बिना अनुमति शोषण गर्ने उद्देश्यले देशभित्रै तथा देशबाहिर मानिसको ओसारपसार गर्नु मानव बेचबिखन हो । अर्को अर्थमा भन्ने हो भने महिला पुरुष तथा बालबालिकाहरूको किनबेच भन्नु बुझिन्छ । मानव बेचबिखन देशभित्र तथा देशबाहिर हुने गर्दछ। मानब बेचबिखनमा पैसाको लागि मानव शोषण गरिन्छ। मानब  बेचबिखन एउटा आपराधिक कार्य हो । नेपालबाट बर्सेनी कयौँ महिला पुरुष तथा बालबालिकाहरू विभिन्न देशमा बेचिएका कुरा सुन्दै आइरहेका छौँ  । 
। मानव बेचबिखनका विभिन्न स्वरूपहरू  छन् । जसमा जबरजस्ती श्रममा लगाउनु पनि हो। यो मानव बेचबिखनको सामान्य प्रक्रियाजस्तै भइसकेको छ । कुनै पनि व्यक्तिको ईच्छा विपरीत बलजफ्ती श्रममा लगाउने ,घरमा मजदुर राख्ने , बालबालिकालाई ईट्टा भट्टामा काममा लगाउने यौन शोषण गर्ने उद्देश्यले कुनै पनि महिला या पुरुषलाई होटलमा यौन स्थानमा ओसार पसार गरिन्छ या उनीहरूलाई जबरजस्ती धम्क्याएर यौनकार्य गराइन्छ भने त्यो पनि मानव बेचबिखनभित्र पर्दछ । बालबालिकालाई श्रमको लागि भर्ना गर्ने, उनीहरूलाई भारी बोक्न लगाउने हातहतियार बोक्न लगाउने जस्ता निकृष्ट कार्य पनि मानव बेचबिखनको एउटा रूप हो ।
नेपालजस्ताे अल्पविकसित देशमा अवैधानिक रूपमा किड्नी लगायतका अङ्गहरू बेचबिखन गर्ने कार्य भईरहेको छ । यी क्रियाकलापहरू पनि मानव बेचबिखन अन्तर्गत नै पर्दछ । नेपालमा मानव बेचबिखन विशेष गरेर नेपालभित्रै र एसियाका विभिन्न मुलुक र मध्यपूर्वका देशहरूमा ललाई-फकाई गरेर हुने गरेको पाइन्छ । नेपालभित्रै विशेष गरेर गाउँबाट शहरमा आएका किशोरी तथा महिलाहरू क्याबिन , डान्स रेष्टुरेन्ट, मसाज पार्लर तथा अन्य पर्यटकीय श्रेत्रमा यौनजन्य क्रियाकलापको लागि प्रयोग हुने गरेका छन् । नेपालमा श्रमको बेचबिखन पनि सामान्य जस्तै भैसकेको छ ।नेपालकै कैयौँ महिला तथा किशोरीहरू नेपाल भारतको सीमाक्षेत्र हुँदै भारतका विभिन्न स्थानमा यौनजन्य क्रियाकलापका लागि बेचबिखन हुने गरेका छन् । मानव बेचबिखन कसरी रोकथाम गर्ने ?
बोक्सी, छाउपडी, देउकी लगायतका समाजमा व्याप्त अन्धविश्वासजन्य क्रियाकलापहरूले पनि मानव बेचबिखनका क्रियाकलापहरूलाई सहयोग पुगिरहेको पाइन्छ। सचेत नागरिक, सङ्घसंस्था सरकारी निकाय, अन्तरराष्ट्रिय सङ्घ-संस्थाहरू एकजुट भएर यस्ता निन्दनीय कार्य विरुद्ध लाग्ने हाे भने पक्कै पनि मानव बेचबिखन जस्ताे कार्य हराउँदै जानेछ ।

