फुटबल खेल अहिले विश्वको सबैभन्दा लोकप्रिय खेल हो । खुट्टाले बललाई हानेर खेलिने खेल नै फुटबल हो । यस खेलमा दुई समूहमा ११/ ११ जना खेलाडी हुन्छन् ।फुटबल खेल्न जति रमाइलो हुन्छ, हेर्दा उति नै आनन्द आउँछ । फुटबल हेर्दा दर्शकलाई  जति आनन्द आउँछ खेलाडीलाई खेल खेल्न भने निकै गाह्रो हुन्छ । फुटबलको इतिहास निकै पुरानो छ।

सन् १८६३ मा बेलायतमा निश्चित नियम बनाएर व्यावसायिक फुटबलकोआधुनिक स्वरूपको सुरूवात भएको थियो । सन् १८६३ को अक्टोबरमा ‘द फुटबल एसोसिएसन’को गठनसँगै फुटबलका नियम पनि बन्न थाले । यसैले बेलायतलाई फुटबल खेलको जन्मदाता मानिन्छ । फुटबलले आजको अवस्थासम्म आउन निकै लामो यात्रा पार गरिसकेको छ । प्राचीनकालमा खेलिने फुटबल भने अहिलेजस्तो थिएन। डेभिड गोलबेटले आफ्नो किताब ‘द बल इज राउन्ड’मा लेखेका छन्, : ‘प्राचीनकालमा बल खेल्ने चलन त थियो तर फुटबललाई आधुनिकताले जन्माएको हो ।’

खुट्टाले बललाई निरन्तर हान्दै र अभ्यास गर्दै जाँदा फुटबलको जन्म भएको हो । बेलायतबाट सुरु भएको फुटबल अहिले विश्वभर चर्चामा छ। यसलाई खेलको राजा पनि भानिन्छ। अहिले धेरै मानिसको रोजाइमा पर्ने यो खेल विश्वको चर्चित र लोकप्रिय खेल हो।

वरिपरि हेर्‍यो भने रावणको राज,

 कसैलाई पनि चाहिएको छैन यहाँ  सत्यको ताज। 

आउँदै छ ; नयाँ वर्ष हर्ष र प्रेरणाको साथ। 

देश विकाश गर्नलाई मिलाऔं  सबले हात ।। 

 म जिउँदो लास हैन ; छैन मेरो केही चाहना। 

एक दिन सबै मर्नु नै छ नबनाऊ बहाना।।

 विश्वास छैन कसैमाथि किन होला आजभोलि। 

कमी छैन कसैको नि बनाबटी बोली।।

गल्तीबाटै पाठ सिकी आगाडि बढ्ने हो। 

हार खाने बानी छैन सगरमाथा चढ्ने हो।। 

सबैले राम्रो सोच्यौँँ भने देशको उन्नति हुन्छ। 

नेपालीको छोरो हुँ म सजिलै शिखर पनि छुन्छु।।

It is a well-known fact that the existence of life on earth is a mystery and it is impossible for scientists to present the proof to support their ideas on their theory about the existence of life. But let’s dive into something deeper, deeper than the Pacific and larger than the Atlantic. If we see our present scenario, we human beings along with numerous organisms are living within a large sphere called the earth and it has been the same for billions of years, starting from the evolution of the first plant life to today’s generation of humans. But no one still knows how this all started. Scientists claim theory about the big bang, but they're still are many doubts that tend to oppose their theory. Even they do not have strong points and ideas that say that everything started from the big bang.

Big bang suggests that at the beginning, there was just a small atom within nothing, a complete vacuum, and all of a sudden it exploded releasing a lot of energy emitted out from it, and the universe was created. They also claim that the universe because of the released energy, keeps expanding on its own. However, the problem in this theory arises when a question is asked, “If the universe is expanding, what is it expanding into?” Albert Einstein said that the universe is equivalent to a sphere without any boundaries. But if there are no boundaries in the universe, and someone becomes able to reach to the very end of it, where will they reach? This question might even arise in the brain of a curious child looking in the eyes of an adult waiting for the answer. But they get nothing because the answer to this is not even answered by any brilliant individual who has ever lived. Many scientists got involved in the research for these topics and many died without knowing the answer, many are still working to answer these questions. Michio Kaku, Albert Einstein, Stephen Hawking are some of the brilliant individuals that have contributed a lot on these subjects.

