Everyone knows what period or menstruation means, don’t we? A period is the monthly cycle of a female which lasts up to 2 to 7 days when blood and uterus tissue leaves her body through her vagina. You know, how people react to this topic? Eww, that's a joke. That is shameful and should not be talked about, you should keep it a secret. That annoys me so much. This is really gross. She is bleeding to death. This is what most of people say. Do you know how much it hurts for a woman to hear such things during her periods? To feel unwanted, disgusting, and shameful. There are good people that help females’ periods a better experience without making her feel filthy. There are some people who make her condition worse just by insulting her. Is having a period a joke? Is it a joke to suddenly bleed for 7 days and again stop for the whole 23 days? Look, having periods is not a joke, it is a pain. For some of the females they have a severe stomach ache, headache, back pain and so many other health issues but there some of the females, they don’t feel any pain. You know, scientists have researched on this topic ‘periods’ and they have explained that having severe pain can be compared to having a heart attack and it can be more pain than of heart attack. She bears all those cramps within her and you would never know that. If a girl or women is having her period, help her to not make her feel insecure but make her feel secure and safe. Provide her a sanitary pad, consult her with positive vibes, make her feel better and if not just be there for her, you don’t necessarily have to do something to show your concern. Respect her even though she gets angry with her because it is not her fault to have mood swings during her periods, it’s all because her hormones are messed up. Periods should not be taken as a joke, it is something so much more painful than you can imagine, and that is more likely a curse for a girl to have her periods. Do understand that it is a natural process. Her vagina is a self-cleaning organ; throwing away the dirty blood and old uterine lines to make room for new ones. We girls should not be afraid of having periods and discussing it. Don’t be afraid to buy sanitary pads in public and don't be afraid to ask someone to ask for sanitary pads when you need it. Don’t listen to others' judgment. Most importantly, you need not to be afraid to say that you are having your periods to someone when someone asks you. “Having periods is not a joke.”

Titanic is a classic Hollywood movie that was released on November 18, 1997. Titanic has all of the things that you would hope to be in a summer blockbuster. Iconic lines, romance, thrill, and time travel?! In 1997 the movie Titanic was the most expensive movie ever made with a budget of $200,000,000 and was also the highest-grossing movie ever made. It was the first movie that earned 1 billion dollars in the box office. It has the record of being nominated for the most Oscars (14 nominations) and winning the most Oscars (11 wins). The movie Titanic runs at a hefty 3 hours and 14 minutes (was a very specific time because it took exactly 3 hours and 14 minutes for Titanic to sink ). People say that Jack could have survived the shipwreck if the floating rubble could have saved him which saved his girlfriend Rose. But the question is missing the point entirely. Jack had to die and Jack wanted to die because Jack was a time traveler. It sounds crazy but it’s true. Jack was a time traveler who was there on the boat to make sure that the Titanic sank.
In the 1990s a team of scientists excavating the wreckage of the Titanic which crashed 85 years before. During their search, they find a drawing of a lady named Rose wearing a necklace that contains a massive diamond named the heart of the ocean. And as luck would have it she is still alive and could tell them the story of Titanic. From there most of the rest of the movie revolves around Rose. How she boarded the ship with her rich fiance Caledon who is the worst human being. Rose was trying to get out of her miserable relationship while she decided to jump overboard to kill herself. However, as she is about to do it she is spotted by Jack. Jack is a poor third-class passenger who is only on the Titanic because he won a poker game. Jack is charming enough that it makes Rose not want to die. Rose likes Jack’s third-class parties more than her fiance's misogyny. Then the ship hits a huge iceberg and breaks in half. There aren't enough lifeboats for everybody so Rose ends up floating on a piece of debris while Jack freezes to death while swimming in ice-cold water. After that, while she blows a whistle, one of the boats hears it and picks her up. At the end of her life, she dumps the heart of the ocean back to the sea because it is supposed to symbolize her love for Jack.
