बिहानी पर्छ सूर्यको यहाँ किरण सुनौलो।।
बाहिर हेरौँ बिहानीपख मिरमिरे घामलाई
फूलको बगान र खेतको त्यो सुन्दर दृश्यलाई ।।
नाच्दछन् यहा मयूर पनि पहाडको कोखमा
उड्दछन् डाँफे शान फैलाई त्यो खुला आकाशमा।।
खेतीपाती गर्दछन् किसान तराईको फाटमा
मिहिनेतको पसिना बगाउँछन् यही माटोमा।।
लालीगुराँस फुलेर बन्छ पहाड रङ्गिन
पौडिन्छन् माछा नदीनालामा बगेर सलल।।
बालबालिकाको खेल र हाँसो कानमा गुन्जन्छ्न्
मौरी भँमरा फूलको त्यस बगानमा डुल्दछ्न्।।
चराहरूको चिरबिर मिठाे मधुरो भएकाे
प्रकृतिकाे सुन्दरताले नेपाल रहेकाे ।
There lived a girl who was very lonely, she did not have anyone to support her in her studies at all because her parents kept on fighting with each other. She only wanted to go to school and also make good friends. She only had a friend named Jennie. But she wanted to go to school and make friends by herself because Jennie was her childhood friend.
When they were born they instantly became best friends. She suggested that she should start school. When she was only 12 years old she asked her parents about the suggestion that Jennie gave her because since she was at 5 years old she had been homeschooling. Well that time she had a happy family but everything changed in 7 years .
So, after talking about the suggestion the girl's parents agreed. Well the girl's name was Rose. Rose was an intelligent, brilliant, smart and kind girl. Well, she was very nervous the first day of school and at the same time she was excited to make new friends. She entered the school and was greeted by the co-workers like the security guard and the sisters.
Along with that she also greeted them. She entered the classroom. The classroom was very mesmerizing, it had a big white board, the tables and chairs arranged in the straight line. Overall the classroom was very tidy, nice and beautiful. The first class was English. The sir who teaches them was very kind. Well, he was the class teacher of the classroom .
The sir looked very strict but when they got to know about him he was a soft and kind hearted person. They enjoyed the class that sir gave in 10 minus they played games that were really fun. Rose and Jennie were not at the same school but Rose made lots of good friends but Jennie didn’t know and she felt very bad. But in another direction Rose has made lots of good friends .
All the good friends were intelligent as Rose was. Her good friend's names were Olivia, Emma and Charlotte. They were very kind to each other. One day Rose's old friend Jennie told her that next semester she is going to come to the same school as her. Rose was so excited, she told Olivia, Emma and Charlotte they were also excited to see Jennie. Next semester also came.
Jennie was so excited including Olivia, Emma, Rose and Charlotte. They five became best of friends. Everyone around them were very jealous. In school best friends topped the class and finally at home it was peace and the quarrel of Rose’s parents finally solved. Her father stopped drinking alcohol and her mother went to work and finally at last as she wanted her dream came true to go to school, make friends, have the proper education she needs in her future and also to solve the quarrel between her parents.

दरबारका हलहरूमा कानाखुसी गुन्जियो
झरना झरेको जस्तै दु:ख फैलियो

राज परिवारले साेच्ने गर्थे याे देश हाे मेरै ।।
That day I woke up early in the morning, brushed my teeth and I went for a bath because I was feeling dizzy and wanted to be fresh and clean and be an early bird. I went for a walk after bathing. Before I went for a walk, I took my water bottle and I left for walking. As soon as I went there for a walk I saw nobody at the park. I was the only one who was alone in the park surrounded by trees everywhere. I went back home after walking almost 15 minutes in the park. After I returned home my mother gave me my breakfast, and said “Pack your bags, because your father decided to go to Pokhara as your birthday is coming near and we will celebrate your birthday at Pokhara.We will leave at 11:00 am today. I was very happy after hearing that I am going to Pokhara today. I was very excited and I ran towards my room and started packing. I couldn’t wait for the moment when I was leaving for Pokhara today. I packed my bag then completed my homeworks for almost one hour twenty five minutes and spent some time at my device. I also went to drink my milk after spending some of the time on the device. Then I went to eat my lunch and after a few minutes I got ready and we left for Pokhara.
