We went to the field visit on Monday, 24th June 2019. Deerwalk School took us to a museum which is located at Lalitpur. The museum’s name was Jyapu Museum. Grade 6 and 7 went there. Parents Talk of Grade VI and VII was on August 8, 2019. Mr. Ganesh Lamichhane, the parent of Shuvee Lamichhane, came to talk to us about digital payment. We got to know that today’s world is the world of information technology. Our country Nepal is also developing. However, only a few people are aware of digital payment. Some of the payment methods are e-Sewa, Enet Pay, iPay, and IME Pay. The use of these apps can make our lives easier. We can sit at home or the workplace and pay our bills. We should also encourage our parents to use the digital payment system.
On Ashad 9, we, the students of Grade VII and VI, had a field visit. We went to Jyapu Museum for the visit.
In the morning I got up and freshened up. I was so excited. I arranged my bag and had breakfast and went to school. When I reached school, all of my friends were also very excited. At 9:00, our class teacher came and gave us information and a question paper. After that, we got ready and went to the bus. We had so much fun on the bus. We sang and danced on the bus.
The time we reached there, we got off the bus. As soon as we got inside, we saw types of soil, kitchen items, things used for farming, weapons used by Newars. Also, we saw musical instruments, clothes, shoes, baskets, and items. Also, we got to see the things they used during different festivals such as Mha Puja and so on. We also saw puppets and ornaments used by Newars.
From the field visit, we learned about different rituals followed by Newars. Finally, after visiting the museum we got back to the bus. On the way, we danced and sang a lot. Then when we reached school it was our lunchtime so we had our lunch. Then we studied for the second half and went home. At home, I told my mother about the whole day, ate dinner and went to bed.
It's the 21st century, which is the time of Science and Technology. We had Parents Talk held on Thursday, August 8, 2019. I learned how carrying money has been easier due to the help of the digital payment system rather than carrying the amount of money in the wallet or purses. Digital Payment System helps to carry money without having a fear of losing it or theft. So we can use the phone wallet and get all their benefits. The benefits of using Digital Payment System are saving the environment, reducing black money, and security of money. I would like to thank Mr. Ganesh Lamichhane for teaching us about this wonderful topic.
It was on Monday, Sifal School took the students of Grade VI and VII to Jyapu Museum at Lalitpur. On August 8, 2019, Mr. Ganesh Lamichhane, the parent of Shuvee Lamichhane spoke about Digital Payment System in Nepal. He spoke very well. I was impressed. He talked about the benefits that we can get from digital payment. He changed my thoughts. I was thinking that buying things or goods from the market would save money but I was wrong. Payment of goods from mobile pocket we can even save more money. I will tell my parents about the mobile pocket and its benefits. E-Sewa, Khalti, etc., are the mobile payment apps that I know. This lecture was very interesting to me and my friends too. I would like to thank Mr. Ganesh Lamichhane for spending his precious time with all of us.