In the sixteen years of my life, I have spent a lot of time staring at the night sky and looking at the bright stars that are a thousand light-years away from me. But what makes me wonder is the fact that the stars that I am seeing aren’t actually present in the current time, but they are only the light rays that have traveled about thousands of light-years to us so we can observe it through our naked eyes. 

The question still remains, how did it all start in the first place? How did we all end up being here rather than any other places in the entire universe? If the universe expands, what does it expand into? What happens if someone would reach the end of the universe? No one has ever managed to give a suitable answer to this question. The research for the answer is going on and will be for even more centuries until one day someone would actually come to humanity and prove that God is real!

The gods and goddesses have different parts to play in greek mythology. For instance, Zeus is the god of the skies, Poseidon is the god of the sea and Hephaestus is the god of metalwork, forging, and fire. Altogether there were twelve main gods and goddesses in Greek mythology they were  Zeus, Poseidon, Hera, Hephaestus, Dionysus, Athena, Artemis, Apollo, Ares, Demeter, Aphrodite, and Hermes. 

It is said that the world was once in a state of nothingness which the Greeks called chaos. Then one day from a light came Gala (The greek personation of mother earth) then came Uranus the god of the sky and other old gods (also known as primordials) Uranus and Gala had 12 children they were the titans the most important of the titans were Kronos and Rhea. Gala also gave birth to some monsters called some cyclopes and some monsters called the hundred-handed ones. Uranus, disgusted by the monsters, imprisoned them in Tartarus. Enraged by this act of Uranus, Gala used her son Kronos to cut off  Uranus’s testicles and threw them into the ocean and by Uranus’s testicles blood, it gave birth to the goddess of love and beauty Aphrodite. Kronos then married his sister Rhea.

Kronos was told a prophecy that said that one of his children would dethrone him. Scared of this prophecy Kronos ate all of his children after birth angered by this Rhea hid her youngest son in a cave with a nymph named Amaltheia who raised him by giving him goat milk. After Zeus was old enough he tricked Kronos into drinking wine spiked with mustard. After he drank the wine spiked with mustard he vomited all the god’s out since the gods were immortal; they were unharmed by the digestive acids in Kronos’s stomach. After the return of all the gods, Zeus started a war against Kronos and the titans in order to control the heavens. The war continued for ten years and at last Zeus and his army had won; angered by his father’s past doings Zeus cut Kronos into pieces and threw them into Tartarus. After that Zeus became the leader of the gods (also called the god of all gods) and the god of the skies, Poseidon became the god of the oceans and Hades became the god of the underworld Zeus had also married his sister Hera and named her the queen of the gods.
(Note: The ancient Greeks had a very liberal attitude in life. Family unions were not applicable to them, that is why brothers could marry their sisters and have children or a son could kill his parents)

The black mamba is a species of highly venomous snake belonging to the family Elapidae. It is originally from areas of Sub-Saharan Africa. According to Albert Günther in 1864 it is the second-longest venomous snake after the King Cobra. Its skin color varies from grey to dark brown. Black Mambas tend to be paler than adults and darken with age.

Black Mambas are both terrestrial and arboreal. It is known to prey on birds and small mammals. It can move up to 16 km/h (10 mph) for short distances. The black mamba usually opens its inky-black mouth, spreads its narrow neck-flap, and sometimes hisses to give a death threat. Its venom is composed of neurotoxins that often create symptoms within ten minutes. The black mamba attacks humans only if it is threatened or cornered. The black mamba is the most feared snake in Africa because of its size, aggression, venom toxicity, and speed. 

The black mamba's bite is called the "kiss of death,", and it is said to balance at the end of its tail, towering over victims before attacking. Its scientific name is “Dendroaspis Polylepis”. It comes under the reptilia animal type. They can weigh up to 3.5 pounds and have a lifespan of 11 years. It is a carnivore and classified as Least Concerned animal to extinction.  The snake feeds on hyrax, birds, bats, and bushbabies. It is an ambush predator that hunts by sight. Even though black mambas are naturally aggressive animals, they would escape if they had a chance and because of their speed they normally do it. But if they have their egg with them they will more likely attack. Ethiopia, Kenya, and Somalia are the common homes for Black Mambas. 