This is the era of science and technology. It  has become a part of our life. Everyday we are using it. It is making our work more convenient. But it has its negative as well as positive aspects. Technologies and innovation are to make our work easier and more convenient. In my view cell phones are not bad for kids. It helps kids to spend time. It can also entertain the kids like: the kids watch youtube, tiktok , e.t.c or play games on it. If kids use cellphones in an educational way or purpose the cell phone can become a teacher for kids. The cell phone as a whole totally is not bad for kids. Cell phones can be harmful if kids spend more time playing. Cell phones are easy to use and they are easily portable. When I was a kid I did not know how to properly use a cell phone. But today, every kid knows how to play and use cell phones. You can easily do whatever you want to do in cell phones. For those people who think that cellphones are bad for kids and it will hamper the study of kids, in this lockdown kids are using cell phones for their study and for online classes. It depends on the kid how much time they spend on playing with cell phones. If he is spending more time on cell phones. It will obviously hamper kids' study but they can easily take the cell phone as a device where they can get knowledge. By watching educational videos the kids can improve their skills, study and can learn many new things which will help them in them. Kids are learning various new things by using cell phones. Cell phones have both positive and negative effects.

It depends on how the parents control the habits of kids to play with cell phones. If the parents would not control the time to play the cell phones of kids it will directly hamper them. By overwatching the cell phone screen it can directly affect their eyes with harmful blu rays. By watching the cell phone overtime it can directly affect the mental health of kids. So they need to take a break and walk a bit and then they can play. The internet may become harmful for kids. Many kids as well as adults die due to cell phones. In many cases like playing games, taking photos, and making videos you should be careful.  And you need to delete all the social media apps from cell phones. Social media may be addictive or harmful for kids. But It is on a user how the user uses it. Lastly, a cell phone has its own negative and positive effects. It depends on a user how he/she uses it. Parents should control their kids' habit of playing with cell phones. 

लीया र नीताको उमेर  मिल्दोजुल्दो थियो । उनीहरू मितीनी पनि थिए।  गर्मीको समय थियो । लीया र नीता छहारीमा बसेर भलाकुसारी गर्दै थिए । नजिकै एउटा ठुलो जङ्गल थियो । गाउँलेहरू त्यस जङ्गलमा धेरै पहिलेदेखि भूतको बसोबास छ भन्ने कुरा गर्थे। उमेरअनुसार उनीहरूमा चञ्चल स्वभाव पनि थियो । गर्मीको समय त्यसमा पनि उमेरअनुसारको चञ्चलता कारण उनीहरू त्यस जङ्गलमा जाने र केही समय उतै घुम्ने  निधो गरे ।
उमेरका हिसाबले दुवै जना स्रोह्र / सत्र वर्षका थिए । जङ्‌गलमा हिँड्दा विभिन्न जङ्‌गली जनावर र त्यहाँको प्रकृतिक आनन्दबारे कुरा गर्दै र रमाउँदै हिँडिरहेका थिए । घुम्दै जाँदा बाटोमा एउटा ठुलो घर देखे ।  उनीहरूले त्यस्तो घर कहिल्यै देखेका थिएनन् ।  त्यस्तो जङ्गलको बिचमा घर हुनु निकै अनौठो लाग्यो । उनी बिस्तारै त्यस घरतर्फ लागे । नीता लीयाभन्दा अलि बढी डराएकी जस्ती देखिन्थी । मनमा अलि बढी डर भएकाले नीताका पाइला अगि बढ्न सकेनन् । नीता लीयासँग अगि बढ्नुको साटो पछाडि फर्किन थाली । डरले थरथर मुटु नै काप्न थाल्यो । नीता त्यो घरतिर नगएर भाग्न थाली । नीता एक्कासी कता गई भन्ने कुरा अत्तोपत्तो भएन । जङ्गलमा निकै भौतारिई । बल्लतल्ल कुहिराको काग हराएझैँ हराउँदै र निसासिँदै जङ्‌गलबाट बाहिर निस्की । तीन दिन बित्दा पनि लीया फर्केकी थिइन । 
लीयाका परिवारलाई आफ्नी छोरी यतिका दिनसम्म कहाँ गई भन्ने अत्ताेपत्ताे थिएन । चिन्ताले रन्थनिएका थिए । लीयालाई खोज्न उनीहरू हिँडे तर कतै फेला पार्न सकेनन् । यत्रो समय हुँदा पनि ऊ नआएपछि नीता पनि आफ्नी साथीलाई खोज्न त्यहीँ अनौठो घरतिर गई। जब नीता त्यो घरतर्फ जाँदा सडेकाे गन्ध आयो । अगि बढ्दै जाँदा लीयाको शरीर देखेर नीता तर्सिई । लियाको शरीरमा न त कुनै जङ्गली जनावरले आक्रमण गरे जस्तो देखिन्थ्यो न त शरीरमा कुनेै डाम नै थियो । नीता निसासिदै त्यहाँबाट गई र लियाको परिवारलाई खबर गरी । गाउँले र लियाका परिवार त्यस ठाउँमा आए । यस्तो अवस्थामा आफ्नी छोरीलाई देखेर उनीहरू भाव विह्वल भए । गाउँलेहरू पहिलेदेखि नै त्यस जङ्‌गलमा भूत भएको कुरा गर्न थाले । यत्तिकैमा एउटा भयङ्कर दृश्य देखापर्न थाल्यो । त्यो दृश्यले सबैका मुख बन्द भए । घरलै ती सबैलाई भित्र लिएर गयाे  सबै स्थिर भए । एकाएक सबै अलप भए ।
 

