ब्रिफ हिस्ट्री अफ टाइम’ स्टेफन हकिङ्गद्वारा लिखित एक अद्भूत पुस्तक हो । यसले ब्रह्माण्डका बारेमा अनुत्तरित प्रश्नहरूकाे बारेमा छलफल गर्दछ, जस्तो कि, समय के हो ? समयको स्वभाव कस्तो छ ? ब्रह्माण्ड कहाँबाट आयो ? यी प्रश्नहरू जुन प्रायः वयस्कहरूले गर्छन् र केवल गाेलमटाेल जवाफ दिन्छन्, एक अस्पष्ट उत्तर । यो पुस्तकले यी सबै चिजहरूको बारेमा कुरा गर्दछ तर यसलाई बुझ्नको लागि पर्याप्त सरल बनाउँदछ । यसले हामीभित्रकाे बच्चालाई यी सबै प्रश्न सोध्न उत्साहित गर्दछ र उत्तर खोज्ने प्रयास गर्दछ ।

यो ब्रह्माण्ड कुन समयमा सुरु भयो वा ब्रह्माण्ड कति ठुलो छ भन्ने प्रश्नबाट यो किताब सुरु हुन्छ । उनले ब्रह्माण्ड परिमित थियो भने त सबै ताराहरू एक विन्दुमा आएर ठोक्किनुपर्ने हो भनेका छन् । हकिङ्गका अनुसार यो संसार अनन्त छ । मानव सभ्यताको सुरुमा पूर्वानुमान गरिएको थियो कि पृथ्वी बिचमा छ र सूर्य पृथ्वीको चारैतिर घुम्छ तर पृथ्वीले सूर्यकाे परिक्रमा गर्छ भन्ने कुरा प्रविधिको विकास भएपछि मात्र पत्ता लागेको हो । 

ब्रह्माण्ड कसरी विस्तार हुँदै छ भनेर उनले वर्णन गरेका छन् । डाेप्लर इफेक्टकाे प्रयोगद्वारा कसरी टाढाबाट सुरु हुने रेड सिफ्टद्वारा ब्रह्माण्ड कसरी फैलिएको छ भनेर वर्णन गर्छन् । उनी सिङ्गुल्यारिटी र ब्ल्याक होलका बारेमा कुरा गर्छन् र तिनीहरू के हुन् ? ती कसरी यति शक्तिशाली छन् ? आदि सबै र अरू विभिन्न कुराको वर्णन गर्छन् ।
 
यो एउटा अचम्मको किताब हो र याे किताब सबै पढ्नुपर्ने किताब पनि हाे । सबै अनुत्तरित प्रश्नले ब्रह्माण्डको बारेमा बढी सोच्न लगाउँछ । यसले तपाईंलाई ब्रह्माण्ड, विश्वमा पुरै नयाँ परिप्रेक्ष्य दिन्छ ।

स्वस्थ जीवनका लागि व्यायाम

जीवन सबैका लागि अमूल्य छ । यो अमूल्य जीवनको माया सबैलाई हुन्छ । मानव जीवन सार्थक बनाउन प्रथमत: स्वस्थ रहनुपर्छ । स्वस्थ मान्छेले मात्र सपना देख्न पाउँछ र त्यो सपना पुरा गर्ने क्षमता राख्दछ । अस्वस्थ व्यक्तिले केवल रोगको निवारण गर्ने उपायहरू सोच्छ तर स्वस्थ व्यक्तिलाई त्यस कुराको केही चिन्ता हुँदैन । यसकारण मानिसले स्वस्थ जीवन जिउन प्रयत्न गर्नुपर्छ । हाम्रो जीवन स्वस्थ राख्न व्यायाम आवश्यक छ । हुन त स्वस्थ जीवनका लागि अन्य वस्तुहरूको पनि ख्याल राख्नुपर्दछ तापनि व्यायामबाट नै पूर्ण तन्दुरुस्तीको जीवन प्राप्त गर्न सकिन्छ ।

