Michael was a very intelligent student who studied in Grade 9.Although he was very good at his studies his family was very poor.They couldn't afford paying the school bills but seeing Michael’s interest in his studies his parents worked twice as much for him.Jake also used to study in the same school and was in the same school.Jake was very bad at his studies but he was from a very rich family. In Fact Michael’s parents worked for Jake’s father. Jake’s father was a government officer. His father’s post in the government was high. Jake always used to brag about how rich he was. Jake’s family members didn't care about Jake’s academics. His father was a very busy man and so was his mother.

Jake used to bully many students, especially Michael, because he was very poor. But Michael always used polite words and respected Jake.Jake used to make Michael do his assignments but Michael used to see this as an opportunity to study more.Because he always used to do two assignments he had more practice and used to remember everything.

One day Jake didn’t come to school. After the school ended Michael was returning home and saw Jake crying on the way back home. Michael was a kind hearted person so he couldn’t leave his friend alone. He went there and asked Jake what happened and Jake said that his father was arrested for corruption. It turns out that his father was a very corrupt person. Jake also shared with Michael that he always wanted to study but none of his family members were there for him.Michael decided to help Jake. He takes Jake to his house as his father's house was sealed by the government. Michael’s parents also welcomed Jake warm heartedly. Jake was very surprised because the kid who he used to bully is letting him stay at his house and Jake was very grateful for it.

Michael starts helping Jake out in his studies. Jake always used to understand very quickly. Jake starts working very hard. Michael and Jake became very good friends. Jake’s parents were sent to jail for 20 years. Michael’s parents often used to take Jake to visit his parents. In the future both Michael and Jake become successful professionally.
 

समलिङ्गी सम्बन्ध भन्नाले उस्तै लिङ्ग दुई व्यक्तिबिच स्थापित यौनसम्बन्ध हो। यो कुनै रोग होइन। समलिङ्गी यौनसम्बन्ध एउटा प्रवृत्ति हो, जुन अल्पसङ्ख्यक व्यक्तिमा हुन्छ। यो जिनको प्रभावबाट हुन्छ भन्ने तथ्य पनि वैज्ञानिक अनुसन्धानबाट प्रमाणित भएकाे छ ।
सामान्यतया समलिङ्गी सम्बन्ध दुई किसिमका हुन्छन् – ः जन्मजात र व्यवहारिक वा पछि सिकेर । जन्मजात समलिङ्गीहरू शारीरिक रूपमा पुरुष वा स्त्रीजस्ता देखिए पनि भावनात्मक वा मनोवैज्ञानिक रूपमा ठिक उल्टो आचरण गर्छन् । यसको कारण वंशाणु  हुन्छ। उनीहरू आफ्नै लिङ्गका मान्छेसँग यौनमात्र होइन, भावनात्मक रूपमा पनि आकर्षित हुन्छन् । समाज वा परिवारबाट उनीहरूलाई जतिसुकै यो प्रवृत्तिबाट मुक्त हुन दबाब आए पनि यसबाट मुक्त हुन सक्दैनन्। उनीहरू आफ्नो इच्छा वा रहरले यस्तो भएका पनि हुँदैनन् । अर्को अर्थमा उनीहरूको सृष्टि नै यसै रूपमा भएको हुन्छ।
जो यर्थाथमा समलिङ्गी हुन्छन्, उनीहरूले त्यसै रूपमा बाँच्न पाउनुपर्छ। उनीहरू अल्पसङ्ख्यक यौनव्यवहार गर्ने व्यक्ति हुन् । विचलित वा रोगी होइनन् भन्ने तथ्य हाल विश्वव्यापी रूपमा स्वीकार भइरहेको छ । युराेप अमेरिकाका क्यानडालगायतका  केही देशहरूमा यस्ता व्यक्तिलाई विवाह गर्ने कानुनी अधिकार पनि प्राप्त छ । उनीहरूलाई आफ्नै चाहनाअनुसार बस्न दिनुपर्छ र समाजबाट टाढा राख्नु हुँदैन।
नेपालको सन्दर्भमा भने समलिङ्गी विवाहलाई अझै पनि कानुनी रूपमा मान्यता दिइएको छैन । यसले गर्दा नेपालमा भएका समलिङ्गीहरू समस्यामा  छन्  । न त उनीहरू समाजमा खुल्न सकेका छन् । समलिङ्गी हुनु भनेको कुनै अपराध होइन । आफ्नाे चाहनाअनुसार बाँच्न पाउनु सबैकाे अधिकार हाे ।  
 

