Economics is the study of the economy, or the part of a society that created wealth. Nepal is a country with small “ ECONOMY”. Our economy is based on remittanced ( the money sent by Nepalese workers working abroad). Service sector had the highest contribution to our economy. Agriculture is the second largest contributor whereas industries contribute less to our economy. Lanlocked, lacking substantial resources for economic development, and hampered by an inadequate transportation network, Nepal is one of the least developed nations in the world.

Agriculture, primarily the cultivation of rice, corn(maize), and wheat engages most of Nepal’s population and accounts for well over half of the country’s export earnings. Yet agricultural productivity is very low. On the whole, Nepal has a small surplus in food grains. There are, however, major dislocations in supply and demand. Periods of shortage between harvests of various crops occur in the mountain areas. At the same time, substantial amounts of harvests of food grain are moved to India from the Terai.

We can develop our Economy through commercialization, modernization of agriculture, by promoting tourism, producing electricity and establishing manufacturing industries.

HMHS Britannic was the sister ship of Titanic. It was a very large ship. It was the third vessel of the White Star Line's Olympic class of steamships and the second White Star ship to bear the name Britannic. The ship was constructed on 30 November 1911. The ship did not have a gender but the White Star Line would consider it as a female and call it (She).

The ship was a sister of both the RMS Olympic and the RMS Titanic and was intended to enter service as a transatlantic passenger liner. Britannic was launched just before the start of the First World War. She was a very strong ship but unfortunately she sank in the deep ocean. She was designed to be the safest of the three ships but later the design was changed during construction due to lessons learned from the sinking of the RMS Titanic. In 1915 and 1916 she served between the United Kingdom and Dardanelles. On the morning of 21 November 1916 she was shaken by an explosion of the Naval mine of the Imperial German Navy near the Greek island of Kea and sank in 55 minutes killing 30 people. There were 1,065 people on board, 1,035 people were rescued from the water and some were rescued on lifeboats. HMHS Britannic was the largest ship lost in First World War. The loss of HMHS Britannic was compensated by the award of SS Bismarck which was the third ship of the White Star Line's Olympic class. The wrecked ship (HMHS Britannic) was explored by Jacques-Yves-Cousteau in 1975.The HMHS Britannic is the largest passenger liner ship lying on the ocean floor.

Hi! I am Lyla. This is my first auto-book. So let’s see how my week goes. I am now going to sleep. Tomorrow is Monday and I have packed my school bag so as not to be in a hurry. Sunday was nothing special.

Monday

I woke up, brushed my hair and teeth. I ate my breakfast and went to school but my day turned out to be as usual. I was doing my homework when my mom called me to have snacks. The snacks were really delicious. It was yogurt and fruits. After snacks, I continued doing my homework. I also revised and practiced the things that I learned at school. Then I watched YouTube on my Laptop. It was night so I ate my dinner. I brushed and wore my pajamas and quickly wore my eye mask and went to sleep. Like usual, I had already packed my Bag.

Tuesday

I did the same thing I did on Monday after I woke up. My day turned out to be good. I have no homework and I ate my snacks. As I had no homework, I revised and practiced. I played with my brother and also watched T.V with him. I went to sleep late as I wanted to read a novel. At 10:30 PM, I felt sleepy and went to school.

Wednesday

I did as usual in the morning. After returning from school, I had a lot of homework to do. I finished my work and watched T.V. At night before I went to sleep, I brushed and washed my face with the new face wash which I bought while returning home. I slept early today.

Thursday

I did the same thing in the morning. Today, I went to my friend’s house and also did the homework there. But, instead of watching anything electronic, I played with her. I had a very good meal there and at night I returned home. I also brushed my teeth and washed my face and slept.

Friday

It was Friday and I was really happy. I requested my parents while returning home to let me stay over at my best friend's house. They allowed! It was the luckiest day of the week. I played and watched T.V with her. I slept in her room.

Saturday

I returned home in the morning and had breakfast. I did my school work and went to the fun park with my siblings. We ate a lot of delicious food. I returned around the evening. I did my night routine. It was a really great week.

This is how I spent my week. I am going to sleep now.

