विज्ञान र प्रविधिको विकाससँगै हामी धेरै जना इन्टरनेट र इलेक्ट्रोनिक उपकरणबाट टाढा छैनौँ । हामीलाई चाहिने सबै कुरा हाम्रो हातमा छ । एउटा सानो उपकरणले हामीलाई जे कुरा थाहा छैन, त्याे कुराको सबै जानकारी केही समयमा दिन्छ ।

हामी किताबहरूबाट टाढा हुँदै छाैँ र प्रविधिहरूसँग नजिक हुँदै छाैँ । म आफैँ पनि कहिलेकाहीँ महसुस गर्छु, मेरो मस्तिष्क रिसाएको जस्तो अनुभव हुन्छ र केही गर्न त्यति तागत र शक्ति हुँदैन । हामी स्कुलमा हुँदा दिनको ८ घण्टा स्कुलमा खेल्दै पढाइ गर्दा पनि बेलुका खेल्न जान सक्थ्याैँ तर अहिले दिनको ५ घण्टा अनलाइन कक्षाले सबै शक्ति हराइसकेको हुन्छ । यसको मुख्य कारण यस्तै आधुनिक प्रविधिको धेरै प्रयोगले गर्दा भएको महसुस गर्दछु म आफैँ । फेरि स्कुलमा हुँदा बेलाको उदाहरण लिँदा स्कुलमा हामी दिनको २ ओटा लेख विभिन्न कुराहरूमा लेख्थ्याैँ तर अहिले म आफैँ एउटा लेख लेख्न पनि दिनभरि सोच्छु, के लेखूँ भनेर ।

Daft punk was an electronic music duo formed in 1993 by founders Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter. They are widely known as the most influential and successful duos in music history and also for revitalizing dance music to what we hear and love today. This article will talk about how Daft Punk was founded and how they became one of the icons of music history.

Daft punk started out when the founders, Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter met in 1987, at a school in Paris.They both had many similarities in interests and hobbies. They both liked the same music genre, they had similar taste in movies. The two liked each other’s company and started hanging out often. In 1992, they formed a rock band called Darlin’. They took the name from the song “Darlin’” by The Beach Boys. They then went on to cover the song and release the track along with it. The release meant a lot to the band, as this was their first release and the band had big expectations from the release.This filled the band with positivity and enthusiasm. This was, until a review by a critic called the song “Daft-Punky trash.” This criticism was something they had never experienced before.

The review itself did not thrash their music but it led them to believe that their rock music thing was not as great after all. At this same time, the two guys Guy-Manuel and Thomas visited a rave concert. They previously went to rock shows where the artists sang the same song that their fans had listened to hundreds of times, yet again in the concert. In the rave, they  experienced something they had never experienced before. These artists made their own remixes and mashups at the moment. This made every party enjoyable and a dynamic feel to the concert.. Because of the reviews from critics and their experiences, they made a vital change in their  music career. One that would change their lives and revitalize electronic dance music. The guys made a decision to change their genre from rock to electronic music. They disbanded their band and the two went on to produce electronic music. They Named themselves “Daft Punk” with respect to the review that called their music “Daft-Punky trash”. This is when one the most influential duos in music history was formed. 
Daft punk’s debut EP “New wave” became an instant underground hit. This, along with two other successful singles “Da Funk” started pouring record labels deals to their door. Daft Punk knew how notorious record labels were, and decided to sign with Virgin records in may of 1996. Signing with Virgin records meant that the record label worked for them,  unlike other labels which had a policy that would make artists do the hard work and then reap the benefits alone. The deal let daft punk own their recordings.This was not the case with other record labels. An artist could pour hundreds and thousands of thought, hardwork and emotion on their songs but would not even own the recordings themselves. Daft Punk were aware of this and made the right decision. 
A particular thing about the duo is that they only recorded four studio albums for the 28 years they were together and producing music. This can be an indication that they were perfectionists in their own right. They preferred quality over quantity, and this can be a good lesson to other artists that you shouldn’t record thousands of albums and millions of songs to have an impact in the music world. 
Among some of the things they're known for, they're particularly known for hiding their identity from the public with the help of their robot helmets. Believe it or not, they did leave a fashion legacy behind along with all the astounding music. The helmets served as both a wall to hide their identity and also for the aesthetic. 
If you have ever seen them perform live, or you look at the persona that they put out for the public, these frenchmen did not intend on being famous and put themselves on the spotlight. They are known to be a shy pair, and thus why they were so much bothered by fame and people stopping and asking them questions at every door they opened. They were firm believers of the fact that music should be publicized, not the artist that created them. This is the reason why they are seen wearing robot-like helmets almost everywhere they make their presence. They have also done just a handful of appearances without the masks, most of them, if not all, before their mainstream success. 
Apart from die-hard fans who know their personalities very well, there are not many people that care about the identity of the shy frenchmen behind the legendary music. This gave the freedom to the duo that arguably no other artist/celebrity had. They could enjoy making music the way they wanted it to be and not let fame and publicity take over. This really reinforces how humble and decentralized they were. Instead of falling into the loophole of stardom they simply rejected it and went on to make music. This also brutally proves how passionate they were for their music. They did not want anything to stop them from making the music they loved and enjoyed. They easily could publicize themselves and make millions out of it, or simply become famous. They let the music speak for itself and it sure did.

