वातावरण प्रदूषणको गफ

आजको समयमा वातावरण र प्रदूषण भन्ने शब्दहरू सबैले सुनेका छन् । सामान्यतया  वातावरण भनेको जैविक र निर्जीव कुराहरूको  एकाई हो र  प्रदूषणको भनेको दुषित पार्ने अथवा खराब पार्ने काम हो । यसरी ‘वातावरण प्रदूषण’ भनेको हाम्रो वरिपरि भएका जैविक र निर्जीव कुराहरूको पतन हो । अहिले संसारमा वातावरण प्रदूषणको समस्या जटिल अवस्थामा पुगेको छ। 

वातावरण प्रदूषणभित्र विशाल दायराका कुराहरू पर्छन् । मान्छेको पहुँच जहाँ पुगेको छ, त्यहाँ प्रदूषण बढेको छ । जमिनदेखि अन्तरिक्षसम्म सबैतिर प्रदूषण बढेको छ । जहाँ मानिसहरू जान्छन् त्यहाँ प्रदूषण बढ्नु अपरिहार्य कुरा हो भन्ने हामी सबैतिर सुन्छौँ तर यो कुरामा केही सत्यता छैन । के सबै देशका मानिसहरू प्रदूषण बढाउन अन्तरिक्षमा पुगेका छन् ? धनीहरूमा आधाभन्दा अधिक कार्बन उत्पादन गर्ने मानिसहरू अमेरिका र युरोपियन युनियनका नागरिकहरू छन् । विश्वका धनी देशहरूले बढाएको प्रदूषणका कारण अविकसित देशहरूका गरिब मान्छेहरूलाई असर परिरहेको छ । संसारका धनी र ठुला देशहरू मिलेर वातावरण  प्रदूषणको नाममा गरिब देशहरूलाई झन गरिब बनाइरहेका छन् । आफ्नो गल्ती ढिलो देख्ने प्रवृत्तिका कारण वातावरण प्रदूषणले संसारका गरिब देशहरूलाई झनै बेफाइदा भएको छ । दिगो विकासको नाममा आज संसारका गरिब देशहरू औद्योगिक देश बन्न सकिरहेका छैनन् । वातावरण बचाउने नाममा मानिसहरूको नाजायज हत्या भइरहेको छ । दिगो विकास भन्ने कुरा पहिलेदेखि विकसित भएका देशहरूमा मात्र लागु गर्न सजिलो हुन्छ । अरूको गल्तीका नराम्रा परिणामहरू हामी किन भोग्ने भन्ने प्रश्न सबैले गर्नुपर्छ ।

आज धनी र विकसित देशहरू मिलेर विभिन्न सहमतिहरूको मद्दतबाट वातावरण बचाउने गफ सुनाउँदै गरिब मानिसहरूलाई झन् गरिब बनाइरहेका छन् । यो अप्रत्यक्ष सामूहिक हत्या हो भनेर हामी सबैले बुझ्नुपर्छ । यस्ता कुराहरूबाट टाढा रहेर मात्र हामी देशको विकास गर्न सक्छौँ ।

Mental health and Covid-19

As defined by the world health organization  (WHO) mental health is a state of well-being in which the person recognizes his own ability and can cope with normal problems and tensions of life. The main problem is when our mental health starts to degrade. The degradation in mental health is caused by various factors in society and even the way he grew up. 

We all know that mental health is important. But why exactly is it so important as said by others? In simple words degradation of mental health causes a lot of problems for the individual, it leads to anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, etc. According to WHO more than 800,000 people die due to suicide, almost one suicide every 40 seconds. This is a very serious issue. On top of that, the covid has a very negative effect towards the mental effect of the person. 

In our country, Nepal, an estimated around 1647 people have committed suicide during the lockdown. Covid-19 has caused a serious issue in mental health. Covid has caused a sense of fear, anxiety for all but it’s even more painful, difficult for those who went out of their hometown , away from family to earn money. Some gave up , and found sucide to be a better option which is never true. 

Fear, Stress, worry are normal to  threats especially in pandemic like Covid. The realization of change of being faced with new reality can be really difficult in times. It can be stressful, overwhelming and can cause strong emotional distress in adults as well as in childrens.

Stress can be caused by various factors like fear, anger, sandness , worry, change in appetite etc. A simple yet effective way of coping with mental health issues and stress would be to take a break and relax . It's always good to keep your mind calm all the time. Getting up early and doing some light exercise in your home and taking care of your body is also another way of getting rid of stress.

