Caste system is a matter of fact, interpreted differently from different perspectives. When viewed under the lens of communism it seems as an ever exploitative system devised by the priestly and the ruling class since the very time they were inebriated with the Soma of the Vedic age, which is currently perceived as the opiate of the masses. 
‌The socialist remembers Nehru who had said- "Socialism is a form of casteism, one that puts a baniya in its place." The downtrodden voice always starts with the feet of the Cosmic Man that trampled their self esteem until they regained it by converting to neo Buddhism.
The saffron flag bearers find the caste as eternal as God himself and very confidently they rely upon the verse from Gita: catur-varnyam maya srstam Guna-karma-vibhagasah.And,  for the modern thinker alias the westerner, afraid of sunburn while viewing the landscape, puts on his dark glasses which allow him to see caste as the only relevant issue to define a nation. 
But, caste is just a matter of fact, the one which defines us and others since they make their first cry after coming out of a mother's womb. Is it a good system or a bad system, is it related to Hindus or can be found in other faiths as well, is it a socio-economic stratification or a cultural tradition... are just not the facts in issue. The only fact is simply that caste is the part and parcel of our mind-set and we must learn to live with it.
China has a tradition in which the family is bound to follow the same occupation and culture throughout coming generations. So much so that for a long period of time sons used to drink the same wine like their fathers did. This is very comparable to the caste system where we had the concept of Brahmin's son would handle the temples. However, China in all prospects is very ahead of Nepal, be it academics, sports, economics or anything else. It again makes us question the very fact, that is the caste system actually affecting Nepal as adversely as European historians depicted? Probably not, because history is always his-side of the story and we'd never have a 360 degrees perspective around the story.
A popular Urdu shayari goes: Couldn't find the beloved, couldn't find the God, neither on this side of the road nor on that side of the road. 
The elephant in the room is, politicians don't address the caste system because they don't want to lose vote banks. Reserved castes don't want to address the caste system because they don't want to leave reservations. So it's always convenient to sit with a cup of tea, sip and cuss about how a corrupt MLA won your area's ward election just by support from people of his caste . Sometimes a little redressal to self goes a long way, at least nip the bud if you can't nib the root. 
The only thing we shouldn't tolerate is discrimination based on caste and creed. Sometimes we have a disabled child in the school but we have to tolerate him/her, no matter how clumsy they get, keeping in mind the very fact that they are how they are. We hope that they'll become better, ostensibly, the caste system is such a child and we hope it’ll get a little more on its feet.
 

यो संसारमा धेरै देशहरू छन् र यी देशमा हामी मनिसहरूको सङ्ख्या पनि धेरै नै रहेको छ, जुन हामीलाई थाहा भएकै कुरा हो । अब अचम्मको कुरा यो छ कि यति धेरै मानिसहरू भए पनि सबै जना मिलिजुली आआफ्नो हिसाबले झैझगडा सकेसम्म कम गरेर बस्दै आइरहेका छन् । यति मात्र नभई सबै मानिस देशका केही सिद्धान्तहरूको पालना गरेर नियममा बस्दै आइरहेका छन् । अब आखिर नियमको पलना नै किन गर्ने त ? आखिर हामीलाई यी सिद्धान्तहरूको पालना गर्न बाध्य कसले बनाउँछ त ?

यसकाे उत्तर हाेः कानुनले बनाउँछ । अब अर्काे प्रश्न उठ्छ, के हो यो कानुन भनेको ? विकिपिडियाका अनुसार कानुन भनेको  समाजमा अमनचयन, शान्ति, राज्यमा निष्पक्ष न्याय प्रणाली स्थापनाका लागि राज्यको प्रभुसत्ता सम्पन्न व्यक्तिसमूह वा राज्यले नै बहुसङ्ख्यक जनताको हितमा बनाउने नियम वा सिद्धान्तहरूको सभ्य सार्थक अभिव्यक्तिलाई कानुन भनिन्छ । अब यसलाई नै सोझो भाषामा भन्ने हो भने कानुन भनेको राज्यले बनाएका केही सिद्धान्तहरू अथवा केही नियमहरूको भण्डार हो, जसलाई हामी सबैले पालना गर्नु नै पर्छ ।

