कति थिए होला करोडाैँ जति होला मरेर गएका
आफ्नो मातृभूमिको लागि कम्मर कसेका ।

थिए उनीहरु मरेर गएका आफ्नै लागि त हो
तर पनि थिए केही जो मर्ने थिए देशको लागि
देशका लागि मरी मेटे सर्वस्व नै ठानी 
आफ्नाे भन्दा देश नै ठुलाे भन्ने कुरा मानी ।

देशको लागि घाँटीमा फाँसी हाँसी लगाएका
देशकै लागि सबै जीवन समर्पण गरेका
सबैको मुखमा एकै शब्द छ, सहिदकाे नाममा 
इज्जत गराैँ सम्मान गराैँ उनका महान काममा ।

थिए धेरै, मरी गए, नाम सबैका थिएनन् लेखेका
नाममा सहिद, मान पाएनन तिनले जीवनमा
हुने थिएनन् खुसी जीवनमा मारेका थिए त
राम्रा कामले उनले धेरै याेगदान दिए छ ।

मागेका थिएनन जीवनमा कहिले देशबाट तिनले
देशले के दिन नसकेको नसोची लडेका थिए
आफूले के दिन सकिन्छ भनि लडेका थिए
राम्रा कामले देशका लागि ठुलाे  याेगदान  दिए  ।

Afrofuturist architecture refers to the architecture that is made in Africa. First of all the term afro-futurist refers to African culture and traditions and afro-futurist architecture means the architecture, the art done in Africa.

The continent of Africa is really large. It has many people. Also, the first civilizations started there because Africa is very rich in culture and traditions. There are different types of architecture in different cultures because Africa is vast in different traditions and it is full of art and architecture. There are many ancient structures all around Africa. Ancient people also used many local resources. They also were very strong because they were able to carry huge rocks up a hill while making structures like pyramids. There is architecture all over Africa based on the type of region. For example, the pyramids or other ancient structures in the Saharan area of Africa have buildings made out of sand, whereas the buildings in the sub-Saharan part of Africa have their structures made out of stone, mud or the resources found in their area.

African architecture is very rich and is very amazing. They have a lot of interesting stuff in their culture and also are very hard-working and dedicated. They have blessed the world by making lots of art for us to admire and have done a lot of work. That's why we should respect everyone as they can do something we could never imagine doing.

Life in this universe consists of the earth and its resources for life. We can’t imagine a life without these resources, it will be simply impossible. Since life cannot continue without sunlight, air, plants, and water resources. They are crucial for our daily activities. If they finish there will be no existence of life on earth. Hence, if we don't save the world now, it will soon become our troubling reality.

The resources that the world gives us are limited, some are renewable and some are non-renewable. We have to be thankful for such blessings. People are becoming selfish and quickly using up the world's resources without a worry in the world. To protect our lives, we must protect the resources and educate people on their importance. That's why humans and all living things on earth are meant to survive, sustain and cherish due to those resources.

It would be an understatement to say that saving the world is important. Everything humans have done out of greediness and selfishness has brought great destruction to the world. At present, it's broken beyond repair. Result of these activities, almost all natural resources are now polluted and finished.

When all these resources are threatened, the life of every living thing in nature is in danger. It is not something we take lightly. That's why we need to save the world at all costs right now. All other concerns are secondary and saving the planet is our main concern because when the world stops, other problems will also disappear including us living beings.

Earth is the only planet where life can be supported. We have no planet B to go to.
This makes saving the world and saving our lives even more difficult. If we don't act now, we will miss our chance to see our children and grandchildren flourish forever and get to live their life to the fullest. Everyone should come together for the same purpose because we are first and foremost people of this world and we are responsible for what happens to it.

It's enough for people to take steps to protect the earth and its resources, as all human activity affects the lives of other things out there. A little effort for everyone gives a lot of benefits in the long run. Every action makes a difference, yes, even a small one. For example, if a person decides not to drink bottled water, the consumption of thousands of pieces of plastic can be avoided and can result in a decreasing rate of plastic waste which is good for the environment.

