दिनरात खटेर गर्छौ काम तिमी,

Got no home, no one by their side
People throw the stones so the dogs need to hide
Many of the dogs are kicked of the house

Street dogs are treated unfairly.
Like they do not deserve love and care

The dogs who have home are lucky

Once upon a time, in a small town called Harmonyville, there lived a young girl named Lily. Lily was in eighth grade at Harmonyville High School, she loved to play the guitar and write music. She has a kind heart and always tried to make friends with everyone she met.

One sunny day, a new family moved to Harmonyville. They were from another country, and their daughter, Aisha, would be in the same class as Lily. Aisha has a different skin color and wore clothes unfamiliar to most students. However, Lily did not pay much attention to these differences. She believed that everyone should be treated with kindness and respect, no matter where they come from.

On the first day of school, Aisha nervously entered the classroom. The other students looked at her and whispered among themselves. Lily noticed how uncomfortable Aisha looked so she smiled warmly and invited her to sit next to her. Aisha smiled back, grateful for the friendly gesture.

As the days passed, Lily and Aisha became good friends. They spent time together, sharing stories about their lives and dreams. Lily learned about Aisha's rich cultural heritage and Aisha taught Lily some words in her native language. They realize that despite their differences, they had a lot in common.

However, not everyone at the school shared Lily's tolerant nature. Some students continued to judge and tease Aisha for the difference. Lily felt sad and angry when she saw her friend being treated unfairly. She knew she had to do something to change things. Lily decides to hold a "Culture Day" at school. She wanted people to appreciate the beauty of diversity and understand that acceptance was the key to love and respect. She spoke with the school's principal, who loved the idea and supported her initiative.

Lily and Aisha worked together to plan the event. They invited students, teachers, and parents to participate. They asked people to wear traditional clothes from different cultures and bring traditional dishes to share. On the day of the event, the school was filled with vibrant colors, laughter and delicious fragrant. The students were dressed in colorful clothes from many different countries and the hallways echoed with laughter and excitement. Lily and Aisha are happy to see the positive response from their classmates.

During the event, students and teachers explored different cultures through music, dance, and art exhibitions. They sampled exotic foods and engaged in fun activities representing different traditions. Lily's message of acceptance spread throughout the school and people began to appreciate diversity and respect each other's differences.

Since that day, Harmonyville High School has been a place of love and respect. Students embrace the idea that acceptance is the first step to love and respect, whether for oneself or for others. They realized that when they accept others for who they are, they discover the beauty of diversity. Lily and Aisha's friendship blossomed even further and they became a symbol of unity and understanding in their school. Their stories have inspired others to be kind and tolerant, and the town of Harmonyville is known for its spirit of inclusion and inclusion.

And so the moral of the story is that, “Acceptance is the first step to love and respect, whether it's accepting yourself or accepting others. When we open our hearts and minds to diversity, we create a world where everyone can feel loved, respected and appreciated, just like in Harmonyville.” 

रमन विद्यालयको एक कमजोर विद्यार्थी थियो । ऊ पढाइमा तेजस्वी थिएन । अन्य विद्यार्थीले उसलाई “तँ भविष्यमा केही गर्न सक्दैनस्, तेरो भविष्य अन्धकार छ” इत्यादि भनेर गिज्याउँथे । त्यसका कारण ऊ निकै भावविह्वल हुन्थ्याे । यस कारण उसको चिकित्सक बन्ने महत्वकाङ्क्षा पनि निराशामा रूपान्तरण हुन्छ । उनमा आत्मविश्वास कम हुँदै जान्छ । आफूलाई एक्लोपनकाे अनुभूति गर्छ । सहानुभूतिको अपेक्षा गरी उसले आफ्ना केही मिल्ने साथीसँग यसबारे कुरा गर्छ तर ती साथीहरूले उसलाई सहानुभूतिको साटाे हेप्न खोज्छन् ।

