One of my memorable days was my first-ever experience hiking with the school, grade 3 teachers, and students. We thought the hike was going to be held on the 17th of Bhadra 2080, as per the school calendar. Due to the rainy season, it was cancelled. Since I had already bought a pair of hiking shoes, I was quite disappointed to hear it. Surprisingly, our teacher announced that we were going to hike ‘Jagdol to Tareveer’ on May 19, 2080, Friday. When I heard about the news, I was super excited.
For the hike, I prepared Mo-mos, chocolate milk, vanilla milk, pizza biscuits, oranges, glucose water, dairy milk, and Kit-Kat. We went to Jagdol by bus and started our hike at 11 a.m. The hiking route was full of natural beauty, such as different types of birds, various types of plants, and a river stream with the clearest water I have ever seen. We walked very slowly, enjoying everything that came along the way, except for some people throwing trash in nature. We took a lot of photos. After two hours of walking, we ate our snacks. I shared my snacks with my friends. My teachers and friends were telling me not to touch the water. I like natural water, so I could not help it. I did not listen to them anyway, and I ended up getting my leg wet. I would like to apologise to my teachers for not listening to them. I had a lot of fun on my first hike with my friends and teachers. Thank you, Deerwalk Sifal School, for making one of my dreams come true.
मलाई सबैभन्दा मन पर्ने किताबको नाम गणित हो । गणितमा धेरै प्रकारका हिसाबहरू हुन्छन् । मलाई जोडघटाउ गर्न एकदमै मन पर्छ । यसले हाम्रो दिमाग तेज बनाउँछ । हामीलाई हामा गुरुआमाले गणित विषय पढाउनुहुन्छ । म कक्षामा नबुझेमा गुरुआमालाई फेरि साेध्ने गर्छु । मैले गणितमा धेरै अङ्क पाउने गरेको छु । मलाई गणित विषय सजिलो लाग्छ ।
Rabbits are small furry animals with big ears, short fluffy tails and long front teeth. They hop with the help of their strong back legs. They like to eat grass, gay, fruits and vegetables. Their favourite food is carrots. Rabbits are of different colours. Such as white, black, brown or grey. Some rabbits have long hairs. Rabbits are also kept as pet animals. Wild rabbits dig burrow under the ground to live.
वातावरण बिग्रेमा जीवनमा नराम्रो असर पर्छ । त्यसैले वातावरण सफा राख्ने काम सबैको प्रमुख कर्तव्य बनेको छ । वातावरण र जीवनको अत्यन्त गहिरो सम्बन्ध छ । आजभोलि विश्वकै वातावरण नराम्रोसँग बिग्रिएको छ । वातावरण बिग्रने प्रमुख कारण नै बढ्दो प्रदूषण हो । प्रदूषणहरूबाट प्राकृतिक र जीवनमा गम्भीर खतराहरू उत्पन्न भएका छन् । वातावरण सफा राख्नमा प्रदूषणले प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पारेको छ । वातावरण सफा राख्नमा प्रदूषणले पार्ने नकारात्मक प्रभावलाई चाँडोभन्दा चाँडो कम गर्ने उपाय खोज्न तर्फ लाग्नुपर्छ । वातावरणलाई दूषित पार्ने प्रदूषण कम गरेर नै सफा र स्वच्छ वातावरणको सिर्जना गर्न सकिन्छ। खाली जग्गालाई वृक्षारोपण गरेर, वनजङ्गल जोगाएर वातावरण सपार्न सकिन्छ। उद्योग धन्धा वा कलकारखानाबाट निस्कने फोहोर आदिलाई नदीमा मिसिन नदिने र वैज्ञानिक पद्धति अपनाएर धुवाँ र ग्यास छोड्ने सवारी साधनहरूलाई हटाएर वैकल्पिक ऊर्जाबाट साधनहरू चलाएर पनि वातावरणलाई स्वच्छ सफा र प्रदूषण मुक्त पार्न सकिन्छ । यसलाई सफा सुन्दर हराभरा र सुरक्षित बनाउन सबै एकजुट भइ लागौँ । वातावरण राम्रो भए हामी सबै स्वस्थ हुन्छौँ ।
My Room is my favourite place to spend time at home. I have a cozy bed. My parents have bought beautiful sheets with pictures of cartoons and flowers for my bed. I feel very relaxed sleeping on it. In one of the corners of my room, I have placed my soft toys to make my room look beautiful. There is a big doll and a really big teddy bear too.
On the walls, there is a big canvas. I have also pasted my drawings and some stickers on the wall.
I have a small shelf to keep my favourite story books. I love my room.
