There is a wrong concept going in our society in the case of our studies. People think the students studying science or who chose to study science are really good and on the other hand, studying management or arts and choosing to study it is considered as not good. Why do people have a misconception about this?

Firstly, I agree we students can enter in any field with the help of studying science in +2. But most of the students study science not because they want to but they are forced to and in the opinion of what society thinks of them. When people ask what you are studying and if they get a reply they are studying management or arts their face turns different and they start to criticize them why? Why not take science? But no one asks why they are studying management or arts. Maybe they had an interest in studying management or arts. All parents want their children to be happy but they snatch their freedom by forcing them to do things they don’t like. If every parent wants their child to be happy then let your child make a decision on what they want to study and what they want to do. And for every child, learn to speak up about your aim about anything and everything and share them with your parents so they would know. And for every child, knowing how to do arts and loving doing arts are completely different things. Learn to make a decision on what you love doing and what you know. For those who like to study science is different than those who are forced by family to study them just for them. Let your child do as they please, given that it is about their life choices and it is correct. In the long run, the child will be happy, and which parent doesn’t want a happy child?

Studying management and arts is not bad, it's just how we people take that topic and how we react to it. If every parent wants their child to be happy then you need to know what they want and you should be happy for them for what things they love to do. Support them in their decisions so every time they will feel blessed to have a supportive family beside them.

हाल नेपालमा पनि खेलिने केही डिजिटल खेलहरूमा डियस एक्स, हिटम्यान: कोडनेम ४७, पेपर मारियो, मारियो टेनिस, परफेक्ट डार्क, पब्जी, सी.एस्. ,फोरनाइटर  भर्लोनेट आदि हुन्। विकिसित देशहरूमा डिजिटल खेल व्यावसायिक रूपमा नै खेलिन्छन्। हाम्रो देशमा पनि बिस्तारै यस किसिमका खेलहरू लोकप्रिय बन्दै जाँदा व्यवसायको रूप लिन सक्छ। डिजिटल खेलले मानिसमा एकाग्रता बढाउँछ। कतिपय डिजिटल खेल आक्रामक पनि हुन्छन्। कोही कोही मानिस त खेलमा भुलेर आफ्ना सम्पूर्ण गर्नुपर्ने कामसमेत बिर्सिन्छन्। धेरै बेरसम यस्ता  खेल  खेल्नाले हाम्रो स्वास्थ्यमा नकारात्मक असर पनि पर्छ ।  डिजिटल खेल केही समय मनोरञ्जनका लागि खेलिए पनि धेरै यसमै भुल्नु भने हुँदैन ।

After the barrage of rape cases in Nepal, anyone who is concerned about the situation may have thought about what would the situation be if there were capital punishment in Nepal. Many people have supported the claim that if capital punishment could be implied, there could be a  drastic decrease in rape cases. Nepal has been suffering from an overwhelming amount of rape cases in the past years. There have been many measures against the problem and nothing seems to work for Nepal just yet. The worst thing is, the rape cases are increasing, rather than lower with the methods put forth. 

What is capital punishment? Capital punishment is the legal and authorized killing of a criminal for a certain crime. Capital punishment is only announced rarely, often for serious criminal activity including murder, rape, and more serious activities. Capital punishment has its own history, dating back to the eighteenth century. Capital punishment was present in Nepal at the time of Ranas, though it was abolished after the restoration of democracy. Capital punishment may contain death by hanging, shooting, and many other options for the convicted to choose from. Contradictory to popular belief, capital punishment is a lengthy process. After someone has been given the death sentence, they have to stay on death row, which is a prison cell made for people who have been sentenced to death. The convicted has to stay there for 5-8 years before the execution day arrives. So, does capital punishment help deter crime rates? Not only for rape cases but for crime in general? The short and confound answer would be that it does deter crime. Think about it, why would someone ever even think of committing a crime when the consequence is as big as losing their life? If we were to stay on the surface of the topic, this would be the perfect solution to deter crime. But, data and analysis depict a completely different picture. Scientists agree that the death penalty has no deterrent effect in practice. This is, of course, backed up by studies and evidence. Taking an example of the United States of America, research shows that the states that don't have death sentences have lower murder rates than the states that have capital punishment. Apart from this, there have been claims that capital punishment does have a deterrent effect on a certain type of crime. Even after that, these claims/ studies have been deemed inconsistent and flawed. A lot of this is still under debate, and there is no way for us to jump to conclusions quickly, without concrete information and data. However, the available statistics suggest that it does not have a deterrent effect on crime. 