Smoking is one of the most common things I have ever seen in the whole world. Every person knows about the harm it causes to the human body even though they consume it daily because they have already got addicted to it. When I used to be young I used to see my dad with his friend smoking and joking around having fun. I even asked them that why do you guys smoke and they all said that smoking is cool and from that day I always used to think that smoking used to make us look cool which leads us to making many friends but I was completely wrong until I found out in Grade 1 or 2 about what smoking does to our body and how it affects our future life too. How it makes your body weak and unhealthy too.  

Now let's get into the topic: does smoking help you in making friends? As for me when I was child I just said,  because of my dad's friends I used to think smoking would help you to look cool and help you to make more friends but now I understand it isn’t like that they were completely wrong. Smoking makes people look more bad. It is a bad habit which leads you to various diseases which will eventually kill you if you smoke more and more. Also smoking is a bad habit and people who are good will start to ignore you and will be scared of you because they think that you will make them smoke and make their own life horrible so everyone will start to avoid you and think you are a bad person. There are many people who smoke and make friends but in most of the group of friend every one only want to use another person money money to smoke and when you don’t have any money they will left you and again come to you saying we are friends when you have money and we don’t consider them as friends who will left you in hard times, they are only with you so they can use your money to smoke and use it for other things. Also if you are with friends and they smoke and do not force you to smoke or drink then they might be good friends who don’t want their friends to get into this habit but if those friends started to tell you to try to drink and smoke forcely then they aren’t your real friends because no one wants to make their friend life  horrible and harsh. This shows that smoking only makes your life harsh because everyone, your friends, relatives, neighbours and even your own family will start to hate you because you have started a bad habit which will impact your health, wealth and relationship with people. So, I think that smoking will only make your life bad and won’t help you make friends because everyone will start to ignore you because of this bad habit. 

In today's generation we can travel from one place to another in a very short amount of time with the help of vehicles. We can travel from one country to another in a minimum of 6 hours. Automobiles have made our lives easier. Every person has some kind of vehicle in their home. Some of them have bike, some of them have scooters and some of them have cars. Automobiles are very common nowadays. Automobiles are both cheap and expensive. Automobiles can be of 4 wheel or 2 wheel. Lots of people are attracted to automobiles. People are also spending a large amount of money on automobiles. Many people in Nepal are also getting attracted to expensive cars and bikes. Many foreign automobile companies are also being attracted to Nepal. These foreign companies' vehicles are more expensive compared to normal vehicles. Foreign companies' vehicles are much better than normal ones. They are more reliable than normal and have better build quality. Their minimum price is 1 crore and it can be upto 6 crore. The most expensive vehicle in Nepal is Land Rover. Some of the foreign companies in Nepal are BMW, Mercedes, Land Rover, Jaguar etc. Some of the normal and cheap companies in Nepal are Hyundai, Suzuki, Honda, Tata, Kia etc. The most selling vehicle in Nepal is Suzuki because it is cheap and can be afforded by lots of people. People are also becoming careless because of automobiles. Many accidents occur because of automobiles and people lose their lives. People also lost their lives because of over-speeding. Automobiles also help in different sectors, for example tractor help in agricultural fields, ambulances help to get to hospital in time, buses help to take students from home to school etc. Automobile has both advantages and disadvantages so we should be careful while using it. There is also lots of air pollution because of automobiles so that's why big companies like Tesla have already started to bring electric vehicles. Electric vehicles have lots of benefits. For example, they are environmentally friendly, there will be no air pollution, and it is cheaper than normal vehicles. Government has also decided to bring charging stations in different parts of Nepal, mainly on highways. The most expensive car in the world is Bugatti La Voiture Noire which costs around 18.7 million dollars. Now let's go to air transportation. Today we can go from one country to another in a very short amount of time. We can also travel from one part of the country to another part of the country. For example if it takes 7 to 8 hours from Kathmandu to Biratnagar by car then it will take only 30 minutes in aeroplane. Airplanes are the fastest source of transportation after the rocket. The world's largest airplane is the Antonov An-225. It is a cargo plane which can hold 280 to 320 tons. Finally, I would like to say that we should be careful with automobiles because many people lost their lives due to automobiles.
 