अर्को कुरा, के कानुनको आवश्यकता छ त ? के कानुनबिना संसार नै नचल्ने हो त ? अब संसार नै नचल्ने त थाहा भएन तर कानुनको महत्त्व भने अवश्य पनि रहेको छ । कानुन चाहिने पहिलाे कारण हाे हिंसा । कानुन हुँदा हुँदै त हिंसाको गतिले आकाश छाेइसक्यो भने अब यदि कानुन नै छैन भने झन् हिंसा कुन गतिले अगाडि बढ्छ होला त ? हिंसाले अवश्य पनि समाजमा शान्ति त ल्याउँदैन त्यसैले हिंसालाई रोक्न, यसको गतिलाई घटाउन र हिंसा गर्ने मानिसहरूलाई सजाय दिन कानुनको निकै नै ठुलो भूमिका रहेको छ ।

अर्को छ नियम । कानुन छ त नियम छ । यदि कानुन नै छैन भने के मानिसहरूले नियमको पालना गर्लान् त ? अवश्य पनि गर्दैनन्, मानिसहरू आफ्नो मनाेमानी गर्न थाल्छन् । अब हामी पनि कुनै ठाउँमा गयाैँ भने जुन ठाउँमा नियम नै छैन अथवा नियम भए पनि नियमको पालना भइरहेको छ कि छैन भन्ने हेर्नलाई कोही छैन भने अवश्य पनि हामी एउटा दुइटा गरी धेरै नियमहरूको पालना गर्दैनौँ त्यसैले नियमको पालना गराउनका लागि देशमा बस्ने मानिसहरूलाई सही प्रणालीमा चलाउन कानुनको आवश्यकता पर्दछ ।

अब देशको पनि कुरा आउँछ । यदि देशको विकास सम्बन्धी अथवा देश सम्बन्धी कुनै पनि कुरा यदि कानुनी मापदण्ड अपनाएर सही ढङ्गले गर्ने हो भने यी कामहरू पनि सजिलै र सफलताका साथ पुरा हुने छन् त्यसैले देशकाे सही गतिविधिका लागि पनि कानुनको आवश्यकता रहेको छ ।

कानुनबिनाको संसार कस्तो होला त ? याे विषयमा धेरै चर्चा नै गर्नु पर्दैन । कानुनबिनाको संसार हामीले सोच्न पनि सक्दैनौँ । यदि कानुन नै छैन भने झैझगडा बढ्ने, हिंसा बढ्ने, मानिसहरूले मनपरी गर्न थाल्ने, समाज अथवा देशमा शान्ति ल्याउन नसक्नेजस्ता धेरै नकारात्मक समस्याहरू आउने छन् त्यसैले कानुन हुनु निकै नै महत्त्वपूर्ण छ ।

अन्तिममा कुरा गरौँ नेपालमा कानुनको अवस्थाकाे ।  हामीलाई थाहा नै छ कि नेपाल अरू विकास भइरहेका देशहरूको दाँजोमा धेरै पछाडि छ । कानुनी मामलामा हेर्ने हो भने पनि नेपाल पछाडि नै छ । आखिर किन त ? किनभने हाम्रो देश नेपालमा कानुन बनाउने सरकार नै नियमको पालना गर्दैन । आखिर कहिले सुध्रिन्छ त यो सरकार ? हिंसामा पनि नेपालले आकाश चुम्न भ्याइसक्यो । धेरै मानिसहरूले न्याय पाएका छैनन् । निर्मला पन्त र छोरीमाया महर्जनका जस्ता घटनाहरू हामी देख्न सक्छौँ । आखिर उहाँहरूले र उहाँहरूकाे परिवारले न्याय पाउने कहिले त ? सायद यिनै घटनाहरू बेलायत, जापानजस्ता विकसित देशहरूमा भएको भए उनीहरूले त्यता न्याय पाइसक्थे होला । समग्रमा भन्नुपर्दा नेपालको कानुनी अवस्था निकै नै कमजाेर रहेको छ । 
 

