धर्ती हाे हाम्राे एउटा घर
धर्ती सफा गर्ने गराैँ रहर
माटाे पानी सबै यता हुन्छ
अन्नहरू छन् यही सबै पूर्ण ।
सफा र हरियाली यहाँ राख्नुपर्छ
फाेहाेर पार्नु कहिल्यै नि हुन्न
धर्तीला माया धेरै गर्ने गर
खुसीयाली जीवनभरि भर ।
पहिलाे जननी तिमी नै त हाे नि
तिमीबिना छैन कसैकाे जीवनी
माया छ तिम्राे पहाडकाे उचाइ
आँसु तिम्रै हाे समुद्री गहिराइ ।
कपासजस्ताे छ त्याे बादल झैँ
मसिना छन् ती पहाडका घाँस
हात्ती कमिला तिमीले बनायाै
सारा संसार तिमीले बसायाै ।
धर्ती हाे हाम्राे एउटा घर
धर्ती सफा गर्ने मनमा रहर ।
केहि वर्ष पहिले त्यहाँ एक राम नाम गरेकाे केटा थियो । उसका स्कुलमा धेरै साथीहरू थिएनन् तर २ जना साथीहरू थिए । जसको नाम राजेश र हरि थियो। उनीहरू एक अर्काको धेरै नजिक थिए। एक दिन उनीहरू बिच झगडा भयो। रामले उनीहरूसँग लडाईँ नगर्नु उनीहरूको लागि राम्रो नभएको भन्दै राजेशले सहमति जनाए तर हरि उनीहरू दुबैसँग रिसाए र उनीहरूले उनीहरूलाई छोडे। रामले हरिलाई भन्ने कोसिस गरे । उनीहरूका लागि लड्न राम्रो छैन तर हरि पागल भए र उनलाई फेरि कहिल्यै नदेखाउन भने। केही महिना बित्यो र हरि त्यस दिनदेखि स्कुलमा उपस्थित भएनन्। वर्षहरू बित्दै गए । राम र राजेश आफ्नो पढाइमा राम्रो गरिरहेछन् जबकि हरिले रक्सी खाएर र नराम्रो मान्छेहरूसँग गएर आफ्नो जीवन बर्बाद गरे। केहि वर्षपछि राम र राजेशले आफ्नै अस्पताल खोले र उनीहरू नेपालका सबैभन्दा सफल डाक्टरहरूमध्ये एक बन्न पुगे। एक दिन हरि अचानक उनको अस्पतालमा आयाे । रामले उसलाई सूचना दिने प्रबन्ध गरे। रामले उनलाई सोधे कि तपाइँ यहाँ के गर्दै हुनुहुन्छ । हामी एक अर्कालाई वर्षौदेखि देख्दैनौँ। हरिले भने कि उनी एक धेरै कठिन समयको माध्यमबाट गुज्रँदै थिए र धेरै रोगहरूसँग लड्दै थिए । रामले उसको भावना बुझे उसलाई उचित उपचार गरिदिने विचार गरे तर हरि अस्पताल छाेडेर भाग्याे ।
लाग्दछ राम्राे मलाई मेराे धर्ती
राख्नुहुन्न जग्गा जमिन पर्ती
धर्ती नै हाे हाम्राे आधार
धर्तीले नै गर्छिन् सबैकाे सम्भार ।
याे धर्ती हाम्राे मातृमूमि
बस्नुपर्छ सधैँ धर्तीलाई चुमी
धर्तीबाट नै फुल्छन् अन्नबाली
धर्तीमा नै बग्छन् मेची महाकाली ।
यी धर्ती हाम्रीमाता हुन्
धर्ती हाम्राी विधाता हुन् ।
हामीले गर्नुपर्छ धर्तीलाई माया
धर्तीमा नै खेल्ने गर्छन् घाम अनि छाया ।
धर्तीमा नै टिकेकाे छ याे संसार सारा
धर्तीकाे रक्षा गर्नु हाम्राे अभिभारा
सम्मान गराैँ धर्तीकाे आजैदेखि हामी
धर्तीकाे महत्त्व बुझ्ने हुन्छ सधैँ नामी ।
Our world has changed. Everything we see today is highly developed and technological compared to ancient times. After the stone age passed away, the agricultural age came, in which many things were invented that were used by people in either a good or a bad way. After the agricultural age ended, we got introduced to the new generation. We can also say that we are living in a technological era.