So why is Jack a time traveler who was there to sink the ship? As he is freezing to death in the North Atlantic, Jack accurately predicts Rose’s fate as he says that Rose will die an old lady in her bed. Not convinced yet? How about the very first thing that Jack mentions to Rose when he discovers her dangling over the railing of the ship? He said that his dad and he went ice fishing in Lake Wissota. Remember this conversation between Jack and Rose is happening in April of 1912 and Lake Wissota is a human-made lake that was created between 1915 and 1917. It isn’t the only time it happens. He does it again when he is telling Rose about their imaginary trip in the Santa Monica Pierre's roller coaster which wasn’t in the Santa Monica Pierre until 1917. Jack was also carrying a bag called Moose Sack which wasn’t produced after 27 years of his death unless he is hopping timeline. Hold on until you say that Rose is just making Jack up after all as one of the researchers mentions that there was no record of Jack. But Rose says there shouldn’t be any records of him because Jack never purchased his own ticket which he was playing poker 15 minutes before the ship left. All the more reason that Jack is really a time traveler. Leaves no trace of his existence, gets on the ship via a fluke chance of luck right before it takes off. And if Rose was making Jack up there is no explanation about her drawing that they found in the safe.
Jack definitely did exist and he definitely is a time traveler. If you even look at the director and writer of the movie James Cameron, all of his movies are science fiction films like Aliens, Avatar, Alita Battle Angel, and the mastermind behind other time travel classics like Terminator and Terminator 2. Every movie in his filmography is sci-fi and action. But the one movie that he did that does not make sense at all is Titanic, which if you consider it a low-key sci-fi time travel movie.
So why? Why would a time traveler go back to the Titanic just to have a relationship with Rose only to die in the end and why he didn’t save the ship if he knew it was coming. If Jack didn’t save Rose and she actually jumped the Titanic would not sink considering that once her fiancee and her mother find that she is missing, they would report it to the crew and at which point the standard procedure is to turn the boat around and attempt a search and rescue. After the one-sided test series between England and India, this was the follow-up series. England and India both won one match each, with both teams chasing the score. Chasing was going to be a big factor in the third match too. Any side that could have won the toss would have surely bowled, considering the dew factor affecting the match. Dew factor has been defined as “The dew factor in cricket is the phenomenon caused due to the excessive moisture present on the cricket field which makes the ball moist and difficult to grip and control”. Because of this reason, the defending team faces difficulty when defending. Scoring runs is way easier for the chasing team. Unfortunately for India, England won the toss and decided to bowl first. This put India in a rough spot and had to walk down the horror path of defending a score which they had not succeeded in the past series played in India, and overseas.
The Indian team did not start well. The Indian team managed to score a measly 30 runs in the powerplay with the loss of three wickets, in the form of Rohit Sharma, Kl Rahul, and Ishan Kishan. Again, the pressure was up to the captain of the team, Virat Kohli. Virat had to once again rescue the team and take them out of a deep hole. Indian captain Virat and Rishab started to build the partnership but it didn’t last long as Rishab Pant returned to the pavilion scoring 25 runs. Neither could Shreyas Iyer build a partnership to help India. Till 14th over the score was 87/5 but Virat started to hit the boundaries. He started to hit raining sixes and fours and he was batting brutally. And he brought his 27th half-century, with a flick down to the mid-wicket. After WT0 2016 Virat scored consecutive fifties in a T20 series. After that Hardik and Virat formed a formidable partnership that took India to a respectable total of 156 with the loss of 6 wickets, which concluded the first innings. It was pretty much England's game to lose. The dew factor was in the favor of the Englishmen. England did not get off to a flying start because Jason Roy got out cheaply, but with the batting lineup of that, it was a walk in the park for England. Butler counter-attacked and raised his fifty pretty fast, after the wicket of Roy. Malan and Butler were able to form a partnership but it was broken down by Washington Sundar. The score at this point was 81/2 requiring 76 runs to win, with a lot of balls to spare for the English side. Butler went on smashing the Indian bowlers with a little help from Johnny Bairstow.

