लैङ्गिक हिंसा विरुद्धको १६  दिने अभियान सन् १९९१ मा सुरु भएकाे अभियान हाे । यस अभियानले महिला विरुद्ध हुने हिंसालाई सम्बोधन गर्न र यसकाे विरूद्धमा आवाज उठाउनका लागि विश्वव्यापी आन्दोलनको रूपमा मनाउँदै आइएकाे छ । यो अभियान अमेरिकाको न्यु जर्सिस्थित रुटजर्स युनिभर्सिटीमा रहेको महिला अधिकार सम्बन्धी संस्था सेन्टर फर वुमेन्स ग्लोबल लिडरसिपले सुरु गरेको हो । उद्घाटन अभियान नोभेम्बर २५ देखि डिसेम्बर १० सम्म विभिन्न अभियान र दिवस मनाई सम्पन्न गरिन्छ । यो अभियानले विश्वभरि महिला र किशाेरीहरू विरुद्ध हुने हिंसा अन्त्य गर्न सचेतना जगाउने र कारबाही गर्ने लक्ष्यका साथ सञ्चालन हुने गर्दछ । १६ दिनसम्म मनाइने याे अभियानकाे पहिलाे दिन नोभेम्बर २५ मा महिला विरुद्धको हिंसा उन्मूलनको लागि अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय दिवसकाे रूपमा र्याली, झाँकीका साथ मनाइने गरिएकाे छ । यो दिन अभियानको सुरुवातकाे दिन हो र महिला विरुद्ध हुने हिंसाको व्यापकता र प्रभाव बारे चेतना जगाउने र यसकाे महत्त्वका बारेमा जानकारी दिने गरी याे पहिलाे दिनलाई मनाइन्छ । नेपालमा महिला, बालबालिका तथा जेष्ठ नागरिक मन्त्रालयले १६ दिने अभियानकाे नेतृत्व लिदै आएकाे छ । यस वर्षकाे महिला हिंसा विरूद्धकाे  १६ दिने अभियानकाे राष्टिय नारा लैङ्गिक हिंसा अन्त्यकाे सुनिश्चितताः महिला तथा बालबालिकामा लगानीकाे सुनिश्चितता भन्ने रहेकाे छ ।
 

नेपाल तथा दक्षिण एसियाका देशहरूमा र विश्वभरमा नै महिला तथा किशाेरीमाथिका हिंसाका घटनाहरू बढी रहेकाे परिप्रेक्ष्यमा महिलालाई पनि पुरूष सरह मानव अधिकारकाे सुनिश्चितता हुनुपर्छ र उनीहरू दाेस्राे दर्जाकाे नागरिककाे रूपमा रहनु भनेकाे मानव अधिकारकाे विश्वव्यापी घाेषणपत्र सन् १९४८ ले प्रत्याभूत गरेकाे मानव अधिकारकाे उल्लङ्घन हाे भन्ने मान्यतासहित महिलामाथि हुने सबै प्रकारका भेदभाव उन्मूलन सम्बन्धी महासन्धि (सिड) १९७९ मा संयुक्त राष्ट सङ्घकाे महासभाबाट पारित गरी सन् १९९१ मा नेपालले पनि अनुमाेदन गरी विभिन्न कार्यक्रम गरी मनाउँदै आएकाे छ । 
 

यस १६ दिने अभियानका हरेक दिनहरूमा विभिन्न किसिमका दिवसहरू पर्दछन् जसमध्ये मुख्यतया नाेभेम्वर २९ लाई महिला मानव अधिकार रक्षा दिवसका रूपमा मनाइने गरिन्छ भने डिसेम्बर १ लाई विश्व एड्स दिवस, डिसेम्बर २ विश्व दासता उन्मूलन दिवस, डिसेम्वर ३ विश्व अपाङ्गता दिवस, डिसेम्वर ५ मा विश्व स्वंयसेवक दिवस, डिसेम्वर ६ विश्व महिला सहिद दिवस, डिसेम्बर ८  मर्यादित महिनावारी दिवस र डिसेम्वर १० मा मानव अधिकार दिवसकाे रूपमा मनाई अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय मानव अधिकार दिवस  मानवअधिकार र महिला विरुद्ध हुने हिंसा उन्मूलनबिचको सम्बन्धलाई जोड दिँदै यस दिनकाे अभियानको समापन हुन्छ।
 