भानुभक्त आचार्यको जन्म तनहुँको चुँदी रम्घामा विक्रम सम्वत् १८७१ असार २९ गते भएको थियो । उनले नेपाली भाषासाहित्यमा महत्त्वपूर्ण याेगदान दिएका छन् । भानुभक्तका 'रामायण' भक्तमाला, वधूशिक्षा,प्रश्नोत्तर  र रामगीताका साथै फुटकर कविताहरू पनि  प्रकाशित छन् ।

पृथ्वीनारायण शाहले जसरी सिङ्गो नेपाल बनाए त्यसरी भानुभक्त आचार्यले पनि नेपाली  साहित्यमा 'रामायण' लेखेर नेपाली भाषालाई सिङ्गो बनाए । नेपाली साहित्यमा आदिकवि भनेर चिनाउने काम भने मोतीराम भट्टले गरे। यिनको 'रामायण'   महाकाव्य संस्कृत भाषाबाट नेपाली भाषामा अनुवाद भए पनि नेपाली भाषाको यो नै पहिलो महाकाव्य हो।  भानुभक्त आचार्यभन्दा पहिलेका कविले नेपाली भाषासाहित्यलाई यति सहज, सरल र मौलिक रूपबाट प्रस्तुत गर्न सकेका थिएनन् । त्यसैले भानुभक्तको  ‘रामायण'लाई नै नेपाली भाषासाहित्यको पहिलो महाकाव्य भनियो र यो सबै माझ लोकप्रिय पनि भयो। 

भानुभक्त आचार्यले साहित्य सिर्जना गर्ने प्रेरणा भने घाँसीबाट पाएका थिए । घाँसीले घाँस काटेर बेच्ने अनि त्यस पैसाले कुवा खन्ने सुनाएपछि भानुभक्तले पनि साहित्य रचना गरेका थिए भन्ने किम्वदन्ती छ । भानुभक्त आचार्य आशु कवि थिए । उनी एकदिन आफ्ना साथी तारापतिका घरमा बास बस्न जाँदा साथीकी श्रीमती र बुहारी झगडा गरेको सुनेर वधूशिक्षा खण्डकाव्य लेखेर आफू घर जाने समयमा आफ्ना साथीलाई दिएर गए । नेपाली भाषासाहित्यमा महत्त्वपूर्ण योगदान दिएका भानुभक्त आचार्यले नेपाली भाषा साहित्यको जग बसाल्ने काम गरेकाले उनी नेपाली साहित्यका आदिकवि हुन्। 

In 1967 the Soviet Scientists came up with a space mission.It was during when space race had gained popularity.They planned to send two Spacecrafts Soyuz 1 and Soyuz 2 in space.Soyuz 1 was supposed to be operated by Vladimir kamorav and Soyuz 2 by two other cosmonauts..They were meant to exchange crewmates in space with the help of a vehicle activity.The main objective was to help in lunar expeditions in the future.

Vladimir Kamorav was a Soviet Cosmonaut. He was one of the most skilled Cosmonauts back at that time. That is the reason why he was selected as the solo pilot of Soyuz 1. Yuri Gagarin; First human to go in space  was his back up. Before the take off Soyuz was examined by a team. They found a lot of problems in Soyuz 1. Knowing the risk, the Soviets didn’t postpone or cancel the plan. Despite this Kamarov still decided to go on this mission because if he would deny Gagarin one of his closest friends was supposed to go on this mission. According to his friends he said that he wouldn’t make it back this time .On 23rd April 1967 Soyuz 1 was launched. The launch was a success. The success of this launch made Kamarov the first human to go to a space mission twice. Soyuz 2 was still on the earth as it was supposed to take off the next day. Soon after that problems started showing in the spacecraft. The antennas were not being opened and the solar panels started showing problems as well. There were many more problems arising in the craft. Soon after getting the message from Kamarov, Soviets cancelled the launch of Soyuz 2 and planned to make Kamorav’s mission a success and make him enter space without losing his life. According to some translators he was raged in anger and screaming “Heat is rising”. Soon after 18th orbit heat level was rising .He then decided to make a landing. As his solar panels were destroyed, landing and operating the craft became difficult. Then, his craft began to rotate continuously.He tried to land the spacecraft but the spacecraft fell to the earth at an incredible speed. His parachute system failed as well. Soyuz 1 then crashed into the earth at full speed.Komarov's body was completely burned. Soon Soviet Air force arrived and found the metal pieces of the craft.

