यदि मैले देशमा शासन गर्न पाएँ भने के हुन्छ ?  यदि मैले  देशमा शासन गर्न  पाएँ भने म यो सुनिश्चित गर्ने छु कि त्यहाँ कुनै भेदभाव हुने छैन । प्लास्टिकको प्रयोग हुने छैन, कुनै देशको सीमा हुने छैन र कुनै युद्ध हुने छैन । म यी सबै रोक्न चाहन्छु ताकि पृथ्वी राम्रो हुने छ ।  मानिसहरू प्लास्टिकको झोला बेच्छन् ।  हामीलाई आवश्यक पनि छ । प्लास्टिकको कारण हुने प्रदूषणको ख्याल राख्नुपर्छ । प्लास्टिक जहाँ पायाे त्यहीँ फाल्दा माटो प्रदूषित हुने छ र मानव जनसङ्ख्याको लागि कुनै खाना हुने छैन । यदि त्यहाँ खाना छैन भने उनीहरू पनि भोकले मर्न सक्दछन् । जस्तै श्रीलङ्कामा खाद्य सङ्कट थियो र छ पनि । त्यसैले म प्लास्टिकलाई पनि प्रतिबन्ध लगाउने छु । म उद्योग सञ्चालकलाई  उच्च खालकाे चिम्नी बनाउन भन्छु । म उनीहरूलाई भन्छु कि चिम्नीलाई उच्च बनाउनुहोस् किनभने यदि चिम्नी भूमिको नजिक भयाे भने भूमिबाट निस्कने धुवाँले हाम्रो हावालाई प्रदूषित गर्ने छ । यदि चिम्नी उच्च भयाे भने त्यहाँ वायु प्रदूषण त हुने छ तर थोरै मात्र  किनभने धुवाँ हावासँग जान्छ । यदि मैले देशमा शासन गर्न पाएँ भने देशलाई हरियाली बनाउँछु । देशमा कारखाना खाेल्छु । सबैलाई आफ्नै देशमा राेजगार दिन्छु । कसैप्रति भेदभाव गर्दिनँ ।

One day, a mysterious traveller named Leo arrived in Willowbrook. He was a quiet man with a gentle smile, and he had heard whispers of the heart made of paper. Intrigued, he sought out Lily's studio and was immediately captivated by the heart's ethereal beauty.

During old times, scientific innovations were made and they were very helpful. Here in this article I will talk about the wheel, compass, internet, batteries and refrigerator which are the science innovations that changed the world.

First, Wheel was invented by David Anthony in 3,500 BC. Well, creating a wheel wasn’t a big deal but to connect them with the rolling cylinder got tricky. According to David, he used the wheel and axle method to make it happen. Wheels are very necessary in our life because they help us to transport goods from one place to another. It is used in vehicles from which we can travel.

Second, the compass was invented in China by Chinese people during the Han dynasty. It was intended between 2nd century BC and 1st century AD. However, it was used for navigation for the first time. The earliest compasses were designed on a square shape that had markings for the cardinal points. The pointing needle was a spoon-shaped lodestone with a handle that would always point south. Compass allowed us to go across the oceans easily and was very easy and helpful to explore different places of earth. This way people could find new places as well.

Third, the internet has an evolutionary background. A computer programmer named Tim Berners-Lee from Switzerland invented the internet. The Internet was invented on January 1, 1983. The internet is important for us because it helps us in our daily lives in different ways. For students, it makes it easier for them to study, write articles, poems, essays, etc. For teachers also it is very helpful as they can use Google classroom to teach and earn more knowledge through the internet and it is also very helpful for career because from a lot of occupations on the internet we can earn enough money to eat and live a proper life.

Fourth, batteries are so essential in our daily life for different reasons. The first battery was made in1800, by Italian physicist Alessandro Volta. Slowly a lot of other processors discovered it and created batteries which can be used in electric vehicles. Batteries are also very important because, as we all use it in different devices like remote control, ac remote, etc. It is also used in robots, electric vehicles, etc.

