The skilled and educated manpower who goes to another country for best livelihood and further education is considered brain drain.
Brain drain is a great solution for individuals for a good livelihood and their self development. There might not be proper resources and facilities for occupations or education in native country. In the places that have the facilities and establishments, I don't see a reason for brain drain, and it isn't the best solution for a good livelihood as many people who choose the path of brain drain vanishes in foreign lands and rarely comes back to their native country.
Brain drain in Nepal
Nepalese have been frequently hearing the news about youth migration. They leave their families behind in the hope for a better future. This has become a problem as most of them settle in a foreign country instead of returning. Nepal has been facing these problems because of a lack of education, employment, and opportunities.
Problems and solutions
Skilled workers like doctors, engineers, and scientists often find that they can earn more and have better access to resources, such as advanced technology and research facilities abroad. So there should be advancement in these areas in Nepal.
Emigrants have also agreed on the fact that a person with a certain qualification working in Nepal and abroad has a vast earning gap.

This way, brain drain for developing countries is a real challenge which can be reduced gradually if the human resources are given training, job opportunities, health and education assurance and reform in an investable environment.

=> हामीले बाल्यकालमा खेलेका खेलहरूलाई बाल्यकालको खेल भनिन्छ । बाल्यकालका खेलहरू अचम्मका र धेरै रोचक हुन्छन्।
२.सामान्य बाल्यकालका खेलहरू
तपाईंले केही खेलहरू खेल्नुभएको हुनुपर्छ। बाल्यकालका केही सामान्य खेलहरू ट्याग, कलर-कलर, लुकाउने र खोज्ने, बरफ र पानी, साइमन सेज, रक पेपर सिजर, फ्लोर लाभा, म्युजिकल चेयर, सत्य वा हिम्मत, अण्डा र चम्चा दौड, ड्रेस अप रेस र ट्विस्टर आदि ।
ट्याग
यो एक साधारण खेल हो। तपाईंले यो खेल खेल्नुभएको हुनुपर्छ वा छैन। त्यहाँ दुई ट्यागहरू छन्। ट्यागहरूले मानिसहरूलाई समात्न आवश्यक छ। समातिएका व्यक्तिहरू अर्को ट्याग हुनेछन् र यो यसरी अगाडि बढ्नेछ।
रङ-रङ
यो एक साधारण खेल हो। यस खेलमा एक व्यक्ति खोजकर्ता हो र अन्य खेलाडीहरूले रङ रङ कुन रङ भन्नेछन् । खेलाडीले रातो रङको नाम भन्ने छ र अन्य खेलाडीहरूले खोजकर्ताले भनेको रङ छुनु आवश्यक छ र जसले खोजीकर्ताले भनेको रङ छोएन भने अर्को खेलमा अर्को खोजकर्ता हुनेछ।
लुकामारी
तपाईंले यो खेल खेलेको हुनुपर्छ। यो धेरै रोचक छ। त्यहाँ ३ भन्दा बढी खेलाडीहरू हुनुपर्छ। त्यहाँ एकजना खोजकर्ता हुनेछन् र अरू लुकेका हुन्छन्। खोज्नेले लुकेर खोज्नु पर्छ। यदि खोजकर्ताले सबै लुकाइ फेला पार्छ। त्यसपछि खोजकर्ता विजेता हो।
बरफ र पानी
बरफ र पानी एक साधारण खेल हो। त्यहाँ २ भन्दा बढी खेलाडीहरू हुनुपर्छ। त्यहाँ बरफ र अन्य पानी हुनेछ। बरफले पानी समात्न आवश्यक छ। यदि बरफले सबै पानी समात्यो भने बरफ विजेता हो।
रक पेपर कैंची
रक पेपर सिजर एक हात हो, जसमा रक कैँची पेपर मात्र हुनुपर्छ । त्यो भन्दा बढी त्यहाँ २ खेलाडी मात्र हुनुपर्छ।
भुइँ लाभा छ
लाभाको भुइँ एक हास्यास्पद र रोचक खेल हो। एक व्यक्तिले ३,२,१ मा भुइँमा लाभा भएको बताउँछन् र उनीहरूले यो नभनेसम्म भुइँ छुनु हुँदैन।
संगीत कुर्सी
यस खेलमा हामी ९ भन्दा बढी खेलाडीहरू खेल्न सक्छौँ । कुर्सीहरू सर्कलमा राखिएका हुन्छन्। जब संगीत सुरु हुन्छ तपाईंले कुर्सीहरूको अगाडि सर्कलमा हिंड्नु पर्छ। जब संगीत बन्द हुन्छ तपाई कुर्सीमा बस्नु पर्छ। एक व्यक्ति उभिएर छोडिनेछ र त्यो व्यक्ति बाहिर हुन्छ। अर्को एउटा कुर्सी लिइनेछ ।यस खेलमा एक जनामात्र विजेता हुने छ।
३. बाल्यकालका खेलका प्रकारहरू
त्यहाँ तीन प्रकारका खेलहरू छन्। तिनीहरू बोर्ड खेलहरू, पार्टी खेलहरू र कागज र पेन्सिल खेलहरू हुन्।
• बोर्ड खेल
हामीले बोर्डमा खेल्ने खेलहरूलाई बोर्ड गेम भनिन्छ। सर्प र सिँढी, चेस, लुडो, अनुमान लगाउनुहोस् आदि खेलहरू बाेर्ड खेल हुन्।
• सर्प र सिँढी
यो एक पारिवारिक खेल हो। हामी ४ खेलाडी मात्र खेल्न सक्छौं।बोर्डमा ४ जना खेलाडी रहनेछन् ।
• चेस
चेस दुई खेलाडीको खेल हो। यस खेलमा तपाईंले आफ्नो राजाको रक्षा गर्न र अन्य विरोधीहरूलाई मार्न आवश्यक छ र तपाईंले खेल जित्नुहुनेछ।
• लुडो
लुडो पनि पारिवारिक खेल हो। त्यहाँ चार रङहरू हुन्छन्: निलो, रातो, पहेँलो र हरियो।
• के हो? अनुमान गर्नुहोस्ः
अनुमान गर्नुहोस् कि दुई खेलाडीहरूको खेल को हो ? जबकि तपाईंले व्यक्तिगत तस्विर छान्नुपर्छ। अर्को विपक्षीले केही भन्छ र तपाईंले हो वा होइन भन्न आवश्यक छ। यदि अर्को प्रतिस्पर्धीले अनुमान लगायो भने, त्याे व्यक्तिले जित्नेछ। त्यसपछि यो व्यक्तिकाे अनुमान गर्ने आफ्नो पालो हुनेछ।
