नारी भनेका हाम्रै आमा छोरी बहिनी पत्नी बुहारी आदि हुन् । नारीलाई दिइने शिक्षालाई नारी शिक्षा भनिन्छ भने नारीलाई उनको व्यक्तित्व विकासका लागि प्रदान गरिने हकलाई महिला अधिकार भनिन्छ । शिक्षाले नारीलाई चेतना र जागृति प्रदान गर्छ । शिक्षित महिला नै आफ्नो हक र अधिकारका लागि क्रियाशील हुन सक्छन् । शिक्षा यस्तो ज्योति हो जसले अज्ञानताको अन्धकारमा हराएकालाई आफ्नो अधिकारका लागि अघि बढ्न हौसला प्रदान गर्दछ । शिक्षा मात्र हासिल गरी अधिकारबाट वञ्चित नारीबाट कुनै उल्लेखनीय योगदान हुन सक्दैन । यसरी हेर्ने हो भने नारी शिक्षा महिला अधिकारबिचमा नङ र मासुको जस्तो सम्बन्ध रहेको हुन्छ ।
नारीले संसारकै आधा आकाश ढाकेका छन् । मुलुकको विकासमा नारीको पनि पुरुषसरह दायित्व हुन्छ । वास्तवमा नारी र पुरुष एकै रथका दुई पाङ्ग्रा हुन् । एकअर्काको सहभागिताविना पूर्णरूपमा आफ्नो क्षमता प्रदर्शन गर्न सक्दैनन् । राष्ट्रको सर्वाङ्गगीण विकासमा नारी तथा पुरुषको समान दायित्व तथा जिम्मेवारीका कुरा सैद्धान्तिक रूपमा उठ्ने गरे पनि व्यवहारिक रूपमा यहाँ त्यस्तो देखिँदैन । नेपालमा अधिकांश नारीहरू शिक्षाको उज्यालो ज्योतिबाट वञ्चित छन् । त्यसैले उनीहरू आफ्ना हक तथा अधिकारमा पूर्ण रूपमा सचेत देखिँदैनन् । यहाँका धेरै नारीहरूले दुःख पाइरहेका छन् । उनीहरू हेला, हाँसो दुर्व्यवहार र उपहासका पात्र बन्न पुगेका छन् । आजको एक्काइसौँ शताब्दीमा नारीले विश्वमा ठुलाठुला उपलब्धि हासिल गरिसक्दा पनि नेपाली महिलाहरू जुठो चुलोचौको घाँसदाउरा र मेलापातमा नै अल्झिएका छन् । राष्ट्रका उच्च काममा आफ्नो दिनचर्या बिताउने नारीहरूको सङ्ख्या एकदम न्यून छ रुढीग्रस्त नेपाली समाजको नारीप्रतिको दृष्टिकोण निकृष्ट किसिमको छ । उमेर नपुग्दै अर्काको घरमा जाने जात हो भनेर छोरीलाई शिक्षाबाट वञ्चित गर्ने प्रवृत्तिले नै नेपाली नारीको भविष्यमाथि वज्रपात गरेको छ।
नारी समानता र स्वतन्त्रताका बारेमा यहाँ बेलाबेलामा निकै चर्को स्वरमा भाषण गरिन्छ । केवल त्यो भाषण आफ्नो व्यक्तिगत स्वार्थभन्दा अरू केही हुन सक्दैन । नारीको नारा लिएर संसार विजय गर्न खोज्ने पुरुषको कमी हाम्रो समाजमा छैन। महिला अधिकारका विषयमा ठुलाठुला तारे होटलमा विभिन्न गोष्ठी र सेमिनार गरिन्छन् । कार्यपत्रहरू प्रस्तुत गरिन्छन् । प्रशस्त छलफल र बहस पनि हुन्छ । यस्ता कार्यक्रममा यस्ता सुझाउ निष्कर्ष र प्रतिवेदनहरू कहिल्यै कार्यान्वयन हुँदैनन् । ती सेता कागजमा काला मसीले लेखिनुबाहेक तिनको कुनै अर्थ हुँदैन । मुलुकमा गणतन्त्र स्थापनापछि पनि नारी हक र अधिकारका विषयमा निकै बहस भएका छन् । सर्वत्र समावेशीकरणको मुद्दा चलिरहेको छ । बेलाबेलामा हरेक क्षेत्रमा लैङ्गिक समानता र महिला सहभागिताका प्रसङ्ग प्रशस्त मात्रमा उठे पनि ती कार्यान्वयन भएका छैनन् ।
Technology simply means those things that make our life easier and provides us better services to help us from different perspectives. Nowadays as technology has been developing at such a fast pace it has been affecting our lives imperiously. Nowadays we have been using technology to do simpler things to solve and do big and important issues and things. We have become lazier as it takes less effort and more comfort. This has affected our physical health as well.
