नेपाल आफ्नै भाषा,संस्कृति माैलिकताले बेग्लै पहिचान बाेकेकाे देश हाे । तर, पनि नेपालमा आफ्नै संस्कृति र सांस्कृतिक पहिचानलाई बेवास्ता गर्ने धेरै कुराहरू छन् । नेपाली युवाहरू नेपालबाहेक अन्य देशमा जाने गरेका धेरै समस्या छन् । नेपाल छोडेर विदेश जाने नेपालीकाे सङ्ख्या धेरै छ । त,र यथार्थ के हो भने नेपालमा रहेका सबै कुरा बिस्तारै अन्य देशमा आधारित हुँदै गएका छन् । यसरी विदेसिँदै जाँदा बिस्तारै आफ्नो पहिचान गुमाउँदै गएको छन् ।
अहिले पनि देशका मुख्य सहर काठमाडौँलगायत अधिकांश ठाउँमा अङ्ग्रेजीकाे बाहुल्यता रहेकाे छ । निजी विद्यालयमा पनि अङ्ग्रेजी भाषा नबाेले जरिवाना गर्छन् । किनकि उनीहरूकाे अङ्ग्रेजी राम्राे नभए उनीहरू कमजाेर भएकाे महसुस गर्छन् । बजारमा पाइने चीजहरूको मूल्य पनि, तिनीहरू सबै अङ्ग्रेजीमा लेबल गरिएका हुन्छन् । तपाईंले याद गर्नुभएन होला तर हाल यी वाक्यहरू लेख्दै मैले "लेबल" शब्द प्रयोग गरेकी छु । यो नराम्रो कुरा हो भनेर नबुझ्ने मानिसहरूको लागि यो दिन प्रतिदिन खराब हुँदै गइरहेको छ। हरेक ठुलो समस्या केही "सानो" वा "असहजता" बाट सुरु हुन्छ, जुन योसँग भइरहेको छ ।
अहिले नेपाली उत्पादन र कपडाको अपेक्षा पूर्णतया अन्य देश देशमा भर पर्नु परेकाे अवस्था छ । उदाहरणका लागि, "कुरकुरे" यो खाना पहिलो पटक भारतमा उत्पादन गरिएकाे थियो । पछि नेपालमा पनि उत्पादन गर्न थालियाे । धेरै नेपालीहरूले यसलाई नेपालमा र विभिन्न ब्रान्डहरूसँग पुन: सिर्जना गरेका छन् । यदि तपाईं विदेसी भाषाको बारेमा सचेत नभएको कारणले जागिर पाइदैन भन्ने कुरा बेकार मात्र हाे । आफ्नाे नेपाली भाषा राम्राे नजान्नेले अर्काे भाषा राम्राे हुन्छ भन्ने पनि केही छैन । जस्तै: स्कुल, पढाइ, कुराकानी, आदि सबै कुरामा नेपाली भाषाकाे प्रयोग गर्न उनीहरू बेवास्ता गर्छन् ।
विदेशीकाे नक्कल गरेर र अङ्ग्रेजी भाषालाई बढी महत्त्व दिनाले नेपाली भाषाकाे प्रयाेग कम हुँदै आएकाे छ । विद्यालयमा पठनपाठनकाे भाषा पनि नेपाली विषयवाहेक अरू अङ्ग्रेजी भाषामा हुने हुनाले अङ्ग्रेजी भाषालाई बढी महत्त्व दिइन्छ । अङ्ग्रेजी भाषा बाेल्न जाने मात्रै धेरै जानेकाे हुने धारणा पनि मानिसकाे रहेकाे छ ।

It lasted 10 seasons including: Matthew Perry, MattLeBlanc, David Shwimmer, Jennifer Aniston, Courtney Cox and Lisa Kudrow. It revolves around the life of six best friends in their prime, living in Manhattan, New York city, them being: Chandler Bing, Joey Tribbiani, Ross Geller, Rachael Greene, Monica Geller and Phoebe Buffay. Chandler Bing is a college friend of Ross Geller and his job is unknown. Joey Tribbiani is a struggling actor, a food lover and the roommate of Chandler. Ross Geller is the paleontologist brother of Monica Geller. Rachael Greene is a fashion enthusiast and Monica Geller’s best friend. Monica Geller is a professional chef and the final love interest of Chandler Bing. Phoebe Buffay is a free-spirited masseuse. The directors started developing the series under the work name Insomnia Cafe then while scripting the title was changed several times including “Friends Like Us” and “Six of One”, the series was finally named Friends. The show is called one of the best in the world. The shooting took place in Warner Bros studio in Burbank, California.