म एउटा विद्यार्थी हुँ । मेराे दैनिक जीवन सरल छ । म सधैँजसाे बिहान ६ बजे उठ्छु । आधा घन्टाभित्र म हानमुख धुने र सफा हुने काम गर्छु । त्यसपछि म केही समय शारीरिक व्यायाम गर्छु । जसले गर्दा मेराे मस्तिष्क सफा हुन्छ । त्यसपछि मैले बिहानकाे खाजा खान्छु । बिहान उठेपछि मेराे किताब पढ्ने बानी छ । हप्ताकाे पाँच दिन म विद्यालय जान्छु । मैले शिक्षककले भनेअनुसार कक्षाकार्य र गृहकार्य समयमा पूरा गर्छु । नियमित रूपमा घरमा नयाँ पाठ पढ्ने गर्छु । हाम्राे विद्यालयमा पढाइका साथसाथै खेलकुद, गायन, नृत्यलगायत धेरै अतिरिक्त क्रियाकलापमा भाग लिनुपर्छ । विद्यालयमा फरक कार्यमा भाग लिन पाउँदा मलाई धेरै खुसी लाग्छ । म सबै काम मन लगाएर गर्छु । हामी कक्षाकाेठाका सबैजना साथीहरू मिलेर पढ्छाैँ र खेल्छाैँ । दिउँसाेकाे १२ बजे हाम्राे खाना खाने समय हुन्छ । हामी मिलेर खाना र खाजा खान्छाैँ । त्यसपछि हामी कक्षामा गएर पढ्छाैँ । ४ बजेसम्म पढेपछि म घर फर्कन्छु । एकछिन आराम गरेपछि म खेल्न जान्छु । त्यसपछि घर आएर शिक्षकहरूले दिएकाे गृहकार्य गर्छु र खाना खाएर केही समय टि. भि. हेर्छु अनि सुत्छु । यसरी मैले आफ्नाे दैनिक जीवन बिताउँछु । 

मिति २०७६ चैत्र ५ मा  हामी कक्षा ५ काे  सबै विद्यार्थीहरू शैक्षिक म्रमणका लागि पोखरा जाने निर्णय गर्‍याैँ। भ्रमणमा हाम्रा शिक्षकहरू सुवास मल्ल र सीता गाैतम पनि हुनुहुन्थ्याे । हामी सबै स्कूल बसमा गयौँ । हामी सबै खुसी थियौँ ।

हामी बिहानको १०ः०० बजे मुग्लिनमा खाना खान बस्यौँ । हामी १०ः३० मा फेरि गाडीमा चढ्यौँ । हामीले बाटोमा धेरै  त्रिसुली नदी र त्सस वरपरकाे हरियाली दृश्यकाे अवलाेकन गर्‍याैँ । हामी बेलुकी पाँच बजे पोखरा पुग्यौँ । हामी पोखराको लेकसाइडकाे  हौटलमा बास बस्यौँ । दिनभरिको यात्राले गर्दा हामी सबै थाकेर चाडैँ सुत्यौँ । भोलिपल्ट बिहान हामी चार बजे नै उठ्यौँ र पाँच बजे सराङ्कोट पुग्यौँ । हामीले त्यहांँबाट सुर्याेदयकौ मनमोहक दृष्य अवलोकन गर्‍याैँ । त्यो दृष्य अत्यन्त मनमोहक थियो । हामी त्यहाँबाट सात बजे निस्कियौँ । हामीमध्ये केही विद्यार्थीहरू गाडीमा निदायौँ । त्यसपछि हामी फेरि होटलमा नै फर्कियौँ । त्यहाँ हामीले बिहानको खाना दाल, भात र तरकारी खायौँ । खाना खाएपछि हामी सबैले नुहाइ धुवाइ गर्‍याैँ । त्यसपछि हामी प्याराग्लाईडिङकौ लागि निस्कियौँ । प्याराग्लाईडिङ गर्दा मलाई सुरुमा धैरै डर लाग्याे । तर पछि त्यहाँको मनमोहक दृष्य देखेर विस्तारै डर हरायो ।