स्वस्थ जीवन भन्नाले शारीरिक रूपमा तन्दुरुस्त भई मानसिक रूपमा पनि तन्दुरुस्त रहनु हो भन्ने बुझिन्छ । व्यायाम गर्नाले मानिस मानिसक, शारीरिक एवं मानसिक रूपमा तन्दुरुस्त रहन सक्छ । व्यायाम गर्नाले शारीरिक मांसपेशीहरू सन्तुलनमा रहन्छन् र रगतको सञ्चालन पनि सन्तुलित रहन्छ । व्यायाम भन्नाले केवल उफ्रनु मात्र होइन तर नियमितरूपमा अथवा समय समयमा खेल खेल्नु पनि शारीरिक व्यायाम अथवा शरीरका लागि व्यायाम हो । वास्तवमा व्यायाम गर्नाले शरीर सदैव फुर्तिलो रहन्छ र रोगहरूसँग लड्ने क्षमता पनि बढ्दै जान्छ ।  नियमित व्यायाम गरेका कारण मानिसहरू भयानक रोगबाट बच्न सफल भएका छन् । खास गरी मानिस बिरामी पर्ने कारण आहारविहार असन्तुलित हुनु हो । यस्तो अवस्थामा मानिसमा जाँगर घट्दै जान्छ र रोगका कीटाणुहरूले सजिलै शरीरलाई आफ्नो वशमा पार्दछन् । यही कारण मानिसहरू बिरामी पर्दछन् । 

दैनिक सबेरे उठेर व्यायाम गरेमा मानिसको शरीर फुर्तिलो रहन्छ र जाँगर बढेर अल्छीपन घट्दै जान्छ । वास्तवमा व्यायामको अभावकै कारणले गर्दा आज विश्वका थुप्रै मानिसहरू भयानक रोगहरूको सिकार बन्न पुगेका छन् ।  ग्यास्ट्रिक, हाडजोर्नी, मधुमेहजस्ता समस्या व्यायामकै अभावले गर्दा भएका हुन् । मानिसहरू खानपिनमा त्यति ख्याल राख्दैनन् र जे, जति सकिन्छ, त्यति खान्छन् । खानाको सन्तुलन नमिल्दा शरीर रोगी बन्दछ तर नियमित व्यायाम गरेमा पाचन शक्ति बढ्दछ र शरीर स्वस्थ रहन मद्दत पुग्दछ ।  खानाको सन्तुलन मिले मात्र पनि व्यक्ति स्वस्थ रहन सक्दछ ।

International purchasing system

In Nepal as well know we have got no international purchasing system.This is a one problem in Nepal as people are unable to purchase the goods and services online. Even if they have money to do so, there is no source available to purchase. There are many international epaying systems, such as PayPal which is the world's most popular online purchasing system. It is just like the e-sewa we have in Nepal but through e-sewa only the goods within Nepal can be purchased.

According to Nepal Rastra Bank there is no such thing as PayPal for online purchasing. Recently they have made the Dollar card system from which we can purchase international stuff and spend international currency. But still not many people are registering for the dollar card because not many people think it as a requirement but that is for the previous generation as they did not have much knowledge about these things. Nowadays most of the people want to buy stuff online such as Netflix , Spotify Premium or discord nitro. These stuff are only purchasable either through credit card or PayPal. There is another way to make these purchases as well, like if we have some relatives living abroad then we can use their credit card or PayPal and use the money and deposit the amount of money taken out of their account. But this applies if there is a person living in foreign country where there are these systems. 

People are eager to make purchases. They also want the things and enjoyment that the others are having but sadly in our country it is still not very popular. People mostly try to make fake credit cards and try to download it through illegal and pirated sites which is predictable because if there is no source of purchasing then of course people are gonna look out for alternative things. People of Nepal are still waiting for PayPal to be valid.

I think the government should make even a more good and trustable source for online purchase as from Dollar it is said we can deposit up to 500$ with money. Doing that will make people's lives easier as they won’t have to be forced to use illegal methods or constantly go to the banks to deposit money which also saves a lot of their time. In conclusion, it is really important and the government should do something about this situation as soon as possible.