Kamorav had his funeral in Moscow. He was also awarded with his second order of lenin and the award of Hero of the Soviet. After this incident Soviets were criticized by the media and government for knowingly sending Kamorav in a spacecraft which had more than 200 defaults. Yuri Gagarin as well had strongly criticized Soviets in an interview.We can see many carelessnesses of Soviets from the very beginning. There have been many more accidents of Soviets in the history of space missions.

Haikyuu, originally a manga series written by Haruichi Furudate (a manga artist) was adopted as an anime television series in April 2014 by Production IG.
The plot revolves around the main protagonist Shoyo Hinata, a junior-high school student who finds an amazing passion for volleyball despite his small height after seeing an official National match of a powerhouse school Karasuno Interhigh. Shoyo sees a very determined wing spiker of Karasuno with a nickname ‘Little giant’ who lives up to his name and gives a hard time to his opponents in the volleyball match. Despite his inexperience in volleyball, Shoyo joins his school’s men's volleyball club only to find him alone. He spends 2 years gathering his team, practicing and asking his friends from other clubs so he could join a tournament when unfortunately he experiences an utter defeat by another powerhouse ‘Kitagawa Daiichi’ that included Tobio Kageyama a genius setter with a famous nickname ‘King of the court’ for his tyrant but brilliant play style. After the utter defeat, Shoyo Hinata vows to hone his skills better and crush Kageyama’s team the next time they play. Some time passes by when Shoyo joins his dream school Karasuno, the school where his idol ‘little giant’ played only to find Kageyama joining the same school which made them the same team. Developing the feeling of rivalry both Hinata and Kageyama start playing for Karasuno which had gained its nickname ‘fallen crows’ as the school had gradually started decreasing in the number of wins after the era of the little giant. Alongside Hinata and Kageyama other skilled players join the team with their experienced seniors gradually starting to defeat powerhouse schools like Aoba johsai, shiratorizawa and making a name for their school and making it to the nationals once again.
I recommend people to watch this anime as it has great animation with lots of emotions and determination of the players that get the watcher hooked from the start.

