हामी बाहिरबाट जस्तो देखिए पनि मन राम्रो हुनुपर्छ
मानिसहरूले जत्ति वनावट गरे पनि
हुन्छ मानिस उनीहरूको बानी जस्तै
जे गर्दा पनि मानिसहरूले बाहिरको सुन्दरता हेर्दछन्
तर बुझ्ने मानिसले मानिसको भित्रको सुन्दरता हेर्छ
हाम्रो मन कालो हुनु हुँदैन
सफा र राम्रो हुनुपर्छ

संविधान भनेकाे कुनै पनि देशकाे मूल कानुन हाे । जुनसुकै देश सञ्चालन गर्नका लागि पनि विभिन्न किसिमका नियम कानुनकाे आवश्यकता पर्दछ । त्यस्ता नियम कानुनकाे पनि कानुन अर्थात मूल कानुन भनेकाे संविधान हाे । यही संविधानमा व्यवस्था भएका कुराहरूले देशमा आवश्यक नीति नियम, ऐन कानुन बन्ने गर्दछन् ।
संविधान भनेकाे देश र त्यसमा सम्बन्धित सबै जस्तै, नागरिक, राज्य, सरकार आदिलाई अनुशासनमा राख्ने नीति नियमकाे दस्तावेज हाे । नेपालका हकमा संविधान नै मुल कानुन हाे र याेभन्दा माथि काेही पनि रहँदैन । संविधानले देशका नागरिकलाई अधिकार र कर्तव्य दुवै प्रदान गरेकाे हुन्छ । नागरिकले पाउने हक अधिकारका कुरा र कर्तव्यका कुराहरू पनि संविधानमा लेखिएकाे हुन्छ । हामीले जुन देशमा बसिन्छ त्यही देशकाे संविधानमा व्यवस्था गरिएका नीति नियमकाे पालना गर्नुपर्दछ । संविधानले राज्यका निर्देशक सिद्दान्त, नागरिकका माैलिक हक उल्लेख गरेकाे हुन्छ । देशमा कुनै किसिमका झैझगडा नहाेआेस्, सबै नागिरकले बराबरी अधिकार प्राप्त गरून्, काेही पनि अन्यायमा नपरून् भन्ने उद्देश्यले नै संविधानकाे निर्माण गरिएकाे हुन्छ । संविधानमा उल्लेख गरिएका व्यवस्था र नियम कानुन सबै नागिरकले पालना गर्नु सबैकाे कर्तव्य हुन आँउछ । यदि कसैले संविधानमा उल्लेख गरेकाे नियम कानुनकाे विपरीत काम गरेमा जाे काेहिले पनि सजाय पाउँछन् ।
संविधान निर्माण वुद्धिजीवी, कानुनविद् र नागरिकले चुनेका जनप्रतिनिधिहरूले मिलेर गरेका हुन्छन् । नेपालमा पनि वि.सं २०६४ सालमा संविधान बनाउनका लागि संविधानसभाकाे निर्वाचन भएकाे थियाे र पछि फेेरि अर्काे निर्वाचनबाट नपालकाे संविधान २०७२ निर्माण गरेकाे हाे । एक पटक बनाएकाे संविधान आवश्यकता परेकाे खण्डमा समय समयमा संसाेधन गर्ने वा फेर्ने काम पनि हुन्छ । हाम्राे देंश नेपालमा वि.सं २००४ सालमा, वि.सं २००७ सालमा, वि.सं २०१५ सालमा, वि. सं.२०१९ सालमा, विसं २०४७ सालमा, वि. सं २०६४ सालमा र वि.सं. २०७२ सालमा गरी ७ वटा संविधान बनिसकेका छन् । नयाँ संविधान बनेर लागु हुने वित्तिकै देश त्यही नँया संविधानका आधारमा सञ्चालन हुने गर्दछ ।
संविधानकाे मूल उद्देश्य भनेकाे नै देशका नागरिकका हक, अधिकार र कर्तव्यकाे उल्लेख गरी सुव्यवस्थित रूपमा देशलाई सञ्चालन गर्नु हाे । यस किसिमकाे संविधान सबै नागरिककाे हितमा हुने गर्दछ तर सविंधान बनाउँदैमा देश र नागरिकलाई फाइदा पुग्छ भन्ने हाेइन त्यसका लागि यसमा व्यवस्था गरिएका नियम कानुनहरूकाे अक्षरस पालना हुनुपर्दछ र त्यसलाई पालना गर्नु प्रत्येक नागरिककाे कर्तव्य हुन आँउछ भने यसलाई पालना गराउनु राज्यकाे दायित्य हुन आँउछ । संविधानमा लेखिएका कुराकाे पालना भएकाे छ कि छैन भनेर रेखदेख गर्ने काम सरकारकाे हाे । त्यसैले संविधानकाे पालना गरी त्यहाँका नागरिकलाई हक अधिकार प्रदान गरी कर्तव्यनिष्ट नागरिक निर्माणमा सरकारकाे भूमिका महत्त्वपुर्ण हुन्छ । यस्ताे सरकारकाे याे महत्त्वपुर्ण कामकाे व्यवस्था समेत संविधानमा उल्लेख भएकाे हुन्छ त्यसैेले संविधान देशका लागि महत्त्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज हाे ।
