प्रकृतिमा रहेका सबै चीजहरू जुन जीवित जीवहरूले उनीहरूको बाँच्न र विकासको लागि प्रयोग गर्दछन् तिनीहरूलाई प्राकृतिक संसाधन भनिन्छ। उदाहरणका लागि बिरुवाहरू, जनावरहरू, सूर्यको किरण, पानी, खनिजहरू, र जीवाश्म ईन्धनहरू। यी प्राकृतिक संसाधनहरू उनीहरूको प्राकृतिक अवस्थामा रहन्छन् यदि उनीहरूले मानव शोषण गर्दैनन् र यदि कुनै प्राकृतिक प्रकोप देखा पर्दैन भने प्रकृतिमा चलिरहेका प्राकृतिक प्रक्रियाहरूले यी संसाधनहरूबिच सन्तुलन कायम गर्न मद्दत गर्दछ। तिनीहरूलाई विनाश वा गिराउनबाट पहिले सुरक्षित राख्छ। यदि प्राकृतिक संसाधनहरू सही रूपमा उपयोग नगरिएमा, तिनीहरूबीच सन्तुलन हुँदैन । प्राकृतिक स्रोतहरूको उपयोगलाई तिनीहरूको प्राकृतिक पुनर्जन्म र पुनर्स्थापना प्रक्रियामा हस्तक्षेप नगरी प्राकृतिक स्रोतहरूको संरक्षण भनेर चिनिन्छ। मानव अस्तित्व प्राकृतिक संसाधनहरूमा भर पर्दछ, तर सबै प्राकृतिक संसाधनहरू नवीकरणीय हुँदैनन्। हामीले खाने खाना र पानी, हामीले सास फेर्ने हावा र आश्रय हामी सबैले प्राकृतिक स्रोतबाट नै प्राप्त  गर्छौं। त्यसैले हामीले ग्रह र मानवजातिको स्वास्थ्य र दीर्घायूलाई प्रोत्साहित गर्ने कुराको संरक्षणको लागि कदमहरू चाल्नै पर्छ। मानव गतिविधि, मुख्यतया जीवाश्म इन्धन जस्ता अपरिवर्तनीय स्रोतहरूको प्रयोग, जलवायु परिवर्तनसमेत  यसमै भर परेकाे छ। हाम्रा प्राकृतिक स्रोतहरूको संरक्षण गरेर हामी ग्रीन हाउस ग्यास उत्सर्जन घटाउन सक्छौं र हाम्रो प्राकृतिक वातावरणमा अझ बढी सकारात्मक प्रभाव पार्न सक्छौं।

हामी हाम्रा घरमा प्रयोग हुने विभिन्न वस्तुहरूकाे न्युनतम प्रयोग गरेर प्राकृतिक संसाधनहरूको संरक्षण गर्न सक्छौं। उदाहरणकाे लागि विद्युतीय उपकरणहरू प्रयोग नभएकाे अवस्थामा बन्द गर्न सक्छाैँ ।कतिपय व्यक्तिहरू दाँत सफा गर्दा धाराे खुलै राख्ने गर्छन् । प्रयोग विहीन अवस्थामा  धाराे बन्द गर्नाले पानी बचत हुन्छ । त्यस्तै प्लास्टिकको झोलाको सट्टा कपडा झाेलाहरू  प्रयोग गर्न सक्छाैँ ।प्राकृतिक संसाधनकाे समुचित प्रयाेग मानव र प्रकृति दुवैकाे हितमा हुने कुरामा कुनै दुई मत छैन  ।

Conflict is defined as a clash between individuals arising out of a difference in thought process, attitudes, understanding, interests, requirements, and even sometimes perceptions. A conflict not only can arise between individuals but also among countries, political parties, and states as well. Talking about conflict, even negative conflicts can have a positive impact on a group or the environment because if there is no conflict there are no problems being identified and being solved. 

Positive conflict can create a friendly environment because it introduces new ideas and thoughts to the group or society. Positive conflicts are the conflicts that produce new ideas and solve the existing problems and also have a tendency of providing new opportunities. Positive conflicts are constructive in them. An example of positive conflict may be the conflict to solve certain problems that have been underlying in the group. When there is both positive and negative conflict happening in society, you know what is happening there related to the environment, isn’t it?

