Dogecoin is a cryptocurrency which was created by two software engineers Billy Markus and Jackson Palmer. If you don't know what cryptocurrency means, basically it is a digital or virtual currency that only exists electronically.It does not exist in physical form.
Cryptocurrency exists in a computerized Database.The American cryptographer David Chaum conceived an anonymous cryptographic electronic money called ecash in 1983 A.D. After that he implemented it through Digicash. In 2009, the first decentralized cryptocurrency, bitcoin, was supposedly created by developer Satoshi Nakamoto. After that cryptocurrency started being famous. The system of Cryptocurrency keeps an overview of cryptocurrency units and their ownership.The system can easily  define whether new cryptocurrency units can be created. If new cryptocurrency units could be created, the system then defines the circumstances of their origin and determines the ownership of these new units. Ownership of cryptocurrency units can be proved by cryptographically. It allows transactions to be performed in which ownership of the cryptographic units is changed. A transaction statement can only be issued by the current ownership of these units. Cryptocurrency exchanges allow customers to trade cryptocurrencies for other assets, such as conventional fiat money, or to trade between different digital currencies. Dogecoin is also a type of cryptocurrency. The programming language of dogecoin is c++.   In 2013, a photo of a dog was very viral. Somewhere on the internet you have seen this dog’s memes. 

Dogecoin has the journey from meme to cryptocurrency. At that time in the cryptocurrency Bitcoin was very famous. In December, 2013 the two software engineers Billy Markus and Jackson Palmer just for fun and joke, they combined the meme and cryptocurrency and they made the Dogecoin.The symbol of Dogecoin is D, Ɖ. 

Dogecoin is decentralized just like Bitcoin. It is not controlled by anyone. After the release of Dogecoin Jackson Palmer just did a tweet on twitter by saying “Investing On Dogecoin” and this tweet was very viral. After that he said that Dogecoin is available in  limited numbers. After that people started buying it just for fun. They just take it as a meme. In 2017 the community of reddit viral it more. After that more people know about Dogecoin. Recently, Elon Musk tweeted that he is going to keep one dogecoin on the moon and he also said that it may also be our future currency. An unbelievable thing happened after the statement of Elon Musk.
In the starting phase the value of Dogecoin (6 months ago)  was 0.1 USD dollar. But its value is 0.5 USD (today’s value) dollar. In Nepali currency the  value of one dogecoin is 60 rupees. If you had bought it a few months ago you might have become rich.If you have invested 2 lakh rupees it would have been 1 crore in a half year.The value of Dogecoin increases and decreases day by day. The value is not constant of Dogecoin. But it is a risk to invest in dogecoin because its value is not constant.

संसारमा स्वतन्त्रताको नाम लाेकतन्त्र प्रजातन्त्र, गणतन्त्र आदि रहेकाे छ । स्वतन्त्रत वा स्वाधीन सबैभन्दा प्रिय हुन्छ । मानिस संसारमा प्राणीहरुको मध्येकाे सर्वश्रेष्ठ एवं चेतनशील प्राणी हो । त्यसैले ऊ कसैको बन्धनमा नरही आफूखुसी अनुरूप नै खान, बस्न, बोल्न र हिँडडुल गर्न मन पराउँछ । त्यसैले ऊ कुनै किसिमका बाधाबन्धन मन पराउँदैन । जसरी चराहरू आकाशमा बन्धनविना स्वतन्त्र उड्छन् त्यसरी नै मानिस पनि बन्धनविना जीवन बिताउन चाहन्छ । भाैतिक धनसम्पत्ति वा सुखसयल जे जति भए पनि मानिस स्वतन्त्र छैन भने त्यसले मानिसलाई सुख दिन सक्दैन । 
कतिपय शक्तिशाली राष्ट्रहरूले कमजाेर राष्ट्रलाई आफ्नाे वशमा पारी शासन गरेका कुरा हामीले सुन्दै र पढ्दै आइरहेका छाैँ । त्यस्ता देशका जनताले  स्वतन्त्रताविना कसरी सुखकाे अनुभूति गर्न सक्छन् र ? त्यस्तै नेपालमा पनि वि.सं. २००७ सालअगि निरङ्कुश राणाशासन भएकाले हामी नेपाली पनि स्वतन्त्र  थिएनाैँ । स्वतन्त्रताविनाकाे मानिसकाे जीवन भनेकाे पिँजडामा राखिएकाे सुगाकाे जीवन जस्तै  हुन्छ । 
पितृसत्तात्मक नेपाली समाजमा पुरुषकाे तुलनामा महिला स्वतन्त्र नभएकै कारण आज पनि नेपाली महिलाहरू हरेक क्षेत्रमा पछि परेका छन् । त्यस्तै  परिवारभित्र पनि छाेरा जत्तिकै छाेरी स्वतन्त्र छैनन् । याे हामी सबैले देखे भाेगेकै कुरा हाे । त्यसैले हामीले हाम्राे साेचाइ र व्यवहार परिवर्तन गर्न गर्न सक्याैँ भने विश्वका सबै मानिसले स्वतन्त्रता प्राप्त गर्नेछन् र याे नै सबैकाे सबैभन्दा प्रिय हुने छ ।
 