The Sifal School Winter Camp was held from 7 January, 2024 to 12 January, 2024. In the camp, there were students both from our school as well as other schools. There were a total of 22 students in the camp. The students ranged from six years to ten years.
On the first day, we went hiking. We went to Changunarayan and then to Telkot. We went there by bus. We ate snacks on the bus. We sang different songs like “believer,” “give me some sunshine,” etc. First, we went to Changunarayan temple. There we saw statues, stone spouts, pigeons, etc. Then we started our hike. We saw ponds, jungles, animals, etc on the road. On the way, we ate bananas, oranges, biscuits, etc. Then we finally reached our destination, Telkot. After that we came back to our school.
In the camp, Yunisha ma’am taught us art. Laxman, sir, taught us cooking. Kushal sir taught us coding. Rajan Sir taught us drama. Tej sir taught us reading and writing, and Rameswori ma'am taught us to dance.
The next day, we learned how to draw, how to cook, how to make games from scratch, how to dance, how to write and read, and how to play a drama. In art class, we drew doodles, abstracts, and Mithila forms of art. Others drew Mithila, abstract, or doodle art. I drew the anime character Tanjero. In cooking class, we learned how to cook black tea, aloo chop, pasta, etc. In coding class, we learned how to move the letters in our names like a wave. We learned to do mime acts in drama. In reading and writing class, we learned how to recite poems and write essays in Nepali. We learned how to perform the karuwa tal dance in the dance class.
On the last day, we received certificates for participating in a winter camp. My mother came to the school to pick me up. Both of us ate samosas at school. We went back to our home at 4:00 p.m. I enjoyed the winter camp.
यो वर्ष मेरो विद्यालयको दसैँ बिदा असोज २७ गतेबाट सुरु भयो। बिदा सुरु हुनुभन्दा पहिले नै हामीले इलाम घुम्न जाने योजना बनाएका थियौँ । म, बाबा, मामु, काका र काकी पाँचजना चार दिन धरान र इलाम घुम्न गयाैँ । इलाम धेरै रमाइलो रहेछ। इलाममा चिया बगान रहेछ । धरान र इलाम घुमेपछि हामी घर आयाैँ । सबैतिर दसैँकाे चहलपहल सुरु भैसकेकाे थियाे । दसैँ हाम्रो ठुलो चाड हो । दसैँमा नयाँ लुगा लगाउने, मिठा मिठा खानेकुरा खाने र मान्यजनकोमा टीका लगाउन जाने गरिन्छ । मैले दसैँमा टीका लगाएर धेरै पैसा पाएँ । यसरी कार्तिक १२ गते मेरो दसैँ बिदा सकियो। यसपालिकाे दसैँ बिदा धेरै रमाइलो भयो।
मेरो सानोबाबाको नाम नवीन रेग्मी हो । मेरो सानो बाबा अस्ट्रेलियाको क्यान्बेरा सहरमा बस्नुहुन्छ । मेरो सानोबाबा चार वर्षपछि असोज २९ गते नेपाल आउनुभएको थियो । सानोबाबा आउँदा रातिको ११ बजेको थियो । चार वर्षपछि भेट्न पाउँदा म एकदमै खुसी थिए । सानोबाबा आएपछि हामीले एकछिन कुराकानी गर्याैँ । सानोबाबा पहिलेभन्दा मैले फरक पाएँ । अलिकति मोटो अनि अलिअलि अग्लो जस्तो लाग्यो । भोलिपल्ट म सानोबाबासँग घुम्न गएँ । घर आएपछि मिलेर उपहार खोल्यौँ । सानोबाबाले मलाई लुगा, हेडफोन, चकलेट र जुत्ता ल्याइदिनुभएको थियो । सानोबाबाले म लगायत घरका सबैजनालाई उपहार दिनुभयो । चार वर्षपछि दसैँ एकैसाथ मिलीजुली मनायौँ । धेरै वर्षपछि एकैसाथ बस्न पाउँदा मलाई रमाइलो भएको थियो तर दसैँ सकिएपछि सानोबाबा फेरि अस्ट्रेलिया फर्किनुभयो । मैले मेरो सानो बाबालाई धेरैभन्दा धेरै नै सम्झिएँ ।
Basketball is an indoor game. It is played in two teams. Each team has five players. The players need to score a basket for themselves to gain points. A ball is bounced and dribbled to pass it to the members of the team. There are four quarters in this game. Each quarter is 10 to 12 minutes. There are two referees in a basketball game. I play basketball at school with my friends. I also watch basketball games on T.V. I want to learn all the techniques of playing basketball. I love watching and playing basketball.
