Nepal is developing day by day, but still quite slowly compared to most of the countries in the world. Health sector is the most important sector that still needs to be developed properly here in Nepal. Because of the unequal distribution of Nepal’s population and developmental works, the health sector is quite messed up. Some of the places don't have a single health post while some places have more than needed.
Most of the health posts, hospitals are built in the cities of Nepal and the people who are living in villages are still waiting for small health posts to be built. There are around 30 million people living in Nepal and most of the people do not get required health check ups due to lack of hospitals in the rural and village areas. The city's area keeps on getting developed while the villages of Nepal are lacking behind the technology. In order to obtain the basic needs people from the corners of Nepal came to the cities such as Kathmandu, Pokhara. The people who have been diagnosed with some sort of diseases won’t be able to get treated if there is no health post/hospital in the village. The cities keep on getting over populated and in case of pandemics the beds of the hospitals get booked which results in the death of more people. This certain thing happened during the time of COVID. Most of the people were in Kathmandu to gain basic needs but due to overpopulation, the COVID patients had an only option to stay in their own house because most of the hospitals were packed.
Also overpopulation brings impacts to the environment because more products being made out of plastics are being used. This leads to pollution and the birth of various diseases. Most of the people from villages or rural areas do not know how to take care of their body. Even though they are suffering from various kinds of disease they will just ignore it until and unless it starts to harm them and cause pain to their body. At that time it already became late and some people passed away before getting any treatment. It is also our duty to inform people from rural areas about health education. Also, I think that in order to develop our country faster at first it is important for us to develop the health sector first and fast. So that the people of our country will be able to get good health check ups and have a great life.

We all are aware about hacking these days. As technology is developing the risk of getting hacked is also increasing. Hacking can be done in many ways and Phishing is one of them. It is the process of sending messages to victims to trick them and get their personal details including passwords, credit card information, etc.
To perform this hacking, at first hackers make some fake websites that look similar to the original website of social media, online payment, etc and then use social engineering techniques to send messages to victims in such a way that victims are compelled to click on the link to the fake website attached to the message. Once victims click on the link they will be redirected to fake websites created by hackers that look very similar to the original one. Then victims login on the fake website after which every information filled in form on the fake website including password is sent to the hacker. This is how hacking is performed through phishing. We can easily find out if the website is fake or real, we should always visit valid links like https://www.facebook.com, https://www.youtube.com etc. These are most commonly used websites and their domain is known by everyone but if you don’t know the domain of the website then you can always see if the website is secured or not. If there is https then we can call it secure and if there is only (http) without (s) then we call it an insecure website. There is a high risk of getting hacked in http or insecure websites. Website developers can always fix this issue by adding SSL certificates to the website so that their website visitors feel secure. Hacking is often called illegal in many countries but this can be performed under some circumstances with permission. So how do you get into phishing links?, well you may get mails from hackers pretending to be service provider of different organizations like facebook, paypal, your bank, etc asking you to “reset your password”, “you account is at high risk protect your account”, or even give you different offers that make you to expose your personal information on their fake websites. But sometimes you may get such mails from real website managers so make sure to visit that link and then check the link. Phishing cannot be performed just by visiting the link, You have to enter data and submit it to successfully get hacked. There is another method of testing if the website is real or fake, you can simply enter invalid or wrong information in the login section of the website and try logging in, if you get an error saying incorrect password or other similar errors then you are good to go. But if you don’t get any error and get redirected to other websites then get to know that the website is fake and someone is trying to hack your account. It may not always be the login credentials, sometimes hackers may try to gain other personal details also. Sometimes connecting to Free WIFI in public places can be vulnerable as hackers may be monitoring your device traffic so you should always use VPN (Virtual Private Network) while connecting to such networks. VPN’s can sometimes bypass the captive portal also. Captive Portal is a prompt that you get while connecting to some networks asking to sign in to the network and this sign in page can also be a fake Phishing site so make sure to use wrong information first or use the VPN while using Free Public WIFI.
Overall, Phishing is not a very legit way of hacking but can be serious if someone becomes successful in performing this attack. So make sure you always check the link, secure/insecure website and other things mentioned above. And if you are a hacker then sorry I exposed your method of hacking. Now you all are aware and protected from Phishing Attacks.

