राजनीति भनेको कुनै देश वा क्षेत्रको मामिलालाई समावेश गर्ने गतिविधि हो। राजनीति सरकारसँग जोडिएको हुन्छ । जनताको सहकार्य र निर्णयलाई राजनीति भनिन्छ।

राजनीतिले देश वा क्षेत्रलाई शासन गर्न मद्दत गर्दछ। राजनीतिले मानिसलाई अधिकार दिन्छ। राजनीतिज्ञहरूले कानुनी कागजातहरू बनाउँछन् जसले मानव अधिकारको वर्णन गर्दछ ताकि मानिसहरूले तिनीहरूलाई लागू गर्न सकून्। राजनीतिले देशका जनतालाई शिक्षा, रोजगारी, स्वास्थ्य आदिमा मद्दत गर्छ भने राजनीतिले देश वा क्षेत्रका नागरिकलाई लोकतन्त्र प्रदान गर्छ । यदि नागरिकहरू कुनै नियम वा कानूनसँग असन्तुष्ट छन् भने, तिनीहरूले यसको विरुद्धमा विरोध गर्न सक्छन् । राजनीतिले जनताको नागरिक र आर्थिक कल्याणलाई सुधार गर्न मद्दत गर्दछ।

हाम्रो देश नेपाल १९०० को दशकमा प्रजातन्त्रको लागि लड्न थालेको थियो। हाम्रो देशका प्रथम प्रधानमन्त्री जङ्गबहादुर राणा थिए । पछि, सन् १९५०मा राजा महेन्द्रले नयाँ संविधान जारी गरे र राष्ट्रिय सभाको लागि पहिलो लोकतान्त्रिक चुनाव भयो  तर सन् १९६० मा राजा महेन्द्रले आफ्नो विचार परिवर्तन गरी पहिलो लोकतान्त्रिक सरकारलाई खारेज गरे । धेरै संघर्षका साथ जनताले अन्तत: सन् १९९० मा बहुदलीय संसद स्थापना गरेपछि जनताले लोकतन्त्रको बाटो खोल्न सफल भए। सन् १९९१ को मेमा नेपालमा पहिलो संसदीय निर्वाचन भयो । सन् २००६ सम्म, धेरै लोकतान्त्रिक र राजनीतिक दल र संगठनहरू पहिले नै गठन भइसकेका छन् । र सन् २००८ मा, नेपाल गणतन्त्र राष्ट्र भयो।

राजनीतिले हाम्रो देशलाई विकास गर्न मद्दत गरेको छ । सरकारले गाउँमा बालबालिकालाई पढ्नको लागि सरकारी विद्यालय बनाएको छ । विद्यालयहरू निःशुल्क भएका  छन् वा यसको कम शुल्क छ । उनीहरूले देशभरका बालबालिकाहरूलाई मद्दत गरेका छन् । पहिले त्यहाँ धेरै अस्पतालहरू थिएनन् जसले गर्दा विशेष गरी गाउँहरूमा जनसङ्ख्या घट्यो त्यसैले सरकारले उनीहरूलाई मद्दत गर्न हाम्रो देशभर स्वास्थ्य चौकीहरू बनाएको थियो। नयाँ संविधानमा राजनीतिज्ञहरूले हामीलाई धेरै अधिकार र कर्तव्यहरू दिएका छन्। हामी आफ्नो अधिकार कार्यान्वयन गर्न सक्छौँ र देश विकास गर्न आफ्नो कर्तव्य गर्न सक्छौँ। जनतालाई कानून वा नियमसँग असन्तुष्ट भए त्यसकाे विरुद्धमा बोल्ने अधिकार पनि छ । यसरी राजनीतिले हाम्रो देश नेपालको विकास गर्न मद्दत गरेको छ 