Unfortunately, the duo parted ways after 28 years of working together. They announced their retirement after nearly 3 decades, on  Feb. 22, 2021, along with a video named “Epilogue.” With their retirement they left a huge legacy and helped shape modern EDM music. 

Freedom from the known is a book by Jiddu Krishnamurti published in 1969. J. Krishnamurti was a public speaker, author and a philosopher. During his lifetime he wrote many books like At the Feet of the Master, The First and Last Freedom, Commentaries on Living, Freedom from the Known, Krishnamurti’s Notebook, Krishnamurti’s Journal and Krishnamurti to Himself. Most of his books are related to psychological revolution, human relationships, nature of mind and about radical change in the society. 
Freedom from the Known is one of his most popular books and is liked by the readers from all over the globe. The book talks about being free from the norms of the society. The author asks us to be free from whatever has been known to us in the world through the assistance of religion, society, ideologies of others and to be constantly aware of ourself and our own thoughts. It tells about how we all want to change but still follow the same rules of the society that were made ages ago. The author quotes that “In the constant battle which we call living, we try to set a code of conduct according to society in which we are brought up, whether it a communist society or a so-called free society, we accept a standard of behavior as part of ore tradition as Buddhist, Hindu, Muslim, etc. We look to someone to tell us what is right and what is wrong, and in following this pattern our conduct and our thinking become mechanical and our response becomes automatic.” 
It is a must-read book that questions our thoughts and ideas about society and changes our ideology about the rules and norms about our society. I recommend this book to everyone who is searching for a book that has a philosophical aspect to it.

छोटो समयमा एकदम चर्चामा आएको सामाजिक सञ्जाल हाे टिकटक l अहिलेको समयमा यसलाई कुनै परिचयको आवश्यकता छैन l नेपालको कुरा गर्ने हो भने अहिले ९० प्रतिशतभन्दा धेरै मान्छेको मोबाइलमा टिकटक हुन्छ l छोटो समयमा धेरै चर्चा पाउनुको पछाडि धेरै कारणहरू छन् l टिकटकमा विषय बनाउनका लागि धेरै मेहनत गर्नुपर्दैन l  टिकटकमा १५  सेकेन्डदेखि एक मिनेटको भिडियो बनाउन सकिन्छ । यति छोटो समयमा हामीले चाहेर पनि रचनात्मक भिडियो बनाउन सकिँदैन l

