Metal for Nepal is a non-profit organization that aims to bring the global metal and arts together to tackle the humanitarian crisis in Nepal. Metal for Nepal originally stated in 2015 when the 8.1 Richter scale earthquake hit Nepal. Many schools and houses were severely damaged because of the earthquake.

Many bands from Nepal and other countries helped Metal for Nepal to raise money by doing charity concerts and selling merchandise. Metal for Nepal helped rebuild 300 houses in Kerabari village, Gorkha. They are still trying to rebuild and reestablish the damaged schools as there is still a high school dropout rate. They are currently focused on COVID-19 relief efforts. They recently distributed rations to the Chepang community. Chepang community is one of the backward communities in Nepal in terms of quality of life as they were already facing problems with health facilities before COVID-19. They also distributed rations in Kathmandu. The pandemic forced the capital to completely shut down. There are a lot of people in Kathmandu who survive off day to day wages. Many people are starving because of a lack of income. Metal for Nepal is distributing rations and foods to the people who don't have any food and income. 

There is a misunderstanding that most of the metalheads are bad people who are aggressive and alcoholics. But Metal for Nepal proves this point wrong as they are spreading help, love, and positivity. Metalheads around the world are united to fight the current COVID pandemic. One of the most popular Thrash Metal American bands “Testament” is also helping Metal for Nepal to raise money. आनुवंशिक संरचनामा आरएनए (RNA) भएका भाइरस अर्थात् विषाणुको एउटा समहूलाई वैज्ञानिकहरूले कोरोना  भाइरस (Coronavirus) नामकरण गरेका थिए। चीनको वुहान नजिकै पशुपक्षी व्यापार हुने एउटा बजारमा पहिलो पटक यसको सङ्क्रमण देखिएको उक्त भाइरस केही महिनामै विश्वभरि नै फैलियो । 

हाल विश्वमा यो रोगका कारण लाखौँ मानिसहरूले ज्यान गुमाइसकेका छन् भने खेलकुदमा पनि यसको प्रत्यक्ष प्रभाव परेको छ। सन् २०२० मा हुन लगेको समर ओलम्पिक पनि कोरोनाकै कारण रद्ध भयो, जुन ४ वर्षमा एक चोटी हुने प्रतियोगिता हो ।  जसमा हरेक देशका खेलाडीहरूले आफ्नो देशका लागि अरू खेलाडीहरूसित प्रतिस्पर्धा गरेर  आफ्नाे देशको नाम राख्छन् l ओलम्पिक खेलमा हरेक खेलहरू समावेश हुन्छन्, जस्तै -: फुटबल, बास्केटबल, स्विमिङ, कराते, बक्सिङ, चेस, एथलेटिक्स, तेकवान्दो आदि l यो प्रतियोगिता हुन नसक्दा खेलकुद जगत्ले  ठूलो  क्षति व्यहोर्नु परेको छ । 

क्रिकेटको टि २० विश्वकपलाई पनि कोरोना  भाइरसले असर गर्याे । फुटबल जगत्काे अर्काे कुम्भमेला युराेकप पनि एक वर्ष पर धकेलियाे  l कोरोना महामारीकै कारण  चाम्पियन्स लिग  हुन् अथवा अन्य जुनसुकै खेल हुन्  ३ महिना लाग्ने प्रतियोगिता १५ दिनमै सक्नु परेको थियो ।  त्याे पनि दर्शकहरूविना नै  l  दर्शकविना खेलाडीहरूलाई खेल्न जाेस आउँदैन l कति खेलाडीहरूले त राष्ट्रिय टोली र अरू विभिन्न खेलको लागि  कोरोनाका कारण छनौट हुन नपाएर आत्महत्यासमेत गरे l कैयाैँ बोर्डहरूले आफ्ना सबैभन्दा राम्रा खेलाडीहरूसमेत गुमाए । कोरोनाका कारण विश्वका धेरै खेलाडीहरूले अहिलेसम्म आफ्नो तलब पाएका छैनन् l 

 सन् १९४२ पछि खेलकुद जगत् सन् २०२० मा पनि प्रभावित बन्यो । यसको असर कहिलेसम्म रही रहने हो भन्ने कुनै निश्चित छैन । समूहगत खेल लामो समयसम्म प्रभावित बने पनि एकल खेल भने अब सुरू हुन्छन् कि भन्ने आशा गर्न सकिन्छ ।

When was the time we felt the most alive? This question that may take a bit of time to answer for some of us or when was the time when we took a risk and ended up overcoming it? Some of us may not have any answers to these. We all have fallen into a routine of our same boring daily lives doing the same thing over and over again. “When people become comfortable, the time flies by” this line was quoted by one of the members of Yes theory. Yes theory is a movement that particularly encourages people to say yes to things that put them outside of their comfort zone. This movement was started by a youtube channel with the same name “Yes theory” by three guys with their vision of making people not stay comfortable in their bed all day long but go chase their dreams. They make videos about seeking discomfort and challenging what most people consider normal. They currently have 5.79 million subscribers on youtube. They try to put themselves into difficult situations in life that we would never have dared. They believe in what they say is “Seeking discomfort”. 