Fifth, refrigerators are very important in our daily lives. We all have probably used it as well. It was created by William Cullen in 1834 and when a vapour-compression system was developed by Jacob Perkins In 1876 they created another commercial refrigerator. Refrigerators are very helpful for us as they help us to keep food cold. We can keep leftover food in the refrigerator as well so that it wouldn't get wasted.

In conclusion, All these inventions are very important and helpful in our daily lives. It helps us to do a lot of things in our daily lives and we can make our work faster and easier.

हाम्रो भविष्य र हाम्रो स्वास्थ्य हामी मै निर्भर छ। भविष्यमा स्वस्थ्य रहनका लागि हामीले अहिलेदेखि नै राम्रो भोजन गर्नुपर्छ। भोजन मात्र नभएर हामीहरूले योग र खेलकुदमा पनि सहभागी हुनुपर्छ। यसले हामीहरूलाई आफ्नो जीवन र शरीर निरोगी रहन मद्दत गर्छ।

हामीले अहिलेबाटै  खानाकाे लागि राम्रो बानी अपनायाैँ भने हाम्रो भविष्य राम्रो हुन्छ। यसरी नै हामीहरूले राम्रो भोजनको सेवन गरेमा पनि हाम्राे भविष्यमा प्रभाव पर्छ। राम्रो भोजनले नै भविष्यलाई सकारात्मक रुपमा बलियो बनाउँछ। हामीहरूले खाएको भोजनले हाम्राे जीवनमा सकारात्मक र नकारात्मक ऊर्जा उत्पादन गरिरहेकाे हुन्छ ।

हामीलाइ थाहा छ, हाम्रो शरीरलाई कार्बोहाइड्रेड ,भिटामिन, प्रोटिन जस्ता तत्वहरू चाहिन्छ। एउटा गाडी चल्नका लागि जसरी डिजेल वा पेट्राेल चाहिन्छ, त्यसरी नै हाम्रो शरीर चल्नका लागि हामीहरूलाई स्वस्थ खानेकुराहरू चाहिन्छ। कार्बोहाइड्रेड ,भिटामिन, प्रोटिन जस्ता तत्वहरू भएका खाद्य पदार्थहरू हामीहरूले खायाैँ भने हाम्रो शरीरकाे विकास राम्ररी हुन्छ र हामीहरूको शक्ति पनि बढ्छ। स्वस्थ भोजनमा पर्ने अन्य कुराहरूमा हरियाे तरकारीहरू र  सलाद पर्दछ भने पिउने पानी पनि प्रशस्त मात्रामा पिउन जरुरी हुन्छ। हामीले पोषिला खाने कुराहरूको नियमित सेवन गर्नुपर्छ। पाचनशक्ति बढाउनका लागि फाइबरयुक्त खानेकुरा खाने बानी बसाल्नुपर्छ । धेरै पकाएकाे, चिल्लाे र तारेकाे खानेकुरा खाने बानी गर्नुहुँदैन । हामीले सन्तुलित भाेजनलाई ध्यान दिन सक्याैँ भने हामीहरू निरोगी र शक्तिशाली हुन सक्छौँ। यसले हामीलाई मानसिक र शारीरिक दुबै रुपमा सक्षम बनाउँछ। यसले हामीहरूको रगतलाई शुद्ध बनाउन पनि मद्दत गर्छ। हामीले हरिया सागपात र फलफूलहरू खायाैँ भने हामीलाई भिटामिन र कार्बोहाइड्रेट्सको कमी हुँदैन।

