रङ्गीचङ्गी फूलहरू फुली सौन्दर्य बन्यो घर।
यिनै फूलबिच भुलेर भमरा गर्छन् सधैं फुरफुर।।
बेली चमेली भिन्न रूपका मेरो बगैंचाभरि।
हेर्दै लोभलाग्दा छन् फूलहरू त्यसमा सुगन्ध छरी।।
डुल्छन् अनेकाैँ रूप रङ्गका फूलमा पुतली पनि।
लट्ठै पार्ने भुनुभुनु भमरा गुन्जे त्यसैमा अनि।।
चारजात छत्तिस् वर्णको फूलबारी मेरो देश।
फूलकै जस्तो नरम र रसिलो भाषा र मेरो भेष।।
वर्णन गर्न सकिन्न फूलको छोटो कुरामा छिट्टै।
आँखाबाट रसपान गर्दा फूलको स्वाद छ मिठै।।
सानो छु तर हेर्ने नजर गहकिलो विस्तार गर्दै छु म।
मेरा साथी सङ्गी ,गुरुवर्ग सबमा आदरपूर्वक अर्पण।
पूजा होस्, चाडपर्व जति छन् तिम्रै छ आवश्यकता।
मर्दा होस वा खुशी रमझम फूलकै छ नी मान्यता।
फूल छैन भने खल्लो हुन्छ चाडबाडमा ।
श्रद्धाको एक अञ्जुली फूल लिई गर्छु अर्पण।
हाम्राे देश नेपाल प्राकृतिक सम्पदा र वन जङ्गलले भरिएकाे देश हाे । नेपाली वन त्यसमाथि पनि जडिबुटीकाे खानी पनि भएकाले हरियाे वन नेपालकाे धन भन्ने भनाइ प्रसिद्ध छ । प्रशस्त वनजङ्गल हुनु निकै फाइदाजनक हुन्छ । पहिलाे वातावरणलाई स्वच्छ राख्नलाई रूखविरूवाकाे महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रहन्छ । वनका जडिबुटीले ज्यान बचाउने काम गर्दछ । बाढी,पहिराे र भूक्षय हुनबाट जाेगाउँछ । यसैगरी वनजङ्गलले पानीका स्राेतलाई पनि संरक्षण गर्दछ । वनजङ्गलले घाँसपात,दाउरा त उपलब्ध गराउँछ नै त्यसमा पनि घर बनाउने काठ पनि हामीले पाउँछाैँ ।
वन जङ्गली जनावरकाे वासस्थान हाे । वनमा रहने जनावरहरूले पृथ्वीलाई नै सुन्दर बनाउँछन् । यिनै जनावरहरूलाई हेर्नका लागि देशविदेशबाट पर्यटकहरू आउँछन् जसले विदेशी मुद्रा आर्जन गर्न पनि सहयाेग पुग्छ ।
अहिले दिनप्रतिदिन वनजङ्गल विनाश हुँदै गएकाे छ । यसले नेपालमा मात्र नभइ सम्पूर्ण पृथ्वीलाई नै असर पारेकाे छ । हामीले वनजङ्गल विनाश गर्नेलाई सजाय दिनुपर्छ । एउटा रूख काट्याैँ भने दसवटा रूख राेप्नुपर्छ ।
अरुको अहित नगर्ने,सुन्दा नरम शैलीकाे बोली नै मिठो बोली हो । हामी सबैले मिठो बोली बोल्नुपर्छ । हामीले मिठो बोली बोल्यौ भने सुन्नेलाई पनि सुनौँसुनौँ लाग्छ । मिठो बोल्ने मानिसहरुलाई सबैले मन पराउँछन्,सहयोग गर्छन् । बोलीबाट पनि मानिसलाई बुझ्न चिन्न र उसको व्यवहार थाहा पाउन सकिन्छ । कसैलाई दुःख पर्दा दुई वचन मिठो बोलेर सम्झायौँ भने उसको दुःख अलिकति भएपनि कम हुुन सक्छ ।
झर्केर बोल्नु, ठुलोठुलो श्वरमा कराउनु,नमिठो वा नराम्रो बोली हो ।जो मानिस नमिठो बोल्छ उसलाई कसैले पनि मन पराउँदैनन् र उसलाई आपत् परेको बेलामा कसैले सहयोग गर्दैनन् । त्यस्ता मानिसको साथीभाइहरु पनि धरै हुँदैनन्। त्यसैले हामीले नमिठो वा नराम्रो बाेली बोल्नु हुँदैन ।
हामीले नमिठो बोली बोल्यौँ भने हाम्रो भाइबहिनीले पनि त्यहि सिक्छन। त्यसैले हामीले आफूभन्दा सानासँग बाेल्दा राम्रोसग बोल्नुपर्छ। अतः हामीले मिठो बाली बोल्ने बानी बसाल्नुपर्छ ।
Family is the most important thing in our life. Without family we are nothing. A family includes Grandfather, Grandmother. Father, mother, uncle, aunt, brother, sister etc. There are two types of family: nuclear family and joint family.