Everyone is facing the same if not very similar situation as understanding these sorts of things helps in getting relieved from different stress. Taking care if your mental mind is really necessary.

If you are having a bad time, try connecting with people from far away, this gives you another way to view the world. Doing these sorts of refreshing activities can help you overcome mental degradation, and is a great way to relieve stress.

टिम वर्क टिम र वर्क दुईवटा शब्द मिलेर बनेको छ । सबैभन्दा सुरुमा टिम भनेको के हो ? सरल भाषामा टिम भनेको व्यक्ति व्यक्तिहरूको समूह हो र वर्क भनेको कुनै पनि काम हो । टिम वर्कको परिभाषा कुनै लक्ष्य प्राप्त गर्नका लागि व्यक्ति व्यक्तिहरूको समूहमा मिलिजुली काम गर्नु हो ।

टिमवर्क हरेक कुरामा महत्त्वपूर्ण हुन्छ । टिम वर्क खेलमा, व्यापारव्यवसायमा, पढाइमा, कार्यालयमा, अनुसन्धानमा आदि धेरै ठाँउमा प्रयोग हुन्छ । कुनै पनि काम सफल बनाउन टिम वर्कको ठुलो भूमिका रहेको हुन्छ । एक्लै कोही पनि सफल व्यक्ति बन्न सक्दैन । टिममा हुँदा नयाँ नयाँ विचारहरूको उत्पत्ति हुन्छ र त्यसलाई राम्रो ढङ्गले कार्यान्वयन गर्न मद्दत गर्छ । यसले दक्षता र उत्पादकतालाई बढाउँछ । यसले कामप्रति सन्तुष्टि पनि बढाउँछ । हामीले विभिन्न र नयाँ कुरा सिक्न पाउँछाैँ र एक अर्काको गल्तीबाट सिक्ने र सुधार गर्ने अवसर पाउँछाैँ ।

उदाहरणका लागि हामी सबैले प्रसिद्ध चलचित्र एभेन्जर्स इन्डगेम हेरेकै हाैँला । टिमवर्कको बारेमा त्यहाँ एउटा ठुलो पाठ छ जसमा हामी धेरैले ध्यान दिएनाैँ होला । यसमा हामी केवल टिम वर्क मात्र हैन, आफ्नो टोलीको मूल्य पनि हेर्न सक्छाैँ । एउटा टिम जहिले पनि एक व्यक्तिभन्दा ठुलो हुन्छ । जब व्यक्तिले आफ्नो अहङ्कारलाई पन्छाउँछ, एक अर्कालाई विश्वास गर्दछ र टोलीको रूपमा कार्य गर्दछ तब दुस्मन ब्रह्माण्डको सबैभन्दा शक्तिशाली भए पनि जित हासिल हुने निश्चित छ ।

Introverts or Extroverts

There are many types of people in this world in terms of their behaviour, personalities. My article focuses on two mainly types: introvert people and extrovert people. The people who are usually shy, quiet and thoughtful are mostly known as introverts. They mostly reject being social in life and just want to be alone. On the other hand there are extroverts who are often described as the talkative, social and outgoing person. It’s basically the opposite of an introverted person.

So the question may arise here, Is being an introverted person better than an extrovert and vice-versa? First let's make it clear that these are just the personality of a person.

As we are human beings we have different personalities and being one of the introverts or an extrovert is part of having our personality. It defines us as what kind of a person we are. Most introverts lack social life and because of it they have anxiety problems , they may not be good at public speaking or they might just want to stay alone and make or form no relation with friends and other people. As there are the demerits of introverts but also has good qualities of being one of them. For example they are mostly polite and mind their own business, as they are not socially active they have time to understand themselves and plan for the future what is best for them. So these were some of the aspects of an introvert and can be taken as merits. About extroverts, their downside is that they get distracted very easily, most of them always want to hang out with friends and family rather than thinking about themselves. They are attention-seeking people as well as can’t stay alone. But there are merits of extroverts as well. They are very quick and have a good skill to make friends easily. They form relationships faster and better. They take part in socializing with other people which really makes them stand out from others. 

From the above paragraphs we got to know the different aspects of an introvert and an extrovert. There are other types of people as well such as Ambivert who show both the qualities of an extrovert and introvert. In conclusion we must respect all kinds of people as everyone is different from one another.

