Engraved in my soul,
I can't let it go.
Fear screams in silence,
It won’t let me go.
My eyes are dry,
I don’t need tears to cry anymore.
Things are in twirl,
I’m caught in this snarl.
A glimpse of hope
Lights up for a while.
Then again, I’m dragged
By this eternal void.
