But unlike many other superstitions, the Japanese one isn’t limited to couples or a single person that one is destined to find. It speaks of a branched structure that emerges from the finger and extends towards all those with whom we will make history or help them in one way or another. The myth of the red thread is to understand that the meeting of each person in our life is predetermined and holds a place in our life with a lesson to be taught; the story we crisscross with others is neither triumph nor accident, but those are the parts of a scarlet thread we are given when we are born and that we nit ourselves.
According to Chinese legend, the deity in charge of "the red thread" is believed to be Yuè Xià Lorén, often abbreviated to Yuè Lo, the old lunar matchmaker god, who is in charge of marriages. In the original Chinese myth, it is tied around both parties' ankles, while in Japanese culture, it is bound from a male's thumb to a female's little finger. Although it is common in both of these cultures to depict the thread being tied around the fingers, particularly the little finger. The color red in Chinese culture shows happiness, and it is also prominently featured during Chinese weddings.
One story featuring the "red thread of fate" involves a girl who has a crush on a boy and decides to declare her love for him. Unfortunately, the boy rejects her and makes fun of her. The girl runs off to a fountain where she meets Yue Lao, who tells her they are soul mates. The girl is still fuming and runs off. When the girl becomes a lady, she meets a young man who seems very charming and, in other words, familiar to her. She then asks the man for his name, and he says the name of the young boy. The lady doesn't seem to notice, and then on their special day, he tells her that a girl liked him, but he was foolish and mocked her for it; he then exclaims that the girl had the same name as her.Realizing who he was, she admits she was the girl, and he eventually apologizes.

The Hubble telescope is only able to see light in the visible spectrum, which means it has a limited amount of information it can get about these oldest galaxies. But with Webb, we finally have a chance to observe them. After a successful launch of NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope on Dec. 25 and the completion of two mid-course correction maneuvers, the Webb team has analyzed its initial trajectory and determined the observatory should have enough propellant to allow support of science operations in orbit for significantly longer than a 10-year science lifetime. When Galileo raised his telescope to the sky and looked at the craters on the moon, he was acting on an almost instinctive human curiosity that has accompanied us since the dawn of time. More than 400 years later, the same curiosity brings us even closer to our cosmic background. Earth is only a small stage in the cosmic arena, and with the dawn of a new era of space exploration, we know this more than ever. There is no doubt that in the coming years, Webb will bring the universe even closer to us and help us learn more about the reality of our cosmic existence.

