रिस हाइपोथालामसलाई उत्तेजित गर्ने एमिग्डालाले गर्ने डरको प्रतिक्रियाजस्तै हो । थप रूपमा प्रिफ्रन्टल कोर्टेक्सका भागहरूले पनि क्रोधमा भूमिका खेल्न सक्छन् । मस्तिष्कको प्रिफ्रन्टल कोर्टेक्सका भागहरूले पनि क्रोध प्रतिक्रियाको नियमनमा योगदान दिन सक्छन् । मस्तिष्कको यस क्षेत्रमा क्षति भएका मानिसहरूलाई कहिलेकाहीँ उनीहरूका भावनाहरू, विशेष गरी क्रोध र आक्रामकता नियन्त्रण गर्न गाह्रो हुन्छ ।

वैज्ञानिक रूपमा रिसलाई यस रूपमा मानिन्छ र यो कुरामा असहमत हुन पनि मिल्दैन । राम्रोसँग व्यवस्थित रिस एक उपयोगी भावना हुन सक्छ, जसले तपाईंलाई सकारात्मक परिवर्तनहरू गर्न उत्प्रेरित गर्दछ । अर्कतर्फ रिस एक शक्तिशाली भावना हो र यदि यसलाई उचित रूपमा व्यवस्थापन गरिएन भने यसले तपाईं र तपाईंको नजिकका मानिसहरूका लागि विनाशकारी परिणामहरू पनि ल्याउन सक्छ । अनियन्त्रित क्रोधले तर्क, शारीरिक झगडा, शारीरिक दुर्व्यवहार, आक्रमण र आत्महानि निम्त्याउन सक्छ ।

रिसलाई व्यवस्थित रूपमा नियन्त्रण गर्न सकिएन भने याे हाम्रो ठुलो दुस्मन बन्न सक्छ । याे विश्वमा रिस गर्न धेरै कुराहरू छन्, जस्तैः कसैले कुरा मानेन भने रिसाउनु, कुनै काम बिग्रिएमा रिसाउनु, कसैसँग कुरा मिलेन भने रिसाउनु र यस्तै थुप्रै कारणहरूले हामीलाई रिस उठ्न सक्छ भने व्यवस्थित रिसले हामीलाई मद्दत पनि गर्न सक्छ । रिसले हामीलाई नकारात्मक भावनाहरू पोख्न मद्दत गर्छ र समस्याहरूको समाधान खोज्न उत्प्रेरित गर्छ । त्यसैले रिस भनेको हाम्रो साथी पनि बन्न सक्छ भने हाम्रो शत्रु पनि त्यसैले रिसलाई काबुमा राख्नु एकदमैै आवश्यक छ । स्वस्थ तरिकामा क्रोध व्यक्त गर्ने उपायहरू यी हुन्ः

यदि नियन्त्रणबाहिर महसुस गरेमा अस्थायी रूपमा स्थितिबाट टाढा जानुपर्छ, जबसम्म रिस हराउँदैन ।

• भावनालाई सामान्य र जीवनको अंशको रूपमा चिन्नु र स्विकार्नुपर्छ ।
• रिस उठ्नुका सही कारणहरू पत्ता लगाउने प्रयास गर्नुपर्छ ।
• एकचोटि तपाईंले समस्या पहिचान गरिसकेपछि परिस्थितिलाई कसरी समाधान गर्ने भनेर विभिन्न रणनीतिहरू लिएर आउने विचार गर्नुपर्छ ।
• केही शारीरिक कसरत गर्नुपर्छ, जस्तैः दौडका लागि जानु वा खेल खेल्नु ।
• सम्भव भएमा एक गिलास चिसो पानी पिउनु लाभदायक हुन्छ ।
• आफ्ना भावनाहरू विश्वाश गर्न लायक व्यक्तिसँग पोख्नुपर्छ ।

Inspiration feels like motivation about doing something, it also helps to grow. In this world, we are just inspired by doing something in life. The way people think is very different from others, like if someone wants to be a businessman they will be inspired by a businessman, if someone wants to be a bodybuilder he/she will be inspired by a bodybuilder who has given their life to achieve a feat in bodybuilding, they will look for hard work and dedication they did for winning or becoming the champion. We always dream about having a good life. This is also an inspiration because this motivates us to achieve it. 

Talking about today’s scenario, we all need some motivation to do something so that we can be better than our past. Inspiration is in one sense an abstract idea as it is not solely confined to one object or idea.Some people get inspiration from philosophies, books, and many others can be from movies, media, music, games, and many more. People get motivated and be an inspiration for someone. We need to be inspired by someone. By becoming inspired we can be even more creative and more successful.