हामीलाइ थाहा छ कि बाहिरी खानाहरू स्वस्थ भोजन  मानिँदैनन्। हामीहरूले  आफ्नो शरीरलाई स्वस्थ बनाउनका लागि ताजा, घरकाे भान्सामा पकाएकाे खानामा हरिया सागसब्जीकाे समावेश गरेर नियमित भोजन गर्नुपर्छ। हामीहरूले  बाहिरकाे खाद्यपदार्थहरू खायाैँ भने हामीहरू रोगी  र कमजोर हुनसक्छाैँ। बाहिरी भोजनहरूमा धेरै  तेल हालेको हुन्छ जुन हाम्रो शरीरका लागि राम्रो मानिँदैन। कुनैकुनैमा धेरै चिनी र कुनैमा  धेरै नै नुन हालेको हुन्छ, यसबाट हाम्रो पाचन शक्ति कमजोर हुन्छ। हामीहरूले सही मात्रामा  भोजनको सेवन गर्नुपर्दछ। थोरै खानु र धेरै खानु दुवै हाम्रा शरीरका लागि राम्रो होइन ।धेरै थोरै खायो भने हामीहरूलाई पेटकाे समस्या, पाचनकाे समस्या र ग्यास्टिककाे समस्या हुन सक्छ । यी सबै कुराले हामीहरूको स्वास्थ्यमा प्रभाव पार्छ त्यसैले हामीले राम्रो खानेकुरा खायाैँ भने हाम्रो शारीरिक तथा मानसिक स्वास्थ्य पनि हुन्छ र हाम्राे शरीर मजबुत, बलियो र मानसिक रूपमा दन्तुरूस्त भयाैँ भने हाम्राे पारिवारिक र सामाजिक जीवन पनि स्वस्थ्य हुन्छ । स्वस्थ जीवनका लागि स्वस्थ खाद्य पदार्थहरूको सेवन गर्न धेरै महत्वपूर्ण छ । 

Rain, rain, it's the falling water 
From the dark clouds above,
Rain can bring floods, 
And take lives with its might.

When heavy rain pours, 
It can destroy everything in an hour. 
Though it nourishes crops, 
Excessive downpour can devastate all in its path.

I love rain but not always
Cause it cancels our outdoor fun.

उनीहरूले बोतबिरुवा रोप्छन्
जनावरहरू पनि बढाउन सक्छन्
सबैका सहारा

खेतबारी किसानको तन
कर्ममै छ उनकाे मन 
पूजा गर्छन् माटाेकाे 
खन्छन् जाेत्छन् सिँगार्छन् 
सबका सहारा
परिश्रमी किसान ।

There used to live a girl named Arya. Arya’s family were very strict and never used to send her daughter to school with the thought that she is a girl she will marry and go to her husband’s house and never get a good job. “She is very useless no use of hers why did we give birth to her she is just a burden for us this girl is only for the house work not for outside work.” Were the words family members spoke back at her. Then they tried to arrange marriage for her while she was a child but the other family rejected her because she was not beautiful as they wanted, not the way a girl should look fair skin, slim body and long hair like a barbie doll. She was a puppet who the boys were going to control. The father was there to control till the age of marriage. Then husband became in incharge of her life. The next were childrens who were born from her to control her. There was no freedom in the girl’s life at that time. Child marriage was accepted. It was totally fine. There was a new family in the neighbourhood who were rich and also educated. Then the neighbour saw Arya being mentally tortured, beaten, discriminated against, harassed by her family. Then the neighbour thought of adopting her. The neighbour's family went and asked her family if they could adopt her. Then Arya’s family were very happy because they thought their burden was going to be less. Arya joined the new family and lived a happy life thereafter. Her passion to write for a number of hours for several months turned into a dream. She became a famous writer in her 30s. Her biological family said that she was their daughter. Then Arya corrects them that the foster family was her actual family. Her biological family tagged her as a burden, while the fostering family cared for her, nurtured her passion and she turned to be a famous writer. Moral: Every child is special, they just need the right environment and right people to be surrounded.