आज म विद्यार्थी हुँ  । भविष्यमा म जे पनि गर्नेछु ।  जुन मलाई थाहा छैन ।  त्यसैले आज म त्यसको लागि पढ्दै छु म सोच्छु र मेरो लागि गर्दैछु  । भोलि मलाई थाहा छैन म डाक्टर, इन्जिनियर वा आर्मी बन्न सक्दिन । थाहा छ, मसँग कुनै प्रमाण छैन तर मसँग प्रमाण छ कि म भविष्यमा सफल मानिस हुनेछु ।  भविष्यमा म त्यही बन्ने छु जुन मैले गर्ने छु ।  आज मेरा योजनाहरू धेरै छन् । मलाई बाँच्न धेरै आवश्यक छ,  मैले धेरै समस्याहरूको सामना गर्नुपर्ने छ। अब कसरी सामना गर्ने थाहा छैन ।  त्यसैले म त्यसको लागि तालिम लिइरहेको छु  । त्यसैले म भविष्यमा पढ्दैछु  । मेरो मुख्य सपना मेरो देशलाई गर्व गर्ने हो । त्यसैले मेरो मुख्य लक्ष्य पनि यही हो  ।  प्रायः मनले भन्न चाहन्छु। मेरो देशको  नाम नाम राख्नु मेराे लक्ष्य हाे । मलाईयसमा नै  गर्व छ  । जब कसैले मलाई सोध्छ म भन्छु म मेरो देश बनाउँछु त्यसैले यही नै मेराे सपना, कल्पना र लक्ष्य हाे ।  

शारीरिक शिक्षा भनेको एउटा विषय हो जसले  हामीलाई आफ्नो मानसिकभन्दा पनि शारीरिक रूपको महत्त्व सिकाउँछ । शारीरिक शिक्षामा शारीरिक व्यायाम, योग र खेलकुदको बारेमा सिकाउँछ । शारीरिक शिक्षा एउटा धेरै महत्त्वपूर्ण विषय हो, यसले नै हाम्रो शारीरिक विकास हुन्छ र हामीलाई शारीरिक रूपमा लागिने रोगहरू पनि लाग्दैन ।

शारीरिक व्यायामः  शारीरिक व्यायामले हामीलाई शारीरिक व्यायाम महत्त्व, आवश्यकता प्रकार र तरिकाकाे बारेमा सिकाउँछ  । शारीरिक व्यायामले हाम्रो शरीरलाई बलियो, स्वस्थ र सक्रिय राख्छ । जब हामी हरेक दिन शारीरिक व्यायाम गर्छौ ।  हाम्रो सबै अङ्गहरूलाई बलियो र सक्रिय बनाउँछ र यसले हाम्रो अङ्गहरूको विकास पनि गर्छ । शारीरिक व्यायामले हामीलाई चोट र घाउसँग पनि बचाउँछ । शारीरिक व्यायामले हामीलाई नराम्रो सोचबाट पर राख्छ र राम्रो सोच र विचारसँग राम्राे बनाउँछ  ।

योग भनेको पनि एउटा व्यायाम हो, जसमा सास नियन्त्रण गर्ने, ध्यान गर्ने र शरीरलाई फरक अवस्थामा राख्ने काम गर्दछ । योगले शान्ति सिर्जना गर्छ ।  ढाडकाे  दुखाइ कम गर्छ र नराम्रो सोच हटाएर राम्रो सोचमा परिवर्तन गर्छ । योगले हाम्रो मानसिक र शारीरिक स्वास्थ्यको विकास गर्छ । योगले हाम्रो दिमागलाई पनि नराम्रो कुराबाट हटाउँछ ।

शारीरिक शिक्षा हाम्रो जीवनकाे लागि  धेरै महत्त्वपूर्ण कुरा हो किनभने यसको शिक्षाको कारण हाम्रा अङ्गहरू बलिया र सक्रिय हुन्छन् र हाम्रो दिमागलाई पनि यसले सक्रिय र बलियो बनाउछ र साथ साथै यसलाई नराम्रो भावना र सोचबाट पर राख्छ । त्यसैले जीवनलाई स्वच्छ र रहरलाग्दाे बनाउन शारीरिक शिक्षाबाट लिइएकाे शिक्षालाई दैनिक जीवनमा पनि प्रयाेग गर्नुपर्छ ।

