जेम्स डगलस मोरिसन एक अमेरिकी गायक, कवि र गीतकार थिए, जो रक ब्यान्ड ‘द डोर्स’ का प्रमुख गायक थिए । उनकाे व्यक्तित्व, काव्यात्मक गीत, अद्वितीय आवाज र प्रदर्शनका कारण उनी व्यापक रूपमा परिचित थिए र उनको जीवन र प्रारम्भिक मृत्युको वरपरका नाटकीय परिस्थितिहरू पनि । मोरिसनलाई सङ्गीत समीक्षक र प्रशंसकहरूले सबैभन्दा प्रतिष्ठित र प्रभावशाली गायक,  गीतकारको रूपमा मान्छन् । उनको मृत्युपछि उनको ख्याति एक लोकप्रिय गायक र प्राय: प्रदर्शित आइकनको रूपमा रहेको छ ।

पियानोवादक रे मन्जारेकसँग मिलेर मोरिसनले भेनिस, क्यालिफोर्नियामा १९६५ मा डोर्सको स्थापना गरे । तबसम्म समूहले दुई वर्ष अस्पष्टतामा बितायाे जबसम्म संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिकामा "लाइट माई फायर", उनीहरूको स्वशीर्षक डेब्यु एल्बमबाट लिइएको थियो । मोरिसनले डोरहरूसँग कुल छ वटा स्टुडियो एल्बमहरू रेकर्ड गरे, ती सबै राम्रोसँग बिक्यो र प्रशंसा प्राप्त भयो । मोरिसन ब्यान्ड लाइभ बजाउँदा बोल्ने शब्द तथा कविताका परिच्छेदहरू सुधार गर्नका लागि परिचित थिए ।

मोरिसनले ब्यान्डको करियरभरि अल्कोहल निर्भरताको विकास गरे, जसले कहिलेकाहीँ स्टेजमा उनको प्रदर्शनलाई असर गर्यो । १९७१ मा मोरिसनको २७ वर्षको उमेरमा पेरिसमा अप्रत्याशित रूपमा मृत्यु भयो । उनकाे मृत्युका बारेमा विरोधाभाषी साक्षी रिपोर्टहरू आए । उनको अकाल मृत्युले उनलाई कुख्यात २७ क्लबको सदस्य बनायो । पोस्टमार्टम नभएको कारणले मोरिसनको मृत्युको कारण आजसम्म विवादित छ । यद्यपि मोरिसनको मृत्युपछि डोरहरूले थप दुई एल्बमहरू रेकर्ड गरे । उनको मृत्युले ब्यान्डको भाग्यलाई गम्भीर असर गर्यो र दुई वर्षपछि तिनीहरू अलग भए । सन् २०११ मा रोलिङ स्टोन पाठकहरूको छनाेटले जिम मोरिसनलाई पत्रिकाको "सबै समयका सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रमुख गायकहरू" को पाँचौँ स्थानमा राख्यो । अर्को रोलिङ स्टोन सूचीमा "सबै समयका १०० महान् गायकहरू" शीर्षकमा उनी ४७ औँ स्थानमा थिए । उनी क्लासिक रक पत्रिकाको "रकमा ५० महान् गायकहरू" मा २२ नम्बरमा पनि परेका थिए । सन् १९९३ मा मोरिसनलाई रक एन्ड रोल हल अफ फेममा डोरको सदस्यको रूपमा समावेश गरिएको थियो ।

Social problems are a major problem in today's society. The tradition,culture,behavior that creates negative consequences in society are called social problems. In other words we can say that social problems are the problems that affect many people within the society. People have been following these problems for many years. It plays a vital role in disrupting or damaging the society.A single person is not only responsible for these problems. In the context of Nepal ,There are many social problems being followed all over the country.
Some of them are; Deuki pratha, Daijo pratha ,Jhuma pratha, Chaupadi,Untouchability,Girls trafficking,Corruption and so on . Nepal is facing a large number of social issues from the past. These problems directly or indirectly affect the sustainable development of the nation. So these problems should be eradicated from society . So here is the short introduction of some of the
social problems in nepal.
● Chaupadi pratha: The tradition where the girls are forced to live in a small hut far from their home during their menstruation cycle is Chaupadi pratha. It is still practiced in Far-Western side of our country.
● Untouchability: This is the practice where the high caste people discriminate against the low caste people . The high caste people dont allow the low caste people to enter their home, touch them and use public resources .
● Girls trafficking: Every year more than 20,000 girls from different parts of the country are
trafficked.They are made promises of quality life but are ended up in brothels ,working as
slaves and as labours in industries.
Social problems give birth to social evils. They ultimately may destroy the whole nation and society. Therefore,it is essential to identify the social problems and follow the measures for their solutions.These problems must be eradicated from society to make our country developed in a holistic way. There are many solutions to these social problems.First of all we must launch the awareness programme in different parts of the country  informing the bad impacts and consequences of wrong practise they have been following. Next the government must implement strict law and punish the people who practice it.
We should practice “NO” to all these problems and eradicate this issue from the root and make our country prosperous, and developed overall.