Similarly being dependent on technology has made us forget about our traditional technologies and skills. Yes, technology is indeed very helpful for our daily life and they have been helping us in wonderful manners although using our effortlessness and being dependent on them has impacts on various things like traditional skills and physical health as well. We can’t read the map as now we have GPS and mapquest for the directions. People are so dependent on their things that if they don’t have them they get lost and couldn't find their destination. And I also heard about something called automatic driving in which we don't need to do anything for the operation of the manual cars it drives itself. Similarly, calculators have become so famous among the students, shopkeepers, and others as well. Many people use it to solve all the simple calculations as well instead of using their brains for it. This thing decreases the mental capacity as well. The digital compact cameras are also much popular as it is in most use the people face to use the different type of digital camera except it which is very dangerous as well.
People are so much dependent on technology that their brains cannot develop well. They are physically and mentally not fully grown. Also, they make our reading, learning, and writing powerless as much information could easily be found on the internet and other resources, so a common person doesn’t use his/her brain how much it could be occupied. Similarly, our ability to learn is also reduced as computers can provide us all the information similarly they correct our spelling and grammatical mistakes so our English cannot be improved as well. Similarly in some people get packaged food so they don’t even learn to make food by themselves which is very harmful as when they get alone then they would be affected by it.
Similarly, the internet has many facilities that help to make us listen to music, chat with our friends, watch videos and give us information about different things in a short period. Due to this people spend a lot of time on the internet rather than useful productive activities.
I am also using the internet to do my assignments easily and quickly. Then I also use it to chat with friends who are far from my home or city. And I also use it to watch anime, movies, dramas, and many other things to entertain myself. Then to listen to music, songs, and other things. But what I think that it's true that being dependent has imperious harmful effects although what I think is that if we use the technology properly and not be fully dependent on it then surely it can be very productive.
For example, we can watch useful lectures and productive things through the internet. We can learn many things through the search engine about the world, history, past, countries, scientific inventions, and many other things. Similarly, the other products as well if we use it properly then it has many benefits. So what I want to deliver the message through this article is that we should not be dependent on technology but that doesn’t mean we should not use it. If we use these technologies properly then surely we can be more productive and creative. Keeping this in consideration I hope you will also improve your habit and make good use of the technology.