हाम्रो  भ्रमण  तीन दिनकाे थियाे  । दाेस्राे दिन हामी लुम्बिनी जाने याेजनामा थियाैँ ।  साेहीबमाजिम हामी लुम्बिनीका लागि प्रस्थान गर्‍याैँ  त्यसपछि पाेखरा, स्याङ्जा, पाल्पा बुटवल र भैरहवा हुँदै रमाइला र मनमाेहक हृश्यहरूकाे अवलाेकन गर्दै, गीतहरू गाउँदै  हामी लुम्बिनी गयौँ । त्यहाँ हामीले मायादेवी मन्दिरको अवलोकन गर्‍याैँ ।  साथै धरै देशले बनाएका फरक फरक शैलीका स्तुपहरूकाे पनि  अवलोकन गर्‍याैँ । त्यसपछि हामी होटलमा गएर बस्यौ । हाम्रो शैक्षिक भ्रमणको समय सकिइसकेकाे थियाे ।  । याे कुराकाे जानकारी गराउँदा हामी अत्यन्त दुखी भयाैँ । हामीलाई ३ दिनकाे समय धेरै छोटो लागिरहेको थियो  तर हामीले काठमाडाैँ फर्किनै पर्ने थियाे । अर्को दिन हामी लुम्बिनीबाट हिड्यौँ । हामी सबै अर्को दिन ३ बजे विद्यालय पुग्यौँ । हामी विद्यालयवाट घर गयौँ र आराम गर्‍याैँ । त्यो शैक्षिक भ्रमण  हाम्रा लागि निकै निकै ज्ञानवर्धक र रमणीय भयाे । याे रमणीय पल मेरा लागि निकै अविस्मरणीय रहनेछ ।

मेराे नाम यलमदेव प्रधान हाे । मेराे परिवारमा ६ जना सदस्यहरू छन् ।  म, मेराे दाइ, बाबा, आमा, हजुरबुबा हजुरआमा मेराे परिवारका सदस्यहरू हाैँ । मेराे दाजु क्याम्पसमा पढ्नुहुन्छ । बाबा कार्यालयमा काम गर्नुहुन्छ । हजुरबुबा हजुरआमा घरमा बस्नुहुन्छ । मेराे घर सरस्वतीनगर काठमाडाैँमा छ तर पुर्ख्याैली घर भक्तपुर हाे । हामी चाडपर्व मनाउन, सामाजिक कार्य गर्न र पूजा गर्न भक्तपुर नै जान्छाैँ । हाम्राे कुलदेवताकाे मन्दिर पनि भक्तपुरमा नै छ । हामी प्रत्येक वर्ष कुलपूजाका लागि भक्तपुरमै जानुपर्छ । मेराे सरस्वतीनगरकाे घरमा ठुलाेबुबा र ठुलीआमा पनि हुनुहुन्छ । उहाँ छुट्टै भान्छा गरेर खानेबस्ने गर्नुहुन्छ तर ठुला चाडपर्व र सामाजिक कार्य हुँदा हामी सँगै खाने र रमाइलाे गर्ने गर्छाैँ ।

फूल सबैलाई मन पर्ने सुन्दर र सुगन्धित प्राकृतिक वस्तु हाे । फूलहरू धेरै प्रकारका छन् । हाम्राे वरिपरि धेरै प्रकारका फूलहरू पाइन्छन् । जस्तैः गाेदावरी, सयपत्री, गुलाब,कमल आदि । हाम्राे नेपालकाे राष्ट्रिय फूलकाे नाम लालीगुराँस हाे । याे फूल अत्यन्त सुन्दर र स्वादिलाे हुन्छ । यसलाई औषधिकाे रूपमा पनि प्रयाेग गरिन्छ । हामीले देख्न नपाएका पनि धेरै फूलहरू रहेका छन् । जस्तैः सर्प, लाैकी फूल, ट्युलिस फूल, दाहिरा फूल, पानस फूल आदि । फूलले हाम्राे वरपरकाे वातावरणलाई सुन्दर बनाउँछ । मन्दिरमा भगवानकाे पूजा गर्न पनि फूलकाे प्रयाेग गरिन्छ । श्रृङ्गारका सामानहरू पनि फूलबाटै बनेका हुन्छन् । हामीले घर, विद्यालय, बाटाेघाटाे लगायतका ठाउँमा फूल राेप्नुपर्छ । सुन्दर फूल र तिनका पातलाई टिप्ने टुटाउने बानी नराम्राे हाे । हामी सबैले फूलकाे संरक्षण गर्नुपर्छ ।