नेपाली साहित्यमा आफ्नो बेग्लै पहिचान बनाएका भूपि शेरचनको ‘घुम्ने मेचमाथि अन्धो मान्छे’ कविता सङ्ग्रहले उनको भिन्न शैली, अभिव्यक्तिका भिन्न आयामलाई प्रतिनिधित्व गरेको छ । सरल शब्दमा गहन कुरा पाठकलाई बुझाउन सक्नु उनको मुख्य विशेषता हो जुन कुरा  उनकाे ‘घुम्ने मेचमाथि अन्धो मान्छे’ कविता सङ्ग्रहमा देख्न सकिन्छ ।  घुम्ने मेचेमाथि अन्धो मान्छे भूपि शेरचनकाे उत्कृष्ट कविता सङ्ग्रह हो । भूपि शेरचनले यी कविताहरू त्यतिबेलाका राष्ट्रिय र अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय राजनैतिक र सामाजिक परिवेशलाई आधार मानेर लेखेका छन् ।

यस कविताले बोकेको भाव र बिम्ब अहिले पनि निकै सान्दर्भिक छ ।
घुम्ने मेचमाथि अन्धो मान्छे कविताले देशको राजनीति, समाज अनि राजनीतिक दल र हाम्रो जीवन्त चित्रण गरेको अनुभूति हुन्छ। भूपिका कविताले विगतदेखि वर्तमानसम्मको समयको प्रतिनिधित्व गरेकाे छ । भूपिकाे ‘घुम्ने मेचमाथि अन्धो मान्छे’ व्यङ्ग्यात्मक चेत भएको अमर कविता हो । शीर्षक नै आफैंमा सिङ्गो कविता छ । राजनीतिक व्यङ्ग्य भरिएको यो कविताले त्यतिबेलाका शासक र मठाधीशहरूलाई कडा व्यङ्ग्य प्रहार गरेको छ । योग्यता नभएकाहरूको देशका शासक बनेका छन् । देशमा बढ्दाे गरिबी बेथिति भ्रष्टाचार राजनितिक बेइमानी गर्ने शासककका लागि याे गतिलाे झापड हाे । सौन्दर्यका हिसाबले पनि यो कविता सूक्तिमय र लयात्मक छ । उनका कवितामा सङ्गीत पाइन्छ । गद्य कविता भए पनि पद्यमा लेख्ने मैं हुँ भन्नेहरूका भन्दा पनि मिठो र शक्तिशाली छ ।
 

First, let's start by introducing Covid. A coronavirus is a group of viruses that cause diseases in the human body such as respiratory disease. Symptoms of covid are varied but mostly it includes high fever, headache, cough, fatigue, loss of smell and taste and as well breathing difficulties. To avoid getting Covid-19 we need to include physical and social distancing, covering cough and sneeze, keeping unwashed hands away from the face, etc. 

Right now India is experiencing the worst outbreak of Covid-19. Daily around 400,000 people are getting infected by Covid-19. Many hospitals have run out of medical supplies and many people are passing away due to a shortage of oxygen tanks. This crisis began from the beginning of March and till the end of the month, the cases jumped six times greater than than the start of the month. According to the report, only about 34% of people have passed away in the hospitals while others passed away without even getting any treatment because of the shortage of medical supplies. Mainly Covid has hit badly on the capital city of India, New Delhi and it was placed under lockdown on April 19 and it is still under lockdown. According to the hospitals across New Delhi 8 doctors and many people have died due to the shortage of medical supplies and oxygen tanks. Just like New Delhi the western state of Maharashtra has been worse. Doctors have reported that they have even met 10-18 days old babies fighting for their life who was put in ICU. 