And Perera has done it!! edged past the keeper, to the third person boundary for four, Srilanka scripts an unthinkable victory and a series win for ages, magical Perera wins it for them - echoes in-ear of every Srilankan and a cricket fan remembering the blinder played by Kusal Janith Perera in the 1st Test 2018/19 at Kingsmead, Durban against South Africa.
A full-fledged South African team was ready for yet another series win in their backyard playing against a Srilankan team with the lack of both experience and skills. No one would have ever believed that an Asian team and that too, Srilanka was going to get a series victory in South Africa until then, but after the 1st Test Match, the scenario completely changed. For a change in history, something special is required from someone, that test saw Kusal Perera stood and do something special. A 1st innings lead of 44 and a handy 2nd innings score of 258 saw South Africa in a comfortable position to win that test match. The target of 304 was unthinkable to be chased against a high-quality pace attack of South Africa consisting of Rabada, Philander, Steyn, and with the pitch breathing fire on day 5. As expected, Srilanka lost their 9 wickets for just 226, with Kusal Perera still fighting with 86 not out, Vishwa Fernando the last man stepped in when Srilanka still required 78 runs to win. South African pacers had already smelled their victory after the fall of the 8th wicket, but they were to witness a masterclass that they never expected. Vishwa Fernando’s job was to survive and just give the strike to Perera, who might slog a few and get his 100. Perera and Vishwa played carefully until Perera reached 100. The careful tactics were not going to work because with only a wicket left and so much time in the test, it was impossible to play for a draw. However, Perera decided to attack, he got his rhythm back by hitting a ball of Duane Olivier’s for a six. Then, there was carnage in Kingsmead. SIX!! of Steyn, SIX!! of Rabada, SIX!! of Maharaj. Perera was tearing South African bowlers apart. The South African team was frustrated, FAF’s men couldn’t believe what was in front of them. However, some decisions were going in the favour of Srilanka. But as they say, fortune favors the brave. The total for Srilanka seemed less and less after every delivery. From 78, it came down to 30, and then to 20, and then 10. The test match added more spice to it when Fernando was given not out in the ball of Rabada, and which the South African team opted not to review, which was out. It came down to 4 runs and the man of the moment Perera was not out on 149. Rabada was the bowler to have been involved in the making of history but on the wrong side. That ball went to four just wide of the keeper and Srilanka went on to win the 1st test 1-0 with an unassailable lead of 1-0 in the series. Because of Perera, this was only the third time a 300-plus total has been chased at Kingsmead and only the second time that has happened since the turn of the millennium.
Perera's innings secured 897.2 rating points, which is about 30 points more than the previous top innings, Graham Gooch's 154 at Headingley in 1991 against the West Indies to put him into the top spot of Golden Willow 25 (GW 25) table of top batting performances.