यी १६ दिनहरूमा विभिन्न सङ्घसंस्था, कार्यकर्ता र व्यक्तिहरूले चेतना जगाउने, नीति परिवर्तनको पक्षमा वकालत गर्ने, महिला विरुद्ध हुने हिंसा रोक्न र उन्मूलन गर्ने प्रयासलाई प्रवर्द्धन गर्ने गतिविधि र पहलमा संलग्न हुन्छन् । अभियानले घरेलु हिंसा, यौन दुर्व्यवहार,  १६ दिने अभियानका क्रममा लिङ्गमा आधारित हिंसाका मूल कारणहरूलाई सम्बोधन गर्ने, त्यस्ता हिंसालाई निरन्तरता दिने सामाजिक मान्यताहरूलाई चुनौती दिने र लैङ्गिक समानतालाई प्रवर्द्धन गर्ने लक्ष्य राखिएको हुन्छ । यो समयलाई व्यक्ति र समुदायहरू एकजुट हुने एक अर्काका सफलता र भाेगाइका कथाहरू सुन्ने सुनाउने र सबैका लागि हिंसामुक्त संसार बनाउनको लागि कदम चाल्ने र शून्य सहिष्णुताकाे सिद्धान्त अपनाएर मानव अधिकारकाे सुनिश्चित गर्दै विभेद रहित समाजकाे निर्माणमा याेगदान दिने समयका रूपमा लिने गरिन्छ र विश्वव्यापी मानव अधिकारकाे सुनिश्चितताका लागि हामी सबैकाे याेगदान हुन जरूरी छ । 

तिम्रो सौन्दर्यले हुन्छ शान्तिकाे अनुभव,

हिमाली चुचुराहरूले गर्छन् बिहानीको स्वागत, 

हिमाली छाया छन् जहाँ अग्ला शिखर,

सगरमाथाको जस्ताे शिर हुन्छ आशीर्वाद,

चुचुराहरूमा ठाेक्किएर भन्छन् बादल मरूँ 

जहाँ प्रकृतिका चमत्कारहरू चम्किरहेछन् ।
 

प्रकृति सौन्दर्यको र समृद्धि

नेपाल तिम्रो सौन्दर्य विश्वमा एक

 बग्ने कञ्चन हिमनदीहरू यहाँ

के नाम लिनु एक, छन् यहाँ अनेक ।
 

नदीहरू बग्छन्, धुनहरूका साथमा

आकाश छुने माथ जुन् हाे सगर माथमा

 गहिरो विश्वका उपत्यकाहरूमा

तराईका सम्मा फाँटहरूमा

चम्किरहेछ, याे सुन्दर प्रकृति
 

चिसाे हावा, आत्माकाे शान्ति र मुक्ति

ऋषिले तपस्या गरेकाे याे देव भूमि

हाे याे, अनेक सुन्दरताकाे कर्म भूमि

बसेका छन् जन यहाँ सारा विश्व एक मानी ।

Dandelions are weeds,

Flourished in fertilized lawns,

Sprawled all over the soil.

Like most plants, easy to be grown in the right soil,

Easy to be picked.
 

Painting meadows with glances of gold,

Hidden beneath the multihued foliage,

They are denounced from the viewer's eye.

Taken out of the spotlight, they wilt,

Wrinkled up till all dry.
 

Said to be luck,

If blown in one go,

Each seedling floating off,

Leaving the stem to be

Left behind.
 

Adaptive and proud,

They prosper in all of Mother Nature’s lush,

Resilient, yet discarded,

They represent the glow of the sun,

Burning with great flurry.
 

Blown and used,

The lion’s teeth have petals such as thousands of feathers,

A hope outcries to be healed,

Healed from certain doom.

Being picked only causes more pressure.
 

Alas, if taken off the spot in which they grow,

Out of the sunlight and into once darkness,

The life of a dandelion starts faltering.

Only hoped to be loved,

Yet forever in despair of being a weed among floral bouquets.

The once peaceful dynasties living in peace had shattered moral and ethical boundaries, and it was a race between the dynasties to colonize the new planet dubbed Twitter. In the Thrash dynasty, the war had cooled down, with Bjorn single-handedly taking down the entire force of Epirus.