दशैकाे बिदा थियाे । म मेराे परिवारसँग मामाघर गएकी थिएँ । हामीले मामाघर गएर पहिले टीका जमरा लगाएर आशीर्वाद लियाैँ । केही दिन ममाघर बसेपछि हामीलाई घुम्न मन लाग्याे । त्यसपछि हामी बुटवल फूलबारी घुम्न गयाैँ । हामी त्यहाँ करिब ८ बजे पुगेका थियाैँ । त्यहाँ पुगेपछि हामीले टिकट काट्याैँ । त्यसपछि हामी फूलबारीभित्र गयाैँ । फूलबारीमा रङ्गीबिरङ्गी फूलहरू ढकमक्क फूलेका थिए ।  त्यहाँकाे साैन्दर्यले मेराे मन नै आनन्दित बनाएकाे थियाे । त्यहाँ बाँदरलगायत अन्य जनावरहरू पनि थिए । मेराे मामाले हामी सबै घुमेकाे राम्राे भिडियाे पनि बनाउनुभयाे ।  त्यहाँ जनावरकाे आवाज र चराकाे आवाजले निकै रमाइलाे बनाएकाे थियाे । केही समय घुमघाम गरेपछि हामीलाई भाेक लागेकाे कारणले एउटा हाेटलमा गएर खाजा खायाैँ र त्यहाँबाट फर्क्याैँ । घर फर्कँदा बाटाेमा हामीले कृष्ण मन्दिरकाे दर्शन गर्‍याैँ । हाम्राे त्यस घुमघाम निकै रमणीय र जानकारीमूलक भयाे ।

सगरमाथा विश्वकै सबैभन्दा ठुलाे र अग्लाे हिमाल हाे । याे हिमाल नेपालकाे साेलुखुम्बु जिल्लामा पर्दछ । याे नेपालकाे उत्तरी भेगमा पर्दछ ।  याे हिमाल ८,८४८ मिटर अग्लाे छ । यसका वरिपरि अरू अग्ला हिमालहरू छन् । सगरमाथा आराेहण गर्ने कठिन कार्य हाे । सगरमाथा आराेहण गर्ने पहिलाे मानिस तेन्जिङ सेर्पा र एडमन्ड हिलारी हुन् । अहिले सगरमाथा आराेहण गर्ने मानिसकाे सङ्ख्या धेरै पुगिसकेकाे छ । सगरमाथा अञ्चलकाे नाम पनि यसै हिमालबाट राखिएकाे छ । यही निकुञ्जकाे नाम पनि यसै हिमालकाे नामबाट राखिएकाे छ । सगरमाथाले हाम्राे देशलाई विश्वसामु चिनाएकाे छ । सगरमाथा नेपालकाे सान हाे । यसलाई नेपालकाे शिर पनि भनिन्छ । म सगरमाथा भएकाे देशमा जन्मन पाएकाेमा गर्व गर्छु ।

Once upon a time, there was a lady named Isabelle. She gave birth to six children named Laila, Amelia, Charlotte, Sandy, Sophia, and Emma. Laila was the oldest whereas the youngest one was Emma. Emma was mistreated by her own sisters except for Sophia. She was really kind to her. The other sisters teased and made her do the household work.

One day, their mom Isabelle went out to the grocery to buy food. Their mom went out locking the door. A thief saw their mom going away. As their mother went out the thief came making a mischievous plan. The six children were playing ‘Sardines’. The thief came near to their home taking a gun. He shot the gun and then the door broke open. As soon as the children heard the sound they hid themselves. Laila hid under the sofa and so did Amelia. Charlotte and Sandy hid inside the cupboard. Emma and Sophia didn’t find the place to hide so they just hid themselves covering a shawl over them like a beanbag. The thief came inside their house and started collecting stuff. Laila, Amelia, Charlotte, and Sandy were so scared that they stood up and begged the thief not to hurt or kill them!. Sophia was scared too but as she tried to stand up, Emma stopped her. They made a plan. So Sophia stood up praising and distracting him and then Emma rushed into the kitchen and took the rolling pin. She threw the rolling pin unto the thief’s head. The thief was hit hard and he got unconscious. Immediately, Emma called the police and at the same time, their mom also came home. The police praised Emma for her bravery and also her mother and her sisters.

From that day Emma was treated equally and her sisters stopped teasing and making her do the household work. Emma and their family lived happily ever after.
