विज्ञानको खोजलाई वैज्ञानिक खोज भनिन्छ । विभिन्न क्षेत्रहरूमा वैज्ञानिक आविष्कारका धेरै माध्यमहरू व्यापक रूपमा प्रयोग गरिन्छ । हामी तिनीहरूलाई विभिन्न उद्देश्यका लागि प्रयोग गर्छौँ । र  हामी मानिसहरूले हाम्रो दैनिक जीवनमा तिनीहरूलाई प्रयोग गर्छाैँ । हामी बिहान उठेदेखि नसुतेसम्म सम्मवैज्ञानिक आविष्कारका विभिन्न उपकरणकाे प्रयोग  गर्छाैँ । मानव जीवनमा वैज्ञानिक आविष्कारहरूले राम्रो र नराम्रो दुवै खाले प्रभाव पारेका छन् ।

यदि हामीले वैज्ञानिक उपकरणहरूलाई राम्ररी प्रयोग गरेमा निश्चित रूपमा हामीलाई तिनीहरूबाट धेरै फाइदा हुन्छ । हामीले विभिन्न वैज्ञानिक आविष्कारहरूको माध्यमबाट कुनै पनि काम सहज र राम्रोसँग गर्न सकेका छाैँ, जस्तै: हामीले पढेको अनलाइन कक्षा, अनलाइन कक्षा पढ्नको लागि चाहिएका उपकरणहरू सबै वैज्ञानिक आविष्कारहरू नै हुन् । वैज्ञानिक आविष्कारहरूको दुरूपयोग भएमा त्यसको दुरूपयोगले  विनाश निम्त्याउँछ । जस्तै: हामीले धेरैबेर मोबाइल चलायाैँ भने हाम्राे आँखा पाेल्ने, दुख्ने समस्या हुन्छ ।

वर्तमान समय मानव विकास विज्ञान र प्रविधिमा निर्भर छ । यदि वैज्ञानिक आविष्कारका साधनहरू सही रूपमा प्रयोग गरियो भने, तिनीहरूले हामीलाई राम्रो नतिजाहरू प्रदान गर्छन् र यदि तिनीहरू दुरूपयोग हुन्छन् भने, तिनीहरूले हामीलाई विनाश र खराब प्रभावहरू प्रदान गर्छन् । तसर्थ मानव सभ्यताको समृद्धिका लागि यिनको उचित सदुपयोग गर्नुपर्छ । मानव समाजको लागि वैज्ञानिक उपकरणको ज्यादै आवश्यकता पर्दछ वैज्ञानिक उपकरणविना मानव जीवन सहज र सरल हुन सक्दैन ।
वैज्ञानिक उपकरणहरूले  मानिसका हरेक कार्यलाई सहज र सरल बनाएकै कारण आज मानिस नयाँ नयाँ उपकरणकाे खाेजीमा लागिरहेका छन् । मानिसकाे जन्म, उपचारदेखि लिएर मानिसका  हरेक काममा यसले गर्ने सहयाेग साच्चीकै प्रशंसनीय नै छ । जुन आज मानिसका आवश्यकता नै बनेका छन् ।

The movie, “1 Litre of Tears’’ is a Fuji Television’s production drama from 2005, based on the true story of Aya, a 15-year-old girl who died at the age of 25 from a degenerative disease. The script is based on Aya's diary, which she continued to write until she could not handle a pen any longer. In 1986, a collection of her journal entries was released, reflecting her experiences, enthusiasm, and perseverance in life, and the book became an instant hit. This film is beautiful, tragic, and optimistic all at the same time; the girl never gave up despite the fact that her sickness was incurable. It is also the story of a mother who does everything in her power to care for her daughter. The story illustrates how painful love could be. 
This movie gives us a perception of a realistic side of the society in which the disabled become a barrier to social advancement. People were influenced by Aya's diaries. A Litre of Tears is a film that delivers a life lesson.
Aya (Asae Onishi), a middle school student, falls to the ground one day on her way to school. Spinocerebellar degeneration is a rare and incurable neurological disease, according to experts. Aya's condition worsens when she enters high school, and physical activities become more difficult. Despite being forced to attend a special boarding school, she finds hope and happiness through her new friends and family.