कसले बुझाेस् मेरो मनको व्यथा ?
भौतारिन्छ कहिले यता कहिले उता
न सीमा छ, न केही रोक
न त छ काेही गर्ने शोक ।

दुरी बढ्दै गयो र माया घट्दै गयो,
मेरो मनमा परेको चोट झन् गहिरो हुँदै गयो,
खोज्दै हिँड्छु त्यो कलम जसले समेट्ने छ मेरो व्यथा
खोज्दै हिँड्छु त्यो मलम जसले पारिदिने छ निको मेरो मन ।

अन्त्यमा आइपुग्छु त्यही ठाउँमा
र फेरि सुरु हुन्छ मेरो व्यथाकाे कहानी
तर अब अघि बढ्छु हार नमानी
देखाउँछु यो संसारलाई मेरो मूल्य 
र यसरी सुरु गर्छु मेरो सफलताकाे नयाँ काहानी  ।।
 

Street food is the ready to eat  food or drinks sold in the streets. These foods are sold on portable vendors or food trucks or food vans. These foods are made for immediate consumption. Street food differs from street to street but especially differs from region to region because of its origin or its consumption around the locality. According to the Food and Agriculture Organization(2007),2.5 billion people around the world eat street food everyday. Many people rely on street food because their timing of lunch and dinner doesn't match and to get quick access to foods. As many people can't afford a proper meal, street food has become that food that can be easily accessible at a reasonable price.But for many other people street food is like trying new things everyday with various tastes.

If someone has to taste real food or authentic food, it has to be street food.It is a culture of eating outside, drinking outside and hanging around the street eating street food. Having street food is like having a party, just chilling out, eating and drinking something. Street food is like a paradise to many people and it is like sharing your taste and uniqueness that you have added to a food. Many people are making their living by selling street foods.If you start selling street food, you don’t like to quit that thing because you get a lot of happiness and people appreciate your work instantly.
That's why people have been doing the same dish for 10, 20, 30 years and they never get tired. If you look at many developing countries and their cities almost half of the population is selling on the street.

Looking towards street food, consuming it daily can harm our health.Awareness to both seller and consumer should be given. But, due to Covid-19,sellers are aware and maintaining a proper hygiene in their food carts and consumers are eating only those places where peoples are maintaining a proper distance, hygiene,etc.

 

It is no secret that today’s generation is addicted to their phones. Almost everyone is on their phone all the time, so what makes our phone so interesting? The applications or simply social media apps keep us hooked to our phone. Tik Tok is one of the most famous and used social media platforms. Tik Tok was launched in September 2016 by a Chinese entrepreneur Zhang Yiming. Now, tiktok is a largely growing platform. Tik tok now has gained millions of users around the world. It is one of the fastest growing social media platforms in the world.

Today’s generation are so much into tik tok that they spend a lot of time using it. Many people spend hours and hours of their day scrolling through their for you page. Not only a specific age group but every age group people are using tik tok almost everyday. People have gained a lot of followers and popularity because of this app. This app is a wonderful boon as it is interesting given that each video is about 15 seconds. We as humans have a very little attention span. In this fast-paced world we have been so busy in our head that our attention is shifting from one thing to another within seconds. Our average attention span is about 8 seconds which is one less than that of a goldfish.

The concentration power of humans is decreasing day by day due to usage of these apps. People have been procrastinating a lot, shifting their tasks for later and scrolling through tik tok all day. It is indeed a great time pass for sure because it is very easy to scroll through their for you page. A lot of people have agreed that they don't reckon time passing by while they are on tik tok.

People’s patience level has also degraded because people now have discovered that they can gain information in less time than ever. The same amount of information that was available on youtube for about 10 minutes is now available on tic tok within a short period of time.

