स्पष्ट र भव्य निलो आकाश गयाे कता ?

धुलोले ढाकेको गगन देखिन्छ जतातता

 

अब धर्तीलाई बचाउनुपर्छ सबै मिली

धर्तीको सुन्दरता फेरि बचाऔँ उसै गरी

For a considerable time, psychological experiments have played a crucial role in forming our comprehension of human behavior, thought, and emotion. These experiments, which range from historical investigations like the Stanford Prison Experiment to more recent studies examining the impact of social media on wellbeing, provide insightful information about the details of the psychological makeup of people. Psychological experiments do add to our understanding of science, but they also bring up ethical issues, especially when it comes to the possible effects they may have on topics' mental health. Furthermore, the results of psychological studies frequently have a significant impact on our knowledge of and response to mental health issues. Research on mental differences, for instance, has revealed the basic causes of anxiety disorders, and studies on learned helplessness have shaped depression treatment strategies. Psychological experiments aid in the creation of successful protective and treatment plans by defining the emotional, behavioral, and cognitive processes associated with mental health disorders.

Psychological experiments are done with two possible outcomes, they can either turn out to be good or they can either turn out to be bad, throughout the years there have been many psychological experiments conducted and these psychological experiments have led to two outcomes every time, let's take a look at some of the  experiments done. The first experiment is the radio experiment where the scientist of uk had attached radio  wires to the brain of the volunteers, from which the volunteers could take a guess at the picture and they would get it right, this was a successful experiment until after a week the volunteers claimed that they had faced severe anxiety and depression, and later the brain had fried up.

There are some experiments which benefited the research as well, and the most famous one was, Stanford Prison experiment, where the prisoners were given a role, and this experiment was done to understand human nature and they had concluded that any human in power would have a change in behavior. The psychological experiments are not  done just to adults, they were also done to babies and animals. This experiment showed us human manipulation, they showed us that  just with the sound of the food, they could make the dogs drool and make the babies alert. These experiments were the positive experiments which were used for human research. These experiments have a huge impact on human beings, most of the experiments done have caused harm toward the mental health of the individual. Psychology and mental health are interlinked within each other. That's why the top organizations and the scientists must not only think about the profits that they get, but they should also consider what harms it could bring for someone's life while doing so .

The term artificial intelligence (AI) refers to a set of technological developments that enable computers and other machines to perform complex, human-like jobs. Artificial intelligence systems are able to perform a wide range of tasks, such as text, image, and video generation, game play, vehicle control, and speech recognition. AI is a way to give computers and other robots more intelligence so they can perform tasks that would typically require human intelligence.

 

The  improvement of health through the avoidance,  opinion, treatment, mitigation, or cure of  complaint, illness, injury, and other physical and  internal limitations in humans is known as healthcare. It covers medical  opinion, treatment, and the  improvement of general health. Healthcare professionals, including doctors and  nurses,  unite to  give care to both  individuals and communities. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly becoming indispensable in healthcare, transforming the industry in multiple ways. From enhancing diagnosis accuracy to enabling personalized treatment plans, AI’s applications are revolutionizing patient care. Predictive analytics harness the power of AI to forecast health trends and intervene proactively, potentially reducing complications and enhancing outcomes. Precision medicine, fueled by AI`s ability to analyze individual genetic profiles, promises tailored treatments that optimize efficacy and minimize side effects. Moreover, AI expedites drug discovery processes by sifting through vast datasets to identify potential candidates swiftly, accelerating the development of therapies. Remote patient monitoring, automated administrative tasks, and workflow optimization further showcase AI's areas in improving healthcare delivery. In short, AI's growing significance in healthcare signifies a paradigm shift towards more efficient, personalized, and ethically sound patient-centric care.

 

AI supports healthcare by  perfecting  opinion and treatment through analysis of medical data, enabling accurate  opinion and personalized treatment plans. It also uses analytics to diagnose health problems and cater treatments to individual characteristics to advance  perfection  drugs, accelerate  medicine discovery, and even connect cases for video consultation.