It had been a month since Isabella's mother went missing. It was early morning when she woke up to see her mother gone. She looked around and panicked. She asked the maid if she had seen her mother, but she had nothing to say. Isabella called her brother right after, who called the police, and they took over. But soon the police gave up, as it was a complete mystery. Isabella was traumatised by her mother's disappearance. It was sudden, but she knew it would eventually happen. She was sitting in the corner of her living room, waiting for that moment to be over. She didn't shed a single tear throughout her mother's disappearance. She just looked pale and lost. No one knew what happened to her mother. Is she dead or alive? Was she kidnapped or did she run away? So many theories were there. Many people thought she ran away because her children were a burden to her. Some said she ran away with a rich man, and some said she ran away because it was too much for a single mother to handle. Even after a lot of sayings from people, Isabella and her brother knew that their mother would come back and none of the "sayings" were true.
Isabella had an older brother, Clinton, who was 2 years older than her. He was now in college, ready to start a new life, when he heard his mother was gone. He had to abandon everything and return home to care for his family.
Isabella's mother was a single mother who knew nothing about their father besides their mother herself. The kids didn't really care about knowing much about their father because they knew he had left their mother because of them. And they didn't really care, as they had their mother with them. Though a housewife, Margaret (their mother) was very efficient and clever. In fact, she and Isabella were very close, and Isabella and her mother had such a connection that it could never have been between her mother and her brother. When Margaret (Isabella's mother) had Clinton, it was quite hard for her to bond with his son. Clinton was a very reserved person; he hardly talked with anyone and had a hard time making friends until middle school. He was a smart little fellow. The only few things he was good at were art, fencing, and playing the cello. He bonded with these things. But Margaret didn't really have any experience with these things. Clinton wasn't very happy when Margaret insisted he join fencing lessons when he was 8, but she wanted him to learn how to fight for his own safety. Fencing was the one and only thing Clinton did because of his mother's request. Though Clinton was very different from his mother, he truly loved her; it was just hard for him to express his gratitude towards her.
Isabella, on the other hand, was a completely different breed. She was a ball of joy. She was the complete opposite of her brother, Clinton. and was just like her mother. She had light brown hair just like her mother's and beautiful hazel eyes just like her mother's. While Clinton was quiet and reserved, Isabella was loud and expressive with her thoughts and emotions ever since she was small. Her mother taught her jiu-jitsu, and she instantly became a master at it. She was also very clever, like her mother. Isabella and her mother used to spend hours reading and solving puzzles and riddles. The other thing Isabella was good at was chess. Her mother taught her that as well, but she mostly used to play it with her father. Clinton never understood chess; he took it as an ache for the mind. The white siblings had their differences, but one thing they had in common was a deep love of music and instruments.Clinton played the cello, and Isabella played the violin perfectly. They used to sit in one quiet room and perfect their notes while their mother cooked for them. Both kids were closer to their mother than to their father, but they truly loved both of them.
 

हाम्राे विद्यालयले २०७९ साल असार २२ गतेका  दिन शैक्षिक वर्ष २०७९ को तेस्रो पुस्तकवार्ता गरेकाे थियाे । पुस्तकवार्ता भनेको केही पुस्तक, उपन्यास, कविता आदिका लेखकहरूसँगको कुराकानी हो । मेरो विद्यालय, सिफल माध्यमिक विद्यालयले सधैं केही रचनात्मक कार्यलाई अगाडि ल्याएको छ । हामीलाई पढ्नको लागि रमाइला नेपाली र अंग्रेजी पुस्तकहरू हरेक महिना उपलब्ध हुन्छ  तिनै पुस्तकका लेखकहरूलाई बुक टक अर्थात पुस्तक वार्ताका लागि बाेलाउने गरिन्छ ।  जुन कार्य म लगायत मेरो विद्यालयका हरेक विद्यार्थीहरूलाई वास्तवमै राम्रो लाग्छ । हरेक महिनाजस्तै यस महिनाको पुस्तकवार्तामा मेरो विद्यालयले पुस्तकका लेखक अन्तरक्रियाकाे लागि अन्तरिक्षकाे धर्तीमा लेखकलाई निम्तो दिएकाे थियाे  । उहाँ अहिलेकाे समयका चर्चित छन्दकवि सुदेश सत्याल हुनुहुन्थ्याे । उहाँले लेखेका केही कविताहरू पढेपछि म त्यो बेला झनै उत्साहित भएँ । मञ्चतर्फ लाग्दा उहाँलाई हाम्री नेपाली शिक्षिका लक्ष्मी तिवारीले न्यानो स्वागत गर्नुभयो ।