So, the decision is upon the reader. Would capital punishment work for a country like Nepal?

In my opinion, even if capital punishment would be implemented in Nepal, it must be used for rare rare cases. Even after that, I believe it would not help the situation, as it does not have any deterrent effect. In my opinion, the people who would dare to commit a crime would not be thinking about the consequences even if it is losing their life. It seems as though this would work on paper but at the end of the day, not everything that looks great on paper is great on practice.

विश्वकप फुटबल फुटबल खेलको सबैभन्दा प्रमुख विश्वस्तरीय पुरूष फुटबल प्रतियोगिता हो । यो प्रतियोगिता हरेक ४-४ वर्षको अन्तरालमा प्रत्येक संस्करणमा फरक फरक राष्ट्रहरूमा आयोजना हुने गर्दछ । सन् १९३० बाट सुरू भएको यस प्रतियोगिता हरेक चार चार वर्षमा आयोजना गर्ने गरी निर्णय गरिए तापनि द्वितीय विश्वयुद्धका कारण सन् १९४२ र १९४६ सालमा भने आयोजना हुन सकेको थिएन । यो प्रतियोगिता सबैभन्दा धेरै पटक ब्राजिलले जितेको छ । ब्राजिले सर्वाधिक पाँच पटक फिफा विश्वकप जिती  फुटबल जगत्मा आफूलाई अब्बल तुल्याउन सफल भएको छ । यस्तै अन्तिम पटक भएको विश्वकप  भने फ्रान्सले जितेको थियो । यो फ्रान्सको दोस्रो फिफा विश्वकप  उपाधि थियो । सन् २०१८ फिफाविश्वकप को आयोजक रसिया रहेको थियो ।

यस प्रतियोगिताको वर्तमान संरचना अनुसार सुरुमा लगभग तीन वर्ष लगाएर प्रतियोगिताको फाइनल चरणका लागि विभिन्न छनोट चरणका खेल तथा प्रतियोगिताहरू आयोजना गर्ने गरिन्छ । बल्ल ३२ छनोट चरणहरू पार गर्ने राष्ट्रहरूका बिचमा विश्वकप  प्रतियोगिता सञ्चालन हुने गर्दछ । फाइनल चरणमा पुग्ने एउटा टिम भने आयोजकका हैसियतले सिधै छनोट चरणका नखेली फाइनल चरणमा स्थान बनाउँदछ । अहिलेसम्म विश्वकपमा २१ वटा प्रतियोगिताहरू सञ्चालन भइसकेका छन् । जसमा जम्मा ८ राष्ट्रहरूले मात्र विश्वकप  जित्न सफल भएका छन् । सर्वाधिक धेरै ५ पटक फिफा विश्वकप जित्ने राष्ट्र ब्राजिल हो। अन्य विजेताहरूमा दुई विजेता इटाली र जर्मनीले विश्वकप  चारचार पटक जितेका छन् । अनि अर्जेन्टिना, फ्रान्स तथा उरूग्वेले दुईदुई पटक विश्वकप  जितेका छन, भने इङ्ल्याण्ड तथा स्पेनले पनि यो फिफाविश्वकप  एक-एक पटक जितेको छ ।

फिफा विश्वकप  प्रतियोगिता विश्वमा सधै भन्दा प्रसिद्ध फुटबल प्रतियोगिता हो । साथै ओलिम्पिक खेलपछि सबैभन्दा धेरै दर्शकले प्रत्यक्ष तथा टिभीमा हेर्ने एवम् सबैभन्दा धेरै समर्थकहरूले पछ्याउने खेलकुद प्रतियोगिता हो । अझ २००६ को फिफा विश्वकपको फाइनल खेल मात्र २६.२९ विलियन दर्शकले खेल प्रत्यक्ष रङ्गशालामा पुगेर तथा विश्वभर ७१५.१ मिलियन दर्शकले हेरेका थिए ।

SpaceX and NASA are companies working in the science field (space technology). SpaceX is a company owned by Elon Musk privately. On the other hand NASA is a company owned by the US government. NASA also works on sectors other than space exploration, but SpaceX only focuses on space exploration and creation of aircraft and rocket ships. 

