In realms of dreams, where fantasies unfurl,
As I walk to the valleys of the mind of hers 
to realms unknown, 
On wings of time, my spirit starts to swirl, 
A traveller, on a path all mine to own.

Through veils of ages, I traverse the tide,
Where past and future intertwine as one,
From ancient echoes, secrets are untied,

Past the ruins of civilizations past, 
Through corridors of time, in spectral light, 
Witnessing histories that forever last.

I wander back to ancient golden days, 
To walk among the pharaohs and their might, 
To hear the echoes of long-forgotten praise,
And witness wonders that were once filled with delight.

Then onward, to the future's distant lands,
Where technology and progress reign supreme,
A glimpse of possibilities in human hands, 
And the wonders that await, yet unseen.

But time, a fickle mistress, does not bend,
It ebbs and flows, a river unconfined, 
With each moment, a story's beginning and end, 
Forever elusive, impossible to bind.

सूर्य, आठ ग्रह,  चन्द्रमा र छुद्र  ग्रहहरूले सौर्यमण्डल बनाउँछन्। सूर्यको परिक्रमा गर्ने आठ ग्रहहरू बुध, शुक्र, पृथ्वी, मंगल, बृहस्पति, शनि, अरुण र वरुण हुन्।
सूर्यः  सूर्य आगोको ठुलो बल हो जसले हामीलाई तातो र प्रकाश दिन्छ । याे हाम्रो सौर्यमण्डलको केन्द्रमा छ।
बुधः बुध सूर्यको सबैभन्दा नजिकको ग्रह हो र सौर्यमण्डलको सबैभन्दा सानो ग्रह पनि हो। यसमा कुनै उपग्रह छैन।
शुक्रः यो सौर्यमण्डलको दोस्रो ग्रह हो र सबैभन्दा तातो र उज्यालो ग्रह हो। यसको पनि कुनै उपग्रह छैन।
पृथ्वीः याे सौर्यमण्डलको तेस्रो ग्रह हो। यसलाई निलो ग्रह पनि भनिन्छ किनभने यसको सतहको लगभग ७०% पानीले ढाकिएको छ। अन्तरिक्षबाट हेर्दा याे निलो देखिन्छ। यो एकमात्र ग्रह हो जहाँ जीवन रहेको थाहा छ।
मंगलः  ग्रह याे चौथो ग्रह हो। यस ग्रहको माटो र चट्टानहरू रातो भएकाले यसलाई रातो ग्रह पनि भनिन्छ। यो पृथ्वीसँग मिल्दोजुल्दो ग्रह हो र वैज्ञानिकहरू पृथ्वी बाहेक यो एक मात्र ग्रह हो, जहाँ जीवन हुन सक्छ भन्ने विश्वास गर्छन्।
बृहस्पतिः यो सौर्यमण्डलको पाँचौं र सबैभन्दा ठूलो ग्रह हो। बृहस्पति ग्रह धेरै छिटो घुम्छ, यसले वरिपरिको बादल तानेर एउटा स्ट्रिप गरिएको ढाँचा बनाउँछ। यसैले हामीले ध्यानपूर्वक हेर्दा बृहस्पतिमा स्ट्रिप गरिएको प्याटन देख्छौँ। यसमा सबैभन्दा धेरै स्याटलाइटहरू छन्।
शनिः याे ग्रहलाई औँला भएको ग्रहको रूपमा चिनिन्छ किनभने यसको बिचमा धेरै घुँडाहरू देखिन्छन्। यो तैरिरहेको ग्रह हो।
अरुण र वरुण तिनीहरू सूर्यबाट सबैभन्दा टाढा छन्। बृहस्पति र शनि सँगसँगै तिनीहरूलाई बाहिरी ग्रह भनिन्छ। तिनीहरू सबैभन्दा चिसो ग्रह पनि हुन्।

People who are addicted to the internet may spend hours each day online, neglecting their work, school, and personal relationships. • - It can be used for education and training. There are many online courses and resources available that can help people learn new skills or advance their careers.

Some ways to be safe from negative side of internet:

So,as I mentioned, it depends on the age of the student and the purpose of the internet access. For young students, it is important to limit their access to the internet to protect them from harmful content. However, older students who are using the internet for educational purposes may need more access. Ultimately, it is up to parents and educators to decide how much internet access is appropriate for each student.

