नेपाल असङ्ख्य हिमालहरूले सजिएको सुन्दर देश हो । हाम्रो देश हिमालहरूको धनी देश हो । यहाँकाे सबैभन्दा अग्लो हिमाल सगरमाथा हो । सगरमाथा विश्वकै सबैभन्दा अग्लो हिमाल मानिन्छ । अन्नपूर्ण, माछापुच्छ्रे, धवलागिरि, मनास्लु, जुगल र गौरीशङ्कर आदि हिमालहरू पनि विश्वमै प्रसिद्ध छन्  । नेपालमा हिमालको सुन्दर दृश्यले जो कोहीको मन पनि मोहित पार्न सक्छ । नेपालमा हिमाल आरोहण गर्न विश्वका विभिन्न ठाउँबाट पर्यटकहरू आउने गर्दछन् । हिमालले नेपालको महत्त्व बढाएको छ साथै विश्वभरि नेपाललाई चिनाएको छ । हिमाल हाम्रो देशको सम्पत्ति हो । यसको हामी सबैले संरक्षण गर्नुपर्छ । हाम्रो नेपालको गाैरव जोगाउन हिमालको महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका छ । हिमाल जलसम्पदाको स्रोत पनि हो । हिमालको फेदीबाट बग्ने नदीहरू नेपालको जलसम्पदा हो । जलसम्पदाले नेपाली भूमि हराभरा पार्दछ र कृषि उत्पादनमा सहयोग पुग्दछ । हिमालले धार्मिक महत्त्व पनि बोकेको छ । हिमालले धेरै मानिसलाई आकर्षित गर्दछ । हिमाल र मानिसको जीवनमा निकट सम्बन्ध रहेको छ । हिमाल देशको पहिचान तथा देशको उदाहरण बनेको छ । मलाई पनि हिमाल हेर्न धेरै मन पर्छ ।

We should follow safety rules in our day to day life. The rules that we follow to take care of ourselves and others are called safety rules. 

We must follow safety rules while working and playing at home, walking on the road, going to school, travelling by bus, swimming etc. We children should not play with things that can cause fire, cut our hands etc. We should also be alert while walking on the stairs.

This way we can save ourselves from injury and accidents.

मेरो विद्यालयको नाम सिफल स्कुल हाे । मेरो विद्यालय सिफलमा छ । मेरो विद्यालय धेरै सफा छ । मेरो विद्यालयमा धेरै शिक्षक र शिक्षिकाहरू हुनुहुन्छ । मेरो विद्यालयमा खेलमैदान पनि छ । मलाई मेरो विद्यालयको खाना पनि धेरै मन पर्छ । मेरो विद्यालयमा धेरै बसहरू छन् । मेरो विद्यालयमा धेरै साथीहरू छन् । उनीहरूसँग मलाई खेल्न मन पर्छ । म एक कक्षामा पढ्छु ।

In Nepal, there are 200 original instruments. Out of them, 108 are still played. Panache Baja is one of the most famous musical instruments. It is played in holy ceremonies. In Panche Baja, there are Sahanai, Dholki, Tyamko, Jhyali and Damaha. We use different musical instruments in different festivals and occasions like marriage, jatras etc. Musical instruments help us to boost our memory. Everyone loves music.  

 मलाई मन पर्ने पुस्तककाे नाम ‘पुन्टे घुम्न जाँदा’ हो । याे  पुस्तकका लेखक श्यामकृष्ण खुलिमुली हुन् । यो एउटा कुकुरको छाउरोको कथा हो । कुकुरको छाउरोको नाम पुन्टे हो । एक दिन आमा नभएको बेलामा पुन्टे बाहिर घुम्न जान्छ । उसले एक्लै घुम्दा निकै रमाइलो हुन्छ हाेला भन्ने सोच्छ तर उसलाई एक्लै देखेर सबैले हेप्छन् र गाली पनि गर्छन् । सर्पले झन्डै टोक्न खोज्छ तर त्यति बेला उसकी आमाले बचाउँछिन् । पुन्टेलाई पानीको खाल्डोमा खसेर भिजेपछि अति जाडो हुन्छ । भोक पनि लाग्छ । आमालाई देखेपछि पुन्टे खुसी हुन्छ र पेटभरि दुध खान्छ । पुन्टे आफू एक्लो हुँदा आमालाई एकदमै सम्झन्छ । त्यसैले पुन्टे जस्तै हामीले पनि आमालाई नसोधी बाहिर एक्लै जानुहुन्न । यदि नसाेधी गएमा पुन्टेले जस्तै हामीले पनि दुःख पाउँछाैँ भन्ने सन्देश यस कथाले दिएकाे छ । 

Our country’s name is Nepal. It is beautiful and famous for its natural beauty. There are 77 districts. There are 7 provinces in Nepal. The two neighbouring countries of Nepal are India and China. The highest mountain Mount Everest lies in Nepal. Nepal has many mountains and rivers. Nepal has many temples. Many tourists visit Nepal every year. 

