The year 2020 was a tough time in human history. Everything was going fine until the month of december. In December 2019 coronavirus disease was first seen in Wuhan ,China. It is believed that the disease originated from bats. The year 2020 was a terrible experience for mankind as we had to bear many consequences caused by the virus. The only “good thing” that happened due to COVID-19 is that our SEE got canceled (here I am talking as a student).
Taking this to the further, I am here to describe my whole one year. We were all locked up in our own houses due to COVID-19 . As it was a novel virus the cure was undiscovered so everyone was following the precautions given by WHO, like washing your hands, not touching your face , wearing a mask etc. Online classes was the alternative for education and people were working from home, but what about the people who earn their wage on a daily basis such as labourers they were in huge problem so the government was also doing everything they could to help but I personally think that the decision making of the government must be quick and effective. The government decided to cancel the SEE boards, then there was a lockdown and then they extended the lockdown many times . So everyone was bored in their houses but I am glad the internet kept us all connected. We could chat and play games and video call online with our friends and family during this pandemic. We could also study via online classes, which was a new technique of learning for most students and teachers .
At first everyone was anxious and bored sitting at home but I guess we got used to it. Everyday we heard cases of coronavirus , how many were infected and how many died. It was not pleasant to hear the news of deaths and chaos all over the world but still we were compromising . Many people are suffering from mental health issues due to this disease. The thing that I noticed is that the news or any sort of information was getting viral very quickly and people were starting to react to this information without thinking twice . Also there were some people who were showing support , encouragement and some were sharing constructive feedback instead of plain hate .
What I believe is that everything happens for a reason and we should see good in every situation . The pandemic brought a lot of troubles , some believe that it is the consequences of humankind not conserving mother nature. This pandemic taught us many things , some got a chance to discover themselves and some were just bored in the house , some really took the opportunity to live their life and to be grateful for it . Moreover this pandemic taught us about how short life is and this was indeed a threat from mother nature.
Computer technology has grown at break-neck speed in recent years. Today, computers are being used for various purposes. You will find computers being used for accomplishing sophisticated tasks, such as managing entire airline and railway systems, operating air missiles, maintaining customer and employee records and bookkeeping. While there is no question that the new wave of computer technology enhances life for many, it raises questions on security that affect us all. What is computer security? Computer security or cyber security is the protection of computer systems and networks from information disclosure, theft of or damage to their hardware, software or electronic data as well as from the disruption or misdirection of the services they provide.
There are three types of computer security:
1] Information security is a type of computer security which refers to protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of computer systems from unauthorized access, use, modification and destruction.
Information security focuses on the CIA triad model, which ensures confidentiality, integrity and availability of data, without affecting organization productivity.
2] Internet security is an important aspect of computer security which creates a set of rules and actions to protect computer systems that are connected to the internet. It is a branch of computer security that deals specifically with internet based threats such as hacking, computer virus, Denial-of-service attacks and Malware.
3] Network security is another type of computer security that prevents and protects against unauthorized intrusion into computer networks. It is a set of rules and configurations which are designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of computer networks system and information using both software and hardware technologies.
Talking about the origin of computer security, computer security became increasingly important since the late 1960’s, when modems were introduced. The proliferation of personal computers in the 1980’s compounded the problem because they enabled hackers to illegally.

पैसा कागजको टुक्रा मात्र हो,
यसले मानवता किन्न सक्दैन,
पैसाले मात्र मानिसको प्रतिष्ठा बढ्दैन ।

The Cuban protests have arisen after the disastrous crisis of the Cuban economy with shortage of food supply and human-aid. So what started to affect their economy? The pandemic of course but in addition there are two other major reasons for their depressing condition. First weak point that led towards this disaster is the less export and low earnings of foreign currency from the Tourism industry which has a direct connection with the pandemic. So as a result Cuban Foreign Currency Reserves have decreased immensely due to which they are unable to import foreign goods and aid. As we all know in the international market American Dollars are more powerful than the domestic ones. Likewise nobody wants Pesos [Cuban Currency] in the international market, consequence? Devaluation !. Next up is the American Trade Embargo which is basically a term referred to a trade ban with a particular country or a state.