मञ्चमा आएपछि उहाँले पहिलो पटक नेपाली साहित्यकारको रूपमा  कविकाे परिचय गराउनुभयाे । उहाँ हामी बच्चाहरूसँग धेरै खुल्ला हुनुहुन्थ्यो जुन मलाई साँच्चै राम्रो लाग्यो। त्यसपछि उहाँले आफ्नो जीवनको बारेमा थप बताउन थाल्नुभयाे ।  कवि कक्षा ६ मा पढ्दादेखि नै कविताप्रति जिज्ञासु हुनुहुँदाेरहेछ  ।  छन्दको बारेमा केही कुरा गरेको भन्दै  अघिल्लो दिन उदयपुर सहरबाट फर्किनुभएकाे रहेछ  । गुरुकुलमा पढेपछि उहाँले केही कविहरू लेख्न थाल्नुभएछ ।  जसले गर्दा उहाँको कविताप्रति रुचि बढेकाे रहेछ । कक्षा १० पछि कविताको बारेमा साँच्चै उत्सुक भएकाले उहाँले कक्षाहरू छाेडी छाेछी कविता पढ्न थाल्नुभएछ ।उहाँले कक्षा १० मा विज्ञानको किताब कहिल्यै नपढ्ने र त्यस समयमा कवितामा मात्र ध्यान दिएकाे कुरा गर्नुभएकाे थियाे ।  पढाइमा नराम्रो भए पनि कविता लेख्ने शाेख उहाँले कहिल्यै छोड्नुभएन  । कक्षा १२ मा पढ्दा उहाँले एउटा कविता लेख्नुभएछ  जुन उहाँलाई साँच्चै राम्रो लाग्यो र उहाँले प्रतियोगितामा भाग लिएर प्रथम पनि हुनुभएछ  । यसरी उहाँले आफ्नो पहिलो कविताबाट पुरस्कार जितेपछि उहाँ निकै उत्साहित हुनुभएछ  र अझै धेरै कविता लेख्न थाल्नुभएछ ।। पहिलो पुरस्कारबाट प्रेरणा पाएपछि उनले थप प्रतियाेगितामा  भाग लिन थाल्नुभएछ  र थप पुरस्कार जित्न थाल्नुभएछ । त्यसपछि गर्न काठमाडौं आउनुभएछ  । उहाँलाई टेक्नोलोजीको बारेमा थाहा नभएको कारण, उहाँका केही साथीहरूले विभिन्न सामाजिक सञ्जालमा वाचन गरिएकाे भिडियाे  पोस्ट गर्न भनी सुझाव दिएछन् । २०७२ सालमा उहाँकाे फर्केर आऊ घर कविता युट्युबमा आएछ  । त्याे कविता सबैले मन पराएछन् । त्यसपछि उहाँले निरन्तर रूपमा युट्युबमा कविता राख्न थाल्नुभएछ । ती कवितालाई धेरैले हेरेछन् र मन पराएछन् । त्यसपछि उहाँ धेरैतिर चिनिन थाल्नुएकाे कुरा हामीसँग गर्नुभएकाे थियाे ।

त्यसपछि उहाँले आफ्ना केही कविताहरू सुनाउनुभयाे ।  जसलाई सबैले वाचनका लागि अनुराेध  अनुरोध गरेका थियाैँ  । हामीले पनि उहाँलाई जीवनको बारेमा धेरै प्रश्नहरू सोध्यौं। उहाँको कविता लेखन यात्रामा आमाबाबुले पनि साथ दिएकाे कुरा राख्नुभयाे ।  अन्त्यमा उहाँले ताली नमार्नु अब शीर्षककाे कविता वाचन गर्दा निकै मावल तातेकाे थियाे । त्यसपछि हाम्री नेपाली शिक्षिकाले जानुअघि, हाँलाई धन्यवाद दिनुभयो र मायाकाे चिनाे पनि दिनुभयो जुन हामी पुस्तक वार्तामा हामीलाई भेट्न आउने प्रत्येक लेखकहरूलाई दिन्छौँ।

I was born in Nepal, a country that is mostly bragged about its brave Gorkhali soldiers, the birthplace of the Buddha who is also renowned as the lord of peace, the highest peak Mt Everest and the enchanting natural beauty by the Nepali people. However, now that they have achieved these few things, a chest filled with pride is all they have. My whatsoever boring life with people who are high on pride does have a few exciting parts, one of them is when I travelled to Chitwan.  