मेरो घरमा एउटा कुकुर छ । उसको नाम मोती हो । मोती सेतो र खैरो रङको छ । मोतीका दुईवटा आँखा, एउटा नाक, दुईवटा कान र एउटा पुच्छर छ । मोतीको एउटा खाने मुख छ । मुखभित्र जिब्राे छ । मोतीका चारवटा खुट्टा छन् । मोतीका नङ्ग्रा लामा छन् । मोती हाम्रो घरमा आफैँ आएको हो । हामी मोतीलाई खान दिन्छौँ । मोतीका आँखा खैराे र कालो रङको छ । मोतीलाई रेबिजको सुई लगाइसकेको छ । मोती हामीसँग खेल्छ । मोतीका दाँत तिखा छन् । मोतीलाई मासुभात खान मन पर्छ । मोतीले हाम्रो घरको हेरचाह गर्छ । मोती शान्त स्वभावको छ । मोतीले नयाँ मान्छेलाई देख्दा भुक्छ । उसलाई हामीसँग खेल खेल्न रमाइलो लाग्छ । मोतीलाई हामी सफा राख्न हप्तामा एकपटक नुहाइदिने गर्छौँ । हामी सबै परिवारले मोतीलाई धेरै माया गर्छौं । मोती पनि हामीलाई धेरै माया गर्छ र हाम्रो अघिपछि घुमिरहन्छ । 

Water is the basic need of every living organism on the earth. There is no life without water.It is used for various purposes by human beings.

Water is used for cooking, drinking, washing , cleaning etc. It is also used for farming and agriculture. Plants need water to prepare their food. Animals need water to drink and bathe. 

Rain is the main source of water. When it rains, water is filled in rivers, ponds, lakes and oceans. These are the examples of surface water. Well, handpumps and springs are examples of underground water.

मेरो स्कुलको नाम सिफल स्कुल हाे । म कक्षा एकमा पढ्छु ।  मेरो विद्यालय निकै सुन्दर छ । मेरो विद्यालय ठुलो छ । यहाँ धेरै फूलहरू र रुखहरू छन् । मेरो विद्यालय हरियालीले भरिएको छ । मेरो स्कुलमा कक्षा एकदेखि बाह्रसम्म पढाइ हुन्छ । मेरो विद्यालयमा राम्रा राम्रा शिक्षकहरू हुनुहुन्छ । उहाँहरूले मलाई धेरै माया गर्नुहुन्छ । उहाँहरूसँग पढ्न मलाई धेरै रमाइलो लाग्छ । मेरा शिक्षकहरूले मलाई पढाइ र लेखाइमा धेरै सहयोग गर्नुहुन्छ ।मेरो स्कुलकाे कलेजमा पनि पढाइ हुन्छ । मेरो स्कुलमा धेरै कक्षाकोठाहरू छन् । मेरो स्कुल सफा र सुन्दर छ ।

There are many animals found on planet Earth. They are companions to humans. There are different types of species of animals. Animals with thin skin through which they absorb and breathe are called amphibians. Frogs and Toads are some examples of amphibians. 

Mammals have the ability to make babies and they are warm blooded. Lions, Tigers are some examples of mammals. Reptiles have the ability to lay eggs and are cold blooded. Crocodiles, komodo dragons are some examples of reptiles. Snakes and birds are a part of the animal kingdom.

There are three groups in the animal kingdom. These are herbivorous, carnivorous, and omnivorous. Omnivorous are the animals which eat both meat and plants. The examples of Omnivorous animals are pandas, fox etc. Carnivorous animals are animals which only eat animals or flesh. The example of carnivorous animals are tigers, lions etc. And lastly herbivorous animals eat only plants. The example of herbivorous animals are deer, cow etc. 

There are also cud chewing animals. First the animals chew their food in the stomach. Later they take the food out of their stomach and chew it properly. The cud is as yellow as dal given in school. Examples of cud chewing animals are cows, buffaloes, goats etc.

When the animals die their dead bodies mix into the land. Because of that the plants can get nutrition. The national animal of Nepal is the Cow. The cow comes under the mammal family. 

My favorite animal is Leopard. It has a thick coat of fur. It has spots as dark as the ink of a pen.

Animals do have their own world. They also have the right to live and enjoy their lives. So we must love and care about animals living on this beautiful planet called earth. 

मेरो विद्यालयको नाम सिफल स्कुल हो । मेरो विद्यालय धेरै सुन्दर र सफा छ । मेरो विद्यालयमा कक्षा १ देखि कक्षा १२ सम्म पढाइ हुन्छ । मेरो कक्षामा पङ्खाहरू पनि छन् । मेरो विद्यालयमा बालबालिकालाई धेरै राम्रो शिक्षा दिइन्छ । मेरो कक्षा शिक्षकले सबै बालबालिकालाई मायालु व्यवहार गर्नुहुन्छ र हरेक दिन राम्रा कुराहरू सिकाउनुहुन्छ । मेरो कक्षाकोठामा २३ जना विद्यार्थीहरू छन् । मेरो विद्यालयमा धेरै कक्षाकोठाहरू छन् । यहाँ कक्षाकोठा, पुस्तकालय, कम्प्युटर कोठा र प्रयोगशालाहरू आदि छन् । मेरो विद्यालयकाे पढाइ बिहान ९ बजेदेखि सुरु भएर ३ः४५ मा समाप्त हुन्छ । मलाई मेराे विद्यालय मन पर्छ ।

My sister’s name is Priyasha Pant. She was born on 10th December, 2012. She is kind and sweet. She is smart too. She has short hair. She reads grade six in Sifl School. Her favourite colour is blue. She helps me to do my homework. Sometimes, we fight with each other. But I love her very much. She loves me too. She is the best sister.