NASA was created by the government of the United States of America to research space exploration, but later on it was divided into many sectors. As for SpaceX, it was created by Elon Musk privately only for space exploration and creation of aircraft and rocketships. Both companies have their main goal. NASA wants to know all about space and explore all the planet. SpaceX wants to colonize mars. Even though NASA and SpaceX are rival companies they admire each other's work. To create SpaceX, influence came from NASA. And NASA parises the Dragon created by SpaceX which is a privately owned space cargo that runs to ISS. even though the projects of SpaceX may seem way over NASA, but SpaceX needs the help of NASA technology to run these projects. NASA does not always launch satellites or spacecraft usually, they use the already sent satellites and spacecraft to investigate in space. But SpaceX usually sends the craft and satellites to different planets, especially mars. All SpaceX projects are about colonizing mars and transportation in space, but NASA focuses on environment, technology, alien life, space,etc. The SpaceX goal is a specific topic and can be acquired within 2 centuries. But NASA's goal might not be successful. There have been few spaceX launch missions but there have been many human launch missions in NASA. Both NASA and SpaceX have been trying to use different types of fuel that does not harm the environment and is a part of sustainable development.

I personally think both companies are equal. I do not want to take sides with any one of them. But to think I would be supporting the plan of spaceX because it sounds so promising for the human future because the earth is being non liveable due to different problems.

खेल हामी सबैको जीवनमा महत्त्वपूर्ण हुन्छ । हामी सबैको शारीरिक र मानसिक स्वास्थ्यलाई स्वस्थ राख्न खेलहरूले ठूलो भूमिका खेल्दछ । खेल खेल्नु भनेको शारीरिक व्यायाम गर्नु हो । क्रिकेट, फुटबल, भलिबल, बास्केटबल , ब्याडमिन्टन,खो खो, टेनिस आदि खेलहरू शारीरिक र मानसिक स्वास्थ्यलाई स्वस्थ राख्न खेलिन्छन्  ।

 मेरो मनपर्ने खेल ब्याडमिन्टन हो । यो खेलको सुरुवात बेलायतबाट भएको पाइन्छ । सन् १९३४ मा अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय ब्याडमिन्टन सङ्घको स्थापना भएपछि यो खेलको विधिवत सुरुवात भएको हो । ब्याडमिन्टन खेल खेल्दा दुई वा दुईभन्दा बढी चार जना व्यक्तिहरू मिली खेलिन्छ । यो खेल खेल्नको लागि एउटा कोर्टको आवश्यकता पर्छ । कोर्टमा  दुई बराबर भागहरू हुन्छन् र बिचभागमा एउटा नेट बाँधिएको हुन्छ ।

Perseverance is a rover designed to explore the Jezero crater on Mars. As we all know we human beings are looking for lives outside the earth and many astronauts and scientists are trying hard. On Mars, we can have some hope of life. So, Nasa is sending a rover there for exploration. All together NASA has sent 5 rovers to mars. The name of the rovers is Sojourner, Spirit and Opportunity, Curiosity, and Perseverance.