Ever since technology was invented, many people have gotten attached to their devices. We know that those devices or gadgets are really helpful, but using them 24/7 is not that good. We have also been noticing that people's mental health as well as their physical health have been changing. In my opinion, it is due to technology. People are very engaged with technology. In the past generation, people were very healthy and happy due to their physical work. In the past, people were engaged and hardworking, but now we have more leisure time and our lifestyle is easier; somehow we can thank technology for that.
In the past, people used to cure their diseases by using some natural remedies, and people were more attached to nature, but in the new era, people are isolated and attached to their devices. In the past, people were more brave, talented, and warrior-like compared to nowadays. Unlike in the past, many people have been found to be depressed these days. However, people nowadays have a comfortable and happy life due to technology, and I am sure these factors will make our lives even better in the future.
(राम किताब पढिरहेको हुन्छ । त्यति बेला उसकाे भाइ आउँछ र रामले आफ्नो भाइलाई किताबको महत्त्व भन्न थाल्छ)
राम: भाइ, साथीहरूसँग खेलेर आयाै ? मज्जा आयो होला होइन ?
समीर: हजुर दाइ, खेलेर आएँ। तपाइ चाहिँ के गरिरहनुभएको ?
राम: म एउटा किताब पढेको समीर ।
समीर: किताब ! किन नि ? भाइसँग आएर खेल्नु छैन, किताब पो पढेर बसिरहेको छ। के छ र किताबमा त्यस्तो रोचक ? साचै भन्ने हो भने त, मलाई किताब पटक्कै मन पर्दैन ।
राम: (रिसाउँदै) धत् ! त्यस्तो भन्न हुँदैन भाइ । पुस्तकहरूले विद्यार्थीको जीवनमा धेरै ठुलो भूमिका खेल्छ। पुस्तकले हरेक विदयार्थीलाई कल्पनाको संसारमा परिचय दिएर, बाहिरी संसारको ज्ञान दिएर, विद्यार्थीको सिर्जनात्मक क्षमताकाे विकास गर्नुका साथै उनीहरूको सिप विकास गर्नका लागि मदत गर्छ।
समीर: (उत्सुक हुँदै) ओहो किताबहरू त धेरै महत्त्वपुर्ण पाे हुँदारहेछ त । अरू के के गर्छ त, किताबले एउटा विद्यार्थीको जीवनमा?
राम: ओहो तिमीलाई त किताबको बारेमा धेरै जिज्ञासु भएर आयो त !
समीर: अ धेरै रुचिलाग्दो कुरा गर्नु भयो त्यसैले ।
राम: ल सुन, त्यसो भए। किताबहरू ज्ञानले भरिएका हुन्छन, किताबले विद्यार्थीहरूलाई मात्र होइन सबैलाई विद्या दिन्छ। किताबले जीवनको पाठ दिन्छ, किताबले मानिसलाइ प्रेम, कठिनाइहरू, डर, र धेरै कुराहरूको बारेमा सिकाउँछ। किताबहरू प्राचीनकालदेखि आएको हो । पहिलो छापिएको पुस्तक गुटेनबर्ग बाइबल वा ४२-लाइन बाइबल थियो जुन जोहानेस गुटेनबर्ग द्वारा लेखिएको थियो। यो पुस्तक वा किताब १४४० मा छापिएको थियो।
समीर: (छक्क पर्दै) आबुइ त्यति पहिला किताब छापिएको ! कति रुचि लाग्दो कुरा, मेरो त होस उड्यो ! सोच्न पनि सक्दिन, त्यति पहिला १४४० मा किताब छापिएको!