Bjorn gathers his troops and states that the king was killed in the midst of the battle, with his remains being vaporized by the atomic weapons used by Epirus. This brought great grief and sorrow to the soldiers, as Math was a great and charismatic leader. Bjorn says, “But you shall not worry as your new emperor stands before your eyes.” The mutter and noise soon turn into cheering as they cheer Bjorn’s name, echoing throughout the whole nation. “Inform the other planets we shall leave for our new planet in a week's time.”

Bjorn was questioned by Busu, “Emperor, should we leave for the journey now? The other dynasties must be way ahead of us already.” Bjorn smirks and says, “We are the Thrashians, we don't colonize, we conquer.” This left Busu with a chilling feeling down his spine.

In a week's time, they got ready with special suits made with brut skin which can stand the radiation of the sun, summoning their brutes. They embark on a journey with a billion soldiers. The scene shifts to Epirus, who have already colonized Twitter. Time moves differently on Twitter; as it is far from the reach of MrBeast, which makes this planet desirable among all the planets. Twitter can be used to create genetic advancements as one week in Twitter is equal to a year in the universe. It turns out the planet was originally inhabited by a primitive species called the Pokémon, but they were forced into hiding by the Epirus. It had already been a year on Twitter, and other dynasties had still not attacked the planet.

Until they received a notice stating that all the planets inhabited by the Epirus had been invaded by the Thrash. The Epirus were stunned by this turn of events. In complete horror, the emperor of the Epirus dynasty retreated immediately, but it was too late as Thrash were here to conquer Twitter too. The Epirus were wiped out of existence in a single week. This devastated the seeker as they knew their doom was near too until they were called by the emperor. Even the ruler of the universe was scared of what Bjorn had done and was anxious that he may come for the throne next. He was not wrong, and it is revealed that Bjorn is the chosen one, the one with the battle experience of a thousand emperors who ruled before him. His power exceeded MrBeast's power.

MrBeast came up with a clever plan to get rid of Bjorn while still protecting his own pride and reputation. He worked on this plan with Pikachu, the oldest Seeker who could see into the future up to 160 years. But there was a problem – Bjorn seemed to have vanished completely. No one could find him, not even MrBeast with all his power.

In five years' time, Bjorn was back after 260 years of genetic evolution. It turned out Bjorn had hidden himself very well. Instead of being out in the open, Bjorn had gone into hiding. He was doing something unexpected: he was building a deep and strong connection with the Pokémon creatures. This bond he was creating was special and powerful. And it was all part of a secret plan he had in mind – a plan that could cause immense destruction across the entire universe.

Genetically advanced, the Thrashians could alter and manipulate the parts of their body to the cellular level. It was unlike anyone had ever seen before. With their new powers, they unleash an attack with their troops on all the colonized planets. The force that kept time static between all the planets vanished after it was overpowered by Bjorn’s, every Thrashian, and achieved immortality and were far beyond the seekers and the fury. In a 92-year conquest, all the planets were finally under the Thrash dynasty. Unable to store his power in a single body, Bjorn had changed himself into pure energy which can neither be destroyed nor be created.

The story brings us back to the same mysterious enclosed room. Inside, we see the men in white robes who had hidden their faces. At the center of the room, there's a tube containing Bjorn, who appears to be in a deep, unnatural sleep. As the tension thickens, the men start removing their hoods, revealing their faces for the first time. What's under those masks is not what you'd expect – they have strange, inhuman features, giving you an eerie feeling.

A sense of suspense and uncertainty fills the room as they start chanting, “Hail fury.”

सारा एक जिज्ञासु र साहसी बच्चा थिई । ऊ आफ्नो घर नजिकको जङ्गलमा जाँदा रमाइलोका लागि घुम्थी । एक दिउँसो  ऊ सामान्यभन्दा धेरै टाढा, गहिरो जङ्गलमा पुगी । ऊ डराई आखिर ऊ १४ वर्षकी मात्र थिई। उसले जङ्गलले उसलाई घेरेको महसुस गरी र उसले अगाडिको सिधा बाटो मात्र देखी । जति नै हिँडे पनि जङ्गलको अन्त्य भेटिएन । अझ ठुलो र डरलाग्दो मात्र भयो । अँध्यारो हुँदै गइरहेको थियो । घाम लगभग अस्ताइसकेको थियो र सारा झन् डराएकी थिई । सुन्दर हरिया रुखहरू एकाएक अँध्यारो र घुमाउरो देखिन्थे । निलो पानीमा सर्पहरू डुबेको जस्तो देखिन्थ्यो । साराले जङ्गली जनावरको आवाज मात्र सुन्न सक्थी । 

