जैव विविधता भन्नाले जीवहरूको भिन्नतालाई बुझिन्छ । पृथ्वीमा हामीले विभिन्न किसिमका जनावर, पक्षी, ससाना किराफट्याङ्ग्रा, रुखबिरुवा तथा धेरै जीवहरू देख्न पाउँछौँ । हाम्रो देश नेपाल पनि जैव विविधतामा धनी देश हो । नेपाल आकारमा सानो भए पनि जैव विविधतामा धेरै नै धनी छ ।

नेपाल क्षेत्रफल विश्वको क्षेत्रफलकाे ०.१ प्रतिशत भए पनि यहाँ विश्वका १.१ प्रतिशत वनस्पतिहरू र जीवहरूको रहेका छन् । नेपालमा ३७० प्रजातिका बोट, ८३६ प्रजातिका चराहरू, १४७ प्रजातिका सरीसृपहरू, १८० प्रजातिका ताजा पानीका माछा र अरू धेरै प्रजातिका जीवहरू बसोबास गर्छन् । नेपालका तराई, पहाड र हिमालमा छुट्टा छुट्टै विविधता छन् । नेपालमा धेरै दुर्लभ जीवहरू पनि पाइन्छन्, जस्तैः एकसिङे गैँडा, काँडे भ्याकुर, एसियाली हात्ती आदि। यिनले गर्दा नेपालकाे प्राकृतिक सुन्दरता थप बढेकाे छ । 

पारिस्थितिक प्रणालीका लागि पनि जैव विविधताको महत्त्व छ । मानिसहरू पनि जैव विविधतामा निर्भर छन् । उदाहरणका लागि मानिसहरूलाई बाँच्नका लागि खाना चाहिन्छ, जुन हामी अन्य जनावर र बोटबिरुवाबाट लिन्छौँ । जैव विविधताले हामीलाई शुद्ध हावा, पानी, आदि दिन्छ र मानिसको स्वास्थ्य पनि राम्रो हुन्छ । यसले पर्यटन उद्योगलाई पनि बढावा दिन्छ । पर्यटकहरू आउँदा हुने आम्दानीले देशको अर्थव्यवस्थालाई पनि बलियो बनाँउछ र विदेशी मुद्रा आर्जन गर्न मद्दत गर्छ ।

मानव गतिविधिहरूका कारण नेपालका केही जीवहरू विलुप्त भइरहेका छन् । बढ्दाे प्रदूषणले गर्दा सुन्दर हिमाल, पहाड र तराई नराम्रा देखिन थालेका छन् । अत्यधिक जनसङ्ख्याका कारण भएकाे वन फँडानीले गर्दा जैव विविधता लुप्त भइरहेको छ । हामीले यसलाई बचाउनका लागि मानिसहरूलाई यसको महत्त्वका बारेमा चेतना दिनुपर्दछ किनभने यो हाम्रो देशको बहुमुल्य धन हो ।

China entered the US market after the approval of the trade agreement by  Bill Clinton in 2000. China didn’t stop in the USA but gradually, they started to cover the European market. Since then, the Chinese economy has never looked back. The Chinese economy is the world's fastest-growing economy and its GDP doubles in 8 years. In 2015, China gave the slogan “Made In China 2025”. Their main goal was to become the superpower by 2025. They asked the companies to work as per the principle of the Chinese government. That’s when the USA realized, they might be thrown away from their No. 1 position and then the USA started to put pressure on the Chinese government by banning different tech companies.

Huawei was the first company who was caught between these two superpowers. Huawei's annual revenue in the year 2018 was 120B USD. They became the number one telecommunication manufacturer in the year 2012 beating Ericsson. They became the highest mobile seller beating Samsung in 2019. The US government banned Huawei saying they have been working for the Chinese government. They claimed Huawei has been creating backdoors to keep the track of the people's information. Huawei has clearly said that it’s not fair with them and they have asked for the proofs but the US government has not been able to give the proofs to date. The US has also restricted Google, ARM from providing services to Huawei which was a big blow for them. Huawei has come up with the Harmony OS and they have said it is 60% faster than the android.  

What does this mean to this world?

Huawei is one of the biggest companies in the world which manufactures almost all electronic devices including Smartphones, MODEM, USB, VR, and many more. The international market has seen a price hike after this ban. The price hike was expected because the manufacturing cost of the product in China is less in comparison to other countries because of cheap transportation, electricity, and availability of skilled manpower.  That’s the reason 90% of Apple products are made in China.  5G is expected to be 10 times more expensive if the US-based company brings it to this world. 

China or USA, Who wins?