हरि सानैदेखि चित्रकलमा औधी रुचि थियाे । ऊ बाल्यकालदेखि नै चित्रहरू काेर्ने गर्थ्याे । जब हरि ठुलाे हुँदै गयाे तब ऊ चित्रकलामा पारङ्गत हुँदै गयाे । भविष्यमा प्रख्यात चित्रकार बनेर केही गर्ने उसकाे चाहना थियाे तर उसका अभिभावक उसकाे याे रुचिप्रति सन्तुष्ट थिएनन् । 
हरिका अभिभावक आफ्नाे छाेराे डाक्टर बनोस् भन्ने चाहन्थे ।  उनीहरू हरिकाे सपनालाई बालापनकाे हुटहुटी मात्रै भन्ठान्थे । उता हरि आफ्ना बाआमाकाे चाहनालाई कुनै वास्ता गर्दैनथ्याे । जब एस.इ.इ परीक्षाकाे नतिजा आयाे हरिका बाबु छाेराका लागि राम्राे विज्ञान पढ्ने कलेज खाेज्न थाले । हरि भने चित्रकला सम्बन्धी पढाइ हुने कलेज खोजेर पढ्न थाल्यो। हरिका बाबाले याे कुरा थाह पाएपछि ऊसँग धेरै रिसाए । सकेसम्म आफ्नाे बाबालाई सम्झायाे । पढाइ भनेकाे अरूकाे रहर र कहरले हुने कुरा हाेइन । पढ्ने मानिसकाे रुचि जुन क्षेत्र र विषयमा छ त्यही क्षेत्रमा मात्र उसले प्रगति गर्न सक्छ । बाबा मेराे कुरा हजुर किन बुझ्नुहुन्न आखिर मेराे खुसी भनेकाे नै हजुरकाे खुसी हाेइन र ?  किन हजुरहरू मेराे कुरा बुझ्नुहुन्न उसले प्रश्न थुपार्याे । तर उसका बाबा उसकाे कुरामा सहमत भएनन् ।  “तिमी हाम्रो सन्तान हो ; तिमीले हामीले भनेको मान्नुपर्छ । हामीले तिम्रो उपकार सम्झेर तिमीलाई विज्ञान पढ भनेको हो ;  हामीले भनेको सुन्दैनौ भने तिमी आफूलाई जे मन लाग्छ त्यही गर” ।

समय बित्दै गयो । हरिले  पढ्ने कलेजमा देशव्यापी खुला चित्रकला प्रतियोगिता आयोजना गरिएको कुरा उसले थाह पायो । नेपाल प्रज्ञा प्रतिष्ठानले उक्त प्रतियोगिताको आयोजना गरेको रहेछ । उसले त्यस प्रतियोगितामा भाग लिने विचार गर्‍यो । त्यसका लागि उसले विद्यालयका शिक्षक र प्र.अ. सँग सल्लाह गर्‍यो र सिफारिस पत्र पनि बनायो । ऊ त्यस प्रतियोगितामा भाग लिन काठमाडौँ  गयो । केही दिनपछि चित्रकलाको नतिजा आयो । हरि नै देशव्यापी चित्रकलामा प्रथम भएको सूचना गोरखापत्रमा प्रकाशित भयो । उसका साथीहरू र शिक्षक सबै खुसी भए । यो कुरा उसका बुबाआमाले  पनि थाह पाए अनि खुसीका आँसु झारे । आफूले छोरालाई विज्ञान पढ्न कर गरेकोमा पश्चाताप माने । हरिलाई अब हौसला दिन थाले । आफ्ना आमाबुबाले आफ्नो कुरा बुझेकोमा ऊ पनि खुसी भयो ।
 

