म २८ फागुनमा मेरो हजुरबुबाको कार्यालयमा गएको थिएँ। मेरो हजुरबुबा महामञ्जुश्री विद्यालयको प्रधानाध्यापक हुनुहुन्छ । मलाई मेरी आमाले पुर्याइदिनुभयेको थियो । म पुगेपछि, कता जाने भनेर केही पनि थाहा थिएन त्यसैले मैले धेरै जनालाई प्रधानाध्यापककाे कार्यालय कता हो भनेर सोधेँ। एक जनाले मलाई त्यता हो भनेर देखाइदिनुभयो । म जुत्ता फुकालेर मेरो बुबाको कार्यालयको भित्र पसेँ । म गएर बुबालाई ढोगेँ, तर बुबाको बैठक भइरहेको थियो। म कुर्सि लिएर बसेँ त्यसपछि सबैजना कोठाबाट निस्किनुभयाे पछि, म बुबासँग गफ गर्न थालेँ । त्यहाँ काम गर्ने आन्टीले मलाई र बुबालाई चिया ल्याएर दिनुभयो। मलाई बिस्कुट पनि दिनुभएको थियो र मैले बुबासँग बसेर चिया र बिस्कुट खाएँ। म एकैछिन बाहिर गएँ, मेरा छिमेकी दाइहरूले मलाई चिन्नुभयो।
मेरो बुबाले विद्यालयका लागि विद्युत गाडी किन्ने विचार गर्नुभएको रहेछ । गाडी बेच्न दुई जना मान्छेहरू आउनुभएको थियो । म, मेरो बुबा, अरू विद्यार्थी र अरू शिक्षकहरू लिएर गाडीमा सेतो गुम्बासम्म गयाैँ। फर्केर आएपछि म र मेरो बुबा बसेर खाना खायाैँ। मेरी आमा मलाई लिन आउनुभएको थियो, तर मैले म बुबासँगै आउँछु भनेर उहाँसँग जान मानिन। बुबाको ५-६ बजेतिर छुट्टी भयो। म र मेरो बुबा उहाँको गाडीमा घर फर्कियाैँ। मैले अर्को लुगा लगाएर मेरो भाइसँग भकुण्डो खेल्न थालेँ। बुबा एकैछिन बसेर घर जानुभयो र म र मेरो भाइ पनि घरभित्र पसेर टी भी हेर्न थाल्याैँ। मलाई त्यो अनुभव धेरै राम्रो लाग्यो र मलाई फेरि पनि त्यस्तै गर्न रहर छ।
This is an incident from 1948 about a young boy named John who lived in Los Angeles, California. One day, he wanted to visit his birthplace, which was a small village called Monaco. There were a total of 160 people living in that village. One night, all of the village people suddenly disappeared. There was no one who knew about those people. From that day on, that village was known as a ghost village. Nobody dares to come to that village because everybody thinks that that village is cursed.
John was unaware of this, so he decided to visit the village with his friends Katherine and Jack. It took them 11 hours to get to that place. John wanted to take many pictures in his village because he had not been there for a long time. While taking pictures, he saw the danger sign at the entrance of the village. They started to wander and discuss the sign. An old woman was standing there, and she was listening to them, so she came near and warned them about it, but they ignored it and laughed at her.
They went inside the village and started to click pictures. They also saw many farms and decided to take pictures near all the farms. Everything was fine in the village. They enjoyed the greenery and the environment of the village. However, they were surprised to see the empty village, but it did not bother them. They saw one old house and decided to stay there. That night, in their dream, they saw many people and monsters. Everybody had the same dream and woke up at the same time. They thought it was just a coincidence and did not care much, but they were unaware that a huge disaster was chasing them.
The next day, they went to every farm and clicked pictures. There were many scarecrows. They took pictures of them too. After an hour, they took a rest and started to look at their picture with many scarecrows. They noticed that one scarecrow was very different and weird from the others. But when they observed that particular scarecrow, they observed that actually it was a human with one eye and the other side full of blood. They later realised about the danger sign and the thing that old women told them when they were entering the village and finally knew about the truth of that village; they later found an old newspaper where it was written, "Today, in 1932, 160 people in this village disappeared together". Later, they learned about this cursed village, so they immediately started packing to leave the village, but it was too late; they started hearing weird noises.