We can also start by planting more trees to compensate for the recent rapid destruction. When we plant more trees, the ecological balance will be restored and we will be able to improve our quality of life and the quality of health. Likewise, we should be wise to use water. We need to preserve and protect the groundwater by making more open areas from where the rainfall water retains underground. The concrete grounds and building are to be managed with garden and open areas properly. For this drinkable water  ought to be managed quickly since only 1.2 percent of drinking water is available on the earth.

Governments and individuals must work together to save the world. We can make people aware of the consequences of not saving the planet. One can learn and help save the world is how we reserve it all together. If all these collaborations start to happen, we can keep our planet and make it stronger with the united consciousness of everyone.

रिसाउँदै झर्केँ म जहिले तर केही भनिनन् 
हुन त हो नि आमा हुन् गाह्रो परो उनलाई

काम गर्दा उनले सघाइन मलाई पाइला पाइलामा 
सकिनसकी काम गरिन् उनले मलाई राम्रो बनाउन
पढ्दा उनले सघाइन् मलाई जे भए पनि 
हुन त हो नि आमा हुन गाह्रो परो उनलाई

साना साना कुरा याद गरिन् मेरो लागि मात्रै 
हात समाई हिँडे म त उनकाे साथसाथै
ठुलो भए सहयोग गर्छु म  अब उनलाई 
हुन त हो नि आमा हुन गाह्रो परो उनलाई 

Once upon a time, there was a village named Goswana, situated on the banks of the Ganga River. In this village lived a family of four members: a mother and her three daughters. The eldest sister was named Kiara, the middle daughter was named Kashvi, and the youngest daughter was named Maya. Their father worked as an oarsman. Tragically, one day he lost his life during a flood in the Ganga River.
After their father's passing, the mother treated Kiara and Kashvi kindly but behaved rudely towards Maya. Despite their father's love for Maya, her mother's treatment of her changed for the worse. Maya was burdened with all the household chores, and she did not receive enough food to eat or a proper shelter to live in. Maya deeply missed her father and often cried.
One day, while Maya was going to fetch water from the river, she noticed a beautiful and colourful rock. It appeared to be of great value. As she attempted to pick it up, the rock transformed into a god. Maya was astonished and asked, "Who are you?" The god replied, "I am a god, and I am here to help you. Whenever you feel hungry, you can chant a specific phrase, and delicious food will appear before you." Saying this, the god disappeared.
Maya followed the god's instructions and chanted the phrase. True to God's word, a variety of delicious foods materialised before her. She ate to her heart's content and was filled with joy. From that day forward, Maya visited the same place, chanted the phrase, and enjoyed the delectable meals.
One day, Kiara noticed Maya going to the same spot every day and became curious. Eventually, she discovered Maya's secret. Kiara shared this revelation with their other sister and their mother. They conspired to steal the rock. When Maya went out for some work, her mother and sisters seized the opportunity and took the rock. They chanted the phrase, hoping for a feast. However, to their dismay, no food appeared. They tried repeatedly, but nothing happened.
Mother and sisters grew furious, and in their anger, they discarded the rock, causing it to shatter into pieces. Upon returning home, Maya discovered the rock was missing. She became sad and began to cry. Her mother and sisters, once again, mistreated her.
Then, one day, when the family woke up, they found a massive rock made of gold outside their door. Greedy with desire, they attempted to claim the gold for themselves. However, the rock proved incredibly heavy, and their efforts to break it with a hammer were in vain. It was an unyielding, solid mass. Witnessing this, Maya decided to try her luck. On her first attempt, she effortlessly obtained numerous pieces of gold.
Mother and sisters became jealous. They returned home, cursed with an inability to treat others with rudeness and discrimination.
Moral: Never let greed consume you.

"ओहो ! कस्तो गर्मी हो आज, कामको लागि गाडीबाट एकछिन बाहिर त के गएँ सबै पसिना पसिना पो भयो ।" उमेशले मायालाई आफ्नो नयाँ गाडीको चिसो ए.सी.को हावामा बस्दै पानीको एक घुट्को लिएपछि बाहिर भएको घटना बारे भने । मायाले पनि उमेशको कुरामा सहमति दिएर आफ्नो पनि कुरा राखी ।