Positive conflicts can make the environment better by simply reworking the system itself. There can be either major or minor changes that can take place with the help of positive conflicts. Positive conflicts also bring creativity in the environment of the group or the society, ultimately making the environment better.

Positive conflicts can also enhance the competition among the parties in the environment. There can be many parties that look after the same project and can point out the bad areas of the project and when the problem gets solved, the project gets better by being more competitive.  There can be better projects for the environment. Therefore, conflicts are of two types, positive and negative. Negative conflicts can also bring strength in the environment but positive conflicts do the same thing that negative conflicts do but in a better and civilized manner.

सामान्यत: सूर्य र चन्द्रबिम्बमा देखिने अन्धकारमय अवस्था नै ग्रहण हो । ग्रहण ‌औँसी र पूर्णिमामा लाग्छ। सूर्यग्रहणऔंसीमा लाग्छ भने चन्द्रग्रहण पूर्णिमामा लाग्दछ। पृथ्वीकाे छायाँ चन्द्रमामा देखिनु नै चन्द्रग्रहण हाे । साैर्यमण्डलका सम्पूर्ण ग्रहहरूजस्तै पृथ्वी पनि आफ्नो कक्षमा पश्चिमबाट पूर्वतिर र सूर्यको वरिपरि पनि परिभ्रमण गरिरहेको हुन्छ यसै क्रममा पृथ्वी र सूर्यबिच चन्द्रमाको छायाँ पर्दा सूर्यग्रहण देखिन्छ।  आमावास्यबाहेक अरू तिथिमा त्यस्तो स्थिति पर्दैन । यसै गरी पूर्णिमाको रातमा सूर्य र चन्द्र दुवै एक आपसको आमनेसामने रहन्छन् । त्यतिखेर सूर्यको प्रकाश चन्द्रमामा पुरै पर्ने भएकोले बढी चम्किलो हुन्छ। तर त्यसबेला पृथ्वीको छायाँ चन्द्रमामा पर्दा चन्द्रमा छेकिन्छ र चन्द्र ग्रहण लाग्दछ।

पुराणमा ग्रहण हुनुलाई सूर्य र चन्द्रलाई राहुले निलेको भन्ने अर्थ दिइएको छ। त्यसैले यसबेला सुतक लाग्ने हुनाले हाम्रा पञ्चाङ्गहरूमा ग्रहणसमयमा गर्नुपर्ने नियमहरू बताइएका पाइन्छन् । ज्योतिष बराहमिर्ले चर्चा गरेअनुसार एक असुरलाई ब्रह्माबाट ग्रहणमा गरिएको दान पुण्य एवं आहुतिबाट सन्तुष्टि मिल्ने छ भन्ने बरदान मिलेको थियो।  त्यही असुर बरदानअनुसार आफ्नो अंश ग्रहण गर्न उपस्थित हुन्छ; जसलाई राहु भनिन्छ।  जति बेलासम्म आँखाले देखिन्छ त्यति बेलासम्म ग्रहणको पुण्यकाल मानिन्छ।  तर बादल लागेर ग्रहण नदेखिँदा पनि पुण्यकाल नै हुन्छ भन्ने धार्मिक विश्वास छ। ग्रहणको बेला पुण्यकाल त मानिन्छ नै, त्यसमा पनि सूर्य ग्रहण रविबार र चन्द्र ग्रहण सोमबार परेको छ भने त्यसलाई चुडामन्दी योग भनिन्छ।  त्यस्ताे योगमा गरेको दानको अनन्त फल बताइएको छ।  

ग्रहणकाे समयमा  गङ्गा स्नानको विशेष महत्त्व रहेकाे  छ र पनि ग्रहणको बेला सबै जल गङ्गा जल र सबै ब्राह्मण दान योग्य बताइएको छ । तर पनि सत्पात्रमा गरिएको दान अधिक पुण्यदायक हुन्छ।  ग्रहणको सुरुमा स्नान  त्यसपछि हवन ,देवपूजन, मन्त्र जाप , श्राद्ध र दान गर्नु पर्दछ।  ग्रहण मोक्ष भएपछि फेरि स्नान गर्नु पर्दछ।