Anime Review The Rising of the Shield Hero

The Rising of the Shield Hero is a great anime. Its Producers are Frontier Works, AT-X, Nippon Columbia, Glovision, Good Smile Company, Sammy, Kadokawa Media House, NTT Plala, Kadokawa, Crunchyroll SC Anime Fund. 
It's about the Four Cardinal Heroes, a group of ordinary men from modern-day Japan summoned to the kingdom of Melromarc to become its saviors. Melromarc is a country plagued by the Waves of Catastrophe that have repeatedly ravaged the land and brought disaster to its citizens for centuries. The four heroes are respectively bestowed a sword, spear, bow, and shield to vanquish these Waves. Naofumi Iwatani, an otaku, becomes cursed with the fate of being the "Shield Hero." Armed with only a measly shield, Naofumi is belittled and ridiculed by his fellow heroes and the kingdom's people due to his weak offensive capabilities and lackluster personality.
When the heroes are provided with resources and comrades to train with, Naofumi sets out with the only person willing to train alongside him, Malty Melromarc. He is soon betrayed by her, however, and becomes falsely accused of taking advantage of her. Naofumi then becomes heavily discriminated against and hated by the people of Melromarc for something he didn't do. With a raging storm of hurt and mistrust in his heart, Naofumi begins his journey of strengthening himself and his reputation. Further along however, the difficulty of being on his own sets in, so Naofumi buys a demi-human slave on the verge of death named Raphtalia to accompany him on his travels.As the Waves approach the kingdom, Naofumi and Raphtalia must fight for the survival of the kingdom and protect the people of Melromarc from their ill-fated future.

एनिमेमा चरित्र विकास

एनिमेमा विशेषता सबैभन्दा महत्त्वपूर्ण हुन्छ किनकि यसबिना हामीलाई कथा के हो वा कथा केको बारेमा छ भनेर थाहा हुँदैन । एनिमेमा उचित विशेषता भएन भने त्याे हेर्न रमाइलो हुँदैन । धेरै चरित्र विकास नभएको हास्य एनिमेमा विशेषताले आफ्नो जिम्मेवारी लिन्छ । चरित्र विकास एउटा साहित्यिक साधन हो, जसलाई साहित्यकारहरूले बुझाइका दृष्टिले चरित्र कसरी बढेको छ भन्ने कुरा व्यक्त गर्न प्रयोग गरेका छन् र यसले पात्रहरूलाई केही गहिराइ दिन्छ । यसरी पात्रको लागि एउटा निश्चित उत्प्रेरणा भएकोले प्लट लाइन अझ रोचक हुन्छ । चरित्र वृद्धि भनेको चरित्र विकास होइन । तिनीहरू बिलकुलै फरक छन् । चरित्र वृद्धि एउटा पात्रले आफूसँग पहिले नै भएका केही सिपहरू प्रशिक्षण दिन सक्छ र एनिमे  "नारुतो" जस्तै राम्रो हुन सक्छ । नारुतोले रासेनगान सिक्छन् जुन उनको प्रशिक्षणको परिणाम हो र उनले केही नयाँ कुरा पनि सिके तर एनिमेसनको त्यो खण्डमा चरित्र विकास धेरै छैन ।

चरित्र वृद्धिमा मानिसहरू अलमलमा पर्नुको कारण के हो भने जब एनिमेमा चरित्र बृद्धि हुन्छ तब कहिलेकाँही चरित्र विकाससँगै मिल्छ जुन बबसमुराईले आफ्नो भिडियोमा कुरा गरेका छन् । "किमेत्सु नो याइबा" को उदाहरण लिँदा  जब "तन्ज्जो" ले तालिम दिन्छ । उसले तरबार कलाको बारेमा केही सिक्छ, जुन एक कौशल हो र यो चरित्र वृद्धि हो तर तरबार कला सिक्ने क्रममा उसले पुराना विद्यार्थीहरूको मृत्युको बारेमा सिक्छ ।  यसले उसको विकासलाई मानसिक रूपमा असर गर्छ र उसको दृष्टिकोण परिवर्तन हुन थाल्छ । यसलाई केही हदसम्म चरित्र विकासको रूपमा लिन सकिन्छ तर उसले तरबार कला सिक्नुअघि पहाडको टुप्पोबाट आफ्नो क्षमता बढाउन दौडने प्रशिक्षण लिनुलाई नै चरित्रको वृद्धि भन्न सकिन्छ ।

चरित्र वृद्धिले एनिमेसनको कथालाई असर गर्न सक्छ वा नगर्न पनि सक्छ तर चरित्र अझ बलियो हुँदै गएको देख्दा हामी रोमाञ्चित हुन्छाैँ । यही कारणले गर्दा चरित्र वृद्धि र चरित्र विकासलाई कहिलेकाहीँ यसै कारणले पनि सँगै राखिन्छ । कारण हो, विकास र विकासका कारण मानिसहरू अलमलमा पर्छन् ।

