Cricket is one of the most popular outdoor sports. It requires the use of a bat and ball. It is played among 11-11 players. It is played in a wide circular field. Cricket requires team coordination and proper mindset to play. Cricket is one of the dangerous sports due to the hardness of the cricket ball and the batsman needs to be fully geared with Leg pads, helmet and guard. Cricket is mainly popular in Asia. Cricket is one of the oldest games to be properly played from around the 1800's. England is considered as one of the founding nations of cricket with LORD’s being one of the oldest stadiums present. It all started with two powerhouses of cricket, England and Australia. Cricket was first played in 1400’s in France. Game of cricket always used to be played between Australia and England, the clash between England and Australia is called THE ASHES and it is still followed throughout the current days. There are various Formats in Cricket, TEST was the only format played in previous days, later on followed by One Day and T20.
Test cricket is the most prioritized and celebrated format of cricket, it has 5 days of cricket to play between teams and each team has 2 innings to display their batting and bowling performance.
The next is ODI also known as One Day International, each team is given 50 overs to bat and bowl. It was played from 1979, and still followed throughout the current days. The ODI World Cup is held within a four years time period. There have been many World Cup championships starting with West indies, India, Australia, Pakistan, Sri-lanka and lastly England. The most successful team in the world cup is undoubtedly Australia with 5 world cups.
The next and final is the T20 format also known as the shortest format of cricket. T20 was considered as one of the major formats in cricket around 2004-5. It is called the shortest format because each team gets only 20 overs to showcase batting and bowling performance. There have been a total of 7 T20 world cups and the most successful side is West Indies with 2 world cups out of 7.
Cricket has been one of the most popular sports and will continue to be more popular at this pace. Moreover, the advancement of Nepal in Cricket has been great, even though there’s still more for Nepal to advance in Cricket like other great countries. The most memorable achievement Nepal has done is to get an International status in ODI. That was indeed the first step towards Nepal’s advancement in Cricket.

यस संसारमा मेलमिलाप र झैझगडा निम्त्याउने एउटै मात्र महत्त्वपूर्ण कुरा भनेकै सोच हो । सकारात्मक कुरा अथवा सोचले मानव समुदायमा मेलमिलापको वातावरण सिर्जना गर्न सहयोग पुर्याउँछ, जसले गर्दा एउटा परिवार, समुदाय र राष्ट्रलाई समेत सकारात्मक असर पार्दछ तर आजको मान्छे सकारात्मक कुराहरूको विरुद्धमा लागेर नकारात्मक प्रतिक्रिया जनाउनतर्फ उन्मुख रहेको पाइन्छ । सकारात्मक र नकारात्मक सोच आउनु जीवनका दुई महत्त्वपूर्ण कुराहरू हुन्, जसमा यदि हामीले हाम्रो जीवनमा सकारात्मक सोच राख्याैँ भने जीवनमा सकारात्मक परिवर्तनहरू आउने गर्दछन् भने नकारात्मक सोचले जीवनमा नकारात्मक भाव ल्याउने गर्दछ । उदाहरणका लागि केही विद्यार्थीहरू परीक्षामा असफल हुँदा आत्तिने तथा आत्महत्या गर्ने प्रयाससम्म गरेको भेटिन्छ । परीक्षामा एक पटक असफल हुनाले अर्को पटक राम्रो उपलब्धि हासिल गर्ने मौका मिलेको हुन्छ भन्ने कुरा हामीले कहिल्यै बिर्सनु हुँदैन । आफूले आफूलाई कहिले पनि असक्षम ठान्नु हुँदैन । यदि हामीमा कमजोरी छ भने त्यसलाई सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोणले त्यो आफूभित्र भएको नकारात्मक सोचलाई चिन्न र बुझ्न सक्ने हुनुपर्छ । यदि आफूभित्र भएको नकारात्मक सोचलाई स्विकार्न सफल भइयो भने मात्र सकारात्मक सोचको विकास हुन सक्छ । सकारात्मक सोचले नै मानिसलाई अगाडि बढाउँछ र सकारात्मक सोचले गर्दा नै देशको विकास हुन्छ ।

Acupuncture, which originated in China millennia ago is an alternative medical treatment that involves stimulating specific points on the body, most typically with a needle penetrating the skin, to reduce pain or aid treat various health issues. This method is based on the principle of life forces: Yin and Yang.
The discovery of acupuncture belongs to the battle that took place in China many years ago. Once the soldiers who were previously unhealthy were found to have been cured by the arrows in the battle. Then the Chinese thought that if needles are placed at a certain depth and for a certain duration, diseases can be cured. At first, they made needles out of stones and started using them in healing. Gradually they made the needles of bones, metals such as iron and silver. It is currently practiced all around the world. The principles behind acupuncture get their roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The main idea is to create a balance throughout the body. The acupuncturist inserts ultra-fine needles into certain acupressure spots that relate to different organ systems in the body during an acupuncture treatment.
The principle on which acupuncture depends believes that all forms of life are controlled by the two movements of energy: Yin and Yang. These movements are also called life forces. Yin is believed to be the outward moving life force that tends to produce calm. And Yang is the inward moving life force, which tends to increase activity. These life forces move around the body along 26 life lines connected to different parts and organs of our body.
The health of the body depends on the appropriate balance between these lives for life forces. If Yin is more, our body gets underactive and if Yang is more, our body gets overactive. The 26 lines are known as life forces. It is viewed that there are over 800 needle points along these lines. In the treatment of disease, needles are placed in the skin at different points. The needles maintain the balance between the function of Yin and Yang. Needles are placed at different points of various depths and for different periods of time, depending upon the disease of the patient.
Acupuncture is one of the earliest and cheapest methods of healing. It seems to be very useful in developing countries like Nepal. Many diseases are easily cured through this method

