मानिस जन्मेदेखि नै सिप, कला तथा केही न क्षमता लिएर जन्मेकाे हुन्छ । हरेक मानिसको जीवनमा केही न केही लक्ष्य हुन्छन् । हामीमा भएको आन्तरिक क्षमतालाई बुझेर हामीले आफ्नो लक्ष्य पूरा गर्नुपर्छ । लक्ष्य प्राप्त गर्दा धेरै बाधाहरू आउँछन् तर हामीले कहिल्यै पनि हार मान्नुहुँदैन । हरेक मानिसको जीवनमा केही न केही लक्ष्य हुन्छन्  त्यस्तै मेरो पनि जीवनको लक्ष्य डाक्टर बन्ने हो । |मैले मेरो लक्ष्य पूरा गर्नको लागि जीवनमा धेरै सङ्घर्ष गर्नुपर्नेछ ।

ठुला-ठुला मानिसहरू सफल हुनुको कारण उनीहरूले सानैदेखि गरेको कडा मिहेनत  हो । मानिसहरू विभिन्न लक्ष्य बोक्छन । काेही  पायलट कोही इन्जिनियर कोही कृषि ।  त्यस्तै मैले पनि मेरो जीवनमा डाक्टर बन्ने लक्ष्य लिएको छु। कुनै पनि स्वास्थ्यमा समस्या देखिएर उपचार गर्ने व्यक्तिलाई डाक्टर भनिन्छ ।  डाक्टर त्यस्ता व्यक्तिलाई भनिन्छ जसले मानिसको जीवन बचाउने काम गर्दछन्  । मलाई मेरो जीवनमा धेरै पढे लेखेर समाजको सेवा गर्नुछ ।रोगीहरूको निःशुल्क उपचार गरी उनीहरूको रोग निको पार्नु छ ।

डाक्टर बनेर पैसा कमाउने इच्छा त छ तर  पैसा कमाउँदै कमाउँदै समाजका मानिसलाई सहयोग पनि गर्ने इच्छा छ । डाक्टरहरू विश्वमा नभएको भए विश्वका आधाभन्दा धेरै मान्छेहरू बितिसकेका हुन्थे होला उपचारका  लागि हामी धेरै टाढा जानुपरेको छ । त्यसैले मैले हाम्रै समाजका मान्छेहरूलाई सेवा पनि गर्न पाऊँ भनेर डाक्टर बन्ने इच्छा राखेको छु |

सबै आर्थिक क्रियाकलापको महत्त्व छ । सबै आर्थिक क्रियाकलापले  हाम्रो समाज र समुदायका मानिसकाे विकास गर्छन् । समाज र समुदायले मात्र हैन तर खै हाम्रो देशलाई पनि विकास  गर्ने काम गर्छ । हामी सबै यो विश्वमा रहेका छौँ सबैले खुसी जीवन पाएका छौं । अनि अझै लामो जीवन बाँच्न सक्छौँ । |यो काम विश्वका विभिन्न आर्थिक क्रियाकलापको काम हो |जुन आर्थिक क्रियाकलापमा भाग लिए पनि, आफू असल मान्छे भएर अरूकाे पनि जीवन राम्रो बनाउन सक्ने मान्छे म हुन चाहन्छु । त्यसैले मेराे जीवनकाे लक्ष्य डाक्टर बन्ने रहेकाे छ ।
 

We all know how important academia is in our life. To achieve something we shall have a certain amount of qualification. A good qualification is required for us to have a good future. But is that enough for us?

For me, it's No. Academics can't teach us many things, give us knowledge but can never make us socialised or practical in our life. It teaches us what can be done but can’t explain how in our daily life. To take an example, some months ago I was device addicted, it's not like I don’t use it currently but I do have a time limit nowadays. Everything for me was school, homework, study, and devices. And when I had to talk with others it was very hard for me.