रमनले झनै एक्लाेपनकाे महसुस गर्छ । ऊ निकै विक्षिप्त हुन्छ र आफ्नो हजुरबुवासँग यसबारे कुरा गर्छ । “मेरो त भविष्य अन्धकार छ, म भविष्यमा केही गर्न सक्दिन । परीक्षामा जम्मा मात्र २६% आएको छ, यसरी म कसरी भविष्यमा डाक्टर बनुँला?” यति भन्दै ऊ रुन थाल्यो । हजुरबुवाले उसलाई शान्त पारी भन्न थाले, बाबु ! जिन्दगीमा सफल त मानिस लगनशीलता सङ्घर्षले हुन्छ । परीक्षा त आफूले सिकेका कुराको प्रस्तुति मात्र हो । परीक्षामा धेरै अङ्क ल्याउँदा भविष्य उज्जवल हुने र कम आउँदा भविष्यमा केही उपलब्धी नहुने भन्ने कुरा मानिसले फैलाएको आफवाह मात्र हो । जीवनमा लक्ष्य प्राप्तिको लागि गरिने मिहिनेतले सफलता प्रतिबिम्वित गर्छ । परीक्षाको नतिजाले हाेइन । यसको अर्थ परीक्षामा जानीजानी नराम्रो गर्नु चाहिँ  हाेइन । परीक्षाले जीवनमा गरिने मिहिनेत र सङ्घर्षलाई सिकाउँछ । जीवनमा मानिसहरूबिच हुने प्रतिस्पर्धालाई सङ्केत गर्छ । तर परीक्षा र सफलताबिच कुनै सम्बन्ध छैन । तिमी मिहिनेत गर, फलको आशा नगर । कर्मले नै फलको निर्धारण गर्छ ।”
रमनले रुन बन्द गरी भन्यो, “हजुरबुवा, परीक्षाले भविष्य निर्धारण गर्दैन भन्ने कुरा बुझेँ तर परीक्षा नराम्रो हुँदा मेरा साथीहरूले मलाई किन गिज्याउँछन् त ? म केही गर्न सक्दिनँ भनी सधैँ जिस्काइरहन्छन् ।”
हजुरबुवाले भन्नुभयो, “जिन्दगी आफ्नो, लक्ष्य आफ्नो, आकाङ्क्षा आफ्ना् छन् भने अरूको कुरा सुनेर भावुक किन हुने ? ”
रमनले हजुरबुवाको कुरालाई कार्यान्वयन गरेर आफ्नो लक्ष्यतिर ध्यानकेन्द्रित गर्यो । साथीहरूले उनलाई निरुत्साहित गर्दा पनि उनले बेवास्ता गरे ।  निकै ठुलो सङ्घर्ष गरी अन्तिम परीक्षामा विशिष्ट श्रेणी ल्याए र हजुबाले दिएको आश्वासनमा उनी कृतज्ञ भए । रमनका साथीहरूले पनि आफ्नो पाठ सिके ।
अन्ततःअरूलाई निरुत्साह नगर्नु, कसैले निरुत्साहित गर्न खाेजे वेवास्ता गर्नु, असल कर्मकाे अनुसरण गर्नु आफ्नाे कर्तव्यबाट विचलित नभए गन्तव्यमा अवश्य पुग्न सकिन्छ,तर हार मान्नु हुँदैन।

शरद ऋतुको त्याे समय नै उदास
जब फूलहरू र पातहरू टाढिन्छन्
रुखका हाँगाबाट जमिनमा हिँडेका 
नाच्दै नाच्दै हावामा फिरफिरे बताससँगै
फेरि फर्किने आशामा हराउँदै छन् आफैँ ।

हरेक दिन छाेटाे छ समय
जानु छ तछाड मछाडकाे गतिमा
जाडोको चौडाइमा एक एक गरेर।
रूख एक्लै उभिएको छ तर दुःख मनाउ छैन ।

जाडो एउटा समय हाे

Rap music is a form of music which focuses on the lyrics and how they rhyme. Rap music exploded in popularity during the 1970s. When we think of rap music we usually think of black male artists like Kanye West, Travis Scott and Chris Brown. But nowadays, the involvement of female rappers in the mainstream media has increased significantly. Some people may argue that they are getting more attention than male artists today.

The rap industry is regarded as one of the most sexist industries in hollywood. Usually female rappers receive a lot of hate than male artists. Especially in the NYC drill rap industry. NYC drill music is a sub-genre of music based in Brooklyn, NYC. It usually focuses on shooting and the dangerous upbringing and racism the black community has faced. In this industry there is little to no trace of women but how did ‘Ice Spice’, a fairly new upcoming artist rise to the top of this industry?

Ice Spice is a female rap artist who has amassed a huge following through her NYC drill rap music. Even though she attended a private school and had good education she has managed to climb up to the top of the industry which is highly surrounded with guns, crime and murder. Ice Spice’s music is usually based on how her attractiveness can make men buy her anything and that as an attractive woman she does not have to work. This is very uncommon in drill rap but somehow her song ‘Munch’ topped the billboard hot 100s and was the most popular drill rap of 2022.