पहिलाको समयमा मान्छेले किताब पढ्थे । किताब पढ्नका लागि नभए पनि एकदेखि दुई दिन लाग्थ्यो l विकास हुँदै जाँदा चलचित्र आयो । चलचित्र हेर्नका लागि दुईदेखि तीन घण्टा लाग्छ l यसपछि युट्युब आयो, जसमा एउटा भिडियो १५ देखि २० मिनेटको हुन्छ र टिकटमा १५ सेकेन्डको भिडियो हुन्छ l याे कुराले अहिलेको मान्छेको मानसिक वास्तविकता देखाउँछ l अहिले हरेक मान्छेलाई सेकेन्डपिच्छे नयाँ कुरा चाहिएको छ l मान्छेको धैर्यकाे स्तर एकदमै तल पुगेको छ l धैर्यकाे स्तर कम हुनाले मान्छेको पढाइ र काममा नकारात्मक प्रभाव परिरहेको छ l टिकटक कुनै लतभन्दा कम छैन । तपाईंले टिकटकलाई हैन  टिकटकले तपाईंलाई चलाइरहेको हुन्छ l यस सामाजिक सञ्जालले हाम्रो दिमागसँग नराम्ररी खेलिरहेको हुन्छ । १५/१५ सेकेन्डमा नयाँ भिडियाे आउँछ, जसको कारण तपाईंलाई अल्छी लाग्दैन र घन्टाैँ मोबाइल तलमाथि गर्दै जान्छ र हामीलाई थाहा पनि हुँदैन l घन्टाैँ खर्च गर्दा पनि हामीले फाइदाजनक कुरा केही पनि सिक्न पाउँदैनाैँ l

अहिलेका युवाहरू टिकटकमा केही लाइक र छोटो समयमै धेरै चर्चा पाउनका लागि अश्लील, असभ्य र आँखामा राख्दा बिझाउने खालका भिडियो हाल्छन् l घण्टौँ खर्च गरेर १५ सेकेन्डको भिडियो बनाएर आफ्नो जोस जाँगर खर्च गरेर पाइन्छ त के ? केवल शून्य l अहिलेका युवाहरू टिकटकबाट सबैभन्दा धेरै प्रभावित भएका छन् । यो उमेर कुनै पनि व्यक्तिकाे भविष्य निर्माण गर्ने सबैभन्दा महत्त्वपूर्ण समय हो तर अहिलेका युवा टिकटकमा नराम्रा शब्द, अश्लील भिडियो र उमेर नपुगी माया बस्ने कुरा गर्दै हिँडिरहेका हुन्छन् जुन देश र व्यक्ति दुवैको भविष्यका लागि एकदम नकारात्मक कुरा हो l

कुनै पनि कुरा आफैँमा राम्राे या नराम्रो हुँदैन । त्याे कस्ताे हुन्छ भन्ने कुरा त्यसलाई कसरी प्रयोग गर्ने भन्ने कुरामा भर पर्छ l टिकटकलाई पनि सही कार्यमा उपयाेग गर्न सके यसले फाइदा पुर्याउन सक्छ ।

Kathmandu is very far away from Jhapa. It wasn't easy for me to make the trip back home. I missed home so much that I wanted to get back home every single week. The day I left for college was my very first time away from home, and it took a lot of adjusting to a new environment . My mom wasn’t right by my side anymore and I need to become more independent on doing things on my own. Adjusting to a new city, community, and school was a challenge because I was used to being in my own city, with my old friends, at my old school. I often got homesick and wanted to go home but soon I was adjusted. When I started going to college I didn't realize that it would take so much time to adjust. I used to have my own room at home. I was happier but when I went to college I had to share a room with a total stranger at the hostel.

At that certain moment, I realize that my mom has spoiled me by doing laundry for me up to now, but I am now independent from having to do it on my own. Moving to Kathmandu was a major challenge in my life because I didn't have any family or friends here; they were all in Jhapa. I often used to get homesick because I missed my friend since I was in college. I started to get used to being in another city, and away from my family. Actually, I got acquainted with new friends in Kathmandu. It took a while to get adjusted to my new college life, and being away from home. I have made new friends and enjoyed my freedom, as now I have become independent but on the other hand I miss my mom so much that I wanted to go home every weekend.

This experience has changed me for the better as I have become more independent and don't really need my mom for everything on a daily basis. I even started sharing my experiences with my mom about how I have grown up to a different level than before. Like me, for many people, there comes a time in life when you have to love certain people from a distance . Whether it be for days, months or years it’s that physical distance that keeps you from seeing one another. It’s really the tough moments, then I keep reminding myself that it’s life
 

A story of a person who fought for the good of the people. A story of a person that we refer to as a hero of the nation. It's all a fairytale that a person hears. Our childhood goes by hearing all kinds of stories. But can someone really become a hero?

A person who was born in the world of sorcery and adventure. A world where aristocratic sorcerers rule the country. Lower aims to aggrandize themselves yet the superior suppresses them. But the lower classes are not cognizant of the boundaries that they are not supposed to cross. These families are rather murdered or assassinated from the fear that they will attain more wealth. A king is a demagogue that manipulates the whole nation yet only values the noble families under his command.