Every second passed: tick-tock, tick-tock … the sound of the grandfather clock in the corner of the living room seemed to grow tremendously louder, as did the sound of Maria’s husband taking long, slow sips of whiskey; he sunk comfortably into the voluminous armchair with his reading glasses just above the bridge of his nose as he flicked through the newspaper. The plain white linen curtains behind him were drawn closed; it was just the dim floor lamp beside him that was still lightening the room. 
    James, their son, was hunched over the end of a low wooden table, sitting on the ground in the space between where his parents sat on opposite sofas. He kept on scribbling carelessly in his sketchbook but occasionally looked up at the incessant tapping of his mother’s feet against the floor. Her pearl necklace was tight against her neck, heaving up and down with every ragged breath she took. She had her hair in a neat bun, and her red apron on, covering the polka dotted pattern of her quilted dress. 

Tap. Tap. Tap.  

“Would you stop that?” snapped Jim, eyes briefly lifting from his newspaper to give his wife an accusing stare. This was his time of relaxation, the top buttons of his pristine white shirt unbuttoned and his tie loosened- having only to just come back from work. 
      Maria’s feet froze. She was now intrigued by her son and the number of color pencils and crayons sprawled out across the table. Then, she stared at the white curtains, devoid of any marks or dust. She looked at the fresh, red roses in glass vases on the side-tables of both ends of her sofa. The rug on which James sat was spotlessly clean, as was the wooden floor: her day’s work. 
    She sat upright and rigid on the sofa, her mind racing- how was she ever going to bring this up? It wasn’t ideal for her to find her seven-year-old son digging through the fridge, pulling out a bottle of beer and when noticing her incredulous gaze, smiling innocently, “Dad said I could have some.” It only now made sense to Maria. With the sound of whiskey pouring into his father’s flask within seconds of it being empty and the dainty crystalline wineglass a permanent fixture in his mother’s hands, it was inevitable that James would have a yearning curiosity for alcohol. 
     She could even recall an uncle offering more than an innocent sip to James, or an aunt asking him to fetch a bottle of wine from the cellar. And now, she was left here, wondering, ‘How could I have been so foolish?’  
      Maria’s gaze now fleeted to her husband, speaking up just as he turned over a page of the newspaper, “Darling…?” Jim didn’t speak a word, but looked up. Maria continued, “I had something to talk to you about. This afternoon… I found James with a bottle of beer. Claimed that you told him you could have some,” she nervously chuckled, “It’s not true, is it?”
           Jim nodded, his eyes averting back to his newspaper, “It is.” 
“It’s just… he’s a child. You shouldn’t be giving him permissi-”
         Jim cut her off, “Maria, I don’t have the patience for this. I’ve had a long day of work. I don’t expect you would understand.” 
Maria went quiet, but after a few moments, spoke again, “But you shouldn’t do tha-” Jim folded the newspaper, putting it down on his lap, “How about you make yourself useful? I’m sure there’s work to be done in the kitchen.” 
      Maria, flustered and nervous, stood up, and straightened out her apron and knee-length dress. “You’re right,” she nodded, “Would you like dinner, perhaps?”
“Yes, steak, mashed potato-”
       James looked up, glancing between his mother and father before interrupting, “Mummy? Do you want to see my drawing? I drew you!” He sat down with a red-colored pencil, holding up his sketchbook. Maria smiled, but politely declined, “Not now, sweetie. Your father’s speaking.” 
       James nodded, stared down at his artwork and just as his father was about to continue his list of suggestions, he asked again, “How about now? Can you look at my artwork now?” Jim stared at him, sternly commanding, "James! Be quiet. Your mother and I are talking.” James ignored his father, pleading to his mother, "Mummy! Please!" Without as much as sparing a glance to James’ artwork, Maria smiled in faux surprise, "Wow, James! That's incredible!"
  James persisted, "You didn't even look at it! Mummy, please!” Fists clenched and his veins protruding against his neck, Jim stood up from his seat, sending the newspaper flying to the ground. His harsh footsteps echoed throughout the room as he neared James. He towered over his son, grabbing the small boy’s neck tightly. He yanked James up from the floor and grabbed harshly at his neck. 
  Ignoring Maria’s cries of "Jim! Jim, let him go!" he seethed, "Do you have any manners? What is wrong with you, you insolent brat?" Jim’s teeth were barred as he continued the assault on his son – cold and calloused hands, capable of such unsightly violence. Maria’s cries were drowned out completely. James had fought and tried to pry away his father’s hand but Jim persisted.
     It wasn’t until Maria grabbed the vase from the side-table to her left, that James held the upper hand. She needed to do something, anything. Within seconds, she had crept behind her husband, and without as much as a second thought, she swung the glass vase to the back of her husband’s head. Jim collapsed on the ground with a loud thud. Although the vase remained intact, the rose petals fell out gracefully, gathering on the floor where his body laid motionless. 
    Although he laid peacefully, Maria knew that the second he regained consciousness, she would be in his cold and aggressive hands. She could already envision the new purple marks that would blossom over her legs and ribs the next morning. She could feel his hand coming down on her face and body, the searing pain spreading throughout her body. His knuckles came down to meet her jawline. Squirming under his grasp, and maybe, just maybe, she could leave someday. But she had a son to take care of– a blond headed, blue-eyed giggly boy. For now, her mind replayed that one moment over and over again. The violence of the crash, the impact she had made as she swung the vase in the air and towards his head - boom!  
  That was enough for her.