जसरी हाम्रो सोचाइमा केही समयदेखि कोरोना भाइरस बसिरहेको छ, त्यसरी यति लामो समयसम्म सायदै अन्य कुनै रोगको खतरा बसेको थियो होला । केही सातादेखि हरेक अखबारका प्रथम पृष्ठहरू कोरोना भाइरस महामारीकाे खबरले भरिएका छन् । रेडियो र टेलिभिजनले कोरोना भाइरस सङ्क्रमण र मृत्युकै खबरहरू दिइरहेका छन् ।
 
सामाजिक सञ्जालमा कोभिड - १९ महामारीबारे डरलाग्दा तथ्याङ्क, व्यावहारिक सुझाव र ठट्टाहरूले भरिएका छन् । कोरोना भाइरसबारे जुन खालका जानकारीहरूको बाढी आएको छ । त्यसले चिन्ता बढाएको छ र प्रत्यक्ष रूपमा हाम्रो मानसिक स्वास्थ्यमा असर पारिरहेको छ । यसरी सधैँ त्रास सिर्जना हुँदा हाम्रो मनोविज्ञानमा क्रमश: नकारात्मक प्रभावहरू पर्न सक्छन् । रोगप्रति हाम्रो सोच गहिरो हुँदै जाँदा त्यसले हामीलाई रूढिवादी बनाइदिन्छ । हाम्रो सामाजिक दृष्टिकोण पनि पिछडिएको हुन्छ ।
 
यसले हाम्रो राजनीतिक झुकावलाई पनि प्रभावित गर्न सक्छ । लैङ्गिक समानता तथा स्वतन्त्रताबारे हाम्रो नैतिक धारणा कठोर बन्छ र सामाजिक व्यवहार थप अनुदारवादी बन्न पुग्छ । हालैमा आएका विदेशीहरूलाई मन नपराउने प्रवृत्तिसम्बन्धी खबरहरूलाई त्यसको पहिलो सङ्केतका रूपमा लिन सकिन्छ तर यसबारे वैज्ञानिकहरूले गरेका अनुसन्धानहरू सही साबित भए भने आगामी दिनमा विश्वमा ठुलो मनोवैज्ञानिक र सामाजिक परिवर्तन हुने छ । मानव मनोविज्ञानलाई जस्तै रोगप्रतिका यी प्रतिक्रियाहरूलाई पनि हामीले ऐतिहासिक अवस्थाका आधारमा बुझ्नुपर्छ ।
 
आधुनिक चिकित्साको जन्म हुनुपूर्व सरुवा रोगहरू हाम्रो अस्तित्वका लागि सबैभन्दा ठुला खतरा हुन्थे । त्यसबेला जसको प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली बलियो हुन्थ्यो उनीहरू बाँच्थे । खासमा प्रतिरक्षा प्रणालीमा त्यस्ता रोग फैलाउने जीवाणुहरूलाई मार्ने क्षमता हुन्छ । दुर्भाग्यवस त्यो प्रतिक्रियापश्चात् हामी धेरै निद्रा महसुस गर्छौं र गल्छौँ । त्यसैले हाम्रा रोगी पुर्खाहरू आवश्यक कार्य गर्न असक्षम हुन्थे, जस्तो कि सिकार गर्न, खानेकुरा जम्मा गर्न वा बच्चा जन्माउन ।
 
बिरामी हुनु भनेको मनोवैज्ञानिक रूपमा पनि निकै महँगो पर्ने कुरा हो । उदाहरणका लागि ज्वरो आउँदा शरीरको तापक्रम बढ्नु भनेको प्रतिरक्षा प्रणालीको आवश्यक प्रतिक्रिया हो तर त्यसले शरीरको ऊर्जा खपत १३ प्रतिशतले बढाउँछ । जुन बेला खानेकुरा पाउन मुस्किल थियो, त्यस बेला यो निकै ठुलो चुनौती हुन्थ्यो ।

Review: Django Unchained

Quentin Tarantino is one of the greatest if not the greatest director of all time, anyone who has seen the movies he makes a day in day out would know, from mind-bending sick movies like Pulp Fiction to The badass deep movie like Django Unchained. The guy is simply unbelievable. Django Unchained is no different, a masterpiece to say the least.