A young girl under slavery who earned nothing and just kept on working for 24 hours didn’t have any choice but to run away from the place. Nowhere to sleep, nowhere to go, no-one to trust. A commoner is meant to be bought by the noble. Every year thousands of slaves are bought without any concern, and some are forcefully sold in auctions. Some nobles have tyrannical and licentious behaviors. Whereas some are gallant that they even provide financial support to families of the commoners. But wherever you go, people's views are filled with pejorative. 
The runaway girls started visualizing that there was no hope left for her. If her owner finds her then she is dead. But she was a pertinacious person. A person who wished to do everything to keep her family in good condition. Now, she can’t even think about them.

“What will happen to them, will they be killed, will they be subjected to some crime and hanged.”

A nation that has nothing but hell living within it. The negative thoughts broke the mental state of the person. A certain change in the state of a person can change the whole person. An innocent person can become a homicide. There won’t be a state of return. Everything lies within the people's mind who and how they are composed to be. A fragile mind of a girl could not handle the things happening in her life.  The things happening to her plunged her into abject misery.

“The story is about a hero who formed the kingdom” The story everyone hears is about a person who formed a kingdom and made it a living heaven. “Living heaven” are some words that can make people in a state of vexation. An innocent girl couldn’t live her life properly, couldn’t rely on anyone, who had to face everything alone had turned about to be a serial killer. A person who tried to be at her best, yet a saddening moment in life that she went through a mental breakdown and couldn’t recover herself.

She became a renowned killer who is said to have killed almost 30 nobles and the owners of the slaves. She is stated to be a killer who kills people for fun. But in view of the slaves and commoners she is stated to be a hero, a light of guidance who is there to help them.

A single choice can change a person, a single change can affect a person and a single breakdown can kill a person from inside out. “Be a person who can judge rather than a person who falls for desire.”
 

लैङ्गिक' विशेषण पदले नारी र पुरुष सम्बन्धी भन्ने अर्थ बुझाउँछ भने 'समानता' नाम पदले नारी र पुरुषले गरेका वा गर्न सक्ने कार्यमा बराबर भूमिका अथवा कर्तव्य र अधिकारमा हुने समान पहुँच भन्ने बुझिन्छ । नारी र पुरुषलाई जन्मँदाखेरि प्रकृतिले नै भिन्न किसिमका अपरिवर्तननीय जैविक विशेषताहरू प्रदान गरेको हुन्छ । प्रकृतिले नै नारी र पुरुषका रूपमा वर्गीकृत गरी मान्छेलाई जन्म दिने गर्छ । प्रकृतिप्रदत्त जैविक भिन्नताकै आधारमा व्यवहारहरू सञ्चालित हुने गर्दछन् । प्रकृतिले प्रदान गरेको जैविक विभेदलाई परिवर्तन गर्न सकिन्न तर समाजमा जन्मिसकेपछि नारी र पुरुषका बिचमा समाजले नै तिनलाई जुन भूमिका प्रदान गर्दछ, त्यसैमा लैङ्गिक भेद देखिन्छ । त्यसैले लैङ्गिक भेद सिर्जना गर्ने काम समाजले गरेको हुन्छ ।

लैङ्गिक भेदले समाजमा नराम्रो असर पारेको छ, त्यसैले लैङ्गिक समानताका नाराहरू आज चर्को रूपमा उठ्न थालेका छन् । लैङ्गिक समानता भए मात्र परिवार, समाज र राष्ट्रको समुन्नति हुन सक्ने कुरामा जोड दिन थालिएको छ । वास्तवमा लैङ्गिक समानतासँग लैङ्गिक समता हुनु पनि त्यतिकै वाञ्छनीय देखिन्छ । कानुन, संविधान र नीतिनियमहरूमा तथा तिनका धारा र दफाहरूमा नारी र पुरुषबिचमा असमान व्यवहार नगर्ने भनी उल्लेख हुनु लैङ्गिक समानता हो भने नैसर्गिक, भावनात्मक र व्यावसायिक रूपले नारी र पुरुषका बिच न्याय, निष्पक्षता वा उचित व्यवहार देखाउनु लैङ्गिक समानता हो । ऐन, कानुनमा उल्लेख भए पनि त्यसलाई भावनात्मक र व्यावसायिक रूपले व्यवहारमा नउतारुन्जेल लैङ्गिक समताको कल्पना गर्न सकिन्न ।