राम: (हास्दैँ) हाहा……. तिमी बोलेको देखेर मलाई आखाबाट आँसु निस्किने गरी हाँस् उट्यो। (समीर जस्तो बोल्दैँ) “आबुइ त्यति पहिला किताब छापिएको! कति रुचि लाग्दो कुरा, मेरो त होस उड्यो!’”। हाहा…… ल बल्ल हाँसो गयो। कस्तो लाग्यो त? किताब? एउटा मानिसको जीवनमा कति महत्त्व हुँदोरहेछ थाहा पायौ? तिमीलाई इलन मस्क त थाहा नै होला। उहाँ पनि किताब पढेर नै राम्राे उपलब्धि हासिल गर्न सक्नुभएको हो।
समीर: अ…..किताबको महत्त्व धेरै हुँदोरहेछ।
राम: भाइ ल, अब हामी खाना खान जाऊँ । त्यसपछि गफ गरौँला।
समीर: हुन्छ दाइ ।
(दुबै जना खाना खान जान्छन्, र खाए पछि गएर सुत्छन्)
Trust is firm belief in the reliability, truth or ability of someone or something, in simple words trust is the thing that glues the society, family and community together. Building trust in someone is not a game of 2+2, it requires a lot of leadership. Trust is the most expensive thing in the world as it takes years to gain someone's trust and only a matter of seconds to lose it.
Trust is very important in our life. The one and only way to gain people's trust is by being trustworthy, which means you have got to be honest and always do the right thing even if it means going against your desire. Telling the truth sometimes hurts people or they may not like the truth but after sometime they will realize it was meant to be anyway. Trust always comes and goes as you get to know different people and you grow closer into a relationship with them. You can say that everything in our life starts with trust and ends with it. If you don’t trust someone the things that they say may always sound like a lie or an excuse. Trust is very complicated and it cannot simply be defined by believing everything someone says. The truth is no one understands the idea of trust. You can’t just tell someone to trust you, trust has to be gained and it should never be broken. It is said, ‘Trust is like a glass once it is broken it will never be the same again.’ One of the most common reasons why people lose their trust is when someone betrays them, lies to them and fails to hold their promises. Trust is a puzzle that is very hard to solve. Many people take advantage of your trust and lose it and leave you with anger, confusion, sadness and very hurt. When you can’t trust someone it will make it hard for you to focus on everything you do, serious trust issues can leave you with anxiety, depression and other severe health problems. Trust is also the foundation of a good relationship. There are two types of people who may lose your trust: a person whom you would like to bring back in your life,
A person who has already lost your trust several times before, do not let these people in your life. If you truly care for someone and have lost their trust; then you have a lot of work ahead of you. As I said before, trust is easily lost but hard to gain. If you lost someone’s trust, the first thing that you should do is begin to regain it.
The things I imagine,
Is not always true.
The people I admire,
Are always lying.
The place I go,
Is always dirty.
I want to hear everything,
But there is no sound that can satisfy me.
The river I visited,
Has no fish in it.
The city I go,
Is always polluted.
But,
Everything has something good in it.
The forest I visit,
Makes me feel fresh.
The animals I see,
Makes me happy.
The world is nothing in itself,
But just a creation in itself.
The universe is all of space and time. It includes planets, stars and galaxies. It also has matter and energy. The big bang theory is the prevailing description of the development of the universe. According to the theory, space and time emerged together billions of years ago and the universe has been expanding since. The size of the universe is unknown. It is possible to be the size of the observable universe which is like the size of 93 billion light-years in the present day. The earliest models of the universe were made by the Ancient Greeks and the Indian Philosophers.
Galaxies:- A galaxy is a gravitationally bound system of stars, stellar remnants, gas, dust etc. The word is derived from the greek galaxias milky is a reference to the milky way galaxy that contains the Solar System. Galaxies range in size from Dwarfs and a few hundred million stars to giants with one hundred trillion stars.Galaxies are categorised according to their visual morphology as Spiral and Irregular objects. Many have Supermassive blackholes at their centres. The Milky Way's central black hole is known as Sagittarius. It also has mass four million times greater than the Sun's mass.
Solar System:- The solar system is a part of our galaxy. Our solar system consists of 8 planets. It used to be 9 but Pluto broke out of its orbit and is roaming around the solar system. The 8 planets in order are: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune. It has many stars. The nearest one is the Sun. The 8 planets in order of their size by radius are: Jupiter(69,911KM), Saturn(58,232KM), Uranus(25,362KM), Neptune(24,622KM), Earth( 6,371KM), Venus(6,051.8KM), Mars(3,389.5KM) and Mercury(2,439.7KM).