After that my relatives, brothers, sisters and uncles made me do volunteering work in J.B.Y.C programs. It was an extra activity in my free time. From then and now I have changed a lot. Many people in my place know me and have good relationships with me. So for me volunteering and other community work has become a mode of changing or I would prefer to say has brought growth in me. It has been shaping me for sure to be a responsible member of the community.

It's not only myself, to take the example of a friend who always remains inside his room and studies or uses devices. He is good at studies but fails in daily life. He doesn't have friendly relations with others. He fails in many ways as a social animal. When he attends any party or ceremony he sits alone and plays games.

So I guess parents and school should give them practical knowledge about daily life so that a child can face big problems easily in future. Hence, only academic growth is not important for us. We shall have other practical skills and knowledge too to thrive in our life.
 

Nowadays our environment is getting polluted a lot. The reason for all of this pollution is us, humans. We are building factories, throwing garbage outside, polluting water, etc. The leading cause of pollution also is urbanization. 

Urbanization simply means a lot of people being concentrated in small areas. Like in Nepal Kathmandu is polluted a lot because everybody in Nepal is focused on living there. There are many other metropolitan and sub-metropolitan cities in Nepal but everybody wants to come over Kathmandu. The government is also a reason for urbanization here. Our government is also only focusing on developing the capital city due to which people come here for better opportunities. This city has top schools and colleges with good educational facilities. It has highly developed medical facilities, international airports and many more. These are the reasons why Kathmandu has become more populated. Due to the high population and more houses, industries and vehicles, we can feel the dust on our noses.

Urbanization is also affecting Nepal because when there is overpopulation there is more waste created. Urbanization also causes a lack of resources. When there are fewer resources than people living won't get to fulfill their needs. This is also a problem because there will be more poverty due to a lack of resources. Due to urbanization places that needed to be developed also won't get developed because when there are more people in one place that one place should be developed more to fulfill people's needs. Urbanization is a big problem yet to be solved and will soon be solved if people don't focus on major cities to live in and if the government does not develop only one city and starts focusing on rural places.  
 

"समाजको मुख बन्द गर्नाका लागि भए पनि अलिकति यसो केही….." उनले दाइजोको कुरा गर्दै थिए। (यो एउटा कुप्रथा भए पनि कति ठाउँमा यसको अझै पालना गरिन्छ।)

हुम्ला जिल्लामा जन्मेकी श्रेयसाको विवाह गर्ने  भनेर उनकी आमाले भनेकी थिइन् तर उनको विवाहको उमेर पुगेको थिएन। उनले पढिरहेकी थिइन। उनको घरकाे आर्थिक अवस्था कमजोर भएका कारण नचाहे पनि उनले आफ्नी मुटुकाे टुक्रा श्रेयसाको विवाह गर्ने निर्णय लिएकी थिइन्। श्रेयसालाई आफ्नो बारेमा भई रहेको घटनाबारे केही थाहा थिएन । उनले जब थाहा पाइन तब पछि आफ्नो आँखामा बोकेका सबै सपना त्यागेर आफ्नी आमाले भनेकोअनुसार गरिन् ।

विवाहको लागि पूर्वतयारी गरिएको थियो। त्यस दिन उनलाई हेर्न एउटा केटा आएका थिए। सबै कुरा ठिकै चल्दै थियो । केटाको बुबाले सोधेका थिए-"अनि नानीको बाबा चाहिँ कता छन् त।" श्रेयसाका बुबा आफ्नो परिवार पाल्न भनेर पैसा कमाउन काठमाडाैँ गएका थिए ।तर फर्किएर नआएकाले  कोही उनको देहावसान भएको छ भन्छन् भने कोही के भन्छन्।  उनको त्यस बेलादेखि केही अत्तोपत्तो थिएन।