We spent time in Pokhara for one week and two days. I went to visit Pokhara for two days and I went to the different temples presented in Pokhara. I didn’t visited pokhara on the third and fourth day because I was tired,and in the fifth day when I was walking I saw everyone in the Bungee jumping area, And I forced my family to take me there and I took permission from my father that I could take a experience of Bungee jumping and my father also gave me a permission to go. So Bungee jumping is the activity of jumping from a great height, while connected to a large elastic cord. The launching pad is usually set up or a tall structure like a bridge or a cliff. Bungee jumping comes under the adventure activity in Nepal. After my father gave me permission for Bungee jumping I was very excited and I went to the destination from where I should jump and I wore an elastic cord. I was very excited. The instructors of the Bungee jumping area were saying are you ready. So I said yes and they left the holder where the elastic cord was attached. I felt like I was flying in between the sky and the ocean. I was very happy, feeling like I was flying after bungee jumping. I went back to my hotel room. I was very tired so I decided to sleep. The other morning, I was not feeling well so I didn’t go anywhere. On the eighth day, I went to visit the Pokhara Zoo and I enjoyed it there. I sat there for a whole day and clicked pictures and visited the zoo.
And on the last day. It was my birthday and I had a grand birthday party celebration at Pokhara. I cut the cakes and I also received precious gifts from my family, friends and relatives. The other day I returned back to my lovely home. I enjoyed a lot in Pokhara and my first experience of bungee jumping was also very interesting. I enjoyed my visit to Pokhara a lot.
ब्रह्माण्ड भनेको हाम्रो असली घर हो । यहाँसँग हाम्रो सारा अनुसन्धान, अन्वेषण, र आविष्कारहरू भइरहेका छन् । ब्रह्माण्डले हामीलाई आकाशगङ्गा, ताराहरू, ग्रहहरू, र ब्ल्याकहोलहरूको रहस्यमय समृद्धि देखाएको छ । यो अत्यन्त ठूलो रहस्य हो । जसले हामीलाई चिन्ता र आश्चर्यमा पारेको छ । ब्रह्माण्ड धेरै ठुलो छ र तलकाे ठुलो भनेर हामीले चाहिँ सोच्न मिलेन । ब्रह्माण्डको सीमा बुझ्न अत्यन्त कठिन छ तर, विज्ञानले हामीलाई ब्रह्माण्डको अन्धकारबाट निकालेर नयाँ दिशा देखाएको छ । हामी टेलिस्कोप नामक उपकरणले ब्रह्माण्ड हेर्न सक्छौँ, तर हेर्न जुटाउँदा रहेका चुनौतीहरू पनि छन् । ब्रह्माण्डमा दूरसँग बसेका उल्ल टाढाका क्षेत्रहरू हाम्रो अनुसन्धान र अन्वेषणको लागि बाधामा परेका छन्, किनभने यी रेञ्जहरूको आधारमा हामीले ब्रह्माण्डसँग अब तत्पर भएका छौँ । ब्रह्माण्ड अत्यन्त रहस्यमय छ र यो हाम्रो सृष्टि र विकासको बारेमा थाहा पाउँछ र जागरूक बनाउँछ । यो एउटा अदृश्य सागर हो, जसमा हामीले अझ पनि अनगिन्ति रहस्यहरू खोज्न सक्छौँ र हेर्न सक्छौं। ब्रह्माण्ड असाध्यै ठुलो भएको कारण ब्रह्माण्डको बारेमा अहिलेसम्म वैज्ञानिकहरूले धेरै थाहा पाउन सकेका छैनन् तर अहिलेसम्म नासाले खोजी गरिरहेको छ । हामी मिल्की वे ग्यालेक्सी भित्र बस्छौँ ।