Huawei has faced a fall in their revenue, but they have been working on Harmony OS and they are trying to survive in the international market by partnering with different organizations around the world. They are inviting people to work on their open-source projects. It’s not just Huawei. The companies like Apple, Facebook, Google earned 11 B USD in 2018 from Huawei. The US-based Chip Tech Group has decided to move to Switzerland and the CEO of RISC-V foundation says “If you clamp down on things too tightly this is going to happen. In a global supply chain, companies have choices, and the choice is to go abroad.” The investment in the USA has decreased and International companies have chosen to move to the international market. It’s upon both the government and the companies how they call for the investment. To date, none wins but the next five years will show who wins and becomes the World's biggest superpower.

फुटबल भन्ने बित्तिकै निकै रोमाञ्चक खेलको चित्र मनभित्र कोरिन्छ र यस खेललाई रोमाञ्चक बनाउने हस्तीहरूको स्मरण गरिन्छ । यिनै हस्तीहरूमध्ये एक हुन्, स्व. पाउलो रोसी । उनको जन्म सन् १९५६ मा इटालीको प्राटो सहरमा भएको हो । रोसी इटालेली व्यावसायिक फुटबलर हुन् जसले १९८२ को विश्वकपको उपाधि साथ-साथै गोल्डेन बल र गोल्डेन बुट पनि जितेका थिए । यसरी तिनै उपाधि जित्ने रोसी तेस्रो खेलाडी हुन् । सोही वर्ष उनको जादुमयी खेलको कदर गर्दै उनलाई बालोन डी'-ओर र युरोपियन वर्ष खेलाडीकाे उपाधिले सम्मान गरियो । रोसी इटालेली राष्ट्रिय टोलीबाट विश्वकपमा तेस्रो सर्वाधिक गाेलकर्ता खेलाडी हुन् । उनले विश्वकपमा ९ गोल गरेका छन् ।  

क्लब स्तरमा उनको पहिलो क्लब भिसेन्जा हो र उनी सोही क्लबका सर्वाधिक  गाेलकर्ता खेलाडी हुन् । भिसेन्जामा उनको कलात्मक प्रदर्शनलाई मध्यनजर गर्दै उनलाई तत्कालीन सर्वाधिक महँगो खेलाडी घोषित गरियो र महँगो शुल्क तिरेर उनलाई सन् १९७६ मा युभेन्टस बोलाइयो । युभेन्टसमा हुँदा उनले २ सिर ए, १ कोप इटालिया, १ सुपर कप र १ युरोपियन कप हासिल गरे । युभेन्टसपछि उनी ए.सी. मिलनमा आए । त्यहाँ उनको प्रदर्शन राम्रो थियो तर कुनै उपाधि भने हासिल गर्न सकेनन् । उनी सन् १९८६ मा भेरोना आए र त्यहाँ पनि उनको प्रदर्शन ठिकै रह्यो र उनले सन् १९८७ मा खेल जीवनबाट सन्यास लिए । उनी एक महान् इटालेली फुटबलर हुन् र उनको नाम "१२५ उत्कृष्ट फुटबलर" मा सन् २००४ मा पेलेद्वारा सामेल गरियो र उनलाई  फिफा सताब्दीको सदस्यमा सामेल गरियो । उनको जदुमायी खेलको समस्त इटाली र विश्वो नै दिवाना छ । 

उनको निधन ९ डिसेम्बेर सन् २०२० मा इटालीमा भयो । उनी हामीमाझ जीवित नरहे पनि उनको फुटबल खेलमा रहेको योगदान सदैव अमर छ । 

Education is fundamentally a valuable asset for humans. It plays a prominent role in the all-around development of individuals as well as society. I believe education is the most important tool you can receive, that can bring you the most success in society today. We as students think that study is a burden, and get tired of doing assignments but in today's generation education is one of the most crucial things. Education lessens the challenges we will face in life. Education gives us knowledge of the world around us and changes it into something better. It develops in us a perspective of looking at life. Education makes us capable of interpreting things, among other things. It is not just about lessons in textbooks, it is about the lessons of life. Having life experience is also tremendously important because it helps you grow into who you are.

 Experience and education are two sides of the same coin. For the overall development of human life, both are equally important. Degrees are tickets in the door in the professional world. There are many educated people holding Ph.D. degrees but are not very successful in life. But on other hand, there are people who are more educated without degrees. Today, we have instant access to any information via the web and some people can attain the same knowledge learned in schools and colleges. Book education is very important but along with that, we should experience our life as well. Life experience is how we take what we have learned in our formal education to help us navigate the real world. Life experience is just as important, as without it the formal education carries a little weight. With the pressure of studies, we sometimes forget to live and enjoy our life. So, we sometimes need a break from work and do things that make us happy. It can be our hobbies, traveling the world or even spending quality time with our loved ones. But we should be able to balance it properly. So, one needs to experience life in order to get the full measurement of education.