Along with other crises, climate change is one of the main problems of the 21st century. Climate change has had a devastating impact on the entire world. Due to climate change, the ecosystems of the world are changing drastically. People have followed a pattern for every task for centuries, but due to climate change, seasons are lasting longer than they should.The agricultural sector is mainly facing this problem as the crops they grow are seasonal and they need the perfect climate to grow them. But due to climate change, the weather is unstable; it could cycle between a rainy and a bright sunny day in just a few minutes.
The main cause of climate change is pollution. In this modern time, many factories and industries are being built. Due to this, the ozone layer has become very thin. The ozone layer protects us from the harmful radiation of the sun; if it is gone, life on earth will be in big danger. Pollution is the main cause of most of the serious problems in the 21st century. This is the time when the climate has been the most unstable in the past century.
Not only the world but also Nepal, where eight of the top 10 highest peaks are found, is suffering from drastic climate change. Due to this, the glaciers and the snow in the high mountains of Nepal are also melting. 20% of Nepal's economy comes from tourism. Nepal is a highly dependent country on nature. But due to people’s betrayal of nature, Nepal will be facing a huge crisis in the following years.
The sea levels are also changing due to climate change. It is predicted that until 2100, some small countries and islands could be flooded by the sea. This is the highest level of pollution the world has ever reached. This causes harm to nature and also includes many other factors that help stabilise living ecosystems.
As given in the above paragraphs, climate change is very dangerous to human settlement on earth. To tackle this problem, there are many solutions, but the most effective is to reduce the level of pollution caused. All the problems harming nature are caused by humans. Despite being the most intelligent living being on the earth, the dumbest activities are done by them. We must utilise this knowledge to save the earth instead of discovering new innovations that cause harm to nature. If there is not a place we could call home, the new innovations are of no use. We must be grateful for this opportunity and help the earth become a better place for everyone to live, with modern tools helping in the process.