Here are some of the pros and cons of limiting students' internet access:

नदी नाला बग्छन् यहाँ, झरना पनि झर्छन् 
मल जल दिई यहाँ नयाँ उचाइ थप्छन् ।

डाँडाहरू जताततै  सुन्दरताले उच्च
सगर छुने प्याराे हिमाल संसारकाे सर्वाेच्च 
कति सुन्दर छ यहाँ वरिपरि हेर्नु 
सुन्दरताकाे आभाषमा सुखकाे सास फेर्नु ।

जीवन अडेकाे छ यही सुन्दरतामा
प्राण हाम्राे भरिएकाे यही पूर्णतामा

प्रकृतिलाई बचाइराखाैँ मिली सबै जन ।

I was a child, born in Kathmandu
Never was shy or never was mad.
I saw a bird I went crawling to it
Like I was sleeping and catching it

Never would my voice be small
I never late football skill to fall.
Never was I giving up
I would try evenly more that a 100 times

Saying bye to a plant
Was like me saying bye to a friend
I would always talk to my football
Everytime I would talk as if I was talkative.

So right now I remember my childhood
No study No tension was my childhood
I would want to go back to the days that went like
Sleep - Eat- Drink -Sleep - Eat - Drink

Not evenly to walk just sit at a moment
I misbehaved and I looked innocent.

२०७८ एक दिन बिहान  म र मेरी आमा चिया खाइरहेका थियौँ । आमाले मोबाइल चलाउँदै हुनुहुन्थ्यो । अचानक आमा कराएर  रुन थाल्नुभयो । मैले आमालाई किन रुनुभएकाे भनेर सोधेँ । आमाकाे उत्तरले  मेरो दुनियाँ सकिएजस्तो लाग्यो किनकि हाम्रो प्यारो  हजुरआमा बित्नुभएकाे रहेछ ।  मलाई यस्तो झट्का लाग्यो कि म पूरा बेहोस हुन लागेको थिएँ तर मैले आमालाई सम्झाएँ । त्यसपछि  आमा   रुन छोड्नुभयो । केही समयपछि बुबाले फोन गर्नुभयो । बुबाले हामीलाई गाउँमा आऊ  भन्नुभयो । म र आमा मिलेर झोलामा कपडा हाल्न थाल्यौँ । केही सामान किन्याैँ  र   गाउँतिर जाने बसमा चढ्याैँ ।  मेरो गाउँ ताप्लेजुङ जिल्लामा छ । त्यहाँ जान काठमाडौँबाट २ दिन लाग्थ्यो । मलाई पहिलाे पटक आफ्नो गाउँमा लैजानुभएकाे थियाे । १ दिनको गाडीको यात्रा गरेपछि हामी अमीन भन्ने ठाँउमा पुग्यौँ । त्यहाँबाट हामीलाई आफ्नो घर पुग्न अझै एकदिन लाग्थ्यो ।  हामी त्यहीको गेष्टहाउसमा रात काट्यौँ । बिहान सबेरै ५  बजे उठी  मुख धोएर हामी हाम्रो गाउँतर्फ लाग्यौँ । गाउँमा धेरै जुकाहरू थिए । जुकामात्र होइन  साँप,  भालु  पनि  थिए । गाउँ  निकै टाढा थियो लगभग एक दिन हामीलाई  हिँड्नुपरेको थियोे ।  मैले  मेरो गाउँ  पहिलो  पटक देखेको थिएँ त्यसैले मलाई एकदम रमाइलो लागेको थियो । उकालो चढेर गाउँ पुग्नाले मलाई एकदम थकाइ पनि लाग्यो ।  गाउँको घर आएपछि मैले सबैलाई नमस्ते गरेँ । त्यसपछि थाकेको कारणले गर्दा म छिटै सुतेँ  गाउँमा दाइहरूसँग खेल्दा मलाई रमाइलो भयो  । गाउँमा १देखि ५ कक्षा सम्मको  एउटा विद्यालय थियो । म त्यो विद्यालयमा पनि गएँ । केही दिन ताप्लेजुङ बसेपछि हाम्रो काठमाडौं फर्किने समय आयो । ताप्लेजुङबाट गाडी चढेर हामी काठमाडौं आयौँ । बिच बाटोमा मलाई निक्कै बमिट आयो ।  बाटोमा हाम्रो गाडी अर्को गाडीसँग ठोकियो । त्यहाँ निकै झगडा  भयो । ड्राइभर अङ्कलले हामीसँग माफी माग्नुभयो । कसैलाई  केही त  भएन तर गाडीको डिक्की अलिकति किचिएको थियो । केही छिनपछि गाडी काठमाडौं आयो । यस्तो रह्यो मेरो काठमाडौँ देखि ताप्लेजुङ र ताप्लेजुङदेखि काठमाडौँसम्मको यात्रा ।