मानव अस्तित्वमा आएदेखि नै दिन प्रतिदिन मानिसको विकास भइरहेको छ । मानिसको विकास हुनुको पछाडि एउटा मुख्य कारण भनेकाे चाहिँ ज्ञान र शिक्षा हो । संसारकै परिप्रेक्ष्यमा हेर्ने हाे भने मानिसलाई सैद्धान्तिक र व्यावहारिक गरी दुई प्रकारका ज्ञान र शिक्षा उपलब्ध गराइन्छन् । सैद्धान्तिक रूपमा मानिसलाई शिक्षा र ज्ञान प्रदान गर्ने मुख्य स्रोतहरूमध्ये पुस्तकहरू एक हुन् । पुस्तकहरू ती सामग्री हुन्, जहाँ शिक्षक वा लेखकले आफ्नो ज्ञान, अनुभव, विचार र अन्य धेरै रोचक र रमाइला कुराहरू लेखेका हुन्छन् । यसको आधारमा हेर्यो भने पुस्तकहरूलाई धेरै प्रकारमा विभाजित गरिएको पाइन्छ । कतिपय ज्ञानका लागि लेखिएका हुन्छन् भने केही मनोरञ्जनका लागि लेखिएका हुन्छन् तर जुन किताब जस्ताे भए पनि सबै किताबका आआफ्नै विशेषता र महत्त्व हुन्छन् र सबै किताबले केही न केही ज्ञान त दिएका नै हुन्छन् ।
हामी सानैदेखि विद्यालयहरूमा किताब पढ्दै आएका छौँ । तिनीहरूले हामीलाई ज्ञान र भविष्यमा सफलता हासिल गर्ने बाटो दिन्छ तर साँच्चै के तिनीहरू यी कुराहरू मात्र दिन्छन् ? निस्सन्देह, तिनीहरूले जीवनलाई नयाँ तरिका दिन्छन्, जीवनमा फरक दृष्टिकोण दिन्छन् । पढाइले हाम्रो कल्पनाशक्ति र रचनात्मकता बढाउँछ । यसले हामीलाई विभिन्न विचार र समझ दिन्छ । यसले हाम्रो स्मरण शक्ति र शब्दावलीमा पनि सुधार गर्छ र हामीलाई चलाख बन्न पनि मद्दत गर्छ । शैक्षिक पुस्तकहरूभन्दा यहाँ अन्य रोचक पुस्तकहरू छन्, जुन मनोरञ्जनात्मक उद्देश्यका लागि लेखिएका हुन्छन् । जब हामी दुखी महसुस गर्छौं वा निराश हुन्छौँ, ती पुस्तकहरू पढ्दा हामीलाई साँच्चै खुसी महसुस हुन्छ र यसले सकारात्मक सोचलाई प्रोत्साहन दिन्छ । पढाइले पनि हामीलाई प्रेरणा दिन्छ । यी पुस्तकहरूभन्दा पनि हाम्रो संस्कृति र इतिहासको बारेमा ज्ञान र जानकारी प्रदान गर्ने धेरै ऐतिहासिक र सांस्कृतिक पुस्तकहरू छन् ।
साँच्चै किताबहरू सबैभन्दा राम्रा शैक्षिक उपकरण हुन् । यसले हामीमा प्रेरणा र रचनात्मकता बढाउँछ । म सबैलाई पुस्तक पढ्न सुझाव दिन्छु किनभने हामीले पुस्तक सधैँ पढिराख्नुपर्छ । किताबले हामीलाई मानसिक रूपमा स्वस्थ राख्छ मद्दत पुर्याउँछ । 
 

बादलहरू आउँछन्, आकाश ढाक्दै
प्रकृति हाँस्छिन्, मुस्कान छर्दै                                                                  
पातहरू हल्लिन्छन्, हावालाई छुँदै

In today’s world we are completely dependent on machines and technology whether we accept or deny. From the start of a day to the end of a day, either we are working or playing, we use machines knowingly or unknowingly. When we do anything there is an involvement of machines in our work. So, what is a machine? Can humans survive without these machines? In simple words, we can say that machines are the mechanical devices invented by humans to make our work easier and faster, and talking about human works being completed without machines now will be considered as human without a brain. Depending on the technology, machines are categorized into two types: Simple and Advanced machines.
Simple machines are just simple devices such as a nail cutter, broom, screw, the handle of a door, etc. which makes our work easier and faster. They don’t make our work easier by decreasing our work or anything they just decrease the effort we use. They really save us lots of time. As science and technology are developing rapidly machines have become advanced. Advanced machines are machines that are run by engines or something which are operated by electric motors such as computers, mobiles, etc. We can see unlimited advanced machines like computers, rockets, robots, etc., and living without them seems impossible today. It is somehow difficult to use advanced machines as compared to simple one as there are different modern technologies used.
When we look around us, we can find that we are surrounded by lots of machines and devices. Let's take computers as an example where we can do anything whether it is playing, working or chatting just by sitting in a room. Likewise, the calculator calculates millions of problems in seconds, it is a simple machine.  From the tip of the pen to the zip of the pants, all are simple machines. I think, If there were no machines and technology then we were still in the stone age. So, for survival and to make work easier, machines are the best.
 