मेरो विचारमा मानिस आफैँ यसकाे मुख्य समस्या हो ।  मानिसहरूले यसलाई गम्भीरतापूर्वक लिएका छैनन् र यसलाई मजाकको रूपमा सोचिरहेका छन्, मानिसहरूले भावी पुस्ताका लागि ठाेस कदम चाल्न थाल्नुपर्छ । हामी नागरिक मात्र नभएर, सरकार पनि यस्ता कुरामा गम्भीर भएर लाग्नुपर्छ । हामीले पनि कोठाबाट बाहिर निस्कँदा बत्ती निभाउने, पानी कम प्रयोग गर्ने जस्ता सानातिना काम गरेर पनि पृथ्वी बचाउन थाल्नुपर्छ ।  त्यसैले हामीसँग अझै पनि समय र आशा छ यस पृथ्वीलाई बचाउन हामी सबै  मानिस र सरकार एकजुट भएर सावधानी अपनाउनुपर्छ ।  हामी सबैलाई थाहा छ कि अहिले रुस र युक्रेनबिच युद्ध चलिरहेको छ, हामीले यसलाई रोक्न दुवै देशको सरकारले पृथ्वीको अवस्थालाई बुझ्न र होसियारीसाथ सोच्नुपर्दछ किनकि विश्वव्यापी तापमान वृद्धि हुनुमा युद्ध कारण बन्छ ।

The northern lights, or the aurora borealis, are beautiful dancing waves of light
that have captivated people for millennia. But for all its beauty, this spectacular
light show is a rather violent event.The following image shows the phenomenon:

The northern lights are atmospheric phenomena that are regarded as the Holy
Grail of skywatching.

How does it happen?
Huge clouds of electrically charged particles are released by solar storms on the
surface of our star. Some of these particles may eventually collide with the Earth
after traveling millions of miles.

The majority of these particles are diverted, but some are caught in the magnetic
field of the Earth and these accelerate towards the north and south poles and into the
atmosphere. The magnetic poles are where aurora activity is concentrated because
of this.

Astronomer Tom Kerss of the Royal Observatory explains that when these
particles collide with atoms and molecules in the atmosphere of earth, they
effectively heat them up.

Difference in colours: 
Different atoms found in the atmosphere of earth, such as oxygen and nitrogen are what give the Northern Lights their vibrant colours. At various atmospheric levels, these atoms are energized. Green is the Northern Lights' most frequent colour. When millions of oxygen atoms in the Earth’s atmosphere are simultaneously struck by the solar wind, the oxygen atoms are briefly excited before returning to their original state and emitting the green colour that is visible from the ground.

Oxygen atoms are also responsible for the occasional red light we see. These particles are high up in the atmosphere and are subject to a lower energy red light emission. The colour red is always there, but we don’t always see it because our eyes are five times less sensitive to red light than green.

Most of the earth's atmosphere is composed of nitrogen. Particles from the solar wind have to hit much harder to excite the nitrogen atoms. As nitrogen atoms begin to decompose, they emit violet lights. This is a rare colour and usually only occurs especially during active viewing.

Where does this happen?
When the electron solar wind reaches a planet, it first encounters the earth's magnetic field; this magnetic field deflects electrons. This deflection causes the electrons to move around the planet and strike near the polar regions where the magnetic field is the weakest. This is how daytime
auroras occur when electrons collide with the magnetic field facing the sun and are
deflected towards the poles.