We need to get inspired and have the power to do something and be someone who can set an example for others. To be an inspiration for someone we have to do something that can motivate them to achieve that feat. We need to be the same as a superhero or something like that. We might think that superheroes are real and we behave like them after watching, which can be also said as inspiration.

Lying passive in the heart

They make me feel alive.

Don't know when it began,

but I've lost all of them as it began.

It's like a foundation of life

as it makes us humans rather than robots.

It's like a inseparable thing

but disappears without us knowing.

If we don't understand it,

it makes life similar to death.

It's the most painful

but at the same time most enjoyable

it causes depressions,

but the same thing causes anxiety.

It seems pretty weird,

so I find it hard to understand emotions.

लिङ्ग भनेको जैविक रूपले फरक फरक मानिस अर्थात् पुरुष र महिलाबिचको भिन्नतालाई

परिभाषित गर्ने जैविक शब्द हो । जब हामी समलिङ्गी विवाहको बारेमा कुरा गर्छौं,

यसको मतलब याे समान लिङ्ग भएका दुई व्यक्तिहरूबिचको विवाह हो । समलिङ्गी विवाह दुई महिला वा दुई पुरुषबिच हुन सक्छ । हाल विश्वका २९ देशले मात्रै समलिङ्गी विवाहलाई

कानुनी मान्यता दिएका छन् ।

समलिङ्गी विवाह कुनै प्रचलन वा पश्चिमाको प्रभाव होइन । समलिङ्गीबिचको

आकर्षण पुरातन समयदेखि चलिआएकाे अवस्था देखिन्छ तर याे विषयमा खुला रूपमा छलफल गरिएको थिएन र यसलाई निषेधित कार्यका रूपमा लिइन्थ्यो । धेरै देशहरूमा समलिङ्गी आकर्षण र विवाहलाई अझै पनि वर्जित मानिन्छ र समलिङ्गी जोडीहरूले अझै पनि धेरै भेदभावको सामना गर्छन् । जनतामा चेतनाको कमी र समलिङ्गी सम्बन्धमा

जनताको पुरानो मान्यताका कारण यो भेदभाव अझै पनि हाम्रो देशमा छ ।

हाम्रो देश नेपालमा एलजिबिटिक्यु (LGBTQ) अधिकार भए पनि हाम्रो देशमा समलिङ्गी

विवाहलाई कानुनी मान्यता दिइएको छैन । समलिङ्गी विवाह अन्य विवाहभन्दा

फरक छैन । यसकाे पनि रीतिरिवाज र परम्परा विषमलिङ्गी विवाहकाे जस्तै हो । फरक यति मात्रै हो कि समलिङ्गी र विषमलिङ्गी विवाहप्रति मानिसहरूको मानसिकता । 

आफ्नाे इच्छाअनुसार विवाह गर्न पाउनु हरेक मानिसको मौलिक अधिकार हो । एलजिबिटिक्यु (LGBTQ) समुदायबाट यो अधिकार खोस्नु ठिक होइन । समलिङ्गी विवाहलाई कानुनी मान्यता दिनुपर्छ र समलिङ्गी जोडीलाई समान अधिकार दिनुपर्छ । आगामी पुस्तालाई उचित यौन शिक्षा र समलिङ्गी र एलजिबिटिक्यु (LGBTQ) समुदायजस्ता अन्य विषयहरूका बारेमा ज्ञान दिनुपर्छ । समलिङ्गी विवाह सामान्य हो र यस विषयमा मानिसहरूलाई उपेक्षा वा भेदभाव गर्नु हुँदैन ।

आमा यस्तो शब्द हो, जसले सबैलाई भावनाले भर्छ । आमा पक्कै पनि सबैको जीवनमा सबैभन्दा महत्त्वपूर्ण मानव हुन् । आफ्नो सन्तानका लागि आमाको माया पक्कै पनि केहीसँग तुलना गर्न सकिँदैन । उनको क्षमाको स्तर अतुलनीय छ । आमा कुनै पनि गल्ती क्षमा गर्न सक्षम हुन्छिन् । एउटी आमाले आफ्नो सन्तानका लागि आफ्नो सुख त्याग गर्छिन् । आमाले गरेजस्ताे आफ्ना सन्तानको हेरचाह अरू कसैले गर्न सक्दैन । एउटी आमा महान् हुन्छिन् र याे कुरामा थप व्याख्या आवश्यक छैन ।

