ए बस, तिमी यहीँ कुरीराख है

मलाई फर्किनु नि छ,

एउटी आमालाई छोडेर 

अर्की आमालाई भेट्न आएको छु


 

कहिले फर्किन पाइने होला खै,

ए बस तिमी एकछिन कुरी राख है ।

मलाई फर्किनु नि छ,

आमाले आज ठुलो झट्का 

खानु भएको छ,

अनि आफ्ना भाइ बहिनीहरूलाई 

बचाउनु नि छ,

धरहरा पनि भत्केकाे छ रे !



 

ए बस ! तिमी यहीँ कुरी राख है,

मलाई फर्किनु नि  छ,

हिजो आमाले रुँदै भनिन्,

"माफ गर है मलाई, यस्तो ठुलो काम दिएकी छु तँलाई" 

आमालाई के थाहा 

सास फेर्दा एक्लैले होइन,

पुरै राष्ट्रले माला चढाउने बनाएकी छन् मलाई।



 

ए बस! तिमी एकछिन अझै कुरी राख है,

मलाई फर्किनु नि छ,

अनि बल्ल पो आमा सुत्छिन् त। 

पिढीँमा बसेर मेरै बाटो कुरेकी छिन् होला अहिले,

म आफ्नी आमालाई भेटेर फर्किहाल्छु ।


 

ए बस ! तिमी यहीँ कुरी राख है,

मलाई फर्किनु पनि छ। 

अर्की आमालाई बचाउँन,

ए बस! तिमी यहीँ कुरी राख है,

यो कला मिथिलाका नारीहरूको कडा एकाधिकारकाे क्षेत्र हो । तिनीहरूले आफ्नो आँगन वरिपरिका पर्खालहरूलाई अमूर्त चित्रहरूकाे चम्किलो रङ्गले ढाक्छन् । याे कला एक प्रकारको परम्परागत चित्रकला हो, जसले जनावर, मानिस, जीवन शैली, स्थानीय मानिसहरूको परम्परा र संस्कृतिलगायत प्राकृतिक वातावरणलाई झल्काउँछ ।
मिथिलाको कला धार्मिक अनुष्ठानहरू, विशेष गरी विवाह र यसको परिणाम, सन्तानसँग जोडिएको छ । याे वैदिक वैवाहिक संस्कारसँग अन्तर्क्रिया गरिएको, ब्राह्मणहरूद्वारा संस्कृत जपको साथ, महिलाहरूद्वारा नियन्त्रित र दुर्गा, काली र गौरी आदि देवीहरूप्रति समर्पित परम्परा हो । विवाह समारोहमा दुलहा र दुलहीलाई महिलाहरूले गौरीमा समर्पित आफ्नै समारोहका लागि तान्छन्, जसमा दुलहाबाहेक अन्य पुरुषहरूलाई निषेध गरिएको छ । गौरी ती देवी हुन्, जससँग बेहुलीले बाल्यकालदेखि नै असल पतिको लागि प्रार्थना गरिरहेकी हुन्छिन् । यी समारोहहरूमा देवीहरूका चित्रित चित्रहरू अघि चोकहरूमा प्रदर्शन गरिन्छन् । चित्रकलाका कार्य, कर्मकाण्डात्मक कला धेरै प्रतीकात्मक छन् । याे कलामा ब्रह्माण्डको आदिम ऊर्जा विभिन्न नारी रूपहरू, जीवित महिला र देवीहरू दुवैमा अवतारित हुन्छ ।
यी चित्रहरू मिथिलाका अशिक्षित महिलाहरूले अद्भूत रूपमा चित्रण गरेका छन् र हेर्दा धेरै नै आकर्षक छन् । तिनीहरूले विभिन्न अवसरहरूमा आफ्ना कलात्मक भावना र सिप व्यक्त गर्छन् । कोहबारका बाहिरी पर्खालहरू ग्रामीण जीवनका चित्रहरू, जस्तैः वाहकहरू सहितको पालकी, आँप, केरा, कदम्ब र अशोकजस्ता फलफूलका रुखहरूले सजिएका हुन्छन् । मैथिल नारीहरूले गोपिनीहरू र उनीहरूका निरन्तर साथी, राधासँग भगवान् कृष्णका प्रेमपूर्ण दृश्यहरू पनि चित्रित गर्छन् ।