लिङ्गहरूबिच हुने भेदभाव नै लैङ्गिक असमानता हाे । लैङ्गिक असमानता एउटा सामाजिक समस्या हो । यो समस्या परापूर्वकालदेखि नेपाली समाजमा देखिँदै आएको छ नेपाली समाज पुरुषप्रधान समाज भएको हुनाले सदीयौँदेखिको लैङ्गिक असमानता एक्काइसौँ शताब्दीसम्म आइपुग्दा पनि कायम नै छ ।
नेपाली समाज पुरुष प्रधान समाज हो । घरपरिवारदेखि लिएर समाज तथा राज्यका निकायमासमेत पुरुषको तुलनामा महिला सहभागिता न्यून पाइन्छ । पढेलेखेका शिक्षित समाज र सहरिया परिवेशमासमेत लैङ्गिक असमानता छ। घरमा पनि आमाबुबाले छोरा र छोरीमा गर्ने व्यवहार फरक फरक हुन्छ । छोरा र छोरीलाई पढाउने विद्यालय होस् या घरको काम होस् जुनसुकै ठाउँमा हामी यस्ता विभेद देख्न सक्छौँ । यो समस्या सहरिया परिवेशमाभन्दा गाउँले परिवेशमा अझ बढी मात्रामा देख्न सकिन्छ । विश्वका कतिपय विकसित मुलुकहरूको इतिहास हेर्ने हो भने पनि त्यहाँ पनि पुरुषको तुलनामा महिलालाई कम अधिकार दिइएको पाइन्छ भने कतिपय इस्लाम धर्मावलम्बी राष्ट्रहरूमा त लैङ्गिक असमानताका अहिले पनि व्यापक रूपमा रहेको छ ।
नेपालको सन्दर्भमा हेर्ने हो भने राज्यका हरेक निकायमा महिला सहभागिता नगन्य मात्रामा छ । महिला सहभागिता भए पनि तिनीहरूलाई सीमित स्थान मात्र दिइएको छ । नेपालको संविधानमा लैङ्गिक विभेद गरिने छैन भने पनि व्यवहारमा यस्तो पाइएको छैन । यस्तै हाम्रो समाजमा भएका तेस्रो लिङ्गीलाई अझ हेय दृष्टिकोणले हेरिन्छ आफूहरू तेस्रो लिङ्गी भएकै कारण उनीहरू न समाजमा खुल्न सक्छन् न त अधिकारका लागि लड्न सक्छन् । जबसम्म लैङ्गिक असमानता कायम रहन्छ,तबसम्म राष्ट्रको पनि विकास हुन सक्दैन र समानताको भाव पनि हुन सक्दैन।
वि.सं. २०७७ माघ २४ गते सिफल माध्यमिक विद्यालयमा कक्षा ८ - १२ सम्मका विद्यार्थीहरूको ‘डियरवाक सिफल नाइट’ कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न भयो । यस कार्यक्रममा हामी विभिन्न क्लबमा आबद्ध थियौँ। क्लबमा हामीले सिकेका आफ्ना प्रस्तुतिहरू अभिभावकहरूलाई देखाउने माध्यम थियो - डियरवाक सिफल नाइट ।
कार्यक्रमको लागि हामीले करिब दुई हप्ता अगाडिदेखि तयारी गरेका थियौँ। यस कार्यक्रममा म सङ्गीत क्लबमा आबद्ध थिएँ । विद्यालयको नियमित पठनपाठन सकिएपछि हामीले यस कार्यक्रमको अभ्यास गर्दै आएका थियौँ । करिब १० महिनापछि खुलेको विद्यालयमा हामीले लिएको छोटो अवधिको तालिमबाट यो सबै कार्यक्रम गर्न सबैका लागि चुनौती नै थियो भने लामो समयपछि यस्तो कार्यक्रम हुनु खुसी पनि उत्तिकै थियो । थोरै मात्र अभ्यास गर्न पाएकाले कार्यक्रम कस्तो हुने हो भन्ने खुल्दुली पनि उत्तिकै थियो ।
पूर्व निर्धारित कार्यक्रमअनुसार रिहर्सल सकिएपछि दिउसो ३:०० बजेतिर हामी सबैले खाजा खायौँ । करिब ४:२५ बाट हाम्रो कार्यक्रम सुरुभयो । हाम्रा अभिभावकहरू पनि कार्यक्रम हेर्नका लागि सगरमाथा हलमा प्रवेश गर्नुभयो । राष्ट्रियगानबाट सुरु भएको हाम्रो कार्यक्रम स्वस्तिवाचन हुँदै विभिन्न गीतसङ्गीत र नृत्यले दर्शकको मन खिच्न सफल भयो । कार्यक्रमको प्रमुख आकर्षण भने नाटक थियो । नाटकमा भाग लिएका पात्रहरूको अभिनय निकै जीवन्त थियाे । यसको विषयवस्तु पनि नेपाली जनजीवनसँग सम्बन्धित थियो । प्रत्येक प्रस्तुति पछि नेपाली कविता वाचन कार्यक्रमको अर्को आकर्षण थियाे । नेपाली गीतसङ्गीत तथा नृत्यका कार्यक्रमहरू उत्कृष्ट थिए । छोटो समयमा पनि विद्यालय र विद्यार्थीहरूले गरेको मिहिनेत देखेरे अभिभावकहरू खुसी हुनुभयो । समग्रमा कार्यक्रम सोचेभन्दा राम्रो भयो । बेलुका करिब ७: ०० बजेतिर कार्यक्रम सकियो । त्यसपछि हामी सबै आआफ्ना घरतिर लाग्यौँ ।

It all depends on how they are used.