Ram woke up stretching his arms. He let out a long yawn, looked around, the room was dark because the sun had not risen yet. He strained his ears to hear the birds singing. The birds were singing a sweet melody that relaxed him. He felt that he was in heaven. The sweet melody of the birds did that to him. 

That was all a lie. It was 11 in the morning. His room was still dark because he had closed the curtains so the sunlight could not penetrate the room. The melody of the birds he was imagining was actually the sound of machinery used in constructing a building across the street. He would have slept longer if not for the fact that his father was vigorously knocking on the door. ¨Ram, wake up! Lunch is ready, wake up. It is already 11¨. He let out another yawn while replying to his father so it sounded something like,¨Caaaawwwwwwaaaah inng¨. He slid out of his bed and opened the curtains. He turned around and looked for a T-Shirt. He did not find one so he started searching for it properly. Outside the door, his father, getting annoyed, said, ¨It is already 11. Wake up quickly¨. He replied,¨Coming, coming. I am looking for a T-Shirt. You go on I will follow you ¨. He bent down to look below the table. He found it lying there. He had no idea how it got there. But whatever he picked it up, jerked it off to remove any dust that might have accumulated on it overnight and put it on. He unlocked the door and went out. His father had already gone down. He went to the bathroom to wash his face and gargle. 

Then, he went down to have lunch. That is how his mornings had gone since lockdown. After having lunch, he opened the T. V.  and browsed through it for around 5 minutes. Not finding anything worthy of watching, he got up to go up. His father asked him,” Where are you going?” To that, he replied sarcastically,¨ I am going on a journey to find inner peace¨ He went up to do whatever he had done for the past few weeks since lockdown. 

After spending the whole day in his room, Ram would return to have dinner and then go back up to sleep. And that is how Ram had spent his days since lockdown.

नेपाली भनेको नेपालमा बस्ने मानिस वा नागरिक हो । हामी नेपाली हाम्रो नेपाललाई अङ्ग्रेजबाट मुक्त गराउन सफल भएका महान् योद्धा हौँ । हामी नेपालीको मनमा स्वार्थ र घमण्डको भावना छँदै छैन किनभने हामी नेपालीहरू अनेक भेष, अनेक भाषा, अनेक धर्म र अनेक जातबाट बनेका छाैँ । रिस, राग, कपट र छल गर्न हामीलाई कहिले आएन । हामी सत्य र धर्मको बाटो हिँड्छौँ । हाम्रो देश स्वर्गझैँ सुन्दर र चद्रमाझैँ चम्किलो छ । हामी नेपाली एकतामा बसेर हरेक काम गर्छौं र सफलता प्राप्त गर्छौं ।

Anime Review: Classroom of elite

Classroom of the elite is one of the most intriguing anime out there . It's written by Shōgo Kinugasa and illustrated by Shunsaku Tomose . The anime series was adapted by Lerche and aired from July 12 ,2017. The anime tells a story from a distant future Japan where the government establishes an advanced nurturing school where students are given all the basic freedom that mimics real life. This school teaches the harsh reality and struggles of life. The students work hard to earn points which are used as a currency to fend for oneself. This story in particular talks about a class called the D class , where the students are said to be weakest students whereas A class is said to be the strongest class. The plot line of this story is very simple at first, the class works together to prove itself the best one among the others.But as the story progresses there are several different challenges that the student faces. The unexpected plot twist, the ending and the character development is indeed fascinating. Even a simple plot like that could turn out  to be better but as for the first season the plot is not much interesting. I wouldn’t say it is completely lifeless because the first season is not at all enough to make those claims but what I can say is that the plot doesn’t seem to be engaging with the viewers properly. As for the characters in this anime it's not too bad but they are not as likable.The main character is super badass type but the other side characters development is not as good when compared to the main character.which tends to give this different vibe than similar type and kind animes. This might be the cause why a lot of people like it and a lot don’t. The plot twist in this anime especially the last episode is one of a kind and is my best unexpected plot twist so far . And the execution is perfect. But when you start to consider it as a single season anime all the build and the anime just ends is not fun. So I say that the second season has to come. But if you can't wait, the manga and the light novel of this anime is also really superb. So I recommend you read it as well. In my opinion I will say that this is not a bad anime at all but there are few aspects that lack in the first season which might hopefully be covered by in the upcoming season.