It has very strong venom combined with the instinct to strike numerous times. Antivenom has to be administered quickly to someone who has been bitten by such a snake. The time span would likely be no more than 20 minutes. Black mambas are really pretty snakes and are most likely to not harm humans.

Each person has a dream in their life to achieve something when they grow up with their effort. Some people want to be rich whereas some want to buy something very big then some want to be a doctor or an engineer. But for achieving these dreams we have to work hard and be more efficient. In the paragraphs below I am going to discuss dreams and how we can achieve them. 

To turn our dreams into reality the first thing we should set up in our mind is determination towards it. This will help us greatly throughout the journey. Primarily I will decide the way that will lead me towards my aim. Besides that, I will also plan my journey ahead. This all helps to make things more clear and maintain the same pace that will ultimately help to achieve my dream.

Further, no matter how hard it is to do my planning and set goals to achieve what I want I will do it without hesitation. As we know that it’s important to pre-plan and set up, we will get nothing running after our dream without any agenda. Similarly, we must give our time to follow the process and work accordingly to achieve our dream. 

The deficit of encouragement is the center beget that coerces an individual to leave their dream. So it’s very necessary to be positive and encouraged so that we can be a part of our goal. And if we wouldn’t be able to stay positive then it’s gonna be really hard for us to achieve our dreams. Similarly, there are many people around us that demotivate us which will lead to quitting our dream, so we should avoid them and move ahead. 

Then similarly for the accomplishment of our dreams, we have to keep a thing in mind that sometimes it’s hard to time that may encourage us to quit our goal but we should stay positive and remember why we started. Sometimes if we feel messed up then we should restart with a fresh makeover. 

Then another thing is that we should reward ourselves timely. It should be like after a big milestone achievement or something we can simply reward ourselves when we achieve small targets and keep a small step towards our aim. These rewards can include small chocolate to some of your favorite materials. And it will be a motivation to us as well.

Similarly, working continuously day and night would not be right as well. Of course, there should be continuous efforts although we should take breaks and engage in other works like traveling or any other things so that we could get refreshment which is indeed very important.

The next thing is the people beside us also affect us. So we must be around positive people as negativity can distract us. So these are the few ways we can apply to achieve our dreams. I hope you have got some knowledge through my discussion.

परसिव्यरेन्स रोभर नासाले बनाएको रोबट हो । यो रोभर योभन्दा पहिले मङ्गल ग्रहमा गएको क्युरोसिटी रोभरको आधारमा बनाइएको हो । आकारका हिसाबले परसिव्यरेन्स एउटा सानो गाडी जत्रै रोभर हो। जुन मङ्गल ग्रहको जेजिरो क्रेटर अन्वेषण गर्न यात्रामा हिडेको छ । पृथ्वीबाट ३० जुलाई २०२० मा उडेको यो रोभरमङ्गल ग्रहमा १८ फेब्रुवरी २०२१ मा उत्रिने छ । परसिव्यरेन्सको  मुख्य लक्ष्य मङ्गलग्रहको सतहमा जीवनको खोजि गर्नु हो । यस रोभरमा सात वैज्ञानिक यन्त्रहरु जोडिएका छन्। जसको मद्दतले परसिव्यरेन्स आफ्नो काम पुरा गर्नेछ । परसिव्यरेन्सले मानिसलाई मङ्गलग्रहमा लग्ने पहिलो कदम पनि उठाइरहेको छ । पृथ्वीबाट उडेको सात महिनापछि आफ्नो गनतव्यमा पुग्ने यो रोभरले जमिन छुनु अगि सात मिनेटको लागि आफ्नै कम्य्पुटरको भरमा रहने छ । सात मिनटको समयमा यो रोभरलाई पृथ्वीबाट नियन्त्रण गर्न मिल्दैन । यो कार्य रोभरले सफलतापूर्वक गरेपछि यसलाई पृथ्वीबाट नियन्त्रण गर्न मिल्छ। यो रोभरको निर्माणमा जम्मा २.७ अरब अमेरिकी डलर खर्च भएको छ । हामीले यस रोभरको यात्रा नासाको वेबसाईटमा गएर प्रत्यक्ष प्रसारण पनि हेर्न सक्छौँ । मङ्गलग्रहमा मानिस जाँदा चाहिने तथ्याङ्क यस रोभरले अनुसन्धान गरेर पृथ्वीमा पठाउनेछ । परसिव्यरेन्स नासाको मङ्गलयानमा   मानिसको बस्ती बसाउने योजनाको पहिलो कदम हो ।