यी घटनाहरूबिच साराले अन्ततः एउटा घर देखी । छिटो हिँड्दै, लगभग दौड्दै ऊ घरको अगाडि पुगी । नजिकबाट निरीक्षण गर्दा साराले धेरै घरहरू देख्न थाली र यी घरहरूको बिचमा एउटा ठुलो आगो थियो । साराले वरपर हेरी र एउटी वृद्ध महिलालाई देखी । उसले सोधी, "म कहाँ छु" ?  आमाले सहजै भनिन् बच्चा तिमी अचम्ममा धेरै टाढा जङ्गलमा पुग्यौ, ठिकै छ राती बसेर भोलि जानु । उनले यो ठुलो मुस्कानका साथ भनिन् र यसले सारालाई सुरक्षित र न्यानो महसुस गरायो । उसको परिचय अन्य गाउँलेहरूसँग भयो । यस गाउँमा कलाकार, सङ्गीतकार, लेखक, डाक्टर, शिक्षक र सबै थिए । तिनीहरू सबै दयालु थिए र सबै आफ्नो बारेमा कुरा गर्न र साराको बारेमा जान्न उत्सुक थिए ।

कथै कथामा एउटा कथाले साराको कान समात्यो । नाना नाम गरेका सङ्गीतकारको कथाले । नाना सानै थिए जब उनले गीत लेख्न थाले । उनले विभिन्न कार्यक्रममा गाए र सबैले सधैँ आफू राम्रो गायक हो भने तर नाना आफैँले त्यस्तो सोच्दैनथे । उनले सोच्थे कि उनको सङ्गीत प्रतिभाको आधारभूत थिएन र त्यो सबै प्रशसाको योग्य छैन । उनले आफैलाई घृणा गर्न थाले । किनकि उनलाई लाग्थियो कि उनले केही महान् बनाउन सक्दैनन् तर वास्तविकतामा त्यस्तो थिएन । नानाले आफूलाई धेरै माया गर्न थालेपछि उनको प्रतिभा मात्र बढ्यो र उनी पहिलेभन्दा राम्रो सङ्गीतकार बने । यो सारासँग साँच्चै अड्कियो किनभने ऊ पनि एक कलाकार थिई । उसको लागि उसको कला कुरूप थियो तर अरूका लागि थिएन । साराले सोच्न थाली कि सायद उसको कला खराब छैन । थप कथाहरू सुनेपछि, सारा सुत्छे। ऊ आमाको घरमा न्यानो र आरामदायी ओछ्यानमा सुत्छे। सुत्नु अघि उसले तातो र स्वादिष्ट खानाले भरिएको प्लेट खान्छे। सारालाई आज सपना जस्तै लाग्छ ।

भोलिपल्ट बिहान उठेर साराले ती आमा हराएको भेट्टाई । घरबाहिर गएर आमालाई चिया बनाउँदै गरेको देखेपछि ऊ त्यही जान्छे । उसले अभिवादन गर्छे र आमालाई गाउँ र यसको उत्पत्तिबारे सोध्छे। आमाले आफूले आफ्नो आत्मालाई निको पार्ने र मन सफा गर्न चाहने मानिसहरूका लागि यहाँको गाउँ बनाएको बताइन् । गाउँमा छनोट भएकाले मात्रै जान सक्ने भएकाले यो ठाउँ गोप्य राख्नुपर्ने उनको भनाइ छ । सारा आफू छनोट भएको तथ्यबाट छक्क पर्छे । ऊ आमासँग थप कुरा गर्छे र तयार भएको चिया पिउँछे। साराले सबैलाई बिदाइ गरेर गाउँ छोड्छे। घर फर्किदै गर्दा उसले हिजोको रात बारेमा सोच्छे। आफूले अनुभव गरेको कुरा साँचो हो कि होइन भनेर सोच्दै घर ऊ पुग्छे । 