Entrepreneurs are very smart and they know that people are lazy , their brain seeks comfort and luxury so they made scrolling through tik tok much easier and simpler. You must have noticed that on your for you page only the things that you are interested in appear the most. It is designed in such an algorithm that enables users to spend most of their time on it. If we find something interesting then we are more likely to spend hours on it. Tik tok makers know that very well and it is why this app is growing at such a rapid pace.

Some believe that tik tok illegally fetches data from our phone and that is why it knows our interests, but this is not yet proved. Data is the most valuable thing in today’s world. If someone has our data then it would be very easy to manipulate us.

People have been ignoring their jobs and assignments just to scroll through Tick Tok for a little longer. They are being non-productive and it is affecting their health for sure. A lot of anything does more harm than good. People have been spending a lot of time on this app. Most people make their living out of it too.

Young people are throwing their lives away for some popularity on this social media site. It is a big deal to be famous and Tik Tok has made it possible for all the users to post your video of either dancing or lip syncing to a song or an audio which apparently makes you famous for that. Some people really put their work in a single Tik Tok video but others are just getting famous for being cringe and talentless.

Inspired by Tik Tok youtube has also created youtube shorts which are very similar to that of Tik Tok. The idea of uploading a video of only 15 seconds seems like a great concept of saving time but it is not what it looks like on the surface. The reality is we are taking more media information in less time but still we are not exactly saving time. Some people believe that life before Tik Tok was much more peaceful and non-distracting. But we still had entertaining sites such as Netflix, Youtube , Instagram , Facebook , Twitter and many more. The thing about Tik Tok is that it is extremely famous, so famous that it went from 65 million users in 2017 to 700 million users in 2020. Now Tik Tok has 1 billion downloads and is one of the fastest growing social media platforms.

One needs about 10,000 followers to start earning directly from Tik Tok. So, it is a great platform to showcase our talent and get famous while staying at home. Tik Tok is a very influential social media now, people are consuming a lot of information from it . Many use it for a source of entertainment, others think of it as a productive site where you get your daily dose of news like what is happening in the world.

We shall all agree that Tik Tok is a useful app, at some point it has taught us something new. The thing about Tik Tok is that it enables users to connect within a wide range. People from all around the world can post on Tik Tok. Due to its vast usage people are getting information about every corner of the world. People are able to connect with other people who live miles and miles far from them.

Tik Tok has gained a massive amount of daily users and it is an extremely popular app. But many people are against it as some consider it useless and time consuming. Given that we see people around us addicted to Tik Tok and they are on Tik Tok everytime. We might as well think of it as a harmful and addicting website. Either we love it or hate it Tik Tok is one of the most successful apps with a net worth of $50 billion dollars. 
 

A picture made using a camera, in which an image is focused on to light-sensitive material and then made visible and permanent by chemical treatment, or stored digitally is basically the definition of a photograph. Well I think it is more than just a picture stored digitally. A photograph says more than any mouth can, a photograph that brings back the memories being lost and nowhere to be found and most importantly a photograph can be stored forever with the stories, both told and untold.

Our life is filled with many adventures, journeys and many more memories of all kinds, happy, sad, embarrassing, romantic and many more. These kinds of memories are very special to all and photography is the one single medium that helps us keep it forever. A special place in our hearts for special memories of all kinds. Even if we remember those moments, without a photograph it cannot be completed.

Photography began in the late 1830’s in France. Ever since then photography has been a very important part of our life. It helps us capture memories of all kinds and all times. It helps us bring back memories that were forgotten or were buried deep down. Not only that photographs help us in the truth of the world, realise the beauty of many things and also realise our mistakes we’ve been repeating since long, i.e it helps us reveal the truth of things hidden.

Nowadays photography is also taken as competition. Surely the beauty of photographs is seen through it but the real perspective of photography is fading. People are starting to take photography as nothing but a source to get  popularity and money. The memories meant to be captured are instead taken as a picture for all kinds of social media or for blogs, vlogs, etc.

People are starting to forget what it is like to make memories and take the best shot of the memory and keep it safe. If we see, nowadays people don’t even have photo albums or any kind of photo frame with their recent or old memories captured. In conclusion, the concept of photographs should not be forgotten and be used for the purpose of making and capturing memories.
 