Students are meant for mainly “study and to acquire knowledge”. It is the one and only responsibility is given by God to the students. Though I think it is an easy task as we only need to be in a specific place and study every time. It is not easy for us; students and learners, to do the individual tasks as well. People feel pathetic about them rather than us, students. But, have they ever thought about what it's like to be a student? Well, the specific and general answer might be “no” instead. People work, live life, and finally get comfort, food, life, etc. However, talking about students, we need to be executed to such an in-prude book! If we could not only complete half of the task, there won’t be any use of comfort, food, life, and shelter, etc. We would not be able to even swallow a bite of bread. Generally, other tasks can be done with less focus and concentration. However, we need to be physically and mentally prepared and increase our potential to an optimum level. When we reach high school then it’s like:
Books, boots, everywhere; not a single chapter to be known! Life is not a bed of roses for students. We need to have all the characters of all the subtle animals, people, etc focusing like a crane, sleeping habits like a dog brain like Einstein, hardworking like bees and ants. Could we ever think of anything else rather than thinking about such naive books which never get friendly with us?

We students are made sophisticated by books, kept a vow with God to study hard, have a full-fledged responsibility like prayer in the church, a farmer working in the scorching sun, the doctor doing surgery in the operation theatre and mostly punctual, determined, devoted, disciplined to our work. Books lead us to the way and it is a third eye of perceiving the knowledge.

अपाङ्गता भन्नाले शरीरका अङ्गहरूमध्ये कुनै पनि एक अङ्ग सामान्य अवस्थामा नरहनु हाे ।सामान्य भाषामा भन्ने हाे भने हात खुट्टा वा शरीरका कुनै महत्त्वपूर्ण अङ्गले काम गर्न नसक्नु भन्ने बुझिन्छ । अपाङ्ग मानिस आफैले चाहेर वा रहरले हुने हाेइन । याे त जन्मजात वा कुनै दुर्घटना अथवा कुनै विपत्तिकाे कारणले हुने हाे । हाम्राे समाजमा अशक्त मानिसहरू र उनीहरूका परिवारलाई आर्थिक र सामाजिक जीवनबाट धेरै तरिकाले बहिष्कार गरिन्छ। उनीहरूलाई समाजिक कार्यमा सहभागी गराइदैन  । यस्ताे हुनु भनेकाे सामाजिक सचेतनाकाे कमी हाे ।

अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिलाई सहयाेग सद्भाव र अवसरकाे खाँचाे हुन्छ । अवसर पाएमाअपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरू पनि सामान्य मानिससरह आफ्नाे जीवन व्यतीत गर्न सक्छन् । उनीहरू हाम्रै समाजका सदस्य   हुन् भन्ने कुरा हामी सबैले बुझ्नु  जरूरी छ । अपाङ्गता भएका  व्यक्तिलाई कसरी सम्बोधन गर्ने र उनीहरूसँग उपयुक्त व्यवहार कसरी गर्ने भन्ने बारेमा हामी जानकार हुनुपर्छ । अपाङ्ग कुनै पूर्व जन्मकाे फल वा पापकाे सजाय हाेइन भन्ने कुरा हामीले आफूले बुझेर अरूलाई पनि बुझाउनु पर्छ । 

अपाङ्गमैत्री व्यवहार रसामाजिक सचेतनाका निम्ति दैनिक कुराकानीलगायत हरेक कार्यमा,अशक्त मानिसहरूलाई स्वतन्त्र व्यक्तिको रूपमा हेर्न र उनीहरूलाई सामान्य मानिससरह व्यवहार गर्नुपर्छ। उनीहरूलाई आफूसक्दाे सहयाेग गर्नुपर्छ । उनीहरूकाे मनाेबल बढाउने र हाैसला दिने काम गर्नुपर्छ। 

Turtles all the way down is a popular book written by John Green. It was published on October 10, 2017. It is one of the most popular books written by John Green. The genre of the book is young adult fiction and the theme of the book is about mental illness (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). It deals with the thoughts of the main character, Aza Holmes. It focuses on the struggle of Aza or any person who is suffering from OCD.