कोविड १९ को सङ्क्रमण र त्रास वि.स. २०७६ को अन्ततिरबाट सुरू भएको थियो। त्यसबेला नेपालमा करिब चैत्र महिनाको अन्त्यसम्ममा २/३ जना कोविड सङ्क्रमित थिए। कोविड १९  जङ्गली आगो जस्तै संसारभरि फैलिरहेको थियो। त्यसबेला लकडाउन हुने भन्ने हल्ला चलिरहेको थियो। सबै जना अब के होला भनेर चिन्तित थिए। सबैजना सचेत हुँदै गए र सावधानी अपनाउन थाले। कोविडको सङ्क्रमण बिस्तारै बढ्दै गयो । सरकारले  देशव्यापी लकडाउन घोषणा गर्‍याे।

लकडाउनको समयमा मसँग कुनै काम थिएन। म ग्याजेटमा खेल खेल्थें र गीतार बजाउँथे। लकडाउन बढ्दै जाँदा हाम्रो विद्यालयले अनलाइन कक्षा सुरू गर्ने निर्णय गर्‍याे । जब  द्रुत रूपमा कोविड १९ को सङ्क्रमण बढ्दै गइरहेका थिए तब लकडाउन खोल्ने कुनै सङ्केत थिएन। दिनहरू निकै कष्टकर रूपमा बित्दै गए । सास पनि बिस्तारै फेर्नु पर्ने जस्तो हुन थाल्यो । घरमै बस्नु पर्ने अवस्था झन् पछि झन् हुन थाल्यो । समय बित्दै गयो। खोपको बारेमा केही हल्लाहरू सुनिन थाल्यो। तर यो सफल हुन धेरै समय लाग्ने सुनियो। केही समयपछि लकडाउन क्रमश: खोल्दै जाने कुरा सुनिए पनि  कोविड उपचारको कुनै सङ्केत  थिएन। सङ्क्रमित मानिसहरूको सङ्ख्या  दिनप्रतिदिन बढ्दै थियो । भविष्यमा के हुन्छ भन्ने कुरा हामी कसैलाई पनि थाह थिएन। 

अहिले लकडाउन छैन। नेपालमा पनि कोविड १९को  खोप आएर  लगाउन थालिसके।  हाम्रो विद्यालय खुलिसक्यो। अहिले कक्षा ४ देखि माथिका सबै कक्षाहरू भौतिक रूपमा चलिरहेका छन्। बिस्तारै डर पनि हराउँदै जान थालेको छ। सबै कुरा सामान्य जस्तै लाग्दै गइरहेका छन्।

Starvation is one of the most important issues in today’s world. In general, starvation is a state of suffering caused by hunger. As we all know food is a very important aspect of a human being’s life. Millions of people are starving to death every day. This has caused a major negative impact on the world. There is a scarcity of food in some places all around the world. Even small toddlers are facing this problem. This problem can cause a scarcity of food all over the world. 

According to the worldvision.org website; globally, about 8.9% of the world’s population — 690 million people — go to bed on an empty stomach each night. Since 2014, the number of people affected by hunger has been slowly on the rise. If it continues at this rate, it’ll exceed 840 million by 2030. The world’s condition will eventually deteriorate as time goes on if this continues. One of the main reasons for global hunger would be poverty. In this materialistic world, almost anything can be bought with money. Food is respectively among the things that can be bought with money. And those who don’t have money fall into a disadvantage resulting in starvation. 

A primary solution to this would be alleviating poverty. If poverty is alleviated — not only poverty but a lot of problems can be solved. It is our responsibility to alleviate starvation as the ones who brought this upon ourselves and also for the prevention of scarcity of food all over the world.