मानिसको शरीरले गर्ने विभिन्न क्रियाकलाप उसको स्वास्थ्यसँग सम्बन्धित हुन्छन् । मानव स्वास्थ्य स्वस्थ भएन भने मानिसले कुनै पनि  कार्य राम्ररी गर्न सक्दैन । त्यसैले मानव स्वास्थ्यलाई जीवनको पहिलो धन भनिएको छ । हामी आफ्नो स्वास्थ्यप्रति सचेत हुनुपर्छ । हामीले आफ्नो खानपानदेखि लिएर हाम्रा खराब आचरण सुधारका साथै दैनिक व्यायाम, शारीरिक श्रम गरी स्वास्थ्य सुधार गर्नुपर्छ । 
कतिपय मानिसहरू स्वास्थ्यप्रति सचेत नभई विभिन्न किसिमका लागुपदार्थ सेवन गरिरहेका हुन्छन् । कति मानिसहरू आनन्द र रमाइलो भन्दै धुम्रपान, मध्यपान गरिरहेका हुन्छन् । यस्ता नशालु पदार्थले हाम्रो स्वास्थ्यमा कस्तो नकारात्मक असर गर्छ भन्ने कुरा उनीहर बुझेर पनि नबुझे जस्तो गर्छन् । यस्ता किसिमका पदार्थले हाम्रो मस्तिष्कलाई लट्ठ बनाउँछन् । त्यस्तो पदार्थलाई लागूपदार्थ भनिन्छ भने त्यही पदार्थको खराब लतलाई दुव्यर्सन भनिन्छ । यस्ता लागू पदार्थको लतले मानव स्वास्थ्यमा गम्भीर असर पार्छ ।   हाम्रो मनमष्तिस्क निष्क्रिय हुन्छ । यसरी मानिस अनौठो विकृतिको खाडलमा भासिन पुग्छ । यसरी मानिसले आफ्नो स्वास्थ्य बिगार्दै गइरहेका हुन्छन् । खराब स्वास्थ्य हुनु भनेको मानिसका सोचाइ पनि खराब हुनु हो । खराब सोचाइले मानिसले जीवनमा कहिल्यै प्रगति गर्न सक्दैन । अस्वस्थ्य मानिस आफ्नै परिवारको पनि बोझ भएर बाँच्नुपर्छ। एकातिर आफ्नै परिवारको बोझ हुनु र अर्कोतिर रोगी शरीर लिएर  बाँच्नु भनेको आफैँले आफैँलाई धिक्कार्नु हो । 
हामी सबै आफ्नो स्वास्थ्यप्रति सचेत हुनैपर्छ । कहिलेकाहीँ हामी थाह नपाइकन पनि अस्वस्थ हुन पुग्छौँ । त्यसैले बेलाबेलामा हामीले आफ्नो स्वास्थ्य जाँच गराउनुपर्छ । कतिपय कहिल्यै निको नहुने खालका रोग लाग्न सक्छन् । यस्तो अवस्थामा डाक्टरसँग स्वास्थ्य जाँच गराएर नियमित औषधी सेवन गर्नुपर्छ । सकारात्मक सोचाइ राख्नुपर्छ । सकारात्मक सोचाइले ऊर्जा प्राप्त हुनुका साथै धेरै रोगहरू निको हुन्छन् । तसर्थ स्वास्थ्य राम्रो भयो भने हाम्रो जीवन राम्रो हुन्छ । 
 

The illegal act of misusing power, personal benefit, etc is known as corruption. Corruption is one of the most serious problems of a developing country. It has a bad impact on the country.  In our country Nepal many ministers take money to do the work of the people. They only think about their own benefit, not about the bad impacts it has on the country. Corruption generates and creates social conflict, problems, inequality, and many more bad things. Every year Transparency International has been publishing CPI which means the Corruption Perception Index of the whole world. The CPI index starts from 0 to 100. 0 means that the country is highly corrupted and 100 means that the country is not even corrupted and is very clean. The latest CPI index shows that the cleanest countries of 2020 are New Zealand and Denmark with an index score of 88. Then there is Finland, Switzerland, Singapore and Sweden with an index score of 85. Our country Nepal is ranked 117 with an index score of 33 which is very bad news for our country to be this much corrupted. In the Corruption Perception Index the most corrupt country is written Somalia with the index score of 12. Some of the causes of corruption are: Cheating in paying taxes, Lack of feeling of nationality, Lack of punishment to the people who corrupt, political power, Lack of awareness to the people,etc and many others. Some of the effects of corruption are it will make the citizens poor and politicians rich.It hampers the rules and regulations of a country, etc and affects a country in many other ways too. 

To make our country free from corruption, first of all we need to make an awareness program for the people who don't even know what corruption is. We need to empower all the organizations and offices who are working against corruption. We need to make our security and law more strict so that if someone sees people doing corruption, call the police and immediately put them into jail and take them to court. If we all support each other and fight for corruption it will eventually lead to the better development of the country and make the country free from all the dark things which will make the country bad. So, I am trying to spread the message that if you see anyone doing corruption in anything just call the police and let them handle them and make our country free from corruption.