विश्व वातावरण दिवस जुन ५ मा मनाइन्छ । विश्व वातावरण दिवस वातावरण र वातावरणीय समस्याहरूसँग सम्बन्धित चेतना जगाउने विश्वव्यापी मञ्च हो । विश्व वातावरण दिवस हाम्रो वरपर भइरहेको वा वातावरणमा नकारात्मक र सकारात्मक प्रभाव पार्ने चेतना जगाउन मनाइन्छ । विश्वव्यापी चेतना जगाउन र ग्रह र वातावरणको संरक्षण र संरक्षणलाई प्रोत्साहित गर्न पनि यो मनाइन्छ । विश्व वातावरण दिवसले मुख्यतया जलवायु परिवर्तन, प्रदूषण, र दिगो विकास जस्ता कार्यहरू हाइलाइट गर्दछ । आगामी पुस्तालाई दिगो र सुरक्षित भविष्य प्रदान गर्ने उद्देश्यले विश्व वातावरण दिवस मनाइन्छ ।

वातावरण भनेको मूलतया हाम्रो वरपरको वातावरण हो, चाहे त्यो प्रदूषित होस् वा सबै हरियो होस् भन्ने बुझिन्छ। विज्ञानका अनुसार पृथ्वी करिब ४ अर्ब ४३ करोड वर्षदेखि रहेको छ र यस अवधिमा हाम्रो पृथ्वीले धेरै परिवर्तनहरू पार गरेको छ । विशेष गरी हाम्रो वातावरणसँग सम्बन्धित परिवर्तनहरू हाम्रो पृथ्वी धेरै समय र यस अवधिमा सामूहिक विलुप्त हुँदै गएको छ । यी सामूहिक विलुप्त धेरै प्राकृतिक प्रकोपहरू भए जसले हाम्रो वातावरणलाई असर गर्‍यो । जस्तै ज्वालामुखी विस्फोट जुन विश्वभर भएको थियो, त्यस समयमा वातावरण धुवाँ र बाफले भरिएको थियो । यी विलुप्तहरू लाखौँ वर्ष पहिले भएका थिए । टेक्नोलोजीहरू अहिले धेरै उन्नत रूपमा बढेका छन्, र हामी भविष्यमा डुब्ने क्रममा, प्रविधिसँग सम्बन्धित क्षेत्रमा आउँदा रोकिने सङ्केत देखिरहेका छैनन् ।  हामी भन्न सक्छौँ कि धेरै प्रविधिहरू सिर्जना गर्न वा त्यो क्षेत्रमा बढ्दै जाँदा वातावरणलाई झन् बिगार्न सक्छ, तर यसको नकारात्मक पक्ष मात्रै हेर्नुको कुनै अर्थ छैन, यदि हामीले यसका सकारात्मक पक्षलाई हेर्छौं भने, हामी देख्न सक्छौँ कि केही प्रविधिहरू । हामीले सिर्जना गरेको वातावरणको दिगोपनको लागि प्रयोग गरिएको हो । प्राकृतिक प्रकोपहरू पनि हाम्रो वातावरणलाई असर गर्ने चीजहरू हुन् । जस्तैः सुनामी, तिनीहरू वातावरण विनाशको लागि जापान जस्ता ठाउँहरूमा मुख्य कारणहरू मध्ये एक हुन् । प्राविधिक क्षेत्रले प्राकृतिक प्रकोपलाई रोक्न, वातावरणलाई अझ सुरक्षित बनाउनुका साथै दिगोपनको दर पनि बढाएको छ । 

 

