हामीलाई दिनहुँ प्रयोग गर्नका लागि धेरै चिजहरू चाहिन्छन्, जसमध्ये कागज एक प्रमुख चिज हाे । कागजले गर्दा मानिसको जीवनमा ठुलाे परिवर्तन आएको छ । अहिलेको समयमा कागज र कलम मानव जीवनका महत्त्वपूर्ण विषय बनेका छन् । कागजको उत्पादनले मानिसको लेख्ने प्रक्रिया सहज भएको छ । 

कागजको प्रयोगभन्दा पहिला मानिसले बाेक्रा र निश्चित रुखका पातहरूमा लेख्ने गर्दथे । कागज धेरै चिजहरू मिलाएर बनाइएकाे हुन्छ।कागज बनाउन चाहिने महत्त्वपूर्ण वस्तु काठ हो । यस प्रक्रियाले अमेरिका, क्यानडा र नर्वेले धेरै मात्रामा  कागज बनाउँछन् ।कति देशमा कागज मेसिनले बनाइन्छ भने कति देशमा हातले नै बनाइन्छ । हाम्रो देश नेपालमा कागज हातले नै बनाइन्छ । कापी पनि कागजअनुसार फरक पर्ने गर्दछ । कुनै कापी रङ्गगिन हुन्छन्, कुनै पातला पनि हुन्छन् र कुनै चिल्ला हुन्छन् । त्यो सब पैसाअनुसार फरक पर्ने गर्दछ।

कागजले धेरै क्षेत्रमा फरक फरक महत्त्व बोकेको हुन्छ । कागजले हामीलाई चिट्ठी, किताब, पत्रिका आदि लेख्न मद्दत गर्छ। विद्यार्थी जीवनमा भने कागजले अति महत्वपूर्ण अङ्गको जस्तो काम गरिरहेको हुन्छ । कागज नभएको भए अहिले मानिससँग पैसा पनि हुँदैनथ्यो । कागजले पढाइ र व्यापारमा पनि उत्तिकै भूमिका खेलिरहेको हुन्छ । कागज चित्र, सजावट तथा नक्कली फूलजस्ता विभिन्न कार्यमा उपयोग हुन्छ । 

हाम्रो देशमा कागज उत्पादन गर्ने थाेरै मात्र मिल छन्, त्यसैले हामीले अरू देशबाट ठुलो परिमाणमा कागज ल्याउनुपर्ने हुन्छ । त्यसैले हामीले कागजकाे दुरुपयाेग गर्नु हुँदैन, चाहिने बेलामा मात्र प्रयोग गर्नुपर्छ।

Pollution is the process in which unwanted and undesirable toxic pollutants contaminate the environment, i.e air, water, soil and many more. It is creating unexpected changes in the ecosystem of Nepal which is directly or indirectly bringing negative impacts on the lives of human beings, animals, and plants as well as surroundings which creates an imbalance in the natural system. Most of the things which makes our lives easy are harmful to the environment. For example, vehicles leave gases that pollute the air, Industries and household garbage pollute both water and air.

Every living being depends on air and water. When these get polluted, all the lives come at a risk. In Nepal it is seen that urban areas get more polluted than in rural areas such as Kathmandu, Nepalgunj, Bhaktapur. It is because urban areas have more vehicles, industries and factories. Also, in urban areas forests are being destroyed for human settlement. Though rural areas also get polluted by harmful pesticides used in farming lands and woods used as a source of energy. Pollution is not only caused by humans but also some are caused by nature such as forest fires, landslides, volcanic eruption etc. In the context of Nepal during the month of January-May in 2016, 268,618 hectares of forest were lost to forest fire which caused pollution as well as many plants and animals were destroyed. Because of pollution, many new diseases appear daily, which are extremely dangerous for the health of living beings. It is one of the serious problems in Nepal which people are facing.

Pollution can get prevented if we control our activities that cause pollution. Trees should be planted on a large scale to increase oxygen in the air. We should compromise our luxury and comfort beside polluting the environment. We have to understand the difference between need and want. Plastic should not be used more. We should not use our vehicle that creates harmful gases and noises. We can use electric vehicles. If we do so, we can minimize the impacts of pollution in Nepal.