साइबर क्राइम भनेको इन्टरनेट सञ्जालकाे माध्यमबाट ठगी, चोरी, ह्याकिङ, गोपनियताको उल्लङ्घन आदि जस्ता गैरकानुनी कार्य भन्ने बुझिन्छ । अहिलेको समयमा यसबारे लगभग सबैलाई केही हदसम्म थाहा हुनुपर्छ । साइबर अपराधलाई कम्प्युटर क्राइम पनि भनिन्छ । वर्तमान युगमा मानिसहरूमाझ इन्टरनेटकाे पहुँच बढ्दै गएका कारण साइबर क्राइम पनि बढिरहेको छ । साइबर अपराधले कसैको पेसागत व्यवासाय, सेवा, आर्थिक क्षेत्र, पारिवारिक तथा सामाजिक जीवनलाई समेत हानि पुर्याउन सक्छ । डिजिटल डाटा उपलब्ध भएमा जुनसुकै ठाउँमा साइबर अपराध हुन सक्छ । अनलाइन साइबर अपराध गर्ने व्यक्ति वा समूहलाई साइबर अपराधी भनिन्छ । हाल साइबर अपराधबाट साेझासाझा नागरिकले निकै सास्ती बेहाेर्नु परेकाे छ । यसकै कारण कति मानिसकाे मृत्यु भएकाे छ भने कतिले आर्थिक नाेक्सानी पनि बेहाेर्नु परेकाे छ ।अत: यसबाट बच्न विभिन्न उपायहरू अपनाउन सकिन्छः
आफ्ना पासवर्डहरू सुरक्षित र बलियो बनाउने: अक्षर, सङ्ख्या र विशेष क्यारेक्टरहरू प्रयोग गरी आफ्नो पासवर्ड जटिल बनाउने ताकि अरूले यसलाई अनुमान गर्न नसकुन्।
कम्प्युटर सफ्टवेयर सधैँ अपडेट राख्ने: नयाँ सुरक्षा सफ्टवेयर भएकाले कम्प्युटरलाई धेरै भाइरस र अनलाइन खतराहरूबाट जोगाउन मद्दत गर्छ।
ससाना बालबालिका तथा नयाँ प्रयाेग कर्ताहरूलाई इन्टरनेटमा कसरी काम गर्ने भनेर सिकाउने अनि उनीहरूलाई इन्टरनेटको फाइदा र बेफाइदाहरूबारे जानकारी गराउने ।

साइबर कानुनले साइबर अपराधलाई नियन्त्रण गर्ने काम गर्छ । नेपाल सरकारले ‘द इलेक्ट्रोनिक ट्रान्जेक्सन एन्ड डिजिटल सिग्नेचर ऐन–अर्डिनन्स’ नामक चर्चित साइबर कानुन पारित गरेको छ । यसले इन्टरनेट र कुनै पनि अनलाइन प्लेटफर्मका प्रमुख मुद्दाहरूमा निगरानी राख्ने काम गर्छ । यसले मुख्यतया साइबर अपराधसँग सम्बन्धित मुद्दाहरू हेर्ने काम गर्दछ ।
पहिलेको समय र पहिलेका मानिसहरूको सोचाइभन्दा अहिलेका मानिसहरूको सोचाइमा फरक आए पनि पहिलाको समाजभन्दा केही कुराहरूमा अहिलेकाे समाज विकसित परिवर्रित समाज हाे । यही विकसित समाजमा पनि कुनै कुरा बिग्रिदै गएको छ । पहिले महिला र पुरुषबिचमा हुने भेदभाव जताततै देखिन्थ्यो तर आजभोलि भने मानिसहरूको सोचाइमा पनि परिवर्तन आएको छ । यस्ता किसिमका महिला र पुरुषबिच हुने भेदभाव कम हुँदै गएका छन् । कतै न कतै केही न केही कुरामा अलि अलि भेदभाव हामी अहिले पनि देख्न सक्छौँ । सती प्रथा, दास प्रथा, कमैया प्रथा, हलिया प्रथा, बाल विवाह जस्ता केही कुप्रथाहरू नियन्त्रण तथा निर्मूल भइसकेका छन् भने केही कुप्रथाहरूकाे न्यूनीकरण भएका छन् । अहिले पनि जातपात तथा वर्गका नाममा हुने विभेद हाम्राे समाजबाट हट्नु तथा कम हुनु भनेको हाम्रो लागि सुखद् कुरा हो ।
पहिले बालबालिकाहरू घरबाहिर निस्किन्थे । खेल मैदानमा अनेक खेलहरू खेल्थे। प्रकृतिसँग रमाउँथे । साथीहरूसँग घुलमिल हुन्थे । साथी बनाउँथे । वर्तमान अवस्थामा भने घरबाहिर निस्कने र खेल्न जाने भनेकाे एकादेशकाे कथाजस्तै नबन्ला भन्न सकिन्न । यस्ताे अवस्था अहिलेकाे प्रविधिले गिजाेलेकाे समाजमा घरमै बसेर अनलाइन माध्यमबाट खेलिने खेलमा फुर्सद हुनु पर्यो नि। यही कारणहरूले गर्दा पनि हो पहिलाको मान्छेहरू फुर्तिला, तन्दुरूस्त हुन्थे । अहिलेका हेर्यो भने सबै घरमै बस्ने कतै जाँदा पनि साधनविना नजाने हुन्छन् । हिँड्ने त कतै पनि छैनन् । अनि कसरी फुर्तिला हुनु र । आजकालको बालबालिकादेखि लिएर बुढाबुढीसम्म धेरैको आँखामा चस्मा देख्छाैँ । किनभने मोबाइल र ल्यापटप भर्खर जन्मेको बच्चादेखि ८०/ ९० वर्षका बुढाबुढीको हातमा मोबाइल हुन्छ । सूचना प्रविधिकाे विकास भए पनि मानिसका आनीबानी र क्रियाकलापमा परिवर्तन हुन जरुरी छ ।