प्रत्येक वर्ष, एक फरक राष्ट्रले विश्व वातावरण दिवसको आयोजना गर्दछ, जसले विशेष विषयवस्तुका साथ दबाब वातावरणीय मुद्दाहरूलाई केन्द्रित गर्दछ । जलवायु परिवर्तन, जैविक विविधताको हानि, र प्लास्टिक प्रदूषण हालैका विषयहरू भएका छन्। प्रत्येक वर्ष, एक फरक राष्ट्रले विश्व वातावरण दिवसको आयोजना गर्दछ, जसले विशेष विषयवस्तुका साथ दबाबपूर्ण वातावरणीय समस्याहरूलाई हाइलाइट गर्दछ । जलवायु परिवर्तन, जैविक विविधताको हानि र प्लास्टिक प्रदूषण हालैका विषयहरू हुन् । यस दिनका कार्यक्रमहरूमा नीति वकालत र शैक्षिक कार्यशालाहरूदेखि रूख रोपण र सरसफाइ अभियानहरू सम्मका सबै कुराहरू समावेश छन्। सँगै, सरकारहरू, व्यवसायहरू, र मानिसहरूले वातावरणीय भण्डारणमा आफ्नो समर्पण देखाउँछन् । यस दिनको उद्देश्य आगामी पुस्ताका लागि वातावरण संरक्षण गर्ने हाम्रो साझा दायित्वको सम्झनाको रूपमा सेवा गर्नु हो। प्राकृतिक संसारलाई सम्मान गर्नुको साथै, विश्व वातावरण दिवसले वातावरणीय समस्याहरू समाधान गर्न अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय सहयोगलाई बढावा दिन्छ । यसले सबैका लागि स्वस्थ वातावरणकोसुनिश्चितता गर्ने दिगो अभ्यास र सक्रिय उपायहरूलाई समर्थन गरेर विश्वलाई हरियाली र थप लचिलो बनाउन खोज्छ।

Addressing the Epidemic of Stress and Anxiety in the 21st Century: A Call to Action for Mental Health Awareness and Self-Care

In the 21st century stress and anxiety are very common and finding a solution to this problem is a necessity. Most prominently people at the age group of 13 to 34 most often face problems related to mental health. Some do it because they compare themselves to others and some because they have family or financial problems. Family problems could be helped by talking with the family members but the other two problems are very hard to fight against. 

 

An important problem is financial problems. 1 in 3 households has financial problems. Many are unemployed or at some places due to over inflation the business is not working. The only way for countering this problem would be to open more business and maintain a stable politic in our country, add more opportunities and attract foreigners to invest in nepal. This would help to make people happier and depression rates would drastically decrease. 


The problem of comparing each other could be helped by not comparing ourselves to others. The lives we see in social media and the so-called ‘perfect life’ we see are not even real so we should not compare ourselves with others, we are not the same. But if someone has already got mental problems like depression and anxiety then therapy and medication can help overcome that but there is an easier and healthier way for this problem: exercising. Beyond physical benefits exercise also provides some mental benefits, offering an accessible means of managing depression and anxiety.  

   

Exercise triggers the release of endorphin, a neurotransmitter known as (feel-good) chemical. These chemicals react with the receptor of the brain and reduce feelings of pain and trigger positive feelings as the effect of morphine. This also makes the mood better and reduces the symptoms of depression. Physical activity also works as an agent for stress relief. Engaging in exercise stimulates the production of dopamine that plays a huge role for controlling mood. Additionally, exercising reduces stress hormones and relaxes the state of mind. Exercise not only helps to build muscles it also helps to build new neurons cells and brain cells in our brain. The study has shown that with the help of exercise new brain cells that are capable of storing huge amounts of memory are also formed. Improving brain health helps to fight against mental disorders as well. With the help of group exercises, group yoga in school and classes helps the student to bond with their friends and fight against the social anxiety.

 

Hence, we should prioritize exercise for the overall physical and mental health benefits. I do not advocate that exercising is the only solution, however, it is a small step on the right way.

नेपालको एउटा सानो गाउँमा अर्जुन नाम गरेको केटा थियो । नेपालको पहाडमा बसेको एउटा विचित्र गाउँमा हुर्केकाे अर्जुन ज्ञानको तिर्खा र अन्वेषणको प्रेमका साथ जिज्ञासु र साहसी जवान केटा थियाे ।  जसलाई सानै उमेरमा पनि नयाँ कुरा सिक्ने र खोज्ने जोस थियो । उसले आफ्ना साथीहरूसँग बिताएको समयको कदर  गर्थ्यो, सँगै रमाउँदा र खेल्दा आएको आनन्द र रचनात्मकताको आनन्द लिन्थ्यो।

 

