फूल सबैलाई मन पर्ने सुन्दर र सुगन्धित प्राकृतिक वस्तु हाे । फूलहरू धेरै प्रकारका छन् । हाम्राे वरिपरि धेरै प्रकारका फूलहरू पाइन्छन् । जस्तैः गाेदावरी, सयपत्री, गुलाब,कमल आदि । हाम्राे नेपालकाे राष्ट्रिय फूलकाे नाम लालीगुराँस हाे । याे फूल अत्यन्त सुन्दर र स्वादिलाे हुन्छ । यसलाई औषधिकाे रूपमा पनि प्रयाेग गरिन्छ । हामीले देख्न नपाएका पनि धेरै फूलहरू रहेका छन् । जस्तैः सर्प, लाैकी फूल, ट्युलिस फूल, दाहिरा फूल, पानस फूल आदि । फूलले हाम्राे वरपरकाे वातावरणलाई सुन्दर बनाउँछ । मन्दिरमा भगवानकाे पूजा गर्न पनि फूलकाे प्रयाेग गरिन्छ । श्रृङ्गारका सामानहरू पनि फूलबाटै बनेका हुन्छन् । हामीले घर, विद्यालय, बाटाेघाटाे लगायतका ठाउँमा फूल राेप्नुपर्छ । सुन्दर फूल र तिनका पातलाई टिप्ने टुटाउने बानी नराम्राे हाे । हामी सबैले फूलकाे संरक्षण गर्नुपर्छ ।

दशैकाे बिदा थियाे । म मेराे परिवारसँग मामाघर गएकी थिएँ । हामीले मामाघर गएर पहिले टीका जमरा लगाएर आशीर्वाद लियाैँ । केही दिन ममाघर बसेपछि हामीलाई घुम्न मन लाग्याे । त्यसपछि हामी बुटवल फूलबारी घुम्न गयाैँ । हामी त्यहाँ करिब ८ बजे पुगेका थियाैँ । त्यहाँ पुगेपछि हामीले टिकट काट्याैँ । त्यसपछि हामी फूलबारीभित्र गयाैँ । फूलबारीमा रङ्गीबिरङ्गी फूलहरू ढकमक्क फूलेका थिए ।  त्यहाँकाे साैन्दर्यले मेराे मन नै आनन्दित बनाएकाे थियाे । त्यहाँ बाँदरलगायत अन्य जनावरहरू पनि थिए । मेराे मामाले हामी सबै घुमेकाे राम्राे भिडियाे पनि बनाउनुभयाे ।  त्यहाँ जनावरकाे आवाज र चराकाे आवाजले निकै रमाइलाे बनाएकाे थियाे । केही समय घुमघाम गरेपछि हामीलाई भाेक लागेकाे कारणले एउटा हाेटलमा गएर खाजा खायाैँ र त्यहाँबाट फर्क्याैँ । घर फर्कँदा बाटाेमा हामीले कृष्ण मन्दिरकाे दर्शन गर्‍याैँ । हाम्राे त्यस घुमघाम निकै रमणीय र जानकारीमूलक भयाे ।

सगरमाथा विश्वकै सबैभन्दा ठुलाे र अग्लाे हिमाल हाे । याे हिमाल नेपालकाे साेलुखुम्बु जिल्लामा पर्दछ । याे नेपालकाे उत्तरी भेगमा पर्दछ ।  याे हिमाल ८,८४८ मिटर अग्लाे छ । यसका वरिपरि अरू अग्ला हिमालहरू छन् । सगरमाथा आराेहण गर्ने कठिन कार्य हाे । सगरमाथा आराेहण गर्ने पहिलाे मानिस तेन्जिङ सेर्पा र एडमन्ड हिलारी हुन् । अहिले सगरमाथा आराेहण गर्ने मानिसकाे सङ्ख्या धेरै पुगिसकेकाे छ । सगरमाथा अञ्चलकाे नाम पनि यसै हिमालबाट राखिएकाे छ । यही निकुञ्जकाे नाम पनि यसै हिमालकाे नामबाट राखिएकाे छ । सगरमाथाले हाम्राे देशलाई विश्वसामु चिनाएकाे छ । सगरमाथा नेपालकाे सान हाे । यसलाई नेपालकाे शिर पनि भनिन्छ । म सगरमाथा भएकाे देशमा जन्मन पाएकाेमा गर्व गर्छु ।

Once upon a time, there was a lady named Isabelle. She gave birth to six children named Laila, Amelia, Charlotte, Sandy, Sophia, and Emma. Laila was the oldest whereas the youngest one was Emma. Emma was mistreated by her own sisters except for Sophia. She was really kind to her. The other sisters teased and made her do the household work.