The positive effects of the internet are:

The negative effects of the internet can be:
It has increased cybercrimes like cyberbullying, spreading of fake news, trolls, stalking, etc.
It has become more of a time-waster rather than a time saver as people are using it for timepass instead of useful activities.
It has given people access to online hacking, spreading computer viruses, etc.
Influence from social media sites can lead the teens to the wrong path, make them insecure seeing others, etc.
People are being involved on the internet and not in any sort of physical activities making them obese and causing different diseases.
It has reduced people's creativity as all the things can be found on the internet.
I personally find the internet very useful as it has helped me in learning different sort of things like staying in touch with people who are far away, find new peoples from all over the world, read people's opinions and views on different topics, entertain myself with different games and social media, find help related to the homework, read different novels and books online, express my thoughts and get peoples feedback, online shopping and many more. The Internet can be used both in a positive and negative way. It all depends on how we use it. It’s not the internet that has the negative effect but it is how people are using it in a negative manner for their own personal gains. We need to understand it properly and try to use the internet in the correct manner instead of criticizing the internet for having negative effects.
होक्से नेपालकाे काभ्रेपलाञ्चाेक जिल्लामा रहेकाे एउटा सानाे गाउँ हाे । याे गाउँलाई मिर्गाैला गाउँ पनि भनिन्छ । याे गाउँका मानिस थाेरै मात्र शिक्षित छन् । अशिक्षाका कारण गरिबी पनि उत्तिकै छ । गरिबी र अशिक्षाका कारण यस गाउँका मानिसहरू आफ्नो मिर्गाैला बेच्छन् र दैनिक खानपानदेखि लिएर आफ्नो गुजारा चलाउँछन् ।
मिर्गौला तस्करहरू गाउँमा छिरेपछि उनीहरूसँग पहिले मिर्गौलाबारे भ्रम फैलाउँछन् । तस्करहरूले तीन महिनापछि पुनः मिर्गौला पलाउँछ भन्ने भ्रम छरेपछि जाे काेही व्यक्ति पनि मिर्गाैला बेच्न तयार हुन्छन् । आर्थिक लाभ पनि हुने शरीरको अङ्ग पनि पलाउने आफ्ना आवश्यकता पूरा हुने भ्रममा परेपछि मिर्गाैला बेच्न तयार हुन्छन् । जुन कुरा कानुन विपरीत हो भन्ने कुरा पनि कमै मात्रलाई थाहा हुन्छ । यसरी मिर्गौला बेच्न प्रोत्साहन गर्ने उनीहरूका आफन्त नै हुन्छन् । आफन्तले दलालमार्फत केही रकम लिन्छन् । जसले मिर्गौला बेच्छ उसले पनि सम्झौता गरेअनुसार वा सोभन्दा कम रकम पाउँछ । त्यसरी तिनीहरूले पाउने रकम अत्यन्त न्यून हुन्छ । तस्करहरूले मिर्गाैला व्यापार छिमेकी मुलुक भारतमा गर्छन् । ती व्यक्तिहरूलाई भारतका विभिन्न अस्पतालमा लगिन्छ र मिर्गौला निकालिन्छ । यसरी मिर्गौला निकालेपछि मिर्गौलाको आवश्यकता परेका व्यक्तिलाई लाखौँ रुपियाँमा मिर्गौला तस्करहरूले बेच्छन् ।

And Xavi was awarded as the UEFA man of the match while Lionel Messi was awarded Fans, a man of the match. Meeting their UCL group foes from the previous season in Monaco, Barcelona labored to a 1-0 win over Shakhtar Donetsk. And Barcelona claimed European Super Cup. Defeating Athletic Bilbao 1_2 in San Mame’s where Xavi and Pedro both scored goals after trailing at the interval, Barcelona left little to the imagination when defeating them 3_0 at the Camp Nou by way of a Messi brace a week later and Barcelona grabbed Spanish Super cup.