Many people and animals are losing their lives or being affected by health issues due to the increased level of pollution. This issue needs immediate attention. Most of the causes of pollution are human activities. So, we should control such activities that contribute to pollution. Every person should know its effects and controlling measures. It can at least minimize its effects. 

This week, the 20-year-old Norwegian footballer Erling Braut Haaland scored his 16th goal in the UCL, Making him the youngest and the first player ever to score 16 goals in 12 UCL games, Messi had 2 and Ronaldo none after the same number of appearances and just last week he had won the Golden Boy award which is given to promising players below the age of 21. Haaland finished 1st beating Barcelona’s wonder boy Ansu Fati by a narrow margin. Haaland officially has now scored a remarkable 44 goals in just 40 appearances for the two clubs, His previous club RB Salsburg and his current club Borussia Dortmund, 

He moved to Dortmund in the January of 2019. With Messi and Ronaldo in the twilight of their stellar careers although they are both still scoring for Barcelona and Juventus respectively could Haaland be the player to take up their scoring mantles? Major clubs such as Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Liverpool are already looking for a way to sign the 20-year-old Norwegian. His coach praises him a lot. According to him, Haaland is always staying late after training and practicing on his own. According to Haaland ``Individual Training is a very important way of being a sublime player”. Could he surpass Messi or Ronaldo? What's not in doubt is that Haaland is one of the most promising attackers on the world stage and could be set to break many more goalscoring records if he can continue his red-hot form and avoid injury.

शैक्षिक भ्रमण भनेको कुनै ठाउँको सांस्कृतिक ऐतिहासिक र समाजिक जानकारी पाउनका लागि गरिने भ्रमण हो । याे भ्रमणमा जानकारी पाउने र रमाइलो गर्ने दुबै उद्देश्यहरू पर्दछन् त्यसैले धेरै विद्यालयहरूले विद्यार्थीहरूलाई शैक्षिक भ्रमणमा लाने गर्दछन्। 

शैक्षिक भ्रमण विद्यार्थीका लागि धेरै महत्त्वपूर्ण हुन्छ । विद्यार्थीहरूले किताबबाट पढेको भन्दा घुमफिर गरी पढेका कुरा अझै बुझ्दछन् किनभने विद्यार्थीहरूले रमाउँदै पढेका कुराहरू अझै राम्रोसँग बुझ्ने गर्दछन् । यदि कोही कुनै ठाउँ गएका छैनन् भने ती व्यक्तिहरूले आफ्ना साथीभाइहरूसँगै अझै रमाइलोसँग ठाउँ घुम्न पाउँछन् । विद्यार्थीहरूले नयाँ कुराहरू हेर्न पाउँछन् र नयाँनयाँ अनुभवहरू गर्न पाउँछन् । 

शैक्षिक भ्रमणबाट विद्यार्थी मात्र होइन जो कोहीले पनि नयाँ ठाउँको बारेमा धेरै कुराहरूको जानकारी पाउन सक्छन् । विद्यार्थीहरूले आफ्नो घर र स्कुलबाहेक नयाँ नयाँ चिजहरू हेर्न पाउँछन् । विद्यार्थीहरूले विभिन्न ठाउँ कहाँ-कहाँ स्थित छन् भन्ने कुराहरू थाहा पाउँछन् । शैक्षिक भ्रमणका माध्यमबाट विद्यार्थीले नयाँ ठाउँ हेर्ने मात्र हैन, त्यहाँ बसेका नयाँ नयाँ मान्छेसँग पनि चिनजान गर्ने काम गर्न सक्दछन् । 

शैक्षिक भ्रमण भनेको धेरै खर्च गरेर टाढा टाढा मात्र जाने पनि होइन । जुनै पनि नयाँ ठाउँ भए पनि यदि हामीले त्याे ठाउँका बारेमा केही नयाँ जानकारी पायाैँ भने त्यसलाई पनि शैक्षिक प्रमाण भन्न सकिन्छ । 

There are many different varieties of musical instruments that are used to create different kinds of melodies. In our world, every person is different, people also have different kinds of musical instruments they want to learn and create music. The five major types of musical instruments are percussion, woodwind, string, brass, and keyboard. Many instruments fall under those categories. The percussion category includes drums, xylophone, tabla, etc. The woodwind category includes saxophone, the likes of flute and trumpet. The string category includes guitar, harp, etc. Lastly, the keyboard category includes organ, piano.