The series won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Comedy Series in 2002, receiving nominations in 1995, 1996, 1999, 2000, and 2003. It also won one GLAAD Media award, one Golden Globe award, six people’s choice award, one satellite award, one screen actors guild award and one American Comedy award. The producers actually wrote the role of Ross Geller for David schwimmer. Also the producers actually told Courtney Cox to play the role of rachael. But Courtney resisted and told them how she was more of a Monica herself and the producers too agreed with her. Matt LeBlanc was broke when he landed the role of Joey Tribbiani. The producers explained in Friends: The reunion how the cast selection was incredibly hard for them. The hardest part according to Kauffman and Crane was to get Matthew Perry(LAX 2194) and Jennifer Aniston(Molloy) as they had already starred in other ongoing series. Many guest appearances were in the show such as Brad Pitt, Paul Rudd, Sean Penn, Danny De Vito, etc. The show also starred the legendary footballer David Beckham and the world famous boy band BTS in their sequel Friends: The Reunion. Matthew Perry was the only cast member allowed in the writers room.
Along with the special role of Perry in writing Chandler, David Scwimmer also directed 10 episodes of the series. The fridge of Monica’s apartment actually worked and the actors kept snacks and drinks there so they wouldn’t have to go to the green room every time. The show is loved all around the world for its relatability and jokes. The series finale was watched by about 54.5 million people and is the fourth most watched series finale in US series history. The actors were really attached to each other by the end of the season and it was a very fun and emotional ride for them.

Kamala Harris is an American politician and lawyer who has made significant contributions in both the legal and political spheres. She was born to immigrant parents on October 20, 1964, in Oakland, California. Her mother's name was Shyamala Gopalan who was a cancer researcher from India, and her father was Donald Harris from Jamaica.

In 2003, Kamala Harris became the District Attorney of San Francisco, she made history by being the first woman and the first African American to hold that position. During the time she was in power, she implemented various criminal justice reforms and initiatives aimed at reducing recidivism and improving public safety. She eventually succeeded in that. In 2010, Kamala Harris was elected as the Attorney General of California, becoming the first woman, the first African American, and the first South Asian American to hold the office. As Attorney General, she focused on issues such as combating transnational organized crime, fighting for homeowners affected by the foreclosure crisis, and advocating for criminal justice reforms.
She is one of the bravest of all women. In 2016, Kamala Harris was elected as the United States Senator from California. She also is the first South Asian American and African American to serve it. Still being the vice president to the day she also is the author and narrator of various books some of them are: The Truths We Hold, Superheroes are Everywhere and Smart on Crime: A Career Prosecutor's Plan to Make Us Safer.