Chitwan is a place deep within the borders of Nepal and quite a tourist attraction. As to why it is a tourist attraction is because of the one-horned rhinos the creatures adored by me which are present in the Chitwan national park and meeting these creatures was the sole reason for my journey to Chitwan. I and my family were travelling to Chitwan by bus through the night so we didn’t pack many snacks but that may have been a mistake because we were not able to sleep due to the bus’s frequent stops for the restroom arising out hunger every time when we were trying to sleep not only that the restrooms they stopped at were horrible and stinky and just like that without a blink of sleep we reached to Chitwan in the morning.

We went to visit our relatives there who I didn’t even know existed. After reaching my distant relative's house we shared a few light conversations. I couldn't stop complimenting the chicken curry which was prepared in Tharu style with beaten rice which I personally have become a big fan of as a dish since I ate it over there.  Our distant relative whose name is Rajlun guided us to a historical play on the epic “Ramayana '' performed by many Tharu actors so that tourists can enjoy their time in Chitwan. After the play we went to a hotel to rest. The next day we went to visit the Chitwan National Park where I rode an elephant. Later on, we also met my desired creature, the one-horned Rhino. Furthermore, I learnt a lot about the other animals present there and that is how we ended the day. The law of my visit to Chitwan has arrived and for the last thing, we decided to do a picnic which may have been one of the most entertaining picnics of my life.

After my amusing trip to Chitwan, we returned back to our home “and Ooooo! Do I have a lot to tell my friends” were probably my first thoughts after arrival. I did keep this trip alive and refreshed a lot back then, by repeatedly bragging about it to my friends just like my fellow Nepali people who keep on repeatedly bragging about Buddha renowned as lord of peace, the highest peak Mt Everest and the enchanting natural beauty of Nepal.   
 

Marvel is a studio which makes movies,comics and animated shows. But things weren’t good for them all the time. They were being so poor that they had to sell their characters rights for money. But when they selled came back to them and they decided to take a risk and make a movie. The character was Iron Man. They made the movie Iron Man and released it in 2008 and fortunately it worked. After that they decided to take another risk and start a Cinematic Universe. They named it Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). That too worked and after that they started making movies for MCU. All the movies were liked by the fans and the things like taking characters from the comics, changing their story a little and good story,VFX and CGI were liked by the fans very much. The other thing that was liked by the fans  is that all movies were related to each other and the details in every single thing. It is liked by everyone. People were crazy fans of MCU.
But there are also some things that fans don’t like, for instance, dull stories, VFX and CGI, limitations on the movie because of PG-13 and not making the movies serious. The studio is also trying to fix it and they also have fixed it in their upcoming projects. Creating the MCU was a really good idea because from the time you had to sell your characters for money to being the most popular and fan-favorite studio is a very big thing. They have many competitors but they are at the top so far. All superheroes are loved by fans and this love remains forever.   
Lastly, I just want to thank all the directors,producers, actors and the people of the film crew because they all work very hard to present us the masterpieces. And I just want to say that they are the most talented and creative people in the world. 
 