Cinema is a common topic for most youths these days. Most of the time they talk about it and in their free time they spend their time watching the cinema. There are both good and bad impacts of cinema on people’s lives.
First for the good impact in our life. Cinema teaches us so many things. Most of the cinema includes social activities and it reflects our society. Since we live in modern society most of the children don't know the culture of our country. Cinema teaches the traditional culture of society. These days traditional instruments are not seen in our house or in other words are not used in our day to day activities. Instruments like jhyali jhyamta are not seen nowadays but those instruments are seen in cinema. So many social practices which were never known by the new generation are seen in cinema and they can know about it. It's also a means of entertainment. Most people love to watch movies in their free time. Some watch cinema to see their favorite actor or actress and try to copy them which can be a good aspect since most of the actors are health conscious and which helps people to think about their health. Some cinemas help us to distinguish between right and wrong. While we watch movies we imagine ourselves as the main character and while the main character is on the wrong path it helps us to think about the situation which helps to increase our thinking capabilities. Some people watch cinema to come out of depression.
Despite having all these good impacts there are some bad impacts as well. In cinema, many characters consume drugs and things containing nicotine like cigarettes, tobacco, etc. Some cinemas show domestic violence which may inspire some people to do so. Some movies may contain adult scenes that alter the youth's mind in such things. Some people try to implement the same thing that happened in cinema which might result in harassment and many more social problems. Some people use cinema as a bad reference to do bad activities. Cinema also results in time loss. It consumes time and money. For people who don't have enough money and wish to watch cinema is a big crisis. Some children learn bad behavior from cinemas like consuming cigarettes and alcohol. Some cinema may affect others' mentality about some particular topics like marriage. Some cinemas are not favorable while watching with family. People might take fight scenes in movies in the wrong way. Some parents scold their children due to cinema which affects their children’s mind and their thinking capabilities.
Cinema creates both negative and positive effects in human life. Despite having some negative effects we should not completely prohibit cinema as it has many positive effects and teaches many things which are very important in one's life.
According to Wikipedia, Jihad is an Arabic word that means striving or struggling with the praiseworthy aim. It could be an individual's internal struggle too. Jihad is often referred to or used in terms of making life or conforming to life with the rules of god or god’s guidance. It is usually the most misunderstood religious word. Jihad is a goal that can be achieved in any profession or any form of work. Now, coming towards the main topic, what actually is Love Jihad?