नवरात्रभर मनाइने दसैैँको पहिलो दिन घटस्थापना हो । यो दिन मेरो निकै रमाइलो गरी बित्यो । यस दिन म बिहान चाँडै उठेर हातमुख धोएपछि मामुले भन्नुभयो, “ल अब तयार हुनु नत्र ढिलो हुन्छ ” । म मामुको कुरा सुनेर अचम्मित भएँ कता जाने कहाँ जाने कति बेला जाने? मलाई मामुले पहिल्यै केही भन्नुभएको थिएन । मैले सोधेँ, “कहाँ जाने मामु ” ? उहाँले भन्नुभयो, “मामाको बिहेमा जाने हो ; त्यसैले मैले छिटो तयार हो भनेकी ” नि ! मामाको बिहेमा जाने भनेपछि राम्रैसँग सिङ्गारपटार गरियो । अनि मामाघरतर्फ लागियो।

मामाघर पुग्दा म निकै उत्साही थिएँ । त्यहाँ पुगेपछि म निकै नै खुसी भएँ । धेरै वर्षपछि मैले प्यारा साथीहरू दाइदिदीहरूलाई भेटेकी थिएँ । कोरोना महामारीका कारण ठुली आमा सानीमा मामामाइजू कसैसँग पनि भेट नभएको धेरै समय भएको थियो । एक आपसमा सन्चो बिसन्चो सोधपुछपछि हामीले चिया नास्ता खायौँ । उतातिर मामा तयार हुँदै हुनुहुन्थ्यो । मामा तयार भएपछि सबै जन्ती गाडीमा बसेर पार्टी प्यालेसतिर लाग्यौँ । उतातिर पनि भव्य तयारी थियो । बेहुला र जन्तीको पर्खाइमा बसेका बेहुली पक्षकाले हामी गएपछि जन्ती पर्छिए  । अनि हामी फोटो खिच्न र टिकटक बनाउन थाल्यौँ र बनायौँ पनि । नाचगान पनि राम्रै चल्यो । हामी पनि नाच्यौँ । अनि विवाहमण्डपको काम सकियो । अनि मामाघर फर्किने बेलाभयो । अन्मिने बेलामा माइजू खुब रुनुभयो । माइतीघर घर छोडेर पराइघर जानुपर्दा सारै दुःख लागे जस्तो थियो ।
मामाघर आएपछि फेरि नाचगान चल्यो । सबै जना नाच्न थाले खुबै रमाइलो भयो। हल्का खाना खाएपछि सुत्यौँ । भोलिपल्ट मामाघरमा नै खसी काटेर विवाहको  भव्य पार्टी भयो । विवाहमा धेरै निम्तालु आएका थिए । मामा माइजूलाई शुभकामना दिनेहरूको भिड नै लाग्यो । हामी त उही टिकटक बनाउन र फोटो खिच्न मै व्यस्त रह्याैँ । करिब दुई वर्षको अवधिमा यो निकै रमाइलो समय थियो । बेलुकासम्म नै पाहुनाहरूको आउने जाने क्रम चलिरह्यो । त्यसपछि हामी सुत्यौँ । अर्काे दिन हामी घर गयौँ र दुई तीन दिनको थकाइ मार्‍यौँ । बेलुका पख ममी दसैँको सामान किन्न बाहिर निस्कनुभयो । भोलिपल्ट दसैँ भएकाले बेलुका छिटै सुत्यौँ । दशमीका दिन बिहान आफ्नो कामधन्दा सकिएपछि टीकाको साइतमा  आफूभन्दा ठुलाका हातबाट टीका र जमरा लगायौँ । मिठामिठा खानेकुरा खायौँ । घरमा टीका लगाएपछि आफन्त र नातागोताको घर गएर टीका लगायौँ । यसरी रमाइलो गरी यसवर्षको दसैँ मनाइयाे ।
 

Human beings are constantly developing. Evolution is always happening. Throughout these millennials; human kind has achieved quite a feat. In these centuries, we have faced a lot of terrors. So, to defend ourselves from such disasters, humankind made different weapons. Now, these weapons were made to defend themselves from threats. However, in recent years, such weapons have become a human-killing device.

Now speaking of whether guns kill or protect. This question itself brings a lot of controversy along with it because there are always new opinions arising. There are two parties; one which thinks guns protect and the other one who believe guns can kill. Both of them hold strong beliefs and they both are right on their own perspective. Guns were essentially made to neutralize threats. Because of different threats they could face, our ancestors created guns as a defense mechanism.