नेपाली समाजमा सिकाइको पहिलो र प्राथमिक स्रोत अभिभावकलाई मानिन्छ । प्राचीन कालदेखि नै तिनीहरूले भविष्यको लागि आफ्ना बच्चाहरूलाई पालनपोषण, शिक्षा र तयारीमा महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका खेलेका छन्। नेपाली संस्कृतिमा आमाबाबुलाई उच्च सम्मान गरिन्छ र आमाबाबु र बच्चाहरू बिचको सम्बन्धलाई पवित्र र मौलिक मानिन्छ। यहाँ म नेपाली समाजमा अभिभावकको महत्त्वबारे चर्चा गर्ने छु।
पहिलो र प्रमुख, आमाबाबु बच्चाको सामाजिकीकरणका प्राथमिक स्रोत हुन्। तिनीहरूले आफ्ना छोराछोरीहरूलाई इमानदारी, करुणा र अरूप्रति आदर जस्ता समाजका आधारभूत मूल्यहरू सिकाउँछन्। आमाबाबुले पनि आफ्ना बच्चाहरूको लागि रोल मोडेलको रूपमा सेवा गर्छन् र तिनीहरू अरूसँग कसरी व्यवहार गर्ने र अन्तरक्रिया गर्ने पहिलो उदाहरण हुन्। उनीहरूले आफ्ना छोराछोरीहरूलाई भावनात्मक समर्थन, सान्त्वना र मार्गदर्शन प्रदान गर्छन् जब उनीहरूलाई सबैभन्दा बढी आवश्यक हुन्छ। नेपाली आमाबाबुहरू विशेष गरी आफ्ना छोराछोरीहरूप्रति उनीहरूको निःशर्त माया र समझका लागि परिचित छन्।
दोस्रो, नेपाली अभिभावकहरूले आफ्ना बालबालिकाको शिक्षामा महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका खेल्छन्। तिनीहरू आफ्ना छोराछोरीहरूलाई सबैभन्दा राम्रो शिक्षा प्रदान गर्न प्रतिबद्ध छन् । नेपाली अभिभावकहरू शिक्षा नै उज्ज्वल भविष्यको कुञ्जी हो भनी विश्वास गर्छन् र आफ्ना छोराछोरीलाई गुणस्तरीय शिक्षामा पहुँच सुनिश्चित गर्न कडा मेहनत गर्छन्। तिनीहरूले आफ्ना छोराछोरीहरूलाई उनीहरूको अभिलाषा र सपनाहरू पछ्याउन प्रोत्साहित गर्छन् । जसले गर्दा उनीहरूलाई उनीहरूको पूर्ण क्षमता हासिल गर्न मद्दत गर्दछ।
नेपाली अभिभावकहरू आफ्ना बालबालिकाको कल्याण र सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित गर्न अग्रसर हुन्छन् । उनीहरूले आफ्ना छोराछोरीलाई हुर्काउन र फस्टाउनको लागि पालनपोषण र सुरक्षित वातावरण प्रदान गर्छन्। नेपाली आमाबाबुहरू उनीहरूको सुरक्षात्मक प्रवृत्तिका लागि परिचित छन् र उनीहरू आफ्ना बच्चाहरूलाई सुरक्षित राख्नको लागि धेरै हदसम्म जान्छन्। उनीहरूले आफ्ना छोराछोरीलाई संस्सार सिकाउन र आफूलाई हानिबाट जोगाउन सिकाउँछन्। 
अन्त्यमा, नेपाली समाजमा अभिभावकको भूमिका महत्त्वपूर्ण हुन्छ । तिनीहरूले आफ्ना बच्चाहरूको भलाइ, शिक्षा, र समाजिकीकरणको लागि आधारको रूपमा सेवा गर्छन्। नेपाली अभिभावकहरू आफ्ना बच्चाहरूप्रति समर्पित र प्रतिबद्ध छन्, र उनीहरूको अटल समर्थन र मार्गदर्शनले प्रत्येक बालबालिकाको भविष्यलाई आकार दिन्छ। तसर्थ, नेपाली समाजमा आमाबाबुले खेल्ने महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिकालाई चिन्न र प्रशंसा गर्न आवश्यक छ।

Which may be sweet one or bitter one

Even though we have passed many phases.
But there are something that will always stuck in your mind