धूमपान सुरु गर्ने धेरै मानिसहरू जिज्ञासा, डिप्रेसन वा अरूको प्रभावका कारणले गर्छन् तर आफ्नो शारीरिक र मानसिक स्वास्थ्यमा यसको नकारात्मक असर देखेपछि उनीहरू याे लत छाडेर बस्न चाहन्छन् । धूमपान छोड्नु धूमपान गर्नेहरूका लागि सबैभन्दा गाह्रा चिजहरूमध्ये एक हुन सक्छ तर एक पटक उनीहरूले धूमपान छोडेपछि उनीहरूले धूमपान छाेड्नुका धेरै फाइदाहरू देख्न सक्छन् ।

एक व्यक्तिले धूमपान छोडेपछि हामी त्यसले व्यक्तिमा ल्याएका सकारात्मक प्रभावहरू देख्न सक्छौँ । धूमपान छाडेको एक घण्टाभित्रै मानिसको मुटुको धड्कन सामान्य अवस्थामा फर्किन्छ र उसको रक्तचाप पनि घट्छ । धूमपानले तपाईंको शरीरमा कार्बन मोनोअक्साइडको मात्रा बढाउँछ तर धूमपान छोडेको १२ घण्टाभित्रमा तपाईंको शरीरमा मोनोअक्साइडको स्तर घट्छ र तपाईंको शरीरमा अक्सिजनको मात्रा बढ्छ । धूमपानले तपाईंको रक्तनलीमा रगत जम्ने र हृदयाघातको सम्भावना पनि बढाउँछ तर धूमपान छोडेको एक दिनभित्र हृदयाघातको जोखिम पनि कम हुन्छ । धूमपानले गन्ध र स्वादको लागि जिम्मेवार इन्द्रियहरूलाई क्षति पुर्‍याउँछ तर धुवाँ छोडेको २ दिनभित्रै गन्ध र स्वादका लागि जिम्मेवार स्नायुहरू निको हुन थाल्छन् । धूमपानले मुख्यतया फोक्सोलाई असर गर्छ र यसलाई नोक्सान पुर्‍याउँछ । यसले व्यक्तिमा सास फेर्न गाह्रो हुने र व्यक्तिमा बढी खोकी लाग्ने गर्छ तर धूमपान छाडेको १ महिनाभित्रै मानिसको फोक्सो निको हुन थाल्छ र खोकी कम हुन्छ ।

धूमपान छाड्दा मानिसलाई दीर्घकालीन फाइदा हुन्छ र हामीले धूमपान गर्ने व्यक्तिलाई धूमपान छोड्न प्रोत्साहन र उत्प्रेरित गर्नुपर्छ ।

MYSTERIOUS EVENTS HAPPENED IN EARTH

Earth is a place full of mysteries that no one has been able to solve. There are a lot of events that are still unsolved and no one could figure it out. Some of the most mysterious events are listed below.

1. TIME TRAVELLING
There are a lot of incidents about time travelling mentioned on the internet. And all of them are very interesting and very intriguing. The first event is about the plane that travelled from past to present. We can see about this incident on the internet if you search about it. In July 1955, a flight named PAN AM 914 took off at New York City and its destination was Miami. But it never made it there. In the middle of their travels the flight mysteriously disappeared. Nobody could figure out what happened. After 37 years in 1992 AD, in the airport of Caracas, Venezuela the plane suddenly appeared without any signs in radar. The air traffic controllers were shocked to see an old plane that is no longer used. They asked the pilot to identify the plane.
The pilot replied that this flight was 914. They somehow travelled 1200 miles away from their direction after 37 years. The pilot was shocked and horrified after the air traffic controller told him that. After that the pilot took off again in a hurry and the plane was never seen after that. Nobody knows what happened to that plane after disappearing 37 years ago. The most popular theory is that the plane mistakenly entered a wormhole that caused the plane to travel in future. But later on it was said that the story about the missing plane was total fabrication. And the source of the fabrication was the weekly world news which was famous for absurd news. They published the same story before with different days of landing which was 1985 AD. But nobody knows what truly happened to flight 914.