Modi's administration has delivered more and more oxygen to the states of India as fast as they can. The administration began to work from April to increase beds in the hospital and to build hospitals for the people who aren't getting any treatment in some of the cities which were stated by Modi. People who have lost their family members are not even allowed to see their bodies because it may affect them mentally and could pose a risk of getting infected, they aren't even able to do the rituals where they burn their loved ones after they pass away.

After hearing this news, many countries are helping India by donating medical supplies, covid vaccinations as soon as possible. Even private corporations like Microsoft and Google have sent donations and aid to India. The Biden administration and US Defense Department will be deploying supplies and support to India according to the White House and senior officials. The United Kingdom has sent medical supplies to India like oxygen and ventilators. Even their neighboring country Pakistan who both used to hate each other have announced that they will be providing the necessary medical equipment and ventilators too and many more countries are also helping India so they can get this Covid crisis to end fast. 

So we also need to hope that this will end fast and for this not to happen in our country too we need to follow what doctors have said and wear masks and gloves whenever you're going somewhere and always make your hand clean.

अहिले यो सुन्दर राष्ट्र युद्धभूमिमा परिणत भएको छ। कोलम्बियामा अपराधको सङ्ख्या निकै बढेको छ । आतङ्कवादीहरूको सङ्ख्या पनि तीव्र गतिमा बढेको छ ।  अहिले नागरिकहरू सडकमा सरकार विरुद्ध आन्दोलन गरिरहेका छन् । यसले गर्दा देशका सैनिकहरूले देशका नागरिकको हत्या गरिरहेका छन् । यति मात्रै नभई सैनिकहरूले त्यहाँका महिलाहरूलाई अभद्र व्यवहार गरेका छन् ।  याे राष्ट्र पनि म्यानमार जस्तै आन्तरिक गृहयुद्धमा रुमलिएकाे छ । एकातिर सैनिक त अर्काेतिर आतङ्कवादीहरूको चपेटामा परेका त्यहाँका जनताहरू शासकप्रति आक्राेशित छन् ।

An eight-year-old Indian named Amardeep Sada, who is also known as Amarjeet Sada is one of the youngest serial killers. Due to his criminal acts, people and local Indians were truly shocked and it was spread globally.

Amarjeet Sada killed three children between 2006 and 2007. At the age of 10, Sada had murdered three children in twelve months; and one of them was his baby sister. Sada was born in 1998, in the town of Begusarai in the state of Bihar, India. His family was very poor and no one had attended school from their family. And for some reason, Sada beat his six-year-old cousin and eight-month-old sister to death in 2006, and 2007 respectively. Kushboo, a six-month-old baby one of his uncles informed that the family were aware of the first two crimes but kept them private as "family matters" to protect Sada. But they could no longer hide his heinous actions and protect him from the consequences he has to go for his heinous actions. The villagers from there suspected Sada of the deaths of the other children in his family. Noone even the authorities was not able to believe that such a young child could kill anyone. Sada strangled Kushboo, hit her with bricks, and buried her. Investigations eventually revealed all children had been murdered by beating. After the murder of his sister, Amarjeet again murdered another infant who was six months old. The infant was the daughter of his maternal uncle.

This was the case for Sada, where he had access to the medication and treatment he needed. Sada was released in 2016 upon his eighteenth birthday, but according to reports, his whereabouts are unknown. Amarjeet was sentenced only to three years in juvenile prison as no child can be sentenced for more than that. It is said that due to his instability in mental health, he was kept in a mental institution after his sentence was served. He was diagnosed with a conduct disorder claimed to be hereditary and which led him to commit violent acts. Amarjeet Sada’s whereabouts are still not known. It is unclear if he would look forward to committing more crimes as he’d done previously. However, it is safe to assume that the case of Amarjeet Sada is one of its kind, which involved not only premeditated thought-out murders of infants but also elaborate plans to hide their bodies, so he was not caught. Amarjeet would now be over 20 years old. It is very hard to believe that such a young boy has the capacity of killing someone. Amarjeet was also unaware of what is wrong and what is right he’s no sense for it. I did not expect that he would be only sentenced for three years, I expected it to be more than three years. His first victim was just a small infant who was only eight months old, he had the urge to kill the small infant baby, it is unbelievable that he killed his own baby sister.

ROBO Sea is a controllable marine robot. It is shaped and most likely also looks like one but is an underwater surveillance camera for fishes and to have fun underwater sightings. The camera is an extreme resolution of the 4k ultra high definition camera. It was designed by a bionic expert so in addition was a bionic caudal fin instead of a normal repulsent fan. The streamlined body and an application to control the fish are also an additional feature lastly added after the first version was released.

Many people in this world have something called the moral compass. Moral compass makes us human. It is basically the ability of a human being to detect what is right and what is wrong. This ability is present in many humans. There are two aspects to human conscience; morality and the opposite of it, which is immorality. Many people in this world can differentiate between these two aspects of conscience; however there are some who can’t do that. Those people who can’t differentiate between right or wrong are what our society calls, a psychopath or a sociopath. 

Morality is very important in one’s life. Not being able to detect what’s right and wrong can lead to some bad consequences. One might get deceived by others if they can’t judge what’s right and what’s wrong or it can be vice versa. Psychopaths can’t detect right or wrong so most of them turn into criminals. Because of no ethics and morality people might disturb someone else’s life. For living a peaceful life, morality is needed. Degradation of moral values among the younger generation is at present a blazing issue. Drug abuse, School violence, sexual harassment and other similar issues are now rising. This is not only ruining one’s life but also ruining others around them. 

As technology and the world is developing with urbanization, industrialization, globalization along with minor issues here and there; the ethics and morals of people have been declining. This has brought up the crime rates. If morals and ethics are not taught; later in the future people will have no moral compass and will not be able to detect right and wrong. This will lead to many disturbances and chaos in people’s lives. 

अहिले विश्वव्यापी रूपमा कोरोना भाइरसको दोस्रो लहर फैलिरहेको छ । हाम्रो छिमेकी मुलुक भारतपछि नेपालमा पनि दोस्रो चरणको सङ्क्रमण द्रुतगतिमा बढिरहेको छ। वैशाखको अन्त्यसम्म आइपुदा दैनिक सङ्क्रमितको सङ्ख्या ८ / ९ हजार नाघिसकेको छ भने दैनिक २२५ भन्दा बढी नागरिकले ज्यान गुमाउनु परेको छ । नेपालमा १८ वर्ष माथिका मानिसले कोभिडको पहिलो चरण र ६० वर्ष माथिका मानिसले दोस्रो चरणको खोप पनि लगाइसकेका छन् । खोप लगाएका मानिस पनि पूर्णरूपमा सुरक्षित भने छैनन् ।  दैनिक परीक्षण गरिएका ४० प्रतिशत मानिसमा सङ्क्रमण देखिन थालेको छ । यो भनेको ज्यादै चिन्ताजनक अवस्था हो ।

ठिक एक वर्षअघि जतिबेला बन्दबन्दी भयो त्यति बेला त्यति बेला नेपालमा काेराेना सङ्क्रमितकाे सङ्ख्या एकदम न्युन थियाे । कोभिडका कारण गत वर्ष ज्यान गुमाउने मानिसकाे सङ्ख्या अहिलेको तुलनामा एकदम न्युन थियाे ।  नेपालमा सरकारी अस्पतालहरूमा बेड, भेन्टिलेटर, अक्सिजन र औषधी जस्ता सामग्रीहरू र डाक्टर, नर्स र अन्य स्वास्थ्यकर्मीहरूको अभावका साथै आवश्यकताअनुसारको सेवा  बिरामीले नपाएर ज्यान गुमाउनुपरेको छ।

अहिले विश्वभर फैलिरहेको भाइरसको स्वरूप म्युटेंट भैरहेको छ । विभिन्न मुलुकहरूमा फरक फरक स्वरूपका भाइरसहरू फेला परेका छन् । युके, ब्राजिलियन, साउथ अफ्रिकन जातका भाइरसहरू सबभन्दा द्रुत गतिमा फैलिने र ज्यादै हानिकारक पाइएका छन् । भने नयाँ प्रजातिको भाइरस र त्यस विरुद्धको खोपले पनि राम्ररी काम गर्न सकेको छैन।   

महामारी कम गर्न नेपाल सरकारले जेठ १३ सम्म बन्दाबन्दी गरेको छ । यो भाइरस हावाका मध्यमबाट पनि सर्ने भएकाले यो दिनप्रतिदिन बढ्दो क्रममा छ । अहिले स्वस्थ मानिसलेसमेत यो भाइरसका कारण ज्यान गुमाइरहेका छन् । त्यसैले सबै जना घरमै बसौँ,  सुरक्षित रहौँ  । विना काम घरबाहिर ननिस्कौं ।