One day, their mom Isabelle went out to the grocery to buy food. Their mom went out locking the door. A thief saw their mom going away. As their mother went out the thief came making a mischievous plan. The six children were playing ‘Sardines’. The thief came near to their home taking a gun. He shot the gun and then the door broke open. As soon as the children heard the sound they hid themselves. Laila hid under the sofa and so did Amelia. Charlotte and Sandy hid inside the cupboard. Emma and Sophia didn’t find the place to hide so they just hid themselves covering a shawl over them like a beanbag. The thief came inside their house and started collecting stuff. Laila, Amelia, Charlotte, and Sandy were so scared that they stood up and begged the thief not to hurt or kill them!. Sophia was scared too but as she tried to stand up, Emma stopped her. They made a plan. So Sophia stood up praising and distracting him and then Emma rushed into the kitchen and took the rolling pin. She threw the rolling pin unto the thief’s head. The thief was hit hard and he got unconscious. Immediately, Emma called the police and at the same time, their mom also came home. The police praised Emma for her bravery and also her mother and her sisters.

From that day Emma was treated equally and her sisters stopped teasing and making her do the household work. Emma and their family lived happily ever after. 

२०७७ म पुस ५ गतेका दिन म बिहानै उठेँ । मेरा आमाबुबा  पाेखराकाे यात्राका  लागि    तयार भइसक्नुभएकाे थियाे । म पनि हतारहतार यात्राका लागि तयार भएँ । सबै तयारी पूरा भएपछि हामी विनानस्थलतर्फ प्रस्थान गर्‍याैँ । त्यहाँ पुगेर केही समय प्रतीक्षा गर्‍याैँ र त्यसपछि हामी पाेखरा जाने हवाईजहाजमा चढ्याैँ । विमान पाेखराका लागि उड्याे । केही समय हामी हावामा थियाैँ । उडानबाट तल हेर्दा हामीले हरिया पहाडका थुम्काजस्ता देखिने सुन्दर दृश्य र सुन्दर हिमाली दृश्यकाे पनि अवलाेकन गर्ने माैका पायाैँ । यी सुन्दर दृश्यकाे अवलाेकनले मन नै आनन्दित भएकाे थियाे । करिब आधा घण्टाकाे हवाई यात्रापछि हामी पाेखरा पुग्याैँ । 

पाेखरा पुगेपछि हामी एउटा ट्याक्सीमा चढ्याैँ र हाेटलमा रात काट्न बस्याैँ । हाेटलकाे नाम माछापुछ्रे गेस्ट हाउस थियाे । हाेटल अत्यन्त सफा र सुन्दर थियाे । केही समय त्यहाँ विश्राम गरेपछि हामीले त्यहीँ खाजा खायाैँ । त्यसपछि हामी फेवातालमा गएर डुङ्गा चढ्याैँ । त्यहाबाट हामी तालबाराही मन्दिरमा पुग्याैँ अनि हामीले मन्दिरकाे दर्शन गर्‍याैँ । त्यतिबेलासम्म साँझ परिसकेकाे थियाे । थकार्इ पनि निकै लागेकाे थियाे । त्यसैले हामी हाेटलतर्फ फर्क्याैँ र खाना खाएर सुत्याैँ । अर्काे दिन  हामीले शान्ति स्तुपा, विन्ध्यवासिनी, पाताले छाँगाे आदि लगायतका स्थानमा गई त्यहाँका रमणीय र ज्ञानवर्धक स्थलहरूकाे अवलाेकन गरी आनन्द लियाैँ । घुम्ने क्रममा मैले परेवालार्इ चाराे पनि खान दिएँ । त्यस दिन धेरै ठाउँ घुमेर थमकाे कारणले हात मुख धाेएर खाना खायाैँ र भुसुक्क निदायाैँ । पर्सिपल्ट हामी घर फर्कने दिन थियाे । घर जाने कुराले मन दुखी भएकाे थियाे । किनकि मलार्इ पाेखराकाे सुन्दर दृश्यकाे अवलाेकनले मनै फुरुङ्ग भएकाे थियाे तर पनि हामी घर फर्कनु नै थियाे । 