Guns damage the target. With us ignoring that guns were primarily made to protect; we can say that guns kill. However, I am not saying that the guns themselves kill people; because at the end of the day; people kill people with the help of guns. Because of the twisting society, the essence and meaning behind certain things are also changing.

Many say that saying guns kill people is equivalent to blaming a pencil for a writing mistake. Even though there are many arguments regarding this; we still cannot ignore the fact that guns are capable of killing. We use knives in the kitchen to cut vegetables and use axes to cut wood; however guns do not have any other purpose besides shooting a target. What I am trying to say is; unlike knives and axes which have other purposes and uses even though they can kill; guns were primarily used to shoot. This is an important factor we cannot ignore.

It is also said that, if there is a gun in a household which is there to shoot an intruder. The members of the house are likely to shoot someone else other than the intruder. For example a family member. The reason is because; the simple fact that a gun is lying around in someone’s household for protection might cause the members of that house to gravitate towards aggressive behavior. Not to mention, people actually use guns to kill. For example; in the name of protecting the nation, the soldiers in the wars are killing people with guns.

If there are no strict rules regarding the use of guns in a certain area; the crime rate is bound to increase. With the homicide rate increasing many people will lose their lives along the way. For this, people should be made aware of the potential harm guns can do. The people should have strong morals for crimes with the use of guns to lessen. The government as well should make strict policies regarding guns and their use. Guns should not be taken lightly especially when they can stake someone’s life. We should remember that guns can kill however they can also protect. It depends on us how we make use of it.

दसैँनेपालीहरूको प्रमुख चाड हाे । राष्ट्रिय चाडसमेत मानिने दसैँ हिन्दु धर्मवलम्बीहरूले आश्विन महिनाको शुक्ल प्रतिपदाका दिनदेखि नवमीसम्म (नवरात्रभर) शक्तिको आराधना गरी दसाैँ दिन बिहान दशमीका दिन आफूभन्दा ठुला मान्यजनहरूको हातबाट टीका-प्रसाद ग्रहण गरेर विशेष रूपमा पूर्णिमासम्म मनाउने गर्छन् । आश्विन  प्रतिपदा (घटस्थापना) मा जमरा राखी नवमीसम्म नवरात्र विधिले प्रत्येक दिन फरक देवीहरूको पूजा गरी मनाउने प्रचलन रहेको छ ।  विजया दशमीको दिन भगवतीले दानवी शक्तिमाथी र रामले रावणमाथि विजय हासिल गरेको उपलक्ष्य र खुसीयालीमा नवदुर्गा भवानीको प्रसादस्वरूप रातो टिका र जमरा लगाउने चलन छ । यसलाई असत्य माथि सत्यको विजयको रूपमा लिईन्छ । यसकारण, यस दशमीलाई विजया दशमी भनिएको हो । वरपरका मानिसलाई समेत सजिलो होस् भन्ने हेतुले पूर्णिमासम्म दसैँमनाउने गरिन्छ। आफ्ना नाता कुटुम्ब ठुला बडा र मान्यजनबाट टिका तथा जमरा लगाउने र आशीर्वाद प्राप्त गर्ने नयाँ नयाँ कपडाहरू लगाउने, आफ्नो क्षमता अनुसार मिठो खाना खाने-ख्वाउने, घर आँगन, बाटोघाटो, गाँउ बस्ती सफासुग्गर राख्ने जस्ता काम यस चाडमा विशेष उत्साहका साथ गरिन्छ ।
हाम्रो यसपालीको दसैँ विगतका वर्षहरू जस्तो भएन । यसवर्ष हामीले हजुरबुबालाई सम्झ्यौ मात्र । अहिलेको दसैँमा आमाबाबाले जमरा राख्न नहुने हुनाले हामी दिदीबहिनी मिलेर जमरा राख्यौँ । यसपटक हामी कतै टीका लगाउन गएनौं । आमाबाबाले टीका लगाउन र लगाइदिन नहुने हुनाले सबैभन्दा ठुली दिदीले टीका लगाइदिनुभयो । हामीले दिदीको हातबाट टीका र जमरा लगायौँ । मामाघरमा त टीका थियो तर हामीलाई जान मन लागेन र गएनौँ । घरमै बस्यौं । मिठामिठा खाने कुरा आफैँ बनाएर खायौँ । दसैँमा हाम्रो १५ दिन विद्यालय बिदा थियो। दसैँ मनायौँ तर मनमा कुनै खुसी थिएन । न त चङ्गा उडाउन नै मन लाग्यो । न त पिङ खेल्न नै ।
समग्रमा वि. सं . २०७८ सालको दसैँ उल्लासमय भएन। हजुरबुबा नै नभएपछि दसैँ रमाइलो हुने कुरै भएन । यस वर्ष यस्तै भए पनि अर्को वर्ष रमाइलो नै होला भन्ने आश गरेकी छु । अर्को वर्ष बाबाआमाले टीका  लगाइदिनुहोला अनि घरमा टीका लगाएर मामाघर पनि जाऔँला रमाइला गरौँला ।
 