भनिन्छ नाटक जीवन हाे तर जीवन नै नाटक हुँदाे हाे त हामीलाई जीवनकाे समय अर्थात् टुङ्गिने अवधि थाहा हुन्थ्यो हाेला, जसरी नाटककाे थाहा हुन्छ । कलाकारले अभिनय गर्दा निश्चित नियम, ताैरतरिका पुरा गर्नुपर्ने हुन्छ तर जीवन जिउन न कुनै नियम हुन्छ, न त कुनै कानुन । याे त निरन्तर आफ्नै शैलीमा चलिरहन्छ । तसर्थ नियालेर हेर्दा वास्तवमा नाटक जीवनकाे सारांश हाे, जहाँ जीवनकाे भाेगाइलाई समेटिएकाे हुन्छ । नाटक यस्तो विषय हाे जसकाे माध्यमबाट हामीले देखेका, सुनेका, भाेगेका अनि काल्पनिक पक्षलाई समेटेर घटना तयार पारिन्छ । चाहे त्यो घटना वास्तविक हाेस् या काल्पनिक, त्यसलाई कसरी र कुन ढङ्गबाट प्रस्तुत गर्ने भन्ने कुरा नाटक लेखक र निर्देशककाे हातमा हुन्छ ।

नेपालकाे सन्दर्भमा लिच्छवि काललाई नाटककाे स्वर्णिम काल मानिन्छ । पृथ्वीनारायण शाहकाे पालादेखि नेपाली नाटक क्षेत्र अझ फराकिलो भएको भन्ने विश्वास रहिआएको छ । चलचित्रभन्दा जीवन्त अभिनय हुने नाटक साँच्चिकै आजकाे दिनसम्म दर्शककाे मन जित्न सफल हुँदै आइरहेकाे छ । 

त्यस्तै एक नाटक जहाँ सिफल स्कुलका शिक्षकहरू र हामी पाँचजना विद्यार्थीहरू नाटककाे तयारीमा जुटिरहेका छाैँ ।

This memoir goes deep down where other books might not. It's a deeply personal look at the cancer patient journey from diagnosis to recovery; and the transformative power of healthy, homely food. Cancer, Curry & Me gives the reader a glimpse into what life can be like after a breast cancer diagnosis. Each cancer patient's journey is different but some of the struggles remain the same. This is a raw, honest, and unapologetic narrative. One woman using her own experience to shed light on things people are often too scared to talk about.Cancer,Curry and me is a book written by Suvekchya Ghimire .This book was written when she was suffering from cancer. She shared  her experience when she was suffering from cancer.This book is very interesting because of the symbols used here. Writer’s could use  normal terms  like radiography,chemotherapy but she has used the terms like  momo,karela which means all the treatment when she got cancer and also how she passed the tough time.

I found this book extraordinarily inspiring, very informative, and detailed.I see that the author is a very strong and positive role model.I also admire that the book has all the nutritious food that the author prepared during the treatment and how it made her stronger using all-natural ingredients.And also, very encouraging to know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.Writer suffered from breast cancer at the age of 32 years and recovered at the age of 36.So,just like  the vegetable karela ,it was the bitter truth for her that she knew she was suffering from cancer.From the names of food she has explained  all her experience.She has shared her experience in the name of food “momo”.where she shared her experience and she has also mentioned thankful notes.In bhanta ko bharta she has explained about her surgery.Where she kept fake boobs.In swan pukka she has started to take chemotherapy..Then she started to share her experience during chemotherapy.She has also said that it was the toughest time during chemotherapy.she has loosed all her hair during chemotherapy .Herbs were very useful for her.Cancer, Curry & Me gives the reader a glimpse into what life can be like after a breast cancer diagnosis. Each cancer patient's journey is different but some of the struggles remain the same. This is a raw, honest, and unapologetic narrative. One woman using her own experience to shed light on things people are often too scared to talk about.