The novel begins with Aza speaking up about her illness (OCD). She describes how she cannot control her feelings sometimes and finds herself lost in the end. She is trapped by her own thoughts. She keeps describing her Illness. Soon Daisy and Mychel are introduced in the book, Daisy, Aza’s best friend, and Mychel, one of her artistic friends. Then she goes to have food and eats a sandwich and realizes that she can hear the bacteria in the stomach and feels disgusted while eating. She struggles with anxiety and fears about bacteria. After sometime Mychel tells about the disappearance of Mr. Pickett a night before the police raid was planned on him in the case of bribery. But Aza could not speak up as she was worried if she got a parasitic infection. She couldn’t control her feelings and finds herself lost in her thoughts. Daisy was expecting her to say something but she couldn’t speak up due to anxiety. After some time Michael tells Daisy about his new project aza gets interested and tries to focus on his words but couldn't as she gets distracted by the sound of bacteria time and again. Aza and Daisy know about Mr. Pickett and his sons. We get to know that Aza had a crush on Davis and they insist on visiting him. Soon we can see the love story unfolding between Davis and aza though she gets lost by her thoughts time and again. She could hear and imagine the bacteria spreading in her stomach due to anxiety she even drinks hand sanitizer. and aza describes to us about her childhood before she was attacked by OCD. She tells how frustrated she gets time and again Aza and Daisy starts exploring things on their own and tries to solve the mystery of the unexpected disappearance of Mr. Pickett. They suspect that the billionaire Mr. Pickett had already died. Time passes and Davis and his younger brother Noah decide to move to Colorado, Aza and Davis say their goodbyes and the book ends.

This book is strong enough to show a person living who is suffering from OCD. It shows the strong friendship of Aza and Daisy and how Daisy always tries to cheer Aza up and encourage her to explore new things. The fact I disliked is how Daisy couldn't understand what her best friend is suffering from. Overall I liked the book and I would like to recommend this book as well.

भानुभक्त आचार्यको जन्म २९आषाढ वि सं १८७१ मा तनहुँकाे  चुँदी रम्घामा भएकाे हाे । उनी नेपाली साहित्यका आदिकवि हुन् । अध्यात्म रामायणलाई संस्कृतबाट नेपालीमा अनुवाद गर्ने महत्त्वपूर्ण कार्य उनीबाट नै भएकाे थियाे ।नेपाली भाषामा अनुदित पहिलाे महाकाव्य लेख्ने भानुभक्त शाश्त्रीय कवि हुन् ।

भानुभक्त आचार्य ब्राह्मण परिवारमा जन्मेका थिए । उनले  हजुरबुबाबाट घरमा प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा प्राप्त गरेका थिए ।। उनका बाजे संस्कृतका विद्वान् भएकाले उनले पनि बाजेबाट संस्कृत भाषा सिक्ने अवसर पाए । उनी पहिलेका  धेरै कविहरूले संस्कृतमा कविता लेखेका थिए भने आचार्यले नेपाली भाषामा लेख्न सुुरु  गरे । अधिकांश नेपालीले संस्कृत भाषा नबुझ्ने  हुनाले उनले संस्कृत महाकाव्यलाई नेपाली भाषामा अनुवाद गरे। रामायणको काल्पनिक कथा शैलीको संरक्षणका साथै भाव र मर्मलाईसमेत ख्याल गरी अनुवाद गरेका छन् । 