हामी सौर्यमण्डलभित्र बस्छौं जहाँ आठ ग्रह छन् । बुध, शुक्र, पृथ्वी, मङ्गल, वृहस्पति, शनि, युरेनस र नेप्च्युन सौर्यमण्डलका ग्रह हुन् । यी सबै ग्रहहरू सूर्यको वरिपरि परिक्रमा गर्छन्। सूर्यले हामीलाई ताप र प्रकाश दिन्छ। कैयौँ वर्ष अगाडि मानिसहरूलाई लाग्थ्यो कि पृथ्वी स्थिर हुन्छ र सूर्य र चन्द्रमा र तारा पृथ्वी वरिपरि घुम्छन् तर टेलिस्कोपको आविष्कार भएपछि मात्र मानिसहरूलाई थाहा भयो कि सूर्य स्थिर हुन्छ र पृथ्वी सूर्य वरिपरि घुम्छ र पृथ्वी जस्तै अरू ग्रहहरू पनि छन् । अहिले सम्म पृथ्वी बाहेक अरू कुनै ग्रह छैन जसमा जीवजन्तुहरू बाँच्न सक्ने अवसर छ । त्यसैले हाम्रो पृथ्वी राम्रो छ किनभने पृथ्वीमा पानी उपयुक्त वातावरण छ । यहाँ हरेक जीवजन्तु बस्न सक्छन् तर ब्रह्माण्ड ठुलो भएको कारण नभेटिएको अझै धेरै ग्रह पृथ्वी जस्तै होलान र अझै मानिसको बास त्यसमा छ होला । आखिरमा , ब्रह्माण्ड धेरै ठुलो र जटिल छ तर ब्रह्माण्ड पनि हो जहाँ हामी बस्छौँ । ब्रह्माण्डले हामीलाई जीवन दियो । बिग ब्याङ्ग सिद्धान्तले सौर्यमण्डल बनायो । यसले हाम्रो घर, हाम्रो पृथ्वी पनि बनायो । त्यसैले हामीलाई बाच्ने अवसर र हाम्रो पृथ्वीले हामीलाई बाँच्नका लागि स्रोतहरू दिएकोमा ब्रह्माण्डलाइ धन्यवाद गर्नुपर्छ ।
In the month of Falgun, I read a book called “Sadako and the Thousand Paper Cranes.” The book was so inspiring and had a sad ending. I almost cried while reading it.
Sadako was a Japanese girl who was just a baby when the US dropped a bomb on Hiroshima, killing millions and causing many injuries. This also led to a disease called leukaemia, often referred to as the atom bomb disease. Sadako was 11 years old when she was diagnosed with leukaemia. Her story of never giving up has inspired many people. She believed in good luck signs and legends. When she fell ill, her best friend Chizuko told her about a legend: if you fold 1,000 paper cranes, you'll be granted a wish, and a sick person will become healthy again. Sadako folded more than 1000 cranes, but sadly, her wish never came true.
Sadako passed away at the age of 12. Her story continues to inspire us to never lose hope. Although she's no longer with us, she remains a Japanese heroine, living on in the hearts of many. When she died, her classmates engraved this message on her statue: “This is our cry, this is our prayer, peace in the world,” hoping for global peace. Sadako had dreams of being a great runner and wanted to join the relay team. She died on October 25, 1955.