She is a pretty famous writer as the present vice president. In the covid-19 period as Vice President, Kamala took on a wide range of responsibilities, including working on issues like immigration, voting rights, and COVID-19 relief efforts. Her role as a tiebreaker vote in the evenly divided Senate also made her a crucial figure in the Biden administration's legislative agenda. She was excellent at doing her work with pride. A long time ago in the busy city of Brookville, there lived a young boy named James. He was known for his infectious laughter and caring nature. जब तपाईं सिफल स्कुलमा पढ्न आउनु हुनुहुन्छ, तब तपाईंलाई चार हाउसहरूमध्ये एउटामा क्रमबद्ध गरिन्छ । चार हाउस मेची, महाकाली, कर्णाली, कोसी हुन् । यी हाउसहरूमध्ये तपाईं कुनै एक हाउसमा चयन गरिन्छ । तपाईं त्यो हाउसमा छनोट भएपछि, तपाईंले आफ्नाे हाउसलाई समर्थन गर्नुपर्छ । स्पोर्टस् विक एक यस्ताे गतिविधि हो जुन तपाईंले आफ्नो हाउस जित्न आवश्यक पहल र मिहिनेत गर्नुपर्छ ।

विद्यार्थीलाई छनौट गर्न धेरै खेलहरू हुन्छन् । जस्तै बास्केटबल, फुटबल, पौडी खेल्ने, टेबल टेनिस, चेस, ब्याटमिन्टन र अन्य खेलहरू । तर यी खेलहरू केटा र केटीहरूबाट अलग हुन्छन् । केटीहरूले केटीहरूसँग मात्र र केटाहरूले केटाहरूसँग मात्र प्रतिस्पर्धा गर्छन् । कुन खेलकुद पहिलो, दोस्रो खेल्ने र हुने भन्ने तालिका दिइन्छ । प्राथमिक विद्यालय आफैँले सँगै खेल्छन् भने निम्न माध्यमिक विद्याल र माध्यमिक विद्यायले पनि आफैआफैसँग खेल्छन् ।

Theodore Rober Bundy also known as Ted Bundy was born on 24th November, 1946, in Burlington, Vermont. His mother’s name was Eleanor Louise Cowell and his biological father was never truly identified as Ted’s father was listed “unknown” in his birth certificate. He grew up in an average working-class family. He was very good at academics as well, a bright child. At the early age of 3, he showed interest in knives as well which seemed quite weird. But as he grew into a teenager, he started acting weirder and weirder as he started to become dark. He peered into random people’s apartments and always thought about the things he wanted to steal.
Ted Bundy finished his studies from the University of Washington in 1972 in the field of psychology. He was accepted into a law school in Utah but he did not receive any degree there. In that school he fell in love with a beautiful young lady who seemed to have “everything he wanted.” money, class and influence. They dated but their relationship didn't seem to last all that well which left Bundy devastated. Most of his victims later resembled his ex girlfriend— young, beautiful college students with long dark hair. His victims which he admitted to killing were 36 young women across different states during the 70s. Some people believe that he killed nearly 100 people. The truth about how many people Ted Bundy killed has still not been found and most people believe that it won’t be. He killed his victims in a gruesome pattern. He first raped them, then beat them to death. It is still not clear about when Bundy started all these killings. Some people believe that this started from 1974 as many women in the Seattle area went missing as the last person they were claimed to have been seen with was a dark haired man named “Ted”. He told everyone different stories so it was never sure about what actually happened.
His first victim was named Karen Sparks who was an 18 years old woman. She was known to be a great dancer and she was a student at UW. It is said that after hitting her with her bed’s metal rod, he sexually assaulted her later. Though she did not die, she suffered great injuries and because of this incident, she remained unconscious for about 10 days in the hospital. It was said that Ted used his charm and wit to lure his victims as well as attract public attention. He was caught when he was speeding in a stolen car, given the death penal;ty three tims before he was finally executed via the electric chair in 1989.