This channel is owned by three guys (Thomas, Matt, Ammar) who were completely born and raised in different parts of the world. In the summer of 2015, they all met by coincidence and bonded over a shared desire to do something different with their lives. During their starting phase, they didn’t really have anything to start but a camera and a one-bedroom apartment in Canada. They had a simple realization that they grow the most when they leave their comfort zone and face what life has to offer. After all, by nature, we are meant to be thirsty, thirsty for risk-taking, for adventure, for exploration, and for trying out new things. Saying yes to some of the crazy things can create a spark in people which allows them to say yes more to their gut and what their heart wants and maybe their life could be so much memorable.

घृणा र भेदभाव होइन।

David Warner is one of the most destructive openers across in every format. He was born on 27 October 1986. He is an Australian Left Handed Opening batsman. His IPL debut was with Delhi Daredevils in 2009. After that, he joined Sunrisers Hyderabad in 2014. He scored his first century against Kolkota Knight Riders in 2010. Till now Warner has scored 4 centuries in his IPL career. He is the only batsman to win 3 times an orange cap in IPL history. He holds the record for the most runs by an overseas player (4706), most half-centuries (44), and the highest individual score by a captain (126).

Under Warner’s captaincy, Sunrisers Hyderabad won their maiden IPL trophy in 2016 where Warner scored 9 half-centuries and 848 runs in a season. He was the 2nd most runs scorer in that season. Under Warner’s captaincy, SRH got victory upon Royal Challenger Banglore just by 8 runs in the final where Warner scored 69 runs but Ben Cutting was the man of the match in that final. He took a couple of wickets and scored 24 runs in the 19th over. Warner was the orange cap winner in 2015 and in 2017 he scored 562 and 641 runs. 

Warner was banned by Australian Board by doing Baltempering in 2018 So, IPL didn’t allow him to play that season and they made captain to New Zealand’s Captain Kane Williamson as he was also part of the 2016 winning team and 2015 World Cup runner up team. Under Williamson’s captaincy, SRH went to the final but lost against Chennai Super Kings where Shane Watson scored a century in the final and won the game for his team. And SRH Captain was the Orange cap winner in that season. Warner returns superbly in 2019 as he scored a century against RCB along with England’s opener Johny Bairstow were both scored centuries in the same inning and he again became Orange cap winner in that season.

In 2020 SRH franchise again gave the captaincy to Warner and he would be again captaining SRH in this season and VC would be Kane Williamson.

We all know for a fact that “Education is the backbone of the country”. In order to produce skilled and hardworking humans, modern education is very important. It plays a vital role in the sustainable development of the nation. So, modern education practice is the basic and important need for Nepal for its development.

As we go back to the history of education in Nepal, we can consider it very poor. During the Rana Regime, ordinary people were not allowed to get an education. Only the Ranas who had power in their hands used to go to schools for education. The only school was, “Durbar High School”, for them too. Other ordinary citizens were just puppets in Rana’s hands. This education system before democracy was very poor. Before the Rana regime, The Buddhists used to get an education in Gumbas and monasteries, the Hindus used to go to ashrams and temples. In the era of the 21st century, modern education is very important. As human civilization grew up, technology also has provided a platform for humans to live a very peaceful and comfortable life. Life has become easier since science and technology have developed. Looking at the education system of Nepal till now, it’s not so effective. Some of the schools and colleges have implemented modern education practice but many of them are lacking it. Our education system has only focused on the bookish knowledge we gain by going to school and colleges around 200 days a year. They are not focused on the vocation and effective way of teaching the students. They are only focused on how to complete the syllabus designed by the board to the students. If they were focused on vocation and effective education then our country would have produced skilled and hardworking human manpower. 

Likewise, our school has also implemented a quality and effective teaching and learning process for the last 2-3 years. We have been learning our stuff with joy and happiness. We have been regularly enjoying videos related to the course that we are reading. Only looking after the knowledge we gain from books is not enough. If we visualize the thing that we read then we can have a quality education.

Talking about the literacy rate of Nepal, it is just 63.9%  which is very low compared to other countries. If we are able to level up the literacy rate up to 95% or even 100% then we can have our country more than developed countries.

Thus, modern education practice in Nepal is a very basic and important need for our country to remove political instability and establish a democratic country with highly skilled human power. So,  if we can establish our country with skilled and hardworking human power with a 100% literacy rate then our country can be successful and developed.