उमेश एउटा ठुलो उद्योगको मालिक थिए भने उनकी श्रीमती माया चाहिँ पहिले त्यही उद्योगमा काम गर्थिन् तर अहिले उनी एउटा क्याफे चलाउँछिन् । उनीहरूकी एक छोरी पनि थिई, मिना । मिना चाहि पाँच कक्षामा पढ्थी । एक हप्ता अगाडि नै उमेशले एउटा नयाँ गाडी किनेका थिए र उनी र उनको परिवार भने अर्को उद्योग बनाउनका लागि एउटा जग्गा हेर्न गएका थिए ।

बाटामा गाडी दौड्दै थियो, वरिपरि सुन्दर बगैचा र घना वनजङ्गल थिए । वरिपरिको स्वच्छ हावा र सुन्दर वातावरण देखेर मिना खुसी हुँदै गाडी रोक्न भनेर अनुरोध गरिन् । उमेशले मिनाको अनुरोधले गाडी रोके । मिना भने गाडीबाट ओर्लेर बगैँचातर्फ दौडिइन् र मिनाको पछि पछि माया र उमेश पनि लागे । "कस्तो सुन्दर ठाउँँ, यस्तो ठाउँँ सहरमा भए कस्तो राम्रो हुन्थ्यो ।" मिनाले भनिहालिन् र वरिपरिको वातावरणमा मग्न हुँदै त्यो ठाउँँका फोटोहरू खिचिन् । केहीबेर त्यहाँ बस्दा मिनालाई रमाइलो लाग्यो, सायद त्यस्तो ठाउँँ सहरको विभिन्न भवन, घर, उद्योग, सडकका भिड, धुवाँ, गाडी आदिमा नदेखिने भएकोले पनि होला, सानै देखि सहरमा हुर्किएर त्यस्तो ठाउँँहरू किताबका चित्रमा मात्र देखेको भएर वा केही नौलो कुरा देखेको भएर होला मिनालाई त्यो ठाउँँ अत्यन्त मन पर्‍याे । त्यस दिन साँझ पर्न लागेको थियो र उमेश र मायाले पनि बाँकी यात्रा अर्को दिन गर्ने भनेर निर्णय गरे । मिनालाई उमेशले बोलाए र उनीहरू फेरि गाडीभित्र बसेर होटलतर्फ गए ।

मिना त्यस दिनको यात्राले धेरै थकित भएका कारण खाना खाएपछि सुतिहालिन् र उमेश र माया चाहिँ कुराकानी गर्दै थिए । उनीहरू अगाडि भएको घटनाको बारेमा चर्चा गर्दै थिए । कुरा गर्दागर्दै उनीहरूले आफू मिनाको उमेरमा भएको समयको बारे पनि बताउन थाले । "पहिले त स्कुलबाट फर्कनासाथ हामी साथीहरूसँग खेल खेल्न जान्थ्यौँ तर अहिले एकछिन बाहिर के टेक्याे गर्मीले त केही काम गर्न पनि गाह्रो हुन्छ ।" उमेशले भने । मायाले थपी,  "हो नि पहिले त जति काम गरे पनि वा केही खेल खेले पनि त्यति गर्मी हुँदैनथ्यो, जाडो महिनामा पनि पहिले त बाक्लो लुगा लगाउँदा पनि चिसो हुन्थ्यो तर अहिले भने कति गर्मी हुन्छ।"

अर्को दिन उनीहरू जग्गा हेर्नका लागि गए, त्यो ठाउँँ उनीहरूले अघिल्लो दिन देखेको जस्तो राम्रो ठाउँँ त थिएन, त्यहाँ बोटबिरुवा उखेलिएका थिए र केही रुखहरू काटिएका पनि थिए । त्यहाँ उद्योग बनाउन सकिन्थ्यो र केही बेरको कुराकानीपछि त्यो जग्गा उमेशले किन्ने विचार गरे । उद्योग बनाउँदा त्यहाँ भएका रुखहरू काटिदै थिएन ।