Planets:-Planets are large astronomical bodies that are neither a star nor a stellar remnant. There are at least 8 planets in our solar system that still exist: the terrestrial planets:- Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars and the giant planets:- Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune exist here. They are separated by an asteroid belt.
The universe is everything. It includes all of space, and all the matter and energy that space contains.

यिनीहरू हाम्रा रहर हुन्
यिनीहरूले जहिले साथ दिएका छन्
सधैँ हामीलाई सहयोग गर्छन
यिनीहरू दुखमा पनि साथ दिन्छन् ।
उनीहरू धेरै राम्रा छन्
साथीकाहीँ रिसाउँछन् पनि
कहिले हलचल मच्चाउँछन्
राम्रो साथीले भनेको कुरा मान्छन्
कहिलेकाहीँ एकअर्कालाई कुट्छन् ।
साथीहरू रुन्छन् पनि
साथीले भनेको राम्रो कुरा सिकाउनु
राम्रो काम पनि गराउने
नराम्रो काम पनि सिकाउने
काेही साथी खराब हुन्छन्
अनि काेही असल पनि ।
हरेक पल काम गर्न साथीकै साथ चाहिने
सङ्गतले नै जीवन स्वर्ग वा नर्क बन्ने
साथ लिऊँ साथ दिऊँ सुख अनि दुखमा
असलकाे नै सङ्गत गराैँ धाेका नखाऔँ जीवनमा ।
आऊ साथी मिलिजुली खेलाैँ हामी खेल
कहिले अघि कहिले पछि नगराैँ हे झेल
साथमा साथ काँधमा काँध राख्दै खेलाैँ खेल
साथी हामी रमाइलाे गर्दै खेलाैँ खेल ।
कहिले म रिसाउने तिमी फकाउने
रिसाउँदै फकाउँदै जीवन बिताउने
साथी हामी हाँसाैँ खेलाैँ ज्ञानी गुणी भई
सबैलाई माया गराैँ दुख सुख भुली ।
घाम लाग्याे घमाइलाे पानीले रुझाउने
खेल्दाखेरि हामी कहिल्यै नगराैँ रिसाउने
गुरुआमा गुरुबाले आशीर्वाद दिने
मातापिता आमाबाले असल बन भन्ने ।
पढ्ने लेख्ने सिप सिक्ने यही हाे उमेर
साथीभाइ सबै हामी बढाैँ है मिलेर ।
चैत्र वैशाखको हुरी हट्याे
असार, श्रावणको वर्ष सुरु भई
हरियाली तीज लाग्यो हाम्रा
सबै आमा, दिदी बहिनीलाई ।
जता जाऊ उतै देख्छु
सबै हरियो र रातो
दिदी बहिनीहरू छमछम
नाचेको देख्दा लाग्दछ मनमा आनन्द ।
आजभोलिको तीज
ठुला साना सबैले
व्रत बसी पूजाआजा गरी
मनाउने गर्छन ।
सबैजना मन्दिर गई
नाच्छन् छमछम
त्यो सबै हेर्नको लागि
लाग्छ मलाई मन ।
Our country, Nepal, is rich in different cultures, languages, traditions, religions etc. Likewise, social values and beliefs are present in our society, which help us to create a strong bond in society .Our job is to help each other and live together and have good relations with other people. Good things strengthen our society and help maintain unity.
However, there are so many negative/bad activities in our society. Like superstitions, gender discrimination, the dowry system etc. Among them, gender discrimination is the most visible anti-social activity in our country. Discrimination against people based on gender or inequality between men and women. Parents in Nepali society encourage gender discrimination. Even now, in some rural areas of Nepal, they send their sons to a good school and their daughters to an inexpensive school or do not send them at all. Girls face child marriage and the inability to assert their voice. In some places, women are not even treated as human beings.
Although the country's working-age female population is higher than its male population, women still lag far behind in terms of employment and the gender pay gap is also huge.
Women who occupy more than half of the population are lagging behind, thus keeping half of the population behind, there is a possibility of no progress in society. Likewise, we should reduce such activities. We believe a world where everyone can live life with dignity is possible.