This caused a big controversy in the industry. Many people disregarded her talent in rap by saying that her popularity was because of her attractiveness as her music videos are very sexual and inappropriate but the argument remains, does this disregard her talent? Male rappers have been using sexual and inappropriate imagery especially of women, for marketing and publicity for years but when a female does it, it’s immoral and questions about her talents are raised. Even though I believe pretty privilege in the music industry is a real thing due to examples like Justin Bieber, Drake, and many more artists. I do not think her appearance is all that she has to offer. They’re just an extra zing.

Her songs have genuine talent and her freestyles have also gained popularity and she has proved that she is not famous just because of her personality with her song ‘Boys a Liar pt 2’ reaching the billboard top 100s again but people are still stuck the stereotype that women cannot rap nor be popular in the industry. In conclusion, I would like to say that female rappers should deserve the same opportunities as male rappers and Ice Spice is a prime example of why we should. Let’s not uphold the double standards be it in the music industry or anywhere else.

हरिया पहाडहरू बिस्तारै  रमाइरहेछन्
तिनीहरू सजिलै एकआपसमा खेल्छन् 
सुन्दर जङ्गलहरूमा बाघ र हात्तीहरूसँग रमाउँदै

अचानक रामले आफूलाई ऐश्वर्य र अपव्ययले घेरिएकाे पाए । उनका दिनहरू भव्य भोजहरू, विलासी भोजहरू र उनका हरेक आवश्यकताहरू पूरा गर्ने सेवकहरूले भरिएका थिए । उसले आफूलाई चिनेका सबैबाट धन, शक्ति र प्रशंसा प्राप्त गरेको थियो । यस्तो लाग्थ्यो कि उसले चाहेको सबै कुराको खोजी अन्ततः सफल भयो । तर दिनहरू हप्तामा र हप्ताहरू महिनामा परिणत भएपछि, रामले आफूले हासिल गरेका खजानाहरू मात्र भ्रम थिए भनेर महसुस गर्न थाले । चम्किला रत्नहरू चिसो र निर्जीव थिए, उनीभित्रको शून्यता भर्न असमर्थ थिए । भव्य पार्टीहरू र भोजहरू खाली र खाली थिए, साँचो सङ्गत र आनन्दको अभाव थियो । उहाँलाई भेट्ने सेवकहरूमा साँचो हेरचाह र स्नेहको अभाव थियो ।
भौतिक धन र सांसारिक अभिलाषाको खोजीमा रामले जीवनका साधारण आनन्दहरू त्यागेका थिए । सतहीताको सुनौलो पिँजडामा फसेर आफ्नै इच्छाको कैदी बनेको थियो । उसले खुसी ल्याउने सोचेका कुराहरू उसको आत्मालाई बाँध्ने बन्धनमा परिणत भएका थिए । खालीपनको गहिरो भावनाले अभिभूत भएको, रामले आफ्नो नयाँ धन र विलासिता त्याग्ने निर्णय गरे । राम आफ्नो गाउँ फर्किँदा, उसले साधारण जीवन बिताउने साधारण मानिसहरूलाई भेट्यो । उसले परिवारहरू बीचको माया, साथीहरू बीचको हाँसो र एकअर्कालाई प्रस्ताव गरेको दयालु अपरिचितहरूको साक्षी थियो । आफ्नो गाउँमा फर्केर, रामले आफ्नो जीवनलाई पुनर्निर्माण गर्न थाले ।
नयाँ ज्ञानको साथ, रामले गाउँलेहरूसँग कुरा बाँडे साझा गरे उनीहरूलाई भ्रामक सपनाहरूको पछि नलाग्न अनुराेध गरे । उनी जीवनमा साँच्चै महत्त्वपूर्ण कुराको दृष्टि गुमाउनेहरूका लागि प्रेरणाको स्रोत बने । यसरी रामको यात्रा पूर्ण चक्रमा आयो । 

We are well aware of the concept of blackholes which has been around for about a century. Recently scientists have been talking about the twin of black hole ‘white hole’. We all know that a black holes are very terrifying and large objects lurking deep in the universe. The process of forming blackholes is quite fascinating. A star about 20x more massive than our sun. At the end of the star’s lifetime the star becomes unstable and its core collapses upon itself. Recently scientists have found something that could be a white hole.