But the solar wind doesn’t stop when it first hits the planet. It continues to move away from the sun to the other side of the earth, reaching the other side of our magnetic field; when they collide with the backside of the earth's magnetic field, the electrons are drawn towards the poles again, creating nighttime auroras.

भारतीय शास्त्रीय सङ्गीत विशेष र भिन्न खालकाे छ । हिन्दु धर्मका वैदिक ग्रन्थहरूमा यसको उल्लेखले यो सङ्गीतलाई थप पवित्र बनाएकाे छ । भारतीय शास्त्रीय सङ्गीतका अनेक विशेषताहरूमध्ये राग भारतीय सङ्गीतको केन्द्र बिन्दु हो । मेलोडिक मोडहरू जहाँ साङ्गीतिक स्वरहरू पूर्वनिर्धारित ढाँचाहरूमा गरिएका छन् । विभिन्न रागहरूमा स्वरहरूको विभिन्न संयोजनहरू प्रयोग गरिन्छ । यहाँ परिमार्जन र रचनात्मकताको ढोका सदा खुलै हुन्छ । प्रत्येक राग वा रागिनी एक विशिष्ट भावना वा मनोवृत्तिसँग जोडिएको हुन्छ, जुन प्रकृतिले मानिसहरूमा नयाँ र आनन्दकाे महसुस गराउँछ । ऋतुमा आधारित केही रागहरू छन्, वसन्त र बहरा, गौड मल्हार र मियाँ मल्हार ।  ऋतुसँगै दिन र रात मिलेर २४ घण्टे समयसँग पनि जोडिएको छ । दिन वा रातको समय र राग वा रागिनीहरू बिचको यो सम्बन्ध हाम्रो आफ्नै शरीर र दिमागमा हुने परिवर्तनहरूको दैनिक चक्रमा आधारित छ । भारतीय शास्त्रीय सङ्गीतमा, रागहरूले विशिष्ट भावनाहरू जगाएका  छन् । जसले गर्दा भारतीय शास्त्रीय सङ्गीत विश्वकै अनुपम बनेकाे छ । विभिन्न देव देवीका स्तुति र नृत्य मनमाेहक छन् । यी रागहरूले मनलाई प्रफुल्ल पार्ने गरेका छन् ।  
हाम्रो सभ्यता कति महान् थियो र छ पनि । हिन्दुस्तानी शास्त्रीयसङ्गीत पूर्वेली संस्कृतिअन्तर्गत दक्षिण एसियाकै प्रतिनिधित्व गर्ने शास्त्रीयसङ्गीत हो । नेपालमा पनि शास्त्रीय सङ्गीत शताब्दियौँदेखि चलिआएकाे हाे । पुस्तौँदेखि चलिआएको हिसाबले हामी यसलाई हाम्रो देशको पनि कला सम्पदाको रूपमा पनि लिन्छौँ ।

First and foremost, there are countless hours of enjoyable, age-appropriate, and free content available for kids. Another fantastic source for self-taught skills is YouTube. You may learn how to cook, work out, fix things around the house, craft, dance, and more using the website's countless how-to and educational resources. On YouTube, educational and learning-related content receives 500 million daily views, and one million learning videos are shared every day. The engaging aspect of the educational information available on YouTube is one of its strengths.
I want to also talk about how the majority of the youngsters think about becoming "YouTubers" as a career when they grow up. I'm not saying it's a bad thing; I don't mean to disencourage anyone regarding that, but an unnecessary amount of youngsters think becoming a YouTuber is a very easy and common thing to do. Even though there are millions of successful people who have pursued their full-time jobs as youtubers, I look up to many of them as they are amazing people, and the inspiration they provide doesn't only include me but also millions of others. This instills in the younger generation of kids and teens the belief that anyone can succeed on YouTube, and they are already convinced that they, too, want to pursue future careers as YouTubers. While many people might really have true passion and desire for it and even put up with the hard work that all the other successful creators have put in, it's not true for all of them. especially the very young kids of our generation. They have access to things like the internet and devices from a very young age, and due to this, they already have knowledge about many more modern things than we could ever have at our age. I'm not saying that we ourselves are mature enough to be known as adults, but the difference can definitely be seen in the development gap and the generation gap itself.
Though we're exposed to countless videos, there's no assurance that the information handed out on the channel is true. There's no assurance that the person who's tutoring in the videotape is an expert. It also doesn't ensure that you'll get a grasp on what's conveyed to you through the media. Some things are better learned at the training center than from a YouTube channel. This goes along with learning exercises or yoga. You don't know if the person who's tutoring you is an expert or not in that field. Any misinformation or bad conduct can lead to health issues later. People are spending more time with their eyes fused to screens as YouTube's fashionability grows. Too much screen time negatively impacts your vision. It can cause back pain and neck pain. Though YouTube has created jobs for numerous people, it has also taken away from their effectiveness and productivity. Numerous streaming services similar to Netflix, YouTube, and other types of mobile games, apps, and streaming services have led to a reduction in productivity. There's no supervision of the content that's presented on the YouTube channel. It's causing a negative impact on children as well as teenagers.
Everyone has their own particular opinion about how they perceive YouTube. To some, it's a great place to watch innumerable videos on a variety of subjects and embrace media influence. To others, it's a platform that needs to be supervised and regulated by a centralized authority to maintain it. It's important for people to understand the manner in which media is impacted by YouTube. They should make wise and progressive choices to partake in what they see or learn on YouTube channels. As a result, depending on how people use YouTube, it can have both positive and negative effects on them.
 