The family is the one who is always there in happiness or sadness. When we are in any kind of problem, our family always stands there for us and supports us. The family also teaches us life lesson and makes us responsible citizenship. The family is the one who demands less and gives us more. They accept us in all possible conditions whether good or bad. They are the backbone of our life. Each member of the family has their own importance. Father earn money and runs the family, mother takes care of the whole family. Brothers and sisters are the ones with whom we play, laugh and share our feelings. Grandparents take care of us and give good advice to us. Family gives us wings to fly and reach our goals in life. They also give us security and comfort in life. So, we need to respect and love each member of our family and stay close to them.
I woke up one day,
It was the month of May,
It was the holiday of school,
So, I was chill and cool.
I thought I will not touch the book,
When I went to take my mobile, somebody already took.
I felt bore,
I slept and started to snore.
I woke up after an hour,
And drank a glass of lemon water, it was too sour.
My parents came late,
I went to open the gate.
I went to my bed at ten,
Thinking about my friend Ben.
देशको लागि मरीमेट्न सके पनि हुन्थ्यो
छातीको रगतले चिठी लेख्न सके हुन्थ्यो
विदेशका लागि लडाईँ गर्न तयार हुनुपर्यो
विदेशमै जीवन हाम्राे अर्पण भइरह्यो
आफ्नो देशका लागि काम गर्ने बेला भयाे
विदेशीले हाम्राे देशलाई किन हेला गर्याे?
अब त म आफ्नाे देशको सीमानामै झर्छु
मर्नै परे देशका लागि हाँसीहाँसी मर्छु

नेपाललाई आइपरेमा दिन सक्छाैँ ज्यानै
जर्मन सेफर्ड एउटा वफादार कुकुरकाे जात हाे । उचित प्रशिक्षण दिन सकेमा पारिवारिक संरक्षकहरू हुन सक्छन् । यो जातका कुकुर पाल्न इच्छुक परिवारहरूको लागि एक आदर्श जात हो। जर्मन सेफर्डहरूलाई दिनको आठ घण्टा भन्दा बढी एक्लै छोड्नु हुँदैन। तिनीहरू सजिलै बोर हुन्छन् । यदि तिनीहरूलाई लामो समयसम्म एक्लै छोडियो भने तिनीहरू विनाशकारी वा समस्याग्रस्त व्यवहारमा सङ्लग्न हुन सक्छन् । जस्तै खन्ने, चपाउने र भुक्ने। जर्मन सेफर्डलाई हरेक दिन कम्तिमा दुई घण्टा व्यायाम चाहिन्छ। यसले सुरक्षित क्षेत्रमा हिड्ने र व्यायाम गर्नुपर्ने हुन्छ । अतिरिक्त खेल्ने समय र तिनीहरूलाई राम्रो प्रशिक्षण दिन पनि सकिन्छ । अन्य जातका कुकुरहरू जस्ताे जर्मन सेफर्डहरूलाई प्रायः नुहाइदिन आवश्यक हुँदैन । तिनीहरूलाई प्रत्येक ३-४ महिनाकाे अन्तरालमा नुहाइदिए पनि पुग्छ । जर्मन सेफर्ड वफादार हुन्छन् । यदि सानै उमेरमा परिवारसँग भयाे भने परिवारका बच्चाहरूसँग राम्रो सम्बन्ध राख्छ । जर्मन सेफर्डसँग धेरै सहनशक्ति र ऊर्जा हुन्छ । यसलाई परिवारकाे सदस्यकै रूपमा लिने गरिन्छ ।
Tihar is known as Deepawali. It is one of the greatest festivals of the Hindu religion. It generally falls in the month of Kartik. Tihar festival is also known as the festival of light. People keep their houses and surrounding very clean, they decorate their houses with flowers, candles, pictures and lights. Different patterns and designs of rangoli are made. Rangoli is regarded as the sign of welcome to goddess Laxmi.