आमाहरूले निश्चित रूपमा बच्चाको पालनपोषणमा धेरै महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका खेल्छन् । सबैभन्दा उल्लेखनीय कुरा के छ भने बच्चाको मनोवृत्ति निर्धारण गर्नमा आमाहरूले ठुलो भूमिका खेल्छन् । भविष्यमा बच्चा असल हुने कि खराब भन्ने कुरा आमामा भर पर्छ । आमाले सिकाएको नैतिक मूल्यमान्यताले सायद ठुलो भूमिका खेल्छ । व्यक्तिहरूले प्रायः बुढेसकालसम्म आमाको मूल्य सम्झन्छन् । तसर्थ समाजको कल्याणका लागि आमा जिम्मेवार हुन्छिन् । समाजको भविष्य मूल रूपमा आमाको शिक्षामा निर्भर हुन्छ ।

आमाहरूले आफ्ना बच्चाहरूसँग गहिरो सम्बन्ध बनाउँछन् । यो सम्बन्ध निश्चित रूपमा अरू कसैसँग मिल्न सक्दैन । बुबाहरू पनि बच्चाहरूसँग त्यस प्रकारको समझ स्थापित गर्न असफल हुन्छन् । यस सम्बन्धको उत्पत्ति बाल्यकालदेखि नै हुन्छ । सबैभन्दा उल्लेखनीय कुरा के हाे भने आमाले आफ्नो शिशुकाे कुरा सञ्चारबिना पनि बुझ्न सक्छिन् । यसले निश्चित रूपमा आमा र बच्चाको बिचमा बलियो भावनात्मक सम्बन्ध विकास गर्दछ । यो बन्धन वयस्क जीवनसम्म जाने देखिन्छ । एउटी आमाले हामीलाई भोक लाग्ने समय सधैँ बताउन सक्छिन् जस्तो लाग्छ । आमा छिन्, र त हामी छौँ, त्यसैले सबैले आमाको सम्मान गर्नुपर्छ र सबैले आमालाई माया गर्नुपर्छ । आमाको बारेमा जति बयान गरे पनि कम हुन्छ । उनले हाम्रा लागि गरेको दुःख हामीले कहिले बिर्सनु हुँदैन ।

When I had first heard the title of the book “The Alchemist”, I thought that it would be some kind of science fiction book with fantastical elements. The protagonist would be a scientist that would run experiments around in a lab. The lab would not have any windows. The source of light in the lab would be a single candle lit in the center of the room. The room would have constant dripping of chemicals from one vial to another. Most of the story and plot progression would take place inside the laboratory. That was what I thought when I first heard “The Alchemist”. I was completely wrong. That is not what happened in the book at all. Contrary to what I thought, the book and its story were not confined within a small, dingy laboratory. The book was about adventure and going on a journey to get what you wanted. The focus on the journey rather than the end makes this book special. The ending was also wrapped up nicely. The closure given to the characters was done nicely.

The book starts with the protagonist Santiago sleeping under a sycamore tree where he dreams of finding a treasure. Santiago is a shepherd that wanders around the plains of Andalusia raising his sheep. He travels around the plains with no place to call home. He often sleeps under the moons and stars. He became a shepherd because he liked traveling. He is curious to learn about many things and, to the surprise of those around him, literate. He goes around cities selling wool from his sheep. He liked a merchant’s daughter from a city where he went to sell wool some time back. When returning to the same city to sell wool, he goes to a Gypsy’s dream reading store where he is told that the dream is actually true and that he would find the treasure that he dreams of. As for the payment, the Gypsy asks for 10 percent of the treasure. While waiting to sell wool, Santiago meets a king and talks about omens as well as the fact that he knows where Santiago’s treasure is, Santiago decides to go and hunt for the treasure that might not exist. For payment, the king asks for 6 of Santiago’s sheep. The next day, Santiago sells all his sheep to gather money and gives the 6 sheep to the king. The king gives him two stones, Urim and Thummim.

The part of the story where the king and Santiago talk about each other. They talk about people’s destiny and its fulfillment. Many people have things that they want to do and goals they want to fulfill. Most people do not live up to their destinies of fulfilling their goals and rather live a normal life because of the inherent risk of fulfilling their destinies. There are many other things that they need to consider and not just their destinies. People have other things to take care of like the people around them, their parents, children and spouses. Going to fulfill their destinies is too much of a risk that many people are not willing to take. Santiago did not have much to lose and decided to go on the journey to find the treasure. 