नेपाल एउटा यस्तो मुलुक हो जहाँ धेरै धार्मिक आस्थाका भएका मानिसहरूकाे बसाेबास छ । नेपालमा बसाेबास गर्ने मानिसहरूले सबै धर्मलाई समानताका साथ हेर्छन् । सबै जातजातिका आआफ्नै रीतिरिवाज र परम्परा र मान्यताहरू रहेका छन् । सबै धर्म मान्ने मानिसहरूका  आआफ्ना चाडपर्वहरू छन् । नेपालीहरूसँगै बसेर एक अर्काका चाडपर्वहरू रमाइलो गरी मनाउँछन् । 
हिन्दु धर्मावलम्बीहरूकाे सबैभन्दा ठुलाे र महान् चाड भनेकाे दसैँ हाे ।  त्यसपछिकाे अर्काे ठुलाे चाड भनेकाे तिहार हाे । यी दुवै चाड नेपालभर र केही नेपालबाहिर बस्ने नेपालीले पनि मनाउँछन् । धेरैजसो नेपालीहरूले निकै हर्ष र उल्लासका साथ यी चाड मनाउँछन् । सबै परिवार एकै ठाउँमा भेला भएर सँगै रमाइलो गरी मनाउने गरिन्छ । यी चाडमा हामी चङ्गा पनि उडाउँछाैँ । यसैगरी बुद्ध जयन्ती बौद्ध धर्म मान्ने मानिसहरूको ठुलो चाड हो । यस दिन बौद्धधर्मावलम्बीहरूले बुद्ध जन्मेको दिनमा लुम्बिनीमा गई पूजा गर्ने गर्छन् । यसदिन बौद्धधर्मावलम्बीहरू गुम्बामा गई मानिसहरू बुद्धप्रति आदरभाव देखाउँछन् ।

यसरी नै क्रिस्चियन धर्म मान्ने मानिसहरूले क्रिसमस मनाउँछन् । क्रिसमस मुख्य गरी जिसस क्राइस्टको जन्मदिन मनाउने पर्व हो ।  यसमा मानिसहरू चर्चमा गई यसुलाई सम्झन्छन् । प्रार्थना गर्छन् । उनीहरू घरमा गएर परिवारसँग बसेर रमाइलो पनि गर्छन् । एक अर्कासँग उपहार साटासाट गर्ने गर्छन् ।

यस्तै माघे सङ्क्रान्ति अर्काे महत्त्वपूर्ण चाड हाे ।  थारू वा चाैधरी जातिमा यो प्रचलित चाड हाे । थारू जातिका मानसहरू माघे सङ्क्रान्तिलाई नयाँ वर्षकाे रूपमा मनाउँछन् । उनीहरू याे चाडलाई माघी नामले चिन्ने गर्छन् । याे चाडबाट जाडाेकाे अन्त्य र गर्मीकाे सुरूवात हुने भनेर मानिन्छ । यस्तै साकेला, उभाैली, उधाैली, हाेली, फागु पूर्णिमा,ल्हाेसार, इदलगायतका चाड नेपालमा मनाउने गरिन्छ । यी चाडपर्वहरू हाम्रा सम्पत्ति हुन् र यिनीहरूकाे संरक्षण गर्नु हाम्राे दायित्व हाे ।