• चेकर्स
यो खेल चेस जस्तै छ। तर त्यो सबै हो र तपाईले आफ्नो राजाको रक्षा गर्न र अर्को प्रतिस्पर्धीको राजालाई मार्न पनि आवश्यक छ।
• कागज र पेन्सिल खेलहरू
कागजमा र पेन्सिलले खेल्न सकिने खेलहरूलाई कागज र पेन्सिल खेल भनिन्छ।
• टिक टेक टो
यो एक साधारण खेल हो। यो पनि एक धेरै रोचक खेल हो। हामीले तीनवटा सर्कल वा क्रसहरू मिलाउन आवश्यक छ।
जसले तीन सर्कल वा क्रस बनाउँछ उसले जित्छ।
• थोप्ला र बक्सहरू
यो दुई खेलाडीबिच खेलिने खेल हो। हामीले सकेसम्म धेरै बक्सहरू बनाउन आवश्यक छ। जसले धेरै बक्स बनाउँछ उसले जित्ने छ।
Aliens have been a topic of debate for a long time. It is one of the most obvious yet hard-to-prove assumptions. In the same, I will be talking on the subject that aliens are real and they have yet to be explored. In this never-ending universe, the chances of life in each star, planet, and galaxy are more certain than it seems. We have seen most planets even light years away and have no potential life probability.
For this proposition, people think that they do not exist. Though we have no flashed records about them on the planets, they might be there where we have yet to search. Renowned astrophysicist, Neil DeGrasse Tyson, says “Aliens are not interested in humans and why would they even be a civilization of creatures able to travel at the speed of light knowing the universe and all there is to know to be interested in us?” This statement is particularly interesting and hard to debate over but there has still been a concern about aliens on Earth since the dawn of history we can see carving statements on the interaction with aliens. How they helped to form civilizations and even destroy them in some cases the record of aliens has been with us even at the start.
There are lists of visual assumptions and interactions we can find in the inscriptions of the civilizations that lived before us. One of them is in Rome the people supposedly saw an aerial war where hundreds of odd-shaped spacecraft fought over the skies. This is one of the examples that even at that time aliens had such vast equipment. In a recent congress meeting in the US Senate, three respected officers said that they had witnessed aliens almost every week.
They claimed that the government has been hiding this in front of the public and has vast information about them, even catching some kinds of creatures for tests. This brought a whole new perspective in the people's minds about the truth about aliens. Most of the alien sightings are also seen in the nuclear facilities of the US. Maybe the aliens also think supremacy of their kind if not the humans. Construction of big temples in south India to the Pyramids in Egypt says our planet has been assisted by aliens before. Memories are an important part of a human's life. While some short-term memories can last for a few hours, long-term memories can endure for years. Memories help us identify a person and the bond we have with them. Without memories, we might perceive even our parents as unfamiliar strangers. There are various significant memories we wish to cherish forever, but for someone with a short-term memory, it is challenging to retain things for an extended period. On the other hand, individuals with a long-term memory can remember things for an extended period of time without much difficulty. Short-term memory issues can arise due to factors such as lack of sleep, an unhealthy diet, a deficiency of B12, and stress, among others.
There are memories we hold dear and want to remember forever, while there are others we wish had never occurred. This is the paradox of memories: certain distressing memories we wish to erase may resurface unexpectedly, triggering traumatic emotions that took years to overcome for some people. Memory is a unique and personal possession, close to anyone else's recollections. Scientifically, memory refers to the capacity to retain information or a representation of past experiences, founded on the cognitive processes of learning, retention over a certain span of time, and the subsequent reactivation of that memory. Yet, in my view, memory surrounds both the joyous and sorrowful moments of our lives, whether shared with others or experienced alone. These moments are stored in our brains, awaiting the day when we might recall them.