On his journey, when Santiago crosses the sea to reach Africa, he loses all the money he had to someone and starts regretting leaving everything and coming to an unknown land to search for a treasure that may not even exist. In order to raise money to return, he goes to a crystal shop and starts working. He works in the crystal shop for nearly a year where he helps to grow the crystal shop’s business. When working in the crystal shop, he learns that the merchant is a Muslim and his greatest goal in life is to go to Mecca. He never went to Mecca even though he had the money to travel because that is the only thing that motivates him. Once he fulfills his goal, there is nothing to live for anymore. The merchant does not want to take any risks so he has not changed the ways of his shop once it started losing profits. Once Santiago starts working for the crystal merchant, he suggests the crystal merchant take some risks to help grow the business. They both learn about each other during the year when they work together to grow the crystal shop. By the end of the year, the crystal shop has a tea stand that serves tea in crystal cups and two additional workers. The crystal merchant is a symbol of the people that do not take risks of fulfilling their personal destinies. The life he leads is an example of the kind of emptiness that a person feels when they do not attempt to fulfill their destinies. The life led by the crystal merchant serves as a warning for Santiago later on in the story when Santiago has to leave the oasis in order to search for the treasure. Santiago almost does not leave the oasis because he already had his lover, Fatima, who he did not want to leave.  

The book has a lot of messages for the readers to apply. The book talks a lot about people’s personal destinies and the choices they make to lead their lives. The people that pursue their destinies and the people that do not pursue their destinies. The risks taken by the people that pursue their destinies are not always fruitful. More often than not, the people who take risks fail. And the people that do not take the risks of fulfilling their destinies live a secure life without many self-inflicted hardships.

This is a book I would recommend to anyone that asks. The messages given by the book as well as the story of the book is amazing. The book is also fairly short and easy to read. The interest that the book garners from the reader is strong and the book can easily be completed in a couple of hours. This is one of the best books I have read in recent times.

When the world was entering into a brand new year, as usual, everybody was thrilled to welcome the year 2020. However, the whole world was shocked and saddened that no one could have expected such an incident would occur. Instead of a happy and prosperous year, it was converted into a sad and dreadful year. It was Covid-19, the prime culprit which forced the entire globe in the standstill situation. This disease was spread so widely and rapidly due to which, almost all countries had to urge for lockdown. Everywhere there was death, infection, terror, panic and horror thus, this pandemic pushed people around the globe to stay in their homes due to fear of life threatening risk of this disease. Even though, in the midst of the chaos, fear and confusion, one sector was alive and functional. Information Technology (IT) is that sector which was playing a very important role in maintaining a sense of normality during these difficult circumstances. 

What is IT?

Information Technology (IT) was, is, and will be a vital tool for helping us every time. Before understanding the roles of IT, it is extremely essential to know about IT itself. Information Technology is a vast subject but in short it is the process of disseminating information using various technologies. The concept of IT first appeared in a 1958 article published in the Harvard Business Review. 

IT has gone through several breakthroughs and advancements over the years and it has infiltrated every part of our daily lives. Since it was introduced, it is making our lives smooth, easy and comfortable. Hence, nowadays, it is considered as one of the essential components for humankind, therefore it is included in every sector, where technology is imposed. Likewise, its importance was even more precisely recognized during the period of pandemic. Here are some major sectors that were benefited by IT during the spread of Covid-19. 

Healthcare System

During the period of Covid-19 pandemic, the healthcare system was almost in a collapsing situation. Every hospital across the globe was filled with seriously infected patients. It was almost impossible to visit hospitals or health centers for checkups to identify the symptoms of the disease. Due to the lockdown, it was very difficult to acquire medicines from pharmacies. Even so, many lives were saved by acquiring medical facilities and medicines by using online technologies. It was the IT sector, which played a vital role during the extremely difficult situation as well. The Healthcare sector was immensely benefited by the IT sector during that time. 

Dissemination of information

The IT sector has enabled people around the world to disseminate information promptly and conveniently. During the pandemic, it became so useful and beneficial to us. Thus, almost every country immensely utilized the IT sector to spread the news related to Covid-19. Information about scientific breakthroughs, preventive measures, and medications were frequently dispersed by using different mediums like websites and communication applications, which helped save the lives of millions of people. 

The World Health Organization (WHO) created websites to display updates and top stories regarding Covid-19. Globally governmental and non-governmental organizations were continuously involved in social media in an attempt to inform people about the latest updates and information about the pandemic. This quick response played a major role to increase public awareness about its effect, preventive measures and medication. This was made possible only by information technology. Hence, information technology played a vital role in the dissemination of information.

