कहिल्यै पनि मान्दैनन्, कसैले पनि हार 

सबैभन्दा खुसी  छ मेरो परिवार । 

The young generation is the youth of our nation who contribute to its development. For the past several years people have been working in their respective nations for its development but youth nowadays migrate to other regions. Although we can see we receive remittance from them.
 

Youths nowadays can be shaped in any way we want them just like how to mold soft clay into your desired shape of choice. The young generation is just like them. They also have collective patriotism towards their nation which makes them trustworthy. The young generation could be good but nothing is balanced if there aren’t any negative impacts on them, we can say that the young generation is not emotionally stable and has been acting out. They can be easily influenced into doing certain things because they can't distinguish between right and wrong which leads them to being vulnerable to excessive use of the internet as well.
 

The young generation could be quite self-centered as well because they have a huge gap of age between their parents as well which makes it hard for the young generation to understand their parent's point of view and vice versa. Due to this, there could be arguments between the youth and their guardians as well which is not good in terms of ‘family relations’.
 

The words “Moral” and “Respect” have almost lost their meaning. The young generation doesn't have the same amount of moral values their parents have. Moral values are what led us to be what we are today and they developed our society but they youth do not understand that fact which often leads them to misbehave as well. Due to this, some of them are not accepted by society which creates a war between society and youth as they don't understand that society has been shaped in that way for years and simply trying to change that fact is not the right thing to do.
 

In addition to that, social media has been a bad influence on the youth as social media shapes the youth's minds more than their parents, it may help in spreading awareness but it has negative impacts like social media addiction, cyberbullying, etc which the youth can be vulnerable to as well. 
 

In conclusion, youths are the foundation for the world of today and if they mirror the wrong image this can ruin the several sectors of tomorrow's world for which all stakeholders need to keep closer eyes and a strong action plan for further steps to fix tecno influenced young generation.

व्यायाम स्वस्थ र सन्तुलित जीवनशैलीको आधारशीला हो। यसले हाम्रो शारीरिक कल्याणलाई कायम राख्न र सुधार गर्न मद्दत गर्ने , शारीरिक गतिविधिहरूको विस्तृत श्रृङ्खला समावेश गर्दछ। नियमित व्यायाम समग्र स्वास्थ्यको लागि आवश्यक छ, किनकि यसले हामीलाई बलियो बनाउँछ र हाम्रा पाचनप्रणाली, मांसपेशीहरू र हड्डीहरूलाई बलियो बनाउँछ। यसले तौल व्यवस्थापनमा पनि महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका खेल्छ, व्यक्तिहरूलाई स्वस्थ शरीर कायम राख्न मद्दत गर्दछ। यसबाहेक, व्यायामले पाचन स्वास्थ्यलाई सन्तुलन गर्दछ, रगतमा चिनीको स्तरलाई मिलाउँछ र मधुमेह र अन्य रोगहरूको जोखिम पनि कम गर्दछ। यसले हामीलाई शारीरिक फाइदा पनि दिन्छ। व्यायामले हाम्रो मानसिक र भावनात्मक कल्याणमा गहिरो प्रभाव पार्छ । शारीरिक गतिविधिमा संलग्न हुनाले एन्डोर्फिनको रिलिज हुन्छ । यसले तनाव र चिन्ता कम गर्छ, कल्याण र मानसिक स्पष्टताको भावनालाई बढावा दिन्छ। व्यायामलाई हाम्रो कार्य, स्मरणशक्ति, र राम्रो निद्राको ढाँचामा सुधार गर्न पनि जोडिएको छ, जसले थप सन्तुलित र सन्तुष्ट जीवनतर्फ अग्रसर गर्दछ। व्यायामको सबैभन्दा महत्त्वपूर्ण फाइदाहरूमध्ये एक दीर्घायुलाई बढावा दिन र जीवनको गुणस्तर सुधार गर्ने क्षमता हो। नियमित शारीरिक गतिविधिले आयु बढाउन सक्छ र उमेर-सम्बन्धित रोगहरूको जोखिम कम गर्न सक्छ। यो स्वस्थ बुढ्यौलीको एक अत्यावश्यक घटक हो, जसले व्यक्तिहरूलाई तिनीहरूको जीवन शक्ति र स्वतन्त्रता कायम राख्न मद्दत गर्दछ। चाहे यो कार्डियोभास्कुलर कसरत, शक्ति प्रशिक्षण, वा लचिलोपन अभ्यास मार्फत होस् , मानिसकाे  दैनिक दिनचर्यामा व्यायाम समावेश गर्नाले परिवर्तनकारी हुन सक्छ, जसले हामीलाई स्वस्थ, खुसी र थप पूर्ण जीवन बिताउन सक्षम बनाउँछ।

