My mother is 53 years old and 50 years ago, countries were not as developed. My mother was born in Nepal but raised in India. My grandfather was in the Indian Army, and he used to have postings in different parts of India and Nepal. There was no telephone, no television and it was not as developed as it is now. Telephones and televisions only came to India when my mother was 15 years old. If you had to contact them, you would have to write a letter or use telegram. Letter was written if you had to send any information inside the country whereas telegram was written if you had to send any information outside the country.
India was more developed than Nepal. When my mother came back to Kathmandu, there were almost no vehicles. One vehicle came every one hour, and life was very hard. There was no freedom back then, if men and women were seen talking then the society would judge them and doubt them. When my mother returned to India again, she used to live in camps in Nagaland. She used to do animal husbandry, her mother was a cancer patient and her mother spent most of her life in hospital. She got married in Nepal at age 21. My grandfather was a jeweller and my father got involved in the same business at age 25. There were very few houses here, there used to be more open space. People used to bet land and my grandfather also bet lands and he lost many of his lands.
If you compare today’s modern life and the past lives, so much has changed. The education system was very poor in the past, transportation services were very less, monarchy was present and most importantly, the internet was not there. Nowadays, life has become very easy, the education system is much better, transportation services are more reliable, democracy is here, and internet too. There was no internet in Nepal until 1993. Can you imagine we have come all this way and it's just 2022?

शिक्षाबिना मानिस अन्धो हुन्छ कठै बरै
विवेक बढ्छ ज्ञान लिएँ सुखी हुन्छ जीवन

विद्यार्थी हुँ विद्या लिएर बाड्ने मेरो कर्म
जति दियो उति बढ्ने शिक्षाको अनौठो मर्म
सबैभन्दा ठूलो धन विद्या नै हो सान र मान
विद्याले बुद्धि बढाउँछ यो सत्य कुरा जान।
पढी लेखी नाम कमाउने काम पनि गर्ने
सानो ठुलो काम हुँदैन भन्दै ज्ञान छर्ने
कर्मशील मान्छेको ईश्वर हुन्छन् साथमा
काम गरे दाम अनि माम आउँछ हातमा
पुस्तकालयमा थरिथरि पुस्तक पत्रिका पढौ
आँट गरी मिहिनेती बनी सधैँ अघि बढाैँ

राम्राे काम गरेपछि कमाउने नाम हाे ।
It all started after a few days of the winter vacation. Out of nowhere my mom and dad decided to go to Chandragiri. I was so thrilled and excited to go on the trip. We went to Chandragiri on Friday and returned home on Saturday.
I packed all the necessary items and my clothes for the trip. As I was excited, I couldn’t really sleep at night. Then the day came. My parents went to their offices and they came home. While my parents were working, I was reading books and writing articles at home. My parents arrived home in the afternoon, and we left home to go to Chandragiri. We went to Chandragiri using my father’s vehicle, a car. During the car ride, my sister and I were chit-chatting and gossiping about random things. After some time, my sister fell asleep because of boredom. I also got bored because my sister had fallen asleep and I had no one to talk to. So, I listened to some music.
After about an hour, we reached Chandragiri. I was so happy and thrilled because I had finally reached Chandragiri. And I also found out that my parent’s friends were also there, so I became more excited. It was almost evening when we reached there. We bought some popcorn to eat. The popcorn was so delicious and tasty. Then we went to ride the cable cars. I was kind of scared to ride it. But nevertheless, I had to do it so when I sat inside the cable car I was getting anxious. In the middle of the ride, I was kind of scared so I started screaming and my parents and their friends were chuckling so I got embarrassed. During the whole ride, we were talking and enjoyed the view of the hills.
After some time we finally reached the other side. Then we went to the hotel to book our rooms. We went inside our rooms and left our luggage inside the room. Then we went out to eat dinner. We ate lots of yummy and delicious foods. We also took lots of pictures. After finishing our dinner, we went back to our hotel rooms. My parent’s friends came to our room. My parents and their friends played cards and I, my sister and my friend who is my parent’s friend’s daughter told scary stories and funny stories also. And after hours of playing and chit-chatting, we finally went to sleep.
The next day and also the last day we woke up a little early. Then we freshened up and we went to enjoy the Jacuzzi which was near the hotel. After some time, we got out of the Jacuzzi and then we changed our clothes and we ate our breakfast. The breakfast was so tasty. We ate pancakes, bacon, sausage, juice and much more. After eating our breakfast, we went to click more pictures and then we went to the Bhaleshwor Temple. We went inside the temple. The temple was beautifully decorated. We all prayed for blessings. There was a priest who gave us a tika and some flowers. Then we took pictures.
After going to the temple, we went to play on the ground. There was a ziplining place and we decided to go for zip lining. First, my parent’s friends went zip lining my friend and then my father but I was kind of surprised because none of them got scared. But I have a fear of heights, so I was so nervous and scared that my hands were getting numb. I went to the tower where I had to put the safety ropes and I was almost crying because of frightfulness and nervousness. After getting the safety ropes I was pushed and I closed my eyes the entire time of the ride. So, I didn’t really see the view of the hills and playgrounds. Once the ride was finished, I was relieved that it had ended.
My friend bought me a gift which was a small figure of the flag of Nepal. We took some more pictures and we returned to our hotel rooms. Then we went to eat our lunch. For lunch, we had delicious food. I had a burger, fries and a glass of juice. It was so tasty and appetizing. Then we went back to our hotel rooms to take some rest. After resting for some time, we packed our clothes and got ready to leave the hotel. I was a little bit sad because I had to leave Chandragiri. Then we left the hotel and went to ride the cable cars. While riding the cable car, I didn’t get nervous like last time.
After the ride, we got out of the cable car and went outside. Before going, there was a fountain, so we took some pictures there. Then we returned home by car. During the whole ride, we were talking and had fun. When we reached our home, I was happy and sad. I was happy because I could finally go home but at the same time, I was sad because I had to leave Chandragiri. It was so fun and I want to go to Chandragiri again.