अमुल्य उपहार कथामा राजन, सङ्गीता र सबिन दाजु बहिनी हुन्छन् र उनीहरूको आमाको जन्मदिन आउन लागेको हुन्छ । उनीहरूले पैसा जम्मा गरेर आमालाई उपहारहरू ल्याई दिन्छन् । राजनले घडी दिन्छ । सङ्गीताले पुस्तक दिन्छे भने सबिनले मिठाई किनेर दिन्छ । आफ्नी आमालाई जन्म दिनमा उपहारहरू दिएर चकित पार्छन् । सबै उपहारमध्ये आमालाई सङ्गीताले दिएको पुस्तक अमुल्य लाग्छ किनभने उनका अनुसार  किताब पुरानो भयो अथवा चोरी भयो भने पनि किताबले दिएको ज्ञान भने पनि काम दिइरहन्छ जुन कसैले पनि चोर्न सक्दैन ।     

‘परिश्रम नै तपस्या’
परिश्रम नै तपस्या कथामा जानश्रुति नाम गरेका एक राजा थिए । उनले आफ्नो राज्यमा कोही भोका नरहून् भनेर राज्यभर सार्वजनिक भोजन घर खोलेका थिए । एकदिन ॠषि रैक्व त्यहाँ गोरुगाडा चलाउँदै हुन्छन् । जब  भोजन घरको एउटा कर्मचारीले उनलाई खाना खाएर, दक्षिणा लिएर मात्र जान दिने कुरा भन्छ तब उनले परिश्रम बिनाको खाना खानुहुँदैन भनेर त्यो प्रस्ताव अस्वीकार गर्छन्। यो कुरा राजाले थाह पाउँछन् । उनी ॠषिलाई भेट्न उपहार लिएर निस्कन्छन् । ॠषि रैक्वलाई गुरुकुल र आश्रम कतै पनि नभेटेपछि राजा अर्को बाटो भएर घर फर्कन्छन् । बाटोमा एक सुन्दर बगैँचामा ॠषिले काम गरेको देख्छन् र आफ्नो उपहार दिन्छन् तर ॠषिले अस्वीकार गर्छन् । उनले राजालाई भोजन घरको कर्मचारीलाई भनेको कुरा फेरि दोहोऱ्याछन् र  ती ॠषिका कुराले राजामा ठुलो प्रभाव पार्छ र त्यसपछि उनले राज्यभरिको अपाङ्ग, अशक्त, बिरामी र कोही नभएका मनिहरूका लागि धर्मशाला खोलिदिन्छन् । परिश्रम गरेर खान नसक्ने बुढापाकालाई खानपिन र औषधी उपचार पाउने नि:शुल्क व्यवस्था मिलाइदिन्छन् र  राजाले गरेको नयाँ व्यवस्था सबैलाई मनपर्छ ।
 सडकको महत्त्व
‘सडकको महत्त्व’ शीर्षक कथामा सगुनको घर सहरभन्दा दुई किलोमिटर पूर्व थियो । घर अगाडि सुन्दर बगैँचा पनि थियो । सडक निर्माण हुन लागेको कारण सगुनको घरको बगैँचा र पर्खाललाई भत्काउनु पऱ्याे । सगुनका  आमाबुबा सरकारसँग राजी भए र सरकारलाई सहयोग गर्न आफ्नो बगैँचा र पर्खाल आफै भत्काउने थाले । उनीहरूले २ जनालाई पर्खाल र बगैँचा भत्काउन लगाए।  एक मानिसले बगैँचा र पर्खाल भत्काउँदा बिरुवा र ईंटाको जतन गरेकाले त्यो मानिसलाई एकसय रुपियाँ धेरै दिए र आफ्नो छोरो सगुनलाई मेहेनत गरेको मानिसले फल प्राप्त गर्छ भन्ने कुरा सिकाए। 
सबैभन्दा महङ्गो ढुङ्गा 
‘सबैभन्दा महङ्गो ढुङ्गा' शीर्षक कथामा एउटा धनाढ्य धाक देखाउने स्वभावको किसान थियो । ऊसँग  बहुमूल्य पत्थरहरू थिए । ऊ ती पत्थरहरू गाउँलेहरूलाई देखाउदै धाक देखाउँथ्याे। त्यही गाउँमा एउटा बुद्धिमान्  बुढा किसान थिए। बुढा  किसान गाउँमा हिँड्दै गर्दा एउटा बुढी आमाले जाँतोमा अन्नका दाना पिँधेर आफ्नो जीवन चलाएको देखेपछि उनले धनी किसानलाई उनीसँग भएकाेभन्दा उनकै छिमेकीसँग अमूल्य पत्थर छ भन्दै उनलाई बुढीआमाको घरमा लगे र बुढीआमाले चलाउँदै गरेको जाँतोलाई देखाउँदै त्यही बहुमूल्य पत्थर हो भने तर त्यो कुरा सुन्दा धनी किसान हाँसे । त्यसपछि बुढा किसानले जुन वस्तु कसैको काममा आउँदैन त्यो वस्तुको मूल्य हुँदैन भने। बुढाले धनी किसानलाई बुझाउन आमाको जाँतोको उदाहरण दिए र त्यसपछि धनी किसानले आफ्ना पत्थरहरू बेचेर एक विद्यालय खोल्ने विचार गऱ्याे ।
निष्कर्ष:
यस कथा सङ्ग्रहका हरेक कथाले केही न केही शिक्षा दिएका छन् । किताब अमूल्य चिज हो र किताब पुरानो भयो अथवा चोरी भयो भने पनि किताबले दिएको ज्ञान भने पनि काम दिइरहन्छ र कसैले पनि चोर्न सक्दैन । हामीले परिश्रम नगरीकन  सित्तैमा खाने बानी गर्नु हुँदैन । परिश्रम नगरी फल प्राप्त हुँदैन र प्ररिश्रम गरेन भने मानिस अल्छी हुन थाल्छ । बिरामी, अशक्त, अपाङ्ग, गरिबहरूको सेवा गर्नु धर्म हो । सबैले परिश्रम गर्न सिक्नुपर्छ  भन्ने सन्देश यस कथा सङ्ग्रहका कथाहरूले दिएका छन् । यस्तै जीवनोपयोगी शिक्षाहरू यस कथा सङ्ग्रहबाट प्राप्त गर्न सकिन्छ। सङ्ग्रहित प्रत्येक कथामा नयाँ विषयवस्तुकाे उठान र पाठकलाई आकर्षित गर्न सक्ने कथावस्तुको सिर्जनाले कथाहरू थप उत्कृष्ट बन्न पुगेका छन् ।