Tihar festival is celebrated for five days. The first day is called “Kag Puja”. On this day crow is worshipped as the messenger carrier. The second day is known as “Kukur Puja”, on this day people worship dogs as the protector of their house and properties. The third day of Tihar is known as ‘Laxmi Puja”, goddess Laxmi is worshipped in the evening and the cow is worshipped in the morning as the incarnation of goddess Laxmi. People celebrate this day grandly. People play Deusi and Bhailo by gathering. The fourth day is known as “Govardhan Puja”, on this day oxen are worshipped and in the Newar community, they perform “Mha Puja”, which is also known as self-worship. This day marks the new year of Nepal Sambat. The last day of Tihar is known as “Bhai Tika”. Sisters worship their brothers. They put tika and garland. It is done for the long life and protection of their brothers. Brothers also provide gifts to their sisters. It is an occasion to strengthen the relationship between brothers and sisters.
Once there was a star called Celeste, everyone knew her as a perfect star, no imperfections, she had everything planned out. Every word she spoke grew a new star. No, she did not have the magic to do that but all her words felt like seeing a fantasy land. She was so perfectly planned out and she understood everything so well that the sentence, I do not know, was so unheard of from her. Well, that was until let me explain.
She was 10, one day, she was in the garden like normal, she had just received a diary and had taken it and a pen outside. She decided that she would write a story instead of just journaling. She wanted to write a character who had magic and could control what she wanted to, whether it was nature, weather or simply a pencil she could! She wrote and realized that no matter what she could control at the end of the day she couldn’t be perfect. What Celeste was writing, was what she thought would make her pitch-perfect but no matter what she couldn’t fulfil everything. “What am I missing? She can control everything. Why does her smiling seem so fake! Isn’t this all anyone needs to be perfect and isn’t being perfect what makes you happy?” Celeste thought while being confused and feeling like she had been lying to herself for a decade of her life. Confused and curious about why she felt like this character was so incomplete she went to her little library in her room and picked up a book she hadn’t read before. After finishing reading she asked herself “ Why do I like so many of these imperfect characters who had problems with things I can do so easily. I mean if I hate the character that I wrote about, is so perfect her life means controlling everything and giving life to things or the fact she always puts others before her. Then, why is she so incomplete? But these characters who can’t even figure out how to properly take care of a flower seems so sweet and amazing! What is my character missing that these characters have? I don’t get it!”, she asked herself. Just then her mother came in, saying her aunt and cousin had come to meet them. Celeste kept her books and notebooks inside her shelf. Excited, she put everything inside and ran down the stairs. “Hi, Alessia! Wanna come upstairs?” Asked Celeste. “Sure!” Alessia responded. Alessia is her cousin sister. The two started talking since Alessia frequently wrote stories and was four years older than her. Celeste asked “I’ve been trying to write a story but my main character doesn’t seem complete or real I read this book where the characters were less perfect than my main character but I liked them more. Can you help me?” Celesta read her story to Alessia. Then, Alessia responded “ Your character is so happy and doll-like from the beginning and she is so perfect she has no problems. Characters and people aren’t pitch-perfect. No! They feel emotions and are sometimes so confused they don’t understand a thing or make mistakes. Mistakes happen and that’s being a person so sure your character can control the world but it doesn’t feel like a person because it just smiles and never has a down point. It’s never sad or basically to feel real, it should be able to have a point where the reader understands the character and just a smiling pitch-perfect character is no human instead of a plastic doll.” “So you are saying being perfect doesn’t mean being constantly happy or knowing everything?” She asked, wondering if she had lived her life not understanding the one thing she tried to be. “While that’s a bit of it the world isn’t just a fairytale you're in a roller coaster sometimes high up in the air where nothing has to be real and sometimes on land where imperfections lay down. To reach the top of the world you have to go up and then come down again,” replied Alessia. “This doesn’t mean you have to lie about being sad or not knowing something you just need to accept sometimes the world is just not always happy roses everywhere and that’s why writing and art, in general, exists to create a world that’s not real and can be anything but the characters should feel real to make people feel as though that fantasy world exists.” Celeste, understood what her cousin sister had said, asked, “So if I don’t understand something I don’t have to do it all on my own and can ask for help?” Alessia replied “Absolutely, I don’t know and I need help are sentences that exist for a reason. That doesn’t mean you ask for the simplest of things but if the bag is too heavy two people are better than one!” Since then the perfect star Celeste has brightened up the night sky with all the other billions of stars and has carried the gorgeous moon to make the others’ night normally which used as a time when one is sad, bright and clear till the sun would rise the next day to bring hope.
It had been a long time we were taking online classes and online exam due to covid pandemic. Every thing was lockdown. After a long time of lockdown, the government announced the physical classes for the student.The start of the school year seemed more overwhelming than ever before. One could observe the mixed feelings of excitement, joy, and confusion among the students, parents, and teachers.