Every music can be used in its way. Some instruments are hard way harder than others. But if we learn and practice then it becomes easier. Perfect practice makes a person perfect. So if we practice instruments perfectly, then we can learn it easily.  The world of music is also connected through musical instruments. Most musicians use musical notes to read and create musical melodies. 

Due to musical instruments, the world of music has vastly developed. In the 1100s  classical music was popular everywhere and keyboard instruments and string instruments were widely used. After the development of society, music has also developed. In our present life, all 5 categories of musical instruments have been used to create different genres of music-making the world of music a different place. The history of musical instruments started from the beginning of human culture. Early musical instruments were used to create melodies for the rituals, such as signals or religious ceremonies. Then people started creating and experimenting with different kinds of things to create a musical sound than in following daws that were re-developed and made into musical instruments.

Music has become irreplaceable in human culture. Music can convey the emotion that can’t be conveyed by word. And many musicians earn for living by creating and playing melodies. 

काेभिड सङ्क्रमितहरूकाे सङ्ख्या हाल नेपालमा धेरै बढेकाे छ । दिनदिनै मास्क र स्यानिटाइजर प्रयाेग गर्ने मानिसहरूकाे सङ्ख्या घट्दै आएकाे छ । कसकाे कारणले भएकाे हाे याे सबै ? याे कुरामा सरकारले पनि धेरै चासाे दिएकाे छैन । सरकारले केहि गर्नुपर्छ। काेभिड संक्रमित संक्रमण गर्न नसकेको  कसले हाे? फोनमा फोन गरी सुरक्षामापन गर्नुकाे कारण के हाे।अहिले भिडभाड गर्नुकाे कारण के हाे? सरकारले धेरेे चासो नदेखाको कारण के हाे?

हामी नेपाली मानिसहरू हाम्रा आफ्नै दिमाग लगाउछौं। त्यसेेले पनि काेभिडको सऋमित बढेको हाे। यदि सरकारले राम्रो कानुन र सुरक्षा मापन र त्यो मानिसहरूले राम्ररी अपनायम भने काेभिड सऋमित घट्छ। हामी मानिसहरू र सरकारकाे दुवैको तेतिनेे हात छ। सारकरले सबेे मानिसहरू को पीसीआर परीक्षण गरे भनि राम्रो हुन्छ।मानिसहरूले ३ मिटरकाे दुरी कायम गर्नुपर्छ भने  ०.५ मिटर पनि कायम गरेका छैनन्। मलाइ लागछ लकडाउन २ छोटी भएको कारनले पनि नेपालमा कोरोना सऋमित बडेकाे हो। मानिसहरू काेभिडकोबेला काम नभएर कसरी खाने मा चिनतीत छन्।मानिसहरू कोरोनाकाे कारणले होइन खाना नपाएर मर्न लागेका छन्। कोरोनाकाे कारण स्कुल कसरी रामरी चलाउने र विद्यार्थीहरुलाई कसरी राम्ररी शिक्षा दिने भन्ने कुरामा प्रयास गर्नुपर्छ|

मानिसहरू आफुपनि सचेत हुनुपर्यो र सरकारले पनि जनताको हितकाे लागी सहिनिर्णय लिनुपर्यो।मानिसले याे काेभिडको बेला बडि भन्दा बडि सुरक्षा मापनहरू प्रयाेग गरेर काम गरे भने   काेभिड सऋमितको मात्रा कम हुन सक्छ|