उसको घरमा उसको आमाले उसलाई के भयो भनेर सोधिन् र उसलाई अँगालो हालिन् । उसले झुट भन्छे कि ऊ हराएर र रूखको छेउँमा सुती तर उसलाई केही खराब भएन । उसले गाउँको बारेमा बताइन् किनभने यो गोप्य थियो । अब जब जब सारालाई शान्ति खोज्नुपर्छ । ऊ त्यो गाउँमा जान्छे र त्यहाँका मानिसहरूसँग कुरा गर्छे । ऊ आफूलाई र आफ्नो कलालाई बढी माया गर्छे। ऊ जहिले पनि भेट्न जान्छे गाउँलेहरूको पोट्रेट कोर्छे। ऊ त्यहाँ हुँदा साँच्चै शान्तिमा हुन्छे ।

A city with calmness and peace,

A city where conflict is nonexistent,

A city full of kindness,

A city where the word pollution never exists,

A city where crime never happens,

A city where green is everywhere,
A city where streets are safe.
 

A city where racism doesn't exist,

A city where everyone is equally treated,

A city where sexism is not common,
A city where people are pure.
 

Beautiful buildings and smooth roads,

Big trees and perfect bushes,

Water from rivers is drinkable,
Air in the environment is breathable.

God is described as a being that can change the course of beings lower than it. God is a figure that helps, loves, and cares for beings lower than them. God is a being with endless love and forgiveness. God is a source of support, and God helps people achieve their goals by granting their wishes. These are the features of the god that we know, follow, and believe in. Our ancestors have left many traits behind indicating the existence, physical and moral characteristics, and stories of a certain higher being we call God.

People live their entire lives trying to rely on this higher being to solve all their life problems and get them to the perfect paradise afterlife. They spend their lives trying to make sure they stay within the rules created by God, trying to stay as pure as possible with the ideology of walking the path towards light. What people do not realize is that the God that we speak of and their powers and characteristics are within human limits. And why is that? It’s because God hasn’t shown any examples of his powers or hasn’t shown his proof of existence throughout many centuries. So, in order to keep people believing in God’s existence, the creators of this presence had to state that God doesn’t grant you powers; he just helps you get through your problems through hard work and makes sure you have a happy life, bringing you gifts in life as a reward for your hard work.

When we work hard day and night, then of course, we are going to get good results due to our hard work. But what part did God play while we did all that work that we so highly devote the results of our work to them? God’s powers and characteristics are within human limits, as said earlier, which means that any human can be God. As long as a human has a pure heart, a helpful soul, and power that can change another human’s life, they also can become God. Even if you gift a 500 rupee note to a beggar on the street, for that person, you become God. When you save another person’s life, you become God, even when you cook good food, which ensures good health in the future of the person who eats that food, makes you God.

The God that we believe in, we can become ourselves. Some might argue, saying that we can’t become God as we can’t move mountains and move the clouds in the skies. Oh, but when one has the money and power, trust me, they can create mountains and clouds. Everything that has been recorded done by God is not impossible to be done by humans. God has not done any activities that go past the human imagination. Everything God has done has been done within the boundaries of its existence on this planet Earth.

Humans can become gods. They can solve any matter in the world with enough power and money. They can create unimaginable things. They can achieve unimaginable goals. They can change anything that comes their way. And yet, they rely on a higher being to grant them things they can achieve themselves and blame the being for their failing when the being has no part in the process of achieving their goals. Humans need to realize that God exists for mental strength to finish their goals, not as a source of a chance at success.

आकाशबाटै उदाएर सूर्य 

 अस्ताउँछ र बिलाउँछ आकाशमै

आकाशमा हिरा जस्तै,

ताराकाे चमक र सुन्दरता

लाेभ लाग्दाे जीवन बाँचिरहेछ

ताराहरू माथि चम्किरहेछन् ।,

बालबालिकाहरू बरफमा गोलाबारी,

रमाई रमाई खेल्छन् वारिपारि

सर्दीको मौसम, रमाइलो र आनन्द मानी

रमाएर एक अर्काकाे हात तानी तानी

प्रकृतिको रमाइलो, ठाउँहरूमा सञ्चार,

हिउँकाे सुन्दरता र  जीवनमा नयाँ रङ्ग ल्याउँदै।