Let's get back to the protests. The protests started from July 11, 2021 . These aggressive protests were against the ruling Communist Party of Cuba as they were unable to keep their promise of fulfilling basic rights of the citizens and cold hearted response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in the nation. So the voice of the nation, media engaged in the protest. They added great value and strengthened the protest. But the authorities were not in favor of tolerating them. So instead of looking for the solution of the problem, they chose to suppress the voice of the victims. Several artists who protested by singing a song opposing the government got prosecuted. Government turned violent and started to harass, detain and abuse the activists. The state securities’ main targets belonged to the “San Isidro Movement,” a coalition of singers, painters and other artists.
Criticism leading to harassment and detaintion, authorities restricted social media and messaging apps. Matter of fact, it’s a modern day dictatorship. Citizens say “ it’s no more just about the economic crisis, it's about freedom.”
Covid and Lockdowns have turned out to be important matters going on around the world as the Indian or the Delta variant has started to get the better of what we know. The society is at peace, the world is going on yet do we know what is really going on in the world? As we all know and think, Wars were considered important in the ‘past’, yet many Wars are still going on without us knowing too much about them. The only time we know about such wars is if it starts to hamper the world's ongoing pace resulting in an impact on peace.
What is happening in Afghanistan now? Wars, Terrorists attacks, Countless deaths, strikes and many more things that are hidden or confidential to the general public, yet the things have gone so far that the entire public has started to pay attention to this matter. On August 15th, the news that shocked the related parties started to ferment in the internet.
Talibans, after the fall of the Eastern City, have started to occupy the capital of Afghanistan, Kabul.This war has been going on for quite some time with many countries participating in keeping the situation under control. Even the Gurkha’s who are part of Great Britain have taken part in the battle which according to reports is not showing good signs. Videos and short clips of the situation of Nepalese Gurkha have been spreading around the world through many different platforms like Tik Tok.
After the downfall of the Democratic regime, the US has sent its troops to Afghanistan to secure the Embassy and its members and escort them back to the US. Nepal has also planned and talked with the related parties to bring back Nepalese from not only the capital of Afghanistan but the entire nation.
The same has been going on in different parts of the world as Countries have started to openly fight for their land and the so-called injustice they have suffered from the other party. No sign of the UNO is being seen so far. As things start to get worse, news like the Taliban taking over the entire Afghanistan and even news such as Children being sent to the battlefield with weapons which has been in ‘Trend’ for a while now can be seen. The only thing we general public can hope for is that the situation will be in control as the current situation is already very worse and if another huge war breaks out, as the old people say, only God can save us.