यो कुरा सुनेर उनलाई दुःख लाग्यो । सबै कुराको टुंगो गरेपछि अन्त्यमा उनले सोधे, "समाजको मुख बन्द गर्नका लागि भए पनि अलि यसो केही….." उनले दाइजोको कुरा गर्दै थिए। आफूले पढेको भए पनि उनले अरूको अवस्थाबारे बुझ्न सकेनन् । श्रेयसाकी आमाले आफ्नो सबै अवस्था बारे भनिन् । यो कुरा सुनेर उनले आफ्नो छोरालाई लिएर श्रेयसा आमालाई कराउँदै गई ।

श्रेयसा त्यसबेला कक्षा ६ मा पढ्थिन् । कुरा नबुझे पनि उनले आफ्नी आमाको आँसु देखेर केही नराम्रो भएको बुझिन्। आमाले पनि त्यो कुरा भएदेखि श्रेयसाको विवाह गर्ने निर्णय त्यागिन्। श्रेयसाले आफ्नो माथिल्लो कक्षाको शिक्षा सदरमुकाम बसेर लिइन्। केही समयपछि  गाउँ फर्किन्। त्यहाँ उनले आफ्नी आमा र गाउँकाहरूलाई सचेत गराइन् । अन्त्यमा सबै कुरा चेतनाको अभावले भएको पुष्टि भयो ।

(दाइजो र बालविवाह हाम्रो समाजका कुप्रथा हुन्। जताततै यस कुप्रथाको चलन नभए पनि केही ठाउँमा यसको चलन हुन्छ। यसले हाम्रो राष्ट्रको विकास हुनबाट बन्चित गराउँछ।

मेरो कल्पनामा धेरै कुरा आउँछन् । मेरो दिमागले धेरै कुरा म सुतिरहँदा खेरि देखाउँछ । कहिले राम्रो, कहिले नराम्रो अनि कहिले त डरलाग्दो पनि देखाउछ । यी सबैमा म यस निबन्धमा मेरो कल्पनाको संसारको बारे लेख्दै छु । मेरो कल्पनाको संसारमा म भोलि के हुन्छ वा के गर्ने वाली छु भनेर सोच्छु । मलाई के सोच्ने वा नसोच्ने भनेर चिन्ता गर्दिनँ ।  दिमागमा जे आउँछ त्यहीँको कल्पना गर्छु । मेरो कल्पनाको संसारमा म भोलि विद्यालय गएर कुनै असल काम गर्नेछु भनेर सोच्छु । म भोलि के मिठो मिठो खाने भनेर सोचेर मुख रसाउँछु ।  मेरो कल्पनाको दुनियामा म कोही अरूको जीवन कस्तो छ भनेर सोच्छु । म मेरा साथीहरू, आफन्तहरूको जीवन कस्तो छ भनेर सोच्छु । म कहिले काहीँ कुनै अरू मान्छे बनेको भनेर कल्पना गर्छु । मलाई इन्टरनेटमा केही कुरा हेरेपछि त्यो मन पर्‍याे भने म त्यसकै बारेमा सोचिराख्छु  । म मन लागेको कुनै ठाउँ घुमेको कल्पना गर्छु । म कहिलेकाहीँ दुखद परिदृश्यहरू पनि गर्छु ।  यसमा म मलाई दुख लाग्ने कुराहरूको बारेमा सम्झन्छु । डर लाग्नेमा म धेरै पर्दिन तर मलाई केही चिजको डर छ भने मात्र गर्छु । त्यसमाथि मैले गृहकार्य गरिन भने वा मेरो केही चाहिने कुरा हराए भने मात्र  मेरो डरलाग्दो कल्पना  आउँछ । मेरा यी कल्पनाहरू म सुत्ने बेला मात्र आउँछन् । यसले मलाई राति एघार बजेसम्म जगाउँछ । दुखद् परिदृश्यहरूले मलाई राति नै रुने जस्तो बनाउँछ । आनन्दित परिदृश्यहरू वा सुखद परिदृश्यहरू मलाई हासौँ जस्तो लाग्छ र  डरलाग्दा परिदृश्यहरूले त्यहीँ भागूँजस्तो लाग्छ ।