2.  FALLING OF BLACK BIRDS AND DRUMFISH
Back in 2011 AD New Year eve. An incident occurred that shocked everyone. During midnight huge numbers of blackbirds started falling from the sky. No one knew what was going on. Next morning when the area was getting cleaned. 5000 of black birds were counted and none of them were alive. This mysterious incident happened in the town of Beebe in   Arkansas, United States. They were said to have suffered from blunt force trauma because. And initially they blamed fireworks. After sometime around the same time in year in the banks of Arkansas River, 100,000 drum fish were washed away all dead because of unknown causes. There was not much distance from the place where the blackbird fell. It was only 125 miles away.
After exactly a year in New Year 2012. Same thing was repeated. Blackbirds began to fall from the sky. But this time fireworks were banned because of the incident last year but it still couldn’t stop it. Nobody has answered how that happened. It also happened in Australia in 2019.

Cries of a Dead Warrior

The war in the sea. Large warships floating, scaps metals, crude oils spreading fire everywhere. The beautiful sea we used to see, where did it go? The fish that used to live there, where did they go?

“Enemy attacking.”

Where? Why ? Why did it turn out to be a chaos? We haven’t even done anything. Why did you attack? What fault are we in that you destroyed and killed the innocent people.

Peace was never an option. What we humans develop is hatred, revenge, jealousy. Why can't you just stay still. Showing power? Why ? What will even happen when you show your forces? I thought this was the end to the never ending war, yet a saddening moment. I guess it was the start of another war. Humans are just going extinct like this. Who cares about nature killing, we open the path to hell ourselves.

What a dreadful way to die. Never thought this day would ever come. Black smoke showing the sign of death.

What will happen to my family? Will they survive ? Will my children remember me? Was I a failure?

Regrets flowing through the veins. Sorrow showed up when I wished to die in peace. The war cry is everywhere. People running for their lives where they have no future. A corrupted country where you don't belong anywhere. Worked like a slave, dragged to battlefield. Just providing hope doesn’t change the life of humans. Sending them to the battlefield just by stating for the country is the worst. Using a country name, to do some activities that people don't want. These people should never have a place either in hell or this world.

“Hope they rot to death.”

The worthless fight that we fight for gets us nothing. What will happen even if you have power? Sending us like worthless bags. Saying that they would provide a huge financial reward for the dead soldiers. Why do we have to be dead to get support? Isn’t the battle we fought good enough for them? Even if I survive with broken legs or bones. I would be sent to another war. So why breathe, to go to another place to see the destruction?

They wont even count the losses. They wont even understand the war cry of the soldiers. They  are not even good at managing a single state. Then why do people appoint them?

Power ? Fear? Winning people's hearts?

They manage to win the hearts of people for seconds then we have the same result as every other. We hoped to have a good life and chose them but instead that was sin that took us to hell.

Sorry my wife and children that I have to leave you this early. Hope you grow up and become someone that can be relied on and put the end to this never ending war. Be a great soldier in people’s hearts.

Is online education effective in Nepal?

An online education is a kind of education that is delivered via the Internet. They are conducted by various small or large learning organizations, in which students can view their course syllabus and academic progress as well as communicate with their course instructor. Due to the ongoing pandemic COVID- 19, the education sector is vastly affected because of the rapid increase in cases. That’s why online classes have been conducted as the alternative solution.

Even in our country Nepal, almost everywhere online classes are being conducted. As the time currently is critical, and we can’t go to our respective schools, with the help of the internet and various apps such as Zoom, Meet our education system is moving forward. We living in urban areas have been getting all the facilities needed for online education but what about the people living in rural areas? We have been hearing about people living in rural areas not being able to take classes due to the poor network. Most of the students don’t have access to the internet. As the online classes are being conducted through the use of various technical aspects, students needs to improved their technical skills so much as we must learn and do almost each assignment through the computer, laptops, or mobiles but students in rural areas don’t have access to any kinds of devices to learn technical aspects as a result, they miss out many classes which is now a serious issue in our country. Sometimes there is power-cut due to several reasons and the houses which don't have an inverter are forced not to take the classes. Budget required for them to buy those items is not enough due to these kinds of problems students are heading to the path of depression. Students in urban areas are way better in technical skills compared to rural area people, students can get ideas from teachers. Due to the lack of communication in friends, students and teachers in online classes students are incapable of working effectively in assignments. In physical
classes due to various activities conducted by the school students used to be fresh and well prepared but the effects are opposite in online classes. During the online classes, the amount of knowledge students can grab is limited due to the certain time limit and lack of internet. As we must stay in front of the computer screen most of the time, it harms our eyesight. Whereas in face-to-face class, we can
interact with our teachers physically, which seems to be more reliable. So, in my point of view Online classes are not effective in comparison to physical but it is better to have something than nothing.