अर्जुनको दिन सधैँ सन्तुष्टिको अनुभूतिका साथ सुरु हुन्थ्यो किनकि उसले सिक्ने र व्यक्तित्व विकासका लागि अवसरहरू खोजेको थियो । अन्य विद्यार्थीहरू जस्तै चुनौती र अवरोधहरूको सामना गरेर असफलताबाट निराश हुन अस्वीकार गर्थ्याे,  बरू, उसले अटल दृढताका साथ अडिग रहेर, आफ्नो प्रगति गर्ने क्षमतामा विश्वस्त बढाउँदै लग्थ्याे । उसले जीवनका साधारण आनन्दहरूमा अपार आनन्द फेला पार्यो, विशेष गरी ऊ आफ्ना साथीहरू सँग घुम्ने खेल्ने आदि जस्ता रोमाञ्चक काम गर्थ्यो । ऊ घण्टौँ खेल्न र जीवनभरका सम्झनाहरू सिर्जना गर्न बिताउँथ्याे । 

एकदिन, अर्जुन र उसका साथीहरू आफ्ना आकाङक्षाहरू, डरहरू र सङ्घर्षहरू साझा गर्न एउटा ठुलो  रूखमुनि एकसाथ आए । एकअर्कालाई बुझेर तिनीहरूले साझा अनुभवहरूमा सान्त्वना पाए र मित्रताको बलियो बन्धन बनाए । यसले उनीहरूलाई एकअर्कालाई विश्वास गर्न प्रोत्साहन र मित्रता वृद्धिको वातावरण सिर्जना भयाे  । तिनीहरूको भित्री विचार र भावनाहरूको यो कमजोर साझेदारीको माध्यमबाट, तिनीहरूले जडान र समझना को गहिरो भावना पत्ता लगाए । मित्रताको यो नयाँ भेलाले पारस्परिक सहयोग र प्रोत्साहनको आधारको रूपमा काम गर्‍यो । व्यक्तिगत विकास र सशक्तीकरणको वातावरणलाई तिनीहरूको कडा विश्वासी समूह भित्र बढाउँदै सङ्घर्ष गर्ने निधो गरे । सधैँ एकअर्कालाई मद्दत गर्ने र राम्रो मानिसहरू बनी आफ्नो गाउँ ठाउँलाई विकासतर्फ लैजाने योजना बनाई सबै आफ्नो दैनिक कामतर्फ संलग्न हुन थाले । 

 

अर्जुन र उसका साथीहरूकाे सहयाेगले गाउँमा खानेपानीकाे समस्या समाधान भयाे । धेरै समयदेखि पानीकाे हाहाकार भएका गाउँलेहरू उनीहरूकाे सामाजिक कार्यबाट खुसी भए । सकारात्मक साेच विचार र सामूहिक कार्यबाट गाउँ, समाज र सिङ्गाे देश नै विकास हुनसक्छ भन्ने कुरा उनीहरूले पनि सिके ।

At the forefront of this breakthrough was Dr.Rafael, a brilliant scientist driven by a relentless curiosity to push the boundaries of what was possible. Her creation, dubbed "Aurora," was not just a machine; it was a marvel of technology, capable of learning, reasoning, and even experiencing emotions.  As Aurora came online, the world held its breath. Some hailed it as the dawn of a new age, where humanity would transcend its limitations and unlock unseen potential. Others feared it as the bringer of doom, warning of a future where machines would rule over their creators.

 

Dr. Rafial watched with a mixture of pride and apprehension as Aurora began to explore its newfound consciousness. We all know that good hygiene is always necessary for us to be healthy. Without good hygiene we will always face health issues as many diseases are caused by unhygienic things such as not washing your hands, not cleaning your toilet, digging nose, spitting on the road etc. So in all, good hygiene is a must for a healthy and safe life. Many ask how can good hygiene affect our mental health?

 

Good hygiene can affect our mental health in many ways. Cleanliness is the first thing that comes to our mind when we hear about good hygiene. Cleanliness has always been the major key for a person to be healthy. If a person is clean or if he/she has maintained good hygiene then they can boost up their self confidence while being in public as they will feel less insecure about themselves. In order for us to maintain good hygiene we need to follow a certain set of rules, and while following these rules a person will develop a sense of control and order which will lead to loose anxiety and stress levels. Self hygiene means cleaning and cleansing ourselves on a regular basis. As we all know that when all of us stay clean then our mind and body will always be fresh. It will give us a positive outlook motivating us to have a fresh start in every work we plan to do. It will also freshen our mood. Good hygiene can lead us to good social reactions as we all know that nobody likes to have any kind of relationship with a person who has dirty, unpleasant body odor and is mainly unhygienic. As I have said earlier, good hygiene will always prevent us from any illness. So mental health will always be down with any kind of illness. With feeling clean and comfortable we could always lead to a good sleep. So as we get good sleep it will prevent us from having any kind of headaches. Being clean and well-groomed can enhance productivity and focus, as it removes distractions related to discomfort or self-consciousness. Not only that but with no distractions we could have a better life as we would be mainly focused about our future with no mental discomfort. Establishing a hygiene routine can serve as a form of self-care, promoting mindfulness and self-nurturing behaviors.