We can see many people who are really competitive. Nowadays, people like to win mostly everything. People like being called or being declared the winner. There are some people around who cannot just accept their loss or failure. However, "winner" does not really only mean the person who won. Winners, in my opinion, are people who do their work with their whole heart and interest, someone who does something fairly and with determination."Winner" means to try their best to do something.
Being a winner does not describe a person. Sometimes we need to accept our losses and failures as well. People can be judgey and picky sometimes, and they might judge you after seeing your result. People can think that you are smart, strong, and successful when you win something, but they mostly think you are not good at anything if you do not win anything. These people's behaviour can be very hurtful at times, but we must never give up; instead, we must work harder to achieve and accomplish the things we want to achieve in our lives rather than dreaming about winning without doing any work.If we fail at something, it does not mean to give up; it gives us a sign to stand up for ourselves and to start working. Those who never give up are the ones who win.Even if we see a person as a winner, it does not mean that the person has always been successful in every single thing in his or her life. They also may have felt unmotivated; they also may have felt like giving up, but they did not. We are all humans, and the only thing that shows a difference is that some people tend to give up if they lose at something, while others will work harder.

So in my opinion, "winner" does not mean to win at something or achieve awards; for me, "winner'' means the people who never give up, stand on their own two feet, build their own path, and are independent. Furthermore, people should never make fun of anyone who did not win something because they can come back stronger, as the saying goes, "the best way of vengeance is success."
 

Since ancient times people have been coming up with different discoveries and they are upgrading their living standards with it. Now they are developing new technologies and are coming up with marvellous ideas. This is because people are getting more educated these days.  The new technologies that have been developed are making our life easier. For example, mobile phones. It is a device that can be used over a wide area, without any physical connection to a network.

But people are misusing it by being addicted to it. Martin cooper did not invent the device so that people get addicted to using it. How I noticed it first is, when a kid was asked what does your mom do in her spare time and the kid replied that his mother watches her mobile most of the time. Second, when the pandemic began and there was this huge lockdown, children were having online classes. They started to take advantage of online classes and watched mobile phones all the time. After the lockdown children had to go to the hospitals for eye checkups. This is all because of the bad impact that affected the small children created by their parents. This also shows how addicted were the parents of such children that they forgot to spend quality time with them and check how their children are doing.

Martin Cooper created the device so that people would find it easier to communicate and interact with each other. We all know this but still we try to misuse it. We create new inventions which are good in many ways but we misuse it and harm ourselves. We are not some kind of divine being to not make mistakes so we need to learn from our mistakes. That’s how we can be more creative and learn new things.
 

The shape of your body is perfect for you. Though I believe there’s no perfect if there was one you’d be the definition. Your heart glistens in the night when there’s nothing but tears. I love you, I believe you!” No one, NOT ONCE when she needed to hear that. They only ever pointed it out. How much more could a kid handle? Legally, when you’re 18 you’re an adult. Every day hearing such painful words would hurt an adult, she was merely 3 when she felt what bullying was. Even now she’s only 13. What did you expect? Tell me please. A kid expected to look and act like an adult. A kid, body shamed daily.