Everyday I started to struggle,

still, that struggle was not enough,

I failed again and got tired of my life,

but still won't be able to find one.

But giving up was not in my policy,

neither regretting was accepted,

to form my best ever plot.

and again i started the journey to find.

यो कला मिथिलाका नारीहरूको कडा एकाधिकारकाे क्षेत्र हो । तिनीहरूले आफ्नो आँगन वरिपरिका पर्खालहरूलाई अमूर्त चित्रहरूकाे चम्किलो रङ्गले ढाक्छन् । याे कला एक प्रकारको परम्परागत चित्रकला हो, जसले जनावर, मानिस, जीवन शैली, स्थानीय मानिसहरूको परम्परा र संस्कृतिलगायत प्राकृतिक वातावरणलाई झल्काउँछ ।
मिथिलाको कला धार्मिक अनुष्ठानहरू, विशेष गरी विवाह र यसको परिणाम, सन्तानसँग जोडिएको छ । याे वैदिक वैवाहिक संस्कारसँग अन्तर्क्रिया गरिएको, ब्राह्मणहरूद्वारा संस्कृत जपको साथ, महिलाहरूद्वारा नियन्त्रित र दुर्गा, काली र गौरी आदि देवीहरूप्रति समर्पित परम्परा हो । विवाह समारोहमा दुलहा र दुलहीलाई महिलाहरूले गौरीमा समर्पित आफ्नै समारोहका लागि तान्छन्, जसमा दुलहाबाहेक अन्य पुरुषहरूलाई निषेध गरिएको छ । गौरी ती देवी हुन्, जससँग बेहुलीले बाल्यकालदेखि नै असल पतिको लागि प्रार्थना गरिरहेकी हुन्छिन् । यी समारोहहरूमा देवीहरूका चित्रित चित्रहरू अघि चोकहरूमा प्रदर्शन गरिन्छन् । चित्रकलाका कार्य, कर्मकाण्डात्मक कला धेरै प्रतीकात्मक छन् । याे कलामा ब्रह्माण्डको आदिम ऊर्जा विभिन्न नारी रूपहरू, जीवित महिला र देवीहरू दुवैमा अवतारित हुन्छ ।
यी चित्रहरू मिथिलाका अशिक्षित महिलाहरूले अद्भूत रूपमा चित्रण गरेका छन् र हेर्दा धेरै नै आकर्षक छन् । तिनीहरूले विभिन्न अवसरहरूमा आफ्ना कलात्मक भावना र सिप व्यक्त गर्छन् । कोहबारका बाहिरी पर्खालहरू ग्रामीण जीवनका चित्रहरू, जस्तैः वाहकहरू सहितको पालकी, आँप, केरा, कदम्ब र अशोकजस्ता फलफूलका रुखहरूले सजिएका हुन्छन् । मैथिल नारीहरूले गोपिनीहरू र उनीहरूका निरन्तर साथी, राधासँग भगवान् कृष्णका प्रेमपूर्ण दृश्यहरू पनि चित्रित गर्छन् ।
 

धूमपान सुरु गर्ने धेरै मानिसहरू जिज्ञासा, डिप्रेसन वा अरूको प्रभावका कारणले गर्छन् तर आफ्नो शारीरिक र मानसिक स्वास्थ्यमा यसको नकारात्मक असर देखेपछि उनीहरू याे लत छाडेर बस्न चाहन्छन् । धूमपान छोड्नु धूमपान गर्नेहरूका लागि सबैभन्दा गाह्रा चिजहरूमध्ये एक हुन सक्छ तर एक पटक उनीहरूले धूमपान छोडेपछि उनीहरूले धूमपान छाेड्नुका धेरै फाइदाहरू देख्न सक्छन् ।

