What if we could teleport?

Teleportation is a process of transporting a matter from one point to another by converting it into energy and reconverting it into the terminal point. So far, Human teleportation has not been possible . But according to new research, quantum teleportation has been achieved. In quantum teleportation, some particles are particularly arranged and transfer their exact quantum condition onto other particles arbitrarily  so far. It is not possible to create the same copy of a quantum state while not destroying the original. Through a process called quantum entanglement ,the information sent and imprinted onto the exact same chemical elements that we are made of,Those materials are then programmed and arranged exactly the way we are. Now the main question, what if teleportation was possible? As our body is made up of billions,trillions of atoms,each atom is a set of data about energy state, locations and so on. So,theoretically, we can say that by scanning the atomic information our body and send that to the specified location and rebuild the way that it was. But transferring that much information is not that easy.  Also we don't know that if we teleported, would we be the same person the way we were?,would it have our memories?,would it have our personality? And teleporting this much data will take a very long time. And also if teleportation is possible then, our daily life will be completely changed. We can go everywhere we want to. Now waking up in front of the Eiffel Tower and eating breakfast in U.S.A, and to India for meal, and then again to the U.S for spending the whole day is like a dream for me ,if teleportation is possible, this could also be possible and that will remain no dream for me.

छुवाछुत प्रथा भनेको मानिसहरूबिच मानिसले नै मानिसको जात, पेसा, लिङ्ग तथा भेषभूषामा भेदभाव गर्नु हो । यो अभ्यासमा मानिसलाई दुई भागमा छुट्याइन्छ र ती हुन् माथिल्लो जात र तल्लो जातका मानिस । छुवाछुत प्रथामा माथिल्लो जातको मानिसले तल्लो जातको मानिसलाई आफ्नो घरभित्र पस्न र धेरै सार्वजनिक ठाउँहरूमा पनि जान मनाही गरिदिन्छन् । छुवाछुतमा विश्वास गर्ने मानिसहरू तल्लो जातका मानिसहरूले माथिल्लो जातका मानिसहरूकाे सामान छोए भने उक्त सामान अपवित्र हुन्छ भनेर मान्छन् । धेरै ठाउँहरूमा यही कारणले मानिसहरूबिचमा झगडा पनि पर्छ । हामीले दिनका दिन एक न एक प्रथाबाट सामाजिक सद्भावमा खलल पुगेकाे समाचार पत्रपत्रिका तथा रेडियोमा पढ्न र सुन्न पाइरहेका हुन्छौँ तर पनि हामी मूकदर्शक बनेर बस्छाैँ । 

 

छुवाछुत प्रथालाई उन्मूल गर्नु हरेक व्यक्तिको कर्तव्य हो तर अहिलेको युगसम्म आइपुग्दा पनि यसलाई मानिसले जरैदेखि उखेल्न सकेका छैनन् । यो मानिसहरूबिच हुने गम्भीर किसिमको भेदभाव हो । यो प्रथालाई मानिसहरूले रीतिरिवाज मानेर संरक्षण गर्दै आएका छन् र याे अत्यन्तै निन्दनीय कार्य हो । भनिन्छ, “हामी सबै नेपाली एक हौँ” तर पनि यो भेदभाव किन ? 

 

याे प्रथा ग्रामीण क्षेत्रमा बढी मात्रामा रहेको छ किनभने अविकसित तथा विकासशील ठाउँहरूमा मानिसहरू शिक्षित भइसकेका छैनन् । राज्यले सक्दो कोसिस गरेर अविकसित क्षेत्रका मानिसहरूमा यसबारे जनचेतना जगाउन सके धेरै फाइदा हुन्छ । जानेका मानिसहरूले विभिन्न ठाउँमा गएर आफ्नो सोच, धारणा व्यक्त गरेर सम्बन्धित ठाउँका जनतासँग विचार साटासाट गर्न सके पनि हामीले त्यहाँका धेरै कुराहरू थाहा पाउन र याे समस्याको समाधान निकाल्न सक्छौँ ।

 