Politics and economy have a very close relation with each other. In this current era we are living here, economy means everything. Everything depends on the economy from small things to big things. As said by Karl Marx, a renowned philosopher, “economy is the base and everything is structured around it and this applies to politics as well to operate politics economy is a must otherwise no politics can run with the scarcity of money.
Let’s delve deep into the relation between these two in order to know about their relationship more accurately. Let’s take an example of two countries, the USA and China. In the present context, the United States can be seen involved in the Middle East. The politics in the united states is very strong and right now their interests can be broken down into these areas which are ensuring free flow of oil, preventing nuclear proliferation, fighting terrorism, and promoting democratization in those areas. And on the other hand, we can find how vastly the politics have changed in China because of the well structured economy they have been possessing at the present scenario. They are able to bring a greater change within the country or in world politics. Over the past 30 years, China has gone through drastic change, most notably the economic reforms of the late 1970s which brought them almost everything which made their politics and economy strong, and till now they are still impacted and stand high. As the industrial revolution started two major competing economic systems were introduced which were capitalism and socialism which completely changed the economic status of many countries and some of the political parts were also influenced.
We can even find different books and novels where the philosophers have expressed how the politics and economy are causing a huge change in this era or they have said about kali yuga as well. During the time of economic recession, people tend to follow socialism and their political ideology becomes extreme we can take the example of Nazi Germany which was the national socialist party whose extreme ideology gave them fame amongst the public because at some point they were at the lowest condition or point. So if we see from the present perspective, the economy has a greater role than any factor in this world. Politics and the economy will form a law like how lobbyists are kept in a party and parties are funded.So politics and economy go a long way back and they are influencing everything which is accumulated in this world.

Katniss Everdeen, a young girl of 16, lives in the poorest part of the country, District Twelve, along with her beloved sister and their mother. Having lost her father in a mine explosion at a very tender age, she shoulders the entire responsibility of her family in the poverty stricken District Twelve. Fortunately she can hunt and thus she, along with her best friend and hunting partner, Gale Hawthorne, are able to sustain their respective families. All is well.
But Katniss' happiness is short-lived. The day of the reaping arrives when her entire world shifts and changes. When the Capitol sponsor Effie Trinket calls out her sister, Primrose's name as the girl tribute from the District Twelve, Katniss' worst fears are confirmed and her world shatters. The only thought that she has now is to save her sister from the cruelty and brutality of the Capitol. So, to protect her beloved sister from being a part of the Capitol's quest to conquer and inflict pain; to protect Prim from being slaughtered at the Hunger Games, a game where each tribute of the twelve different districts fought and killed to be entitle the winner and for sheer love of her sister, Katniss volunteers to take Prim's place and promises her to try her best to win an come back. It is then that all the sufferings and the dark times for Katniss begin.
The entire book then portrays Katniss' fight for survival, her fight to show the Capitol that neither do they own her nor is she a part of their evil games and her fight to win her way back keeping her promise to her sister. She along with Peeta Mellark, the boy tribute from District Twelve, together fight for freedom and unknowingly give the spark that the district citizens needed to start another uprising and rebellion against the Capitol's long autocratic rule.
Together they go from defying the Capitol to fighting for their lives; saving their families and friends to ridding the people from the fear of the Hunger Games and supporting the rebellion to standing against the Capitol. But all along the way what Katniss and Peeta don't realize is that all their actions may cost them their loves, families and friends or worse, even their own lives.

Students are always meant to “study and acquire knowledge”. It is taken as the one and only responsibility given by God to the students. Though I think it is an easy task as we only need to be in a specific place and study everytime. It is not easy for us; students and learners, to do the individual tasks as well. People feel pathetic themselves rather than we, students. But, have they ever thought about what it is like to be like students? Well the specific and general answer might be “NO” instead. People work, live life, work hard and finally get comfort, food, life, etc. However, talking about students, we need to be executed for such an in-prude book! If we could not only complete half of the task, there won’t be any use of comfort food, life and shelter, etc. We would not be able to even swallow a bite of bread. Generally, other tasks can be done with less focus and concentration. However, we need to be physically and mentally in the course of exploring our cognitive potentialities and increasing it to an optimum level. When we reach Higher Secondary level then it’s like: Books, Boots, everywhere; Not a single chapter to be known! Life is not a bed of roses for students. We need to have all the characters of all the subtle animals, people, etc focusing like a crane, sleeping habit like dog brain like Einstein, hardworking like bees and ants. Could we ever think of anything else rather than thinking about such naive books which never get friendly with us.
We students are sophisticated by books, keep a vow with God to study hard, have a full fledged responsibility like prayer in the church, farmer working in a scorching sun, doctor doing surgery in the operation theatre and mostly punctual, determined, devoted, disciplined to our work. Books lead us to the way and it is a third eye of perceiving knowledge.