दिन कहिले एकदम राम्रो गरी बित्छ र कहिले एकदम नराम्रो गरी पनि बित्छ । मेरो दिनचर्या त्यस्तो केही विशेष नभए पनि रमाइलो नै गरी बित्छ । बिहान उठ्नेबित्तिकै सकरात्मक सोच राखेर दिन सुरु गर्यो भने दिनभरिको काम सबै राम्रो हुन्छ र रमाइलो पनि लाग्छ । त्यसैले म उठ्ने बित्तिकै सधैँ केही राम्रा शब्दहरू दिमागमा राखेर दिन सुरु गर्छु ।
म यति बजे उठ्छु भन्ने त्यस्तो ठ्याक्क समय त छैन, तर सकेसम्म छिटो उठ्ने कोसिस गर्छु । दिन राम्रो हुनका लागि हाम्रो उठ्ने समयमा पनि एकदमै भर पर्दो रहेछ । छिटो उठ्दा एकदमै प्रेरित हुने रहेछ । टन्नै कामहरू गर्न मन लाग्छ र अल्छी पनि लाग्दैन, तर ढिलो उठ्दा दिनभरि नै केही काम राम्ररी गर्न सकिँदैन । एकदम अल्छी पनि लाग्दो रहेछ । त्यसैले म ६-७ बजे सम्म उठ्ने कोसिस गर्छु । हातमुख धोएर म ओच्छ्यान मिलाउँछु । मेराे बिहानको पहिलो काम भनेकै आफू सुतेको ओच्छ्यान मिलाउने हो । यो राम्रा बानीहरूमध्ये एक हो । त्यसपछि म सिधै भान्सामा जान्छु र बिहानको खाजा खानुअगाडि एक गिलास तातो पानी पिउँछु । उठ्नेबित्तिकै त मलाई भोक लाग्दैन, त्यसैले म योग र ध्यान गर्ने कोसिस गर्छु । बानी नै त भएको छैन तर सकेसम्म १० मिनेट भए पनि गर्न खोज्छु ।
त्यसपछि म घरमा केही सामान चाहिएको छ भने किन्न जान्छु अनि मात्र बिहानको खाजा खान्छु । मेरो घरमा बिरुवाहरू छन् र बिहान म ती बिरुवाहरूलाई पानी दिन्छु र घाममा पनि राख्छु । यताउता गर्दा गर्दै ९:३० हुन्छ र अनलाइन कक्षा सुरु हुन्छ । दुईवटा कक्षा लिएपछि म ११:५० मा खाना खान्छु। त्यसपछि अझै २० मिनेट जति समय बाँकी हुन्छ र म त्यो समयमा फोन चलाउन थाल्छु । कि इन्स्टाग्राम कि युट्युब एकैछिन चलाउँछु । फोन चलाउँदा चलाउँदै १२:५० हुन्छ र फेरि अर्को कक्षा सुरु हुन्छ । मज्जाले ३ वटा कक्षा पढेपछि खाजा खान्छु । कक्षा सकिएपछि म एकछिन आराम गर्छु । कहिले फोन चलाउँछु कि त टिभी हेर्छु ।
त्यसपछि ६ बजेतिर म कौसीमा गएर एकैछिन हावा खान्छु । दिनभरि ल्यापटप हेरेर आँखा नै दुख्छ, त्यही भएर त्यो चिसो हावाले दिमाग नै आनन्दित बनाइदिन्छ। त्यसपछि म कोठामा आएर १-२ घण्टा जति पढ्छु कि त गृहकार्य छ भने त्यसलाई पुरा गर्छु । कक्षमा पढाइएका कुराहरू दोहोर्याएर हेर्छु । पढ्दा पढ्दै बेलुकाको खाना खाने बेला हुन्छ । ५:३० बजेतिर खाना खाएर फेरि पढ्न बाँकी छ भने पढ्छु । त्यसपछि म आमाबुबासँग समय बिताउँछु । हामी कहिले गफगाफ गर्छौं कि त कहिले सँगै बसेर फिल्म हेर्छौं । सुत्नुअगाडि म अर्को दिनको लागि कार्यतालिका बनाउँछु र मेरो डायरीमा पुरा दिनभरिका सम्झनाहरू लेख्छु । त्यसपछि एकछिन फोन चलाउँछु र ११-११:३० बजेसम्म सुत्ने कोसिस गर्छु ।
यसरी नै मेरा दिनहरू बित्छन् । कहिलेकाहीँ एकदम अल्छी लाग्ने हुन्छ र कहिलेकाहीँ एकदम रमाइलो पनि हुन्छ । शारीरिक रूपमा कलेज जान परेको भए दिन नै बेग्लै गरी बित्थ्यो होला तर आहिले अनलाइन कक्षा भएर मेरो दिन धेरैजसाे यसरी नै बित्छ ।
नरोकिन घेरै समय वा दिनसम्म पानी परिरहने बेलालाई झरी भनिन्छ । झमझम पानी पर्ने वा घेरै वर्षा हुने दिनहरू नै झरीका दिन हुन् । यसलाई अर्को शब्दमा बर्खायाम तथा मनसुन पनि भन्न सकिन्छ । नेपालकाे सन्दर्भमा भन्दा असारदेखि भदौ महिनासम्मका दिनलाई झरीका दिनहरूका रूपमा लिन सकिन्छ ।
चर्को घामले समस्त जीवन-जगत्लाई पोलेर अत्याउनु गर्मीयामको विशेषता हो भने सेतै हिउँ, तुषारो, ठन्डी, ठिही र मुटु कमाउने जाडो शिशिरयामका विशेषता हुन् । मेघको गर्जन र बिजुलीको चम्काइबिना झमझम पानी पर्ने झरीका दिनहरूलाई विभिन्न व्यक्तिले आआफ्नै किसिमले लिने गर्छन् । वर्षान्तमा झरी पर्नु प्राकृतिक विशेषता नै हो । झरीका दिनहरूमा निकै पानी पर्छ । नेपालजस्तो भौगोलिक विशेषता भएको मुलुकका लागि निकै दिन लगातार झरी पर्दा प्राकृतिक प्रकोपको सम्भावना पनि त्यतिकै रहन्छ । पहिरोका साथै ठुला नदीहरूमा पानीकाे मात्रा बढ्न गई ती नदीका आसपासका इलाकामा बाढीको प्रकोप भएर धेरै उर्वर खेतका फाँटहरू र कतिपय बस्तीसमेत मारमा पारेको देखिन्छ ।
रोपाइँ गर्ने किसानहरूका लागि झरीका दिनहरू निकै रोमाञ्चक, आनन्ददायक र रमणीय हुन्छन् । यस अवधिलाई नेपालका सबैजसो किसानहरू खेतका आली र डिल ताछेर, खेत खेनजोत गरी धानको ब्याड राखेर कहिले झरी पर्ला र रोपाइँ थालौँला भन्ने प्रतीक्षा गरेर बसेका देखिन्छन् । उनीहरूको यो समय मुठी रोपेर मुरी उब्जाउनका लागि रोपाइँ गर्ने समय हो । अझ नदी तथा अन्य कुनै स्रोतबाट सिँचाइको सुविधा नपुगेका खेतमा त किसानहरूका लागि झरीका दिनहरू अन्नपूर्णाकै वरदान साबित हुन्छन् ।