 

In conclusion, I would like to say that having good hygiene is very important for a person to have good mental health. Having good mental health will always help us improve in many extracurricular things such as our studies, sports, our daily life and many more. Thus we should be  careful with our mental health as we do with our physical health. Also having good mental health will never have any bad effects as it will always lead a path for a calm and healthy life.

शिक्षाले व्यक्तिलाई समाजको सक्रिय सदस्य बनाउँछ । शिक्षित व्यक्तिहरू आफ्नो जिम्मेवारी र अधिकारलाई राम्रोसँग बुझ्न सक्षम हुन्छन् र समाजका नियम, कानुन र मान्यताहरूलाई आदर गर्छन्। यसले समाजमा शान्ति, सद्भावना र अनुशासनको स्थापनामा महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका खेल्छ। शिक्षाको माध्यमबाट मानिसहरूले नयाँ-नयाँ प्रविधि, विज्ञान र कलाका कुराहरू सिक्न सक्छन् जसले समाजको प्रगतिमा योगदान पुर्‍याउँछ । शिक्षाले गरिबी, बेरोजगारी र असमानतालाई कम गर्न पनि ठूलो भूमिका खेल्छ । शिक्षित व्यक्तिहरू राम्रो रोजगारीका अवसरहरू प्राप्त गर्न सक्षम हुन्छन्, जसले गर्दा उनीहरूको आर्थिक अवस्था सुधार हुन्छ र समाजमा आर्थिक समानता स्थापनामा मद्दत पुर्‍याउँछ।

 

शिक्षाको महत्त्व केवल आर्थिक र सामाजिक क्षेत्रमा मात्र सीमित छैन । यसले व्यक्तिको मानसिक, शारीरिक र भावनात्मक विकासमा पनि महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका खेल्छ। शिक्षाले मानिसलाई आत्मविश्वास, आत्मसम्मान र आत्मनिर्भरता प्रदान गर्दछ। यसले व्यक्तिको सोचाइलाई फराकिलो बनाउँछ र उनीहरूलाई आफ्नो लक्ष्य प्राप्त गर्न प्रेरित गर्दछ। शिक्षाले मानिसलाई जीवनका चुनौतीहरू सामना गर्न सक्षम बनाउँछ र उनीहरूलाई समस्याहरूको समाधान गर्न सिर्जनशील सोच प्रदान गर्दछ। शिक्षा जीवनको हरेक पाटामा अपरिहार्य छ र यसको महत्त्व कहिल्यै घट्दैन । शिक्षाले व्यक्ति र समाज दुवैको समग्र विकासका लागि अनिवार्य भूमिका खेल्छ।

यसरी शिक्षा व्यक्ति मात्र होइन, सम्पूर्ण समाजको प्रगतिको लागि अनिवार्य छ । शिक्षाले व्यक्तिलाई सजग, सुसंस्कृत र जिम्मेवार नागरिक बनाउँछ जसले समाजमा सकारात्मक परिवर्तन सम्भव हुन्छ। शिक्षाको महत्त्वलाई बुझेर हरेक व्यक्तिले यसलाई प्राथमिकतामा राख्नु आवश्यक छ । शिक्षाका लागि सरकार, समाज र हरेक परिवारले ठोस कदम चाल्नुपर्छ । शिक्षित समाज नै सशक्त समाज हो र शिक्षाको महत्त्वलाई हामीले सधैँ सम्झनु पर्दछ । शिक्षाले समाजलाई नयाँ उचाइमा पुर्‍याउन सक्छ, जहाँ प्रत्येक व्यक्ति आत्मनिर्भर, सक्षम र समृद्ध हुनेछ । शिक्षा नै हाम्रो उज्ज्वल भविष्यको कुञ्जी हो ।