A sweet and random chocolate
Whose chocolate is that? I think I know.
Its owner is quite happy though.
Full of joy like a vivid rainbow,
I watch her laugh. I cry hello.
She gives her chocolate a shake,
And laughs until her belly aches.
The only other sound's the break,
Of distant waves and birds awake.
The chocolate is sweet,
After cake and lots of sleep.
Sweet dreams come to her cheap.
She rises from her gentle bed,
With thoughts of kittens in her head,
She eats her jam with lots of bread.
खुसी छु म पाएर तिमीलाई साथमा

Sleeping when it seems it is dark
I get horrible and horrific dreams
Waking up in the middle of the night
I think something has given me light
But, that can't be true or can be real I heard

About a strange and a weird peel
Why does it seems so real
Why can't anybody be truthful or loyal

नेपाल सौन्दर्यको देश हो यँहा धेरैभन्दा धेरै राम्रा ठाउँहरू छन् । हाम्रो देशमा विभिन्न रमणीय ठाउँहरू, मन्दिरहरू छन् जस्तै, दक्षिणकाली,पशुपतिनाथ भैरव बटुकहरू आदि । जुन ठाउँहरू एकदमै सुन्दर छन् । स्वर्गजस्तै सुन्दर छ मेरो देश । नेपालमा पूर्व-पश्चिममा तराई ,पहाड र हिमालहरू छन् । मातृभूमि आमा सामानकाे देशका लागि काम गर्ने व्यक्ति महान हुन्छन् ।
हामी नेपाली हौँ । नेपालीले नेपालको इज्जत गर्नुपर्छ । हामी सबै मिलिजुली देश बनाउनुपर्छ । हामीले आफ्नो देशको इज्जत गर्न सिक्नुपर्छ । देश आफ्नो जन्मदिने आमा समान हुन्छ त्यसैले आफ्नाे देशलाई आमालाईजस्तै माया गर्नुपर्छ । हाम्रो देशको सबैभन्दा राम्रो कुरा के हाे भने हामी हाम्रो देशमा विभिन्न जातिका भाषा, विभिन्न चाड पर्वहरू मनाउने मान्छेहरू एकै ठाउँमा बस्छौ त्यही पनि हामी सबै मिलेर बस्ने गर्छौ। त्यसैले हाम्राे देशलाई विविधतामा एकता बाेकेकाे देश भनेर पनि चिनिन्छ ।
हाम्राे देश नेपालमा करिब ६ हजार नदी नालाहरू छन् । कर्णाली, सप्तकोशी, बाग्मती नदीहरू नेपालका प्रख्यात नदिहरू हुन । यहाँ जङ्गल हुनाले फलफूल पनि प्रशस्त उत्पादन हुन्छ । यहाँको निकुञ्जमा बाघ, भालु, चितुवा, मैना, मयुर, डाँफे जस्ता पशुपंक्षीहरू पाइन्छन् । नेपाल बितेकाे इतिहासभन्दा अहिले धेरै विकशित छ र विकास हुने अवस्थामा छ । २२ औँ युगकाे संसारलाई चुनौति दिन सक्ने नेपालीहरू भइसकेका छन् । । हामी सारा देशबासी पनि हातेमालो गरेर अगाडि बढ्नुपर्छ ।
In today's technically advanced world people are cutting down the trees to make papers, people are cutting down the jungles to make houses and development activities. If people start destroying the environment many natural disasters will happen like earthquakes, landslides and many more. Nowadays due to excessive amounts of carbon dioxide the ozone layer on the earth’s surface is also getting polluted which is making sun rays fall down straight to earth and is polluting the environment very much. People only think about their benefits in today's world but they forget one thing that making deforestation will only lead to many bad effects which will harm us in the future so we should stop environmental pollution.To stop environmental pollution we can raise awareness amongst people and first we must start awareness among our family and we must start campaigns and protests to stop this environmental pollution.Environmental pollution has been a very huge and a bad thing in this world because due to environmental many types of viruses have happened and may happen in this future and because of environmental pollution hundreds and thousands of people have died and are constantly dying because we don't take care of our nature properly.If we do not take care of our environment now then we will be the one to suffer the most in our upcoming days and it will really affect us badly it may have not affected us till now but it will surely affect us in the upcoming future. Nowadays people are into electric cars which is good that people are not using petrol,diesel,etc . It helps in keeping the environment clean as it doesn't produce harmful gases but there are many other bad effects of new technology as well.
New devices are coming daily with all services mostly the use of 5G is increasing daily which can be harmful for birds so there are some bad and some good effects of new technologies.When talking about environmental health there is a youtuber called MrBeast with a huge influence working to make the world a better place. He has run 2 huge campaigns called Team Seas and Team Trees where you can basically donate money to a campaign of ur choice and they plant tree if you've donated to team trees and take out plastic from ocean if u donate to team seas.We all can make small small campaign so that we are contributing some thing for making the world a better place.