Have you ever had a random question pop into your head? Something like “I wonder if taking a step with my left foot rather than my right will change my future?” or simply “I wonder what my day will be like today?” Well I'm pretty sure everyone has a thought or two like that every once in a while. We just brush off these questions as just random thoughts and move on with our day. But sometimes you have probably trailed off in your thoughts going deeper into your consciousness asking yourself, “wait what am I doing here, why was I born, is this even reality, am I even, Me?” These are some uncanny thoughts that we form with our consciousness the questions, answers to which we desperately seek out but never want to know the answer. Such is the convoluted and mysterious nature of a human's consciousness.
Now lets get into deep what is one’s consciousness exactly? Well according to wikipedia, Consciousness at its simplest is sentience or awareness of internal and external existence. That might be what the wiki says but in my own view I see our consciousness as something more than just awareness. I see it as a will, a strong and bold will to make decisions and to choose how we live.I believe in the block of life.
Now that we have somewhat of a definition or rather the concept of what consciousness truly is, moving on to the elephant in the room the question arises, Is everyone's consciousness same or can it vary? I think it's safe to assume that everyone's consciousness varies greatly from one person to another as consciousness greatly depends on a person's nature and thought. Thus, consciousness is also affected by a person's mind and thoughts. This also means that the consciousness of a human is different from an animal because their perspective is vastly different.
Bottom line consciousness is the very essence of life but it is also a clay that can be shaped by the holder. Hence, consciousness is neither an object nor a feeling; it is a medium through which an organism views the world and its beauty.

Recently I watched the movie ‘EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE ALL AT ONCE’. It is an absolute “tour de force” in every sense anyone could experience from a film. In a span of less than five minutes, you could experience laughter, joy, confusion, anger, depression, fear, etc. as the story tells itself. The visuals, camera work, acting, choreography, costumes, lighting, sound design, set designs, everything is flawlessly executed.