हाम्रा धर्म संस्कार र संस्कृतिले पनि समाजसेवा गर्नुपर्छ भन्ने संस्कार सिकाएका छन् । हाम्रा धर्मग्रन्थ आदिले पनि समाजसेवामा लाग्न प्रेरणा दिएका छन् । राम, कृष्ण , बुद्ध , येसु ,पैगम्बर सबैले हामीलाई अरूमाथि दया माया गरी रोगी दिनदु:खी माथि सेवा गर भन्ने शिक्षा दिएका छन् । त्यस्तै मदरटेरेसा , फ्लोरेन्स नाइटिङ्गेल , स्वामी विवेकानन्द जयपृथ्वीबहादुर सिंह , बालगुरु षडानन्द आदिले पनि समाजसेवामा लाग्न प्रेरणा दिएका छन् ।
हामीले चाहेमा समाजमा रहेका दीनदुःखीको सेवा गर्न सक्छौँ । प्रत्येक समाजमा रहेका त्यस्ता व्यक्तिका लागि थोरै चन्दा सङ्कलन गर्ने भने वा कुनै संस्थासँग हातेमालो गर्ने हो भने ती सबै असहायहरूले सहयोग पाउँछन् । त्यस्ता असहायहरूलाई हामीले शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्यलगायत आवश्यकताअनुसार सहयोग गर्न सक्छौँ । समाज सेवाले हाम्रो जीवनमा ठुलो सन्तुष्टि प्राप्त हुन्छ । समाजसेवामा लागेका मानिसलाई सबैले आदर सम्मान पनि गर्छन्।
समाजमा कैयौँ मानिस रोगी, असशक्त र लुलालङ्गडा भई जीवन बिताइरहेका छन् । कतिपय मानिस खानलाउन नपाएर, बस्न नपाएर ,छटपटाइरहेका छन् । कतिपय मानिस प्राकृतिक विपत्तिमा परेर बिचल्ली बनेका छन् । यस्तो अवस्थामा हामीले आफूले सकेको सहयोग गर्नु मानवीय धर्म पनि हो । समाजमा अरूको सेवा गर्ने मानिसले नै खास सुखशान्ति प्राप्त गर्दछ । अरूको दु:खमा साथ दिने मानिसलाई ईश्वरले पनि शिरमा राख्छन् भन्ने भनाइ पनि हामी सबैका लागि उपयोगी छ ।
Kill all men is a hyperbole term used as a protest by women against sexual, domestic abusers. It is a protest that got trending first on Twitter in mid of 2020 by victimized women of patriarchy and the abusive living environment created to them by men. Even though it started as a protest to remove toxic masculinity and end patriarchy, the phrase itself has brought a huge controversy in the world as males and females refer to it literally and use it as misandry.
I believe the term itself doesn’t harm any males and it never meant for it. For centuries-long oppression faced by women of all sorts in all means, men should not be offended by it. Even in today’s world girls are abused and are not given proper attention. There are men who rape young girls even of the age of 6 and 7 and kill them brutally, there are men who physically and mentally abuse their women, there have been cases of women being victim rape and sexual abuse by their own relatives, cousins, brothers, and even fathers. And many times their voices and pain are unheard and unnoticed. They spent their whole life being prey for those men. And in this context, stating to kill all men for their justice and voices to be heard is not an offendable act. It is a bold statement that speaks for world equality and equal position in society for all genders.
However, even though this protest was meant for good and world peace there are some pseudo-feminists who use the term literally to attack all men in any situation. they‘ve been using the term attacking and use it to define men. Which in all means is a wrong thing to do. Also how many media reports have been showing it is also wrong. The media often portrays this term as something that normalizes violence against men and there have been cases where protesters brought up the term “Kill all women '' not understanding the meaning and irony of the original phrase and these people have been encouraging males to believe so. Kill all men is a slogan that originated after years of anger felt in women due to oppression and violence while killing all women is after women started asking for their rights. Also, women have always had a minor role in society, they are always kept under males which is why being suppressed is a norm. While males on the other hand being abused are less of a problem the world faces. This obviously does not mean men are not being abused and their voices should not be heard. There are clear differences and gaps between the two terms.
Our society is in desperate need of social progress. And all this word emphasizes is for that. It stands for women being equal to men in an ironic way by mocking toxic masculinity and patriarchal society. It is created with the concept of bringing discomfort in men which may lead to them working together with women to bring equality. It is a plea to end their traumas and disturbing experiences and end the world which mostly belongs only to men. And men should understand this phrase is not something that means to shed blood from the men’s body. And if there are people who are offended by the term, they should work on bringing equality and treating women with respect rather than protesting against it and try to bring women down even more.