The movie manages to deliver a strong message along with meaty dialogues, The Storytelling and plot are on point, the acting is sublime, Samuel L. Jackson is flaming as usual, Leonardo Di Caprio did an absolutely amazing job playing the dark, sick crime lord, Jamie Foxx doesn't really have a lot of dialogue in the beginning but as the movie progresses he slips into his amazing role. One thing I like about the movie is that it does not care. Our society today has become an ‘all good bubble’ with movie stars and people getting canceled on the smallest of things. If you are a liberal and get offended very easily this movie is not for you, The movie is also known for its promiscuous use of the N-Word, and rightfully so.

The time is 1858, two years before the civil war. Somewhere in Southern America Texas, Black Men are oppressed, made slaves and treated like trash, fed to dogs. One such black man Django(pronounced Jango, D is silent) is set free by a german bounty hunter played by Christoph Waltz, As the plot progresses some things happen and Django and his partner set out to rescue his wife(Played by Jessica Washington) from an evil, narcissistic, racist, plantation owner Calvin Candie(Played by Di Caprio), The movie is full of jaw-dropping moments and also Sad, Inhumane moments, The movie perfectly captures the unfortunate, inhumane, sickly life of Black people in Southern America in the mid/late 18th Century. 

The movie is perfect for young people. It brings heavy concepts like Slavery and Racism in a badass and realistic way. However the movie does drag on a bit, It kinda overstays its welcome but non less is brilliant. Highly Recommended.

पर्यावरणीय भन्नाले हाम्रो वरिपरि फैलिएको वा रहेको हावासँग सम्बन्धित हो । यसरी हाम्रो वरिपरि फैलिएको वा रहेको हावामा देखिएको समस्यालाई पर्यावरणीय समस्या भनिन्छ । प्रकृति र पर्यावरण मानव जीवनसँग प्रत्यक्ष सम्बध राख्ने विषय मानिन्छन्, त्यसैले पर्यावरणीय समस्या सिर्जना गर्ने काममा आज मान्छे नै अग्रपङ्क्तिमा देखापर्छ ।
 
आज पर्यावरणलाई प्रदूषित गर्ने काममा मान्छेको प्रमुख भूमिका रहेको छ । आजको मान्छेले प्राकृतिक साधन र स्राेतको प्रयोगमा विवेक पुर्याउन छोडेको छ । मानिसले आफ्ना सुख र सुविधाका लागि गर्ने क्रियाकलापले वातावरण प्रतिकूल बन्ने गर्छ । मानिसले प्राकृतिक स्राेत र साधनमा विवेक नपुर्‍याउँदा यसबाट प्रतिकूल स्थितिको सिर्जना हुने अवस्था आउँछ । मनिसका अविवेकी क्रियाकलापले प्राकृतिक स्राेत र साधनमा विकृति उत्पन्न हुन्छ र यस्तो अवस्थामा भूक्षय, बाढी, पहिरोजस्ता थुप्रै समस्याहरूको सामना मानिसले गर्नुपर्ने हुन्छ । वातावरण प्रदूषित हुनुमा बढ्दो जनसङ्ख्या मुख्य समस्याका रूपमा देखिन्छ । जनसङ्ख्याको वृद्धिसँगै वनविनाशको गति तीव्र बन्छ । त्यसैगरी उद्याेगधन्दा, गाडी आदिले फ्याँक्ने धुवाँले वातावरण अत्यन्त प्रदूषित बन्ने गर्छ । यसैको परिणाम भूक्षय, बाढी, पहिरो, धनजनको क्षति, अतिवृष्टि, अनावृष्टिजस्ता समस्याहरू देखा पर्छन् । प्राकृतिक सौन्दर्यको विनाशसँगै हिमालहरू पग्लन थाल्छन् । हिमालहरू पग्लेर त्यहाँबाट बगेको चिसो पानी समुद्रमा जान्छ । यति मात्र होइन, पानीका मुहानहरू सुक्न थाल्छन् अनि विभिन्न रोगका प्रकोपहरू फैलिएर स्थिति भयावह हुन्छ । यस्तो बेला मानिसलगायत सम्पूर्ण जीवजन्तुको अस्तित्व सङ्कटमा पर्छ ।
 