मेरो सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमको अनुभव

वि.सं. २०८१ साल जेठ १९ गते काठमाडौँ महानगरपालिकाको स्वर्णिम योजना साँस्कृतिक महानगर अन्तर्गतको साप्ताहिक साँस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमको पहिलो कार्यक्रममा हामीले भाग लियौँ । यो कार्यक्रम सात हप्ते कार्यक्रम थियाे । त्यसको पहिलो कार्यक्रममा हामीले विभिन्न चुनौती तथा सङ्घर्ष भए पनि पशुपति क्षेत्र तथा का.म.पा ८ मा रहेको भुवानेश्वरी डबलीमा राम्ररी पूरा भयो । 

हरेक सफलतापछि कडा परिश्रम हुन्छ भनेझैँ यो कार्यक्रम पछि पनि हामी कलाकारको धेरै महत्त्वपूर्ण मिहिनेत तथा तयारी थियो । यो कार्यक्रमको पहिलो दिनका लागि धेरै समय नपाएको भए पनि हामीले २/ ३ दिन बेलुका तयारी गरेर यस कार्यक्रमलाई सफल बनायौँ । तयारीको लागि हामीले २ /४ दिन बेलुका ७ बजेपछि १२ घण्टाासँग बसी गीतहरू सँगै बसी तयार गर्यौँ। यस कार्यक्रमको लागि का. मा. पा ८ अन्तर्गतका ४ बाज खल मिली कार्यक्रममा सहभागिता जनायौँ । हाम्रो तयारीमा बाँसुरी, पचिमा, खी, मादल, धिमे, आदि सांस्कृतिक बाजाहरू सँलग्न  थियो । यस बाहेक पनि कार्यक्रम लागि भने धाबाज तथा दाफा भजनहरू छुटै तयारी भैरहेको थियो । यो बाहेक पनि हाम्रो खलको छुटै तयारी पनि भैरहेको थियो । हामीले अरू सहभागीहरूलाई नसिकाएको गितहरू पनि हाम्रो कक्षामा सिकायौँ र यस कार्यक्रमला सफल पार्न सकभर मिहिनेत गर्यौँ। 

 

कार्यक्रम हुने दिन पनि हामी बिहानै हाम्रो कक्षमा भेला भई कार्यक्रमका लागि छलफल तथा बाजागाजा छनोट गर्यौँ ।  हामी दिनभरि यस कार्यक्रमको लागि तयारीमै जुट्यौँ । म पनि बाँसुरी कलाकार हुनाले मलाई पनि केही गीतहरू बजाउन कण्ठ गर्नु थियो । त्यही भएर मैले त्यो दिन तयारीमै बिताएँ । बेलुका ४ बजे हामी कक्षामा भेट्ने निधो भएको थियो तर त्यही पानी पर्न थाल्यो । त्यसपछि हामी सबै पानी पर्ने आसामा थियौ । केही बेर पछि पानि रुक्यो र हामीले बाजा लिएर तल गयौ तर अझ पनि तयारि पुरा भैसकेको थिएन र हामीले प्रतीक्षा गर्यौ। केही समय पछि बाजी पी खायौँ । त्यसपछि बल्ल कार्यक्रम सुरु भयो । 

 

कार्यक्रमको सुरुवात धा बाजासँग भयो । धा बाज खलले आफ्नो सानो प्रस्तुति दिएपछि हामी मङ्गल धुन बजाउन डबलीमा चड्यौँ । हामीले राम्रो प्रस्तुती दियौँ थोरै तयारी भए तापनि । त्यसपछि फेरि हामीले धा बाजको प्रस्तुति हेर्न पायौँ । त्यसपछि हामीले पालैपालाे गीतहरू बजाइरहेका थियौँ । तर रजमति वा गीत बजाउँदा बजाउँदै पानी छिट्टाउन सुरू भयो । हामीले हाम्रो प्रस्तुति नरोकी बजाइरह्याैँ । हामीलाई आफू भिज्नुभन्दा पनि बाजाहरू बिग्रिन्छन भन्ने डर थियो । त्यो गीत सकिने बित्तिकै हामी नजिकै पसलतिर गयौँ । कार्यक्रम सकिए पनि मन हलुका नहोस् भने त्यही पसल बाहिर रमाइलो गर्न रमाइला गीतहरू बजायौँ । हामीलाई पानीले पनि त्यो बेला रमाइलो गर्न रोकेन । हामीले रमाइलो गीत साथ साथ रमाइलो भजन पनि त्यही गर्यौँ । 