एक व्यक्तिले धूमपान छोडेपछि हामी त्यसले व्यक्तिमा ल्याएका सकारात्मक प्रभावहरू देख्न सक्छौँ । धूमपान छाडेको एक घण्टाभित्रै मानिसको मुटुको धड्कन सामान्य अवस्थामा फर्किन्छ र उसको रक्तचाप पनि घट्छ । धूमपानले तपाईंको शरीरमा कार्बन मोनोअक्साइडको मात्रा बढाउँछ तर धूमपान छोडेको १२ घण्टाभित्रमा तपाईंको शरीरमा मोनोअक्साइडको स्तर घट्छ र तपाईंको शरीरमा अक्सिजनको मात्रा बढ्छ । धूमपानले तपाईंको रक्तनलीमा रगत जम्ने र हृदयाघातको सम्भावना पनि बढाउँछ तर धूमपान छोडेको एक दिनभित्र हृदयाघातको जोखिम पनि कम हुन्छ । धूमपानले गन्ध र स्वादको लागि जिम्मेवार इन्द्रियहरूलाई क्षति पुर्‍याउँछ तर धुवाँ छोडेको २ दिनभित्रै गन्ध र स्वादका लागि जिम्मेवार स्नायुहरू निको हुन थाल्छन् । धूमपानले मुख्यतया फोक्सोलाई असर गर्छ र यसलाई नोक्सान पुर्‍याउँछ । यसले व्यक्तिमा सास फेर्न गाह्रो हुने र व्यक्तिमा बढी खोकी लाग्ने गर्छ तर धूमपान छाडेको १ महिनाभित्रै मानिसको फोक्सो निको हुन थाल्छ र खोकी कम हुन्छ ।

धूमपान छाड्दा मानिसलाई दीर्घकालीन फाइदा हुन्छ र हामीले धूमपान गर्ने व्यक्तिलाई धूमपान छोड्न प्रोत्साहन र उत्प्रेरित गर्नुपर्छ ।

Earth is a place full of mysteries that no one has been able to solve. There are a lot of events that are still unsolved and no one could figure it out. Some of the most mysterious events are listed below.

1. TIME TRAVELLING
There are a lot of incidents about time travelling mentioned on the internet. And all of them are very interesting and very intriguing. The first event is about the plane that travelled from past to present. We can see about this incident on the internet if you search about it. In July 1955, a flight named PAN AM 914 took off at New York City and its destination was Miami. But it never made it there. In the middle of their travels the flight mysteriously disappeared. Nobody could figure out what happened. After 37 years in 1992 AD, in the airport of Caracas, Venezuela the plane suddenly appeared without any signs in radar. The air traffic controllers were shocked to see an old plane that is no longer used. They asked the pilot to identify the plane.
The pilot replied that this flight was 914. They somehow travelled 1200 miles away from their direction after 37 years. The pilot was shocked and horrified after the air traffic controller told him that. After that the pilot took off again in a hurry and the plane was never seen after that. Nobody knows what happened to that plane after disappearing 37 years ago. The most popular theory is that the plane mistakenly entered a wormhole that caused the plane to travel in future. But later on it was said that the story about the missing plane was total fabrication. And the source of the fabrication was the weekly world news which was famous for absurd news. They published the same story before with different days of landing which was 1985 AD. But nobody knows what truly happened to flight 914.

2.  FALLING OF BLACK BIRDS AND DRUMFISH
Back in 2011 AD New Year eve. An incident occurred that shocked everyone. During midnight huge numbers of blackbirds started falling from the sky. No one knew what was going on. Next morning when the area was getting cleaned. 5000 of black birds were counted and none of them were alive. This mysterious incident happened in the town of Beebe in   Arkansas, United States. They were said to have suffered from blunt force trauma because. And initially they blamed fireworks. After sometime around the same time in year in the banks of Arkansas River, 100,000 drum fish were washed away all dead because of unknown causes. There was not much distance from the place where the blackbird fell. It was only 125 miles away.
After exactly a year in New Year 2012. Same thing was repeated. Blackbirds began to fall from the sky. But this time fireworks were banned because of the incident last year but it still couldn’t stop it. Nobody has answered how that happened. It also happened in Australia in 2019.
