Blood donation is a procedure where people donate their blood to others so that it becomes helpful to the people who are in need due to various health problems.
The first step is taking out blood from volunteers and storing them in medical plastic bags. The blood is then sent to the laboratory to be checked up to see if the blood received is healthy enough to be donated. Once passed with the requirements, the blood is labelled and stored.
It is said that males can donate blood every 12 weeks and females can do it every 16 weeks.
People have different categories of blood groups among which O negative can donate blood to all other groups and is known as a universal donor. On the other hand AB positive blood type is called universal recipient because they can receive blood from any other blood group.
When we donate blood, the extra iron in our body gets released which helps us to maintain a healthy liver, kidney and get free from blood iron related diseases,
The best part about blood donation is that it saves lives and we feel good about it.
People 17 years and above are allowed to donate blood. I plan to donate my blood when I’m 17 years old.

मछिन्द्रनाथ जात्रा एउटा धार्मिक जात्रा हो । यो जात्रा जेठ महिनाको शुक्ल पक्षमा मनाइन्छ । यो जात्रा मछिन्द्रनाथको मूर्ति रथमा राखेर पाटन सहरमा घुमाएर मनाइन्छ। जात्राको अन्तिममा रथ जावलाखेलमा ल्याइन्छ । त्यहाँ रथबाट रत्नजडित भोटो देखाइन्छ । किम्वदन्तीअनुसार परापूर्व कालमा नेपालमा ठुलो खडेरी परेको थियो । बालीनाली उत्पादन नहुँदा मान्छेहरू भोकभोकै परे । त्यस बेलाका राजालाई विद्वानहरूले पानीका देवता मछिन्द्रनाथलाई नेपाल ल्याएमा पानी पर्ने विश्वास दिए। राजाले गुवाजुलाई जसरी पनि मछिन्द्रनाथलाई नेपाल ल्याउन आदेश दिए । गुवाजुले आफ्नो मन्त्रबलले मछिन्द्रनाथलाई वशमा नेपाल ल्याए । मछिन्द्रनाथ नेपाल आएपछि वर्षा भयो । अनि मान्छेहरूले पेटभरि खान पाए भन्ने विश्वास गरिन्छ । त्यस दिनदेखि मछिन्द्रनाथको जात्रा गर्ने चलन चलेको छ ।
Volcanoes are formed when a very hot liquid called magma rises from the earth’s surface and gets collected in a chamber just below the crust. When more magma reaches the chamber, a pressure is formed which keeps the magma rising. The pressure is then released through a crack in the form of a huge eruption.When the magma reaches the surface, it becomes lava.
The type of eruption depends on the composition of lava.
There are four types of seasons: summer, winter, autumn, and spring. Among them, summer is my favourite season because we can swim, eat ice cream, have cold drinks, etc. It is the best time to hike, visit new places, go to fun parks like Fun Land and Whoopee Land, and enjoy water parks. It is the hottest season among these four seasons. We can also go on picnics. People feel very hot during this season, so they often wear thin clothes and like to sit in front of fans. The most significant water cycle events happen in the summer. People enjoy drinking ice-cold water, juice, and much more. In summer, the days are longer and the nights are shorter. There is one special thing about summer: the king of fruits grows in this season. It also brings a variety of fruits and vegetables like mangoes, cucumbers, watermelons, papayas, and pineapples.
During the summer season, water sources like wells, ponds, and other bodies of water dry up, leading to water crises in many places. My birthday falls in the summer. Many festivals like Ram Navami, Janai Purnima, Holi, Dashain, Tihar, and Bhai Tika also occur during the summer. We become sweaty in the summer season, and it can make our clothes wet in just ten minutes. During the summer, many diseases spread, and we get easily sick. People often suffer from diseases like typhoid, dengue, and pneumonia as compared to other seasons.
Despite this, summer is still my favourite season. I get to spend time with my family and friends, and we often go on family trips. I truly enjoy summer, and it will remain my favourite season forever.