Once upon a time in a rough sandy desert, lived a tough young man named Aladdin. He was the only son of the late mayor of the town. In a battle long ago, his father was heavily injured and died so he was left with a mother to take care of him. His mother worked endlessly to take care of him. He went on to become a young kind hearted man whom everyone liked.

He was very hardworking and worked everyday to feed himself and his mother. The desert was named Sandville. Surrounding it were two great nations, ancient Egypt and Libya. There was a rumour going on about a lamp, where a genie can grant you a single wish. It's said that only the people who were extremely lucky have come across this lamp but so far no one was able to convince the genie to grant them their wish.

The small town of Sandville lies exactly between the war of Libya and Egypt because of that they were currently facing a crisis. His town was on the brink of destruction. Aladdin was noticing that the town he grew in, his hometown, was about to get destroyed. He wanted to look for that lamp and end this ongoing war. But he couldn’t as he had to take care of his mother. But eventually, they decided to have a villager take care of his mother. they longed for help, requesting everyone but no one was willing to do it. Finally, an old man decided to help. There was a rumour that this old man could see the future but no one was sure. He hadn’t spoken to anyone in his long life of 93 years. He was a mysterious person but Aladdin had no choice but to leave his mother with him.

Aladdin set out on his journey to find this lamp. After countless hours of travelling, he still couldn’t find anything. He was very tired and his supply of water finished. He came across a town and asked everyone for help. One girl in particular, decided to help him after she heard that he was looking for the lamp. Her name was Zoya. She was planning to use him to get to the lamp and then use the lamp for the advantage of her own.

After resting for a while in this town, Aladdin set off on his journey to find this lamp. But this time he wasn’t alone. He had a friend he could travel with But he was still unaware of her intentions. 
After searching for so long, they finally came across a hole in the ground leading to a cave. There lies the legendary lamp. Both were very happy, but Zoya wanted it for her selfish use so she hit Aladdin with a rock on his head. He stuck into the ground giving out a sharp cry of pain. The girl without wasting any time went to the lamp, rubbed it and wished for her to be the most rich and feared Empress of the whole world. But as the rumours said, it was very hard to convince this genie. He didn’t grant anyones selfish wishes. The Genie slashed the girl and killed her.

Aladdin was on the ground observing everything. After a while, when his head was okay, he went and rubbed the lamp and there came out, Genie. Aladdin wished for the war between the two nations, Egypt and Libya to end and their town Sandville could return to its old peaceful and phosphorus days. The genie was happy to see a selfless person who wasn't greedy and wished for others to live in peace. His wish was granted.

Only after then he realised why the Genie had killed Zoya, he understood that actions have consequences. After returning to the village, the war had ended and the village was peaceful again. It was all because of Aladdin. He shared his thriving story with others and everyone learned from it. 
Before taking any action, you must be aware of its consequences. 