जग्गा किनिसकेपछि उमेश, माया र मिना फेरि आफ्नो सहरतर्फ लागे । सहर पुगेको केही दिनपछि मिनाको स्कुल खुल्यो । स्कुल खुलेपछि मिनाले आफ्ना साथीहरूलाई उनी गएकाे आकर्षक ठाउँँको बारेमा बताइन् र आजकल बढिरहेको गर्मीबारे पनि भनिन् । मिनाले त्यति भन्दैमा शिक्षक कक्षाभित्र आउनुभयो र पाठको सुरुआत गर्नुभयो । त्यो शिक्षकले मिनाको कुरा सुनेर हो कि, त्यसदिन धर्तीमा बढेको गर्मीको कुरा गर्नुभयो र त्यसैबारे पाठ पनि पढाउनुभयो । त्यस पाठको नाम ग्लोबल वार्मिंङ थियो । शिक्षकले बिस्तारै ग्लोबल वार्मिंगको बारेमा बुझाउँदै गर्नुभयो। स्कुल छुट्टी भएपछि मिना आफ्नो घर फर्की र आफ्ना आमाबुबालाई पनि ग्लोबल वार्मिंगको बारेमा बताई । मिनाले महसुस गरिन् कि सहरमा वनजङ्गलहरू काटेर नै ती भवन, घर आदि बनाइएका हुन् । उनले बुझ्न थालिन् कि उनी होइन उनका आमा बुबा पनि जलवायु  परिवर्तन एक कारण थिए ।

जुन समाजलाई हामी विकसित बनाउन प्रवीधिको उपयोग गरिरहेका छौ त्यही समाज हामी वनजङ्गल काटेर प्रकृतिलाई नष्ट गर्दै छौ भन्ने कुरा मिनाले बुझिन् । उसका बुबा उमेशले पनि यस्तो कुरा सुनेर उद्योग बनाउन किनेको जग्गामा बोट बिरुवाहरू रोप्न लागे र प्रकृति बचाउने बाटोतर्फ लागे ।

Family gatherings are often for spending quality time with families. So use of the phone during a family gathering could interfere with face-to-face interaction with your family. Putting our phones aside at a family gathering could encourage an atmosphere where everyone feels included.

It is difficult for young teens or young adults to put their phones away because nearly everyone in our generation depends on their social life on their online position, but it is quite beneficial. When you avoid using your phone at a family gathering, you will be able to be more communicative, spend quality time with your family members, and make more memories. One important downside of technology is that it makes it difficult for many people to form genuine connections with others.  Being completely engaged during a family gathering has advantages since it helps you build more memories with your family members.

Phones, on the other hand, can cause distraction. We can all agree that a family gathering without distractions is ten times better.

Making memories during a family gathering is better since it keeps you joyful even when things are difficult. Sharing diverse ideas with your family members is also better than everyone being preoccupied with their phones. Phones, on the other hand, may store memories of specific times spent with your family. Many individuals want to use their phones because they are bored, but if you have family members, you may simply escape boredom. It is important to spend quality time with your family since they will be the ones to assist you when you are in need. So, using a phone at a family gathering is not the best idea. During family or holiday parties, people must be respectful and considerate of others. Excessive phone use may be considered disrespectful, particularly when it becomes obvious or excludes individuals from the group. To create a more connected and inclusive workplace, encourage phone-free moments, such as during meals or significant events.

The decision of whether or not phones should be allowed during family or holiday gatherings should be made by open discussion, mutual understanding, and the creation of a balance that benefits everyone. Prioritising real interaction is essential, but it's also important to realise the advantages and real-world applications of phones in some situations.

Using personal devices when spending time with family, people should put meaningful relationships first, put down their electronics, and interact with their loved ones to make the most of these priceless times. Finally, whether or not to use your phone is entirely up to you.

1. पासाङ ल्हामु शेर्पा
 पासाङ ल्हामु शेर्पालाई सगरमाथा आरोहण गर्ने पहिलो नेपाली महिलाको रूपमा चिनिन्छ । उनको जन्म वि.सं २०१८ मा सोलुखुम्बु जिल्लामा भएको थियो । उनको वि.सं २०५० मा निधन भएको थियो । उनका बुबा पर्वतारोही थिए। उनका बुबाको नाम फुर्वा कितार शेर्पा हो। उनकी आमाको नाम आङ्डाकी शेर्पा हो। उनी पनि पर्वतारोही बन्न चाहन्थिन् ।  पासाङ ल्हामु शेर्पाले  २०५० साल वैशाख १० गते सगरमाथा आरोहण गरेकी थिइन् ।। सगरमाथाबाट फर्कँदै गर्दा उनको मृत्यु भयो । नेपाली महिलाले पनि ठुलो र साहसी काम गर्न सक्छन् भन्ने उनले प्रमाणित गरिन् । उनले हाम्रो देशको ख्याति र नाम फैलाइन्।