मेरो प्राकृतिक प्रकोपका धेरै अनुभवहरू छैनन्, तर मसँग भूकम्प र पहिरोको अनुभव छ। जब म सानो थिएँ, तब नेपालमा ठुलो भुकम्प गएको थियो तर म धेरै सानो थिएँ । त्यसैले मलाई त्यसको याद छैन। एक छोटी, म र मेरो परिवार पोखराबाट फर्किदै थियौँ, बन्दिपुरमा ठुलो पहिरो भएको थियो। मलाई त्यसको पनि राम्राे याद छैन, तर मसँग त्यसको भिडियो छ । त्यसैले मलाई त्यसको अलिकति याद छ। भूकम्प गएको बेलाको पनि भिडियो छ, तर म त्यति बेला धेरै सानो थिएँ । त्यसैले मलाई भूकम्पभन्दा पहिरोको अझै याद आउँछ।

घरभित्र खेलिने खेल र घर बाहिर खेलिने खेल गरी दुइ किसिमका खेल हुन्छन् I चेस , क्यारेम बोर्ड, लुडो, तास ,टेबुल टेनिस आदि घरभित्र खेलिने खेलहरु हुन् I घरभित्र खेलिने खेललाई धेरै ठाउँ चाहिदैन I घरभित्र खेलिने खेलहरूले मानिसको सोच्ने , समस्या समाधान गर्ने र तर्क गर्ने क्षमता वृद्धि हुन्छ I यी खेलहरू खेल्दा पानि पर्दा , धेरै गर्मि हुँदा , हावा हुरी लाग्दा पनि असर गर्दैन I यी खेल खेल्न धेरै मानिस चाहिदैन I घर बाहिर खेलिने खेललाई धेरै ठाउँ र खेलाडीहरू चाहिन्छ I यी खेलहरू खेल्न धेरै मेहनत गर्नुपर्छ I फुटबल, भलिबल, बास्केटबल, क्रिकेट, पौडी आदि घरबाहिर खेलिने खेलहरू हुन् I यी खेलहरूले शारीरिक तथा मानसिक विकासका लागि सहयोग गर्छन् I
आजको समाजमा कतिपय खेलहरू विभिन्न देशहरूबिच खेलिन्छन् I विश्वकप, ओलम्पिक खेलहरू लोकप्रिय बन्दै गइरहेका छन् I यस्ता प्रतिस्पर्धाहरूबाट विश्वका सबै जाति, धर्म, सम्प्रदाय र सबै वर्गका जनताको महान उत्सवका रुपमा विश्वकप, र ओलम्पिक खेलहरूलाई लिने गरिन्छ I यसै खेलकुदको विकासबाट राष्ट्रले कमाएको नाम र दामले खेलाडीहरू मात्र नभई पूरा देश नै विश्वसामु चिनिन थालेको छ I राष्ट्रको शिरलाई उच्च बनाएको छ I समग्रमा हरेक व्यक्तिले आफ्नो मात्र नभई गाउँ, समाज र राष्ट्रले नै धेरै फाइदा हासिल गर्न सक्छन् भने खेलाडीले आफ्नो ध्वजापताकालाई विश्वसामु फहराउन सक्छन I खेलमा जित वा हार जेपनि हुन सक्छ I जित हार जेसुकै भएपनि त्यसलाई सहजै स्विकार्नुपर्छ र खेलको मर्यादालाई भुल्नुहुँदैन I दुवै पक्षबिच स्वस्थ प्रतिस्पर्दा हुनुपर्छ र कसैले पनि संयम गुमाउनुहुँदैन I अनि मात्र खेलाडी र खेलकुदको महत्त्व रहन सक्छ I

A rainbow is a natural phenomenon that appears in the sky before or after rain and when the sun rises. It is a seven-coloured, long, wide, semicircular band going from one end of the earth to another.The seven colours of the rainbow are violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange and red. Sometimes only a red-coloured rainbow is seen, which is called a Monochrome Rainbow. When the sunlight passes from a thinner medium to a denser medium, all seven colours present in the sunlight form a semi-circular rainbow. The rainbow is actually circular. When we see it from the ground, the bottom part is hidden. If we see the rainbow from a flying aeroplane, we can see the circular rainbow. The reflection and refraction of light creates a rainbow.
There are two types of rainbows. They are the primary rainbow and the secondary rainbow. In the primary rainbow, we see the red colour on top and the violet colour on the bottom. In a secondary rainbow, we see the violet colour on top and the red colour on the bottom. A secondary rainbow seems fainter than a primary rainbow.
When light is refracted as it enters a droplet of water, it splits into different colours and is refracted back. People believe that if a rainbow is seen after rain, there will be no more rain. In Hinduism, a rainbow is called ‘Indradhanush’ the bow of Lord Indra. Indra is the god of rain. Rainbows are seen after storms, too. In many cultures, it is considered a symbol of peace. The rainbow is wonderful. When we see the rainbow, we feel that the angel is smiling at us. It is pleasant to the eyes. Small kids enjoy seeing a rainbow. It gives anyone a happy feeling. Many poets have created poems about the rainbow. Our ancestors believed that the rainbow was the bridge between earth and heaven. So we become very happy when we see the rainbow.

Asia’s population is 4.7B. The Maldives is the smallest country in Asia. There are 49 states in Asia.