इन्टरनेट एक विश्वव्यापी सञ्जाल हो जसले संसारभरिका सबै कम्प्युटरहरूलाई एकअर्कासँग जोडेको हुन्छ । इन्टरनेट बहुउपयोगी सञ्जाल हो। यसले सारा विश्वलाई एउटा साँघुरो घेराभित्र कैद गरेको छ। हाल यसको प्रयोग दिनानुदिन बढ्दो छ। घर, कार्यालय, अस्पताल, विद्यालय,क्याम्पस जस्ता क्षेत्रमा यसको प्रयोग हुँदै आएको छ। 

कुनै नयाँ ठाउँमा जानुपर्दा पनि इन्टरनेटको सहयोगले त्यस ठाउँको बारेमा आफूलाई चाहिएको जति सूचना प्राप्त सक्छौँ । संसारभरि कहाँ के भइरहेको छ ? त्यसबारेमा पनि थाहा पाउन सक्छौँ । हामीले टाढा रहेका आफन्त साथीभाइसँग पनि कुराकानी र खबर आदानप्रदान गर्न सक्छौँ । एक शताब्दी अगाडिसम्म असम्भव मानिएका कुरा आज इन्टरनेटले सम्भव गराएका छन् । इन्टरनेटले  संसारलाई  नै धेरै परिवर्तन गरेको छ। अब हामी इन्टरनेट प्रयोग गरेर संसार देख्न सक्छौं। त्यति  मात्र होइन हाम्रो समाजमा इन्टरनेटले धेरै सकारात्मक प्रभाव पारेको छ। रोजगारीका साथै मनोरञ्जन पनि प्रदान गरेको छ। हामी इन्टरनेटबाट सामान किन्न र बेच्न सक्छौँ । इन्टरनेटमार्फत्  अनलाइन बैंकिङ काराेबार  पनि गर्न सक्छाैँ । हामीले टिभी वा पत्रपत्रिकाबाट प्राप्त गर्ने समाचार इन्टरनेटबाट थाहा पाउन सक्छौँ । इन्टरनेटमा धेरै पुस्तकहरू उपलब्ध छन् । जसबाट विद्यार्थी, शिक्षक सबैले लाभ लिन सक्छन्। अब विद्यार्थीहरूले पुस्तकालयमा गएर अध्ययन गर्नुपर्दैन । आफूलाई मन लागेको पुस्तक इन्टरनेटबाट सजिलै पढ्न सक्छन्। 

इन्टरनेटका  धेरै सकारात्मक पक्षहरू  भए पनि यसका  केही नकारात्मक पक्षहरू पनि छन् । यसकाे समुचित प्रयाेग नगर्दा र गर्न नजान्दा मानव जीवनमा केही सङ्कट पनि उत्पन्न भएकाे छ । इन्टरनेटमा भएका अश्लील सामग्रीको कुलतमा परेर समाजमा यौन हिंसाका घटनाहरू पनि बढ्दै गएका छन्। बालबालिकाहरूसमेत आफ्नो अध्ययनभन्दा घन्टौंसम्म मनोरञ्जनमा समय खर्चिने गरेका छन्। 

त्यसकारण हामीले इन्टरनेटको  राम्रोसँग प्रयोग गर्‍यौं भने। हामीले यसबाट धेरै कुरा सिक्न सक्छौँ  । आजको समयमा यो मानिसको अभिन्न साथी जस्तै बनेर  मानिसका दैनिकीलाई सहयोग गर्दै आएको छ। यसको समुचित प्रयोगमा नै मानवको हित हुने कुरामा कुनै शङ्का छैन।

One piece is an anime and manga series released on October 20, 1999, written by Eiichiro Oda. The story of One-piece takes place in the world where mysterious and magical fruits named “devil fruit” exist which grants the eater a random superpower the superpower could be anything like becoming a fire or being able to change one such into an animal, etc. 

The story is about a young boy whose body becomes rubber after unintentionally eating a devil fruit. The story follows a boy named Monkey D. Luffy whose aim is to become the Pirate King and find the world’s greatest treasure, The One Piece. The world of one piece is made of small archipelagos where the major forces who rule the world are the marines and the pirate. The goal of the main character is to become The Pirate King. The Pirate King is the title given to a person who has obtained wealth, fame, and power everything the world has to offer. Normally if you think of a pirate you will think of a wicked and cunning guy who destroys and ransack and loot villages for fun but that's not what our main protagonist is. Luffy is a kind and pure-hearted guy whose reason for becoming a pirate is for an exciting adventure, confronting new people, making friends along the way, and finding the one piece. For the majority of the story, the main character goes to an island and defeats the antagonist and repeats. On paper, this anime seems to be really tedious and simplistic but it is not. The author has really put some real effort into this show. We can see that because of the real-world references and major problems of the world like human trafficking ing and corruption in the world. 

The reason for the mainstream success of this anime is the amazing storytelling by the author Oda. The world-building and the storytelling of the author are phenomenal. This anime has been airing for like two decades and is still going strong. Yes, this anime is long but it takes time and effort to finish a masterpiece like this anime.  The reason for its massive fanbase and following is the fact that this story is really easy to understand and yet so marvelous. One of the reasons this anime is stiff afloat is because of the creativity of the writer in most of the anime or series the main character or the character have a place to go to or what you call a base and but this is not the case for one piece the characters are exploring the world and new characters and new places are being introduced and you feel like you are the part of the action. Many shows fail to do that. The feeling of being in the action makes this show great like naruto or bleach. 

To sum up, this story is a long ride of emotions and amazing adventures. Also, this anime has been an inspiration to many modern anime authors and still gives so much entertainment through its plots and does not fail to disappoint the expectation of the viewer.