समृद्धि परेवा काठमाडाैँ उपत्यकामा पशुपति मन्दिर नजिकै बस्थी। उसले जहिल्यै मान्छेहरू पशुपति मन्दिरभित्र गएर फर्केको देख्थी। ऊ पशुपति मन्दिर नजिकैको रुखमा एउटा गुडँमा बस्थी। त्यहाँँबाट उसले मान्छे मात्र होइन चरा र जनवर पनि गएको देखी। त्यहाँ के छ भन्ने उत्सुकता लिएर एक दिन उसले आफ्नी आमा फूलमायालाई त्यसबारे प्रश्न सोधी । फूलमायाले भनिन्, " पशुपति मन्दिर धर्मस्थल हो र त्यहाँ मान्छेहरू भगवानको दर्शन गर्न जान्छन्।" समृद्धि उत्सुक हुदै बिचमा बोली "म पनि पछि त्यहाँ जान सक्छु?" फूलमायाले त्यो सुनेर हास्दै भनी " सकिहाल्छौ नि! तिमीले उड्न सिकेपछि त पशुपति मात्र होइन अरू ठाउँ पनि घुम्न सक्छौ।" आफ्नी आमाको कुरा सुनेर समृद्धि खुसी भई र छिट्टै उड्न सिक्ने भनेर निर्णय गरी ।
त्यही रुखको अर्को गुँडमा सारिका परेवा, समृद्धि परेवाकी साथी बस्थी । सारिका समृद्धि भन्दा १ महिना जेठी थिई र उसलाई पनि यात्रामा गएर विभिन ठाउँ भ्रमण गर्ने इच्छा थियो। सारिकाले पनि उड्न सिकिरहेकी थिई र केही दिनपछि ऊ आफ्नो यात्रामा गई। सारिका यात्रामा गएको देखेर समृद्धि पहिलेभन्दा धेरै उत्सुक भई। उसले आफ्नी आमालाई पनि देश भ्रमणबारे धेरै प्रश्न सोधी । उसकी आमा फूलमायाले पनि उत्तिकै उत्सुकताका साथ ती प्रश्नहरूको उत्तर दिइन् । केही दिन बितेपछि समृद्धिले पनि राम्रोसँग उड्न सिकी र त्यही दिन उसकी साथी सारिका पनि आफ्नो यात्राबाट फर्की । सारिकाले आफूले देखेका सबै कुरा समृद्धिलाई भनि र भ्रमण गरेको ठाउँबारे पनि भनी। सारिकाको कुरा सुनेर समृद्धिलाई पनि छिट्टै घुम्न जान मन लाग्यो र उसले २ दिनपछि आफ्नो यात्रा सुरु गर्ने निर्णय लिई। यस बारे उसले आफ्नी आमा फूलमायालाई पनि भनी। आफ्नी छोरी खुसी भएको कारण फूलमाया पनि अत्यन्त खुसी भई ।
२ दिन बितेपछि समृद्धिले आफ्नो परिवार र साथीहरूबाट बिदा लिई र आफ्नो यात्रा सुरु गरी । सबैभन्दा पहिले उसले पशुपति मन्दिर जाने विचार गरी। त्यहाँ दर्शन गर्नका लागि आएका धेरै मान्छे देखेर ऊ छक्क परी । उसले पहिले पनि मान्छे आएको र गएको त देख्थी तर त्यहाँ धेरै भिड देख्दा उसले सोची "ओहो! यहाँ त मैले सोचेकोभन्दा धेरै मान्छे पो छन् । मैले त यहाँ केही बेर मात्र बसेर अर्को ठाउँमा जाने भनेर सोचेकी थिएँ तर यति मान्छेको भिड हुन्छ भन्ने सोचेकै थिइन। यस्तो मान्छेको भीड नै हुने गरी कसको दर्शन गर्न आएको त हेर्नै पर्याे ।" समृद्धि परेवाले भगवानको दर्शन गरी र त्यहाँ एक जना मान्छेले अरू परेवाहरूलाई चामल र अन्य दाना दिएको देखी । उसलाई भोक लागेको भएर उसले त्यो चामलको दाना खाई। त्यो मान्छेको नाम बलबहादुर थियो र समृद्धिले बलबहादुरलाई पशुपतिको बारेमा सोधी । बोल्न सक्ने परेवा देखेर बलबहादुरलाई अचम्म लाग्यो र केहीबेर कुराकानी गरेपछि उनीहरू आ-आफ्नै बाटो लागे ।
समृद्धि परेवाले आफ्नी आमाबाट सुनेकी थिई कि बुद्धको जन्मभूमि नेपालमा नै पर्छ । बलबहादुरसँग गरेको कुराकानीबाट उसले बुझी, लुम्बिनी बुद्धको जन्मभूमि हो । समृद्धि एक उत्सुक परेवा भएका हुनाले उसले लुम्बिनी जाने निर्णय गरी र त्यति बेला नै लुम्बिनीतर्फ लागी । धेरै बेर उडेका कारण ऊ थाकिसकेकी थिई र त्यस दिनको लागि विश्राम गर्ने भनेर सोची । ऊ एउटा रुखको हाँगामा गएर बसेकी नै थिई र त्यहाँ लुम्बिनी जाने बस आइरहेको थियो । समृद्धि परेवाले सोची "अहिले यहाँ बसेर आराम गर्नुभन्दा त म त्यस बसमाथि बसेर आराम गरेको राम्रो हुन्छ । विश्राम पनि गर्न पाउँछु र लुम्बिनी पनि छिट्टै पुग्छु।" नभन्दै समृद्धि त्यस बसतर्फ लागी र बसमाथि बसी । राति भइसकेको कारणले ऊ त्यहीँ निदाइ। बिहान ऊ छिट्टै उठी र लुम्बिनी पुग्न लागेको देखेर धेरै खुसी भई। ऊ पहिलो दिन खाएको खानाले अघाएकी थिइन तर लुम्बिनी पुगेको उत्सुकताले त्यसबारे उसको ध्यान गएन। अब ऊ आफै लुम्बिनीतर्फ लागी र केही बेरमा त्यहाँ पुगी । समृद्धि लुम्बिनीमा पुगेपछि त्यहाँको प्राकृतिक सुन्दरता देखेपछि आकर्षित भई। उसले त्यहाँ भिक्षुहरू देखी र ऊ जस्तै अरू परेवाहरू पनि देखी । उसले नजिकै धान चामलको दाना देखी र त्यही खाई । ऊ पहिले त स्तूपमा गई र एक चक्कर घुमी । त्यसपछि ऊ मायादेवी मन्दिरभित्र गई। त्यहाँ धेरै उज्यालो नभएका कारण उसले भित्र राम्ररी देखिन तर त्यही बसेको मान्छेबाट बुद्धको जीवनी सुनी । ऊ बुद्धको जन्मभूमिमा भएको कारण धेरै खुसी भई र मन्दिर बाहिर गई। उसले बुद्धले टेकेको सात पाइला पनि देखी र त्यसबारे आफ्ना साथी र परिवारलाई भन्न उत्सुक थिई। त्यस दिन ऊ एउटा रुखमा बसी र अर्को दिन अरू मन्दिरहरू हेर्ने विचार गरी।
अर्को दिन ऊ बिहानै उठी र अरू मन्दिरहरू हेर्न गई । उसले एउटा एउटा गरी सबै मन्दिरहरू हेरी र आफ्नो लुम्बिनीको यात्रा सकाई। समृद्धि परेवाले उसकी साथी सारिका परेवाबाट इलामको बारेमा सुनेकी थिई। त्यसैले उसलाई इलामको चिया बगान हेर्न मन लाग्यो। त्यस दिन समृद्धि लुम्बिनीको एउटा मन्दिरभित्र बसी । राति सुत्नुअघि उसले एक भिक्षुसँग कुरा गरी र भगवान बुद्धको जीवन बारे राम्ररी बुझी। ऊ घर फर्केपछि त्याे कुरा आमालाई सुनाउन उत्सुक थिई। अर्को दिन समृद्धि परेवाले ती भिक्षुसँग बिदा मागी र आफ्नो बाटो लागी । समृद्धि आफ्नो घरभन्दा कहिल्यै त्यति टाढा रहेकी थिइन र बाटोमा पनि उसले आफ्नै घरकाे बारेमा नै सोचिरही । हेर्दाहेर्दै ऊ इलाम नजिकै पुगी । आफ्नो सोचमा मग्न भएर उडेकी समृद्धिले समयको चाल पाइन। यात्राले थकित हुँदै ऊ केहीबेर विश्राम गर्न बसी र पानी पनि पिई। इलामको सुन्दरतामा मग्न भएपछि त उसले आफ्नो घरको बारेमा बिर्सी। त्यहाँ चारैतिर हरियाली थियो र अत्यन्त सुन्दर दृश्य थियो। इलामको चिया बगानमा मान्छेहरू राई र गुरुङ समुदायको पोसाक लगाएर तस्बिर खिचिरहेका थिए । उसले त्यो देखेर सोची कि उसँग मोबाइल वा क्यामेरा भएको भए त्यहाँको तस्बिर खिचेर आमालाई देखाउथी । समृद्धिले इलामको बारेमा त अरूहरूबाट धेरै कुरा सुनेकी थिई तर उसले इलाम त्यति सुन्दर हुन्छ भनेर सोचेकै थिइन। " ओहो! इलाम त कस्तो सुन्दर रहेछ। इलाम मात्र पनि होइन लुम्बिनी र पशुपति पनि उत्तिकै सुन्दर र महत्त्वपूर्ण रहेछन् । नेपाल त एक सुन्दर देश रहेछ, यहा मान्छेहरू एकआपसमा मिलिजुली रहन्छन् र सरसहयोग गर्दा रहेछन्। म मेरो घरमा मात्र बस्दा त यो थाहा नै थिएन तर नेपालको कला र संस्कृति त देशको आकर्षण रहेछ।" समृद्धिको मनमा विचार आयो।
देशको विभिन्न ठाउँ घुमेकाे भएर समृद्धि परेवा अत्यन्त खुसी थिई। उसलाई अझै पनि विभिन्न ठाउँ घुम्न र त्यस ठाउँबारे बुझ्न मन थियो तर पहिलो पटक घरबाट धेरै दिनका लागि टाढा भएका कारण उसले आफ्नो यात्रा टुङ्ग्याउने सोची र अर्को दिन बिहानै नजिकै काठमाडौँ जाने बस देखेपछि त्यसमाथि बसेर आफ्नो घर फर्की। बसमा उसले आफ्नो यात्राको बारेमा नै सोचिरहेकी थिई। घर फर्केको देख्दा तथा समृद्धि परेवाकी आमा फूलमाया पनि खुसी भइन्। समृद्धि परेवा आफ्नो यात्राको बारेमा आफ्ना साथीहरू र परिवारलाई मात्र होइन सानै उमेरको परेवालाई पनि गर्वका साथ सुनाई र अरू परेवालाई पनि देश भ्रमण गर्न हौसला तथा प्रेरणा दिई ।