The story is about Michelle Yeoh who plays Evelyn, a Chinese-American woman who actually co-owns a laundromat shop with her husband Waymond (Ke Huy Quan) and family. Evelyn is dissatisfied with her life and has a tense relationship with her daughter Joy (Stephanie Hsu), using Joy’s weak and old-fashioned grandfather James Hong who plays Gong (who lives with them) as an excuse not to accept Joy’s lesbian identity. Evelyn reaches a mental crisis when confronted by an angry tax officer, Deirdre Beaubeirdra (Jamie Lee Curtis), who is auditing their business, and furious about Evelyn’s attempts to claim deductions for a karaoke machine for the laundromat’s community party nights, where Evelyn helds small party with food and drinks. In her heart, poor Evelyn figures she could have been a singer, or a chef, or a movie star in another universe (The Multiverse) and this tax-deduction issue triggers a crazy journey into any number of different universes for more than two hours.
I really loved the concept and the idea illustrated about an intermediate topic ‘The Multiverse’. Multiverse is a really vast and deep thing to actually portray. The best thing about the movie is its cinematography and the music used. EVERYTHING just feels real. It is one of the best sci-fi movies I’ve seen. I just think that it might be a little difficult to fully comprehend the movie for sci-fi amateur viewers but it is certainly a must watch kinda movie. I would personally rate it a 9.5 out of 10. The .5 I deducted is because at some point I really thought that some scenes are indeed stretched for no reason.
भाग्यमानी भएर महसुस नगरेको बारेमा लेख्नु नै एउटा भाग्यमानी भएको फाइदा हो । सबैले पढेका हुँदैनन्, सबैलाई लेख्न आउँदैन, सबैले सबै कुरा बुझ्दा नि बुझ्दैनन् र अर्को कुनामा हेर्दा जो भाग्यमानी छन् उनीहरूसँग यो प्रशस्त हुँदा पनि त्यो महसुस गर्न सक्दैनन् । किन यस्तो ? यो प्रश्नको सजिलै उत्तर कोसैले पनि दिन सक्दैन । तपाईंहरू पाठक जसले यो पढिरहेको हुनुहुन्छ, तपाईंहरू सबै भाग्यमानी हुनुहुन्छ र म बाजी ठोकेर भन्न सक्छु कसैले पनि त्यो महसुस गरेका छैनन् र केही कुरा पुगेन भनेर यत्तिकै किचकिच पनि पक्कै गरेका नै छन् । यो सत्य हो मानिस कहिल्यै सन्तुष्ट हुँदैन । सबैलाई केही न केही पुगेको चाहिँ कहिले पनि हुँदो रहेनछ । यसलाई बदल्न कोही पनि सक्दैन तर जो भाग्यमानी छन् तिनीहरूले एकचोटी सोचेर हेर्ने हो भने उनीहरूसँग सन्तुष्ट हुने धेरै चिजहरू छन् । त्यो महसुस गर्न सके मानसिक शान्ति चाहिँ पुग्न सक्छ, र सफलता पनि प्राप्त हुन सक्छ ।
जो कोही पनि भाग्यमानी छन्, तिनीहरूले आफू भाग्यमानी भएको कुरा महसुस चाहिँ गर्दैनन् । यसको एउटा प्रमुख उदाहरण म आफै हुँ । घरदेखि लिएर विद्यालय सबैतिर यति धेरै सुविधाहरू छन् कि कुरै छोडौँ ! तर भएर पनि केही भएन जब आफैँलाई महसुस हुँदैन, जुन कुराको अपराधी म आफैलाई मान्छु । अब आफ्नै कुरा गरिरहँदा, आफ्नै कलेज डियरवाककै उदहारण लिएर कुरा गर्छु । ट्युसन कक्षाहरू लिँदा त आफ्नो कलेजका बाहेक अरू धेरै विद्यार्थीहरू भेटिन्छन् । कुरा कुरामा अब आफ्नो आफ्नो कलेजको तुलना गर्ने कुरा त अहिले स्वभाभिक नै छ । यही कुरा गर्दा नै मैले आफूलाई पहिलो पटक यति धेरै भाग्यमानी मानेँ । जुन कुराहरू आफ्ना साथीहरूलाई मैले बताएकाे थिएँ । त्यो सुनेर सबै चकित भए । जुन कुरा मलाई त्यति बेरसम्म सामान्य नै लाग्थ्यो । नलागोस पनि किन र ? सबै कुरा राम्रै, सजिलो, सुविधाले भरिएको देखेको कुरालाई सामान्य नै हुन्छ तर जसले यो कुरा आफूले महसुस गरेका हुँदैनन् तिनीहरूलाई त यो स्वर्ग जस्तै हुन्छ । यस्तै स्वर्गमा आजकाल धेरै मानिसहरू बाँचिरहेका छन् र आफू स्वर्गमा रहेको महसुस गरेका छैनन् । जुन हेर्दा पनि मानव समाजको लागि नै दुःख लाग्दो कुरा हो।