Many people might think that WWI and WWII have brought nothing but harm to families and it was nothing other than man slaughtering man but in truth WWI and WWII brought many changes to this world. WWI may have caused millions of people to lose their lives but it also brought many changes in fields like medicine, warfare, politics and society. WWI brought many changes to modern warfare because technology was important to survive this time a lot of things were made like tanks, planes, submarines etc because these weapons were mass-produced and even chemical warfare came to light when Germany used poison gas at Ypres in 1915. Later after century propaganda films were seen mostly used by the U.S to enlist soldiers for the allied forces later it was perfected by the nazi. Millions of soldiers survived the war but were left differently-abled and with permanent injuries. Skin grafts were invented for those with misconfigured faces. Blood banks were built in 1914. WWI also caused doctors to study psychology as opposed to physical stress. It also forced women to take jobs as before only males were allowed to have jobs. WWI brought a lot of changes to this world both good and bad. Bad in the sense that there are more dangers in war than just guns from soldiers. WWI brought naval warfare to the world which later developed into carrier ships where hundreds of planes could be transported through. WWI also brought the first full black regiment into the U.S and also the first full women regiment and vehicles with x-rays to help the soldiers. WWI also brought the first air battles like bombardments, planes with guns, torpedoes, etc.  WWI was also a time where an epidemic killed thousands of people the epidemic that caused people to die is the Spanish flu. WWI also brought machine guns. You might think that WWI brought many things but they were almost all things that went and killed thousands but WWII was even more of a destructive and dreadful time which death toll far exceeded WWI which death toll was from 16 million to 20 million people while WWII death toll was around 70 million people. The cause for the drastic increase in the death toll is the new type of warfare that was used here that is chemical warfare, yes chemical warfare was used during WWI too but in WWII it was more destructive and powerful in WWI chemical warfare killed maybe around 100 at a time but in WWII the chemical weapons developed to the point that it could turn a city to nothing but plains with acid rains, land that can not be inhabited for years, etc.WWII also brought war underwater taking naval warfare to a whole new level. WWII brought homing missiles that follow the target. Vehicles were now armoured, guns were now able to shoot 100 bullets at once, missiles that could target land 100 km away from each other, plastic ballistics. Honestly, I too thought that WWI and WWII brought nothing but death and blood but it brought many things to better protect a country and medicines and techiness to save more people. It also helped people to stop discrimination against colour, religion, etc.
 

An asteroid is a rock-like body orbiting the sun. They are found in millions of numbers in space. They are also known as space rocks that can be of any shape or size. It can be big as a building or it can be small as a needle. It has no definite shape. Now, imagine an asteroid hitting the earth now. The asteroid is almost the size of a building or a car. What would happen? Would humans extinct like the dinosaurs million years ago? Would humans survive?
According to scientists if an asteroid almost the shape of a car hits the earth then that asteroid cannot cross the atmosphere. But, if an asteroid almost the size of a building hit the earth then we have to worry about it. Though an asteroid of that shape occurs in a million year, if it hits the earth then all the humans and animals would be extinct. The earth would turn into a hot planet like in the dinosaur period. The asteroid that hit the earth 66 million years ago was 4 miles wide. It was the reason for the  dinosaur extinction. If the asteroid hit the earth then in some millisecond all the humans in the earth could see it. In 0.5 second sonic waves would be produced. In a second the whole collision would be visible from the moon. In 2 seconds the asteroid impact with the ground would release more than 1 billion nuclear bombs. Due to immense energy from the impact a huge flash of light would be seen. Anything in a 1000 km of the impact would be vaporized including humans. Fire balls glowing in the impact zone would be clearly seen from the space. The impact could be felt in the whole earth. In 3 minutes time of impact mega tsunami tall enough to touch Burj Khalifa would form. Raining of rocks across the earth. After 10 min of impact it would start crushing the cities. The impact would cause a huge amount of dust to rise up in the atmosphere. Anyone who had seen the impact with naked eye would certainly be dead. After half an hour of impact earthquakes would start to occur. There would be huge cracks in the earth. Volcanoes would be active. The fire would rage across the earth. The clouds would be covered with dust and ash. Oxygen would decrease to its worst. After some weeks acid rain would start. There would be no sight of light, the whole earth would be covered with dust and ash. After some time, the earth 's climate will begin to change. All the animals would die. The humans who survived the collision would struggle to survive. The earth's temperature would certainly decrease at -degree Celsius. Starvation would start with the remaining humans. Humans would slowly die and become extinct like dinosaurs. After that new creators might emerge on earth. We humans might remain mysterious to new creatures like the dinosaur is to us.
But, according to NASA there is no asteroid that can destroy earth as seen till now but, who knows it can be seen in the future. It's hard to imagine an asteroid hitting the earth and we would die within a second. Humanity would not exist. Many dreams would be scattered. Humans would come to and end.