After a few days of classes we had our exam near. On 29th Mangsir our exam started from grade 1 to 8. Compare to the online exam, the physical exams has some excitement. Our 1st exam was Social Studies. On the exam of Social Studies we submitted our project work too. The questions were easy and I had completed my questions on time. Next was Science. Science is my favourite subject. I attempted all the questions and completed on time. The third day was Sanskrit. Sanskrit is a bit difficult for me. I was so scared at first but, when I got the question paper I found it not so tough as I thought. I tried to attempt all the questions. On the weekend days I read Nepali, English, Computer and practised Maths. I did good in English and Computer exams but in Nepali and Maths I left few questions unanswered. The last day was our English reading and Nepali reading exams. It was so easy I answered all the questions.
For all of us, the day of examination is always awaited with a mixed feeling. There is a fear of facing a tough questions and relief to know that once the paper are over there can be enough time to play and enjoy. So, after the examination I also played and enjoyed my days.
हाम्राे देश नेपाल विभिन्न जातजातिहरूकाे सङ्गम भएकाे ठाउँ हाे । यहाँ विभन्न जात जस्तैः नेवार,ब्रह्मण,गुरुङ,मगर,तामङ,लेप्चा,यादव,चाैधरी,शेर्पा आदि जातका मानिसहरू बसाेवास गर्दछन् । यी विभिन्न जातजातिका फरकफरक भेष छन् । ब्राह्मणले गुन्युँचाेली,दाैरासुरुवाल,शेर्पाले बख्खु,दाेचा,यादवले धाेती ,सारी लगाउँछन् । यसै गरी अन्य जातजातिले पनि फरकफरक भेष लगाउँछन् ।
यी फरकफरक जातिहरूले भाषा पनि फरक बाेल्ने गर्दछन् । जस्तैः नेवारले नेवारी भाषा बाेल्छन् । गुरुङले गरुङ भाषा नै बाेल्छन् । तामाङ,शेर्पा अनि अरू जातिहरूले पनि आआफ्नाे भाषा बाेल्दछन् । सबैजनाकाे मातृभाषा आआफ्नाे भए तापनि नेपाली भाषा हाम्राे राष्ट्रभाषा हाे । कार्यालयमा नेपाली भाषा बाेलिन्छ ।
हाम्राे देशमा फरकफरक जाति र फरकफरक भाषा बाेल्ने मानिसहरू भए पनि सबै मिलिजुली बस्ने गर्छाैँ । हाम्राे देशलाई फरक भाषा र फरक भेष भएका कारणले धेरै थरी फूलहरूकाे साझा फूलबारी पनि भन्ने गरिन्छ ।
हाम्रो शरीरको अन्य अङ्ग जति महत्वपूर्ण जिब्राे पनि त्यति नै महत्वपूर्ण छ। जिब्राको प्रयोगले हामीले खानेकुरा खान्छौँ। यसकाे अर्को काम बोल्नु पनि हो। जिब्राको प्रयोगले हामीले आफ्नो भावना, विचार, इच्छा र दुःख सुखका कुरा व्यक्त गर्ने गर्छौँ। हामी रिसाएको बेलामा ठुलो र नमिठो स्वरले बोल्छौँ भने हामी खुसी भएको बेलामा सानो र मिठो स्वरले बोल्छौँ। हामीले आफ्ना र अरुसँग जसरी बोल्यौँ उनीहरूले पनि त्यस्तै वचन बोल्छन्।हामीलाई अरू नराम्राेसँग बाेलेकाे मन पर्दैन अनि रिस पनि उठ्छ ।ठिक त्यसै गरी अरूसँग हामी नराम्राे बाेल्दा पनि हामीसँग रिस त पक्कै पनि उठिहाल्छ । त्यसैले कहिल्यै नराम्रा र नमिठा शब्दको प्रयोग गर्नुहुँदैन।
जिब्राकाे अर्काे काम स्वाद लिने पनि हाे । मिठाे खानेकुरा जिब्रालाई खुब मन पर्छ । हामीले जिब्राले माग्यो भन्दैमा धेरै र शरीरलाई नराम्रो गर्ने कुरा खानुहुँदैन । हामी स्वस्थ भयाैँ भने मात्र हाम्राे शरीर विचार पनि स्वस्थ हुन्छ ।
जिब्राे दाँतहरुको बिचमा सुरक्षित रहन्छ। जिब्रोबाट हामीले अरु पनि धेरै कुरा सिक्न सक्छौँ। जिब्रा सधै आफ्नो बसमा बसिरहेका हुन्छ र यसले आफ्नो सिमा बुझेको हुन्छ। हामी पनि आफ्नाे सीमा बुझेर अगाडि बढ्नुपर्छ । बेकाममा यताउता भाैँतारिनु हुँदैन र शान्त स्वभावको हुनु पर्छ।