याे प्रथाको कारणले गर्दा तल्लो जातका मानिसहरूले अपमानित हुनु परेकाे छ । हामीले समाजको नै सोच बदल्न सक्यौँ भने याे प्रथा उन्मूलन गर्न धेरै समय लाग्दैन । त्यसैले हामीले छुवाछुत प्रथा अन्त्य गरेर सबै मानिसकाे भावनाको कदर गर्न सिक्नुपर्छ र अरूलाई पनि सचेत बनाउनुपर्छ ।

Kafkaesque

Franz Kafka was a Czech-born German-language writer whose surreal fiction vividly expressed the anxiety, alienation, and powerlessness of the individual in the 20th century. Kafka's work is characterized by nightmarish settings in which characters are crushed by nonsensical, blind authority. Kafkaesque comes from the name of author Franz Kafka, who lived from the 1883 to 1924.

The term “Kafkaesque” is used to describe concepts and situations reminiscent of his work, particularly Der Process (The Trial) and Die Verwandlung (The Metamorphosis).Thus, the word Kafkaesque is mostly applied to bizarre and impersonal administrative occurrences where the individual feels powerless to understand or control what is happening around his life. Innumerous films and television works have been described as Kafkaesque and the pattern is particularly eminent in dystopian science fiction.  Characters in a Kafkaesque setting often lack a clear course of action to escape a labyrinthine situation. Kafkaesque elements often appear in existential works, but the term has transcended the literary realm to apply to real-life occurrences and situations that are incomprehensibly complex, bizarre, or illogical. Examples include instances in which bureaucracies overpower people, often in a surreal, nightmarish milieu which evokes feelings of senselessness, disorientation, and helplessness. You are in a Kafkaesque situation in which they say, "We believe you are a threat, but we won't tell you why you are a threat."

Hence, it can be used to describe any situation or literature that resembles his work, which often involves characters navigating bizarre bureaucracies (unnecessarily complicated government systems full of confusing and contradictory procedures and paperwork). People began tossing it off to describe rather harmless situations, such as racing out the door to catch a bus, then discovering the bus drivers were striking that day. The word is misused and changed with scenarios it often doesn’t relate to. This is one of the greatest works by Franz Kafka

आजको समयमा स्वास्थ्यको हेरचाह गर्नु अति आवश्यक छ । के हो त स्वास्थ्य भनेको ?  स्वास्थ्य भनेको शारीरिक, मानसिक र सामाजिक रूपले सक्रिय र रोगरहित अवस्था हो । अहिलेको यो युगमा मानिसले स्वस्थ्यलाई लिएर निकै ध्यान पुर्‍याएको पाइन्छ । "स्वास्थ्य नै धन हो”, यो भनाइ निकै प्रसिद्ध छ । अहिले आफ्नो स्वास्थ्यलाई लिएर हरेक मानिस चिन्तित छन् । 

हाल मानिसहरू सतर्क भएकाले दिनदिनै स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण गर्ने दर बढेको छ र स्वास्थ्यमा केही गडबडी आएमा तुरुन्त डाक्टरकहाँ दौडिन्छन् । यसरी स्वास्थ्यको महत्त्व मानिसले समयअनुसार बुझ्दै गएका छन् । आज आधुनिक प्रविधि र विज्ञानले धेरै विकास गरेको छ । यसरी विज्ञान पनि स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्रमा योगदान पुर्‍याउन सफल भएको पाइन्छ । अहिले मानिसहरूलाई आफ्नो रोग पत्ता लगाउन भने सजिलो भएको छ । धेरै वर्षअगाडि विभिन्न रोगहरूको पहिचान नै भएको थिएन । मानिसहरूलाई स्वास्थ्यको बारेमा धेरै ज्ञान थिएन । कुनै मानिस बिरामी वा घाइते भएमा सो रोगको घरमै विभिन्न जडीबुटी लगाएर उपचार गरिन्थ्यो। पुरानो समयमा धामी, झाँक्रीलाई बढी विश्वास गरिन्थ्यो । त्यति बेला रोग किन र कसरी लाग्छ भन्ने कुरा थाहा नभएर मानिसहरूको अकालमै ज्यान जान्थ्यो । 