कुनै पनि तथ्यगत प्रमाणविना परम्परादेखि आँखा चिम्लेर गरिँदै आएकाे विश्वासलाई नै अन्धविश्वास भनिन्छ । अर्काे अर्थमा भन्ने हाे भने अन्धविश्वासहरू परमम्परादेखि  प्राचिलित विश्वासहरू हुन् । यस्ता अन्धविश्वासहरूले नेपाली समाजमा सदियाैँदेखि जरा गाडेर बसेका छन् ।  लिङ्गका आधारमा गरिने भेदभाव, जातीय विभेद,  छुवाछुत प्रथा, छाउपडी प्रथा,  बाेक्सी प्रथा, दाइजाे प्रथा, कुमारी प्रथा, देउकी प्रथाजस्ता प्रथाहरूले नेपाली  समाजलाई राेगी बनाएका छन् ।
हामी अहिले २१ औँ शताब्दीमा छौँ । अहिलेको २१ औँ शताब्दीमा पनि  हामी  परम्परादेखि चलेका संस्कार भनेर आँखा चिम्लिर  मान्दै आएका छौँ । पहिले र अहिलेको समयलाई तुलना गर्ने हो  भने देशमा साक्षरता दर प्रत्येक वर्ष बढ्दो छ । तर मानिसको चेतनास्तर भने जहाँको तहीँ छ । अहिले पनि कैयौँ महिलाहरू दाइजो नल्याएको निहुँमा मारिएका छन् । विहेमा दाइजो दिनै  पर्छ भन्ने एक किसिमको बाध्यता र अन्धविश्वास किन शिक्षित मानिसमासमेत हट्न सकेको छैनहोला  ? यस्तै धर्मका नाममा देउकी र कुमारी प्रथाले ती बालिकाको कलिलो मष्तिस्कमा कस्तो असर पर्छहोला । बोक्सीको नाममा कैयौँ महिलालाई गरेको अमानवीय व्यवहारले तिनीहरूको मनोविज्ञानमा कस्तो असर पर्छहोला ? पक्कै पनि नकारात्मक असर पर्छ । 
हाम्रो जस्तो अल्प विकिसित देशमा यस्ता अन्धविश्वासकै कारण मानिसको मष्तिस्कको  पनि विकाश नभएको पो हो कि ? अन्धविश्वास मानवजातिको सबैभन्दा ठुलो शत्रु हो । जसले मानवलाई सखाप पार्छ । मानवलाई सखाप पार्ने अन्धविश्वासलाई हामीले पहिले नै सखाप पार्न सकेनौँ   भने  हामी  कहिल्यै  माथि  उठ्न  सक्दैनौँ  । त्यसैले  यसलाई  हामीले  हाम्रो  समाजबाट  मात्र  होइन  देशबाटै  हटाउनु  जरुरी  छ  । 