Perseverance will land on Mars on 18 February 2021. The nickname of perseverance is Percy. The length of the rover is 2 meters, height is 2.2 meters, diameter is 2.7 meters. The main objective of this rover is to look for habitability, Seeking biosignatures, Caching samples, Preparing for humans.NASA has invested around 2.75 billion dollars in this project. The rover has a total of 19 cameras and 2 microphones and also carries seven scientific instruments. Perseverance has a completely different design than Curiosity and is more capable than a curiosity because it has new technologies and also carries different scientific instruments. Perseverance rover also has a new landing technology that helps it to decide where to land. All rovers that landed on mars did not have his technology and scientists just hoped it to land on the right spot but perseverance has the technology that helps it to land safely. Previously rovers used to just research about the life possible on mars but perseverance will also help humans to live there using the natural resources available in mars. Perseverance is going to land as close as Jezero crater at its main job in mars is also to explore the crater properly. It is said that the Jezero crater was formed billions of years ago with the help of water. So, scientists are interested to explore this crater. This rover also has a feature that can store different samples of mars and the sample can be recovered from the rover and sent back to earth for research. This rover also carries a helicopter of small size. If the helicopter works in the atmosphere of mars it will help us to explore the parts of the mars where perseverance cannot reach. If the helicopter could not fly in the atmosphere of mars then also it will not affect the mission of the perseverance rover. A device named Moxie is also sent to Mars with the rover. Scientists will demonstrate that we can convert carbon dioxide into oxygen using Moxie.

I think this mission is interesting and if this mission goes planned human beings will be sent there for research and also establish settlements on mars. Rover perseverance has many technologies and will also help us to explore mars properly.

महिला सशक्तीकरणलाई महिलाको आत्म-मूल्यवान् भावना, उनीहरूको आफ्नै छनौटहरू निर्धारण गर्ने क्षमता, र आफू र अरूका लागि सामाजिक परिवर्तनमा प्रभाव पार्ने अधिकारको प्रबर्द्धन भनेर परिभाषित गर्न सकिन्छ । महिला सशक्तीकरणण भनेको  महिलालाई समाज र देशका हरेक क्षेत्रमा सहभागी गराई महिलाहरूमा भएकाे अन्तरनिहित क्षमतालाई वृद्धि गर्नु हो । यो महिलालाई शिक्षित, दक्ष, आत्मविश्वासी र समुदायको हरेक क्षेत्रमा सक्षम बनाउने प्रक्रिया हो । महिला सशक्तीकरणणको अर्थ भनेको यसमा निर्णय प्रक्रियाको बाहिरी भागमा रहेका महिलालाई स्वीकार्नु र अनुमति दिनु हो। 

महिलाहरू पनि शिक्षा, समाज, अर्थव्यवस्था, र राजनीतिमा पुरुषसरह भाग लिन र काम गर्न सक्षम छन् । महिलाहरू समाजका हरेक गतिविधिमा सामेल हुन सक्दछन् किनकि उनीहरू आफ्नो धर्म, भाषा, काम र अन्य गतिविधिहरूको छनौटमा खुसी छन् । महिला सशक्तीकृत परिवारको प्रकारमा कला, संस्कृति, प्रजनन, चिकित्सा, शिक्षा, कानुन र राजनीतिको क्षेत्रमा निर्णय लिने स्थानमा महिलाको प्रतिनिधित्वले जीवनको गुणस्तर प्राप्त गर्न पनि मद्दत गर्दछ । जीवनको गुणस्तरले महिलाहरूलाई सशक्त बनाउँछ ता कि उनीहरू खुसी र सक्षम हुन सक्छन् ।

जब परिवारका महिला सशक्त हुन्छन् तब परिवारले सुखी जीवन पाउँछन् । किनभने महिलाले परिवारको विभिन्न पक्षलाई हेर्न सक्दछन् । महिलाहरूले पनि  धेरै राम्रा काम गर्न सक्दछन् । पारिवारिक आर्थिक  तथा सामाजिक क्षेत्रमा पनि सहयोग गर्न सक्दछन् । जब महिला शिक्षित हुन्छन् तब उनीहरूले आफ्नाे परिवारदेखि लिएर समाज र राष्ट्रका लागि पनि ठाेस याेगदान दिन सक्छन् । त्यसकारण यदि परिवारमा महिला सशक्त छ भने  परिवारको जीवनस्तरमा पनि सुधार हुनेछ।