मानिसको स्वास्थ्य बिगार्न विभिन्न संक्रमण, किरा, जीवाणु, परजीवी तथा भाइरसको हात हुन्छ । यस्ता भाइरसहरू प्राणघातक हुन्छन् । आजको समयमा कोरोना भाइरसका कारण यतिबेला विश्वभरका मानिस भयभीत छन् । विज्ञान र प्रविधिमा विश्वले यसभन्दा बढी विकास गर्नु आवश्यक भएको छ । यो भाइरस नयाँ भएकाले यसको उपचार कसैलाई थाहा छैन । आहिले यस माहमारीले सबैलाई त्रासित बनाएको छ। अहिले कोरोना भाइरस रोगको औषधी विज्ञानका लागि ठुलो चुनौति बनेको छ । 

मानिसलाई आफ्नो ज्यान प्यारो लाग्छ । मानिस बिरामी हुनुमा व्यक्तिगत व्यवहार र क्रियाकलाप धेरै हदसम्म जिम्मेवार हुन्छन् । तपाईंलाई लाग्छ जीवन यति सस्तो छ ? हामी यदि आफ्नो जीवनलाई महत्त्व दिन सक्दैनौँ भने लामो समय बाँच्न सक्दैनौँ । त्यसैले हामीले हाम्रो स्वास्थ्यको ख्याल राख्नुपर्छ । स्वास्थ्यको बारेमा होसियार हुनुपर्छ । त्यसका लागि स्वस्थ रहनु जरुरी छ र स्वस्थ जीवन बिताउनुपर्छ । 

 

अत: स्वास्थ्य नै सबैभन्दा ठुलो धन हो । भौतिक धनभन्दा पनि स्वास्थ्यरूपी धन प्राप्त गर्न हाम्रा क्रियाकलाप उद्यत हुनुपर्दछ । यदि हामी स्वस्थ भयौँ भने जति पनि धन कमाउन सक्षम हुन्छौँ । तसर्थ स्वस्थ रहनाका निम्ति दैनिक व्यायाम गर्ने, प्रशस्त पानी पिउने, आफ्नो वरिपरिको वातावरण सफा र स्वच्छ राख्ने गर्नुपर्दछ । यसरी हाम्रो बानी र व्यवहार स्वास्थ्यमैत्री बनाउन सकिन्छ । सबैले बुद्धिपूर्वक निर्णय लिएमा हामी स्वस्थ जीवन बाँच्न सक्दछौँ ।

रङ अन्धता भनेको रङहरूको सही पहिचन गर्न नसक्ने रोग हो । मनिसको दिमागले रातो, हरियो निलो गरेर ३ प्राथमिक रङहरू चिन्छ तर रङ अन्धता भएको मनिसलाई ती तीनमध्ये  एक मात्र रङ चिन्न गाह्रो हुन्छ । रङ अन्धता भएका मनिसहरूले कालो र खैरो रङ मात्र देख्छन् भन्ने धेरै मनिसहरूको बुझाइ छ । अब हामी यस्ता गलत बुझाइहरूलाई हटाऔँ र रङ आन्धताका बारेमा जानौँ ।

जब प्रकाशको तरङ्ग रेटिनामा पर्छ तब मात्र हामी केही कुरा देख्न सक्छौँ । रेटिनामा कोन्स नामक एकल फोटो रिसेप्टर हुन्छ । कोन्समा पर्ने विभिन्न तरङ्गहरूबाट रङको विभाजन हुन्छ । कोन्सले विशेष गरी रातो, हरियो र निलो रङ चिन्न सक्छ । रातो रङ चिन्न नसक्ने रङको अन्धतालाई प्रोटानोपिया भनिन्छ । त्यसरी नै हरियो रङ चिन्न नसक्ने रङको अन्धतालाई ड्युटानोपिया भनिन्छ भने निलो रङ नदेख्ने दोषलाई ट्राइटानोपिया भनिन्छ ।   