During my winter break, I went to school for the art club until Wednesday. After that, it was not mandatory to attend. On Thursday, I hung out with friends, watched a scary movie, and went for a walk in my neighbourhood. We got snacks from an ice cream parlour, and I chose a vanilla milkshake. When I got home, I found out my cousin was coming, and I was excited to play games with her.

On Friday, I went to a friend's house and watched half of a movie. Another friend joined, and we went to a shop where one friend bought cereal. After eating the cereal at her place, we went out, bought lollipops, and watched Instagram posts. I did not have a phone, so I felt a bit bored. One friend left, and I went with her since she lived nearby.

Saturday was a bit boring at a crowded party. My cousins and I played golf but got bored quickly. I went home and helped my mom with chores. On Sunday, for Maghe Sankranti, I woke up early, went to another house for puja, and had breakfast. We visited my uncle's house, went to Bhat Bhateni to buy canvas (but the right size was not available), and got things for my cousin from India. I played badminton with my little sister, fixed the broken racket, and enjoyed the time with my siblings. That is how I spent my winter break.

Yes, Many people believe that honesty is the best policy. Just not to lie is the best policy people think but many have their own opinion or overview of it in their own way. In my opinion, sometimes it is okay to lie but not every time. Because behind this there are several reasons like; sometimes we are forced to lie in that situation we have to tell lies and if we talk about the other case, so sometimes in our life it is necessary to lie as well. We people don’t always tell the truth in this world. As far as I know, in this world there are lots of people who tell lies. If we talk about the research, Sixty percent of people lie every ten minutes.

If you lie for some specific reason then lying is okay whereas if you lie to just not get in trouble or any ill purpose and lie even a big mistake, then there is a problem. Lie depends on what case you are telling as well whereas the white lie or real lie. White are known as innocuous. Lie’s can be said for different reasons just like an example; Our parents used to tell us stories and different other things when we were little kids and we used to believe it as well and this was normal at that time and right now as well. Saying a lie is not a big problem or an issue, it depends on people’s situation in what case people tell lies. It may be sometimes for good reasons or may be for bad reasons as well. When we think about lying, I feel like the people really feel bad and try to tell any type of reason that could be accepted in most of the cases and if we tell the truth behind the lie then it will not be for a bad reason. Usually, When small childrens are alone at home and their parents are not home at that time if any stranger comes then the children usually lie for their own self- protection which is also okay. There could be many situations where the childrens don’t protect themselves from the strangers and at that time the child could get kidnapped and even it could be a serious situation. Usually, it is acceptable to lie with people who are emotionally fragile, near death etc can be the most specific reason behind telling a lie. In reality, the consequences of lying are serious. The intent is negative in lying with ill purpose. If we talk about lying for positive outcomes, the intent is positive and not too much of a major or serious case. In this world by doing the research there are lots of adult people who usually don't lie often but they talk a lot. Those people who say that telling lies are completely wrong. I really respect their own opinion but sometimes in our life we have to tell lies for several reasons as well even I have even mentioned reasons behind telling lies. 

If we are telling somebody a lie just for true and right reason then that is an honest lie and if we are telling a lie just to escape from the trouble or any problem that is not good that’s really bad in my opinion. I don’t know what other people’s think who live in this world and even they all have their own point of view towards any kind of thing just like right now we are talking about whether telling lies can be useful or harmful it’s still a ponderable topic.