Psychological abuse if the definition is correct is what she faced from the age of 3. Eventually, she was bound to wasn’t she? Did you expect her to only plead hanging on her last string until she died? The last string of hope that they’d change? It wasn’t like she didn’t feel pain or hurt. She was a human just like us but how much longer could she really go? She blamed herself just as much as they did because she had faith that they were only ever hoping for the best in her. Was she wrong to trust them? If you say yes you’re a hypocrite because you would have too. Finally when she found someone that made her realise that she didn’t deserve it was she wrong to do what she did? Was she wrong to murder the people who hurt her her whole life. Was she wrong to kill her parents? She became an orphan, yes but she was free from the pain and suffrage that she had gone through for the entirety of her life. You wouldn’t know, I know. I was there with her through every step of her life including the point she did it. I was the one who convinced her not to commit to ending it all. I WAS THERE DURING HER SORROW, too bad I can’t be with her in her happiness. As the night that it happened she was pushed to kill them because they made me commit suicide. I died and now I see her as she wished I hadn’t pulled the trigger on the gun I stole. She was driven by pain but it created happiness. She’s now in therapy, not sent to jail due to the trauma she had to endure. She’s free, only if she knows that I’m there for her even now. Only if she knew I may have perished however I’ll be with her till she does too and even after.
 

‘रोल नम्बर एक’ पुस्तक लेखक राधा पौडेलकाे बाल्यकालीन संस्मरण हाे । यस पुस्तकककाे प्रकाशक साङ्ग्रिला पुस्तक प्रा.लि. हाे । यस पुस्तककी प्रमुख पात्र राधा हुन् । यसमा उनले बाल्यबालमा गरेकाे सङ्घर्षकाे वर्णन गरिएकाे छ ।

राधा एउटी गाउँघरमा हुर्केकी केटी हुन् । राधालाई सानैदेखि काम गर्न धेरै मनपर्थ्याे  । उनी कहिलेकाही घर त कहिले विद्यालयका कामहरूमा व्यस्त हुन्थिन् । उनका आमा बुबा र दिदीहरू सधैैँ वर्षमा एक पटक घरधनीहरूकोमा धान रोप्न जाने गर्दथे । पहिलाका वर्षहरूमा उनी सानी भएकीले उनलाई लाने गरेको थिएन तर यसपाली भने उनी पनि आमासँगै गइन् । यसै कारणले गर्दा पैसा पनि अरूलाई भन्दा कम दिइयो । जसले गर्दा उनी दुखी भइन् ।
काम गर्दा कहिलेकाहीँ घरधनीहरू पनि काम कस्तो भइरहेको छ भनी हेर्न आउने गर्दथे । त्यसबेला भने हात छिटोछिटो चलाएर काम गर्ने रहेछ जुनबेला घरधनीहरूलाई उनी चिन्दिन थिइन् । यही भएर जब उसका दाजु दाजु भाउजु र दिदीहरूले छिटो छिटो हात चलाउन सुरु गर्दथे ।  त्यतिबेला राधाले पनि छिटो काम गर्न थालिन् । उनको गाउँमा पहिलेदेखि जङ्गलमा गएर छोरी बुहारीहरूले जाडो महिनामा रुख दाउरा ल्याउने चलन चलिआएको थियो । जसअनुसार उनी पनि आफ्नो दिदी भाउजुसँगै बिहानै दाउरा लिन पुग्थिन् । जङ्गलमा रुख काट्न नपाइने नियम भएकोले पुलिस खाना खाजा खान गएको मौका पारेर मात्र जानुपर्दथ्यो । अझ उनले सुनेअनुसार यदि रुख काट्दा काट्दै पुलिसले समात्याे भने त हँसिया, डोको समेत लाने गरेको रहेछ । यही कारणले गर्दा ती रुखहरूले उनलाई चोर दाष ठहरिरहेको जस्तो पनि महसुस गर्दथिन् ।
उनलाइ अरू मन पर्ने खानेकुरामा कटुस  र ऐसेलु थियो ।  कुनै दिन रुख ढलेको बेला १ २ माना टिप्न पाएमा भाग्यमानी नै जस्तो लाग्दथ्यो  । राधालाई पढ्न र विद्यालयमा जान पनि धेरै मन पर्दथ्यो । उनी पहिले त प्रथम भएकी थिइन तर पछि भने राम्रो नतिजा ल्याउन सकिनन् जसले गर्दा दुखी भइन् । आमाले सम्झाईबुझाई गरेपछि  र धेरै मेहेनत गरेपछि राम्रो नतिजा ल्याउन सफल भइन । त्यसपछि भने उनी चितवनकै धेरै चर्चित र प्रसिद्ध विद्यालयमा पढ्न गइन् । जाहँका शिक्षकहरू कडा हुनुका साथै नियम पनि कडा थियो । यो विद्यालय भने सुविधा सम्पन्न थियो  । यत्तिकैमा उनले आफ्नो पुरानो विद्यालय सम्झिन् जहाँ शौचालय बनाउन कति मेहेनत गर्नुपरेको थियाे । शौचालय नहुँदा भोग्नुपरेको समस्या बल्लबल्ल बनाए पनि एउटा मात्र हुँदाको समस्या । त्यसपछि त्यो समस्या हटाउन बनाएको नयाँ शौचालय यी सब भोगाइहरू उनको दिमागमा घुमिरहेको थियो । 
राधाले आफ्नी दिदीका पुराना किताबहरू पढ्थिन् भने त्यसपछि भने छिमेकी भाइलाई दिइन् त्यो किताब पढेर छिमेकी भाइले त राम्रो नतिजा पनि ल्याएको थियो  । उनी एक मेहेनती छात्रा पनि थिइन्  जसले गर्दा हरेक कथाबाट पाएको ज्ञानलाई जीवनमा उर्तान कोसिस पनि गर्दथिन् साथै उनी एक इमान्दार केटी पनि थिइन जसको उदाहरण पसल जाँदा फिर्ता आएको पैसा फिर्ता दिन जानु हो ।  उनी आाफ्ना कुराहरू नलुकाउने खालकी मानिस पनि थिइन् जसले आफ्नो महिनावारीको कुरा पनि साथीमाझ राख्न सक्थिन् ।
समग्रमा यस किताबले हामीलाई राधा भन्ने पात्रमार्फत धेरै कुराहरू सिकाउन खोजेको छ र उनीबाट प्ररेणा लिन प्रेरित गरेको छ । जसले गर्दा मेहेनत गर्ने भएको सामानको राम्रो प्रयोगदेखि सेवा गर्न समेत प्रेरित गर्दछ ।