संसारमा धेरै मनिसहरू रङ अन्धताका रोगी छन् । १२ पुरुषहरूमध्ये एकजनालाई कुनै प्रकारको रङ अन्धता हुन्छ भने महिलाहरूमा २०० जनामा एकजनालाई रङ अन्धता हुन्छ भन्ने कुरा विभिन्न अध्ययनहरूले देखाएका छन् । रङ अन्धता महिलाहरूलाई भन्दा पुरुषहरूमा बढी पाइन्छ जसकाे कारण भनेको रङ अन्धता हुने जिनहरू एक्स (X) क्राेमाेजाेममा हुनु हाे । रङ अन्धता हुने धेरै कारणहरू छन् । हानिकारक रासायनिक पदार्थ र औषधीहरूको कारणले मनिसहरूमा रङ अन्धता हुन सक्छ । उच्च रक्तचाप, मृगौलाको रोग, क्षयरोग, मुटुरोगहरूले पनि रङ अन्धता हुन सक्ने देखिएको छ । उमेरको वृद्धि र रक्सी खाने बानीले पनि रङ अन्धता हुने विशेषज्ञको भनाइ छ ।    

रङ अन्धता त्यति गम्भीर रोग नभए पनि यसले धेरै कुरामा मनिसको जीवन कठिन बनाउन सक्छ । रङ अन्धता भएका मनिसहरूलाई ट्राफिक बत्ती चिन्न गाह्रो हुन सक्छ र त्यस्तै रङहरूको प्रयोग हुने अन्य प्रणालीहरू पनि बुझ्न कठिन हुन सक्छ ।

Over 2.5 billion people have smartphones now, and tons of them are having a tough time putting it down (including me). Today’s phones are hard to place down. The biggest problem is that our smartphones are designed to make us stay engaged. They're intentionally addicting. Push notifications buzz in your pocket, red bubbles demand attention, and endless distractions sit at your fingertips. It can feel impossible to tug faraway from. But that’s quite the purpose. When people mention the “attention economy,” they’re pertaining to the very fact that some time and a spotlight are the currency on which today’s applications make money. Because apps profit off of the entire time you spend on their platform, there’s a robust incentive to use psychological tricks to stay you endlessly hooked. But it doesn’t need to be this manner. Start with turning off all notifications, apart from one when a true human is trying to succeed in you. once you get a call, text or a message it's actually because another person wants to speak with you, but today’s apps simulate the sensation of that sort of social interaction, to urge you to spend longer on their platform. For instance, if Facebook sends you a push notification that a lover is curious about an occasion near you, they're essentially acting sort of a marionette, leveraging your desire for social connections in order that you use that app more. But notifications weren’t always like this, when push notifications were first introduced for email on blackberries in 2003 they were actually seen as how for you to see your phone less. you'll easily see emails as they come in, so you don’t need to repeatedly open your phone to refresh in inbox. But it is a really deep philosophical question: what's genuinely worth your attention? On an interruptive basis? Do people even have the skills to answer that question? it is a really hard question; it isn't something we expect about. But, for now, it is a question that everyone must start asking.

गाउँलेको मन सहरमा, सहरियाको मन विदेशमा ।

 

हुर्कियो बाबु काठमाडौँ सहरमा तर बोल्दैन प्रस्ट नेपाली,

लाग्छ सधैँ भिसातिर विदेशमा नाम कमाउन,    

धुन्छ अर्काकाे भाँडा र कपडा पैसा जमाउन,

The simple meaning of AI is to store the data into an algorithm and then get an output. Its output has made human life a lot easier than it used to be.AI is a sector in which humans will be highly dependent on in the near future. Even now technology with AI and humans goes hand in hand; most of the humans are using technology in each and every aspect of their day to day activities.

Humans should make proper use of Artificial Intelligence or else they may face huge consequences in their life. The movie Ex Machina is the best example of it. In order to make life easy humans should not be totally dependent on AI because life means experience.While making their life easy, they might not get the opportunity for enough experience to do many things in their life. They should use AI only when needed.

At present, all human beings are talking about women empowerment or gender equality-simply men or women, but  after 30 to 40 years, I think humans will talk about humans and robots. There might be huge discrimination between humans and robots. They might be fighting for their own rights and there might also be a vicious clash between them. This is why humans should make proper use of AI.

AI and human life at present are partially connected with each other but in the future, there is a high possibility of being fully connected. Humans should take precautions now in terms of AI so that later this precaution may as well prevent discrimination.