Education

Education plays a vital role in the development of an individual, society and the country. While numerous vital needs are being addressed, the most important factor that we need to keep in mind is education. However, during the pandemic, all educational institutions around the globe were forced to shut down.

Even though there was a negative impact of the deadly pandemic, the good news was it couldn't stop the field of education. Many schools, colleges, and universities around the world were running virtual classes. It was possible only due to the presence of the IT sector. This sector was used to create alternative ways of learning through digital technologies. By using different platforms it could successfully continue the flow of the education system. The students of all age groups highly benefited without any interruption. 

Business

Nowadays, the world of business finds itself relying heavily on IT for its smooth operation. When the virus began spreading rapidly, supply chains and human resources were heavily affected in a negative way. During the lockdown, the business sector was badly hampered, even multinational companies were badly affected. Likewise, the tourism sector also totally collapsed. However, somehow due to the presence of the IT sector, business could operate through e-commerce. As well as, the business sector took advantage by advertising their products on different websites to attract more online customers. It also provided an advantage to the consumers to purchase different goods and services through e-commerce. 

Connection: 

Since we were affected by the pandemic in a longer term, we lacked to consider something that affected us in a shorter term. Since we are social creatures, it is important for us to get connected with each other to those people who are very close towards us. As social isolations and quarantines continued for a longer period of time, many people found themselves devoid from human contact. However, it was extremely essential for staying in touch with friends and family for good mental health. 

While technology is depicted as a metaphor for the prevention of socialization, during the pandemic, we relied heavily on it in order to stay connected with people who are close to us. IT was the main sector that provided connection to us through different technologies, websites and applications. 

जीवन सङ्घर्षको यात्राभित्रकाे कथा हो । यहाँ हरेक व्यक्ति आफ्नो जीवनमा सफलता प्राप्त गर्न तत्पर रहन्छन् । संसारमा सबैजना सफल हुन चाहन्छन् तर केही मात्र सफल हुन्छन् । आफू सफल नहुनुमा भाग्यलाई पनि दोष दिने गर्छन् मानिसहरू तर सफल नहुनुमा भाग्यको कुनै भूमिका हुँदैन । श्रम गरेर सफलता कमाएका धेरै मानिसहरू छन् । तिनीहरूले आफूसामु आइपरेका बाधा र चुनौतीहरूकाे सामना गरेर सफलता हासिल गरेर, अनेक दुःखकष्ट सहेर सफलता प्राप्त गरेका पनि छन् । परिश्रमलाई आफ्नो जीवनमा उतार्याे भने जस्तोसुकै बाधा पनि पार गर्न सक्छौँ ।

आजको संसारमा सबैजना सफल हुन चाहन्छन् तर सफलता के हो ? सफलताको दृष्टिकोण व्यक्तिपिच्छे फरक हुन्छ । हामीभन्दा अघिका मानिसहरूको सफलतामा फरक दृष्टिकोण छ र हामीपछिका व्यक्तिहरूको सफलतामा पनि फरक दृष्टिकोण हुने छ । नेपालको सन्दर्भमा कुरा गर्ने हो भने पृथ्वीनारायण शाह, पासाङ ल्हामु शेर्पा आदिजस्ता व्यक्तिले कठिन परिश्रम गरी सफलता प्राप्त गरेका छन् । उद्देश्यका साथ कर्ममा जुटे हामीले पनि सफलता पाउन सक्छौँ अनि हाम्रो जीवन पनि सार्थक बन्छ ।

आजको संसारमा हरेक सानो उद्देश्य पूरा गर्न सिप र निरन्तर कडा परिश्रम चाहिन्छ । एउटा कुरा स्पष्ट छ कि दृढ सङ्कल्पले पहाडहरू सर्न सक्छन् । सबैभन्दा लामो यात्रा एक पाइलाबाट सुरु हुन्छ । त्यसपछि क्रमशः हामी अगाडि बढ्छौँ र इच्छित स्तरमा अगाडि बढ्छौँ तर यो अनुभूतिमात्र एक सफलताका लागि पर्याप्त छैन । धेरैजसो मानिसहरू सङ्घर्ष गर्छन् तर प्रयास गर्दा पनि उल्लेखनीय उपलब्धि पाउन सक्दैनन् । यसको एउटै कारण हो कि उनीहरू सही दिशामा लाग्दैनन् । हाम्रो समाजमा यो सामान्य चलन छ कि मानिसहरूले कुनै पनि प्रयास सुरु गर्न विज्ञको मार्गदर्शन खोज्दैनन् वा विशेषज्ञसँग सल्लाह लिँदैनन् । हामीले सधैँ ठोस योजनाका साथ सङ्घर्ष गर्नुपर्छ ।