In simple terms, population growth refers to an increase in the number of people inhabiting a particular location due to a big increase in their birth rate or migration. The population explosion is the cause of population growth. The term "population explosion" refers to a sudden increase in the number of people in a specific area. It is one of the most common natural disasters people face today. However, we must be aware of the negative effects of population growth and learn how to control it.
When population growth is not controlled in a particular area, it leads to an increase in the population of that area. Our country, Nepal, is also facing this problem, which is still not controlled. Population growth is caused by people’s carelessness. Technology can also be said to be one of the major causes of population growth because, due to the new things that help or make pregnancy easier, many child births happen frequently, which increases the population day by day. Moreover, new technologies have the ability to save lives and create better medical care for all. A direct result of this is increased life expectancy and population growth. Marriage can also be referred to as the cause of population growth because it is most likely that we will get pregnant when we marry. Migrating from one place to another is also one of the causes of population growth.
Many people need to be aware of this population, as we have to face negative consequences if we do not start taking the term "population growth" or "population explosion" seriously.
We must decrease population growth by arranging awareness campaigns, using technology wisely, giving people education so they are aware of population growth, etc.
Therefore, we must make everyone aware of this population growth and put an end to it. Since the 1950s, we have seen the population explode day by day and no one is taking it seriously. However, we must work together to find a proper solution to end this sudden population growth in a particular area.
 