बालबालिकाहरूमाथि  गरिने शोषण, यौनदुर्व्यवहार मानसिक तथा शारीरिक पीडा नै बालहिंसा हो । बालहिंसा एउटा सामाजिक समस्या हो । बालहिंसाले बालबालिकाहरूको वृद्धि, विकाश र क्षमतामा प्रत्यक्षरूपमा बाधा पुर्‍याउँछ ।
नेपाल जस्तो अल्पविकसित देशमा बालबालिकाहरू हिंसाको प्रत्यक्ष मारमा परेको कुरा विभिन्न अध्ययन अनुसन्धानहरूले देखाएका छन् । गरिबी र रोजगारीको प्रत्यक्ष मारमा परेका नेपालीहरू गाँस, बास र कपासको लागि कलिलै उमेरमा आफ्ना बालबालिकाहरूलाई घरलु कामदारका रूपमा राख्न बाध्य भएका छन् । कतिपय अवस्थामा अरूको प्रलोभन तथा बहकाउमा लागेर पनि बालबालिकाहरू बालहिंसाको शिकार भएका छन् । शारीरिक हिंसा, मनोवैज्ञानिक हिंसाका शिकार भएका बालबालिकाहरूको मस्तिष्कमा नराम्रो असर पर्छ । जसकारण उनीहरू कुनै पनि काममा अग्रसर हुन सक्दैनन् । नेतृत्व लिन हिचकिचाउँछन् । आफूले कुनै काम गर्दा त्यसको परिणाम सकारात्मकभन्दा नकारात्मक बढी आउने र त्यसबाट झन् पीडाबोध हुन्छ कि भन्ने नकारात्मक सोचाइ उनीहरूमा पैदा हुन्छ । आफ्ना व्यक्तिगत कुराहरू अरूसामु प्रस्तुत गर्न डर मान्ने, हिचकिचाउने समस्याका कारण उनीहरू सधैँ पछि पर्छन् । शारीरिक तथा मनोवैज्ञानिक हिंसाले बालबालिकाहरूलाई प्रत्यक्ष तथा परोक्ष असर गरिरहेको हुन्छ । आफ्नै घरपरिवारका सदस्यले मादक पदार्थ आदि सेवन गरी कुटपिट गर्ने र आफ्नो नियन्त्रण राख्ने जस्ता कार्य गरेको पनि हामी सुन्दै आइरहेका छौँ । नेपालको संविधान २०७२ अन्तर्गत बाल अधिकार कानुन बनाए पनि त्यसको पूर्णरूपमा पालना भएको देखिएको छैन । अनुगमन प्रभावकारीरूपमा हुन नसक्दा भोलिका देशका कर्णधार भनिएका बालबालिका हिंसाको मारमा परिरहेका छन् । 
बाल हिंसामा संलग्न अपराधीलाई कडाभन्दा कानुन बनाएर राज्यले  सजाय दिनुपर्छ । सबैले छोरा र छोरीमा गरिने भेदभावको पनि अन्त्य गर्नुपर्छ । बालबालिकाहरू नै राष्ट्र विकाशका संवाहक हुन्  भन्ने कुरा बुझ्नु जरुरि छ।