नेपाली संस्कृतिमा विविधता छ । याे देश नेपालमा विभिन्न जातजातिका मानिसहरू बसाेबास गर्छन् । समाजिक साँस्कृतिक हिसाबले फरक भए तापनि विविधतामा एकता नै हाम्राे पहिचान हाे । यहाँ विभिन्न संस्कृतिहरू रहेका छन् । विविध संस्कृतिहरूमध्ये नेवारी संस्कृति एक हो । नेवारी संस्कृतिभित्र पनि धेरै विभिन्न कुराहरू छन् । तीमध्ये गुफा पनि एक हाे ।
नेवारी परम्पराअनुसार केटीहरू तीन पल्ट विवाह गर्छन् । पहिलो जसमा बेलसँग विवाह गरिन्छ । यसलाई बेल विवाह पनि भनिन्छ । यसम लगभग ६ देखि ९ वर्षको उमेरको बाल बालिकाको विवाह बेलसँग हुन्छ । दोस्रो नेवारी भाषामा बारा अर्थात् नेपालीमा गुफा राख्ने जसलाई सूर्यदर्शन पनि भनिन्छ । यसमा सूर्यसँग विवाह गरिन्छ । लगभग बेल विवाहपछि गरिन्छ । यी दुवै बालिकाहरूको रजोधर्म हुनभन्दा अगाडि गरिन्छ । तेस्रो विवाह चाहिँ लोग्ने मान्छेसँग / केटासँग गरिन्छ ।
गुफा लगभग १२ दिनसम्म राखिन्छ । यसमा केटीलाई सूर्य भगवान्सँग विवाह गराइन्छ । यसको नाम जस्तै गुफामा केटीलाई अँध्यारो कोठामा राखेको हुन्छ । केटीहरूलाई सूर्य र पुरुषहरू हेर्न अनुमति हुँदैन र ऐनामा पनि हेर्न पनि हेर्न हुँदैन । पहिलो ६ दिनसम्म नुन नखुवाई बन्द कोठामा राख्ने गरिन्छ । गुफा बसेको बालिकाले आफूले केही कुरा खानुभन्दा पहिले बाह्रा ख्यालाई चढाउनु पर्ने हुन्छ ।
गुफा राखेको बेला "कों" (पाउडर) जुन चाहिँ सुन्तलाको बोक्राबाट बनाएको कुरा हो जुन सबै महिलाहरूले आफनो मुहार सुन्दर र सफा बनाउन प्रयोग गर्ने गर्छन् । १२ औँ दिनमा गुफा बस्ने बालिकालाई राम्ररी श्रृङ्गार गरेर घाममा घरका महिलाहरू मिलेर बाहिर निकाल्ने गरिन्छ । त्यसपछि बुज गरिन्छ र सूर्य भगवान्सँग विवाह हुन्छ ।
मेरो आफ्नै गुफा म कक्षा ५ हुँदा राखेको थियो । मसँगै मेरी बहिनीको पनि गुफा राखेको थियो । मेरो गुफा चाही ६ दिनसम्म मात्र राखेर त्यसपछि निकालियाे । गुफा राख्दा एकदम रमाइलो भयो । मेरी बहिनी भएकाले होला अझै रमाइलो भयो । हाम्रो गुफामा एउटा कुटिनी बुढीको चित्र पनि राखेको थियो । गुफामा सबै जना आएर रमाइलो भयो र हामीहरू मज्जाले नाच गान गरी रमाइलो गर्यैँ । बहिनीका साथीहरू पनि रमाइलो गरे । गुफा निकाल्ने दिन पनि रमाइलो भएकाे थियो । यसैगरी म र मेरी बहिनीको गुफा राखियो।
नेपालको मुख्य आर्थिक स्रोत भनेकाे विदेशी मुद्रा र पर्यटन उद्योग हो । नेपाल पर्यटनका लागि विश्वकै उत्कृष्ट मुलुकमध्ये एक हाे । संसारका दश उच्चतम हिमाल नेपालमा छ । नेपाल पर्वतारोहीहरू प्रमुख गन्तव्यस्थल हो । विविध धार्मिक स्थलहरू, मानिसहरू र सांस्कृतिक भौगोलिक तथा वातवरणीय विविधता नेपालका महत्त्वपूर्ण आकर्षणहरू हुन । सर एडमण्ड हिलारी र तेन्जिङ नाेर्गे शेर्पाले सन् १९५३ मा पहिलो पटक सगरमाथा आरोहण गरेका थिए । नेपालको पर्यटन इतिहास त्यतिबेलादेखि नै सुरू भएको थियो । नेपालमा बेला बेलामा हुने राजनीतिक अस्थिरताले पर्यटनमा केही बाधा पुग्ने गरेकाे छ । राजनीतिक स्थिरता भएको ठाउँमा विकास एवं शान्ति हुन्छ । पर्यटनका लागि त्यो अनुकूल वातावरण हुन जान हुन्छ । अहिले विश्वव्यापी रूपमा पर्यटन व्यवसाय फैलिएको छ । कुनै पनि देशकाे राजनीति राम्राे भएन भने पर्यटन व्यवसाय फस्टाउन सक्दैन । विश्वव्यापी रूपमा फैलिएकाे काेराेना कहरका कारण थलिएकाे पर्यटन व्यवसाय अहिले बिस्तारै चलायमान हुन थालेकाे छ ।