कक्षा ५ र ६ मा अध्ययन गर्ने हामी विद्यार्थीलाई भदौ महिनाको मासिक पुस्तक पठनअन्तर्गतमा महाकवि लक्ष्मीप्रसाद देवकोटाद्वारा रचिएको ‘मुनामदन’ भन्ने खण्डकाव्य अध्ययन गर्ने अवसर पाउँदा अत्यन्त खुसी भयौँ । यस पुस्तकलाई साझा प्रकाशनले प्रकाशन गरेको हो । यो खण्डकाव्य झ्याउरे छन्दमा रचिएको छ । पुस्तकको आवरणकला टेकवीर मुखियाले गरेका हुन् । यो खण्डकाव्यमा ४० पानाहरू रहेका छन् ।

मुना, मदन, बुढी आमा,गुण्डा,  नौनी भाउजू  मदनका साथीहरू आदि यस कथाका पात्र हुन् ।  यो कथामा मुना र मदन मुख्य पात्रकाे भूमिमा आएका छन् ।  आमा, साथीहरू, भाेटे सहायक पात्र हुन् । अरू सबै गौण पात्र हुन् । मदनका साथी र गुण्डा खराब पात्र हुन् भने अरू सबै पात्रहरू असल पात्रका रूपमा देखिएका छन् । 

परिवेश

यो पालिको मासिक पुस्तक पठनअन्तर्गतमा मैले पाएको ‘मुनामदन’ भन्ने खण्डकाव्यमा मुना र मदनको घर, भोट जाने बाटो, जङ्गल, भोट, भोटेको घरलगायतका ठाउँहरू स्थलगत परिवेशका रूपमा आएका छन् । यस खण्डकाव्यमा   गाउँको परिवेश छ । 

कथावस्तु

मदन गरिब भए पनि मदनले मुनालाई अत्यन्त माया गर्थ्यो । आमाको पाटीपौवा बनाउने र मुनाको सुनको गरगहना लगाउने इच्छालाई पूरा गर्न मदनआफ्ना साथीसँग भोट जाने निर्णय बनाउँछ। मदन आफू ल्हासा जाने भनेर बताएपछि मुनाले मदनलाई आफूसँग बस्न आग्रह गरिन् । मुनाले मदनलाई भोट नाजाने भनेर “हातका मैला सुनका थैला, के गर्नु धनले ? साग र सिस्नु खाएको बेस आनन्दी मनले” भन्छिन् । तर मुनाले मदनलाई बस्न बिन्ती गरे तापनि मदनले छिटै घर फर्किने वाचा गरेर आफ्ना साथीहरूसँग भोटको लागि निस्कन्छ। मदन र उनका साथी ल्हासामा रहेको सुनको गुम्बा देखर दङ्ग परेका थिए। गुण्डाहरूले मुनाको सुन्दरताको कारणले आफूसँग विवाह गरून् भन्ने चाहन्थे । उनीहरूले नौनी भाउजूसँग मद्दत पनि मागे । तर मुनाले तिनीहरूलाई अस्वीकार गरिन्। मदनले ल्हासामा काम गरेर कमाएको दुईटा सुनका थैला बोकी घर फर्किने निधो गरे । भोटबाट फर्किने बेलामा मदनलाई हैजा लाग्छ जसले गर्दा उनका साथीले उनलाई जङ्गलमा छोड्छन् । गाउँमा गुण्डाले मुनालाई मदन मर्यो भन्दै फकाउन थाल्छन् । त्यतिबेला मदनका साथीहरू घर पुग्छन् । उनीहरूले सायद मदनको मृत्यु भयो हाेला भनेर बताए । मदनको मृत्यु भएको खबर सुनेर मुनाको हृदयघात भयो । जङ्गलमा एउटा भोटेले मदनलाई भेट्टायो ।  भोटेले मदनलाई बाेकेर आफ्नाे घर लग्याे । मदनलाइ जडीबुटी खुवाए । निको भएपछि मदनले भोटेलाई एउटा सुनका थैला दिएर खुट्टा ढाेग्न खाेज्छन्  तर भाेटेले स्वीकार गरेनन् । “क्षेत्रीकाे छाेराे याे पाउ छुन्छ घिनले छुँदैन, मानिस ठुलाे दिलले हुन्छ जातले हुँदैन” भन्दै मदनले भाेटेकाे खुट्टामा ढाेग्छन् । जब मदन घर फर्किए उनकी आमाकाे भर्खरै बित्नुभएको थियो । आफ्नी श्रीमतीको मृत्युको खबर सुनेपछि उनको मुटु भाँचिए झैँ भयाे । आमा र श्रीमतीकाे यादमा  उनी विक्षिप्त बने । चिन्तै चिन्ताले गर्दा मदनकाे पनि मृत्यु भयो ।  यसरी याे कथाकाे दुःखद अन्त्य भएकाे छ ।