निद्रा, सुन्दै कस्तो आनन्द आउने, हैन र ? कुनै पनि व्यक्तिको जीवनमा निद्राले एकदम ठुलो भूमिका खेल्छ  l कुनै पनि व्यक्तिको शारीरिक र मानसिक स्वास्थ्यमा निद्राको एकदम ठुलो भूमिका हुन्छ, अर्थात् स्वस्थ हुनका लागि राम्रो खानेकुरा, व्यायामका साथसाथै निद्रा पनि एकदमै जरुरी हुन्छ l हुन पनि हो, हामी हाम्रो जिन्दगीको तीन भागमा एक भाग निद्रामै  बिताउँछौँ l निद्राले हाम्रो शारीरिक, मानसिक स्वास्थ्यमा त असर पार्छ नै, त्यसका साथसाथै यसले हाम्रो दैनिक जीवनमा पनि एकदम ठुलो असर पार्छ l

राम्रो र पुरा निद्रा एकदमै जरुरी छ l निद्रा र हाम्रो मोटाेपनको प्रत्यक्ष सम्बन्ध हुन्छ l यदि हामीले राम्रो र पुरा निद्रा लिन सकेनाैँ भने हाम्रो शरीरमा मोटाेपन देखिन सक्छ जसको कारण हाम्रो शरीरमा अनावश्यक रोगहरू देखा पर्छन् l त्यसैले सधैँ फुर्तिलाे रहनका लागि व्यायामको साथसाथै राम्रो र पुरा निद्रा पनि जरुरी छ l जब हामी सुत्छाैँ, तब हाम्रो शरीरले हर्मोन छोड्छ, मांसपेशी मर्मत गर्छ र पुरानो काेषलाई नयाँ काेष साट्छ l यसको मतलब यदि तपाईँ दिनभरि व्यायाम गर्नुहुन्छ भने त्यसको परिणाम हामीले सुतेपछि मात्र पाउँछौँ । पुरा निद्राले हाम्रो प्रतिरक्षा प्रणालीलाई पनि एकदम राम्रो पार्छ  जसको कारणले हामीलाई हत्तपत्त रोग लाग्दैन l त्यस्तै गरी यदि हाम्रो शरीरले भनेजस्तो निद्रा पाएको छैन भने हाम्रो प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली बलियो हुँदैन जसको कारण हामी धेरै खतरनाक रोगहरूको चपेटामा पर्न सक्छौँ, जस्तैः मुटुको रोग र धेरै किसिमका झट्काहरू पनि आउन सक्छन् l

हामी सबैलाई थाहा छ निद्रा र मानसिक स्वास्थ्यको कस्तो घनिष्ट सम्बन्ध छ l यदि हाम्रो निद्रा पुरा भएको छैन भने हाम्रो दिमागले राम्ररी काम गर्न सक्दैन र दिनभरि थकित देखाउँछ, हामीले गरिरहेको काममा ध्यान दिन सक्दैनाैँ र हामीलाई सानाे कुरामा पनि रिस उठ्छ l साथसाथै दिनमा सात आठ घण्टाको निद्रा नपुग्नाले हामी डिप्रेसनको चपेटामा पनि पर्न सक्छौँ l यदि हाम्रो शरीरले पुरा निद्रा पाएको छ भने हाम्रो दिमाग एकदमै सफा र छिटो हुन्छ जसका कारण काम गर्न मन लाग्छ, राम्रो सोच्ने शक्ति बढ्छ र हामी यो दुनियाँलाई राम्रो नजरले हेर्न  थाल्छौँ l

यदि निद्रा यति धेरै जरुरी छ भने हामीले दिनमा कति घण्टा सुत्नुपर्छ ? हरेक व्यक्तिले दिनमा कम्तीमा पनि सातदेखि आठ घण्टा सुत्नुपर्छ l हामी सुतेकै बेला हाम्रो शरीरभित्र कामहरू हुन्छन् जुन हाम्रो शरीरका लागि एकदमै महत्त्वपूर्ण हुन्छन् र सात घण्टा सुत्दाखेरि हाम्रो शरीरले भनेको जस्तो काम गर्न सक्छ l