लैङ्गिक समानताका माध्यमबाट नारी जातिप्रति गरिने भेदभाव देखाउने ऐन, कानुन यद्यपि छँदै छन् । हाम्रो देशको कानुनमा नारी र पुरुष दुवै जातका मनिसलाई समान व्यहार गर्नुपर्छ भन्ने नियम बनाइएको छ र यदि यो नियम जनताले उल्लङ्घन गरेमा सजायकाे पनि व्यवस्था गरिएकाे छ, त्यसैले हामीले नारी भएर आफ्नो हकका लागि अवाज उठाउन सक्याैँ भने देशका मानिसको सोच बदलिन्छ । सामाजिक व्यवहरमा पनि छोरी र छोराका बिच गरिने भेद स्पष्ट देख्न सकिन्छ ।

अत: लैङ्गिक समानता नभएसम्म नारीले भेदभावको सिकार बन्नुपर्ने हुन्छ । लैङ्गिक समानताका लागि सर्वप्रथम नारीहरूलाई अबला, अदना र कमजोर ठान्ने मनोवैज्ञानिक त्रुटिलाई सच्याउनुपर्छ। शिक्षाको अवसर समान हुनुपर्छ । समाजमा लैङ्गिक विभेदको औचित्यबारे चेतना जगाउने, आयआर्जनका अवसरहरू प्रदान गर्ने, घर परिवारमा लैङ्गिक मैत्री वातावरण कायम गर्नेजस्ता कर्महरू गर्न सके र तदनुरूपको आचरण तथा व्यवहारमा रूपान्तरित गरेमा लैङ्गिक समानता समाजमा कायम हुन सक्ने कुरामा द्विविधा रहन्न ।
 

Whose eyes is that? I think I know.
Its owner is quite happy though.
Full of joy like a vivid rainbow,
I watch her laugh. I cry hello.

She gives her eyes a shake,
And laughs until her belly aches.
The only other sound's the break,
Of distant waves and birds awake.

The eyes is attractive, crazy and deep,
But she has promises to keep,
After cake and lots of sleep.
Sweet dreams come to her cheap.

She rises from her gentle bed,
With thoughts of kittens in her head,
She eats her jam with lots of bread.
Ready for the day ahead.

Science is a subject based on proofs and evidence. This includes many observations and experiments conducted by scientists to build proofs. There are numerous scientists and professors who conducted various experiments. Personally, I also took science in high school. I had also done various practical experiments in my previous school. We did projects and experiments from time to time. Science exhibition was also conducted in our school in which we were separated in groups and we had to do projects. 
Our group consisted of four members and we made a hologram. A hologram is an object which is made up of 4 pieces of glass which presents an object, mainly a video or a photo in a way that it appears three-dimensional. I had a fun time making a hologram. During the exhibition, many schools visited our school and each group with a project had to explain about the project they did, mainly about the thing they created and how and where it works. 
During the exhibition, we got to learn about many things that we were unknown to. Bicycle dynamo, chemical reaction, and many other things were done as projects. During that time, I really found out about how I was so interested in these topics and my interest in these things just grew more. As to why I took science in high school, it's simply because of my interest. 
Science is a very demanding subject and it requires years of research.  One must study hard and put aside some things simply to achieve my goals and dreams.
 