तिन दिनकाे यात्रापछि घर फर्कने क्रममा हामी बसमा चढ्याैँ । करिब ५ घण्टाकाे यात्रापछि हामी काठमाडाैँ आइपुग्याैँ । मेराे घरका सबै परिवारसँग गरेकाे याे यात्रा निकै ज्ञानवर्धक र रमणीय लाग्याे । याे यात्रा मेरा लागि निकै स्मरणीय रहनेछ ।

२०७७ मङ्सिर ५ गतेका दिन म मेराे परिवारसँग घुम्न  पाेखरा, मनकामना र लुम्बिनी गएकी थिएँ । हामी बिहानकाे ठिक ७ बजे यात्राका लागि निस्किएका थियाैँ । केही समय हामी बसकाे पर्खाइमा बस्याैँ । बस आइसकेपछि हामी ५ जना सदस्य पछाडिकाे सिटमा बस्याैँ । केही समयकाे यात्रापछि हामी मलेखु भन्ने ठाउँमा ओर्लियाैँ र खाजा खायाैँ । त्यसपछि हामी फेरि बसमा चढ्याैँ र यात्राका लागि अगाडि बढ्याैँ । करिब ६ घन्टाकाे बसकाे यात्रापछि हामी पाेखरा पुग्याैँ । पाेखरा पुग्दा हामी निकै थाकिसकेका थियाैँ । त्यहाँ पुगेर लेकसाइडकाे एक हाेटलमा हामीले सामान राख्याैँ र खाजा खायाैँ । त्यसपछि फेवातालकाे साँझकाे दृश्य अवलाेकन गर्नका लागि निस्कियाैँ । त्यतिबेलासम्म निकै साँझ परिसकेकाे थियाे । त्यसैले हामी सबै हाेटलमा फर्कियाैँ र खाना खाएर सुत्याैँ ।

अर्काे दिन हामी बिहान सबेरै उठ्याैँ । हातमुख धाेएर बिहानकाे खाजा खायाैँ र घुम्नका लागि निस्कियाैँ । त्यस दिन हामी पहिले पेवातालमा गएर डुङ्गा चढ्याैँ र तारबाराही मन्दिरकाे दर्शन गर्‍याैँ । तालबाराही मन्दिर निकै सुन्दर रहेछ । त्यस सुन्दर दृश्यकाे अवलाेकन गरेपछि हामीले शान्ति स्तुपा, विन्ध्यवासिनी, पाताले छाँगाे आदि लगायतका स्थानमा गई त्यहाँका रमणीय र ज्ञानवर्धक स्थलहरूकाे अवलाेकन गरी आनन्द लियाैँ । पाेखराकाे घुमघामपछि हामी पूनः लुम्बिनीकाे यात्रातर्फ माेडियाैँ । पाेखराबाट लुम्बिनी जाने क्रममा देखिएका हरिया पहाडकाे दृश्य र सेता हिमालकाे माेहनी रूपका चित्रहरू मनमा सजाउँदै हामी लुम्बिनी पुग्याैँ  लुम्बिनी पुग्दा रात परिसकेकाे थियाे । हामी त्यस रात लुम्बिनीकै एक हाेटलमा बास बस्याैँ । अर्काे दिन हामीले लुम्बिनीकाे मायादेवीकाे मन्दिरका साथै विभिन्न देशहरूले बनाएका स्तुपहरूकाे पनि अवलाेकन गर्‍याैँ । लुम्बिनीबाट फर्कने क्रममा हामीले मनकामना मन्दिरकाे पनि दर्शन गर्‍याैँ । त्यसपछि मनकामनाकाे एक हाेटलमा खाना खायाैँ । मनकामना मन्दिरकाे दर्शन गरेपश्चात हामी काठमाडाैँ फर्कियाैँ । 

मेराे घरका सबै परिवारसँग गरेकाे याे यात्रा निकै ज्ञानवर्धक र रमणीय लाग्याे । याे यात्रा मेरा लागि निकै स्मरणीय रहनेछ।

Jennie is the second oldest member of Blackpink. She trained for 5 years and 11 months and finally debuted. She is the main rapper in the group. She is the only member who has done a solo performance. She is famous for her clear pronunciation with fast rapping.