Everyone knows what period or menstruation means, don’t we? A period is the monthly cycle of a female which lasts up to 2 to 7 days when blood and uterus tissue leaves her body through her vagina. You know, how people react to this topic? Eww, that's a joke. That is shameful and should not be talked about, you should keep it a secret. That annoys me so much. This is really gross. She is bleeding to death. This is what most of people say. Do you know how much it hurts for a woman to hear such things during her periods? To feel unwanted, disgusting, and shameful. There are good people that help females’ periods a better experience without making her feel filthy. There are some people who make her condition worse just by insulting her. Is having a period a joke? Is it a joke to suddenly bleed for 7 days and again stop for the whole 23 days? Look, having periods is not a joke, it is a pain. For some of the females they have a severe stomach ache, headache, back pain and so  many other health issues but there some of the females, they don’t feel any pain. You know, scientists have researched on this topic ‘periods’ and they have explained that having severe pain can be compared to having a heart attack and it can be more pain than of heart attack. She bears all those cramps within her and you would never know that. If a girl or women is having her period, help her to not make her feel insecure but make her feel secure and safe. Provide her a sanitary pad, consult her with positive vibes, make her feel better and if not just be there for her, you don’t necessarily have to do something to show your concern. Respect her even though she gets angry with her because it is not her fault to have mood swings during her periods, it’s all because her hormones are messed up. Periods should not be taken as a joke, it is something so much more painful than you can imagine, and that is more likely a curse for a girl to have her periods. Do understand that it is a natural process. Her vagina is a self-cleaning organ; throwing away the dirty blood and old uterine lines to make room for new ones. We girls should not be afraid of having periods and discussing it. Don’t be afraid to buy sanitary pads in public and don't be afraid to ask someone to ask for sanitary pads when you need it. Don’t listen to others' judgment. Most importantly, you need not to be afraid to say that you are having your periods to someone when someone asks you. “Having periods is not a joke.”

Titanic is a classic Hollywood movie that was released on November 18, 1997. Titanic has all of the things that you would hope to be in a summer blockbuster. Iconic lines, romance, thrill, and time travel?! In 1997 the movie Titanic was the most expensive movie ever made with a budget of $200,000,000 and was also the highest-grossing movie ever made. It was the first movie that earned 1 billion dollars in the box office. It has the record of being nominated for the most Oscars (14 nominations) and winning the most Oscars (11 wins). The movie Titanic runs at a hefty 3 hours and 14 minutes (was a very specific time because it took exactly 3 hours and 14 minutes for Titanic to sink ). People say that Jack could have survived the shipwreck if the floating rubble could have saved him which saved his girlfriend Rose. But the question is missing the point entirely. Jack had to die and Jack wanted to die because Jack was a time traveler. It sounds crazy but it’s true. Jack was a time traveler who was there on the boat to make sure that the Titanic sank. 

In the 1990s a team of scientists excavating the wreckage of the Titanic which crashed 85 years before. During their search, they find a drawing of a lady named Rose wearing a necklace that contains a massive diamond named the heart of the ocean. And as luck would have it she is still alive and could tell them the story of Titanic. From there most of the rest of the movie revolves around Rose. How she boarded the ship with her rich fiance Caledon who is the worst human being. Rose was trying to get out of her miserable relationship while she decided to jump overboard to kill herself. However, as she is about to do it she is spotted by Jack. Jack is a poor third-class passenger who is only on the Titanic because he won a poker game. Jack is charming enough that it makes Rose not want to die. Rose likes Jack’s third-class parties more than her fiance's misogyny. Then the ship hits a huge iceberg and breaks in half. There aren't enough lifeboats for everybody so Rose ends up floating on a piece of debris while Jack freezes to death while swimming in ice-cold water. After that, while she blows a whistle, one of the boats hears it and picks her up. At the end of her life, she dumps the heart of the ocean back to the sea because it is supposed to symbolize her love for Jack.