मानिस एउटा विवेकशील प्राणी हो । मानिसले अहिले धेरै प्रगति गरेकाे छ, त्यही प्रगतिको दुरुपयोग वा धेरै प्रयोग गर्नाको कारणले पनि पर्यावरणीय समस्या आएको हो । प्रकृति र पर्यावरण एकअर्का र मानव जीवनका लागि एकदम महत्त्वपूर्ण छन् । प्रकृतिको विनाशले आफ्नै विनाश गर्छ भन्ने बुझेर मानिसले पाइला चाल्नु जरुरी छ । पर्यावरणलाई जाेगाउन मानिसले आफैँ सचेत नभए काे भइदिन्छ ? मान्छेले नै जनस्तरमा चेतना फैलाएर स्वच्छ, सफा र हराभरा वातावरणमा जोड दिन सकेकाे खण्डमा मानवलगायत सम्पूर्ण जीवको कल्याण हुने कुरामा दुई मत रहन्न ।

लकडाउनको दोस्रो चरणमा मेरो जीवन

घरमा बस्दा बस्दा हामी सबैलाई झ्याउ र नरमाइलो लाग्न थाल्यो होला । लकडाउनको पहिलाे चरण सकिएकाे लगभग ३ महिनापछि हामी जहाँबाट खुसी हुँदै बाहिर आयाैँ, त्यतै फर्कनुपर्यो । लकडाउनको दोस्रो चरणमा मेरो जीवन बिरामी भएर सुरु भयो । पहिलै नै बिरामी थिएँ म । रक्तचाप न्यून थियो, टाउको दुखिरहेकाे थियाे अनि ज्वरो आइरहेकाे थियाे तर एक हप्तामा यो सब ठिक हुँदै गयो र मेरो निरस र झ्याउलाग्दाे जिन्दगीको सुरुवात भयो । 

अनलाइन क्लास सुरु भएपछि मेरो जीवन ४ कुरामा घुमिरह्यो । बिहान कक्षा सुरु हुन लाग्दा उठ्ने, खाना खाने, केही नगर्ने, पढ्ने अनि सुत्ने । केही गराैँ गराैँ लाग्दा एकैछिनमा झ्याउ लाग्थ्यो मलाई । लकडाउन नहुँदा मैले अनलाइन उपन्यास लेख्थेँ । अब त्यो पनि छोडिसकेको अबस्थामा आइपुगेको छु । साथीहरूसँग एकछिन खेल खेलेको मात्र होला नयाँ कुरा मैले गरेको । 

कहिलेकाहीँ समाचार हेर्दा नरमाइलो कुरा मात्र देखिन्छ । कहिले कसलाई के समस्या पर्छ, कहिले राजनीतिमा के हुन्छ, कहिले के नयाँ भाइरस फेला पर्छ । फुटबलमा केही रमाइलो होला भनेर हेर्दा आफ्नो मन परेको टाेलीले खेल हार्छ । 

घर पालुवा जनावरसित खेलाैँ न त भन्दा पनि एकछिनमै कति खेल्नुजस्ताे हुन्छ । घरपरिवारका सदस्यहरूसँग बोलाैँ भन्दा पनि कति बोलाैँजस्तो हुन्छ । हुँदा हुँदा एक दिन त खाना खाँदा पनि कति खाऊँजस्ताे होला भन्ने सोचमा बसिराख्थेँ म । केही काम नपाएर फेरि त्यही कोठाभित्र मोबाइल र ल्यापटप चलाएर बसिराख्थेँ ।    

यसरी नै १ महिना बित्यो । अब त भएन भनेर परीक्षाको लागि पुरै ध्यान दिन थालेँ । परियोजना कार्य, गृहकार्य र  पढाइसँगै मेरा अहिलेका दिनहरू बितिरहेका छन् । घर पुरै बरखीको लागि बदलिरहेको भएर आफैँ नयाँ कार्य गर्न थालिरहेको छु । पहिले गरेर अधुरै छाडेका कामहरू पनि फेरि थाल्न लागेको छु । 

बिरामी भएर ठिक भएँ भनेको त अझै बिरामी नै रहेछु, नत्र त किन त्यसरी झ्याउलाग्दाे पारामा जिन्दगी बिताएँ मैले ? अब भने ठिक हुँदै गएकाे रहेछु । नयाँ कार्य गर्दै यो झ्याउलाग्दाे जीवनलाई रमाइलो बनाउँदै जाँदा थाहा पाएँ मैले ।

“WILL THIS WORLD CHANGE!?” “WHO KNOWS”