उनले कुनै पश्‍चिमी शिक्षा प्राप्त गरेनन् ।उनका रचनामा नेपाली स्वाद,नेपाली लाेकलय,नेपाली जनजीवन र नेपाली माटाे पाउन सकिन्छ । उनका फुटकर रचनाका साथै खण्डकाव्य र महाकाव्यमासमेत यस्ताे नेपालीपन पाउन सकिन्छ । उनका लेखनका विशेषताहरूमा धर्मको भावना, सरलता र आदर्श समाजकाे परिकल्पना भेट्न सकिन्छ।  घाँसीबाट प्रेरित भएर साहित्य लेखनमा लागेका कवि नेपालीका लाेकप्रिय र आदिकवि बनी मन मुटुमा बस्न सफल भएका छन् । उनले आफ्नाे जीवनकालमा भाेगेका र देखेका विषयवस्तुलाई साहित्यकाे प्रमुख स्राेत बनाएका छन् । आफूले भाेगेकाे देखेकाे कुराबाट प्रभावित भएर साहित्य रचना गर्न सक्नु यिनकाे बाैद्धिक खुबी हाे । 

भानुभक्त आचार्यले आफ्नाे जीवन कालमा एक रामायण, आधा दर्जन जति खण्डकाव्य र थुप्रै फुटकर कविताहरू रचना गरेका छन् । यीमध्ये रामायण,प्रश्नाेत्तर,भक्तमाला र बधूशिक्षा उनका चर्चित कृतिहरू हुन् । नेपाली भाषा र साहित्यको जग बसाल्ने काम यिनले गरेकाले कवि मोतीराम भट्टले आचार्यलाई आदिकवि भनेका हुन्।  वि.सं. १९२५ मा यस संसारबाट बिदा भएका भानुभक्त आचार्यका कृतिले नेपाली साहित्यमा महत्त्वपूर्ण योगदान दिएका छन्।

Procrastination means delaying or postponing a task. It originated from the Latin language. It is done every day by most people knowingly or unknowingly. This mostly happens with students. Researchers say that this happens mostly due to stress and carelessness. It seems normal to procrastinate in health conditions until you suffer or have some complications. But this can cause health issues like stress and anxiety. Procrastination in school life is known as “Student syndrome”. 

Postponing a task might also give students low grades. If the habit of procrastination does not end, students might get in trouble. According to research, procrastination causes stress in students. It can create workload in students. Procrastination can make students tired because of the excessive workload. Students who do not fully complete assignments and put off crucial.

Social media refers to websites or applications where one can share different types of content, pictures, put up their opinions, and many more. Social media like Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter are the famous ones that almost everyone knows about. Using social media is the hype nowadays especially since teens and youths are active users. Like with any other thing, social media has both good and bad effects on people.
Social media is a way to connect people from different parts of the world and help in communication. It is also a  very effective way of searching for different types of topics and getting more knowledge and information about them. It also helps in providing people with a platform where they can showcase their talent to all the people around the world. Social media can also be a way to spread awareness amongst the people and speak up about wrong. It can also be a way to get the opinions of different peoples and use them effectively. These can be taken as the positive effects or the positive way of using social media.
Although social media has a lot of positive effects and ways, it can also be dangerous or have some negative effects and ways of using it as well. Some people might take the advantage of social media and use it to take out personal information about people and use it against them. Social media are ways of expressing opinions however some people use it to bully other peoples regarding their shape, size and color, and many more which can cause mental stress on the people and might shake their confidence in themselves. Especially in the most recent context people are seen using derogatory terms and languages to harass Nikisha Shrestha. Also, some people see people who are talented, good-looking, rich on social media and compare themselves with the people which might cause negative effects on their minds.
Social media has both positive and negative effects on people and it all depends on the people using it whether they use social media in the wrong or the right way.

सान्नानी सुप्रसिद्ध फ्रायडवादी मनोवैज्ञानिक कथाकार विश्वेश्वरप्रसाद कोइरालाद्वारा लिखित श्वेतभैरवी कथा सङ्ग्रहमा सङ्गृहित कथा हाे । याे कथासङ्ग्रह(२०३९)मा प्रकाशन भएकाे थियाे। नेपाली साहित्यमा विशेषत: कथा र उपन्यासद्वारा मनोविश्लेषण भित्र्याएका काेइराला यौनमनोविश्लेषणका क्षेत्रमा पनि सफल देखिन्छन् । काेइरालाले प्रस्तुत कथामा पनि याैनमनाेविज्ञानलाई देखाउन खाेजेका छन् ।