There is history to be made and found. There are various incidents and tales yet to be solved. Many stories and tales don't have an explanation or proper answer. Some are near the solving and others remain a mystery to this day. There are tales passed from generation to generation just needing an answer or explanation to some of these that do not have a proper answer. Two of these types of tales are:
 

King Solomon's Mines

In the Southern part of Israel, towards depths of the desert, you can find the Timna Valley now known for its copper mines and geography. It has a tale unique of its own. Approximately 3,000 years ago it was known for its vast networks of copper mines which have risen to popularity in recent years to a myth or fact no one knows which was that people think King Solomon as described in the bible a novel ruler of Israel who is said to be a real people according to historians who lived in 10 BC he is believed to have been a great ruler and had expanded the territory of Israel.
 

The Bible claimed about the king Solomnon controlling vast amounts of the world's wealth. King decided to make a temple with the finest materials available with gold on the inside walls and copper-made statues which was a valuable metal at the time considering this place the home of god. King Solomon ruled for more than 40 to 50 years before dying and leaving the gold and other materials in the temple in 583 BC the city got invaded and the treasures of 'King Solomon were left missing from history. This is where the theory comes in that the riches were hidden in the depths of the copper mines. When author H.R Haggard released the book ‘King Solomon’s Mines’ to the world’ he believed that the treasures of King Solomon were hidden in a mineshaft. One of the first pieces of evidence further proving this theory is by an archeologist named Nelson Gluek who found pottery in the mines during the era of King Solomon’s rule. He thought that he had proved that he had discovered the treasures of King Solomon. But there are no other proper answers to the things that the bible claimed but this remains a mystery.
 

Eldorado: The lost city of gold
 

Eldorado is a mythical city of gold, This  tale starts with the spanish trying to takeover South America then they hear from the natives and indigenous tribes about a city made of gold there were many similarities to the stories that each told so the army decided to venture in the forest there they find artifacts of neatly crafted gold masks and statues getting them closer and closer to the city they thought was lost to the world hence, naming the city the lost city of gold and the meaning of eldorado littery meaning “the gold”.They also sure that there was a ritual that the indigenous people performed at lake Guatavita where the new leader would be covered in gold dust and he would go into the middle of the lake on a boat and then give many offerings to the god made of gold. Then the leader himself would go in the water taking the gold dust off him. This is also believed to be performed from 1000 years ago. Oriana, the leader, and his men go through the path then find people covered in gold then they find a city in the hiding of the jungle Oriano and his men attack the people but they get won over with ease. Oriano being able to survive but then when he went back home he told the tales then with enough funding people they headed to the lost city where in the sea one of their four boats got left behind because 98 people get infected with a pandemic leaving only three boats behind then in a storm one of the boats got swept away at last they got lost in the rivers of amazon and the people thought it was all a lie but in 2020 they find that there was gold rivers flowing from space which meant illegal mining but then when a group of scientists did an aerial scan they found the foundation of a city in to pisces with roads and vast amounts of space but thought to be abandoned this proved what Oriano said but there was a speculation of other parts in the jungle but this could be never to be solved.