जबसम्म पर्यटन व्यवसाय फस्टाउन सक्दैन तबसम्म नेपाली अर्थतन्त्र बलियाे हुन सक्दैन । सरकारले पर्यटन योजना तर्जुमा गरी यसकाे विकास र बिस्तार गर्नुपर्छ । मुलुकको पर्यटन प्रवर्द्धन र विकासका लागि सञ्चार माध्यमको पनि उल्लेखनीय भूमिका रहेको हुन्छ । जति धेरै प्रचारप्रसार गर्न सक्यो त्यति नै पर्यटकलाई आकर्षित गरी स्वदेशमा भित्र्याउन सकिन्छ । त्यसका लागि सञ्चार माध्यमले पनि विशेष भूमिका निर्वाह गर्न सक्छ । हाल संसारभरिकै लागि पर्यटन उद्योग सबैभन्दा ठुलो व्यवसायका रूपमा परिणत भइसकेको छ । पर्यटनको महत्त्वका कारण अहिले नेपालजस्ताे पुरातात्विक, ऐतिहासिक र सांस्कृतिक महत्त्व बाेकेकाे देशका लागि यसकाे महत्त्व झनै बढी छ । यसले धार्मिक सहिष्णुता र प्रचार–प्रसारमा सकारात्मक भूमिका निर्वाह गरेको छ ।
नेपालमा भएका उत्कृष्ट, अतुलनीय र विश्व प्रसिद्ध पर्यटकीय सम्पदाहरू, तीर्थस्थलहरू, सामाजिक, सांस्कृतिक, धार्मिक एवंम् जातीय, विविधताहरू, अनेकतामा एकता लगायतका अन्य थुप्रै साहसिक गतिविधिका सम्भावनाहरू छन् । आर्थिक सम्वृद्धिको विकास हासिल गर्नमा पर्यटन उद्योगले महत्त्वपूर्ण योगदान गर्न सक्छ ।

मानिस प्रकृतिको सबैभन्दा सुन्दर रचना हो । वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोणले हेर्ने हो भने मानिसको शरीरको संरचना निकै जटिल छ । हेर्दा सामान्य देखिने मानिसको शरीर बडो अचम्मको छ । मानिसको शरीरमा हानिकारक कीटाणुसँग लड्ने क्षमता हुन्छ | यो प्रकृतिको वरदान र सिर्जना मानिसको कल्पनाभन्दा बाहिर हुन्छ । मानिसको शरीरमा कुनै घाउ वा चोटपटक लागेमा हाम्रो शरीरमा भएको प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली शरीर जोगाउनातिर लाग्छ । यस्तो जटिलता बोकेको शरीर पनि दुर्घटना र रोगहरूबाट मुक्त हुन भने सक्दैन । त्यसैले शरीरको राम्रो हेरचाह गर्न जरूरी छ ।
धेरै मानिसहरूमा शारीरिक रोगसँग बाँच्नका लागि चेतना भए पनि मानसिक रोगहरूबाट बच्नका लागि चेतना कमै हुन्छ वा हुँदैनभन्दा पनि हुन्छ । मानिसको शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य जति महत्त्वपूर्ण हुन्छ मानसिक स्वास्थ्य पनि त्यतिकै महत्त्वपूर्ण हुनुपर्छ । मानसिक स्वाथ्य राम्रो भए मात्रै शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य पनि राम्रो हुन्छ । अधिकांश हामी नेपालीले यो कुरामा ध्यान दिएको पाइँदैन । विशेष गरी युवा र किशोर किशोरीहरू मानसिक स्वास्थ्यको सिकार भएका र हुने गरेको कुरा विभिन्न अध्ययन अनुसन्धानहरूले देखाएका छन् । यो भनेको मानसिक चेतनाको कमी हो । मानिसका हरेक सोच विचार व्यवहार राम्रो हुनका लागि मानसिक स्वास्थ्य स्वस्थ हुनुपर्छ । मानसिक स्वास्थ्य सबल छ भने मात्रै मानिसका हरेक कार्यहरू राम्रा हुन्छन् । त्यसैले मानसिक रोगहरूबाट बच्नुपर्छ । चिन्ता, डिप्रेसन, एन्जाइन्टी, अनिद्राजस्ता समस्याहरू मानसिक स्वास्थ्यका लक्षणहरू हुन् । यी समस्याहरूबाट बच्नका लागि मानिसमा चेतना हुनु जरूरी छ ।
हामीले हाम्रो मन मस्तिष्क स्वस्थ राख्नको लागि हाम्रो जीवनशैली लगायत अन्य कुराहरूमा परिवर्तन गर्नु जरूरी छ । शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य जस्तै महत्त्वपूर्ण भएको मानसिक स्वास्थ्यमा पनि हामीले खेलवाड गर्नु
हुँदैन । एकल परिवार र व्यस्त जीवनशैलीका कारण मानिसमा देखिने यस्ता समस्यालाई हल गर्न थोरै भए पनि समय निकालेर परिवारसँग समय बिताउने, साथीहरूसँग बेला बेलामा मनोरञ्जन गर्ने, बेला बेलामा नयाँ नयाँ ठाउँमा घुम्न जाने, समयमै सुत्ने उठ्ने र समयमै खाने आदि कुराहरूमा ध्यान दिनुपर्छ ।