Nepal is a developing country. As Nepal is a developed country, we are developing in various sectors like agriculture, services, etc. We are also seeing a huge development in the education sector. In all the sectors where Nepal is developing, there are minor and major problems. In the education sector alone, we have various issues like rural education, gender-neutral education, teacher training, etc. We can find various other issues in the education sector of Nepal. The Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology is currently not fixing the problems.
Education is one of the most essential factors in the development of a country. It helps stabilize the economic state of the country. It also improves health services, decreases poverty, brings peace, etc. When they go to schools, colleges, or universities, they get a proper education. They get ideas about what is right and what is wrong, which improves the literacy rate of the country.
In Nepal, we have lots of schools, but in most of the schools, there is a lack of quality education. In the rural parts of Nepal, we can see that there are not many qualified teachers. In many parts of Nepal, there is a lack of schools, teachers, and classrooms. People from rural areas have to come to urban areas to get a proper education, or they have to travel a very long way to schools. People also go to foreign countries to study due to the quality of education in Nepal.
In our society, we have seen many different social problems and superstitions. People believe in superstitions due to a lack of education. The problems also exist because people are not well educated. Due to a lack of education, people believe in superstitions. Moreover, in Nepal, teachers do not have access to proper equipment. There is also a very poor fund for education in Nepal. The curriculum is very old and has to be improved. The curricula being taught also do not prepare students for the future. The classroom in rural areas is also very old. Some of the classrooms lack chairs, tables, benches, etc. Some students have to travel long distances to get to their schools. Students living in rural areas mostly do not have access to technology. The students who are not familiar with things like computers, phones, etc. In our current world, technology is rapidly growing. So, we must have basic knowledge of technology.
Economically, Nepal is a poor country. Lots of people live in poverty. The people suffering from poverty are not able to study because they can not  pay the fee for the school. In Nepal, disabled people are bullied, and people are discriminated against for their caste, gender, etc. Due to this, they are not able to focus on their studies. So academically, they are not as strong.
So in conclusion, schools should upgrade their curriculums, teach about digital items, raise more funds, remove superstition, provide quality education, renovate classrooms, and provide the necessary equipment.

माया ममता र आत्मीयताले भरिएको मेरो घर।

आमा, बुबा, हजुरबुबा, हजुरआमा,
भाइ अनि बहिनी सबै प्यारा।
परिवार भएको सबै मानिस सुखी हुन्छ,
मेरो सुख. मेरो परिवार मेरै घरमा छ ।

तीन वटा कोठा अनि एउटा भान्छा,
बार्दली अनि कौसी र कौसीमाथिकाे सुन्दर पूजाकोठा।
हाँसो रोदन सुख अनि दुख ,
सबै बाडिन्छन् मेरो प्यारो घरमा।

एउटा घर भनेको स्वर्ग हो,
झगडा गरी सम्बन्ध बिगारे नरक हो ।
त्यही भएर दुइ दिने जिन्दगीमा मिलेर ,
आफ्नै घरमा रमाइलो गरेर बसौँ ।

मानिस जन्मेदेखि नै सिप, कला तथा केही न क्षमता लिएर जन्मेकाे हुन्छ । हरेक मानिसको जीवनमा केही न केही लक्ष्य हुन्छन् । हामीमा भएको आन्तरिक क्षमतालाई बुझेर हामीले आफ्नो लक्ष्य पूरा गर्नुपर्छ । लक्ष्य प्राप्त गर्दा धेरै बाधाहरू आउँछन् तर हामीले कहिल्यै पनि हार मान्नुहुँदैन । हरेक मानिसको जीवनमा केही न केही लक्ष्य हुन्छन्  त्यस्तै मेरो पनि जीवनको लक्ष्य डाक्टर बन्ने हो । |मैले मेरो लक्ष्य पूरा गर्नको लागि जीवनमा धेरै सङ्घर्ष गर्नुपर्नेछ ।

ठुला-ठुला मानिसहरू सफल हुनुको कारण उनीहरूले सानैदेखि गरेको कडा मिहेनत  हो । मानिसहरू विभिन्न लक्ष्य बोक्छन । काेही  पायलट कोही इन्जिनियर कोही कृषि ।  त्यस्तै मैले पनि मेरो जीवनमा डाक्टर बन्ने लक्ष्य लिएको छु। कुनै पनि स्वास्थ्यमा समस्या देखिएर उपचार गर्ने व्यक्तिलाई डाक्टर भनिन्छ ।  डाक्टर त्यस्ता व्यक्तिलाई भनिन्छ जसले मानिसको जीवन बचाउने काम गर्दछन्  । मलाई मेरो जीवनमा धेरै पढे लेखेर समाजको सेवा गर्नुछ ।रोगीहरूको निःशुल्क उपचार गरी उनीहरूको रोग निको पार्नु छ ।

