकारीबाट आर्थिक उन्नती गर्न सकिन्छ भन्ने कुरा विकसित देशबाट सिकेको कुरा हो ।थकाली जातिमा सहकारी जस्तै प्रकृतिको ढिकुर प्रथा सयाैँ वर्ष अगाडि नै विकसित भएको थियो । वर्तमान समयमा यही प्रथा विकसित हुँदै थकाली जातिले आर्थिक क्षेत्रमासमेत निकै सफलता प्राप्त गरिसकेका छन् ।
कोरोना भाइरस (कोविड १९ )ले सालमा विश्वभरका मानिसहरूलाई घरमै रोक्यो | कोविड १९ ले विश्वको अर्थतन्त्रमा नोक्सान पुर्याएको छ। डब्ल्युएचओले लगाएका स्वास्थ्य सम्बन्धी मापदण्डका कारण अर्थतन्त्रका लागि मुख्य स्रोत भएका संस्थाहरूसमेत बन्द भए। यो विशाल महामारीले कडा लकडाउन सहनुपर्यो जसबाट विश्व समुदाय नै पीडित भयो।
कोभिड १९ वर्तमान परिस्थितिका कारण हामी सबै घरमा बस्न बाध्य भयाैँ। घरमा बस्दा सङ्क्रमित हुने सम्भावना कम हुने कारण सबले सरकारकोआदेश मान्यौँ । यसको औषधी नबनेको कारण लकडाउन नै यसको औषधी बन्नपुग्यो ।स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षाका लागि गरिएको लकडाउनका कारण सबै मानिसले तनावको सामना गर्नुपर्यो । यो रोगको डरभन्दा पनि मनको डरले धेरै मानिस बिरामी भए । कहिले नभएका विद्यालय लामो समयसम्म बन्द भए । यस्तो लाग्दै गयो कि कोरोना लाग्यो भने निको नै हुँदैन । यसले सबै मानिसलाई सिकायो कि सबैभन्दा शक्तिशाली भनेको त भाइरस हुँदो रहेछ । धनसम्पत्ति सबै कुरो रहेनछ । परिवार र स्वास्थ्य सबैभन्दा ठुलो कुरा रहेछ। आफूलाई शक्तिशाली ठान्ने देशहरू पनि यसबाट झुक्नुपर्यो । भाइरससामु हातहतियार निरीह बने ।

Bullying is the act of insulting, intimidating, or mistreating someone weaker. Bullying can be done in many ways like provoking, threatening, backbiting, spreading false rumors, verbal and physical attacks, isolating someone from a group, making fun, and many more. Bullying is mainly found in schools and colleges. Bullying can be classified into 6 types. They are verbal, physical, cyber, relational, sexual, and prejudicial bullying. Activities of bullying are commonly found in childhood and gradually develop in the coming stages. There are many causes of bullying. Some of them can be jealousy, hatred, making fun, lack of supervision, problems at home, a sense of revenge, getting noticed, aggressive personality, etc. Bullying is repeatedly done intending to hurt the individual physically, mentally, or emotionally. Bullying causes the rise of disputes, violence, the feeling of revenge, and destructive behavior. It causes many problems in socialization. The individuals getting bullied may suffer from loneliness, it weakens their fundamental character like respect, honor, and co-existence. Different methods can be done to control the bullying. Some of them are: Encouraging good work whereas discouraging bad work in home and schools. The individuals must be taught to treat everyone equally and show the feeling of empathy. The individuals must develop the sense of respecting all types of work, ability, etc. As bullying is one of the major social problems in modern society many different efforts have been made in order to decrease it. Some of them are: The schools have implemented moral value education as it teaches good works, the peoples have been taught the rules of equality and equity, There are legal provisions that have been made for torture, people are conducting different types of awareness programs against bullying. Bullying is one of the major social problems that are still prevalent in our society. We must all work together and eradicate such inhuman behavior.