Rose is the second youngest member of the group. She trained for 4 years and debuted. She is the last member to be revealed. She is the main singer in the group. She is an Australian.

Lisa is the youngest member of the group. She trained for 5 years. She is the second member to be revealed. She is the most popular member of the group. She is the main dancer and a rapper. She is a member of Thailand. She is the most beautiful girl in the group.

My resolution for the year 2021 is to be active in the classes more than in the year 2020. I want to be good not only in my studies but also in extra activities like playing guitar, dancing, yoga, and practicing drawing. Besides physical fitness activities, I will also concentrate on my mental sharpness by doing meditation, doing mental mathematics, and solving Rubik cubes. Whenever I get difficulties in the above-mentioned activities, I will take help from my parents or teachers.

Dancing, doing yoga, and playing guitar are my favorite activities. Nowadays, I am doing these at least once a day and will keep on continuing. I believe that dancing and doing exercise makes us physically fit and practicing meditation, yoga, and Rubik cubes makes us mentally healthy. That is why I have kept these things in my 2021 resolution. As I have an interest in writing songs and poems, I will try to create some in the upcoming days. In my free time, I will also try to improve my computer typing skills.

The thing gets harder when we don't love doing it, so I will try to do all the activities with good motivation to the best of my ability. Having said this, I would like to bid goodbye to the year 2020 and welcome the new year 2021, and wish everyone good health and success.

On the first day of school, the one I remember in my life was at Hems. I started there on a Montessori level. That first day was very memorable for me. On that day my mother brought me my favorite chocolate and it is still my favorite chocolate. Anyway, when my mother took me there, I was excited and scared at the same time.  I waved goodbye to my mommy and walked gradually towards my classroom. After some time,  it was playtime so everyone went downstairs but I was walking at last and when no one was looking, I went back to my classroom because I was very scared. From the classroom, I peeped through the window and then heard someone coming towards the classroom. It was my teacher who had seen me heading back towards the classroom, so she picked me up and took me to the playground. I remember being very scared and I also remember the bell had rung after that and all of us went back to the classroom and I followed them. After that my memory is somewhat blurred and I don’t quite remember. 

After my first day, my second day was the most memorable day of kindergarten. My second day went like this- After going to the classroom, this time, I  was not scared at all and on that day I interacted very well with my teachers but I was still unhappy because I had not yet made any friends so during lunchtime when everyone was eating, I sat next to a girl who was shy and I had a small talk with her and we had a lot of things in common so as you can guess, we became friends pretty quickly and thought we could never be separated. Well, that was what I thought but l had to leave that school, but still, I remember her and now I feel that true friendship is the greatest of all blessings.

There are two main reasons why we have hair on our heads. First, our hair helps our head to keep it warm, and second, it helps cushion our skull a bit in case we bump our heads while playing or doing anything. But what about other visible hair? What are they for? Depending on where it is, hair has different responsibilities like the eyelashes protect your eyes by limiting the amount of light and dust that go into them and eyebrows protect your eyes from sweat dripping down from your forehead. Now that we know some of the reasons why we have hair, let's look at how hair grows well no matter what part of our body hair, it all starts under our skin that has tubes like tiny holes called hair follicles. And the bottom of each follicle is the hair bulb that contains active hair-growing cells made up of protein. A small blood vessel in the skin give the root nutrients to help cell growth allowing the hair to grow and as the hair begins to grow it pushes up from the root and out from the follicle and eventually breaks through the surface of the skin and finally, you can see the hair the visible part of the hair is known as the shaft. And once the hair is at the skin surface the cells within the strand of hair aren’t alive anymore and contain dead cells. That’s why it doesn’t hurt when we get a haircut.