झुट के बोल्नु, म आफैँ भाग्यमानी रहेको थोप्पा पनि महसुस गरिरहेको हुँदिन, रहेछु भन्ने कुरा मलाई एक घटनाबाट मात्रै अस्ति भर्खर थाहा भयो । अनलाइन ट्युसन कक्षा पढ्दा राति ६:४५ देखि ९ बजेसम्म हुने गरेको छ र १५ मिनेट जति ब्रेक हुन्छ । शिक्षकले कक्षाको अन्तिममा केही समस्या छ पढ्न भनेर सोध्नुभयो । एक जना केटीले चाहिँ "सर राति यो कक्षा गरेर भएन, ब्रेक पनि थोरै भयो र खान पकाउन पनि समय भएन" भनिन् । उनले यो भनिरहेको बेला ठ्याक्कै मलाई मेरो आमाले खान पस्केर मेरो टेबुलमा ल्याएर राखदिनु भएको थियो । त्यो कुरा सुनेर नै मलाई दिक्क लागेर आयो । आफू कति आरामको जिन्दगी बाँचिरहेको छु भन्ने कुरा महसुस भयो । आफूले सब कुरा पाउँदा पनि किचकिच गर्ने मन देखेर आफैँप्रति एक किसिमको घृणा लागेर आयो । आफू कति भाग्यमानी रहेको र यसको महसुस नभएको कुराले आफूले धेरै कुरा सही उपयोग नगरेको देखेर खल्लो लाग्यो।
तसर्थ, हामी सबै जो भाग्यमानी छौँ, त्यो कुरा आफैँ महसुस गरौँ, सबैले त्यो कुरा बुझौँ र त्यसकाे सही उपयोग गरौँ, किनकि यदि त्यसाे गर्न सकेनौँ र पहिलाको जस्तै सानो सानो कुरा नपाएकोमा किचकिच गर्यौँ भने मानिसको नाममा कलङ्क नै रहनेछौ ।
Nepal is a beautiful and developing country, as we are full of floras, faunas and possibilities that can make us to stand on the side of developed countries. But the main reason behind the lack of development of our country is corruption. Most of the political members of our country are corrupt and they don't do their work as they should do being in their position. In Nepal most of the political leaders do the development work when the election is near just to attract the voters. If they had invested that money for developmental works and for the betterment of the country then all the people would have voted for them and the nation might have developed too.
The first thing I would like to do once I will become a Prime minister is to suspend and put behind bars all the corrupted political members and the leaders from politics. In our nation there are many places where childrens are deprived from education, I will focus towards the improvisation on education sector. I would establish schools and colleges in such areas because education is very much important for the development of the nation and impliment free education for all. In Nepal many people are dying by not getting proper health treatment or facilities, mostly in rural areas. I will establish hospitals and enhance the tratment facilities in those places. I will also launch different camps related to the education sector, health sector and how to deal with the problems they are facing according to the situation and time. Nowadays there are many cases of rape in our society and which is increasing day by day from which women are insecure in our society and most of them are even far from getting justice. To control the rape cases I will make strict rules and regulations and will also focus on the right and timely justice for them. I will also initiate self-protectition trainings for women.
Nepal is a beautiful country but pollution is increasing day by day and was even listed as wtop polluted place to be in any country. Due to the over use of plastic materials, we are suffering from pollutions. I will help to establish companies who focuses on reuse and recycle. Nepal is also a best place for tourism and there are many places to visit in Nepal. I will also develop those places as a source for tourist attraction which helps to attract more foreigners and the foreign currency. I will also establish many companies and factories for the development of the country and to control the migration of the young brains and which create more jobs within the countries with better career opportunities.
In conclusion If I were the Primeminister of the country I would develop our nation and make it one of the beautiful and advanced place to be, where people can live happily with peace and prosperiety.