Do you know what black fungus is? Do you know what exactly is mucormycosis? Mucormycosis (Black Fungus) is spreading all over the world. If you get infected, there is only a 50% chance of survival. The formal name of Black Fungus is Mucormycosis. The fungus infection happened before as well and it is happening now as well. It belongs to the Mucorales family. This type of fungus can be found everywhere. In soil, decaying fruit, vegetables, non decaying vegetables, fruits and in the environment. This infection does not cause trouble to the normal conditions and healthy people. But whenever it gets an opportunity it attacks and infects people. 

They get the opportunity when the people's immune system is weak. Mucorales  fungus is found everywhere in the environment. If it gets inside your body and you are a healthy person it doesn't infect you. There will be no problem. In fact you wouldn't know that fungus is in your body. But your immune system is weak and it may infect you. There are many ways that fungus can enter your body. First is air, when you breathe there may be many spores of fungus in air which may infect your lungs. The second way is food. If the food is decaying there will be a fungus in it, when you eat that food it may reach your stomach and cause infection. There are many ways to enter fungus in your body. But the common way is air. 

The main and first body part which is infected by mucormycosis is the nose and sinus. When the blood flow is restricted on that part the skin color often changes into black color and so, from here the name Black Fungus originates. The symptoms of black fungus depend on where the fungus is growing on your body part. For example: if the infection starts from lungs: you may get chest pain, fever, cough or bloody vomit. The symptoms are blurred vision, you may see blackish color, problems in respiration. But the good thing is that it is a rare disease. Even those who have weak immune systems this disease may happen rarely. Now talking about treatment anti fungal medicine is given to the patient. And doctors or surgeons will remove your infected cells from your body. For this it may take more than 4 to 6 weeks. You need to take the doctor's prescriptions for medicine. This disease has already been reported  in Nepal. 

Mucormycosis (Black Fungus) is related to coronavirus. Mostly this disease is reported on those people who have done the treatment of coronavirus.  People after the treatment of coronavirus their immune system is weak and in different states. At this state it attacks the people. But it doesn't mean that all recovered patients of covid can have this disease. It can easily and more quickly attack your body when you have pre pre-existing disease on your body like cancer, HIV e.t.c. and when your immune system is weak.
 