As news of her cancer spreaded, Her Inbox was full of messages. Message of courage, hope , cursing cancer, getting well soon etc was there in her inbox. But she was extremely happy. After all that, she thought people still cared about her. She wrote a diary about the good memory she got and messages she felt happy reading. Many people still hoped and prayed for her treatment to be successful. It was a good moment of her life, the same as how people love having Momo. She had to go under many tests. Her first plan was to have a surgery.  As time went on , her blood became thinner, where she had to avoid cuts, wounds at any cost. This went on for more than 6 month, until she turned 33.  It was impossible for her to leave home as she had the injection prescribed. Her days went in loop. Nothing changed, she used to stay at home, nothing more nothing less. Losing hair was inevitable, She had to cut her 13 inch at the salon and donated it at Locks of Love. The uncomfortable feeling of losing hair lasted for a long time, especially in the morning. She found yoga and pranayam(breathing) to be an effective way to control it rather than having food and making it worse. She had a hard time eating, She was told many times how healthy food was an important aspect. Her husband would go off to many missions to satisfy her craving. Her husband was a good person, who still supported her in hard times without leaving her even once. As she was fond of eating, when she could have food from outside , and food she never had, She would feel a lot happy. It was the source for her happiness and confidence. Towards the end of her treatment farting, burping became common and comfortable when her parents were around. As chemotherapy messes with your digestive system. She would experience pain in her chest, especially in the surgery area. She went under radiotherapy and many more in a hope that her cancer could be cured one day.

Cancer, Curry & Me gives the reader a glimpse into what life can be like after a breast cancer diagnosis. Each cancer patient's journey is different but some of the struggles remain the same. This is a raw, honest, and unapologetic narrative. One woman using her own experience to shed light on things people are often too scared to talk about.Food plays an important role in the healing process; spiritually, mentally, and physically. The author draws us into her world of aroma, spice, and the memories associated with familiar flavours. Spices have been used in Ayurveda for centuries - they are the heart and soul of traditional cooking in India and SouthEast Asia. The recipes in this book serve to comfort, boost immunity, and ignite a passion for Nepali and Indian cooking.

She recovered properly at the age of 36. From this book she has made it easy for others who are suffering from cancer.So,I request all of us to read this book. There are some flaws of the book as most past describe about the recipe but it is interesting to deal with. This is a very inspiring book for everyone who has come across anyone with cancer -themselves,their family members ,friends or even those in the other side of the spectrum as health care providers. Author has beautifully shared her struggles, pain and victory with a dash of humor. It will make you cry at times and laugh sometimes and most importantly will encourage you to continue the fight you are fighting everyday!.I can really view why the way this book is saying about is working. This type of book is required to understand the healing power of food and one's own body. Exceptional in the true sense.

सबैजना रमाइलो मनाउँदा सुरेश दु:खमा रहन्थ्याे । "के गराैँ, को हुन् तिनीहरू ? केही याद छैन । मेरा साथी भन्छन् तर हो कि होइन थाहा भएन।"  जति सोचे पनि को हुन् भन्ने याद नै गर्न सकिरहेकाे छैनँ । सुरेश जहिले तनाब लिएर बस्थ्याे । उसलाई सबैले चिन्छन्, तर उसले मात्र चिन्दैन । सुरेशलाई डर लग्थ्याे, सबैजना आएर भेट्दा । सबैबाट टाढा बस्थ्याे । सबै उसलाई जिस्काउँथे र हेप्थे तर के गर्ने ? बिचरा सुरेशको याद गर्ने क्षमता अति थोरै छ । 

यस्तो जीवन कसलाई जिउन मन लाग्छ र ? हरेक नयाँ दिनमा आफूले गरेका सबै कुरा बिर्सिने । सुरेशलाई कहिलेकाहीँ आफू को हुँ पनि थाहा हुँदैन । यो सबै गुण उसको हजुरबाबाट उसमा आएको हो तर उसको हजुरबामा उसमा भन्दा धेरै याे गुण थियाे ।  सुरेश सोच्दै बस्थ्याे "किन यस्तो भएको ?" सुरेशले एक पटक आत्महत्याको प्रयास पनि गर्यो तर सफल भएन । सबै शिक्षकले भन्थे, "जति पढे पनि तिम्रो यस्तो चाला किन हो ?" अनि शिक्षकहरू उसलाई पिट्न सुरु गर्थे । उसको समस्या सुन्दा शिक्षकहरू हाँस्थे । कुनै शिक्षकले झुटो बोल्छस् ? भनेर कुट्न सुरु गर्थे । ऊ पुरै निराशामा जिन्दगी बिताउँथ्याे । 