Why bother living when in the end it all amounts to nothing? It doesn’t make any difference whether you spend your life sleeping on your mother’s couch lazy and jobless or living your life as a fancy suit-wearing entrepreneur. It’s like that catchy Linkin Park song ‘In the end, it doesn’t even matter’, as the destination is the same, DEATH, so why? What makes some people leave their comfortable bed at 5 am in the morning to sell milk while some people don’t even bother bruising their teeth? Is it this flawed system of assigning value above each individual's head called money or is it moral values? It is probably the first one, but I personally think it is to avoid “uncomfortability” to not ‘get the blues’.
Being Uncomfortable sucks. We have all been in the state of being “ Uncomfortable”, maybe someone forced you to give a speech to a large audience, or you had to get wet in the rain because you forgot your umbrella, or maybe your friend started talking about embarrassing things to a person like. We as a part of Society believe that any form of discomfort can be eliminated if we make enough money and it is true for the most part. Your shoes have gotten old and have holes in them that make you uncomfortable, throw some money, get a new one, discomfort GONE. What people don’t understand is it is ok to be uncomfortable. I used to hate being uncomfortable until I realized that the feeling uncomfortable was the most effective way to learn about yourself, you’ll learn about your strength, weaknesses, you’ll learn about what you’re you afraid of and most importantly you’ll learn about what makes you comfortable, you don’t grow when you are in comfortable state, when you’re comfortable you don’t progress anymore than you already have. You are fixed in one stop with no momentum in life. I am not telling you to go fight a monkey or anything. When you get an opportunity that you know will make you uncomfortable, say yes, take part in it. You never know you might end up enjoying it.
Honeybees are social insects. They tend to live in a colony. The lifecycle of bees goes through four stages. They are egg, larva, pupa and adult. The colony of bees consists of three castes: queen bee, worker bee and drones(males).
In the first stage, the queen lays about 3000 pin head sized eggs in a single day. Eggs take three days to hatch into larvae. The larvae resemble a grain of rice. The worker bees feed larvae. The larvae which are destined to develop in queen bees feed on special bee secretion called royal jelly. The larvae will stop eating, spin themself a cocoon and begin to take the form of pupa on about the sixth day. Then pupa is sealed into brood cells by the workers. Then in the pupa stage, the bees begin to develop legs, eyes and wings. The process is called histogenesis. Pupa stages usually last for seven and half days for the queen, twelve days for workers and about fourteen days for drones. In the adult stage, all the bees are fully grown. The typical colony consists of one queen bee. 100 to 500 drone bees and 10,000 to 50,000 worker bees.
Bees are friendly and don't attack or sting without being provoked. But it also depends on the shape of the defensive response of bees, like genetics and their roles in the colony. According to researchers bees can recognize human faces the same way we do. The friendliest bee is the bumblebee. The bumblebee is the largest and gentlest of all the known species of bees. They live mostly alone and don't swarm. We don't have to be afraid of the friendly furry bee although they might sting if they feel threatened.