गर्ने छु विकास इज्जत गर्ने छु भाषा र भेषकाे ।
सपनाहरू देख्दछौँ सुत्दा सुत्दै निदाउन
दिनभरीका कामहरू सोच्दै सोच्दै याद गर्न
कहिले आउँछन् नराम्रा कहिले आउछन् ठुला काम
नराम्रा आए पनि उठ्छु रातको बिचमा ।
आफ्नो सपना पूरा गर्न मेहेनती बन्छु अब
कहिले पाउँछ दुख भने कहिले पाउँछ सुख
हामीहरूसँग जीवनमा के बन्छु भनेर सपना हुन्छ
ठुलो भइसकेपछि त्यो सपना बन्छ विपना ।
कहिले मेहिनत नगरेर सपना पूरा गर्न सक्दैन
साथै महिनत नगर्ने मानिसहरूको दुख कहिले मर्दैन

Someday,i wish to lay rolling on a serene grass walking on by bare feet,
Embarking on an adventure to the dense forest where i call my safe homeland,
The blue sky and the fresh smell softened with the earthiness of wood and musk,
Living on top a tall castle,singing with the birds where love flying above the pink cotton clouds,
A quiet afternoon on a small patio garden with butterflies on a long pathways shining of their lustrous wings,
Frilly floral peach pink dress with a small basket picking berries dancing among green grasses dotted with pretty white daisies,
I close my eye and everything turns golden,a bright shiny light leading me to surrealistic wildest fantasy of my own fairy tale,
Like the clockwork with one heart and one breathe i drift off to my comfort called 'HOME'
In my personal opinion smoking in public places should be banned because smoking is very harmful not only to the consumer's body but also the people around the consumer and the environment. Smoking causes lung diseases and mouth diseases to the consumer. But the smoke that is produced by the consumer smoke is harmful to the environment and the people around them.
The cigarette was invented in the United States in the early 19th century. The cigarette became popular by the time of the civil war and people were using the cigarettes without knowing the harmful effects of it . But nowadays even though we have so much information, people still continue to use it. Now why do people still continue to smoke? Because smoking and tobacco is addicting.
Now what harm can smoking cause to the human body and the environment? We all know that smoking kills. But how can it kill? Tobacco is addicting and once a person consumes it day after day and makes a habit of smoking a person gets addicted. Smoking can cause different harmful diseases including lung cancer, throat cancer, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, heart disease, stroke, and many other diseases. The harmful chemicals in cigarette smoke can damage the lungs, heart, blood vessels, and other organs in the body.
In addition, smoking during pregnancy can increase the risk of complications for both the mother and the baby. But when the consumer smokes in public areas it not only harms the consumer but also the environment and the people around the consumer. Smoking causes air pollution and that also pollutes the environment and that also harms the people around them. So in my opinion smoking in public should be banned.

Hi! I am Daisy. I am a street dog. I am thinking about my life before because my life currently is very different. For as long as I can remember, I was in a pet shop with my other friends, locked up in a cage. Even though I did not have freedom, I still tried to live my best life, so I was very happy when a family came and adopted me. I was finally free from the cage, which felt like a jail. At the moment the family took me out of the cage, I was 2 weeks old and also very confused, yet curious to know what was happening. I did not know if I should be happy that I was free or sad that I had to leave all my friends and family. Before I knew it, I was handed over to my new owner, and my life changed overnight. Soon I was inside a car, and we were going somewhere. I was taken to a house. I thought I was just being taken to a bigger cage. The girl who adopted me took really good care of me; she gave me food to eat, toys to play with, and also some accessories to decorate me with. I had very fluffy and clean fur, which everyone loved. Every day, my owner would play with me and occasionally bring her friends. Even though I was loved and taken care of, I still felt like I was in prison. Who knew my wish was going to come true? After a few days, my owner found out that she was allergic to me, and I had to be given away to another family. I was really sad to leave them, and my new family just left me out on the streets. Well, I was finally free. For a few days, I enjoyed it, but then I had to starve myself because no one gave me any food. I was not alone there; there were other street dogs as well. I looked very dirty. Then I finally realised that not everyone can have a rich life. We all have problems. Now, I often wander around by myself. I am not being accepted into the pet shop I came from due to the way I looked. I really miss my family and friends and wonder how they are doing.

However, the environmental impacts of plastic have become very harmful nowadays. It is estimated that over 8 million tons of plastic enter the oceans each year, with devastating consequences for ocean life and ecosystems. In this essay, we will talk about whether plastic should be banned or not.
On one hand, plastic has many benefits. It is durable, lightweight, and inexpensive, which makes it a versatile material for a wide range of products. Plastic has also played a significant role in reducing food waste, as it can be used to package and preserve food for longer periods. Additionally, plastic has been a key factor in the development of medical technologies, allowing for waste free and safe medical equipment and packaging.
On the other hand, the negative impact of plastic on the environment is not questionable. Plastic waste takes hundreds of years to decompose and can continue in the environment for centuries. Plastic is found in all parts of the world's oceans, harming ocean life, contaminating ecosystems, and threatening the food chain. Furthermore, the production of plastic requires significant amounts of fossil fuels, contributing to climate change and air pollution.
Banning plastic entirely may not be a practical solution. However, measures can be taken to reduce the negative impact of plastic on the environment. One such approach is to focus on reducing the use of single-use plastic items, such as straws and food packaging. These items are often used once and then discarded, contributing significantly to plastic waste. Alternatives to these items, such as paper or reusable products, can be used instead. Another approach is to promote the recycling of plastic materials. Plastic recycling is not a perfect solution, but it can help to reduce the amount of plastic waste that ends up in the environment. Governments should promote recycling programs, while manufacturers can design products with recyclable materials in mind.