इतिहासका सबै महापुरुषहरूले अथक प्रयासले आफ्नो महत्त्वाकाङ्क्षामा उत्कृष्टता हासिल गरेका थिए । मानिसहरूले आफ्नो सफलताको मूल्याङ्कन गर्न विभिन्न व्यक्तिहरूको प्रदर्शन तुलना गर्छन् तर सफलता भनेको अरूबाट नक्कल गर्न सक्ने कुरा होइन । सफलता हासिल गर्नका लागि तपाईंले आफ्नो बाटो आफैँ बनाउनुपर्छ । याे आधुनिक समयमा सफल व्यक्तिहरूको जीवनशैलीका कारण मानिसहरू सफलताप्रति मोहित भएका हुन् ।

संसारमा सफल हुने धेरै तरिकाहरू छन् । कडा परिश्रम, समर्पण र इच्छा सबैभन्दा आधारभूत कुरा हो । यदि तपाईंले सफलता शब्दको अर्थका लागि शब्दकोशमा हेर्नुभयो भने तपाईंले पत्ता लगाउनुहुने छ कि यसको अर्थ लक्ष्य वा लक्ष्यको उपलब्धि हो । त्यसोभए मूलतः जोकोहीले आफ्नो लक्ष्य वा लक्ष्य प्राप्त गरेर मात्र सफलता हासिल गर्न सक्छन् । सफलता मेहनतमा निर्भर गर्दछ । यसबिना तपाईं सफल हुन सक्नुहुन्न । कडा परिश्रम भनेको स्वस्थ शरीर, बलियो दिमाग, इच्छाशक्ति र सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण हुनु हो । सकारात्मक मानिसहरूसँग रहनुहोस्, सकारात्मक बानीहरू विकास गर्नुहोस् र शरीरका लागि मात्र होइन, दिमागका लागि पनि व्यायाम गर्नुहोस् ।

सङ्क्षेपमा हामी भन्न सक्छौँ कि सफलता एक बिउजस्तै हो, जसलाई जीवनका सबै तत्त्वहरूको सन्तुलित अनुपात चाहिन्छ र सफल हुनका लागि जीवनमा विभिन्न परिस्थितिहरूको सामना गर्नुपर्छ । अत: सफलता भनेको पूर्तिको अनुभूति हो, जुन तपाईंले आफ्नो लक्ष्य प्राप्त गर्दा महसुस गर्नुहुन्छ ।

ए, महत्त्वपूर्ण समय !

Science is ready to prove that nothing is impossible in this universe. And they are searching for new theories, new medicine, new experiments, and trying to give us a new life. But for that, Scientists are using animals for their experiments which is absolutely a bad idea. Humans and animals are both living creatures and there shouldn't be any difference in treating them as pain and fear are the qualities we both share.

The testing of products and experimental processes on animals is completely unnecessary because viable alternatives are available. There is no need to cause pain and suffering to innocent animals when sophisticated computer systems, mathematical models, human tissue and cell cultures, and more focused medical studies can also show us what happens to our bodies during disease. So, why do we only think of harming animals? Our scientific experiment violates the rights of an animal. We should know Humans and all animals don’t always react in the same way to a drug. If the experiment passes tests on animals and fails on humans then, what about those animals who sacrifice their life?

According to data collected by F. Barbara Orlans for her book, In the Name of Science: Issues in Responsible Animal Experimentation, sixty percent of  animals are used in testing biomedical research and product-safety testing. Animals feel the same pain and suffering that humans do. Researchers say, their responses to pain are virtually alike(both humans and animals scream, for example). However, many people believe that animal testing is justified because the animal's life is sacrificed to make products safer for human use and consumption, really? Experimental animals are virtually tortured to death, and all of these experiments are done in the interest and advantage of human welfare, without any thought to how the animals are treated. 