My first day in school was very good. I went to school at about 10 o’clock. My father had done my admission and after the admission Ruby ma’am had led me to my class which was in Nemjung. Originally I was supposed to be in Pumori but due to the lack of space over there I had to go to Nemjung. The moment I stepped into my class, I was nervous because I had rarely known anyone there and also the surroundings there were also different from my old school.
When I had stepped in, Akash sir was teaching them Mathematics and it was the second period. Akash Sir told me to introduce myself and after I introduced myself he told me to sit with Suvani. I had two rough copies and a pouch full of every stationeries which was needed for a student while studying. I had written some notes which Akash sir had written on the board.
After that period was finished, everybody was standing up and leaving the classroom. As I asked Suvani what was happening, she told me that it was lunch period and I was shocked because in my old school lunch period used to be in the 4th period and I thought it was too early for it to be lunch time. Anyways I headed to the canteen and before I went there Siddhartha came and talked with me. My pre-primary school’s friend Bishop was also there, which I hadn’t expected.
After I ate lunch, I saw a bunch of people playing futsal so I decided to join them too. I went to my class again after I played futsal. And periods were passing by and at second last or before snacks I can’t remember but we had played hangman and had chatted a bit as time passed and at the last period Hari sir came and gave me my routine and reading books and then the day in the school ended. I went to the main gate and waited for my father to pick me up.
नदी भनेको कुनै ठाउँबाट पानी निस्की बग्दै जाने प्रक्रिया हो । साना-ठुला खाेला र नदीहरूको समूहलाई नदीनाला भनिन्छ । नदी खोलोभन्दा ठुलो र समुद्रभन्दा सानो हुन्छ । महाकाली, कर्णाली, कोसी, गण्डकी नारायणी नेपालका ठुला नदी हुन् । समुद्र साह्रै ठुलाे हुने भएकाले अथाह हुन्छ । खोलो पनि वर्षा याममा मात्र धेरै उर्लन्छ । नदीकाे वेग र बगाई भने वर्षा नभए पनि सधैँ एकनासकाे रहन्छ । नेपाल भूपरिवेष्टित देश हो । यसैले पनि यहाँ नदीनालालाई काम लाग्ने र फलिफाप गर्ने स्रोतका रूपमा लिन सकिन्छ । नेपालमा ६०० भन्दा बढी नदीनालाहरू छन् । यी नदीनालाबाट प्रशस्त मात्रामा बिजुली निकाल्न सकिन्छ । नदी बगिरहेको हेर्दा साच्चै रमाइलो हुन्छ । यसको निलो र हरियो रङ्ग देखेर मक्ख नपर्ने कमै हुन्छन् । त्यसमाथि एकनासको बगाई र सुसाइमा नदीले हृदयमा बेग्लै खालको आनन्द दिन्छ । नदीको बगाई सोझो र सिधा मात्र नभई नागबेली परेको हुन्छ । नदीनालाले देशको विकास निर्माणमा सधैभरि मद्दत गर्छन् । नदी बग्ने इलाका र नदी बगेको ठाँउ वरिपरिका जग्गामा बढी उब्जाउ हुन्छ । नदीले जमिनलाई मलिलो तुल्याउँछ । बालीनाली सपार्न, धर्ती हराभरा बनाउन र वातावरण सफा र स्वच्छ बनाउन सहयोग पुर्याउँछ। त्यसकारण हामीले हाम्राे देशको प्राकृतिक सम्पदाका रूपमा रहेका नदीनालाकाे संरक्षण गर्नुपर्छ ।

I don't know what to do
Left alone standing confused
Feels like trapped inside a maze
Can't escape like in a cage
Many thoughts in my mind
Not sure how to cross the line
Can't choose one and both feels right
Where is all that might?