So why is Jack a time traveler who was there to sink the ship? As he is freezing to death in the North Atlantic, Jack accurately predicts Rose’s fate as he says that Rose will die an old lady in her bed. Not convinced yet? How about the very first thing that Jack mentions to Rose when he discovers her dangling over the railing of the ship? He said that his dad and he went ice fishing in Lake Wissota. Remember this conversation between Jack and Rose is happening in April of 1912 and Lake Wissota is a human-made lake that was created between 1915 and 1917. It isn’t the only time it happens. He does it again when he is telling Rose about their imaginary trip in the Santa Monica Pierre's roller coaster which wasn’t in the Santa Monica Pierre until 1917. Jack was also carrying a bag called Moose Sack which wasn’t produced after 27 years of his death unless he is hopping timeline. Hold on until you say that Rose is just making Jack up after all as one of the researchers mentions that there was no record of Jack. But Rose says there shouldn’t be any records of him because Jack never purchased his own ticket which he was playing poker 15 minutes before the ship left. All the more reason that Jack is really a time traveler. Leaves no trace of his existence, gets on the ship via a fluke chance of luck right before it takes off. And if Rose was making Jack up there is no explanation about her drawing that they found in the safe.
Jack definitely did exist and he definitely is a time traveler. If you even look at the director and writer of the movie James Cameron, all of his movies are science fiction films like Aliens, Avatar, Alita Battle Angel, and the mastermind behind other time travel classics like Terminator and Terminator 2. Every movie in his filmography is sci-fi and action. But the one movie that he did that does not make sense at all is Titanic, which if you consider it a low-key sci-fi time travel movie. 

So why? Why would a time traveler go back to the Titanic just to have a relationship with Rose only to die in the end and why he didn’t save the ship if he knew it was coming. If Jack didn’t save Rose and she actually jumped the Titanic would not sink considering that once her fiancee and her mother find that she is missing, they would report it to the crew and at which point the standard procedure is to turn the boat around and attempt a search and rescue. चिया विश्वमा सर्वाधिक पिउने पेय पदार्थ हो । सन् २०२० मा चियाको विश्वव्यापी उपभोग करिब ३ बिलियन अरब किलोग्राम भएको एक अनुसन्धानले देखाएको छ । सन् २०२५ सम्ममा ४ बिलियन अर्ब किलोग्राम पुग्ने अनुमान छ । विश्वमा पानीपछि  चिया सबैभन्दा बढी पिउने पेय पदार्थ हो । चियाका पनि विभिन्न प्रकारहरू छन् ।  कालो चिया, दूध चिया, हर्वल चिया आदि । चियालाई पुरानो पेय  पदार्थ मानिन्छ। हुआ ताओको एक मेडिकल सर्वेक्षणअनुसार तेस्रो शताब्दीमा चिया पिउन प्रारम्भ भएको अनुमान छ । चिया  पुरानो पेय पदार्थ भए पनि अहिलेसम्म निकै लोकप्रिय छ । चियाले मानिसमा एक किसिमको ऊर्जा प्रदान गर्छ । चियामा रहेको कोफिनका कारण ऊर्जा प्राप्त हुन्छ । प्राय: नेपाली समाजमा बिहान उठेपछि चिया पकाउने र पिउने गरिन्छ ।

नेपालमा चिया खाजा र साँझको पेयको रूपमा सबैतिर लोकप्रिय छ। चियामा  धेरैजसो दूध, चिनी, अदुवा, अलैंची, कालो मरिच र दालचिनी जस्ता मसालाहरू हालेर पकाइन्छ । नेपालमा धेरैजसो कालो चिया र दुध चिया पिउने गरिन्छ। चिया व्यापक रूपमा घर, कार्यालय र होटेल जस्ता स्थानहरूमा पिउने गरिन्छ। चियाको सामाजिक पक्ष अर्कै छ । हाम्रो समाजमा चियाले संस्कृतिको रूप लिएको छ । घरमा आएका पाहुनालाई चियाले स्वागत गर्ने चलन छ । कतै खाजा खान निस्केका छौँ भने   पहिलो पेय चिया नै हुन्छ । कतै साथीभाइ भेट्न गएका छौँ भने पनि चिया नभइकन भेटघाट मिठो हुँदैन। 

कतिपय देशको चिया भनेको संस्कृति जस्तै हो । पूर्वी एसियाका अधिकांश देशहरूको पहिलो पेय पदार्थ चिया हो । चियाका विविध प्रकारसँगै विविध संस्कृति पनि जोडिएर आउँछन् । जापानी समाजमा हर्वल चिया परम्परागत रूपमा र विशेष पाहुनाहरूका लागि चियाले स्वागत गरिन्छ । भारत विश्वको सबैभन्दा धेरै चिया पिउने राष्ट्र हो ।