The theory of the existence of white holes was first given by a German physicist and astronomer Carl Schwarzschild using Albert Einstein’s field equations. He stated that if blackholes can no longer evaporate they shrink and get transformed into a white hole. But, some scientists refuse to believe in this theory as it violates the second law of thermodynamics. We can never really know the reality and possibilities. Anything can happen all over the universe and we are simply not capable of knowing them all. White holes have been a very fascinating topic in science for a very long time. Although it is hypothetical, if it is somehow found to be a reality it can open the gates of the learning of the universe much easier. Many believe that blackholes and white holes are simply opposite sides of a coin. We know that energy can neither be created nor get destroyed, energy in the universe remains constant. We may also theorize that anything that goes through a blackhole does not vanish but rather gets ejected out by a white hole.

Some scientists even theorize that the big bang was actually just a white hole. We did not really have much evidence about the existence of a white hole until 2006. In 2006 a gamma outburst was detected by NASA which lasted about 102 seconds. The outburst was said to be caused by a supernova or a really big star. But, during further research the outburst was said not to be connected to any supernova or any star explosions. This event opened a whole new gate about the theories of the existence of white holes and how white holes could actually exist. The outburst was detected by NASA's Swift satellite. This gamma outburst event was termed as GRB 060614.  

Sometime ago white hole was just stated as a hypothetical twin of the black hole but now it has a chance to become a reality. Even with the gamma outburst of 2006 some scientists believe that it might not be a white hole. If not a white hole then what is it? Scientists and astronomers have been fascinated by it and are researching more and more about it and what it may be. If it actually is a white hole then we haven't seen much of the universe. It is still a vast and mysterious place with infinite possibilities. We have not even seen a tiny portion of it. Anything can happen all over the universe and we are simply not capable of knowing them all.

“You can’t feel this way towards your own family forever," a sharp voice interrupted Jamie’s thoughts. Jamie had been in the living room with her parents, watching the television. The television's sound was drowning as her parents' argument got louder. Even with earphones, her parents' screaming seeped through. She quickly rushed to her room, not wanting to face either one's anger. Just when she entered her room, she could hear her younger sister getting dragged into the argument by her parents. Jamie had no choice but to get involved so that her younger sister wouldn't face her parents' outrage.

This is what a normal day looked like in Jamie's house. Jamie couldn't wait for the day she would have the chance to leave her family behind. The only thing stopping her was the guilt of leaving behind her younger sister. Jamie felt nothing towards her family - she didn't hate them nor love them. She didn't even like or dislike them. She simply felt empty around her family. Jamie had imagined her family getting hurt countless times, and even when imagining that, she didn't feel anything.

Yet, Jamie's family wasn't bad. They were all good people. They did get into a lot of arguments, but all of these arguments were quickly resolved. Her family loved each other; they didn't hit each other, bully each other, or bring each other down. They were always motivating and encouraging each other. Even when being surrounded by such kind people, Jamie couldn't help but feel distant from her family.

At the age of 21, Jamie finally had the opportunity to leave her house. She hoped to find independence and start a new chapter in her life. She wished to be able to reciprocate the same love her family harbored for her. She realized it was essential to be away from her family as she needed to find a new side of herself before loving her family.

Jamie enrolled in college, and weeks passed, but she couldn't let go of the emptiness she felt. She didn't feel this way just towards her family; she felt the same for her friends. She couldn't like them, but she didn't hate them either. She didn't feel any form of immense happiness or sadness when she saw anyone. It was as if Jamie had no emotions for other people.

One day, Jamie met a girl named Maya. Their conversation flowed smoothly, and soon they became best friends. Maya was overflowing with love and happiness. She was easy to get along with. Maya had love not just for people around her but for herself as well. She was brimming with confidence; she was inspirational. Slowly but surely, Maya influenced Jamie. Before, Jamie couldn't see her own worth because she was so hung up on her fault of not being able to love others as much as they loved her. Maya taught Jamie to see herself in a new light, to recognize her own worth. As Jamie's confidence grew, she learned to accept her shortcomings and view them as opportunities for growth.

After 4 years, Jamie returned to her family. She was so immensely happy to see them. She truly cherished and loved them. She had always loved them, but due to her pessimistic personality, she made up flaws about herself as she could never see her true self-worth before Maya came along. Meeting her family after 4 long years was truly a happy moment for both Jamie and her family. They talked for a long time about nonsensical things, they laughed at silly movies, they made dinner together, and in the end, fell asleep together. This is what love is. Everyone loves someone and will continue to find people they love. The ability to look beyond one's own flaws and embrace others freely is what love is.