नेपालमा धेरै हिमालहरू छन् । नेपालको शिर नै हिमालले बनेको छ । संसारमा १० सबैभन्दा अग्ला हिमालको सूचिबाट ८ ओटा हिमाल नेपालका हुन् । नेपालमा सगरमाथा, कञ्चनजङ्घा, लोत्से, चो ओयु, अन्नपूर्ण जस्ता अग्ला अग्ला हिमालहरू छन् । नेपालमा संसारकै सबैभन्दा अग्लो हिमाल सगरमाथा पनि छ। सगरमाथा संसारको सबैभन्दा अग्लो हिमाल हो । त्यो हिमाल ८८४८.६८ मि. अग्लो छ । सगरमाथाभन्दा अग्लो कुनै पनि हिमाल छैन ।
सगरमाथा नेपाल र चिन दुवै देशमा पर्दछ नेपालको भागमा अग्लो भएर नेपालबाट त्यहाँ पुग्न सजिलो भएको भएर सगरमाथाले नेपाललाई धेरै फाइदा गरेको छ । सगरमाथाले नेपाललाई आर्थिक अवस्थामा पनि धेरै मदत गरेको छ । नेपालमा सगरमाथा  हिमालको  खोज भएपछि नेपालमा पर्यटन धेरै बढेका छन् । पर्यटनले नेपाललाई आफ्नो आर्थिक अवस्थामा धेरै मदत गरेका छन् । पर्यटन बिना हाम्रो देश नेपाल चलाउन धरै गार्हो हुन्छ । पर्यटनले गर्दा नै नेपालमा धेरै रोजगारी सिर्जना भएको छ । वर्षभरि लाखौँ मानिस नेपालमा सगरमाथाका कारण आउँछन् । नेपाल देश भनेर हाम्रो देश नेपाललाई प्रसिद्ध बनाउँने चिज भनेकै सगरमाथा हो । त्यसैले सगरमाथाले नेपालको लागि धेरै महत्त्व राख्दछ । नेपालको अर्थव्यवस्था पर्यटनमा आधारित छ त्यसैले नेपाल जस्तो गरिब देश पनि राम्रोसँग चल्दै छ । नेपालको करिब ३ प्रतिसत अर्थव्यवस्था सगरमाथाले गर्दा आएको छ । सगरमाथा बिना नेपालको अर्थव्यवस्थामा घातक प्रभाव पर्थ्यो । तर नेपालका मानिसहरूलाई सगरमाथामा धेरै पर्यटन भएर नकारात्मक प्रभाव पनि परेको छ । सगरमाथालाई हेर्न अथवा चढ्न गएका मानिसहरू त्यहाँको वातावारणलाई फोहोर बनाउँछन् त्यसैले मानिस र जनावर दुवैलाई नराम्रो प्रभाव पर्ने गरेको छ र नेपाली जनतालाई त्यो कुरा पटकै मनपर्दैन ।  सगरमाथा नेपालको धन हो । जुनले हाम्रो देशलाई विश्वभरी प्रसिद्ध बनाएकाे छ । यस पर्वतले नेपालीलाई गाैरवान्वित बनाएकाे छ। सगरमाथा नेपालको लागि ठूलो महत्त्व राख्छ । हामी सगरमाथाले गर्दा सजिलोसँग जिउँन सक्छौँ र हाम्रो देश पनि सहज आवस्थामा रहन्छ । आहिले नेपाललाई अर्थव्यवस्था र आफ्नो प्राकृतिक सुन्दरताबिच एउटा कुरा छान्नु परेको छ । 
नेपालमा सगरमाथाको पर्यटन व्यवसायले नेपालको प्राकृतिक सुन्दरतालाई असर गर्दै छ । यो धेरै नराम्रो छ र यसले हाम्रो देशको प्राकृतिक सुन्दरता बिगार्दै छ त्यसैले हामीले अब धेरै फोहोर गर्नुहुँदैन र हाम्रो देशलाई एउटा राम्रो ठाउँ बनाउनुपर्छ ।

Different individuals may have preferences for particular types of art, as everyone has their own unique style. Engaging in art can have several benefits, including relaxation, emotional well-being, and enhanced creativity. Moreover, one can even choose to pursue art as a profession in the future.
Art holds a special place in my life since I had a lot of interest in paintings when I was younger. For a few years, I even gave up, feeling that it was too hard and that I would never be able to improve. After the gap, it had been a few months since physical school started again. My interest peaked once more. I used to practise making many drawings every day, and my progress increased substantially.
Now, I have made it a hobby and a way to utilise my free time. If I gain more interest, I might pick it up as a future occupation too.

माथि, तल , दाया, कि बाया ?
तिम्रो मुस्कान देखे, मेरो मन खुसी हुन्छ
तर ती आँखाबाट आँसु देखे मेरो मन धुरु-धुरु रुन्छ।