हामी सबैलाई थाहा नै छ जलविद्युत् भनेको के हो । सायाद यसको बारेमा थाहा नहुने एकदमै कम वा गणना गर्न मिल्ने मात्र छन् होला । जलवविद्युत् र ऊर्जा दुवैका फरक फरक अर्थ छन् । सरल भाषामा भन्नुपर्दा जलवविद्युत् ऊर्जा भनेको पानी प्रयोग गरेर मेसिन चलाउनु हो र बिजुली उत्पादन गर्नु हो । यो गति ऊर्जालाई बिजुली ऊर्जामा रूपान्तरण गर्नु हो । यो एक प्रकारको नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा हो ।

छ न त हाम्रो देश एकदमै गरिब र सानो छ तर तथ्यले भन्छ हाम्रो देश विश्वकै जलस्रोतको दोस्रो धनी देश हो । ठुला ठुला हिमालका हिउँ पग्लिएर एकदमै धेरै रफ्तारमा बग्ने नदीहरूको कमी छैन हाम्रो नेपालमा । यस्ता नदीहरूबाट बिजुली उत्पादन गर्न एकदमै सजिलो हुन्छ । नेपालकाे अनुमानित कम्तीमा पनि ८०,००० मेगावाट बिजुली उत्पादन गर्ने क्षमता छ । मुख्य रूपमा बिजुली उत्पादन गर्नमा बाह्रैमास बग्ने नदीहरू कोसी, कर्णाली, गण्डकीको ठुलो योगदान रहेको छ । यदि नेपालमा अनुमानित बिजुली मात्र उत्पादन गर्न सके पनि अर्थतन्त्र बलियो हुने सम्भावना एकदमै धेरै छ तर अहिलेको समयमा पनि कतिपय दुर्गम ठाउँका मान्छेहरूलाई बिजुली भनेको कुरा थाहा छैन । राती हुनासाथ मानिसहरूको घरमा अन्धाकार छाउँछ । यो त दुर्गम ठाउँको कुरो भए पनि हामी राजधानीमा बस्ने मानिसले पनि बारम्बार बिजुली काटिइरहेको देख्न सक्छाैँ र दिनमा आठ दस घण्टा लोडसेडिङको अनुभव त हामीले गरेकै छौँ । यस्तो हर्कतले मानिसमा धेरै समस्या भएको देख्न सक्छौँ । झन् अहिलेको समयमा सबै काम अनलाइनमै हुने भएका कारण समस्याहरू बढी नै देखिन्छन् । कलकारखानामा पनि बिजुली नभएका कारण विभिन्न मेसिनहरू नचलेर काम नै ठप्प भएका समाचारहरू सुन्न सक्छौँ हामी । कति व्यक्तिहरूले छाक टार्न नसकेको व्यथा छुट्टै रहेको छ ।

यस्ता समस्याका मुख्य कारण उचित योजनाका साथ जलविद्युत् स्टेसन नचलाउनु र यसलाई विकास गर्न कुनै पनि नियम प्रयोग नगर्नु हुन सक्छन् । सरकारले पनि यस्ता पूर्वाधारमा लगानी तथा चासो नदेखाएर अनुकूल नीति नबनाएका कारण हामी पछाडि परेका हुन सक्छौँ । यस्ता सबै समस्याहरूलाई खोजेर र त्यसको समाधान खोजेर कार्यान्वयन गर्‍याैँ भने हाम्रो देश अवश्यै समृद्ध बन्न सक्छ ।
 

नौ महिना त राख्याै आफ्नो कोखमा
अब बोकेकी छ्याै मलाई यो संसार देखाउने सपना 
पुरा गर्न खाेज्छ्याै मेरा सबै चाहना 
बिर्सेर सारा दुनियाँ, लागेकी छ्याै मेरै पछि, मेरी आमा !

In this present status, due to Covid-19, many  children, adolescents and adults have been forced to stay inside their homes which denies the indulgence of them getting involved in outdoor sports such as football, cricket, basketball and many other sports. Esports have been helping people release stress, relax and have fun during this dreadful period of time. Some people might even earn money through the games they play if they are pretty good at playing their game. So, esports can also be somehow categorized as a non zero sum game where one players’ victory is not necessarily another player's forfeiture.