निद्रा हाम्रो जीवनको एकदमै आवश्यक कुरा हो l स्वस्थ रहनका लागि राम्रो खानेकुराको साथसाथै पुरा निद्रा पनि एकदमै जरुरी छ l राम्रो निद्राले हाम्रो मानसिक र शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य एकदमै राम्रो बनाउँछ र हामीलाई धेरै खतरनाक रोगहरूसँग लड्न सहायता गर्छ, त्यसैले हरेक व्यक्तिलाई सातदेखि आठ घण्टाको निद्रा जरुरी छ l

Dream

It seems this world still wants to keep me on a close leash. But that is just how I want it, struggling so beautifully. Staring at my respective hourglass, if there is destiny entangled with my ideal self lets arrange to meet at the place farthest from our eventual, “Goodbye”. The time finally came. Today seemed nothing more than a prologue to the prologue. But you can skim through if you wish. From here on out is my story.

Welding experience, wisdom, and a slightly molded courage. While dozing off,  at a speed unbeknownst until now. I dove to a faraway place. I dreamed I saw a place different from here. Outside the windows of my classroom, within the bottle of cola I drank this evening and swaying back and forth on a train I have never rode before.

Somewhere along there I saw my ideal self. Looking at one another in a place from which, no matter how far we reach out words like “fate” and “the future” that connect us are completely out of our reach. I proceed on, as the needle of the clock gives me sidelong glances. Making my way through this kind of world, let's spend my entire life - no, as many chapters as I can.

Living on and on, forever… 

Banishing the words nice to meet you, far into the distance. I breathe a 1000 times, in a span of a single day. I grew to hate this world made up of words you did find in a dictionary. Even if it may become a tragedy, I wished unseemingly unreal days, with abnormal meanings.

So shall I frolic in a place from where, no matter how far I reach out everything just seems completely out of my reach?

 Suddenly I am in a beautiful world that I didn't know existed. As I walked around seeing vague memories of the people I knew I met a girl that I had never seen before. She talked about different things that I could not perceive at all but I still restlessly nod my head. Whenever our eyes met, she would give me a coy smile. Her smile was like a textbook description of this world.

At that time, faced with the thought that her figure will eventually disappear, I had no choice but to burn that entire existence into my memory, with these two eyes. I no longer perceived it as  right, I feel that it's my duty.

As she slowly disappeared towards the horizon, I could only notice a very vague but notable figure of hers. As her coquettish laughter resounded through my mind, I seemingly ran towards her. Even the way I ran carried the sound of her laughter.

I don’t know how much time passed until I heard someone calling my name. I opened my eyes as lazily and sleepily as I could. Perceiving that it was all a dream and having completely forgotten what it was in mere seconds i look forward to another uneventful day in my life.

नेपालमा अनलाइन शिक्षा

२०७६ सालको शैक्षिक वर्षको अन्तिम परीक्षा सरकारले छिटोभन्दा छिटो सक्ने आदेश दिएको थियो । साे आदेश किन थियो भने विश्वभरमा डिसेम्बर २०१९ देखि ‘कोरोना भाइरस’ नामक रोगको महामारी बढ्दै थियो । त्यो रोग नेपालमा आउनुअघि त्यो वर्षका सबै शैक्षिक क्रियाकलापहरू सक्न सबैजना लागेका थिए, तर २०७६ सालको चैत्र महिनामा ‘कोरोना’ नेपालमा देखियो । सबै विद्यालय तथा कार्यालयहरू बन्द भए । यस्तो हुँदा बालबालिकाको पढाइमाथि नकारात्मक असर पर्न थाल्यो, त्यसैले विभिन्न निजी विद्यालयहरूले आफ्नै प्रयासमा ‘अनलाइन शिक्षा’ सुरु गरे ।