Things that I learned by writing articles

Firstly, article writing means improving your writing skills and acquiring or gathering knowledge. You have to focus on your writing and finding the style you want. Many people can say that writing an article is easy. But this is not true because without having external knowledge or without researching you can’t write a proper article. Writing an article is hard but there is nothing that you can’t try; there is nothing like you have to be good at your first try.

To have a good writing one needs to practice more and should maintain one's routine i.e writing 30 minutes a day can be helpful. Content is the most important thing that you need and you should feed your brain with quality content by reading, researching, having conversations with experts or experienced ones and to be patient while writing. The habit of copying is not good; you can copy the concept and make it as your own i.e paraphrasing but that is not going to improvise always, one needs to be more creative. Copying is possible if you give credit to the original writer and prove your points with their ideas.
After writing a perfect article, don't pretend to be the best or you know everything. Just look at you, are you the one behind all the concepts and ideas? You have to do a lot of brainstorming and write a lot of articles to be a good writer. Admit that you are not the best; if you admit that just press the delete button and erase everything from your mind. You have to be consistent and increase the level of your writing and don’t stick with the same topics like elephant, cricket, football, etc. because all of the readers know about that topic and they can actually explain that same thing more than you.

Lastly, if your article is like other people’s article than you have to start researching more about them and write differently in your own unique style.

‘के किशाेर किशाेरीले जिम गर्न मिल्छ ?’ हामीले यो प्रश्नमाथि समाजका मानिसहरूबिच निकै छलफल भएको पाउँछाैँ । आखिरमा मिल्ने हो कि होइन भन्नेमा अझै पनि धेरै प्रश्नहरू उठ्छन् । हामीले आफ्नै आमा र बुबाले भनेकै सुनेका छौँ होला कि याे उमेरमा जिम गर्नु भनेको शरीरका लागि हानीकारक हुन सक्छ अथवा जिम गर्दा प्रोटिन पाउडरको प्रयोग गर्नुहुन्न भन्ने पनि सुनेका हाेैँला ।  

याे प्रश्नको जवाफ दिन त्यति सजिलो छैन । याे प्रश्नमा धेरै अनुसन्धान पनि भएका छन् र सबैका आआफ्नै तर्क रहेका छन् । मैले पनि मेरो अनुभव भन्नु पर्दा किशोर किशोरीहरूले जिम गर्दा केही कुराहरू ध्यानमा राख्नुपर्ने हुन्छ । जिम गर्नै नमिल्ने भन्ने हुँदैन किनभने यसले हाम्रै स्वास्थ्यलाई राम्रो पार्दछ । अब पहिलो कुरा ध्यानमा राख्नुपर्ने भनेको आफ्नो अहङ्कारलाई हामी जिम गर्न जाँदा ढोकामै छोडेर जानुपर्दछ । यसको मतलब हामीले जब वजन उचाल्छाैँ, हामीले अरूजस्तै देखिन वा म पनि धेरै बलियो छु भनेर अरूले उचालेकाे वजनभन्दा भारी वजन उचाल्ने प्रयास गर्नुहुँदैन । यो लापरवाही किशोर किशोरीमा धेरै भेटिएको छ, जसले गर्दा चोटपटक लाग्ने सम्भावना एकदमै धेरै बढ्दछ । अर्को कुरा भनेको किशोर किशोरीहरूले डेडलिफ्टजस्ता र स्क्वाटजस्ता व्यायाम गर्नबाट टाढै बस्नुपर्दछ किनभने यो उनीहरूको बढ्ने उमेर पनि हाे र यदि मेरुदण्ड, जाेर्नी र जाेर्नीबिचको मांसपेशीमा केही पनि चोट र दबाब पर्यो भने उचाइ नबढ्ने र शरीरमा स्थायी क्षति हुने धेरै सम्भावना बढेको पाइएको छ ।