At the end of the line, No one will be there for you. You will be alone. None of them will even look at you. Despair is major and Death is common. What can a person do in those times?  Beg to live ? Wait for a bright light to shine on you? Or wait for their death to be at ease.  Dark part comes frequently but can overwin it. What can a person do there? Everyone is helpless. Can a person survive? Battle for years, war for weeks, bodies on the ground for days. The scenery here somewhat does not belong to this world. Journey starts with our knowledge but ends without any information. People live every second under these things. Hoping to be saved. There are no heroes in this world that could protect like you think in your fantasies. Fantasies give hope but when many things happen, it just brings despair at a rapid pace. Fighting and fighting every second in your life to live. Surrender was never an option. Rest was never a thing. Win was just a lie. Even after you win a war, what you will get, “A badge” that will be forgotten within a day. Our name in the history books? That will make people hate us more.  What happens to the people who lost the war but had somehow survived the war. “TRAITOR” a word that could change all views toward a person. Even though they should be treated with honour and respect. “NO !”, they are treated like garbage. They should be happy that there are survivors even though the war was a fail. Some will die, because they could bear the pain and society rejecting them. Some were killed, because they survived the war. Those people don’t even have rights to comment on the soldiers. Those people should not even be treated as a human in society because they are not even fit for the title of garbage.  Those people have no other choice but to adapt and keep their family running. Their nightmare of seeing and standing over 1000s of dead bodies of their own ally is painful. It even hurts to breathe. Every second could be painful. Hands filled with blood, the scent of blood. Peace lovers don’t have a place in this world. They are suppressed or wiped out. No-one can stand against the government. Using people like tools for war. A single people ruling an entire country staying behind the scenes of the war, what a trash! Why do we even care to save those people who just know nothing and command the soldier in his own wish. No-one tends to raise a voice. Can’t we just live in peace, can’t we negotiate, why do you need power if you have an ally. Will the people even change their theory of survival? I thought I was someone who could do better for this world. Everything is blurring out. Same like this world. Even if you die, nothing will happen, no-one will cry for you. No-one will feel sad for you. You will become the hero that no-one will remember.

Nurturing Good Habits

Good habits are something all of us should cultivate, and have or own if we want to gain respect or recognition from our peers or within our society. It is also a behaviour that is beneficial to one's physical and mental health, linked to a high level of discipline and self-control.

From a young age, we have been told by our parents, elders and teachers about the differences between good and bad habits, while focusing on us to help us develop good habits beneficial for ourselves.Yet, why do we find ourselves gaining bad habits or why we find bad habits more fascinating rather than good habits at a certain age? The problem lies in our mentality and thinking. The age where a person develops his bad habits is basically when he/she has reached puberty. This is the age when we come in contact or different things as our mentality changes due to the hormones secreted by our body.

This is a sensitive period in which most of our habits develop no matter if they are bad or good. It is because we cannot differentiate between good and bad thus easily get influenced by things we see or hear from people or from our surroundings. This doesn't mean that you won’t develop good habits or bad habits when you go past the stage of puberty but this period is the most important one. Teenagers get in contact with drugs, alcohol and smoking at this age. They get intrigued with things related to the changes in their body and get in touch with varieties of knowledge like moral education and sex education.

It’s not too late to nurture our habits no matter the age, but the habits we nurture should be towards the good side rather than the bad one. Good habits vary. Making your posture correct after doing the action by persisting for a week or month can be said to be nurturing a good habit. Even sleeping and waking up in time can be cultivated and become a good habit in time.

We do not need to rush to nurture good habits simultaneously. We can set a goal for cultivating one good habit a month or couple of months or even a year. One good habit a year sounds good. You can develop 10 good habits in ten years and that is a lot. Slowly giving up your bad habits can also be done. Just do it step by step. And within the course of time if we are dedicated to change good habits will ultimately overcome our bad habits, but one needs to have that determination. We will face the real world, a lot more experiences which helps us in nurturing good habits.For example, if you are smoking one pack a day, then reduce it to one pack every two days. Keep increasing the abstinence days while decreasing the amount of cigars you smoke. In the case you cannot stop it, your only choice is to go to rehabilitation. The fear or going to rehabilitation and losing respect within clans force one to think and change habits as well. This is the outcome of experiences, awareness that we get in the course of time. 

You can give up your bad habits as easily as you give up your good habits, it’s just that you are too engrossed or addicted to that habit that you cannot give it up. Sometimes, we can just let go.