मृत्युदण्ड भनेको धेरै गम्भीर अपराध गर्ने व्यक्तिलाई दिइने सजाय हो । चीन, इरान, अमेरिका आदि १४ देशहरूमा यो कानुनी छ । मृत्युदण्डको सजाय विवादास्पद विषय हो र अझै पनि कार्यान्वयन गर्नुपर्छ कि हुँदैन भन्ने चर्चा छ । धेरै मानिसहरूसँग यसको समर्थन गर्ने बलिया कारणहरू छन् र धेरैसँग यसको विरुद्ध जाने कारणहरू छन् ।
कुनै पनि देशमा मृत्युदण्ड दिनु हुँदैन किनभने यसले देशमा नराम्रो प्रभाव पार्छ । कसैलाई अर्को व्यक्तिको ज्यान लिने अधिकार हुनु हुँदैन । आफ्नो कर्मका लागि अर्काको ज्यान लिनु न्याय होइन, बदलाको कार्य हो । मृत्युदण्डले निर्दोषको ज्यान लिने जोखिम हुन्छ । धेरै घटनाहरूमा हामी देख्न सक्छौँ कि मृत्युदण्डले प्रमाणको अभावमा निर्दोष मानिसहरूको ज्यान लिएको छ । सबैलाई दोस्रो मौका दिनुपर्छ । धेरै मानिसहरू जसलाई दोस्रो मौका दिइएको थियो, उनीहरूले पुन: प्राप्ति गर्न र परिवर्तन गर्न सक्षम भएकाे देखाएका छन् । परिवर्तन एक निरन्तर प्रक्रिया हो र परिवर्तनको लागि व्यक्तिको दोस्रो मौका खोस्नु कुनै पनि अवस्थामा नैतिक होइन । यदि तिनीहरूको दोस्रो मौका खोसियो भने तिनीहरूले कसरी सिक्ने छन् ?
तसर्थ यो कानुन कार्यान्वयन गर्ने देशमा मृत्युदण्ड खारेज हुनुपर्छ । मानिसहरूले यसको नकारात्मक प्रभावको बारेमा सचेत हुनुपर्छ र मानिसहरूलाई दोस्रो मौका दिन सिक्नुपर्छ । अपराधी पनि मानव भएकाले नैतिकताको हिसाबले उचित सजाय हुनुपर्छ ।
 

संसदमा हालैको बैठकमा एक सांसदले अनलाइन खेलहरूकाे नकारात्मक प्रभावको कारण अनलाइन खेल प्रतिबन्ध गर्ने विषय उठाएका छन् । माननीय सदस्य श्रीमती आशा कुमारी भन्छिन् पबजी र फ्रिफायरजस्ता अनलाइन खेलहरूले बच्चाहरूलाई उनीहरूको मानसिक स्वास्थ्यमा गडबडी मा नकारात्मक असर पारिरहेका छन् । उनी पनि भन्छिन्,  ‘इन्टरनेटको उपयोग बढेको छ, बच्चाहरूको लत र व्यवहार डरलाग्दो छ ।’
याे मुद्दाका सन्दर्भमा सभामुखले यी अनलाइन खेलहरूलाई प्रतिबन्धित गर्ने बारेमा केही नकारात्मक टिप्पणी दिए ।
नेपालमा अनलाइन खेल प्रतिबन्धको विषय हाम्रा लागि धेरै नयाँ होइन । वास्तवमा पबजी गत वर्ष नेपालमा केही समयका लागि प्रतिबन्धित गरिएको थियो तर यस पटक यो विषय संसद भवनसम्म पुग्यो ।

मेरो विचारमा यो पबजी र फ्रिफायरजस्ता अनलाइन खेलमा प्रतिबन्ध लगाउनु एउटा धेरै गलत निर्णय हुने छ । हामीले यी खेलहरूलाई प्रतिबन्धित नगरी बढ्न मद्दत गर्नुपर्छ । बच्चाहरूमा अनलाइन खेलका नकारात्मक प्रभावहरूका लागि आमाबुबा जिम्मेवार हुनुपर्छ । आमाबाबुले आफ्ना बच्चाहरूको स्क्रिनमा बिताउने समयमा नियन्त्रण गर्नुपर्छ । आमाबाबुले आफ्ना बच्चाहरूलाई उमेर हद पुरा गर्नका लागि आफ्ना खाताहरूको माध्यमबाट साइन इन गर्न अनुमति दिनु हुँदैन । यो सबैभन्दा ठुलो लापरवाही हो, जसका कारण बच्चाहरूमा सानै उमेरमा अनलाइन खेलको लत सुरु हुन्छ । केही सावधानी अपनाउँदा अनलाइन खेलका नकारात्मक प्रभावहरूलाई नियन्त्रण गर्न सकिन्छ । युवाहरूका लागि एक बढ्दो उद्योगका रूपमा अनलाइन खेलको सकारात्मक र आर्थिक पक्षमा ध्यान केन्द्रित गर्नुपर्छ ।