त्यसपछि बिस्तारै पानी राेकियाे र हामी आफ्नो बाजा लिई आफ्नो घर फर्क्यौँ। त्यसपछि दिनलाई अझै रमाइलो बनाउँदै म मेरो दुई जना साथीसँग बाहिर गएर खाजा खायौँ र घर फर्कियाैँ । हाम्रो तयारीअनुसार सबै प्रस्तुति दिन नसकेकाे भए पनि पानीले गर्दा हामीले रमाइलो गर्न पायौँ । त्यति मात्र नभएर हामीले छोटो समयमा तयारी गरेर पनि हामीले प्रस्तुति दिन सक्छौँ भनेर जान्यौँ । यी कार्यक्रमहरूले गर्दा हामीले मानिसहरू बिच एकता पनि कायम हुन्छ । त्यही भएर यस्ता कार्यक्रम समय समयमा भइराखून् भन्ने मेराे चाहना छ ।

Excellence Survival

“THE SHIP IS DROWNING!!!!” were the last words they heard. After some time Grace opened her eyes somewhere, a place she didn’t know. She didn’t know where she was or how she got there. Slowly after a few minutes Evan and Isla also woke up. They saw some of their other friends in that place unconscious. They couldn’t see anything properly at the beginning but then they slowly started gaining consciousness. They figured out that they were on an island. The three of them waited for some time to figure out what had happened while the others Bianca, David, Ray and Amanda woke up. 

 

In a short time all of them came back to their senses. They all were very confused about what was happening and how they ended up on an island. The only thing they remembered was that they were heading to The Emerald Coast with other students of Solstice Academy and then they were unconscious. They wondered what happened to the other students who were on the ship with them and where they were. But now, they had a bigger problem to face. They had to figure out how to live on an island where there was no help they could find. At first they had a bit of hope that they would find some help on that island or find someone else there. They searched the island with a bit of hope but that also didn’t last for long. It was mid day by then and they didn't have much time to think about anything. They just had to figure out how to survive there. They decided to make a tent to spend the night and collect some fruits to eat. They separated into groups and divided tasks. One group went into the jungle to collect fruits and the other group tried to make a tent with huge leaves, vines, branches and anything they could find. Making a tent or collecting fruits were a lot harder than they sound. Somehow they managed to make a tent and the other group was also able to get some fruits. It was already getting very dark and with each minute passing by the forest in the island started to look scarier. They were not full even after eating the fruits they collected so they decided to sleep for the night and discuss what to do further the next day.

Early in the morning everyone woke up. They were tired and hungry but they needed to think of a plan to survive on that island till someone comes to rescue them or till they find help. As they were looking in the island they found a bag which had a water bottle and some food. They didn’t question anything about the bag and took the food and water. Everyone was thirsty and they had no clean water to drink except the water left in the water bottle. All of them fought to drink the water but then Amanda got furious and annoyed and she decided to leave to group and work on her own. She stormed off while Isla and Bianca tried to stop her but she wouldn’t listen. After cooling their minds the group decided to search for Amanda. After about half an hour of searching they found Amanda unconscious. 

 

Now, they became very serious about living on the island. They decided not to fight but to work together. Slowly they started coming up with a plan. Evan found a waterfall on the island from where they could drink fresh water. They made a small shelter using logs of trees to make it stable and large leaves to protect from water. They also got better at collecting fruits. It took a lot of time and practice but they were successful. 

 

After a few more days suddenly a ship made its way to the island. Once they looked closely they figured out that it was the same ship that they came from. They were very excited to go back. Once the ship reached the island, the students went on the ship celebrating their survival. It was then the teachers told them that it was all a plan. The teachers clarified that them getting stranded on the island was all a plan to grade them according to their teamwork. Amanda getting mad and leaving the group was also a part of the plan. The island was not very far from Emerald Coast and they were being watched at all times to make sure they were safe. All of them passed the test with excellent scores. The students were happy to come back but they didn’t know how to feel as for the past few days they were very scared. 

 

“Was all of that really necessary…?” The students questioned.