लामाे समय भएकाे थियाे, बाहिर नगएकाे ।  त्यही भएर मैले मेराे आमा बुबालाई  कँही घुम्न जाउँ न भनेर भनेँ  । हामीले भनेकाे आमा बुबाले कहाँ मानिहाल्नुहुन्छ र ?  निकै समय लाग्याे मलाई त मेराे आमा बुबालाई मनाउन । मन मनै त मेराे मात्र आमा बुबा यस्ताे हाे कि, भन्ने पनि  लाग्याे । यस कुरामा म, आमा, बाबा, भाइ,दादा,दिदी भयाैँ। लामाे छलफलपछि बल्ल हामी कँहा जाने भनेर टुङ्गाे लाग्याे र काे काे जाने भनेर पनि । त्यसकाे भाेलिपल्ट हामी बिहानै ४:३० बजे उठेर पश्चिमतिर लाग्याैँ। झापा मेराे गाउँ भएकाे भएर हामी त्यही ठाँउबाट हाम्राे यात्रा सुरू गर्ने सल्लाह गर्‍याैँ । झापा जाँदै गर्दा हामीले रमाइलाे गर्‍याैँ  । गाउँदै, गफ गर्दै, खादैँ गयाैँ। आधा बाटाे जति त म सुतेकाे भएर मलाई केही याद नै भएन छ । सुतेर उठ्दा त काेसी ब्यारेक पाे आइपुगेछाैँ । काेसी ब्यारेक कटेपछि हामीले चिया पिउने भनेर गाडी राेक्याैँ। चिया पिएर हामी फेरी हाम्राे यात्रा तिरै लाग्याैँ। बर्दिबास पुग्दा लगभग १:३० भएकाे थियाे। त्यहाँ हामीले खाना खायाैँ र एकछिन् आराम गर्‍याैँ । हामीलाई जनकपुर घुम्न मन लागेकाे भएर हामी बर्दिबासबाट सिधै गयाैँ। मलाई अरूभन्दा पनि जनकपुरकाे सडक अत्यन्तै मन पर्‍याे तर के गर्नु बाटाे  मन परेर, त्यहाँका मानिसलाई अरूकाे इज्जत कसरी गर्नुपर्छ भन्ने त थाहा रहेनछ । त्यही पनि हामीले जानकी मन्दिरकाे दर्शन गर्‍याैँ  । अलि अलि भए पनि फाेटाे खिच्याैँ र निस्किहाल्याैँ। म लगायत मेराे परिवारलाई जनकपुर  अलि फाेहर लाग्याे । झापा पुग्दा एकदमै रात परेकाे थियाे । त्यही भएर हामी चाँडै सुत्याैँ । भाेलिपल्ट हामीले बहिनीलाई भेट्याैँ र कता कता घुम्न जाने भनेर याेजना बनायाैँ ।  थाकेकाे भएर त्यस दिन हामी कँही पनि गएनाैँ। दिउँसाे १ः०० बजेतिर म, आमा, बाबा, बहिनी, भाइ, दिदी, श्री अन्तुतिर लाग्याैँ। झापाबाट श्री अन्तु नजिक भएकाे भएर खुसी भएका थियाैँ । हामीले श्रीअन्तु जाँदा कन्याम, फिकल जस्ता रमाइला ठाउँ पनि घुम्याैँ । श्री अन्तु पुग्नकाे लागि हामीले गाडी अलि तलतिर राख्नुपर्दाे रहेछ र २- ३ घन्टाकाे बाटाे हिड्नु पर्दाे रहेछ। हामी त श्रीअन्तुकाे सूर्याेदय हेर्न आएकाे भएर भाेलिपल्ट बिहानै ३ बजे सूर्याेदय हेर्न लाग्याैँ । नेपाल केही सुन्दर गाउँजस्ताे लाग्याे। किनकि हाम्राे नेपालमा यत्ति धेरै सुन्दरता रहेछ भनेर मख्ख पर्‍याैँ । सबैसँग अलि अलि फाेटाे खिच्याैँ र एकछिन् त्यहाँकाे दृश्य हेर्‍याैँ ।घाम   झुल्केकाे हेरिसकेपछि तल आएर खान खायाैँ र झापातिर लाग्याैँ।