What is the destination?
I ask myself with hesitation
Somewhere I am lost inside me
What will I choose to see?

छोरा छोरी, चेला चेली सबैको इष्ट
पहाड, हिमालमा फुल फुली,
प्रकृतिको सौन्दर्य, अति मनमोहिनी
रमाइलाे बाग सजिलो बाटो,
उद्यान र कुञ्ज, सबै छन् सजिलो
झिल, ताल, नदीका पानी
प्रकृतिको सौन्दर्य, अनमोल मूल्य
हरियो वन, रमाइलो मौसम,
जीवनको सुन्दरता, भरियो छ हाम्रो मन।
प्रकृतिको सौन्दर्य, हाम्रो अध्ययन,
संरक्षण गरौँ, यही हो हाम्रो जनमान।
प्रकृतिको सौन्दर्य, निर्माण गराैँ,
सम्मान गरौँ, स्वच्छता बनाऔँ।
प्रेम र सजिलो, हाम्रो धर्तीमा,
सम्झना गरौँ, प्रकृति गरिमा।
वन्यजन्तुहरू, नागरिकतामा अङ्गीकार,
प्रकृतिको संरक्षण, हाम्रो उपकार।
धन्यवाद गरौँ, प्रकृतिलाई,
सुन्दर बनाऊँ हाम्रो धरतीलाई ।
Once upon a time, there was a house where an old lady and a girl lived. The girl was very pretty. Her name was Jasmine. The old lady was very cruel and evil. She never liked Jasmine. Jasmine was the one and only daughter she had, and she was also very old, so she was using her to do all the household work. There were many people who were obsessed with her beauty. But the old lady would not let her go anywhere with others.
One day, a man named David was new to the city. He was a police officer, and he lived near Jasmine's house. Jasmine was very kind. Jasmine and David slowly became good friends. Jasmine went out to cut wood every day. One day, the old lady saw Jasmine and David talking together. The old lady was very angry. She had told Jasmine not to talk to unknown people. After Jasmine came home, she saw that the old lady was very mad at her, and she asked, "What happened, mother? Why are you so mad?" At the time, the old lady said, "I saw you talking to a boy called David." Jasmine said, "Mother, but he is just a friend." The old lady said, "I warned you not to talk to boys." From that day on, she never talked to him.
One day, as David walked past Jasmine's house, he noticed her mother beating and scolding Jasmine inhumanely. He captured the video of that illegal act and immediately filed a case, leading to her mother's arrest. Jasmine was standing quietly and sadly. David went to her and said softly, "I'm sorry, Jasmine," placing a comforting hand on her shoulder. "I had to do this. I can't see you living a miserable life with your mom.” Jasmine managed a small smile. "It's okay. I'm sad, but I'm also relieved. Now, I can finally be free." With her mother behind bars, Jasmine found a new sense of freedom and happiness. She and David remained friends, exploring the world together without any restrictions. And so, Jasmine's story took a new turn, filled with hope, friendship, and the promise of a brighter tomorrow.