 बुधवार बिहान चराको चिरबिर सुनेर म ब्युँझिएँ । मैले घडी हेरेँ कि ६ बजिसकेको थियो । म हतार हतार ओछ्यानबाट बाहिर निस्केर शौचालयमा गएँ र आफ्नो शरीर र कपाल दुवै धोएर नुहाउन थालेँ। नुहाइ सकेपछि दसैँको नयाँ लुगा कुर्ता लगाएकी  थिएँ । मैले पनि आइलाइनर लगाएर कानमा झुल्के लगाएर चिया र बिस्कुट खाएँ । म र मेरो परिवार माइक्रो हाम्रो घरमा आइपुग्दा पर्खिरहेका थियौँ । बाटोमा केही आफन्तलाई लिएर मामाको घरमा गएर टीकालगायौँ । हामी फेरि माइक्रो रिजर्भगर्‍याैँं र धेरै बेरपछि मैले एउटा ठुलो शिवको मूर्ति देखेँ। मैले बाटोमा धेरै कुराहरू जस्तै, पुल आदि देखेँ। केही घण्टा पछि हामी ठाउँमा पुग्यौँ र हतार-हतार टीका लगाएर बिहानको खाजा (भात) खान आफ्नो गाउँको घर भित्र पस्यौँ । बिहानको खाजा खाएपछि गाउँकै अर्को घर जाने निधो गर्‍याैँं र ७-८ मिनेटमा त्यहाँ पुगेर थप टीका लगाएर भित्र पस्यौँ । त्यसपछि बुबाले केही कार्ड खेल्न थाल्नुभयो। त्यसपछि हामीले टावरमा जाने निर्णय गर्‍याैँं र हामी सबै सहमत भई माइक्रो रिजर्भ गरी पहाडको टुप्पोमा रहेको टावरमा गयौँ  र त्यहाँ पुग्न हामीलाई धेरै समय लाग्यो र हामीले समयको मजा लियौँ र केही फोटोहरू  खिच्यौँ । समग्रमा, टावरको दृश्य अचम्मको र धेरै सुन्दर थियो। त्यसपछि हामी केही बेर बसेर माइक्रो बसमा चढ्यौँ र सामान लिएर आफ्नो गाउँ घर फर्कियौँ र फेरि टीका लगाउन आमाको घरतिर लाग्यौँ । त्यसपछि हामीले त्यहीँ खाना खायौँ र समयको मजा लियौँ  डेढ घण्टापछि हामी फेरि माइक्रो बसमा चढ्यौँ र माइक्रोले हामी सबैलाई एक एक गरेर घर छोड्यो। माइक्रोले हामीलाई खसालेपछि हामीले लुगा फेरेर तुरुन्तै ओछ्यानमा गयौँ  किनभने हामी सबै धेरै थाकेका थियौँ । घडी हेरेँ ९ बजेको थियो त्यसैले अङ्ग्रेजी र नेपाली लेख टाइप गर्न केही बेर बसेँ । लेखको काम सकिएपछि मैले रमाइलो गरेका केही युट्युब भिडियोहरू हेर्न अगाडि बढेँ र चाँडै मलाई निन्द्रा लाग्यो त्यसैले मैले मेरो ल्यापटप अफ गरेँ र अनुहार धुन शौचालय गएँ । म आफ्नो ओछ्यानमा फर्किएर ल्यापटपलाई छेउमा राखेर बत्ती बन्द गरेँ र केही बेरमै सुतेँ । 