थाङ्का चित्रकला भनेको एक प्रकारकाे चित्रकला हो जुन कपडाहरूमा बनाइन्छ । यस चित्रकलामा धेरै जति भगवान्‌हरूको चित्र बनाइन्छ । थाङ्कामा महत्त्वपूर्ण भगवान् बिचमा बनेको हुन्छ र अरू देवताहरू छेउमा हुन्छन् । थाङ्का धेरै ध्यान दिएर बनाउनुपर्छ । थाङ्का बनाउने मानिसहरू निपुण र मापनमा राम्रो हुनुपर्छ । पहिला थाङ्कामा रेखाचित्र काेर्ने गरिन्छ । भगवान्‌का चित्रहरू नाप मिलाएर बनाइन्छन् । भगवान्‌का सबै रेखाचित्र काेरिसकेपछि अब चित्रकारले रङ्ग कता राख्ने भन्ने सोच्छन् र मिलाउँछन् । सबै कुरा मिलेपछि चित्रकारले रङ्ग लगाउन सुरु गर्छन् । उनीहरूले धेरै थरिका रङ्गको प्रयोग गर्छन् । सबै रङ्गहरू लगाएपछि थाङ्कालाई राम्ररी सुकाउँछन् । अनि पछि बजारमा बेच्न लान्छन् । थाङ्का धेरै महत्त्वपूर्ण छ । यी थाङ्काहरू थोरैदेखि धेरै मूल्यमा पनि बेच्न सकिन्छ । यी थाङ्काहरू बिदेशीहरूलाई धेरै मन पर्छ र राम्रा छन् भने जति मूल्यमा पनि किन्छन् ।

थाङ्का चित्रकलाको परम्परा नेपालबाट प्रभावित भएर अरू देशहरूमा फैलिएको हो । थाङ्काहरूमा पहिलाको समयमा धेरै जस्तो भगवा‌न्‌का र प्राकृतिक दृश्य बनाउने गरिन्थ्याे । धेरै पहिले नेपालीहरूले यस्ता थाङ्का चित्रकला बनाउन सुरु गरेका थिए । धेरै जति नेपाली थाङ्का चित्रकलाहरू नयाँ बनाएका गुम्बाहरूमा हालिन्थे । यसरी नै विदेशका गुम्बाहरूमा पनि नेपालीले बनाएका चित्रकलाहरू राख्न थालियाे । यसरी नेपाली थाङ्का चित्रकला प्रसिद्ध हुन सुरु भयो । 

यसरी नै थाङ्का विश्वभरि प्रसिद्ध भएको हो । थाङ्का बनाउने मान्छेहरूले राम्रै पैसा कमाउँछन् । थाङ्काहरू घरमा सजावटका लागि पनि राखिन्छन् । बाैद्ध धर्म मान्ने मान्छेहरू यही थाङ्का किनेर पूजा गर्छन् । यसरी थाङ्काको आफ्नै महत्त्व छ ।  

I am Alisha and I'm the youngest of siblings in my family. My grandmother tells me stories about the desperate attempt of my family at content after finding out the sex of their child. They have definitely come a very long way now and do not make me feel less than who I am, in any possible way now. Nevertheless, it still bothers me that I was not the surprise they were expecting. Was it because they could not fulfill the requirements of the society or be part of the social taboo, were they supposed to be unhappy because girls are bound to go support their husband’s life, generally, taking with them half the family’s wealth that my father was going to work all his life to earn. I hope that it was only because they feared that I have to fight for my existence every single day because that would be the case for almost every middle-class child born and will be.

I started to fall in the void of the monstrosity of Nepalese society towards women. Growing up, I always remembered being asked to cover myself knee up at least with a distance between my clothes and my skin. I also remember to not ask too many questions if I ever tried to ask why. However, recent news has given me a full fledged answer as to why girls we need to cover. If anyone were to interview the general public on why they are proud of being a Nepali, I am willing to bet that most of their answer is because Nepal is the land of the Living Goddess. I know that most males in my country are civilized and are very respectful of boundaries set by women between them and him. However, the audacity of the ones that are left to be proud of Nepal for being the land of the Living Goddess will always antagonize me. Why do I have to be scared every time I get out of the house, and why do I have to be so conscious of who's looking.

Can men live happily if they feared being constantly followed by a goon who they owed money to and would get beat up with the first ever encounter with the goon. Furthermore, this is so much worse than that because this beating is as invasive as a hysterectomy can get.