आइतबारको बिहान भएसँगै मलाई केही सातादेखि फुटसल भनेर याद आउँछ । लगभग ३ साताअघिको कुरा हो । शनिबार र आइतबार हाम्रो विद्यालय बिदा हुन्छ । त्यो शनिबार पनि अन्य शनिबारजस्तै चलचित्र हेरेर लगभग बिहानको ३ बजेतिर निदाको थिएँ । सुतेको मात्र के थिएँ, मेरो फोनमा मेरो साथी अधितले फोन गर्यो । ३ बजे त निदाएको थिएँ, पहिलेको २, ३ फोनको त मेसो नै पाइनँ । केही समयपछि फेरि फोन आयो अनि एक्कासि उठेँ । निद्राकै सुरमा थिएँ । आँखा मिच्दै हेलाे मात्र के भनेको थिएँ, उताबाट फुर्तीका साथ "ओइ आज फुटसल आउँदैनस् ? १० बजेको खेल छ" भनेर भन्यो । निकै नै ढिलो सुतेको हुनाले शरीरमा त्यति फुर्ती पनि थिएन । "ह्या ! आजका लागि होस्, अरू कुनै दिन जाने" भन्दै फोन काट्नै लागेको थिएँ तर एक्कासि एक मनले भन्याे, "हिँड् इशान ! धेरै भयो नखेलेको पनि, उसै त लकडाउनले गर्दा मोटाएको छस्, कति बस्छस् घरमै ?" अनि निद्रा माया माररेर उठेँ । १० बजेको समय दिइएको हुनाले म घरबाट आफ्नो फुटसल ब्याग बोकेर ९ बजे हिँडेँ । साथीहरू र हाम्रा गुरुबाहरू पनि आइसक्नुभएको रहेछ।
निकै दिनपछि खेल्ने मौका पाउँदा म निकै उत्साहित थिएँ । हामी दुईओटा टिममा छुट्टियाैँ शिक्षक र विद्यार्थी खेल्ने निधो भएपछि हाम्रो खेल सुरु भयो । सुरवात त दुवैतिरबाट राम्रै भएको थियो तर खेलसँगै हामी गेम बाट खस्किदै गयौँ । १ गोलले पछि हुँदा हुँदै ११ गोलले हामी पछाडि पर्यौं ।
जति पछि परे पनि हामीले हार चाहिँ मानिसकेका थिएनौँ । १ घण्टा खेल्ने भनेर आएको हुँदा हुँदै १ बाट २ र २ बाट साढे २ घण्टा भइसकेको थियाे । हामी ११ गोलले पछाडि भए पनि हिम्मत नहारेको हुँदा हामीले गाेल अन्तर १ गोलसम्म ल्ययाैँ तर अन्तिममा गएर १ गोलले पराजित हुनुपर्यो ।
खेलमा हार र जित त भइहाल्छ तर धेरै पछि घरबाट निस्किएर खेल्न पाउँदा भिन्दै रमाइलो लग्यो । हामी कोरोनले गर्दा घरमै कैद थियौँ । यो महामारीका कारण सबै दिनचर्या ठप्प नै भइसकेको थियो तर कोरोन सङ्क्रमण अलि कम भएसँगै मान्छेहरू आफ्नो दिनचर्यामा लाग्ने, घुम्ने, खेल्नेजस्ता कार्यमा फर्किएका छन् । यस्तो समयमा खेलकुद, योग वा अन्य कुरा गरेर आफ्नो शरीरलाई स्वस्थ राख्नु निकै जरुरी छ । धेरै समयपछि भएर होला मलाई त्यो दिन निकै रमाइलो लग्यो ।

But Forbes doesn’t count black money otherwise Nepali politician
would be there ahead of Elon musk.
Nepali politics is so corrupted that the nation has a loan above Nrs 60,000 per head but development work is nowhere to be seen. The constitution says about public sovereignty and transparency in governmental work but the public has to think if there is any constitutional supremacy in their nation. The constitution is actually a
joke which is attacked by dissolving the parliament in nonsense matters. The nation suffers from floods and pandemic but the government is concerned about fighting. National border is threatened but the prime minister is busy telling jokes. Nepal is such a fulfilled country that the common people never cry one because it is extremely beautiful and the next politicians are so comedy that listening to them for 5 minutes without laughing is very difficult. Sometime watching a parliamentary session equals watching stand up comedy. One can never get bored watching anything in Nepal.
In province no-2 the condition of society is so embarrassing but the houses of politicians surely have at least a fortuner in its base. Sometimes one gets confused how someone in a poor state can have a fortuner or a range rover. But the only sad part is the fortuner is bought by snatching rice from the poor. It feels so bad to see out nation which was so brave that it fought the might of the Britishers and the made sure that the world feared by the name of gurkha is today on such a condition that it needs to beg to other nation for the most basic needs and
can’t sustain a 3 months border dispute. Being a Nepali it hurts seeing our brave nation being governed by such cowards. Seeing our brothers crying for two times food kills us but not this politics. This is the most powerful politics in the world that can sustain anything but can’t even stand strong. It is a statue after all.