डाक्टर बनेर पैसा कमाउने इच्छा त छ तर  पैसा कमाउँदै कमाउँदै समाजका मानिसलाई सहयोग पनि गर्ने इच्छा छ । डाक्टरहरू विश्वमा नभएको भए विश्वका आधाभन्दा धेरै मान्छेहरू बितिसकेका हुन्थे होला उपचारका  लागि हामी धेरै टाढा जानुपरेको छ । त्यसैले मैले हाम्रै समाजका मान्छेहरूलाई सेवा पनि गर्न पाऊँ भनेर डाक्टर बन्ने इच्छा राखेको छु |

सबै आर्थिक क्रियाकलापको महत्त्व छ । सबै आर्थिक क्रियाकलापले  हाम्रो समाज र समुदायका मानिसकाे विकास गर्छन् । समाज र समुदायले मात्र हैन तर खै हाम्रो देशलाई पनि विकास  गर्ने काम गर्छ । हामी सबै यो विश्वमा रहेका छौँ सबैले खुसी जीवन पाएका छौं । अनि अझै लामो जीवन बाँच्न सक्छौँ । |यो काम विश्वका विभिन्न आर्थिक क्रियाकलापको काम हो |जुन आर्थिक क्रियाकलापमा भाग लिए पनि, आफू असल मान्छे भएर अरूकाे पनि जीवन राम्रो बनाउन सक्ने मान्छे म हुन चाहन्छु । त्यसैले मेराे जीवनकाे लक्ष्य डाक्टर बन्ने रहेकाे छ ।
 

We all know how important academia is in our life. To achieve something we shall have a certain amount of qualification. A good qualification is required for us to have a good future. But is that enough for us?

For me, it's No. Academics can't teach us many things, give us knowledge but can never make us socialised or practical in our life. It teaches us what can be done but can’t explain how in our daily life. To take an example, some months ago I was device addicted, it's not like I don’t use it currently but I do have a time limit nowadays. Everything for me was school, homework, study, and devices. And when I had to talk with others it was very hard for me.

After that my relatives, brothers, sisters and uncles made me do volunteering work in J.B.Y.C programs. It was an extra activity in my free time. From then and now I have changed a lot. Many people in my place know me and have good relationships with me. So for me volunteering and other community work has become a mode of changing or I would prefer to say has brought growth in me. It has been shaping me for sure to be a responsible member of the community.

It's not only myself, to take the example of a friend who always remains inside his room and studies or uses devices. He is good at studies but fails in daily life. He doesn't have friendly relations with others. He fails in many ways as a social animal. When he attends any party or ceremony he sits alone and plays games.

So I guess parents and school should give them practical knowledge about daily life so that a child can face big problems easily in future. Hence, only academic growth is not important for us. We shall have other practical skills and knowledge too to thrive in our life.
 

Nowadays our environment is getting polluted a lot. The reason for all of this pollution is us, humans. We are building factories, throwing garbage outside, polluting water, etc. The leading cause of pollution also is urbanization. 

Urbanization simply means a lot of people being concentrated in small areas. Like in Nepal Kathmandu is polluted a lot because everybody in Nepal is focused on living there. There are many other metropolitan and sub-metropolitan cities in Nepal but everybody wants to come over Kathmandu. The government is also a reason for urbanization here. Our government is also only focusing on developing the capital city due to which people come here for better opportunities. This city has top schools and colleges with good educational facilities. It has highly developed medical facilities, international airports and many more. These are the reasons why Kathmandu has become more populated. Due to the high population and more houses, industries and vehicles, we can feel the dust on our noses.

Urbanization is also affecting Nepal because when there is overpopulation there is more waste created. Urbanization also causes a lack of resources. When there are fewer resources than people living won't get to fulfill their needs. This is also a problem because there will be more poverty due to a lack of resources. Due to urbanization places that needed to be developed also won't get developed because when there are more people in one place that one place should be developed more to fulfill people's needs. Urbanization is a big problem yet to be solved and will soon be solved if people don't focus on major cities to live in and if the government does not develop only one city and starts focusing on rural places.