Recently, I heard the news that a pig’s heart was transplanted into a human and we humans are happy with that, stop it! If we just use animals for our benefit then, one day, there will be no animals in this universe. Why are people being more crucial day by day? Why are they not thinking about the animals’ lives? They don’t have the right to survive? They also have their family. They also feel pain but humans are just thinking about their life. Today is just about pigs, tomorrow will be other animals. Remember! Our ecosystem is a combination of both animals and humans. If we only think about humans, then animals’ lives will be in a danger zone. Still, some people think that animal testing is acceptable and satisfactory because animals are lower species than humans and therefore have no rights. These individuals feel that animals have no rights because they cannot understand and they think or knowingly exercise these kinds of activities where animals are treated badly for only human’s benefit . However, animal tests in medical research and cosmetics testing cannot be justified on the basis that they are lower on the evolutionary chart than humans since animals resemble humans in many things, and that doesn't mean we should use animals for our experiments.

In conclusion, animal testing should be eliminated because it violates animals' rights, it causes pain and suffering to the animals. They should be treated with full respect and dignity because we are also a type of animal.

Life is never easy. Everyday the wheel of life spins at different axes. Each axis presents us an unused perspective demanding an impeccable aim and leading us to a remarkable dream. As our life progresses, we are either left astound by miracles or dumbfounded by unexpected things. Life, enriched with mysteries and struggles, follows us as our shadow. The one who can pass by all the mysteries and withstand the struggles of life is categorized as a hero. 

Life is a struggle. Every struggle in our life has shaped us into the person who we are today. Without struggle, we can't get satisfaction of being who we are. Those who struggle can succeed and be the finest ones. Struggle is the secret of man's progress. Earlier human beings lived in jungles and caves. Life was not much different and better than the animals. But the human beings were not satisfied with their conditions. They had a strong determination to move forward and progress. Though the path to progress was difficult, they struggled against adversaries. 

After a long painful struggle, humans prospered. They invented tools, built houses and went to the moon. The achievements were achieved through humans' hard work and unending struggle. The fruits of the world are for those who work and work hard. Those who walk to reach their destination but those who stand and stare are left behind. This era is very competitive. Goal cannot be met until people work hard. Additionally, they must mind that there is no shortcut to success. But the misfortune is that we don't want to succeed as much as we want to be cool. We don't want to succeed as much as we want to sleep. But it's the fact that we can't be successful until we want it as we want to breathe. The world is not a pleasure resort. We are not on a pleasure trip. If we desire to be happy living here, then we must struggle. We all are going to face difficulties. So, it's all in your hand, how you want your life to be.

नेपालमा अहिले २ वटा प्रमुख राष्ट्रिय मुद्दा लगभग हरेक परिवारमा चर्चाको विषय बनेको छ । मलाई लाग्छ कि इन्टरनेट चलाउने सबैले मैले कुन विषयलाई उल्लेख गर्दै छु भन्ने अनुमान गर्न सक्नुभयो होला । सिधै बोल्दा म पल साह केस र एम. सी. सी. मुद्दाको बारेमा कुरा गर्दै छु, जुन हाल देशका प्रमुख समाचारहरू बनिरहेका छन् । म यो किन भइरहेको छ ? यो कहिले सुरु भयो ? जस्ता हामी सबैलाई थाहा भएका आधारभूत जानकारीतर्फ नगई आफ्नो विचार प्रस्तुत गर्ने छु ।

एमसीसीको निर्णय लिइरहँदा मीनभवन नजिकै के भएको थियो भन्ने कुरा हामी सबैले सुनेका छौँ । कस्तो दृश्य थियो ? आन्दोलनकारीहरू भित्र पस्न नपाउन् भनेर सशस्त्र प्रहरीले पहरा दिइरहेको थियो । आन्दोलनकारीहरू मीनभवन वरपर सडकमा भिडभाड गरिरहेका थिए । त्यहाँ सयौँ मानिस थिए, जो एम. सी. सी. कार्यान्वयन गर्ने निर्णयको विरुद्धमा लडिरहेका थिए । टिकटक, फेसबुक र युट्युबजस्ता सामाजिक सञ्जालमा अहिले पनि आन्दोलनको अवस्था कस्तो थियो भन्ने क्लिप र तस्बिरहरू छन् ।

सर्वप्रथम, म नेपाली नागरिकहरू उल्लेख गरिएका धाराहरू पढ्न जान्दैनन् भन्ने सोच्ने राजनीतिज्ञहरूको सोचबाट पूर्णतया छक्क परेको छु । सन् २०२२ सम्म ६७% को साक्षरता दर भएकाे अवस्थामा कुनै पनि संयोग छैन कि कसैले एम. सी. सी. द्वारा प्रदान गरिएका खण्ड र सर्तहरूमा कमी र त्रुटिहरू फेला पार्ने छैनन् । त्यसैले नेपाली नागरिकले गल्ती पत्ता लगाउन सक्छन् भन्ने थाहा हुँदा हुँदै पनि जानी जानी राजनीतिज्ञहरूले यस्तो गरेका हुन् भने मलाई लाग्छ नेपालको साक्षरता दरलाई परिमार्जन गर्ने बेला आएको छ किनभने राजनीतिज्ञहरूले सामान्य ज्ञान सिक्नका लागि विद्यालय जानुपर्छ भन्ने लाग्यो मलाई ।

