An eight-year-old Indian named Amardeep Sada, who is also known as Amarjeet Sada is one of the youngest serial killers. Due to his criminal acts, people and local Indians were truly shocked and it was spread globally.

Amarjeet Sada killed three children between 2006 and 2007. At the age of 10, Sada had murdered three children in twelve months; and one of them was his baby sister. Sada was born in 1998, in the town of Begusarai in the state of Bihar, India. His family was very poor and no one had attended school from their family. And for some reason, Sada beat his six-year-old cousin and eight-month-old sister to death in 2006, and 2007 respectively. Kushboo, a six-month-old baby one of his uncles informed that the family were aware of the first two crimes but kept them private as "family matters" to protect Sada. But they could no longer hide his heinous actions and protect him from the consequences he has to go for his heinous actions. The villagers from there suspected Sada of the deaths of the other children in his family. Noone even the authorities was not able to believe that such a young child could kill anyone. Sada strangled Kushboo, hit her with bricks, and buried her. Investigations eventually revealed all children had been murdered by beating. After the murder of his sister, Amarjeet again murdered another infant who was six months old. The infant was the daughter of his maternal uncle.

This was the case for Sada, where he had access to the medication and treatment he needed. Sada was released in 2016 upon his eighteenth birthday, but according to reports, his whereabouts are unknown. Amarjeet was sentenced only to three years in juvenile prison as no child can be sentenced for more than that. It is said that due to his instability in mental health, he was kept in a mental institution after his sentence was served. He was diagnosed with a conduct disorder claimed to be hereditary and which led him to commit violent acts. Amarjeet Sada’s whereabouts are still not known. It is unclear if he would look forward to committing more crimes as he’d done previously. However, it is safe to assume that the case of Amarjeet Sada is one of its kind, which involved not only premeditated thought-out murders of infants but also elaborate plans to hide their bodies, so he was not caught. Amarjeet would now be over 20 years old. It is very hard to believe that such a young boy has the capacity of killing someone. Amarjeet was also unaware of what is wrong and what is right he’s no sense for it. I did not expect that he would be only sentenced for three years, I expected it to be more than three years. His first victim was just a small infant who was only eight months old, he had the urge to kill the small infant baby, it is unbelievable that he killed his own baby sister.

On 11th of December in 2008, a 8 year old girl Na Young (fictional name) was raped by a 56 year old male  Cho Doo-Soon. This incident took place in Ansan, South Korea. What's more to this case is that the old man raped the girl by luring her into a public bathroom so brutally, she is left with permanent damages in her internal organs, traumatic cuts in the abdomen, lower abdomen and pelvis. She was told that she had to live with a colostomy bag for the rest of life but after successful surgery Na-Young lives with an artificial anus. She suffered from severe depression and mental stress. Na-young who was just an 8 year old then, was kept upright with her colostomy bag to testify the incident which led to more physical and mental problems. It was almost as if the police were neglecting the incident and wanted to get over it as soon as possible. 

So what happened to Cho doo-soon? He was originally sentenced to life imprisonment but later the court decided that “Because he was intoxicated at the time the incident took place, he was unaware of his actions'' his sentence was reduced to only 12 years in prison. As of today, Cho Doo-Soon is roaming freely around the earth. Cho Doo-Soon had committed various other crimes before this which included several rape cases and even death of a 60 year old man but he never recieved any kind of justified punishment and the reason for it was “intoxication”. In South Korea, if a person commits crime while intoxicated (Under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if they have mental illness), the sentence will be reduced as the person would not be fully aware of what they are doing. This law is what made Cho Doo-Soon get away with the crimes he commited. His only family in this world is his wife who does nothing but praise him. She says that Cho Doo-Soon is a really polite person and the only reason he committed those crimes is because of alcohol. She says that he never vented anger on her, and always respected her. He may be a really polite person with his wife but that doesn't give him any right to commit these crimes. Now Cho Doo-Soon is roaming around free in Ansan where the girl he raped and her family also lives. Na Young has to live in the same neighbourhood as her rapist. Na Young who is now 20 years old watches only cartoons and avoids news completely to avoid any possible chance of seeing something sexual assault related. Petition for life imprisonment had been going around for long enough but the blue house of South Korea did not give any further sentence of imprisonment for Cho Doo-Soon. The person who committed so many crimes but blamed it all on alcohol walking around freely is something that terrifies me. I believe that such a person should never be walking around with the public freely acting as if they did nothing wrong. Death or life imprisonment is too little of a punishment for such people. 

पृथिवीमा चारतिरै फैलिएका सजीव अथवा निर्जीव तत्त्वहरू नै वातावरण हो। वातावरणभित्र जीवजन्तु, हावापानी, जमिन आदि पर्दछ । वातावरणमा नचाहिने र हानी पु ऱ्याउने तत्त्व मिसिनु नै वातावरण प्रदूषण हो । वातावरणप्रदूषण अहिलेको समयमा एक विश्वव्यापी समस्या बन्न पुगेको छ । यस्को समाधानबारे विचार नपुऱ्याए यसले भविष्यमा प्राकृतिक र मानवीय जीवनमा ठुलो नकारात्मक असर पु ऱ्याउँछ । यसकाे  सामधानका लागि  पहल नगरिएको पनि हैन । यसकाे सामधानका लागि हरेक मुलुकले आफ्नो ठाउँबाट पहल गरिरहेका छन् । तापनि वातावरण  प्रदूषणलाई नियन्त्रणमा लिन सकिएको छैन ।

हाम्रो देश नेपालमा पनि वातावरण प्रदूषणले ठुलो असर पारेको छ । विषेश गरी सहरिया क्षेत्रमा वातावरण प्रदूषण धेरै देखिन्छ । केही समय अगि वातावरण एकदमै प्रदूषित भएकाले नेपालको विभिन्न ठाउँमा केही दिनका लागि विद्यालय र अरू विभिन्न कार्यालयहरू बन्द गरिएको थियो । वातावरण प्रदूषणका मुख्य कारण औद्योगीकरण, प्राकृतिक तत्त्वको दुरूपयोग, वनजङ्गल विनाश ,सवारी साधनहरूबाट निस्क़ने धुँवा आदि हुन् । यी सँगसँगै वातावरण प्रदूषणका अरु पनि थुप्रै कारणहरू छन् । कलखरखनाहरूबाट निस्कने ठुला ठुला आवाज़हरूले ध्वनि प्रदूषणका गर्दछ । यस समस्याको समाधानका लागि हामीले रुखबिरुवाहरू रोप्नुपर्छ । कलकारखानाहरू मानव बस्तीभन्दा टाढा बनाउनुपर्छ । हामीले हाम्रो दैनिक जीवनमा प्लास्टिकको उपयोग गर्नु हुदैन । यदि सबै सचेत भई यसकाे नियन्त्रणमा लाग्न सकियो भने यसलाई नियन्त्रणमा ल्याउन सकिन्छ ।

अत: प्रकृति निर्माणका लागि हो विनाशका लागि हाेइन । त्यही भएर यसलाई प्रदूषित हुन नदिनु हाम्राे मुख्य कर्तव्य हाे । वातावरण प्रदूषणलाई नियन्त्रणमा ल्याउन सबै मानिसले पहल गर्नुपर्छ । यसले बेलैमा नियन्त्रणमा ल्याउन सकिएन भने भविष्यमा यसले मानव जीवनमा नकारात्मक असर पु ऱ्याउँछ ।