अनलाइन शिक्षा भनेको इन्टरनेटको माध्यमबाट लिइने/दिइने शिक्षा हो । याे शिक्षा विद्यार्थीहरू आफ्नो घरमै बसी विद्यालयको पढाइ गर्न सक्ने शिक्षा पनि हो । यसरी बालबालिका घरमै बसी कोरोनाबाट पनि सुरक्षित हुने र उनीहरूको पढाइमा पनि कुनै नाेक्सान नहुने भयो । अनलाइन शिक्षाका लागि कम्प्युटर सञ्जाल र मोबाइल वा कम्प्युटरको प्रयोग गरिन्छ । शिक्षक र विद्यार्थी सञ्जालको मद्दतले एकअर्कासँग अन्तरक्रिया गर्न सक्छन् । धेरै नभए पनि विद्यार्थीहरूले केही ज्ञान प्राप्त गर्न पाए जसले उनीहरूलाई केही मद्दत गर्न सक्छ । अनलाइन शिक्षाबाट विद्यार्थीहरूको घरमा समयको बचत पनि भएकाे छ र उनीहरूले शिक्षा पनि प्राप्त गरेका छन् । अनलाइन शिक्षालाई धेरै कुराहरू नचाहिने भएकाले पनि लगभग सबैजसाे देशमा धेरै विद्यालयले यसरी नै शिक्षा दिइरहेका छन् । याे शिक्षाका फाइदाहरू धेरै छन् । शिक्षक र विद्यार्थी राम्ररी एकअर्कासँग बोल्न, अन्तरक्रिया गर्न पाउँछन् । शिक्षकले पनि सबै विधार्थीलाई सजिलैसँग सहयोग गर्न सक्छन् । अहिलेको महामारीमा यसरी नै बालबालिकालाई भविष्यका लागि तयार गरिँदै छ । महामारी कहिलेसम्म हुन्छ भन्ने कुरा कसैलाई थाहा छैन तर हामीले याे अनलाइन शिक्षालाई नयाँ अवसरका रूपमा लिएर अघि बढ्नका लागि आफूलाई तयार पार्न सक्छौँ ।  म पनि अहिले अनलाइनकै माध्यमबाट शिक्षा प्राप्त गरिरहेकाे छु । यसरी पढ्न पाउनु एउटा नयाँ अनुभव हो । यसका फाइदा निकै छन् साथसाथै केही बेफाइदा पनि छन् ।

यसरी अनलाइन शिक्षा पढ्न विद्यार्थीहरू मोबाइल वा कम्प्युटर स्क्रिनअगाडि धेरै समयसम्म बस्नुपर्ने हुन्छ । यसरी स्क्रिनको अगाडि बस्दा विद्यार्थीहरूको आँखालाई असर पर्छ । त्यसमाथि अझै लामो समयसम्म स्क्रिनअगाडि बस्यो भने आँखासँगै टाउको दुख्ने पनि हुन्छ ।  शिक्षा दिनु आवश्यक छ तर शिक्षाका साथसाथै विद्यार्थीको स्वास्थ्यको पनि कुरा राम्ररी बुझ्नुपर्ने हुन्छ । त्यसैले उचित समयमा कक्षा सञ्चालन गरी बिच बिचमा केही क्षणकाे विश्राम दिनु जरुरी हुन्छ जसले गर्दा विद्यार्थीहरू थाक्दैनन् ।  शिक्षाका साथसाथै कतिपय विद्यालयहरूले अनलाइन परीक्षा पनि लिएका छन् । ११ र १२ को वार्षिक परीक्षा पनि अनलाइन नै गर्न सकेकाे भए विद्यार्थीहरू धेरै हदसम्म सुरक्षित हुन्थे । 

 पहिलोपल्ट अनलाइन शिक्षामा नेपाल पछि परेकाे छैन । धेरैभन्दा धेरै शिक्षा प्रदान गर्न नेपालका हरेक विद्यालय अघि सर्दै गएका छन् । देशको भविष्य बनाउने बालबालिकालाई नयाँ रूपमा तयार पार्दै छन् तर यतिले मात्र पुग्दैन । पढाइ भन्ने कुरा विद्यार्थीहरूले यसरी लिए पनि उनीहरूले आफैँले अझ धेरै ज्ञान पाउन अन्य कुराहरू पनि खोजेर पढ्नुपर्ने हुन्छ । अहिले हामी सबै एउटै नाउमा छौँ र यो नाउबाट हामीले कसरी आफूलाई किनारामा पुर्‍याउन सक्छौँ त्यो आफैँले तय गर्नुपर्ने छ ।