कसैले उसको हेरचाह गर्दैनथ्याे र कसैले वास्ता पनि गर्दैनथ्याे । ऊ एक्लै डरले रुँदै थियाे । एक दिन अचानक एउटी केटीले उसको अगाडि आएर उसको आँसु पुछ्दै सोधिन्,"किन रुँदै बसेकाे ? सबैलाई इग्नोर हान । तिमी मात्रै एक्लै छैनौ, म पनि तिमीसँगै छु । केटीले उसलाई एउटा आशाको किरण देखाइन् । पछि उनले सुरेशको कठिन समयमा धेरै सहयोग गरिन् । सबैजनाले पछि सुरेशलाई जिस्काउन छाेडे तर उसलाई ती केटीको नाम केही थाहा थिएन । अर्को दिन सोद्छु उठेर ती केटी जहिले हुने ठाउँमा गयो तर जहिले हुने केटी आज थिइनन् । कता हराइन् थाहा भएन । सुरेशले पुरै दिन पर्खियो तर उनलाई देखेन । अर्को दिन सुरेशलाई एउटा ठुलो कम्पनीबाट आमन्त्रण आयो । ऊ धेरै खुसी भयो र पछि गएर ठुलो व्यापारी बन्यो । उसको नाम जता पनि चल्थ्याे तर उसलाई दुख थियाे कि उसले ती केटीलाई भेट्न सकेन ।

 एक दिन उसले बाटामा एउटा बच्चालाई देख्यो । त्याे बच्चा भुईंमा खसेकाे खाने कुरा टिप्दै थियाे र याे देखेर उसलाई दुख लाग्यो । पछि उसले त्यो बच्चाको जीवन बनाइदिन्छु भनेर उसको घरमा लग्न लागेको थियाे । त्यो बच्चाले एउटा मध्यम उमेरकी केटीकहाँ लग्यो । त्यहाँ सुरेशले बच्चा बेलामा भेटेकी केटी देख्यो । सुरेशको आँखामा पुरै आँसु आयो र केटीले पनि देख्नेबित्तिकै चिनिन् । सुरेशले ती केटीलाई घर लगेर हेरचाह गर्यो । केटीले खुसीले रुँदै भनिन्, "धेरै धन्यवाद !" र सुरेश फर्केर भन्यो, "तिमीले मलाई बच्चा हुँदा ती शब्दहरू नभनेको भए म अहिलेसम्म मरिसकेको हुन्थेँ । तिमीलाई पो मैले धन्यवाद दिनु पर्ने ।" दुवै जनाले रुँदै एक अर्कालाई सोधे " तिम्रो नाम -- ?"  दुवै जनाले हाँस्दै आफ्ना नामहरू भने ।  

 केटीकाे नाम भन्नेबित्तिकै केटीको जीवन अन्तिम समयमा पुग्यो । सुरेशले कति पछि भेटेकी केटी उसकै अगाडि स्वर्ग गइन् । सुरेश रुँदै करायो, "किन यस्तो ! किन ! किन !" र उसले आफ्नो टाउको भित्तामा ठोक्न सुरु गर्यो । उसले एउटा कुरा महसुस गर्यो, "जीवन कहिले रमाइलो छैन र हुँदैन पनि !" भन्दै ऊ आफ्नो भविष्य राम्रो बनाउनतिर लाग्यो । उसले धेरै बच्चा र मान्छेलाई दुखको समयमा धेरै सहयोग गर्यो र उसले सामाजिक सेवातिर धेरै पैसा लगानी गरेर धेरै बच्चाहरूकाे भविष्य राम्रो बनायाे ।

Life is the combination of different stages. Among all student life is one of the most memorable and enjoyable stages in my point of view. It is the luck of one to spend student life full of entertainment without any sort of burden. It is also counted as the most important stage in human life. We all are bound to go through different phases of life , learn, experience and grow mature. Education plays an important role in student life. Firstly they pass through school and enter colleges, Universities and so on. Wherever they go education is the must to succeed in life. 

 Besides education, the student should participate in different school programs as well as students should play games and take exercise for good health. To be a successful person in life sound health is needed. For the games and participation in programs, students can choose as per their interests. A student should also build up his/her character and grow. Good character is more precious than any other possession in life. Good habits are also a must in student life, this defines their character. If a bad habit is committed once then it is difficult to choose the correct path. Everything has its own time so we should wait for it and achieve it. As they start to get higher-level education they have many responsibilities to be fulfilled. For good education, students must have proper facilities and training in school and campuses.

 Many students don't know the value of time and life. Waste their life is unwanted activities. So, parents should help them by hunting their interests from childhood. The government should also provide various facilities in schools and campuses.