Love Jihad is a conspiracy theory which states that Muslim men target Hindu women for conversion to Islam by any means (marriage, kidnapping, seducing). Recently on 25 November 2020, four Indian states restricted ‘unlawful religious conversion’. Although there are no proofs or alleged facts of love jihad it is still a matter of fact that people are oppressed and are not free to make their own choices. A video clip from India in December got viral which showed a group of Hindu men harassing a woman. The so-called Hindu activists handed over a woman, her husband, and his brother to the police with the statement that it was love jihad. The police arrested the guy and took the woman to a government shelter. Later it was known that it was not a love jihad and the boy got bail. Although he got out of jail, the woman was pregnant and had a miscarriage. Young kids from UP and other Indian states are taught to use weapons and are forced to learn the use of swords. They are completely brain-washed and are told to use the weapons when they see any Muslim with a Hindu girl. This is purely and entirely a hindrance to someone's freedom of speech and freedom to enjoy rights with the exploitation of law. Love still remains dangerous and difficult, fighting against patriarchy, kinship, religion, caste, and family honor. I have a joke and it is on us that we believe we have freedom of speech and freedom to enjoy rights. While the constitution supports and states freedom of speech; still, political parties, press, and media hold the audacity to raise voice against someone’s private life. We still hear this or that comedian got arrested for making his opinions against a religion or a sensitive topic. Recently a huge jewelry brand Tanishq got backlash just because their ad featured an interfaith couple. Although these incidents and laws are from India, we are still not far away from implementing them. We are still a developing country imitating other developed or at least developed nations than us including India. Nepal implemented a new rule that any woman under the age of 40 must send an application to the ward office signed by the family before visiting any foreign country. How dumb we need to be to understand, this is radical oppression and indicates that women still need to be under the guidance of men. We seriously need to learn to make jokes and respect someone’s freedom of speech and freedom to enjoy their rights!

डिजिटल खेल भन्नाले हाम्रा इलेक्ट्रोनिक ग्याजेटभित्र खेलिने खेलहरू हुन् । आजकाल यस प्रकारका खेलहरू निकै लोकप्रिय हुँदै गइरहेका छन् । डिजिटल खेलको अवधारणा सन् १९८० मा आएको हो । यी डिजिटल खेलको मुख्य उद्देश्य भनेको हामीलाई मनाेरञ्जन प्रदान गर्नु हो । प्रविधिकाे विकास र बिस्तारसँगै डिजिटल खेलहरू विश्वमा लाेकप्रिय हुँदै गएका छन् ।
विश्वकाे पहिलो डिजिटल खेल स्पेसवार हाे । सन् २००० पछि खेलहरूको इतिहास परिवर्तन भयो र धेरै राम्रा खेलहरू डियस एक्स, हिटम्यान: कोडनेम ४७, पेपर मारियो, मारियो टेनिस, परफेक्ट डार्क, साेगुन: टोटल वार, एसएस एक्स र टाइमस्प्लिटर्स जस्ता खेलहरूकाे आविष्कार भयाे । सन् २००० पछि डिजिटल खेलहरूको ग्राफिक्स अझ राम्रो हुन थाल्याे । सन् २००० देखि यता विभिन्न कम्पनीहरूले राम्रा राम्रा खेलहरू बनाउन सुरु गरे । जुन खेल खेलाडीहरूले अत्यधिक मनपराउन थाले । यसकाे कारण यिनीहरूकाे ग्राफिक्स राम्राे थियो । आजकल केही खेलहरू मनाेरञ्जनका लागि खेलिन्छन् भने केही खेलहरू आर्थिक लाभका लागि पनि खेलिन्छन् ।
केही समय पहिले मानिसहरू साेच्थे कि खेलहरू भनेका समयको बर्बादी मात्र हुन् । आजकाल मानिसकाे साेचाइमा बिस्तारै परिवर्तन आएकाे छ । अहिले थुप्रै देशहरूमा डिजिटल खेलहरू खेलिन्छन् । खेल भनेकाे फुर्सदकाे समयकाे उपयाेग पनि हाे । काम नभएकाे बेला त्यतिकै बस्नुभन्दा खेल खेलेर आफूलाई व्यस्त राख्न पनि सकिन्छ ।