There is an incomplete sentence everyone wants to say. Especially for teenagers and young adults. You know, what is an incomplete sentence? An incomplete sentence is when you are left to say something to someone but you refuse to because of some issues or of your lack of confidence in what you are saying.
There are teenagers who are facing depression, anxiety, and stress. They have a lot of incomplete sentences to say to their family and friends. Dear parents, do you ever listen to your child? What they are saying or asking about? Your child wants to say a lot about what they are facing, what they are struggling through, what are things that are happening in their lives: be it a lesson or a blessing. But, they are afraid of what they think of you. They are afraid that you would feel like you have a useless and weak child when they open to you about their pain. I am a teenager myself and I know that feeling. You have an incomplete sentence to say to your family, friends or siblings then go ahead and say them. An incomplete sentence always stays in your heart until it isn’t spoken. Not only teenagers but everyone; take out your incomplete sentence from your heart because you need not worry about others. Listen to everyone who is telling you something from their incomplete sentences because that's what matters to them. Read between the lines. Sometimes people say exactly the opposite of what they mean. You need to make them feel safe. If you don’t speak what’s in your heart, you will regret it for the rest of your life. If you have trouble saying your incomplete sentence then just write in a diary or a paper so that it can be read out loud. It will be such a relief that you spoke about your incomplete sentence.
If you like someone, you like something, you want something then just speak out your incomplete sentence to whom you should say. An incomplete sentence is not what hides in your heart but is what you need to correct and make it a complete sentence by speaking it aloud. The Jabbawockeez is an American dance crew. They are known worldwide for their unique dancing style and choreography. Some of their genres are hip-hop, b-boying, and popping. However, we can catch glimpses of other dance genres in their entertaining performances.
They are best known for winning the American Best Dance Crew in 2008. This was the achievement that opened the door to other bigger opportunities for the dance crew. They won the grand prize of 100,000 dollars and got featured in numerous television commercials. They were seen in commercials by big companies like Pepsi and Ford. They performed in dozens of television shows like Dancing with the Stars, So You Think You Can Dance, The Ellen DeGeneres Show. This helped them get recognized all over the world.
Jabbawockeez are unique in many ways. The name “Jabbawockeez” is a very interesting name in itself, to begin with. The name was coined by Joe Larot, known by Funkee. The name was inspired by the Lewis Carroll nonsense poem Jabberwocky. The poem is about killing a creature named “the Jabberwock”.
When the crew performs, they have masks on. This is one of the most unique things about this dance crew. When the crew performs, no one can identify an individual from the others. This makes it so that the identity is concealed. People don't watch the crew dance because of the “one guy” that looks good or dances well. The ethnicity is not visible and this creates a sense of unity among the dancers. The observer only observes the dance and the moves they perform. Another unique thing about the dance crew is that they don't have a team leader nor do they have a person responsible for the choreography. They say that all of the decisions based on choreography, music, and attire is made as a group, rather than someone taking the decisions.
Jabbawockeez have a really unique mix of genres and that is something that makes them stand out more from other competitors. There are dance crews that perform only one genre, and there is nothing wrong with that. The mix of genres makes the performance look more versatile and more enjoyable in my opinion.

सरस्वती पूजाको दिन थुप्रै सरस्वती मन्दिरहरूमा बिहानैदेखि विद्यार्थीहरूको घुइँचो हुन्छ। पढाइ लेखाइमा मन लागिरहोस् भन्ने कामना व्यक्त गर्दै यस दिन विद्यार्थीहरू सरस्वतीको पूजाआराधना गर्छन् ।सरस्वती पूजाको दिन प्राय: विद्यालयहरूमा पूजा समारोह गरिन्छ । विद्यार्थीहरूले आफूले अध्ययन गरेको विद्यालयमा गई सरस्वतीकाे मूर्ति वा तस्बिरमा भक्तिपूर्वक पूजा आराधना गर्छन् भने ।कतिपय विद्यालयहरूमा माघ महिनामा जाडो बिदा दिइने भएकाले त्यस्ता विद्यालयमा अध्ययन गर्ने विद्यार्थीहरू आफ्ना परिवारसँग सरस्वती मन्दिरमा गई पूजा आराधना पनि गर्छन्। विद्याकी देवी सरस्वतीलाई विभिन्न फलफूल धूपदीप नैवेद्य मिष्ठान्न आदिले सरस्वतीको पूजा गर्छन् र सरस्वतीलाई प्रसन्न पार्छन् ।
सरस्वती पूजाको नेपाली समाजमा धेरै महत्त्व छ । नेपालमा सरस्वती पूजा गर्नाले मानव जीवन ज्योतिर्मय बन्दछ भन्ने मान्यता छ । यही विश्वासका कारण विद्यालय वा सरस्वतीकाे मन्दिरमा गई पूजा समारोह गरी मनाइन्छ । अज्ञानरूपी अन्धकारलाई हटाएर ज्ञानको ज्योति छरिदिने वाग्देवी सरस्वती सबै विद्यार्थीकी प्रिय मानिन्छिन् । सरस्वतीको विशेष उपासना गर्नाले विशेष प्रकारको ज्ञान मिल्दछ र पढाइमा रुचि जाग्दछ भन्ने मान्यता पनि रहेको छ।भर्खर विद्यालय जाने उमेर भएका स-साना बालबालिकाहरूका लागि अक्षरारम्भ पनि यसै दिनदेखि गराइने हुनाले यसको महत्त्व अझ बढ्दै गएको छ।