दोस्रो, मलाई लाग्छ, एम. सी. सी. ले प्रदान गरिरहेको मद्दत हाम्रो देशका लागि नराम्रो छ भन्ने होइन, बरु यो छोटो अवधिको सोचमा फाइदाजनक छ तर म अझै पनि विश्वास गर्छु कि राजनीतिज्ञहरूले सम्भावित नतिजाहरूको बारेमा पुनर्विचार गर्न आवश्यक छ, अन्यथा कसलाई के थाहा हामी अर्को युक्रेन हुन सक्छौँ कि ?

अर्को कुरा म थप्न चाहन्छु, त्याे कुरा हाे, आन्दोलनकारीहरूमाथि सशस्त्र प्रहरीले गरेकाे गम्भीर दमनका बारेमा । त्यहाँ प्रहरीहरूले आफूलाई दिइएको शक्तिको दुरुपयोग गरिरहेका थिए र मानिसहरूलाई जनावरहरूजस्तै कुटपिट गर्ने र लात हान्ने काम गरिरहेका थिए । त्यो दृश्य देखेर म एकदमै विचलित भएँ । हो, उनीहरूलाई अवस्था नियन्त्रण गर्न भनिएको थियो तर के एउटै व्यक्तिलाई धेरै चोटि यसरी प्रहार गर्नु आवश्यक थियो कि उनीहरू गम्भीर घाइते हुनुपर्यो ?

तेस्रो, जनताहरू हाम्रो देशका लागि लडिरहेका बेला टिकटक डान्सको भिडियो बनाएर आन्दोलन गम्भीर कुरा होइन भन्ने सोच्ने आम जनताको आलोचना गर्न चाहन्छु । अनि भिडियो रेकर्ड गर्नेहरूकाे पनि आलाेचना गर्न चाहन्छु । यदि कसैलाई पिटेको भिडियाे रेकर्ड गर्नुको सट्टा उनीहरूलाई भाग्न मद्दत गर्न सक्थे भन्ने मलाई थाहा छ किनकि उनीहरूकाे सहयाेग प्राप्त भएकाे भए प्रहरीको कुटपिटबाट आन्दाेलनकारीहरू भाग्न सफल हुन सक्थे । तर यहाँ के भयो ? मानिसहरूले अरूको वास्ता गरेनन् । तिनीहरू केवल तथाकथित भाइरल भिडियोहरू बनाएर आफ्नो "बहादुरी" र धर्मको कामका लागि प्रसिद्ध र प्रशंसित भई जनतालाई देखाउने भिडियोहरू देखाएर आफ्नो फाइदाका लागि मात्र सोच्छन् । स्थितिको गम्भीरता नबुझेर जे पनि गर्न मिल्छ र ? 

अन्तमा, म ती "स्मार्ट" मानिसहरूको बारेमा कुरा गर्न चाहन्छु, जसले बम र विनाशकारी उपायहरू प्रयोग गरेर राजनीतिज्ञहरूलाई आफ्नो छनौटमा पुनर्विचार गर्न बाध्य तुल्याउनेबारे सोच्छन् । कुनै न कुनै उपायले काम गरेमा यसले सर्वसाधारणलाई के नोक्सान पुर्‍याउँछ भनेर उनीहरूलाई थाहा हुनुपर्छ । यदि तपाईं "जनताका लागि काम गर्दै” हुनुहुन्छ भने सबैभन्दा पहिले "जनताका लागि सोच्नुहोस् ।" "यो सोच्न आवश्यक छैन ।" भन्ने नसोच्नुहोस् किनकि तपाईंहरूले लिने कदमहरू सम्पूर्ण देशको स्थिरताका लागि अत्यन्त हानिकारक छन् ।

अब हामीले के गर्न सक्छौँ भने पछि हट्ने र आशा राख्ने कि सरकारले लिएको निर्णय देशका लागि हानिकारक छैन किनभने अहिलेसम्म जे निर्णय लिइएको छ, त्यो अपरिवर्तनीय छ ।