I live in the most developed place in my country where the education statistics is impeccable compared to the rest of Nepal. Even so, Once when I was walking to school, wearing a skirt that my school demanded me to wear, and I’m comfortable with, I heard them passing comments about my clothes and what they’d do to me if they ever had me alone. Do all of the readers feel that it was my fault that my genitals were at risk. Is it really about the clothes? I never hear lesbians and bisexuals jumping at every girl they see wearing a skirt on the street. Once I was walking back to my home after my tuition classes, when it had started to get dark. I felt this disturbing touch on my body from a stranger I could not recognize. I got scared. I told my mom when I got back home after which instead of dealing with it using law, she stopped my tuition classes instead. I once also heard a disturbing whisper when I had gone shopping with dad. I told my dad about it to which he told me to ignore those kinds of men when in public places. I told my guy friends about it and they laughed at me and told me it’s normal and sometimes it happens and I should ignore it . So now, should I just ignore it or should I fight back which if i do, might end with acid attack or sexual assault on me to which my country ranks in the top 4 worldwide. I really do not know who would not understand that this is a bad thing but if my reader is one of those people who thinks that its good if we rank on the top even if its at rape even as a joke, SHAME ON YOU.

I get sexually harassed almost every time i go out; and i know most of the women have to go through different kinds of sexual assault. Now imagine a world without women- The world where women are not seen because they are scared to go out, the world where women are unheard because justice favors criminals over victims. Rape is a cross-cut problem that is faced by women all over the world. Now it is time to speak on how we can realistically fix it. Rapists should be sentenced to death. We see criminals easily getting away with the crime and the victims who have to go through painful slow trail processes. Because of the unserved justice and voices being unheard, women are even discouraged to report rape. Why is the government not taking strong action against rape? In most of the cases women are blamed. What was she wearing? Why was she out at night? 9 years old baby as well as 72 years old women are getting raped. Now what are your excuses for the? It had nothing to do with clothes. Blame the rapist not the victim. It doesn’t matter how drunk he was, if she rejected him, even if she is his girlfriend or wife there should be zero tolerance regarding rape. As men you need to play an important role and be responsible towards your actions and respect women. Men need to do better to make this world a better place for women. If you whistle at her on the street, slut shame girls and still post #justiceforwomen and #hangtherapist, even if you think you’re innocent you’re not. Before using any hashtags try to change the darkness within you.

There is also the necessity of proper sex education at school and home. Teach your sons when a woman says no, it means no. Teach your daughter to fight back and make them aware about their rights so they are never too scared to speak up. The world needs to be changed for the better. Rape needs to be gone because it’s the worst crime a human can do to another human. Many people think murder is the worst crime but truth is rape leaves the victim with a permanent scar for the rest of their life It kills a part of the victim forever. Humanity is being forgotten and rape is treated with indifference. No! It needs to be taken more seriously by the whole world. Today it's her story, tomorrow it can be ours. This has always been a global issue. But we have the power to start a revolution- If we only have a sense of responsibility as a member of the society.

I call on all of us to come together and make this issue to be in the mouths and ears of the whole world. We need to be the voice for unheard. If we are together in this we can make a real change; because no one in this world deserves to be raped. Its time for the people to stand united against rape.

फुटबल क्लब बार्सिलोना एक ऐतिहासिक क्लब हो । याे विश्वका सबैभन्दा ठुला फुटबल क्लबहरूमध्ये अग्रपङ्क्तिमा आउने क्लब हो । याे क्लबले मेस्सी, रोनाल्डिन्हो, इनिएस्टा, जाभीजस्ता प्रतिभा उत्पादन गरेकाे छ । 

कुनै समय महान् हुने गरेको यो क्लबले अहिले आफ्नो पहिचान गुमाउँदै गएको देखिन्छ । स्तरीय क्लब हुँदा हुँदै पनि विगत केही वर्षदेखि क्लबले राम्रो प्रदर्शन गर्न सकिरहेको छैन । सन् २०१७ मा युभेन्टससँग ३-० को हारसँगै बार्सिलोनाको च्याम्पियन्स लिगमा फितलो प्रदर्शनको सिलसिला सुरुवात भएको थियो । लगातार वर्ष २०१८ मा पनि पहिलो खेलमा ए. सी. राेमालाई ४-० ले जितेको बार्सिलोनाले आफ्नो जितलाई निरन्तरता दिन सकेन र दोस्रो खेलमा ए. सी. राेमासँगै ०-४ गोल खाँदै पराजित भएको थियो । क्लबले सन् २०१९ मा पनि यस्तै स्तिथिको सामना गर्नु परेको थियो । लिभरपुललाई पहिलो लिग खेलमा ३-० ले पराजित गरेको बार्सिलोनाले दोस्रो लिगमा ४-० को हार बेहोर्नुपर्यो । अहिलेसम्मकै नराम्रो हार भने सन् २०२० मा बायर्न म्युनिखसँगको खेलमा रह्यो । च्याम्पियन्स लिगकाे नकआउट चरणमा लिस्बनमा खेलिएको खेलमा बार्सिलोना ८-२ गाेल अन्तरले पराजित भयो । यो हारलाई  बार्सिलोनाको खेल इतिहासमै नराम्रो हारका रूपमा लिइएको छ ।