समाजको हितका लागि नि:स्वार्थ रूपमा काम गर्नु नै समाजसेवा हो । समाजसेवा नि:स्वार्थ रूपमा काम गर्नुपर्ने भएकाले यो एकदमै स्वच्छ एवम् पवित्र कार्य हो । मानव कल्याणका लागि र सामाजिक उद्देश्य पूर्तिका लागि गरिने कामलाई समाजसेवा भन्न सकिन्छ ।
हाम्रो देशमा समाजसेवीहरूको धेरै खाँचो छ । देशका आदिभन्दा बढी जनसङ्ख्या आर्थिक रूपमा कमजोर छन् । बालबालिकाहरूलाई पनि सानाे कक्षादेखि समस्या समाधान गर्न सिकाउनुपर्छ । समाजसेवाबारे जानकारी दिँदै समाजसेवामा लाग्न प्रेरणा दिनुपर्छ । समाजसेवामा आबद्ध हुन विद्यालयतहदेखि नै सिकाउनुपर्छ । नेपालमा समाजसेवामा समर्पित विभिन्न व्यक्ति तथा संस्थाहरू छन् । महावीर पुन (राष्ट्रिय आविष्कार केन्द्र ), अनुराधा कोइराला (माइती नेपाल), नेपाल रेडक्रस, नेपाल स्काउट तथा विभिन्न बालगृह र वृद्धाश्रम समाजसेवाका उदाहरणहरू हुन् । समाजसेवाको मूल उद्देश्य नै अरूलाई सहयोग गर्नु हो । राष्ट्रका जनता आर्थिक अनि शारीरिक रूपमा मजबुत भए भने राष्ट्र आफैँ मजबुत हुन्छ । समाजसेवामा गर्दा आफूलाई आर्थिक लाभ नभए पनि आत्मसन्तुष्टि हुन्छ । मानव जीवन भनेकै अरूको भलाइका लागि जीवन समर्पण गर्न सक्नु हो ।
As we all know that education is one of the basic needs of humans. Education means to receive or to learn new things. In easy words, we say that education is learning new things or the process of learning different knowledge. The process of teaching or learning, especially in a school or college, or the knowledge that you get (according to Cambridge English Dictionary). Education is one of the important things in our lives. In every sector we need education. To be a doctor we need to study. To become an engineer we need to study. In today's world to become a politician we also need education. To achieve anything in life we need education. Proper education has been a concern in today's world. We can see that many people have achieved high-level posts because of education. To know what is right and wrong we need education. Education in today's world is very important because even to get a small post job we need to pass grade 12. To get admitted to any college we need to have good grades at our school level. Talking about Nepal, it still doesn’t have an appropriate education system. At government schools or public schools, there is not a proper system of teaching. Students do not get the right knowledge which leads them to the wrong path. Many public schools do not teach students what is appropriate for the student. We often hear that the school spoiled my child. That is because the school does not give the student the right knowledge which is misleading. Even if we know what is right, still the answer or solution given by the teacher misleads us. In Nepal, we need a proper system. We see in other countries that their education system is very nice. In fact, public schools are better than private schools in other countries. Nepal needs leaders who know or understand the value. The education system does not mean that we only need good teachers. We also need a nice and clean school with all facilities. By facility I mean that school should provide more knowledge than the course, there should be a library and many more things which a school should have.
Now, let's talk about students. What do we mean by the student? Everyone is a student. We learn many things in our daily life. Learning things by someone is called being a student. We can also say that the person who is gaining knowledge. We all are students. A lawyer might learn something new from his opponent. Even s/he is a student. A doctor’s education never ends because the doctor learns many things new. Talking about a student who is studying at school or at college. Students should never be dependent on teachers. Even if the system is misleading us then we should know what is right and what is wrong for us. Every student has weak and strong points. We should never compare any student with others. That is one of the worst education systems we have. A student needs to learn not only from the teacher but also from the mistake which s/he has made.
At last, I would say that the education system of Nepal should be developed. Even students have a major role in that. We can develop the system and make education even better. Students first should value education. Nepal's education system will be better in the near future. Like other countries, the public school will be better than the private.