It is a fact that we all use pencils in our daily lives. There is no doubt that we do, don't we? Pencils leave a thin line on the paper which is readable and can be erased. Which is because of the black substance in the middle of the pencil. Many people believe that the core of the pencil is made of lead. But, let me tell you something, it is not true. What we refer to as lead is actually the core of the pencil which is made up of graphite. They are made up of thousands of graphite flecks and it takes 3,000,000 graphene layers to make a graphite of a millimetre in a pencil. Now, where did the word ‘Pencil’ originate from? The word ‘Pencil originated from the Latin words ‘Penis’ meaning tail and ‘Peniculus’ which means a brush. It was known as ‘Pincel’ in old French to ‘Pencil’ in Middle English. But have you ever wondered where the pencils originated from, though? I will tell you one thing, you all have to thank all of it to the Romans. Long, long ago. A long time ago, I assure you, the Romans of the Roman Empire used a thin rod of lead to write a light and readable mark on papyrus(an early form of paper). Then, during 1564, English men found a massive graphite deposit in Borrowdale of England. At that time graphite started being widely used. They use graphite mixed with fine clay for the lead of the pencil. The pencils there were mostly wrapped in strings, not wood. Only later on they used wood. It is quite interesting, isn’t it? Do you know some more interesting things about the pencil? The thing is that a pencil can draw a line of 70 miles and can write 45,000 words in its lifetime. Not only that but it can be sharpened 17 times on average. Many famous writers also wrote their books using pencils instead of pens. And one thing, do you know why pens are better than pencils? It is because they can write anywhere; in space, underwater, and even upside down. 14 billion pencils are made every year and they travel all around the world 60 times. Pencils without erasers are found common in the United Kingdom and pencils with erasers are common in the USA. Talking about pencils with erasers, they were only invented on the 30th of March, 1858, 164 years ago when Hymen Lipman of Philadelphia got a patent to join an eraser with a pencil. An average-sized cedar tree can create around 300,000 pencils. Knives were used to sharpen pencils and bread crumbs to erase pencil marks. And if moths are bugging you, you should use pencil shavings as they are excellent moth repellents. During the 1990s there was a trend in which pencils wrote “Too Cool To Do Drugs' ' which was an anti-drug slogan. But they do not write that now because when sharpened they read “Do Drugs”. Isn’t it hilarious? These pencils can also kill as they can penetrate skulls! Pencils were also used by Union soldiers as their basic equipment during the Civil War. The world’s largest pencil weighs 98.43 tons and is 23.23 metres long. It is located in the City Museum in St. Louis, Missouri. However, the world’s most expensive pencil is the limited edition Graf von Faber-Castell Perfect Pencil. Its cost is $12,800. And do you know why it is this expensive? It is because it is made from 240-year-old olive wood and 18 Karat white gold.

The world is getting developed with time and generations and as more new generations are developing the world, there are many chances that the human being or Artificial intelligence (AI) can discover a formula in future that would enable us to live forever. Although it feels like it is impossible for human beings to discover some formulas like this, as we can see that humans have already discovered Artificial Intelligence. So, they can also discover a formula that would enable us to live .
 

If someone discovered formulas, it can be a blessing for some years but slowly when people are born they will not be able to die, due to the lack of air, land, water, natural resources and because of overpopulation, it can slowly turn into a curse. It is the rule of nature that when a person is born, he/she must face death but if everyone is not able to die naturally, then the earth would not be able to handle it. There will be the lack of necessary things like air, food, oxygen, land, water, natural resources, etc. So, I would take this as a curse than a blessing. 
 

If someone really found the formula, some people can take this as a blessing because they can think that they would not be separated from their loved ones and they can forever be with their loved ones. It can be a blessing but only for a few years because not only their loved ones, many people will not face natural death and the world will be overly populated.

According to the data, around 40 million people naturally die in a year and if they all will stop to die we cannot even imagine how much populated the world will be. Not only that all the beings would have to live wearing oxygen masks all the time, because all the trees and plants will be cut to make buildings, houses, furniture etc and because of that we will not even get really necessary things like oxygen, food, medicine, clothes etc. Global Warming will also rise because of pollution and because of the lack of natural resources. And because of that the people will suffer more dangerous and scary death than the natural one. Therefore, it is a bad and dangerous idea if someone discovered a formula that would enable us to live forever and it would be a curse rather than a blessing.
 

Therefore, most of the deaths are natural. It was a natural death in the past. Natural death is happening today as well but there are some chances that in the future, human beings will be able to discover a formula that would enable us to live forever, with the help of artificial intelligence (AI). Because of this, there are the risks that, in future we can suffer more dangerous and scary death because of lack of oxygen, water, land, natural resources etc. Also of global warming, there is the possibility of wearing oxygen masks in the future.
 

Hence, we can say that discovering a formula could enable us to live forever is a curse more than a blessing.Because we should not go beyond the rules of nature and it can harm us. Human or AI discovering a formula that would enable us to live forever, would probably be a curse.