अर्को कुरा भनेको के किशोर किशोरीलाई प्रोटिन पाउडरको जरुरत पर्छ ? भन्ने प्रश्न उठ्दछ र यसको उत्तर हाे, जब हामी जिम गर्ने कार्यकाे सुरुवाती चरणमा हुन्छाैँ, त्यति बेला त्यसकाे प्रयोग गर्नुपर्ने हुँदैन । किनभने किशोर अवस्थामा तन छिटो छिटो बढ्ने हुन्छ र यदि प्राेटिन पाउडर प्रयोग गर्नुपर्यो भने पनि गर्दा हुन्छ । किन प्रयाेग गर्दा हुन्छ भने त्याे पाउडर भनेको हामीलाई जब आफ्नो तनलाई चाहिएको प्रोटिन दैनिक खानाले पुगेको हुन्न, त्यति बेला काम लाग्ने गर्छ । हामीले सुनेका हाैँला कि यदि त्यसको प्रयोग गर्याैँ भने किड्नीमा हानि गर्दछ र यो भनेको ठिक पनि हो र बेठिक पनि हो किनभने यदि हामीले आफ्नो तनलाई चाहिनेभन्दा बढी मात्रामा प्राेटिन खायाैँ भने मात्र त्याे हानिकारक हुन्छ । हामीले बच्चैदेखि पढ्दै आएकै छौँ कि कुनै पनि कुराकाे अत्यधिक प्रयाेग राम्रो हुँदैन । अब याे प्रश्न उठ्दछ कि कति मात्रामा खाने त प्राेटिन ? यसको उत्तर भनेको आफ्नो शरीरकाे वजनकाे प्रतिपाउन्ड एक ग्रामका दरले प्राेटिन खानुपर्दछ, यदि त्यसको परिणाम राम्रो भएको छ भने । अझै सजिलोसँग बुज्नका लागि एउटा उदाहरण लिएर हेराैँ, जस्तैः मेरो वजन १६० पाउन्ड छ । अब म यदि सक्रिय रूपमा जिम गरिरहेकाे छु भने मैले १६० देखि १६५ ग्राम प्रोटिन खानुपर्ने हुन्छ ।  

यी आधारभूत कुराहरूमा हामीले ध्यान पुर्यायाैँ भने जिम गर्न मजाले मिल्छ । आफ्नो स्वास्थ्यका लागि हामीले जिम गरेको राम्रो हुन्छ । धेरै पनि गर्नुपर्दैन, सिर्फ आफ्नो दिनभरको समयबाट ४० मिनेटदेखि १ घन्टा व्यायाम गर्नु राम्रो हुन्छ । यदि हामीलाई लामो र निरोगी जीवन जिउन मन छ भने व्यायाम गर्नु निक्कै फाइदाजनक हुन्छ ।

आफ्नो वास्तविक अस्तित्व

Effect of music in studying

Music is one of the most amazing ways to relax and enjoy. We tend to listen to music everyday from early morning to late night. For me especially it makes my day a little more exciting. Even if you are having a bad week, bad day, music becomes an amazing fix . We all love listening to music. We may not like some type of music and most of the music you listen to also depends on what mood you are in. But is this music actually good to listen to while studying?

Article first published in july of 1989 on the topic of effect of music on anxiety where about 33 people were taken and tested on whether music reduces anxiety or not, and to induce a standard anxiety test the patient had to complete the state portion of the state trait anxiety inventory. Blood pressure, heartbeat rates, respiration of each patient was measured carefully. The experiment was then performed and the result then indicated that the patient did in fact show a lowered anxiety score after listening to music.
So from the article what i am trying to get to is that we don't yet fully know how music changes our state of mind but from the experiment if it is found out that music does lower anxiety then i am pretty sure that when your anxiety level is lower you will have a better understanding of what you are reading and what you are writing.
But we also have to consider the distraction from music. As a personal experience I started listening to music while studying since I had heard that from recent studies it showed listening to music helped to understand better. But while doing that I found myself getting lost in the music rather than the actual studies. This in fact can be a serious problem if you are someone who gets easily distracted by music. 
Have you ever tried music meditation? It's a meditation with slow , peaceful and very light music and it is said that this music helps you concentrate. Which I have found true while doing so myself a meditation called 'soul of healing' by Deepak chopra . But the purpose of the music was that you don't lose focus on what you are doing  here focusing on breathing , and if you were to ever get distracted by your own thoughts the music would be a way to get your distracted mind back to a focused state. What I am trying to bring out is that the type of music that helps you focus, study is different from the type of music you listen to in your leisure time. It mostly has to do with your brain waves and how they react to different music.
In a nutshell it depends on the person who listens, what type of music he or she listens and what happens to their brains during listening to a certain music. Nostalgia, sometimes loneliness, happiness, these feelings may be induced while listening to music. In my opinion listening to music may be good but something that's not distracting and should be listened to in a very small volume so that your mind can truly concentrate. As it is still fully unknown why music helps calm us down or create happiness or why it reacts with the brain in such a manner and is still a hot topic of this generation.