Not only life experience, but work experience is also important. Education will help us to get employed in a certain company but experience builds our character and helps us gain life skills and practical skills which can be used in most real-world contexts. With experience, we will be able to test our capabilities and truly learn and realize our weaknesses and strengths. Education lays our groundwork for the future but experience allows us to use that education to the fullest extent. Experience helps us to polish our knowledge even more and makes us more confident. The more knowledge we gain the more opportunities will open up to allow individuals to achieve better possibilities in career and personal growth. Entrepreneurs develop their skills not only through degrees but also through their experience. With experience, entrepreneurs know what can bring their business to profit or loss. Work experience is very important to gain a better understanding of a career.

 It's not as simple and easy choosing between education and experience. In my opinion, many people choose work experience over education or grades because getting familiar with their duties, work, and work environment is what matters in any organization. So, I would suggest not to choose between either of them but take both of them equally or gain experience with the education we’ve got instead. We can know the toxicity of the workplace by checking whether we are provided with time and resources etc. As for the real world, examples are Michael Dell, Bill Gates and Steve Jobs who have been successful entrepreneurs and the surprising part is that they are college dropouts. So, this example shows that education isn’t necessary to come up in life. When an individual wants to get enrolled for university placements then he/she needs to obtain an education. But it is up to the person, he/she should take decisions wisely to make their future better.

जीवित र अवस्थित दुवैकाे अर्थ जीवितै रहन्छ तर हामी यिनीहरूलाई भिन्न सन्दर्भमा प्रयोग गर्छौं । असलमा जीवित र अवस्थितबिच के भिन्नता छ ? जीवितकाे धेरै अर्थ हुन्छ जस्तै 'जीवित रहनु', 'एउटा ठाउँमा घर बनाएर बस्नु' आदि । यस सन्दर्भमा हेर्दा जीवित हुनु भनेको यो संसारमा बाँच्नु, जीवनको आनन्द लिनु र हरेक क्षणको मज्जा लिनु हो । यसैगरी हामी यो संसारमा हुनु र जीवित रहनको लागि के आवश्यक छ त्यो मात्र गर्नु भनेको अवस्थित हुनु हो । साँच्चिकै बाँच्नु भनेको संसारमा दुर्लभ कुरा हो ।
यदि हामी जीवित छाैँ भने हामी जीवनमा आनन्द, उत्साह, जोस छ र जीवनमा रुचिका साथ बाँचेका छाैँ । जब कोही व्यक्ति जीवित हुन्छ, उससगँ स्पष्ट र अर्थपूर्ण लक्ष्यहरू हुन्छन् । उसले जीवनमा जोसका साथ काम गर्छ र आफ्नो जीवनको हरेक क्षणमा आनन्द लिन्छ । अर्को शब्दमा भन्दा हामीसँग हाम्रो जीवनको नियन्त्रण हुन्छ र हामीले आफ्नो जीवनमा के के निर्णयहरू लिनुपर्छ हामीलाई थाहा हुन्छ, जस्तैः हामी खेल्छाैँ, घुम्छाैँ र रमाइले गर्छौं । त्यसैगरी जब हामी अवस्थित हुन्छाैँ, हामीले आफ्नो अस्तित्वलाई जारी राख्नको लागि हामी आफ्नो सम्पुर्ण आवश्यकताहरू पुरा गर्छौं । हामीले जहिल्यै काम गर्छौं किन ? किनभने बाँच्नका लागि ती काम गर्नु आवश्यक छ । त्यसैले जो केबल अवस्थित छ, उसले जीवनको आनन्द लिन सक्दैन । उससँग कुनै जोस र उत्साह हुँदैन र ऊ केवल जीवनको गतिमा हिँड्छ ।
त्यसैले अजदेखि हामी अवस्थित नभई जीवित हुनुपर्छ । त्यसका लागि हामीले हाम्रो जीवनमा लक्ष्यको साथ अगाडि बढ्नुपर्छ र जे जे परिवर्तन हामीलाई चाहिन्छन् ती परिवर्तन पुरा गर्नुपर्छ र संसारमा अवस्थित नभई जीवित हुनुपर्छ । 

Spinosaurus (meaning- “spine lizard”) is a huge lizard that fossils have been found in North America. Spinosaurus falls under the species spinosaurid theropod. They inhabited in the early to mid-Cretaceous period. As they fall under species theropod, they are one of the biggest carnivores in the land at the period. 

Spinosaurus was similar to carnivores like Tyrannosaurus rex and Giganotosaurus. Most of the largest carnivores were land-based. But spinosaurus also had a nostril at the back of its head, which made it possible for spinosaurus to breathe when it's part of the head was above. As they also had a long neck and powerful back legs which helped them in swimming. Spinosaurus has a special feature on its back.  Those fin-like structures were also called a sail.  The sail on the back of the dinosaurs is still under research. What was the use of it, why was it present in spinosaurus, There are many hypotheses created by paleontologists, but it’s still not confirmed what was the main purpose of it. Some hypothesized that it is used to regulate it body temperature by absorbing heat. Others hypothesized that it may be a reproductive organ of its body. And some hypothesized that it was used for navigation under the water. The research is still ongoing about what is the main purpose of its sail in the back.