वि.सं.२०७७ साल वैशाख १५ गतेबाट सुरु भएको हाम्रो अनलाइन  कक्षा वि.सं .२०७७ मङ्सिरसम्म चल्यो । अनलाइन  कक्षाको फरक अनुभव पनि गरियो   । अनलाइन कक्षा पढ्न म एकदम उत्साही थिएँ । पहिलो दिन  परिचयको दिन थियो । दोस्रो दिनदेखि पढाइ सुरु भयो। इन्टरनेट तथा मोबाइल, कम्प्युटरको सहायताले पढ्दा बेग्लै अनुभव हुँदोरहेछ। कक्षा समयमा सर, म्यामहरूको बत्ती  गएको बेला हामी गफ गर्थ्यौं । केही साथीहरू   गीत पनि गाउँथे । हामी  मुर्छा परुन्जेल हाँस्थ्याै साथीहरूसँग हाँस्दा बाेल्दा निकै खुसी  लाग्थ्यो । प्रविधिले मानिसका हरेक कामलाई सहज गराइदिएको छ । 
२०७७ साल जेठ ३ गते मेरो बुवा दुबइबाट आउनुभयो। कोरोनाको महामारी थियो त्यसैले उहाँ ३ दिन एयरपाेर्टमा बस्नुभयो । बुवा घर आएपछि राम्राेसँग नुहाउनुभयो । त्यसपछि हामीले बुवासँग कुराकानी गर्‍यौँ । करिब  एक हप्तापछि बुवालाई १०१ डिग्री ज्वराे  आयो। हामी खुबै आत्तियाैँ । त्यतिबेलाकाे  परिस्थितिले हामीलाई अत्यायो । हामी हतार हतार अस्पताल गयाैँ र बुवाले कोरोना चेक गराउनुभयाे । दुई दिनपछि रिपाेट आयो । रिपाेट नेगेटिभ रहेछ । हामीले लामो सास फेर्‍यौँ । विदेश र यहाँकाे हावापानी फरक परेकाले ज्वराे आएको रहेछ । पहिले ज्वरो आएको सामान्य हुन्थ्यो भने त्यति बेलाको परिस्थितिले हामी आत्तियाैँ । सामान्य ज्वराेले हाम्राे हाेसै हरायाे । हाम्रो मात्र होइन एउटा सानो कोरोनाले दुनियाको निद्रा बिगा ऱ्याे । त्यसपछि आरामले सुत्याैँ ।
वि.सं.२०७७ पौषदेखि हामी भौतिकरूपमा विद्यालय गयौँ । दोस्रो त्रैमासिक परीक्षा पनि दियौँ । पहिले जस्तै विद्यालयमा  पठनपाठन भयो । केही समयपछि   वि.सं.२०७७ चैतको अन्त्यतिरबाट सुरुभएको हाम्रो वार्षिक परीक्षा वि.सं.२०७८ वैशाखको पहिलो हप्तामा सकियो । अब भौतिकरूपमै पढ्न पाइने कुराले मलगायत सबै साथीहरू एकदमै उत्साहित थियौँ । जे नहुनु थियाे त्यही भइदियाे । पुनः काेराेनाकाे दाेस्राे सङ्क्रमण आएकाले हामी फेरि वि.सं.२०७७ सालमा जस्तै अनलाइन पढ्न बाध्य भयाैँ । अहिले हाम्राे अनलाइन कक्षा चलिरहेकाे छ । परिस्थिति पुरानै दाेहाेरिएकाे छ ।
 

Chhaupadi pratha is an ill custom prevailing in the rural areas of Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces of Nepal in which women have to live in a chhau goth (hut) located apart from their home during their menstrual period. Mensuration, a natural process and a part of the monthly cycle. Women are compelled to live in an unsecured hut and risky conditions. 

It is mainly of two types; they are major chhau and minor chhau. In minor chhau women have to live for  5 days in the hut and in major chhau, they stay up to 11 days, On the last day, the women take a bath, wash their clothes, and return to their home but even in some cases, they are not allowed to use public water sources on the very last day. The place is not safe and as we know that women are considered impure during their periods and cannot involve themselves in daily activities. They isolate themselves and sleep in a small hut made of mud and no windows. The huts are prepared 20–25 meters and are sized around 1×2 m. Those huts do not consist of doors, are very dark, and have cold dirty floors. There is no such good facility in the hut, which leads to improper sanitation and could affect mental health and no one would be able to comfort themselves in huts. There is a high probability of dying because of suffocation however in such places there are different kinds of insects and snakes and this would cause a high risk to the life of women. Due to this custom, many women are suffering from physical pains, snake bites, attacks of wild animals, and the ill-treatment of criminals. 

Chhaupadi pratha violates women’s rights and creates violence in society. This custom is still being practiced in some areas of Nepal. This custom should be prohibited for women. Even if it is still being performed they should at least provide a better facility so that they can stay in the hut safely and comfortably. This custom is a completely superstitious practice. It is very important to increase social awareness among the practice of Chhaupadi. This custom should be discouraged by increasing awareness, maintaining gender equality, and women empowerment.
In reality, women are not getting the care and affection they need instead they are being violated. Women are pressured into this custom when they actually should be taking the rest in their home. They can’t meet their parents or family when they are in the hut. As a part of the family obviously, any one of them wants to visit at least once and take care and provide basic needs they are supposed to get at that time but they are not allowed to do such activity. Women are very emotional at the time of their monthly menstruation cycle while people disrespect and mistreat them as if they are not human. This practice should be removed from every part of our country. It may take many innocent women’s lives.