वि. सं. २०८० साल साउन ३० गते हामी कक्षा ९ र १० का विद्यार्थीलाई सिफल स्कुलद्वारा शैक्षिक भ्रमणमा लगिएको थियो । हामीलाई वि पि कोइराला स्मारक सङ्ग्रहालयमा लगिएको थियो । याे सङ्ग्रहालय नेपाल सरकारद्वारा २०७६ मा खोलिएको थियो । यस सङ्ग्रहालयमा विज्ञान सम्बन्धी धेरै यन्त्र तथा सामग्रीहरू छ्न् ।
हामी सदाझैँ विद्यालय गयौँ र केही समय कक्षामा व्यतीत गर्याैँ । त्यसपश्चात् हामी करिब ९:३५ बजेतिर स्कुलको बसबाट सिफलदेखि कीर्तिपुरतर्फ लाग्याैँ । हामी करिब एक घण्टापछि सङ्ग्रहालय पुग्याैँ । हामी करिब १०:३० बजेतिर त्यस स्थानमा पुग्याैँ । त्यहा जाने बित्तिकै हामीले सबैसँग टिकट शुल्क पचास रुपियाँ उठायाैँ र टिकेट लिएर भित्र प्रवेश पर्येा । हामीले भित्र त्यहाँको एक जना कर्माचारी भेट्याैँ । जसले हामीलाई त्यहाँको परिचय दिएर त्यसबारे जानकारी दिन सहयाेग गर्नुभयाे ।
हामीले सर्व प्रथम “बेर्नौली ब्लोवेर” नामक एउटा यन्त्र देख्यो जसले भकुण्डोलाई हावामा एउटै ठाउँमा राख्यो र बाहिरी शक्तिले असर पुर्याए पनि आफ्नै ठाउँमा आउँथ्यो । त्यसको कारण हो बल र दबाबको सम्बन्धले । त्यसै गरी हामीले “हेड अन ए प्येटर” नामक दोश्रो यन्त्र देख्यो जसले प्रतिबिम्बबारे हामीलाई ज्ञान दियो । त्यसै गरी हामीले हाम्रो विद्यालायमा विज्ञान कक्षामा पढेका कुराहरू व्यावहारिक रूपमा देख्यौँ । उदाहरणको लागि भन्नुपर्दा स्थिर ऊर्जा, चरखी प्रणाली, ध्वनि तरङ्ग आदि हुन् । हामीले एउटा यस्तो यन्त्र पनि देख्याैँ । जसले देखाउँछ कि मानवभित्र भएको ऊर्जाले झट्का लाग्छ । यस यन्त्रलाई छुदा झट्का नलागी त्यसको सट्टा अजिव तरिकाको ध्यान उत्पन्न हुन्छ । त्यसपछि आज हामीले हिँड्दा बज्ने पियानो पनि देख्याैँ । त्यति मात्र नभएर अनेकौँ तरिकाका ऐनाहरू देख्याैँ । जसमा कुनैले पातलो, मोटो, लाम्चो, होचो आदि बिम्ब देखाउँथ्याे । ती सबै त आम यन्त्रझैँ थियो तर मलाई राम्रो र विचित्र भनेको एउटा रोबोट लाग्यो त्यसकाे नाम फुलमाया थियो । फुलमाया रोबोटलाई चलाईएको भए पनि नेवा परम्परागत बस्त्र लगाइएको देख्दा मन प्रसन्न भएको महसुस भयो ।
अरू भन्नुपर्दा हामी ती यन्त्रहरू हेरिसकेपछि हामी वनस्पति विज्ञान सम्बन्धी क्षेत्रमा गयौँ जहाँ विभिन्न बोट विरुवा आदि देख्याैँ । त्यसपछि हामीले मानव पुत्ला, कंकाल जस्ता मुर्ति देख्यौ अनि हाम्रो भमण समाप्त भयो। त्यस पछि बाहिर निस्किम र केही तस्विरहरू खिच्याैँ अनि बसमा बस्यौँ। त्यसपछि बस ११:३० तिर त्यस ठाउँबाट निस्क्यो र करिब १२:३० तिर विद्यालयमा पुग्याैँ ।
यस भ्रमणले हामीलाई विज्ञान सम्बन्धी धेरै ज्ञानहरू दियो । हामी किताबमा त ती कुरा पढेका थियौँ तर आज हामीले त्यसलाई व्यवहारिक तथा प्रत्यक्ष रूपमा देख्न पायाैँ । यस्तो हुँदा हाम्रो अवधारणा झन् राम्रो भयो विज्ञानप्रति । केही हदमा मलाई अझै सङ्ग्रहालयमा कमी देखेँ । कमी भन्नाले उपयोगी नहुनु भन्दा नि यन्त्र सामाग्रीको कमी देखेँ । सङ्ग्रहालय ठुलो भए पनि त्यहाँ ठाउअनुसार सामग्रीहरू देखिनँ । त्यसैले त्यहाँ अझै विज्ञान सम्बन्धी सामाग्रीहरू भए अझै राम्राे हुन्थ्याे ।