बानी भनेकाे आदत हाे । बानी दुई किसिमका हुन्छन् । पहिलाेमा राम्राे बानी पर्दछ भने दाेस्राेमा नराम्राे बानी पर्दछ । हामी सबैले राम्राे बानी मात्र बसाल्नुपर्दछ । राम्राे बानी बसाल्नका लागि हामी असल र ज्ञानी हुनुपर्दछ । आफूभन्दा ठुलालाई आदर गर्नुपर्दछ भने सानालाई माया गर्नुपर्दछ । शरीलाई फाइदा हुने खानेकुरामात्र खानुपर्दछ ।  सधैँ साँचाे कुरामात्र बाेल्नुपर्दछ । झुटाे कुरा बाेल्ने अरूलाई छल गर्ने बानी कहिल्यै गर्नुहुँदैन । राम्रा बानी बसाल्नलाई नराम्रा बानी हटाउनुपर्छ । मानिस पशुपन्छी, जनावर सबैलाई उत्तिकै माया गर्नुपर्छ । शिक्षकले भनेकाे कुरा मान्नुपर्दछ । गृहकार्य समयमा पूरा गर्नुपर्दछ । सरसफाइ गर्ने काम जस्तैः नङ काट्ने, नुहाउने, कपाल काट्ने आदि काम पनि राम्रा बानीमा नै पर्दछन् । राम्रा बानी भएमा हामी भविष्यमा सफल हुन सक्छाैँ ।

सम्पदा भन्नाले कुनै धार्मिक स्थल, देवालय, हिमालय, जङ्गल, पहाड, नदीनाला, झरना, चाडपर्व, गीत, सङ्गीत, नाँचगान, जात्रा, भेषभूषा, इतिहास बोकेको ठाँउ र वस्तु आदि बुझिन्छ। हरेक राष्ट्रका आ–आफ्ना सम्पदा हुन्छन् जसलाई राष्ट्रिय सम्पदा भनिन्छ । नेपालभित्र पाइने सम्पदा नेपालका राष्ट्रिय सम्पदा हुन् । सम्पदाहरू सरल भाषामा दुई प्रकारका छन् ।

प्राकृतिक सम्पदा 

कुनै मानिसबाट नभई प्रकृतिबाट सिर्जना भएका सम्पदालाई प्राकृतिक सम्पदा भनिन्छ । हिमाल, पहाड, नदी, झरना, वनजङ्गल, ढुङ्गा, ताल आदि प्राकृतिक सम्पदा हुन् । जुन मानिसले नभई प्रकृतिले निर्माण गरेका हुन् । हामीले नदी नालाबाट पानी, वनजङ्गलबाट काठ दाउरा, जडीबुटी आदि उपयोग गरिरहेका छाैँ । प्रकृतिबाट हामीले धेरै अमूल्य उपहार पाएका छाैँ । त्यसैले हामीले यस प्राकृतिक सम्पदाको सदुपयोग र संरक्षण गर्नुपर्छ । प्राकृतिक सम्पदाको हामीले दुरुपयोग गरेमा समय समयमा प्राकृतिक विपत्ति पनि भोग्नु पर्ने हुन्छ । वनजङ्गल मासेमा बाढी पहिरो जान्छ । खेतयोग्य जमिनमा कलकारखाना खाेल्दा खाद्यको अभाव हुन्छ । त्यसैले यसको हामीले संरक्षण गर्नुपर्छ ।

सांस्कृतिक सम्पदा

प्रकृतिबाट नभई मानिसबाट निर्माण भएका सम्पदालाई सांस्कृतिक सम्पदा भनिन्छ । देवालय, दरबार, मन्दिर, मस्जिद, इतिहास बोकेको ठाँउ, लोकगीत, नृत्य, चाडपर्व आदि सांस्कृतिक सम्पदा हुन् । हरेक राष्ट्रका आ–आफ्ना सांस्कृतिक सम्पदा हुन्छन् । दसैँ तिहार, पशुपतिनाथ मन्दिर, स्वयम्भू, लुम्बिनी धरहरा, घण्टाघर , होली आदि नेपालका सांस्कृतिक सम्पदा हुन् । यसले हाम्रो राष्ट्रको परिचय दिने भएकोले यस्तो सम्पदाको हामीले संरक्षण गर्नुपर्छ । यस्ता सम्पदाहरूले हाम्रा पुर्खाहरूको रहनसहन, भेषभूषा, बाेलीचाली, योगदान पनि झल्काँउछन् ।

राष्ट्रिय सम्पदाले हाम्रो राष्ट्रलाई अरू राष्ट्रमा छुट्टै पहिचान गराउँछ । राष्ट्रिय सम्पदाको सदुपयोग र संरक्षण गर्नाले राष्ट्रको विकासमा पनि सहयोग पुर्‍याउँछ । तसर्थ हामी सबैले सम्पदाकाे संरक्षणमा जुट्नुपर्छ ।