कोरोना भाइरस अहिले एक ठुलो समस्या भएको छ । यो भाइरसका कारणले हाम्रो जीवन धेरै परिवर्तन भएको छ । भाइरसको कारण हरेक दिन हजारौँ मानिस आफ्नो जीवन गुमाउँछन् । अनुसन्धानकर्ताहरूले समाधान फेला पार्न प्रयास गर्दै छन् तर यसलाई पत्ता लगाउन गाह्रो देखिन्छ । 

म कोरोनाभाइरससम्बन्धी केही लेखहरू पढिरहेको थिएँ र मैले केही अनौठा तथ्यहरू पाएँ । भर्खरको अनुसन्धानका अनुसार यो पत्ता लाग्यो कि साधारण रुघाखाेकीले हामीलाई कोरोना भाइरससँग लड्न मद्दत पुर्‍याउँछ । हो, यो विश्वास गर्न गाह्रो छ तर केही अनुसन्धानका अनुसार सामान्य चिसोमा परेका मानिसहरू भाइरसबाट मर्ने सम्भावना कम हुन्छ र तिनीहरू त्यसबाट सुरक्षित हुन सक्छन् । यो अझै पुष्टि भइसकेको छैन र अनुसन्धान अझै चलिरहेको छ र छिटै नतिजा प्राप्त हुने आशा छ ।

अध्ययनका अनुसार जब शरीर चिसोबाट निको हुन्छ, शरीरले केही एन्टिबडीहरू र कीटाणुसँग लड्ने B-Cell हरू राख्छ र यसले भाइरसबाट जोगाउन मद्दत गर्दछ । यो अध्ययन अमेरिकाको बोस्टन विश्वविद्यालयमा मेडिसिनका प्रोफेसर मनिष सागरले गरेका थिए । उनले आफ्ना सहकर्मीसँग यस सिद्धान्तको परीक्षण गरे र परिणाम आश्चर्यजनक थियो । तिनीहरूले पत्ता लगाए कि चिसो लागेका मानिसहरूमा भाइरसका लक्षणहरू कमहुन्छन् र तिनीहरू सुरक्षित हुन सक्छन् तर अनुसन्धान अझै निर्णायक छैन । अनुसन्धानकाे अन्तिम निष्कर्ष के आउँछ, त्याे हेर्न बाँकी नै छ ।

अहिले कोरोना भाइरसको सङ्क्रमण बढ्दो छ । यो कहिले समाप्त हुन्छ भन्ने कुरा हामी अनुमान गर्न सक्दैनौँ । त्यसकारण सुरक्षित रहौं र अरूलाई पनि सुरक्षित राखौँ ।

Well, in my opinion - I feel digital art is much easier. 

Digital allows editing tools, colors, shade, sketch and so on. You can instantly compare between reference material. You will never have any problems like wet, drying, thick or thin. Edit tools have many features that help an artist a lot during fixing the mistakes like undo and redo which traditional art can’t. So mistakes can be corrected up to your desire. It allows you to mix different media. There are many softwares that allow users to use different art features and most importantly it helps you to save some hours of your time if you know how to use them correctly. 

In traditional art things are much harder. Fixing the mistakes can be a huge problem sometimes.Traditional ways require different materials and should be resupplied when it's finished. 

To be honest, both of the methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. Whether an art is created digitally or traditionally, it serves the same purpose. Producing a good art still requires hard work no matter what the method. But in both methods it takes dedication and skill to make a proper art. The language of art is universal. It does not matter if its created digitally or traditionally, whether you look at a piece created by graphics or one done by paint and brush, they will both speak to you in the same manner.