२.भानुभक्त आचार्य
उनी नेपाली भाषामा कविता लेख्ने पहिलो नेपाली कविको रूपमा परिचित छन्। उनले रामायणलाई संस्कृतबाट आम नेपाली भाषामा अनुवाद गरे। उनलाई आदि कवि भनिन्छ जसको अर्थ पहिलो कवि हो ।

३.बलभद्र कुँवर
उनी नेपालका महान् योद्धा थिए । उनी नेपाल–अङ्ग्रेज युद्धको समयमा इन्चार्ज थिए । उनले अङ्ग्रेजसँग निकै बहादुरीका साथ लडे । युद्धका बेला नेपालसँग बालबालिका र महिलासहित ६ सय मात्रै सैनिक थिए भने बेलायतका ३५ सय सैनिक थिए । ब्रिटिश जनतासँग बन्दुक र तोप जस्ता आधुनिक हतियारहरू थिए। अंग्रेजहरूले बलभद्र कुँवरलाई पनि हराउन सकेनन्। बलभद्र कुँवरको बहादुरीबाट बेलायती जनता प्रभावित थिए । उहाँलाई सम्मान गर्न उनीहरूले नालापानीमा ढुङ्गाको शिलालेख पनि बनाएका थिए।

४.राजा जनक
राजा जनक मिथिला (वर्तमान जनकपुर) का एक विद्वान र प्रसिद्ध राजा थिए। उनी एक महान् विद्वान थिए। उनको शासनकालमा सरकारी भाषा मैथिली थियो। उनले शरीरभन्दा आत्मालाई धेरै महत्त्व दिन्थे। त्यसैले उनलाई विदेह भनिन्थ्यो ।

5. सीता
सीता राजा जनककी छोरी थिइन् । उनलाई जानकी पनि भनिन्थ्यो । सीताको विवाह अयोध्याका राजकुमार रामसँग भएको थियो ।रामायण, एक प्रसिद्ध हिन्दु महाकाव्य राम र सीताको कथा हो। उनी माटोमुनि भेटिएकी थिइन् र राजा जनकले धर्मपुत्री बनाएका थिए । उनलाई आदर्श महिला मानिन्छ ।

Hi! My name's Cup. I am a turtle. I live in Mr. and Mrs. Hatcher's house. Mrs. Hatcher is an animal lover. She loves to have a pet, while Mr. Hatcher hates animals in his house. Mrs. Hatcher brought me home recently. Mr. Hatcher doesn't like me. He washes his hands from time to time after touching my enclosure. I feel a little bad. But Mrs. Hatcher is not like that. She takes good care of me and cleans my enclosure. I also like her.
I don't want to say this, but Mr. Hatcher thinks that I am a big trouble for him because of an incident. Let me tell you about that incident. One day, Mr. Hatcher got a promotion. He was very happy. Mrs. Hatcher was at her office. Mr. Hatcher had some paperwork to do. He was home until 1 o'clock in the afternoon. He was busy with the paperwork and had to go to the office at 1:30. He wore a big black coat and a tie. The coat looked overdressed on him, but it was new, so he wore it. He collected all the papers carefully and put them in a folder, making sure that none of the papers were missing. Then he combed his hair and rushed to the door. He was in such a hurry that he didn't even look at me. His hand mistakenly hit my enclosure, and both me and my water pot fell down. The water spilled onto his leg. Mr. Hatcher tripped over the pot and fell. His papers spread and fell into the spilling water. The papers were all wet and ruined. He was shocked and picked up the papers. They were wet, and he tried to dry them, but the letters were smudged. He didn't think about anything. He didn't even consider how I would have felt lying on the floor. That day, Mr. Hatcher lost his promotion and was really sad. He believes that this problem was caused by me. That night, when Mrs. Hatcher came home, Mr. Hatcher told her everything. She felt sad for him, but that night she was only busy cleaning my enclosure and taking care of me. I also felt really sad for Mr. Hatcher that he had lost the promotion. Did you feel the same way?