Spinosaurus have strong sharp teeth, powerful jaws, and clawed limbs that are used to attack and defend. It's almost  7 meters tall.  It is a powerful creature back in time. Being even larger carnivores than tyrannosaurus and giganotosaurus. It hunts its prey both on land and underwater.

दोस्रो विश्वयुद्धपछि अमेरिका, ग्रेट ब्रिटेन र सोभियत सङ्घबिच हस्ताक्षर गरिएको सम्झौताको उल्लङ्घनमा सोभियत सङ्घले आफ्नो सेना समायोजित सीमामा फिर्ता लिने र ती क्षेत्रहरूमा स्वतन्त्र निर्वाचनको लागि सहयोग पुर्‍याउने थियो ।  सोभियत सङ्घले पूर्वी जर्मनी, पोल्यान्ड, चेकोस्लोभाकिया, हङ्गेरी, बुल्गारिया र रोमानियामा कठपुतली शासन प्रणाली स्थापना गर्‍यो र आफ्नो सैन्य उपस्थिति कायम राख्यो । सोभियत सङ्घको कार्यले देखाएको धम्कीले पश्चिमी राष्ट्रहरूलाई पश्चिमी जर्मन राज्य स्थापना गर्न र नाटो सैन्य गठबन्धन स्थापना गर्न प्रेरित गर्‍यो । सोभियत प्रभुत्वमा रहेका राष्ट्रहरूले वारसा सम्झौता गठबन्धन गठन गरे । ती वर्षहरूमा तनाव बढ्यो र गिरावट भयो किनभने सोभियत सङ्घले चोरी गरिएको अमेरिकी प्रविधिबाट आफ्नै आणविक बम विकास गरेको थियो र पहिलेका मित्र राष्ट्रहरूबिच युद्ध भयो भने दुबै पक्ष तयार हुन अघि बढेका थिए । त्यस बेलाको सबैभन्दा ठुलो खतरा अमेरिका र सोभियत सङ्घबिचमा भएको आणविक युद्ध थियो र त्यहाँ केही बुँदाहरू थिए जहाँ १९६२ मा क्युवाली मिसाइल र इजरायली अरब योमजस्ता परमाणु युद्ध सुरु भएको हुन सक्थ्यो । सन् १९७३ को किपुर युद्ध, यस समयमा त्यहाँ कोरियन, भियतनामी र अफगान युद्धजस्ता साना ‘ताता युद्धहरू’ भएका थिए । इजरायल र अरब राष्ट्रहरूबिच मध्य पूर्वमा अफ्रिकामा युद्धहरू र मध्य अमेरिका र एसियामा विद्रोहजस्ता प्रक्सी राज्य युद्धहरू पनि थिए ।

 जब १९९१ मा सोभियत सङ्घको पतन भयो, तब तनाब हटाइयो । रूसीहरूले पूर्वी युरोपबाट आफ्नो सेना फिर्ता लिए, जर्मनी पुनर्मिलन भयो र सोसाइटीको प्रभुत्वमा नभएका पहिलेका वार्सा सम्झौता राष्ट्रहरू अन्ततः संवृद्ध लोकतन्त्र भनेर चिनिन थाले । यसले गर्दा नाटो सैनिककाे बल पनि खस्न पुग्यो किनकि उनीहरूलाई आफ्नो रक्षाका लागि यति ठुलो स्रोत खर्च गर्न आवश्यक परेन । धन्न, शीतयुद्ध समाप्त भयाे ।

At first, we should know about what plagiarism means, according to the Merriam-Webster online dictionary, to "plagiarize" means: to steal and pass off (the ideas or words of another) as one's own. to use (another's production) without crediting the source. to commit literary theft. to present as new and original an idea or product derived from an existing source. In simple words, plagiarism means to steal other ideas without permission of their owners.

Is plagiarism a crime? Yes, it’s a fact because no one has the right to steal the hard work of their owners, steal or destroy the original ideas. Plagiarism is considered as a dishonesty. We can be supposed to give penalties, fired from the job, expulsion from the school and many more.

You might think that you would never plagiarize. However, many plagiarism cases are the result of negligence, ignorance, or a lack of self-confidence. Many brilliant students also plagiarize because of last minute panic. We should start from the first day, to avoid plagiarizing and complete in a time.

We often don't do adequate research or skills, we just google and copy all the things from there. This culture is harming our self -confidence instead of thinking of ourselves.