सान्नानी कथामा एउटा अबाेध बालक जो सहरमा हुर्किएको थियो, त्यो एकदिन गाउँमा आइपुग्छ।  त्यो ठाउँको वातावरण र परिवेश उसको लागि धेरै नयाँ थियो।  त्यो बालकलाई  गाउँको फराकिलाे ठाउँमा  घुम्न धक र केही डर लाग्थ्याे ।  एकदिन म पात्रलाई आफ्नी आमाको माध्यमबाट सान्नानी भन्ने साथी फेला परी।  उसले म पात्रलाई पुरै गाउँ घुमाई । अनि उसकाे डर धक सबै हराएर गयाे।  बिस्तारै सान्नानीकाे सहयाेग र सम्पर्कले ऊ काेशी नदीसम्म नुहाउन जान थाल्याे । 

केही दिनपछि कोशी नदीमा बाढी आयो । बाढीले गाउँमा धेरै क्षति पुग्यो र बिस्तारै सबै कुरा सामान्य हुँदै जान थाल्याे ।  समय बित्दै गयो ।म पात्र र सान्नानीकाे मित्रता बढ्दै गयाे ।  एकदिन सान्नानीलाई उनकी आमाले उनलाई मानमर्यादामा बस्नुपर्ने र केटाहरूसँग घुमफिर नगर्न भनिन् । नेपाली समाज पितृसत्तात्मक समाज भएकाले उनकी आमामा पनि याे साेचाइ आउनु स्वभाविक नै थियाे । समय बित्दै जाँदा म पात्र पनि गाउँ छाेडेर सहर जाने समय आयो । यता सान्नानीकाे पनि बिहे हुनआँटेको थियो।  सहर जानुभन्दा पहिले म पात्र  सान्नानीसँग भेट्न आइपुग्यो।  दुवैले एकअर्कालाई नबिर्सिने वचन दिए ।

तीस वर्षपछि लेखकको सान्नानीसगँ भेट हुन्छ । सान्नानीले म पात्रलाई  बिर्सेसकेकी हुन्छिन् ।  बालापनकाे मित्रता भुल्दा म पात्रलाई कता कता नरमाइलाे लाग्छ । सान्नानीले  म पात्रलाई दिएकाे वचन पुरा हुन सक्दैन ।

And that is one of the reasons why most parents want their children to graduate from this school as they would have connections and the needed training. 

But in the past year, the students of this school came out to expose this school, how badly it treated its students especially females, and the toxic traits of the school. Students of SOPA made a music video about how miserably SOPA treated them and posted it on youtube. The students modified the lyrics from a musical called: HERO. The song HERO is about a Japanese independence activist, An Jung-Geun. The hero was the song which told oh who is guilty? Me an activist who's going against the law to expose the government or the government itself? The students modified this song and made their own music. This musical got attention internationally very quickly. Here are some claims that students made:

1. The school made it mandatory for students to perform outside the school like private events.

2. The school never notify the students about the pay or profits of the events.

3. Asked the students to perform skinship and sexy dances in these performances (the students were mostly always females aged from 14-18)

4. The school would notify the students about the events only a day before so they had to practice till late nights/early mornings

5. The school received approximately 10K US Dollars from the Japanese Government for the tickets and fees for the performance in Japan but all the students have to pay for everything themselves

6. Threatened all the “whistleblowers” with the threat of lawsuits and penalization through in-school committee etc 

All these claims made by the students are said to be true but not an official statement has been released.  The principal had paid retirement and his wife still works in the school as an administrator. No huge steps were made against the school committee and the school is still one of the biggest art schools in South Korea. 

These kinds of works are still performed in many schools, workplaces not only in South Korea. Favoritism to the smartest and the richest in the school, bad managing system in the administrative field of the school, making students pay way more than required. These are some situations that happen in every school in a small or big way and SOPA was just an example. Not being able to express one's feelings in school due to fear of getting punished even though the students are right is the most practiced culture in school and we as students and teachers/faculties should really try to lessen the number of these situations rather than being stuck on the same old school technique.