आफूले फाटेको पुरानो लुगा लगाएर पनि
हामीलाई नयाँ नयाँ लुगा ल्याइदिने मान्छे।।
नेपालमा प्रत्येक वर्ष जेठ १५ गते गणतन्त्र दिवस मनाइन्छ। नेपालको संविधान सभाले २०६५ जेठ १५ गते राजतन्त्र अन्त्य गरी गणतन्त्र घोषणा गरेको हो। यही दिनको सम्झना स्वरूप गणतन्त्र दिवस मनाइन्छ । जनताका छोराछोरीहरू पनि राष्ट्र प्रमुख हुन पाउने व्यवस्थाका लागि गणतन्त्र स्थापना गरिएको हो। यसका लागि नेपालमा जनआन्दोलन र जनयुद्ध समेत भयाे । आन्दाेलनका क्रममा धेरै जनाले ज्यान गुमाउनुपर्याे । गणतन्त्र दिवसका दिन सहिदहरूको सम्झना र सम्मान गरिन्छ । दिपावली गरिन्छ । गणतन्त्रको महत्त्वका बारेमा विचार गोष्ठी हुन्छन् । नेपालमा मात्र नभएर विदेशमा रहेका नेपालीहरूले समेत गणतन्त्र दिवस मनाउँछन्। गणतन्त्र दिवसका दिन सरकारले विदा पनि दिन्छ ।
My name is Akshita Bhattarai. I live in Nepal. My hometown is Baneshwor, Kathmandu. I am 9 years old. I study in grade 4 in Sifal School. There are six members in my family including myself. They are my parents, grandparents and my uncle. I also have a pet dog named Clip.

Roblox has likely been experienced by many of you in this generation. For those who have not played it yet, Roblox is a game platform where you can indulge in various types of games, including adventures, entertainment, and educational ones. In Roblox, you are not only able to play games but also personalise your avatar's appearance by changing outfits and hairstyles. While some clothing and hair options are free, others require the in-game currency known as Robux.
Personally, I am quite fond of adventure games. Among them, my favourite is "Pilot Training Flight Simulator." There are individuals with ill intentions present in the game. To address this, David Baszucki, the founder of Roblox, implemented a report button. This allows players to report issues where they can type the problem, and he can ban their account.
This game is meant for people aged 5 and older, but some younger kids still play it and learn things that aren't suitable. This is unsafe. To make sure players are old enough, there is a spot when you sign up where you have to put in your birthday. This game was made in 2006, but I started playing in 2017. I really like the game. It is fun and helps me learn. Sometimes there are hackers in the game, like one called Director Vivian. If that happens, it is important to quickly leave the game.

तिमीले सिकाइ हटायौ जीवनको अँधेरो ।
तिमी नै हौ मेरो जन्मदाता र भगवान्
सहनशील धर्ती भन्दा पनि छौ महान् ।
मछिन्द्रनाथ जात्रा लामो समयदेखि मनाउँदै आइएको जात्रा हो। यो जात्रा एक महिनासम्म मनाइन्छ । यस जात्रामा करिब ६० फुटको रथ बनाइन्छ । यस रथलाई विभिन्न फूल मालाले सजाइन्छ। मछिन्द्रनाथलाई बर्षाकी देवी मानिन्छ। रथ तानेको समयमा पानी पर्यो भने देवी खुसी भएको मानिन्छ । यो जात्रा मुख्य गरी नेवारी समुदायहरूले मनाउँछन् । मछिन्द्रनाथको रथले काठमाडाैँ उपत्यकाका मानिसहरूलाई राम्रो भाग्य दिन्छ भन्ने विश्वाश रहेकाे छ । मच्छिन्द्रनाथको रथ तान्दा धिमे, मुरली, जस्ता बाजाहरू पनि बजाइन्छ। रथ तान्दै गर्दा अरू मान्छेहरूले आआफ्नो छतबाट हेर्छन् र रथ तान्ने मान्छेहरूलाई पानी छ्याप्छन्। देवी देउतालाई खुसी पार्न लाखे नाच नाच्ने पनि गरिन्छ । यो एक महिने लामो जात्राको अन्तिम दिनमा भोटो जात्रा हुन्छ। यस दिन कुमारी , प्रदेश प्रमुख र विशिष्ट व्यक्तिहरूकाे उपस्थितिमा भोटो देखाइन्छ।
